A/N: Hello everyone, here's a new chapter!

Last time we have seen Jaune give an uplifting speech about unity,and Kali and Ghira gave their thanks to Jaune, and she was flirty with him. The others decided to reestablish their relationship with him. Ruby and Weiss were the ones with the most "emotion" in wanting to show that they want Jaune in their lives again, so we will see how they all get along together again.

And for all those who find it too generic of how they all got into Jaune's heart too easy. Jaune still cared deeply for them, and still wanted to be in their lives, and he could see how much they do care for him. It's not to say complete trust yet, but it is there.

So without a further ado, let's go!

It was now night time and the party was still going strong. The stars were out, and fireworks were going off. The night made it so much better, especially with all the lights on.

Currently, team RWBY and Team JNR, decided to go to the Belladonna estate, to have their alone time with each other again. They spent their time talking about how the SDC has been improving, and how Blake has been working spreading awareness of getting others to welcome faunus in more. Now adays there have been laws for stores and other establishments refusing service due to them being faunus. Vale quickly welcomed it, and the economy there started growing almost 10-20% in the first 2 months! It was a true win. But places like Mistral still had their issues due to not wanting to let go of old outdated traditions, but it was slow work.

The SDC quickly adopted it, much to many faunus' surprise, but to truly establish that, Blake stood side by side with Weiss, making it official. This was huge news at the time.

Jaune even spoke about his adventures. How when he first left, he quickly made sure his weapon was up to par. And the second thing he did was to see if his family was safe. Thankfully his family was safe and unharmed, a miracle really. He also seen Saphron, Terra, and Adrian with them, they said they went back to Ansel to be closer to home, so they wouldn't be so close to Atlas, to avoid Salem. Thankfully, Salem didn't bother with the smaller areas at the time.

His family forced him to stay in Ansel for a while, knowing of what he did. He told them of all his adventurers and his friends that he made. Including the bad that happened and what he was forced to do.

His family was in tears at the time, and his father apologized profusely for not training him, and not giving him a chance, especially since he was the everyone's hero of legend. He stayed and refined his skills even more, and evolved his semblance.

But before he continued Nora and Ren went to go rest, due to her pregnancy. And Blake wanted to at least call Sun, to talk to him and to apologize to him. They all separated and Jaune decided to sit on the roof and look out at the distance and the celebrations. What he didn't notice at first was Ruby and Weiss joining him.

"What are you two doing here?" Jaune asked with genuine confusion. He thought that those two would want to have more time together. Ruby and Weiss sat on his sides holding his arms. They both smiled at him and got close to him.

Weiss leaning on his shoulder, and Ruby practically hugging him, almost wanting to cuddle him. Jaune stiffened up at this, he was not expecting them to hold him like this again, especially so soon. Temari jumped off his shoulder landed in his lap. She decided to wrap herself up and nearly fall asleep watching the festivities.

Weiss wanted to pet her. At first Temari almost snapped at her, but then happily relented, letting Weiss run her fingers down her body. Temari just relaxed, and Weiss just smiled and cooed at her.

"Oh she is just so adorable, so cute~" Weiss cooed at Temari, she truly did love cute things. Ruby was gushing a little too, but she was more focused on Jaune at the moment. She squeezed a little harder in a way to get his attention, and to show her affection.

"How did you and this little puff ball become such good friends?" Ruby asked a cooing a little herself. Temari gave a little side eye calling her a puff ball. But she wasn't annoyed or angry, just questioning, she wasn't that fluffy was she?

Jaune just smirked a little rubbing his hand on her head. Temari leaned into his affectionate petting of her. She truly loved it when Jaune did this for her.

"I met her when I was traveling through Mistral." Jaune said to the both of them. "This was after I helped out in Vale, and wanted to help out Mistral next" Jaune said to them looking out at the celebrations, and stopped petting Temari.

"I was almost to Haven Academy, seeing if they need any repairs, or extra hands to clear out any grimm. But I heard some whining in some bushes, near a tree line." Jaune said to them. "I found Temari whining with her leg, and part of her side bleeding, so I used my semblance to help her out." Jaune said to them. The two gasped at how Temari was hurt. But they thought about using it on an animal.

"My semblance was barely helping her at first. But I remembered that my semblance doesn't always work well on animals all like that. Rather, it works best with humans, faunus', and other people who had their aura unlocked." Jaune said to them. They both perked up at how Jaune said "aura unlocked." Then they both looked in realization of what he meant.

"Y-you mean?" Weiss stuttered out a little in slight shock. Jaune just chuckled a little. She knew what he was getting at.

"Yep, that's right, I unlocked her aura, and so my semblance worked even better." Jaune said with a happy smile. Temari gave a little happy fox noise.

"Yeah she was back to normal after that, and she decided to follow me along. And I will be honest, I was getting really lonely, and Temari had wanted to come along with me. I didn't know if she had a family but I allowed her to come with me." Jaune said to them reliving fond memories of their first interaction. "I named her Temari to see to see if she would like it, and I decided to use Mistral inspired names due to meeting her there. I went through a few names, we were stuck on two." Jaune said with a smirk. Temari even had her foxy smile,.

"I was torn between Yasaka, or Temari. For some reason she didn't really take to the name of Yasaka, but she loved Temari, so I started calling her that." Jaune said, but then he got a goofy grin. "I could tell she didn't like the names I was choosing because she always bit me with the ones she didn't like." Jaune laughed a little at the memory. Along with Ruby and Weiss. But they did like the name Yasaka, but Temari was good still.

"We traveled around and when her aura was unlocked she got smarter, and we did some training, and she focuses on when I need to give orders. It was so fast I didn't know what was happening. But I thought of it because of how I use my semblance on her, it helped her learn faster, so I will argue to say she is one of the most smartest canines out there." Jaune said to them speaking in pride.

Ruby wanted to disagree with that, due to how smart Zwei is. But to see how Temari fights and transforms into her nine tail mode, she can with a heavy heart….agree with Jaune. But then Weiss stopped petting her and looked at him with intrigue.

"And how did she unlock her semblance?" Weiss asked with curiosity. Ruby nodded with enthusiasm, she want to know too. Jaune looked down in slight sadness, and Temari whined a little. They looked concerned at that now. Jaune took a deep breath.

"It was during our time almost leaving Mistral, and when we first encountered our first Elder grimm." Jaune said looking back at that time.

Flashback:

Jaune and Temari were walking down a road, covered in snow. Winter was approaching, and he wanted to go back to Argus, to see his nephew again. Temari was walking beside him, her fur coat, fluffy as ever, to compensate for the changes in the weather.

"All good so far for you down their?" Jaune asked her. She didn't like riding on his shoulder all like that yet. Even if they have known each other for a few months, she didn't do that often. She looked at Jaune briefly a gave a quick yip, signaling that she was ok. Jaune nodded at this.

"Ok good, let's keep our eyes open for any more grimm." Jaune said to her. Jaune and Temari then arrived at an old abandon village. It was a huge farmstead for multiple farmers, and his eyes widened at the name.

"Brunswick Farms."

Ruby had told him about this place and when she and everyone else first encountered the apathy. He doesn't know if more have arrived over the years, or if there are any surviving grimm, but he will need to fight them. Hopefully, his aura will keep him going, and he won't succumb to their negative effects on him. Animals seemed to not be effected, seeing birds and deer were strolling by.

But, he still doesn't know if they are still here.

"Temari be ready." Jaune said to her getting his sword and shield ready. Temari growled a little getting prepared to fight. Over the time in training, her bites can be stronger than a full grown wolf, and her claws can cut through grimm easy enough.

She isn't the most strongest, so she just uses herself as a distraction, while he can kill them. She is getting stronger thankfully but hopefully this won't be too hard. Apathy can drain a person's will, but the one during that time who kept the most will, was Ruby. Qrow all but gave up, to the bottom of a bottle.

Yang over frustration.

Weiss with disbelief of a lot of things.

Maria Calavera the "Grim Reaper." She still had her hope and will. Even if she lost her eyes, she still pushed forward. And she was able to help Ruby to figure out how to use her eyes better at that time.

Which brought on a theory of how to keep the apathy at bay.

Due to Maria, being older than the rest, her aura was more potent, and she trained a lot more than them. Ruby had a lot of aura, but so did Yang. Out of all Team RWBY, Blake had the least amount. Weiss' was pretty up there, and her aura replenishes quickly, due to how her semblance works.

But they all fell for the apathy worse than those two.

And so they also came to the conclusion, of how much each person has been through and how they handle everything.

Ruby witnessed the fall of Beacon, the death of Pyrrha in front of her eyes, and traveling all the way to Mistral. She always came back up, sure she had help by everyone else to help remind her to continue the fight, and fight on she did. She even still had her joyful, and adorable nature in their down time, she always stayed strong.

Maria, spent her whole life fighting, training and surviving. Due to everyone hunting down silver eyed warriors. Those everyone's were "hired" by Salem, so she always had the world on her shoulders.

And after she lost her eyes, she still kept moving forward. Silver eyed warriors are just that, warriors. They all have fighting in their blood, and fighting is their life essentially. Even though she lost her eyes she was still dangerous, and she was swept away in history. But yet she persevered and kept her spirits up, she still had hope in her heart, despite losing.

So, by that logic, Jaune had a way to fight, he has a lot of hope. Sure it sounds cheesy but it makes sense. He waited for 20 years for the people he loved the most, right next to his family of course, to fall so he could meet up with them, help them, and leave the Ever After. He was alone for so long, but he kept hope and waited for them. A strong man would have given up long ago.

But, not Jaune. He persevered, and he is a man of legends, literally. He was also the bases of what a huntsmen and huntresses are meant to be. Dedicated, willing to help, self-sacrifice, kind to others, and doing what's right for everyone.

So with all of that said he should be able to resist the apathy long enough, to kill them, and with Temari's help, he should be able to, take them down even faster, they are naturally weaker than other grimm. Physically speaking, they have the worst defense, so much that a non-aura user can kill them, with a melee weapon.

As he had Crocea Mors drawn, he and Temari kept walking seeing some of the buildings burned down. That was where Ruby and the others were able to trap and kill majority, if not all of them. So he decided to have Temari sniff them out.

"Hey Temari you smell or sense anything?" Jaune asked quietly, causing Temari's ears to perk up slightly. She sniffed the air, and looked around trying to hear. She whined a little, signaling that there was nothing around so far.

"Good girl, we need to keep our guard u-" Jaune didn't get a chance to finish feeling a rumble, Temari then growled and gave her own version of a bark. Since her aura unlocked she was able to bark more like a dog more for some reason, but she still had her high pitched screaming, but she seemed to be oddly more, domesticated? It was weird, but it was welcoming.

They seen a big arm coming from a well, near the center of the settlement. What came out was apathy, not like the lanky, like a normal apathy. And it wasn't more muscled like an Alpha.

But no, it was huge. Almost as big as an Alpha Beringel, it had muscle, toned almost like a regular beringe. It had bone plates on it's arms and legs, and it's bone rib cage, seemed to turn into some kind of boney armor protecting where the lungs and heart would be at. And it had long thick white hair, they looked like thick dread locks, that seemed like a jack hammer's pick in the end. He could see that it was sharp, but also blunt like an axe's head.

Jaune just looked on with utter shock.

"W-what in the-" Jaune didn't finish, the grimm looked at him. And gave a deeply bellowed roar. It shook Jaune to his core, causing him to fall to the ground, it was like almost all his strength left him, and he felt dread. The creature walked toward him, but Jaune managed to regain his strength, and held his weapons tightly. He jumped and slashed at the grimm's stomach area, it roared in pain.

Jaune was still feeling the effects it was coming in on him fast, and hard. He felt himself losing energy and just wanted to lay down after a hard day of training.

But he still persevered and went to attack again.

The monster's hair flung at him, trying to stab him, but Jaune deflected one and sliced at where the creature's achilles would be at. It made the monster to screech in more pain, and to fall on its knees. Jaune was getting weaker and weaker, it seems that it screams, even in pain, causes people to lose their will and hope.

If other regular hunters would have faced this monster, they would have just laid down and be willing to die. But not him! He will kill this thing.

Temari jumped on it's shoulder biting into it's neck taking a chunk out of it.

The grimm gave a slight gurgled scream and hit Temari to a side of a destroyed house.

"Temari!" Jaune yelled out running toward her. He seen her whine in pain, even with her aura, it still managed to hurt her. Heck even the house walls almost fell fully over.

The grimm just grabbed Jaune and slammed him into the ground. This caused Jaune to have to have the wind knocked out of him. It then slammed a hammer fist strike on his body, causing Jaune to scream in pain. Then it's hair started striking him.

Jaune was being battered and he could feel his aura giving way. He couldn't focus on his semblance to help him, the blows were breaking his concentration. While normally even under combat he could still use his semblance, even while being hit. But these blows were heavy and constant, he couldn't use it!

Jaune's aura gave way, and now he was bleeding heavily, and he was breathing heavily. He was looking up at the grimm, it's hair was about to skewer him, and Jaune couldn't move, he closed his eyes, thinking that this was it.

'I survived the war with Salem, but now I am about to die by a new grimm, I'm so sorry everyone.' Jaune thought to himself accepting that he is going to die.

But then heard Temari making noises getting closer, he was able to turn to her seeing her running at the grimm, but she then started glowing, and she grew bigger!

She grew nine tails, and looked the size of a big horse. She looked something fierce, and she tackled the grimm!

She clawed at it's head leaving deep gashes, and she was even able to cut through that rib armor! The grimm screamed in deep pain. She digged her now, 4 inch long strong fangs into it's throat and ripping it out!

Jaune stood up in shock, feeling the Apathy's effects starting to leave him. He looked at Temari with wide eyes, seeing what Temari had become, but he welcomed it, his new friend had finally unlocked her semblance! It was too bad that she had to unlock it under these circumstances.

He was about to congratulate her, until he seen her still ripping out grimm flesh. She slicing it with her sharp and strong claws. And kept biting off everything even though grimm was dead.

"T-Temari, it's over, it's dead, y-you, you won ok?" Jaune panted out, still feeling the effects of the damage. But then Temari looked at him, with wild, and deeply angry eyes.

"Temari?" Jaune asked, about to get closer to pet her, like he always did, but she slashed at his face clawing him deep. Jaune screamed in pain falling on his back, and clutching his face. Temari jumped on him, and was about to bite him, going for the kill.

"TEMARI STOP RIGHT NOW!" Jaune yelled out. He reached up to her head hugged her. She thrashed for a little bit, but she calmed down, panting.

"Temari are you all right?" Jaune asked with his face still bleeding from Temari's blow. She looked at him and whimpered. She remembers what she did, but her rage was too much. She even licked his wounds, in hope that it would heal him. Jaune just smiled at this and chuckled a little. He then hugged her and petted her ears.

"It's ok girl, it's ok, I forgive you, and thank you so much for saving me." Jaune said to her. Hugging her, and rubbing her head and ears. She just still whimpered at this. A signal of how sorry she was, and how much she loved Jaune.

Flashback End

"And that's how she unlocked her semblance. It happened to me almost dying." Jaune said to them looking at Temari, petting her now. "After that, she carried me to Argus to heal up if I needed it, got the scar on my face due to that. After that time, I was looking into more details on new grimm types, sightings, etc. And after that, I finally opened my eyes for a ranged weapon. So Crocea Mors needed more of an upgrade, and so I went Atlas after sometime in Argus. There I talked to doctor Poledina…..it was hard to look him in the eye, especially after Penny, but he doesn't blame me for what happened to her." Jaune said to them. He then looked up to the stars.

"He said that you two were in Atlas now, but I told him not to let you know. I was still hurting from everything, and didn't believe you two would want to see me, due to how busy you all were, or heck, even hate me for what I did. But the good old doctor was able to upgrade my shield in silence. And now I can kill from a distance, I still came back if I wanted any upgrades or deeper maintenance for it, but anyway that's pretty much it." Jaune said looking out to the distance.

Ruby and Weiss were looking him with disbelief. He almost died, and no one would have known. They would have been searching for the rest of their lives looking for Jaune. Weather or not that he was alive, settled down, or anything. He would have died almost alone, and just his fox friend next to him.

They were all so focused on each other, happy with each other, and they wouldn't have known that Jaune was gone forever out of their lives.

They then started tearing up a little, but then they looked at each other with a determined look, and nodded to each other. They then both grabbed Jaune, hugged him, and they both kissed him on his mouth.

Jaune was just frozen, but then got his bearings, and was about to question them again. But then they essentially brought his back to the roof, with them on him. Temari sensed what was happening and got off, and just gave her foxy smile, she just decided to lay down, and let them sort everything out.

Ruby practically sat on him kissing him. She slipped in her tongue fighting with his. She separated to breath, a trail of saliva trailing from her tongue.

Weiss did the same almost moaning kissing him. Jaune was just letting this happen. With wide and highly confused eyes. When she broke the kiss. They were panting with blushes on their faces. Jaune just looked at them, confused to no end.

"W-w-what was that for you two?! And you are dating each other what?!" Jaune just questioned looking back and forth between them. The girls looked at him with a loving look, but a teasing smile.

"In truth we were scared to lose you. You would have died somewhere, where we wouldn't know to look, and we wouldn't have been able to say goodbye or even talk to you again." Weiss said looking at him.

"Believe me vomit boy, we are still angry at you for not contacting us…..but we can understand how you are feeling with all of this, and how everything that has been going on. And me and Weiss had decided on something." Ruby said to him, with her joyful look. Weiss just rolled her eyes playfully.

Jaun just titled his head confused.

"Decided on what exactly?" Jaune asked them. They both smiled at him.

"We decided that we want you with us, loving each other, because Weiss and I, we love you Jaune. We have for a while but, our feelings for each other came out first. And we want you to be happy for once. We want you to be with us, and we want to be with you. So we will all be together." Ruby said to him, looking at him with those gorgeous silver eyes, filled with love, passion, and a hint of lust.

"B-but, is this even legal, would others say things, especially with the SDC?!" Jaune asked, utterly flabbergasted at what they wanted to do. Weiss nodded at his concerns.

"I get your concerns in the past I thought of that too. But, we found out more of that. It turns out, it's legal to have multiple partners. Especially for hunters. This isn't well known to the people really, only to the hunters. Apparently we would have learned this in our fourth year, but since we didn't go through our fourth year, we didn't know." Weiss said to him, giving him knowledge. But she wasn't done.

"And since this war has caused a huge loss of life, people are encouraged to have more babies, and adopt more. And polygamy, and polymerous relationships are encouraged and legal." Weiss said to him.

Jaune was just beside himself, and just looked at them flabbergasted, if hunters can have multiple partners, then why?

"Why haven't we seen other hunters with more than one partner?" Jaune asked them. Weiss gained her lecture mode.

"Well, while it is allowed, not everyone wants to do that, and some keep it a secret, not wanting much attention, and don't want others to be with them, thinking that they are either, "easy", or willing to let them to do a quick lay. And as you seen hunters and huntresses are gorgeous, and any civilian would want to lay with one." Weiss said to him. Ruby nodded at this.

Jaune gained an understanding look, and nodded at that. That makes sense, he wouldn't want his partners to be stared at like that, or him for that matter. He felt Ruby and Weiss' hand be placed on his chest gaining his attention.

"Jaune, I know this is out of nowhere, and we all just met up again, but we are hoping, and wondering, will you please?" Ruby asked stopping a little, Weiss then grabbed Ruby's hand still having their hands on his chest.

"Will you please go out me?" Both Ruby and Weiss asked at the same time. Jaune just looked on flabbergasted, but tearing up. He wanted to say yes, with all of his heart, but he wants to make sure that he is making the right decisions for this.

"Ruby, Weiss, thank you so much, and yes I do, want to go out with you too." Jaune said, Ruby and Weiss' eyes shined about to pounce on him but he stopped them by standing up.

"But I want to make sure in my heart I am ready for that, I need to take a walk, to clear my mind, I want to make sure I am making the right decisions." Jaune said walking through back into the house Temari was about to follow him. But he stopped her.

"Hold on Temari stay with them. I need to do this on my own." Jaune said to her. Turning back around to walk away. The two women stayed there looking at Jaune's retreating form.

They just exhaled waiting for his decision.

"You know, you were right of saying that we just met up all over again, about being too early, or too soon for that, so it's very overwhelming for him." Weiss said looking at the celebrations herself. Ruby was poking her fingers together, bashful, and also feeling guilt with what she offered Jaune.

"I know, but I don't want to lose him again. He may have not even talked to us really unless we hired him for help, this is a long shot gamble, but we have to do something." Ruby said to her. She stopped playing with her fingers.

"We both know long before this, we both loved Jaune. He was my first friend that I made by myself, and traveled across the planet to save it with me, how could I not love him. And he saved your life, that is when I saw you staring at him more, and but I also believe it started at Beacon's dance, when he put your happiness over his. When he convinced Neptune to get his butt in gear, and do the right thing." Ruby said now looking at her girlfriend.

Weiss brought her knees close to her chest hugging them.

"It's true, after the dance, I was seeing Jaune in a new light. And before the Vytal Festival at the time, I started to actually start a friendship with him. It was surprisingly easy to be friends with him. I still felt the annoyance, of how much he flirted with me, and asking me for a date." Weiss smirked a little at the memory.

"You know, I always thought that he just wanted me for my name at the time, believing that this boy just wanted my money and fame. But, he didn't know who I was, he didn't know about the SDC and what they did, he just wanted to date me. But, he even admitted he didn't know the girl before him. But, was so focus on how beautiful I was, and how he thought that I complemented him, during our first meeting." Weiss admitted with a giggle. But then she became slightly sad again.

"When we were all separated I missed everyone. Pyrrha, Blake, Yang, everyone, especially you Ruby. But the other one I was surprised to also miss the most was Jaune. When we all met up, I was still a little cold to him, but he and I managed to be true friends again. I was just happy to be around him, to talk to him. But when he saved me from the brink of death. I saw something in him." Weiss said hugging herself a little tighter.

"I saw a handsome knight, glowing saving me, I felt like a princess, like The Rusted Knight himself was saving me." Weiss said. But this time she started to giggle a little.

"Well, I guess we all know now that The Rusted Knight did save me. And is our friend huh, hahaha!" Weiss laughed at that, finding it so ironic. Ruby laughed too at this.

"But, like you said Ruby, we don't want to lose him again. I want to show him that, I am not that little girl so judgmental anymore, or cold. But that, I am the snow angel that could love him, and what Weiss Schnee could be outside of everything, I know he already knows I am more than that, I want to show him more. Like you Ruby." Weiss said to Ruby now hugging her. Ruby returned it smiling.

"Regardless of what he chooses, our love for him will always be there, even though if he doesn't want it like that." Ruby said to her, them both holding each other in comfort silence.

Temari listened on. She felt, happy that there are people who love Jaune so deeply. She can feel how lonely Jaune is. Sure he has her, but he wanted something romantic, and physical. With a person. And she feels that these people love him truly, and she approves of them.

But they will need to earn her trust, a lot more than Jaune did. They didn't reach out to him, so she is spiteful toward them.

A/N: Here we go a new chapter after so long. I know people say that they don't want Jaune to be with any of them, but they are the perfect ones for him. They have all been through a lot, and they did learn a lesson, seeing how their actions are messed up, and how much they still need to work through things.

While the feelings for each other are there, they need to work on a lot of things. It's not to say Jaune will just be all is forgiven. Things will take time, but who knows, crazier things have happened.

I want to let everyone know that I am thinking of another RWBY story. I will say this much, it involves cleaning, and how regular people aren't really needed for that sort of thing for the most part.
