"Kol?"

Bonnie muttered softly at the quietly contemplative original and Kol looked at Bonnie and his heart skipped a strong beat as his lips materialized into a soft smile. He caressed her cheeks as he looked deep in her emerald eyes. I like you Bonnie Bennett. He whispered through the bond and Bonnie's eyes widened and she opened her mouth but he shook his head. Don't, not yet love.

Bonnie nodded hesitantly and Kol smiled. I admire you. He said and kissed her cheeks. I cherish you. He said and kissed her forehead. I want you Bonnie Bennett. He said again and finally pressed a firm kiss on her lips, Bonnie reciprocated with all her strength but Kol easily overpowered her into his will. He grabbed her wrists and pinned her against the wall.

"Kol?"

Bonnie questioned confused and then- she gasped breathlessly and her eyes widened as Kol slammed into her dulling her senses immediately. "I love you Bonnie Bennett" he whispered huskily and Bonnie lost her mind as Kol took her in and out without restraint.

"Kol!"

He stared at her and as if possessed, his eyes glew and Bonnie watched his fangs form in the caravan of his mouth. And he bit her and slammed into her all at one. I love you. He whispered again and Bonnie screamed, but Kol could never stop. He needed her to know. He needed her to know that he loved her without conditions. He needed her to feel it all in her. He needed her to know that she was his, that she belonged to him and he belonged to her.

..

A few days later the sky was bright blue, the clouds were fluffy and cotton shaped and the sun was shining exuberantly bright. Kol sat on the bar with Elijah and Niklaus and he watched over the girls who were having quite a fun time even though things were slightly awkward around them when they had met.

The young Mikealson watched Bonnie's eyes twinkle as the three would occasionally laugh and nod. Bonnie would give him a small smile sometimes and Kol would smile back, making his heart dip sweetly at the girl of his dreams. He couldn't help but smile slightly as he looked at Elijah who had been observing him quite discretely whilst Klaus had his eyes occasionally drifting to Caroline and Rebekah.

He knew very well that Klaus who he wasn't able to read before was thinking about how he has failed Rebekah. That feeling of failure was ever so prominent in Klaus when it came to Rebekah, especially since he continuously did it over and over again, however it was still feeling and Kol had been mad with envy. He had been with envy for a lot of things actually. And it had consumed him to the point that he couldn't even breathe. And watching again as Klaus once again laid his eyes on Rebekah, knowing he has failed her but never.. acknowledging the same for him, Kol's bitterness and sadness was profound.

It's okay to feel hurt and angry.

Grams whispered in the background and Kol's hands clenched on the glass. He was so angry, so sad and so wretched and he needed let it out. To let it out, otherwise he and Bonnie, would have no future, otherwise he would not have a future.

"It's time we talk"

..

The atmosphere was even more quiet as they all sat in his siblings' resort. Caroline and Bonnie were off on their own and Kol hoped that Bonnie also got somethings off her chest. He looked at his three siblings and Kol felt a form of suffocation as they all looked at him remorsefully, even Klaus, but it wasn't enough, nor it'd never been.

"I hated you"

He revealed quietly as a lump immediately formed on his throat, "You daggered me brother for centuries and you played around with that threat as if it were just another thing, because it was, it was always so easy for you to, and you knew very well how I hated being reminded of it, how feared it, because it reminded me that even if I was immortal I could still...die. I hated you for it Niklaus because if I loomed the threat of Mikeal you wouldn't have felt good now would you?" Klaus's eyes widened and the rage he felt was enormous, and he clutched on Kol's neck who's eyes just stared at him.

"Niklaus!"

Elijah admonished and Kol smiled, "that my brother, has been my life since the day I rose and from when you would dagger me" and Klaus let him go and Kol only stared.

"As for you Rebekah, I was closer to you than all of them, and in as much as you cried about Klaus's cruelty, you were just like him" Rebekah's eyes widened and Klaus's rage rose and Kol smiled emptily, "come on defend her, tell her she isn't like dear old daddy, who's just like the both of you"

"Kol!"

"Don't interrupt me Elijah!" Kol hissed, his voice venomous, devoid of any feeling but rage. "You failed me, so you will let me talk and you will listen. Whether you choose to change or not, depends on you but after this, I will be free with this family" he spat and Rebekah's eyes widened and Kol's eyes met Elijah's. "This is my last chance to you, this conversation is my very last Elijah, you have utterly drained me till the point that I can't seem to have nothing left.." and as that admission came out of his lips, Kol felt the tears gather in his eyes.

"My older brothers, my heroes. I don't know when that had changed and I new I was nuisance, but I followed your lead. I followed it all Elijah, but even you wouldn't look at me, Klaus needed it most now didn't he. He was hurt most, you had failed him, so everyone else was irrelevant, especially me, your temperamental younger brother"

"...Kol?"

"Even Marcel Nik, I wasn't even worth an outsider in this family" and the tears that Kol's eyes held seemed to be at the edge of falling, as centuries of restrained pain ripped him apart. His voice was hoarse and the mumur was desperate.

"So I did what I did best, I hid, I ran, because I wasn't.." worth it in your eyes. Was said so quietly in his heart but Kol knew his siblings had heard him loud and clear. He swallowed a sob as his heart weighed heavily on his chest and grams voice filled his ears.

It's okay to feel hurt and angry. "But I forgave you, because we're family, regardless of blood of anything, we've always been family and we wanted to start anew" Kol whispered softly as a small smile materialized on his features and then his heart squeezed painfully and Kol swallowed yet another sob.

"And then I died" Kol stated as his smile chilled and he met Klaus's eyes, "And Elena was still.. alive? In fact she was pitiful!" He hissed as he stared at Elijah who's guilt shrouded his heart. And then Kol looked at Rebekah and he laughed, "friends!"

"..Kol please i-"

"Friends, Beks after she had killed me!" And Kol laughed, he laughed and the tears that had been held on at bay finally fell to the ground and the moment they had dropped, Kol's burdens dropped with it, and the silence was deafening. Kol looked at his siblings and he wiped away his tears, but they fell, they continuosly fell and Kol tried again but he couldn't stop. The tears fell quite harshly on his skin and he felt directly burned as Elijah's warm hands embraced him and Kol felt the sob broke through his mouth. He hugged Elijah back who's embrace was tight, conveying all the apologies and all the sorrow as Kol begged for the last time for his big brother to be just there for him.
