Chapter 7: Jyn

This time, I responded by saying, "I was told to flee with her by a Sheikah. Castle Town was attacked by some masked warriors. Then, as we were fleeing we were attacked by a pure gold warrior with a blue triangle on the forehead." I see Rauru pondering those words. Then he says, "Huh, you look like… Anyways, those golden warriors could be Trinity Igors." Kael asks, "Trinity Igors?" Zelda interjects, saying, "Trinity Igors are just a legend." Rauru says, "You all look tired. You should rest in one of our spare rooms. We will talk later."

We are led to our rooms. Kael and I are sharing, and the princess has her own, of course. Our room is fairly sized. Bigger than my old home. I sit down on one of the beds, facing away from Kael. Kael asks in a curious tone, "What is this book?" I realize he is looking through my bag. I turn and say, "Don't look through my stuff!" He says, startled by my reaction, "Jyn, you don't have to be angry about it. I just wanted to learn more about you." I ask the question, "Why?" "Because I have only ever been in the Gerodo Tundra. Also, I only know female warriors, as I am the first Gerodo male in 100 years. I was also raised as an elite warrior king." I say, "Fair points. I guess I could tell you about myself. I am from the Lost Woods. My home was attacked by these Trinity Igors. That book is one of the few items I still have from there. Anyways, we should go to bed." I lay on my back and closed my eyes.

"Hmmm… Hyyymmm… Hyuuunmmm…" My eyes open when I hear these humming sounds. I sit up and look around. The noise comes again, it seems to be coming through the book. I grab the book this time. The humming happens again; this time, it is coming from outside. I quietly walk over to the door. As I open the door, a loud squeaking comes from the hinges. I hear Kael mumbling. He seems to still be asleep. "Hmmm… Hyyymmm… Hyuuunmmm…" The humming seems to be leading me. I keep following it until I reach a dead end. The humming seems to be on the other side. I reach out my hand and touch the wall. To my surprise, I just fazed through the wall. I land face forward. I dust myself as I get up and look around the room. It is a spherical room, and in the middle is a large monument in a language I can't read. My book starts to glow. I opened it to see the message in it had expanded, "To my Descendant… Find the legendary sword and follow the warrior path. The way should be achieved by this divine hymn. The Ballad of the Goddess *Not real lyrics*

Oh hero, chosen by fate's guiding hand,
Through time and trials, before you it stands.
Silent it sleeps, in the light ever pure,
Blade of the Goddess, forged in the light,
Banishing shadows, restoring what's right.
Deep in this temple, where echoes still call,
A slumbering power awaits its chosen."

As I finish the song the monument starts to glow and starts to crack until it explodes. Where the Monument once stood is a sword on a pedestal. I walk over to it. The blade is in perfect condition. It has a winged shaped purple hilt. I reach out my hands and grab it. I start to pull it up.
