Epilogue
Back on the Destiny's Bounty, the real Bounty, the Ninja looked at the TV as the credits from the movie were playing out as the seven Ninjas all looked at it with wide eyes. "That… was… awesome!" Jay broke the silence with a wide smile. "They really nailed it with the movie about us!"
"I have to admit, they really did a great job at the filming." Cole said with a smile.
"Pretty accurate and interesting details of us in the movie. A bit different but close to a striking resemblance." Zane said with a smile.
"Even though there were some differences it was pretty good," Lloyd said with a smile.
"I didn't really like how stubborn I was though." Nya said with a cringe.
"Are you just saying that because you actually didn't like it or is it because they nailed your stubbornness perfectly well? " Melissa asked with a teasing smirk.
Nya blushed in embarrassment before she stuttered. "Uh, no?" She said in embarrassment.
"Whatever you say, Nya." Melissa said with a giggle. "Now how about we each take turns saying what we didn't like about the movie and then we work on our positives."
"Well, I'll go first." Kai said with a smirk. "My least favorite was the looks. I mean come on, at least get my good side right. Even with the close similarities, they could at least get my picture right."
"I don't know, Kai, I think that was you either way." Nya teased as the others chuckled while Kai groaned.
"Whatever sis." Kai said, rolling his eyes. "Now what's your least favorite thing about the movie?"
"Gotta be honest, it's how we didn't listen to Wu, Lloyd and Melissa during that quest in the jungle." Nya said with a frown. "I mean, one mistake and we don't trust them, that's not right."
"Yeah I didn't like that either." Cole agreed.
"Same. And oh boy, Melissa was mad when we decided to take Garmadon with us." Jay said with a cringed look.
"It's good to know that I'm basically the same person in real life and in movie form." Melissa said with a smile.
"They really caught your details. And you really do yell out in anger that I think Ninjago City can hear you." Lloyd said with a chuckle, which made Melissa playfully hit him on the shoulder.
"I guess it's my turn now." Cole spoke up. "I guess my least favorite part was well… Frankly how everyone in Ninjago City was mean spirited towards Lloyd."
"Yeah, I mean, sure he's the son of the Dark Lord, but that's just mean." Kai said with a frown. "Not even the people of Ninjago treated Lloyd that badly."
"Yeah, especially that Chad guy, every time I see him on screen I just wanna punch the screen for how much of a jerk he is." Nya said with a frown as she fistpalmed herself.
"I think my movie self sorta beat you to it, Nya." Melissa said with a giggle, which made Nya return the gesture. "Still can't believe he, Gene and Brad are in the movie though."
"I hear ya." Lloyd said in agreement.
"My least favorite is how my character acted more machine than human." Zane said with a frown. "I know I am a Nindroid, but at least put more humanity in me."
"Hey, Zane, at least he wasn't a total robot." Jay assured with a smile. "I mean, my character was more scared and a wimp. I mean, come on. I wasn't like that."
"I don't know, they sorta caught your number, Jay." Kai teased with a smirk as the others chuckled while Jay groaned.
"Well I don't like… Who my parents were in the movie and I'm not talking about my moms." Melissa said with a frown, which made the others frown in sympathy. "They make my real father look a bit tame compared to what the movie versions of my birth parents did."
"Yeah I agree, Melissa's parents in the movie were terrible." Nya agreed in anger. "I mean they tossed your character in a dumpster…. And you were just born as well. Grr, it's a good thing the movie Rachel and Luci taught them a lesson. And they really nailed your moms love for you." She said with a small smile.
"Made me love and respect them a lot more than I already do." Melissa said with a smile before turning to her boyfriend. "What about you Lloyd, what's your least favorite part of the movie?"
"If I'm gonna be honest, other than how Ninjago treated me in that movie, is how my father was in it. I mean, a deadbeat father who hardly knows his son?" Lloyd questioned. "I mean when my dad was evil at least he wanted to be in my life and wanted to be my father." He said with a frown. "They could at least make him a bit more like my real father in his memories."
"I could only imagine what Garmadon would say if he saw how he was portrayed in the movie." Kai said with a chuckle, which they all shared a small laugh.
"He would be ticked off." Cole said with a laugh. "I think the second he saw himself, he would rush to the producers and possibly Spinjitzu on them." He joked as everyone shared a laugh.
"Well now that we've got our negatives out of the way let's talk about our positives shall we?" Melissa asked to which they all nodded in agreement.
"My favorite are those cool mechs!" Jay said with a smile. "I mean, our characters may not have powers at the beginning, but they sure know how to use those mechs that produce our powers to protect their home!"
"Yeah, makes me wonder if we can build similar mechs if we didn't have our powers or lose them." Nya said as she rubbed her chin with a smirk. "But my favorite part would have to be how we still work as a team even without them. And how we kept our identities a secret to the public, just like how I used to be Samurai X."
"Hehehe, yeah that is true." Kai said with a chuckle. "And my favorite part is where Lloyd kept strong and despite how Ninjago treated him, he still kept going. That takes guts, just like how he is right now."
"Thanks Kai." Lloyd said with a smile.
"I like how they actually put some of what happened in real life into this movie." Cole spoke up. "Like Garmadon getting bitten by a snake that turned him evil despite not being The Great Devourer, to the struggles we used to have with our families, pretty accurate."
"And from how we unlocked our Elemental Powers are quite impressive and interesting." Zane said with a smile.
"Well I have two favorite moments." Melissa said before she started chuckling. "The first one is how I basically put you all in your place by revealing your embarrassing secrets." She said as the others gave sheepish looks. "I mean, if you all were like that to Lloyd, I would've done the same thing."
"Good thing those aren't our secrets." Nya said in relief.
"Maybe not to Cole or Zane and we all know that Jay still sleeps with his teddy bear and that Kai uses women's hair supplies." Melissa said as Jay gave a sheepish smile and Kai looked away in embarrassment. "But I can't say the same thing about you Nya, your embarrassing secret was dead on accurate especially since I caught you red handed."
Nya gave an embarrassing blush as she stuttered. "Uh, can w-we please move on?! What's your second favorite?" She questioned.
"My second favorite part was how loyal I was to Lloyd." Melissa said as she gave Lloyd a warm smile, which he returned. "They got me good. Because no matter what happens, I will always be by Lloyd's side."
"Y-Yeah. And the ending… It was great too." Lloyd said with a slight blush while rubbing his head.
Melissa gave a small giggle from seeing her boyfriend like that. "But what's your favorite part of the movie, Lloyd?" She asked.
Lloyd gave a small smile. "Well, there's been many things, but my favorite is how my friends, uncle, and my mom always have my back and support me even when things are tough for me." He said, which made the others smile. "And it shows that no matter who's family I'm in, there will always be others to be by my side."
"We always have your back Lloyd." Kai said with a smile.
"Yeah, you are basically like a brother to us." Cole said with a smirk.
"As they say, as Iron Sharpens Iron…" Zane started
"Family Sharpens Family." Melissa finished with a smile.
"Thanks guys." Lloyd said with a smile before he thought of something. "And you know, maybe this movie also taught us something."
"What do you mean?" Nya asked.
"That no matter how difficult things will be or how impossible it is, if we keep trying and never give up, we all succeed on our goals." Lloyd said with a smile. "Master Wu may be gone, but we know he's out there somewhere. And we're gonna do whatever it takes to find him."
"Hey, Lloyd's right." Melissa said with a smile as they all looked at one another. "If Master Wu is put into any point in time after he was lost in the Time Vortex, we'll keep searching for him, no matter wherever or whenever he is, we'll find him. Because Ninja Never Quit."
"And we never give up, never." Lloyd added with a determined smile. "And no matter what happens, we will search for Wu, no matter what." He finished as the Ninja all looked at each other and they shared determined smiles to one another.
"We're right behind you guys." Kai said with determination.
"This is why you two are our leaders." Cole said with a smirk.
"Movie or reality, you guys are good." Jay added.
"As always, you inspired us." Nya said with a smile and hands on her hips.
"We are more determined than ever to find Master Wu." Zane said with a smile.
"Then let the hunt begin." Lloyd said as they all made their way above deck as Melissa turned to him and smiled to which Lloyd noticed. "What?"
"You always know how to keep us motivated Lloyd." Melissa said with a smile. "And all it took was a movie to get your spirit up to find your uncle."
Lloyd gave a chuckle. "Well, after learning something from a movie, you tend to find the courage in you to keep going, no matter how impossible it seems." He said with a smile.
"I know people might not like this movie because it's not exactly how we are but this movie is good for what it is and it gave us inspiration to continue with our goal." Melissa said with a smile as she walked up to Lloyd. "And no matter what happens, we'll accomplish it together."
"Yeah. I guess it would." Lloyd said with a smile. "Now, let's go find my uncle."
"Right behind you." Melissa said with a smile. "Also do you think I would look good with black in my hair?" She asked.
Lloyd gave a light blush. "Well, no matter how you look, you looked great either way." He said as Melissa gave a blush before she gave Lloyd a quick kiss, which made him stiff up for a moment before Melissa separated.
"You still look so cute when I do that." Melissa said with a giggle. "Now come on, let's go catch up with the others." She said as she made her way above the deck.
Lloyd stood there for a moment before he gave a small smile. "She sure knows how to make me feel happy." He said as he stood still for a moment before he rushed off above deck, determined to find his uncle, no matter how hard or impossible it be, as the Ninja will not rest until their Master is found.
A/N: And now The Movie is over, and The Ninja liked the movie, despite having it's flaws, and it taught them an interesting lesson and now they are all determined to go find Master Wu.
