Sonic and the Freedom fighters

Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.

Chaos saga part 4- the Felidae clan.

Sonic's group heads to the workshop.

"Wait here for a second," Tails said as he, Rotor, and Renee enter the workshop."

Suddenly, the trees bend back as the ground opens up revealing a rode. the tornado and twister come out.

"Hop on guys," Rotor said."

Sonic, Sally, Sonia, Nicky, Antonie, and Scarlet hop on the planes as Manic pulls out his hover board and Twilight, Rainbow, and Bunnie fly up.

"Let's go!" Tails said."

They fly off after the egg carrier.

"There it is!" Rainbow Dash said." Let's take it down!"

Suddenly misslies are sent towards them.

"Heads up!" Twilight said."

"Not to worry," Tails said."

He and Rotor fire at the missles.

"Aim for the engines!" Nicky said."

Rotor, Tails, Twilight, and Bunnie do so. they get closer to the egg carrier and start shooting the guns on it while avoiding them.

"We're heading towards the front," Sally said."

They continue their assault. suddenly, the head of the carrier opens up revealing a giant laser cannon.

"Uh, Oh!" Manic said."

"Egg cannon ready, fire!" Eggman said."

The laser hits the tornado and twister's wings breaking them as Manic was knocked off his board, Twilight and Rainbow Dash getting knocked into each other, knocking the group out of the sky.

Sonic, Sally, Sonia, Manic, Scarlet, Nicky, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash land on the beach next to the hotel.

"Tails?" Sonic called out." Rotor?"

Sonic is seen with his head in the sand until he pulls himself out and sees a little girl as the others get up.

"You're not who I'm looking for," Sonic said."

"Looks like we got seperated from the others," Sally said."

"Oh, I wonder if they're ok?" Sonic asked."

"We all do," Twilight replied."

Meanwhile with Knuckles group.

They were still at the mystic ruins and entered a gate through a kart. they see the temple.

"Isn't that the temple you went to check out when we entered station square?" Rarity asked."

"Yup," Kat replied." (sees a gold statue) "Hey look what I found."

"It must open a door somewhere," Julie-su said."

"One way, to find out," Alucion said."

They take the statue through the forest and towards the temple. Kat places it on the panel.

"It won't open without the other statue," Alucion said."

"Then, let's find it," applejack said."

Knuckles sees something and they check it out. they see yellow gloves and a battery backpack, Hawking appeared.

"I see you found my fighting gloves, they store up power to give a powerful punch," he said." basically a maximum heat knuckles attack."

Julie-su puts on the pack as Knuckles puts on the gloves.

"The battery backpack, it'll give you a boost on your sniper shots," Hawking said."

"These will come in handy," Knuckles said."

They explore the forest until they find something berried, Knuckles digs in and finds a silver statue.

"Is this it?" he asked."

"Yup," Alucion replied."

They returned to the temple and place the statue. the door opened making them enter it. Once inside, they see Relic and Porker.

"Relic, Porker, what are you two doing here and how did you get in here?" Kat asked."

"We wanted to explore the ruins of this place," Relic replied."

"And we found a secret passage," Porker said."

"Oh," Kat said."

"Ok, let's find the emerald shards," Knuckles said."

"We'll help out," Porker said."

They start searching for the shards. they soon found them all.

"Nice work everyone," Alucion said."

"Now get them to angel island," Kat said."

Suddenly Archimedes appeared on Knuckles shoulder.

"Knuckles, we got a problem!"

"what's up?" Kat asked."

"Angel Island is being invaded by the Felidae clan!" Archimedes replied."

"What?!" everyone said."

Meanwhile Tails has a flashback remembering how he met Sonic.

Little Tails was running until he got cornered by two mobian foxes.

"No where to run now little fox freak," one of the mobian foxes said."

"Please, leave me alone," Little Tails said."

One mobian fox grabbed and started pulling his tails as the other one cheers.

"No please, stop it!" Little Tails said."

The two continue one as they laughed. Suddenly, a blue blur runs by, spinning them until they were dizzy and tied up in their own Tails.

"Huh?" Little Tails said."

He sees a blue hedgehog revealing to be Sonic.

"You ok?" little Sonic asked."

"Uh huh," little Tails replied." thank you for saving me."

"No problem, I hate bullies," little Sonic said." What's your name?"

"I'm Miles Prower, but others call me an annoying nickname being Tails since I was born with two tails," little Tails replied." I don't know why I was born with these, because of these I'm a freak!"

Little Tails starts to cry making little Sonic feel bad for him. He then thinks of something.

"I don't think you're a freak," Sonic said surprising little Tails." I think these things can be useful."

"Really?" little Tails asked."

"Yeah, you just have to find that out," little Sonic replied." Welp, I better get going, my uncle's probably waiting for me, catch ya later Tails."

Little Sonic starts running home. little Tails feeling happy and inspired, he starts to follow Sonic. as he starts running, his tails start spinning making him fly and catch up with little Sonic.

"Whoa, Sonic you're right, my tails are useful!" little Tails said."

Little Sonic gives a thumbs up.

"See, I told ya," He said."

The flashback ends.

Tails, Rotor, Bunnie, and Antonie wake up in the mystic ruins where Shortfuse aka Shorty, Tencho, Jhonny, Marrick, and Cyrus found them.

"Guys wake up," Jhonny said."

Tails wakes up.

"You ok cuz?" Marrick asked."

"Hmm, wow... that dream brought back memories," he said." I owe so much to Sonic. Sonic!"

The others get up.

"Oh, hey guys," Rotor said."

"What happened?" Cyrus asked."

"Eggman shot us down and we got seperated," Bunnie replied."

"Hmm, wonder where he went?" sure hope he's alright," Tails said."

"I'm sure he's fine, he's been through worse," Antonie said."

"Except for our planes," Rotor said."

"The tornado and twister aren't powerful enough, if we're gonna get that egg carrier, we need to finish the prototype," Tails said." it needs a chaos emerald to work!"

"I agree little buddy," Rotor said."

"Looks like we better find one fast!" Tails said."

"We'll help with both," Shortfuse said."

"Thanks," Tails said."

The group heads towards the trail gate of the mystic ruins and enter the forest. they search for an emerald until Tails find the red one.

"Wow! there's a chaos emerald!" Tails said."

He heads towards it only for Froggy to swallow it.

"Hey, wait up!" Tails said."

"Did anyone notice that frog having a tail?" Cyrus asked."

"No, we saw it too," Jhonny replied."

"Who wouldn't?" Marrick asked."

"Stoooooop!" Tails said."

They chase after Froggy into a cave leading to a dessert area.

"Never imagined a place existing here," Techno said."

"We'll worry about that later, we got a frog to catch," Rotor said."

The group is seen sand boarding. they made it to the end and caught Froggy.

"Whoa, I've heard of snowboarding but not sand boarding," Jhonny joked."

Suddenly, the red spear appears around them. they were ingulfed in a big light and ended up in the mystic ruins in the past.

"Uh oh, I thought we were in the desert," Tails said."

"I wonder where we are?" Rotor said."

"I recognize the temple, but it looks new," Cyrus said."

They look around until Tails found something and it attached itself to his chest.

"What is this?" Tails asked."

Techno checks.

"It's said it's called the rhythm badge, it allows the user to do continuous tail attacks," she replied."

"Hmm, it might come in handy," Tails said."

"I agree," Marrick said."

They continue looking around while until they see Tikal, Alucion, and Edmund.

"The servers are the 7 chaos emeralds," Tikal said until the three see Tails and the group." Hello there friends, how are you?"

"We're good," Cyrus said."

"Can we trust them?" Alucion asked."

"Let's not jump to conclusions," Edmund replied."

"Um, what were you saying before?" Tails asked."

"It's something me grandmother taught me and my cousin Alucion," Tikal replied." We're never to forget it, it goes like this... the servers are the 7 chaos, chaos is power, power enrichied by the heart, the controller is the one that unifies the chaos."

"But we're still not sure what it all means," Alucion said."

"But the number 7 is the same as the number of emeralds there are," Edmund said."

"Emeralds?" Tails asked."

"Forgive me, but I don't think we've met before...I'm Tikal, this is my cousin Alucion, and our good friend Edmund," Tikal said." And you are?"

Before they could answer, the light emerges returning the group back to the present still holding Froggy.

"That was weird," Tails said." And wouldn't Alucion remember seeing me?" (thinking) 'Maybe her memories are still blurred from being a statue for so long.'

Meanwhile with Big, he was leaving the ice cave and saw Tails with Froggy.

"Oh no, he's got my little buddy!" he said."

Big comes running towards the group.

"Waaaa!" Big said."

"Yikes!" Tails said dropping Froggy. Froggy hops away.

"Wait for me!" Big said as he chases Froggy."

"That was weird," Shortfuse said."

"Now where were we?" Tails asked." Oh yeah! the chaos emerald... perfect! This will give my tornado 2 up and Rarin to go!"

"And I can us this new item I found a while back," Rotor said showing a capsule with a red shard in it." It's called a chaos drive, Junior and Hope found it weeks ago but didn't have time to try it out, so they gave it to me."

"Then let's get to work," Cyrus said."

they head to the workshop to meet up with Renee.

"The time has come at last, our new planes should work a lot better," Tails said." we've ironed out most of the problems, so here it goes! emerald and drive do your stuff! ready Sonic? here we come!"

The launch the tornado and twister 2 with Jhonny and Techno in the back of them.

"You're all set," Cyrus said."

"Tornado 2, twister 2, ready to take off," Rotor said." Away we go!"

The planes fly as Shortfuse and Marrick follows.

"Good luck guys," Renee said."

Meanwhile in station square,

Amy is seen walking with Fluttershy, Tiara, and Pinkie pie with bags of food.

"Thanks for grocery shopping with me," Amy said."

"No problem," Pinkie pie said."

"I need to shop anyway.

Amy stops walking making the three look at her.

"What's up?" Pinkie pie asked."

"Gee, I'm bored, every day's the same old thing, same place, different day, I miss the good old days hanging out with my hero, Sonic," Amy replied." (Has a flashback of Sonic carrying her while being chased by metal Sonic) "Chasing bad guys and blowing them away ha hah! (back to reality) But now he's gone, and there's nothing left to do buy shop till I drop. there's always something fun to do with Sonic around, I really miss him"

"Maybe you'll see him again," Pinkie pie said."

"I agree," Fluttershy said."

Suddenly the sky goes black.

"Hey, what's going on here? is there an eclipse today or what?" Amy asked."

"Nah, if there was Twilight would be the first to notice," Pinkie pie replied."

"Nobody forecast a storm or anything," Fluttershy said."

They dropped their groceries seeing the egg carrier.

"Eggman? can it be?" Amy asked." What's that?"

Suddenly, Pinkie's tail starts twitching.

"My tail's twitching, that means something it going to fall from the sky!" she said."

"I still can't understand why you have feelings like that," Tiara said."

As she said, something falls out of the egg carrier and lands on Amy.

"Ahhh! watch it, watch it!" she said." Ow! you should watch where you're going buddy!"

They see a little blue flicky wearing a neckless knocked out.

(Gasps) "A flicky!" Fluttershy said." (picks it up) "Hey, are you alright? you look kind of hurt."

"Uh, we got another problem," Pinkie said as her tail twitches again."

A green robot revealed to be Zero appears behind them.

"What's this?" Amy asked." (it charges at them) Huh Uh oh!"

"It's after the flicky!" Fluttershy said."

"Run!" Pinkie pie said."

Zero chases them.

"Yikes! you almost ran us over creep!" Amy said."

"Let's get out of here!" Pinkie pie said."

They enter the burger shop to hide. Zero checks the window then leaves.

"That was one of Eggman's robots huh?" Amy asked."

"He must've captured this little one and somehow she got away," Fluttershy said." don't worry, we'll protect you."

They leave the burger shop as Pinkie was eating a burger.

"We'll do our best to keep each other safe from harm. we'll stand by each other all the way!" Amy said."

The Flicky chirped.

"She said thank you," Fluttershy said."

The four head to the hotel to leave to the other section.

Meanwhile with Big,

He was still in the mystic ruins until he took the train back to station square. he leaves the train station and sees Froggy enter the hotel. Big follows him to the hotel and entered the beach to fish for Froggy.

"Froggy!" Big said as he fished him out.

Meanwhile with Sonic's group they headed back to the hotel. Amy sees them mostly Sonic and gets happy.

"Oh Sonic!" Amy said." Huh my hero! but what's he doing with Sally? I hope they're not on a date."

"Sonic wait up!" Amy said as she, Fluttershy, and Pinkie pie walk up to them." Long time no see!"

"Huh... a... Amy?" Sonic said."

"What's wrong with you anyway? are on a date with Sally?" Amy asked."

(Blushes) W-what no, we're on a mission," Sally replied."

"Likely story," Amy said."

"Listen, this flicky seems to be in trouble," Fluttershy said."

"So you need to be his bodyguard for a while!" Amy said."

"You must be kidding!" Sonic said."

"We don't have time for this," Rainbow Dash said."

"If you don't, we're just gonna tag along anyway!" Amy said."

"Is she always like this?" Twilight asked."

"Yup," Sonia said."

They leave the hotel not knowing Zero was following them.

"Ah, look! Eggman's robot's on the loose!" Pinkie said."

"No problem! he's just a chunk of cheese hardware," Sonic said."

"Whoaaa!" Amy said."

"Oh, now what?" Sonic asked." huh?"

"Look here! it says cute couples get in free!" Amy said." Let's go!"

Amy goes in.

"Amy! wai-wai-wai-wait!" Sonic said." Oh man, that girl is such a pain!"

"She just keeps reminding me of Zepher Breese," Rainbow Dash said." No offence Fluttershy."

(deadpan) "None taken," Fluttershy said."

'I just hope she changes soon,' Sally thought.'

"I'm still surprised that Chris' dad made this park as his anniversary gift for his wife," Twilight said."

"Dedicated love," Sonia said."

They follow Amy inside.

Meanwhile in the Egg carrier,

Eggman assembled his 4 E-series robots.

"Ah, hah... testing 1.2,3... ahem, you, the elite egg carrier crew, are here today to hear a very special announcement. behold! it's a frog! very unique!" Eggman said."

An image of Froggy appeared on screen.

"This frog is absolutely vital to our plans!" Eggette said."

"I command you to locate this frog immediately," Eggman said." you can hear me? I don't care what it takes to get it, just bring it to me!"

"We haven't got time to waste, so come to attention!" Eggette said."

The four robots leave the Egg carrier. Unbeknownst to them, Hope, Junior, Chris, Keith, Danny, Frances, and Helen were listening in.

"It's a good thing you hacked Eggman's network," Keith said."

"Yup, now we split up and find the frog before those bots do," Junior said."

"Right," the group said."

"Is it weird that a frog has a tail?" Danny asked."

They split up to follow each robot.

Later, Hope and Junior follow Gamma to station square.

"There he is," Hope said."

Gamma enters the hotel and heads towards the beach.

"Hold it, you bucket of bolts," Junior said holping out his ray gun."

"You're not going anywhere," Hope said with her ray gun."

Gamma was about to fight, until he saw Big with Froggy and snatches him.

"Foggy?" Big said." Uh oh!"

Gamma leaves.

"No, hold on there! come back please!" Big said." Give me my friend back! I'm beggin' ya, please!"

"Come back here!" Hope said."

Gamma fires a sleep gas, it misses big but hits Junior and Hope knocking them out. Suddenly, the red light surrounds Gamma engulfing him and sending him to the past. Gamma is seen in the Mystic ruins.

Must determine location," Gamma said." Accessing Data."

He scans the area.

"No data found, location unknown," Gamma said." This presents a problem."

He heads to the altar. He then sees a bunch of Choa's singing and a sound from the water.

"No! don't go any closer!" Tikal said as she, Alucion, and Edmund appeared." I'm sorry. I see you must not be one of them, huh?"

"It sure doesn't," Alucion replied."

"Maybe it's from Ablion to watch us," Edmund."

They walk up next to Gamma.

"Did you notice the presence guarding these children? he's a very loving and gentle creature," Tikal said."

"These little creatures are too vulnerable without its protection, this protection allows them to continue singing in peace," Edmund said."

"Even we were surprised the first time we saw them," Alucion said."

"Now my father is trying to take their secret home," Tikal said."

"My mother is trying her best to stop him, but it seems his heart is closed off to us all," Alucion said."

"My true hope is that someday we'll understand each other, just like grandfather was trying to do," Tikal said."

"And we will," Edmund said."

Gamma was brought back to the present. where he's on the egg carrier with the other three bots arguing which frog is the right one as Gamma has his along with the captured Junior and Hope.

Back in twinkle park,

Amy, Tiara, Pinkie pie, and Fluttershy got separated from the others.

"Great, we got separated from Sonic, sally better not steal him," Amy said."

"Uh, Amy," Pinkie said pointing at Zero."

"Uh oh," Amy said."

The four start running. they run through the park avoiding Zero, but Amy and Pinkie grab a balloon and fly away with Fluttershy following them.

Meanwhile with Sonic's group,

they go through the park by going through the rides. they made it out.

"Welcome to twinkle park," the announcer said."

"Oh shoot, we lost Amy, Pinkie, Tiara, and Fluttershy!" Sonic said."

"They probably got out somewhere else," Sally said."

"I bet that robot hauled butt after them," Manic said."

"We better catch them before it does," Nicky said."

They leave the park not knowing a card fell somewhere until Manic sees it.

"Hey look," he said." an employee card."

"And?" Twilight asked."

"It might come in handy," Manic replied."

It opens a buildings door.

"See," Manic said."

They enter an elevator and enter the speed way. they go through it and find a capsule fill with animals.

"Man, Fluttershy will pop a vein for this," Rainbow Dash said."

"I agree," Twilight said."

Meanwhile with Knuckles Group,

The red light sends them to the past again after hearing that angle island is under attack.

"Back here again?" Kat asked." this is getting strange."

They head to the altar. they then hear Tikal's voice. they see her, past Alucion, and Edmund talking to something.

"I beg of you, hear me now, my father is coming here soon, and we fear what may happen, you must take everyone away from here! oh please!" Tikal said."

Only sounds were heard.

"So, are you saying you can't leave this place? I understand, let me talk to my father again!" Tikal said." there must be a better way to do this."

"Knowing uncle, it'll take a miracle," past Alucion said."

The Choa surrounds the three worried.

"Don't worry friends, we won't let you down," Edmund said." We must do something quickly."

The three leave as the group was back at the present on angle island.

"We're back at the altar," Knuckles said." this is really blowing our minds!"

"No, it's not," Alucion muttered."

"Wait I remember the broken pieces of the master emerald, and our people are in trouble!" Knuckles said."

They head to the city where echidnas and Dingos are defeated and pinned down. the leader named Hathor comes in.

"Greetings guardian, (sees Kat) young one, you'll be safe from these barbarians," she said."

"Excuse me?!" Kat said."

"Stop!" Alucion said." I am Alucion niece of the chief of the Knuckles clan, I know my uncle caused pain to your clan but (bowing) please spare them, these echidnas did nothing wrong."

Calyspo does the same.

"I know I failed to stop my brother from attacking you when we were trying to make peace with you people back then, and I'm willing to try again to avoid more pain," she said." don't let history repeat itself."

Hathor looks around and thinks.

"If that's true, then why have a slave?" she asked."

"Kat is not a slave!" Knuckles replied."

A likely story," Hathor said."

Locke comes up.

"Then, we'll settle the traditional way," he said." I face your strongest warrior to atone for our clan's sins and for the girl."

"Very well, Razorclaw step forward!" Hathor said." If you lose, the girl stays safe with us."

"Very well," Locke said."

They enter an arena where everyone watches.

"Knuckles can you dad fight?" Kat asked." because I know he doesn't like me."

"He'll win," Knuckles said."

The match begins, the two match blows until Razorclaw gets the upper hand.

"Give up old man, you've already lost," he said." the girl will be safer with us."

To everyone's surprise, Locke uses incredible strength and overpowers Razorclaw.

"Kat is a member out our clan and Family, the Knuckles clan has changed over the years by Edmund since the incident, we're not the same anymore," he said."

Razorclaw taps out surprising Hathor. Kat walks up to her.

"Listen, I appreaciate you wanting to protect me do to your history with the echidnas, but these modern echidnas saved my life when I was injured, they treated me with love and had no ill will of me, they became my new family after I lost mine," she said." this circle of hate has to end."

Hathor looks int Kat's eyes with determination and Alucion and Calyspo on their knees.

"Very well, we'll settle a peace treaty later for now we'll leave," she said."

The Felidae clan leaves as Razorclaw shows his anger.

"Did you mean it dad, about Kat?" Knuckles asked."

"She's proven time and time again," Loke replied." For now, restore the master emerald."

They do so and the master emerald is almost restored. while the injured get treated.

"It's still incomplete," Knuckles said."

"Where else could more shards be?" Applejack asked."

"Even my spell didn't find more," Rarity said."

"We need to find the remaining pieces," Julie-su said." but where?"

"Hey look," Kat said." its Eggman's flying fortress."

They see the egg carrier in the master emerald.

"That's where the rest of the pieces must be," Knuckles said."

"Eggette must've found them to make jewelry out of them," Rarity said." That's something I would do."

"Then let's go!" Applejack said."

"Except, we don't know where it is," Alucion said."

"It's a big ship, how hard could it be?" Kat asked."

Suddenly they see Gamma.

"Hey, isn't that one of Eggman's robots?" Knuckles asked."

"Yup, and it'll lead us to Eggman's base!" Applejack replied."

"Then let's go," Alucion said."

They head out before Kat goes to Locke and hugs him and leaves.

The Felidae clan is from Archie.

And I figured that Alucion did meet Tails but never got his name and her memory being blurring after being a statue for so long.

I figured that Amy taught Fluttershy to understand Flicky's. also, I wanted Chris and the others to be part of the action.
