Yeah, so the chapter release is just getting longer and longer to write. Apologies for the inconvenience. Probably not going to release another chapter for a while.
"So, what does the League of Villains want with a nobody like me?" Monoma backs himself against a wall. He notices Akumi floating in a glowing green container. The Doctor, Toga, Dabi, and Twice stare menacingly at Monoma..
"We found that you are going to be one of our biggest annoyances in the future." The doctor pushes a button. "That should trick any tracking signals that may be on him. We wouldn't want the repeat of last time."
"It's good to see you, friend." Twice goes to help Monoma get on his feet. He squishes his face next to Monoma and says, "You wouldn't happen to want to be a villain right?"
"Twice I wouldn't do that if I were you." Dabi pulls Twice off of Monoma. "He has a copy quirk. He might try to copy your quirk. We can't have that happening. Toga and Spinner are the only two right now that should even be allowed near him. Their quirks wouldn't help him."
"What are you doing to Akumi there?"
"The same thing we're going to do to you." The doctor takes out a syringe. "Nomu, hold him down." A nomu slowly approaches Monoma. Then the nomu's hand opens and wraps around Monoma holding him tightly against the wall.
"What, you're going to turn me into a mindless monster like this thing." Worry in his eyes as he tried to stall. Monoma tried his best to resist but he wasn't strong enough to get out of the nomu's grip.
"No, we're just going to sedate you until we can take your quirk from you. Your body just won't be able to handle the process of turning into a nomu." The doctor goes and injects Monoma with a strange liquid on the neck.
Monoma was glad that he wouldn't be turning into a monster but was still scared at the fact that his quirk might get stolen. He remembered that Ragdoll had lost her quirk when she was captured. Then slowly he lost consciousness hoping that rescue would come soon.
"What did you put in him?" Toga asked. She then proceeded to fill a small bottle with Monoma's blood for later use.
"Nothing too harmful. Just some sedatives so that he doesn't struggle so much as we wait for Akumi to wake back up." The doctor takes a step back and cleans the syringe. He places it down then signaled the nomu to follow him as they move with Monoma in hand to a different room.
"Knock, knock!" A cheerful voice came from behind the door to the room.
"Were we expecting guests?" Twice goes to the door with a knife in hand.
"Don't worry. It's just me." Said the voice.
"And who is just me?" Twice responded.
Then a person phased through the door, "You couldn't have already forgotten about me. I'm Hysteria." Hysteria walks into the room. "Seriously, you guys poked the hornet's nest alright. Right now two factions of the organization are heading here."
"I knew it. Toga, didn't that thing tell you not to go to the exams?" Dabi points to Akumi. "Now we've gone and got some dangerous people looking for us."
"Lucky for us the organization isn't all united yet. So you have time to relocate. You guys better hurry. The leader has started to lock down this whole area." Hysteria's entire body changes into a black and white color scheme. "Oh by the way my real self is probably far away from here right now so that I don't have to come fight you guys. Bye." Hysteria then disappears.
"What? So he was just a memory?" Twice was even more confusing now. "How did a replay get here? That means he knew this would happen. But when did he have the time to come here to say that just to leave. I thought I was the crazy one."
Dabi shrugs. "I guess we should leave while we still can. Kurogiri." Kurogiri opens a warp gate. Dabi walks through it without saying anything else.
"I also suggest we make a hasty escape." Kurogiri speaks. "I say we have about two hours before they make their move. Of course that's only if the major players in that organization don't make a move on their own first."
"2 hours. That's a lot of time." Toga says as an explosion can be heard in the distance. "Or not. Let's get out of here Twice." Toga walks through the warp gate.
"You don't have to tell me twice. Haha, get it?" Twice looked around and saw that only Kurogiri's warp gate was there. "No one's here." Despondent, Twice leaves through the warp gate with his head hung low.
The percentage on the tank reads 90%.
"And that there, friends, is what I call an explosion." Tintink then takes in a breath before shouting, "EVERYONE RUN FOR YOUR LIVES! IT'S THE LEAGUE OF VILLAINS!"
The civilians are currently running in a panic caused by the large explosion. Tintink and his assistants placed explosives strategically to minimize civilian casualty as per instructed by Youta.
"Sir, the others are now evacuating the civilian population out of the area as we speak. What is our next plan of action?" One of Tintink's assistant said.
"Ah don't worry about that. E.X.P's job is done for now. My monitor indicates that it seems like Taime is going to be taking her men to deal with the aftermath. Let's head back and wait for our next order." Tintink gets on his hoverboard and rolls away. The assistant starts running after him. A woman runs past Tintink. She then disappears as ten others pass by and also disappears.
"That must be them, correct, sir?" His assistant is keeping up with the Tintink's speed on his hoverboard.
"You must be new here. Of course that's them." Tintink whacks the assistant on the head. "Now, let's get back to base before they can lead the traces of explosives back to us."
The assistant doesn't even flinch as he shouted, "Yes sir!"
"Madam Taime! What's our orders!" One of Taime's man shouted. They are now running across and around the perimeter.
A woman wearing sukeban clothing holding a thin metal pipe running in front shouts back. "Be on the lookout for any League of Villain activity. Also clean up any traces that may lead the authorities to connect the bombing to us!"
"Yes Ma'am!" All ten of her men shouted as they broke off in different directions of the group.
"Now that the orders have been given out, I have time to do the real job." The woman focuses. The world then had slowed down by half time speed for only her and her ten men. This was when they passed by Tintink and his assistant.
After sectioning off a 5 mile radius, Taime and her men moved closer around the last known signal from the tracker on Monoma.
A call on Taime's transponder then came in, "Ma'am I have found a suspicious entryway to some hospital."
Taime takes a moment to note it down on her device attached to her arm. "Noted. Send the location to the DM department. We'll continue our current mission."
"On it."
"April, a suspicious location was just sent. I'll take this one." A man throws a small black in the general direction of the location. The man hear hands clap and he claps back. Then multiple claps can be heard one after the other.
"All civilians in the nearby area have been evacuated. You've got the clear to go ahead, Dart." April responded from their communicators.
Dart walks in the direction of the suspicious entry way of some hospital and picks up his knife that he threw. He then makes the knife disappear before full sprinting to the location. Along the way he passes by many civilians evacuating in a very orderly manner led by Tintank and his group. They make eye contact for a moment notifying each other of their presences in the scene.
After a minute or two has passed Dart arrives at the suspicious location. A locked basement cellar door behind a hospital building. He thought it was suspicious but not out of the ordinary. Inspecting the door, it was locked using a short steel chain and padlock. Using his quirk he made them both disappear. There was a key hole in the door hidden behind the chain. He uses his quirk to widen the hole to pick the lock with his small knife that he made reappear. After picking it open the door reveals a steel metal door this time with no discernible way of unlocking it.
"If only it was smaller I could just make it disappear. Brute forcing it doesn't look like it's going to work." Dart says to himself.
"Stand back," Youta said as he arrived. Dart quickly took a couple of steps back as the metal door burst open inwards. Inside was a staircase leading down towards another locked door. "I'm getting sick of doors!" Youta forcefully opens the door with his red barrier.
Dart stays a couple of steps behind Youta as they both enter the basement. Ahead was a corridor leading even further down. Eventually they arrived in a room with multiple monitors all showing footage of different parts of the hospital. One in particular showed Akumi in a green glowing container. They both looked around the area to see if there was something they missed and Dart found a hidden door above them. Quickly getting it open a ladder drops down. Not bothering to climb, Youta lifts himself up with his barrier first arriving in another room with 4 SEO Nomu models just sitting and chatting amongst themselves. Dart choses to stay behind for now.
The SEO Nomu all look at Youta. Youta hesitates for a moment before containing them all in a spherical barrier. Each SEO looked at Youta with a mixed reaction.
"I don't think I've seen you before?" Said a calm one.
"I'm scared! What's going on!?" Said a frightful one.
"You see, they are going to kill us!" Said a rash one.
"Calm down girls I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation to what's happening to us." Said a confident one.
"You aren't clones of Akumi?" Youta asked, confused. "This doesn't make any sense. You all have her body and face. Do you not have her memories?"
"Akumi? You know Akumi? When we woke up we were told we were clones based on a person named Akumi but nothing more. I'm not lying." said the confident one.
"Then who are you?" Youta walked up to the one that was speaking.
"We don't know. All of us woke up in a tank of some sort. We were told to listen if not we'll get killed. They just told us to stay here and not do anything until we were called on. Six of us went somewhere and haven't come back yet."
"Where did they go? This room doesn't look like there's any more secret doors." Youta takes a quick scan of the room.
"A portal. There was a portal that appeared and we walked through it and we all arrived here."
Youta narrowed his eyes, "Kurogiri." He looks back to SEO. "Are you rigged to self-destruct?"
"Self-destruct!?" Said the confident one.
"I knew it!" Said the rash one.
"Did the others die?!" Said the frightful one.
"..."
"Why are you quiet?" Youta goes over to the calm one. "Do you know something?"
"I was trying to keep that hidden so as not to cause a panic with us. Unlike the others I still have some resemblance of a memory of who I am."
"And just who are you?" Youta shrinks the barrier around the calm one.
The barrier begins to squeeze the calm one down, "Why are you so in a rush. It's not like we can go anywhere with that man watching us."
"What man?!"
"I can tell you're not a pro hero. A kid at that. If I still had my quirk I'd teach you a lesson or two about interrogations." Youta shrinks the barrier very tightly against her, squeezing the air out of her body. "You still need me alive so I know you won't kill me."
"False." Dart climbs up from the ladder. "I traced the signal of where the video feed is coming from and it's not too far from here. Most likely another base where our target is at."
"Damn! So Monoma is not here. They must have found out about the tacker. Moving on to plan B." Youta connects his radio to GIFT the current base of operation. "Silver Tongue, mobilize all available personnel. We're going to hit every known base of the League of Villains, decoys or not. Lethal force is allowed. There is no need to be discreet about it; we can just blame it on the league after."
"Copy that. Over." Silver Tongue says.
Youta looks over at Dart. "And what has Souta told you to do?"
"Investigate and fight." Dart then takes his leave noticing a new suspicious location found.
"What's going to happen to us?" The confident one asked.
"Nothing. Unless you get in our way." Youta releases his barrier. "If you're lucky a team might come and rescue you. If not, you all will just self-destruct anyway." Youta makes a hole through to the surface and flies out of it on his barrier.
Class 1B and the Chiba brothers walk out of the restricted area of the subway. They headed towards the subway train. "So what's our next plan of action?" Tetsutetsu asked.
"We already have people on the scene. Look there." Souta points to a T.V. screen broadcasting the so-called bombing caused by the League of Villains. Class 1B are shocked at another public attack so soon. "My information says there aren't that many members of the League of Villains after the USJ incident. I'd say the small number of villains captured during your forest training camp compared to the USJ incident had significantly lowered their numbers to a small group of elites. So we'll be using this moment to wipe them out before any real group takes an interest in them."
"You're saying that you and your people are the ones causing the explosions?" Shoda inquired. "This isn't right!"
"I advise you to keep in line." Yasuo said. "If you want to continue breathing."
"Yasuo, that isn't how we treat valuable assets." Souta turns Yasuo's leaves into seeds so that Yasuo couldn't control them. "My faction had nothing to do with it. If you want to blame anyone for the explosion, blame it on Okazaki." Souta enters the train heading towards the scene of the crime.
"It's best for those who aren't ready to stay behind." Yasuo said after entering the train. "You'll only be a hindrance."
Hesitance again on everyone's face. Tetsutetsu then spoke up, "I've already done it once for someone who wasn't even in our class. I need to see this through." Tetsutetsu walks on the train. He turns to face his classmates, "I'm not asking any of you to join but I understand if you don't want to come."
"Well if you put it that way how can I refuse." Tokage walks into the train. "We can't be splitting up now."
"I feel the same!" Rin walks into the train. "The scale is in our favor right now."
"We have to stick together like glue." Bondo walks into the train.
Shishida walks into the train. "This is a better time than ever to release our inner beast."
"We've sized up our opponents." Kodai walks into the train. "We can save Monoma."
Shiozaki walks into the train. "The rails on this train are like the vines that will lead us to him."
Honenuki, Kuroiro, Komori, and Shoda were the only four left reluctant to walk into the train. Time was quickly running out as the train signaled for the doors to be closing. Each side looked at each other knowing full well what standing on the opposite side ment. And as it looked as the door was about to fully close, Shoda jumped into the closing doors. He trips on the landing and falls face first on the train floor as it begins to move.
Picking himself back up he says, "As vice president, I didn't want to set a bad example like Kendo for breaking rules. But more importantly I wouldn't be able to live with myself if anything were to happen to any of you when our class president is already injured enough!"
Tetsutetsu helps Shoda get back up on his feet. "And that's why you're our class vice president. Hitting us with a twin surprise like this."
The train was now moving at a fast pace as Souta started clapping his hands. "Well done. Well done. We've now got a nice ragtag group of amateurs." He stops clapping and sits on an open seat and Yasuo does the same. "Sit tight because it's going to be a long ride from here on out."
The group looked at Souta and Yasuo with a bit of worry on their faces. They have now resolved themselves with the decision they made.
Honenuki, Kuroiro, and Komori stand there confused on what to do next as the train leaves. Shoda had just jumped on the train at the last minute. They were second guessing if they should have also got on the train.
"Do you guys think we should have gone with the rest of them?" Honenuki asked nervously.
"No. Komori and I are probably thinking the same thing right?" Kuroiro said, looking at Komori.
"We need to explain the situation to everyone who is still recovering. They also need to know what is going on." Komori replied. "If all of us went then it would only lead to Awase, Kaibara, Kendo, Kamakiri, Tsunotori, Tsuburaba, Fukidashi, and Yanagi to worry about us rather than focusing on recovering."
"Right… After all the things we've been through I almost forgot that we still have people here that couldn't make it to the show." Honenuki said with a sweat drop.
"Come on. The others might come looking if we don't go."
"So where is the rest of the class?" Vlad King menacingly walks down the stairs.
"Kan Sensei?!" The remaining three students all say. Nervousness and fear comes over them on how they would explain to their teacher.
"You're not in trouble. I just want to know what's going on. You all disappeared after the whole event." Vlad King relaxes his face and sighs. "I understand you kids have been through a rough situation."
"Tetsutetsu, Tokage, Rin, Bondo, Shishida, Kodai, Shiozaki, and Shoda all went to get Monoma back." Komori answered.
Vlad King breathes a heavy sigh, "Awase, broken arm. Kaibara, broken Arm. Kendo burned serverily on her hands. Kamakiri and Tsunotori head injury. Tsuburaba, broken Leg. Fukidashi, burned on face badly. Yanagi, slight burns on face and arms." He then stares at the Komori, Honenuki, and Kuroiro. The three are a bit horrified by the injuries listed by their sensei. "I don't know what came over you kids for you to run off like that, but you are supposed to come to us pros to deal with situations like this."
"Where were the pros when we were dealing with the clones of Akumi?" Kuroiro askes. "We're assuming you were dealing with your own sets of trouble but not even a single pro hero even showed up when we needed them most."
"Kuroiro–"
"Let me finish Komori." Kuroiro interrupted Komori's interruption. "If we had waited for the pro heroes to act then a lot more would have died.
"I don't know if I should punish you or praise you." Vlad King shook his head. "Yes, we arrived after the damage was done. There is no excuse for us there. But what you kids are doing is heading off to a battle without even knowing who you're going up against."
"Then tell us!" Honenuki spoke up. "Why only share the information to a select few of us and make them have to bear the burden of knowing. We are all going to be pro heroes so why hide information from the rest of us."
"Fine. We were waiting for everyone to earn their provisional licence to explain what's happening but I guess now is better than never." Vlad King starts walking back up the station. "But let's head back to the others who are recovering. I'd hate to explain this more times than I have to."
The remaining three looked at each other just to confirm what each other was thinking and without any hesitation they followed Vlad King.
