3. Chapter 3

:Chapter Start:

Raynor's home-a Few minutes later

Butcher stared at the head of the CIA in shock before saying, "Whats the catch?"

Raynor sighs and says, "Look, Phantom is classified as a third party Supe. Not Vought affiliated. Hell the only crimes he was accused of, was because of others framing him. Tea?" Raynor pulled out a couple coffee mugs and tea bags. Butcher nods as Raynor continues, "From the confiscated files for a unit called the GIW, they listed hundred of 'Spectors' with varying abilities but all related to being a ghost. Fact of the matter, he went underground about ten years ago after restaurant exploded killing six people."

"Daniel mentioned that," Butcher states before accepting his tea. After taking a sip Butcher asks, "Any known weakness. Just in case."

"We do have weapons to handle him, but unless something happened to make him go bad there should not be an issue," Raynor states with Butcher keeping his cool. Raynor simply says, "I will get you one. For now though I need to know the situation."

Butcher nods and says, "We have Translucent in a cage. Frenchie is working on killing the bastard but the fucker has unbreakable skin."

Raynor simply says, "When you get back to him stop him. I will bring a small team and give Translucient a deal he would never turn down."

Butcher raised an eyebrow, "What could you offer the invisible cunt that he would give up the rest of the Seven?"

"His kid," Raynor states before adding, "And a house in Brazil."

Abandoned fast food place with Frenchie and Danny-couple hours later.

Daniel was sitting in front of a television as Frenchie was doing what he can to find a way to kill the invisble man with unbreakable skin. Frenchie looked at Danny watching what was clearly classic Doctor who and asks, "I have spoken to a Supe socially before. Do you have a story?"

Daniel frowns before saying, "I was a teenager when I walked into a device my parents built to access another dimension. My friends dared me to go inside after we discovered it was not working," Daniel transformed into Phantom revealing his black hazmat suit as he continues. "I was electrocuted with enough power to bridge the gap with the ghost zone. No idea how I survived being slammed by two dimensions. It took months to control my new powers. Year later my family was killed by a future version of myself. Before you ask, there is a ghost with control over time and no I will not asking him for help."

Frenchie nods before saying, "We have to live and die with our mistakes," there was a haunted look in Frenchie's eyes before he says, "My story is not too special, I was recruited after a series of high score robberies. I developed chemicals and ways of disabling Supes. After I was caught with my friends after we disabled a supe by making higher then a plane, the Police caught us before we could get away. The CIA recruited me and gave everyone on my team pardons. Then I became an artist taking down Supes. It is never same way twice."

Daniel frowns before saying, "My heart beats half as much as a normal human, I can survive at very low temperatures and I don't need as much oxygen while unaffected being in vacuum as long as I have a rebreather. I will give you the specs later on the weapons that can affect me."

Frenchie frowns and asks, "Why give me that information?"

"I just don't want to go bad without ensuring there was a way to take me down," Daniel admits getting a nod from Frenchie.

That was when Butcher returned and says, "I got the information but if you want to keep your human side secret I suggest you change your hair," Butcher looks to Frenchie and says, "Put a hold on killing the cunt. Raynor is coming to handle it."

Frenchie frowns and asks, "Why the hell is Raynor coming."

"She said if I recruit Phantom I get Homelander," Butcher states with Frenchie's jaw dropping and before anything else Butcher continues, "Apparently they have the files of a debunked Government Agency that calculate that Phantom can take down Homelander or at least hold him off when he goes bad. After talking with Raynor, she confirmed that she will not be Disecting you," pointing at Phantom who was eating ice cream still.

Phantom asks, "What does this Raynor plan to do."

"Translucent is on the no Fly list and wants custody of his kid," Butcher states before adding, "The invisible Cunt's file basically states that he has to pay seventy percent of his pay to the step mother due to the fact he has to be naked to use his power and considering he has no secret identity he had to turn invisible to see his son."

"So we are letting the guy live?" Frenchie states surprised.

"Not unless he holds back on us," Butcher states.

Phantom was silent before saying, "So we are just waiting for Raynor."

Butcher nods and the three continues to doing what they were doing, Butcher checking on Translucent, Frenchie continuing to make a bullet while Phantom watched TV while floating in the air like sitting on a reclining chair. Butcher was reading documents he received about a couple supes nothing big just some flags about their actions and mortailities.

Eventually Raynor arrived with three undercover CIA agents keeping an eye out for anyone showing up unannounced. Raynor comments, "Seriously Butcher no one on look out," Only for Frenchie to show her the Tablet Screen he was watching while listening to music, with six tabs showing movement around the place. Raynor shakes her head and looks to Phantom and says, "Fenton right? On behalf of the American Government I thank you for all your actions in defending the world and stopping world war three."

Phantom sighs and turns back into Daniel Fenton before saying, "Yeah. Also don't sweat about that other stuff. Ghosts tend to cause trouble whenever they want."

Raynor nods before saying, "Well I am sorry you are working with the shit storm that is Butcher and apparently his boy band," Butcher gave her a sarcastic smile as Raynor continued, "I am here to make Translucent an offer to work for me." Daniel nods as he leads Raynor into the built in storage fridge while turning back into Phantom.

Translucent was sitting in an electrified cage where he sees the woman wearing a suit. Translucent asks, "Who the hell are you?"

"I am Director Raynor of the CIA," Raynor introduced as she kneels next to the cage and says, "I have an offer for you. You keep all your money and all your assests liquidated and move both you and your son too Brazil with full custody. In exchange you give us information on Vought and their assests."

Translucent turns visible with a look on his face clearly saying desperately needing help. Translucent asks, "What do you want to know?"

Phantom asks, "What do you have on A-Train? Where was he running?"

Translucent answers without hesitation, "I don't know where he was running too, but I know where he too after. He is secretly dating Pop Claw. Vought hasn't agreed to let him go public. She may know something that you can use."

Phantom asks, "You gave that up, pretty easily."

Translucent simply says, "I want out and if you can do that without Homelander finding me. I will take it. The only reason he keeps me around is because Stilwell gets me to spy on people. Corporate rivals, police officers and Senators. They want Supes in the Military, Homelander jokes about killing freaks overseas. Look as much as I would like to go overseas, I would rather not have to commit any War Crimes."

Raynor simply says, "I have my men getting your son now. I am going to let you out of that cage. You pull anything, Phantom will kick your ass again."

Translucient simply asks, "Could I get some clothes. I doubt my son will want to deal with me naked," Raynor nods as Translucent waits for some clothes as Raynor turned the power off and Frenchie gave Translucent a coat and pants. Translucent says, "We should iron out this deal and I am going to need something to write down everything that Vought asked me to do and what they have done."

With that Raynor spoke with Translucent at a table to iron out their deal while Butcher leaned on the wall next to Phantom and comments, "Cutting deals with Supes. I hate this."

Phantom simply says, "He fears Homelander. He is giving us Vought meaning we will be cutting into Homelander's support to the point where Homelander will make mistakes. He makes a mistake we can figure out how to take him down."

Butcher frowns before looking at Daniel and asks, "You're a wise Cunt, Daniel."

Phantom takes a deep breath and says, "I have experience in handling this sort of thing. Translucent gave us a name to check on. Pop Claw is apparently dating A-Train and they may know where A-Train was going that day."

Phantom's phone then rang with Divinal's 'I touch Myself' starts playing. Butcher asks, "Who is calling you?"

"Robyn," Phantom answered before answering, "Hey Robyn, Sorry I forgot to call you last night. Work went a bit late last night."

"Considering you were meant to pick me up with a truck so I can move in with you," Robyn says causing Phantom to grit his teeth before Robyn continued, "I would like to get away from my parents as soon as possible."

"Yeah I will get a van and be at your parents house in an hour," Phantom looks to Butcher who nods.

"See you then. And please hurry. My mom is trying to unpack my bags," Robyn states.

"I am on my way," Phantom says.

Butcher shouts to Frenchie, "Frenchie, need you to go with Phantom to pick up her girl. I will pack up." Phantom looks at him carefully before Butcher adds, "He has a Van and I need him to keep an eye on you."

Phantom nods as the two step out with Phantom turning into Daniel and getting into Frenchie's Van and sped away to Robyn's parents house.

Butcher continues to watch Raynor until Translucent's son arrived and Translucent signed the contract and left quickly to get on a private plane. Translucent's money would be moved to another account and the CIA will have enough information to fight Vought.

Raynor looks to Butcher and says, "I will organise some funding for your team," before nodding and heading off.

Butcher goes to kitchen and proceeds to pack everything they used into his car and dropped it off at Frenchie's before getting the team back together.

With Daniel and Frenchie-Robyn's house an hour later

Frenchie looked around the street from the drivers seat at the classy houses as they slowly reached Robyn's house to find a two story home. Frenchie asks, "Your girl lives here? Fancy."

Daniel sighs and says, "Her parents are accountants who bought the property before prices went up. They don't like me and they don't like me. Apparently I am not good enough for her."

"No one ever is," Frenchie jokes before the pair step out of the Van and walk over to the door to knock. Robyn's mother answers the door and slams it on Daniel's face. Frenchie comments, "That is not normal."

Daniel goes to use his key only to find the locks changed, so he phased his hand through the door and unlocked it. Daniel simply says, "Robyn? You home?"

"Danny! They put a fucking lock on my door!" Daniel ran up stairs to find Robyn's room padlocked before Danny blasted the door to ash. Robyn saw Danny at the door as she quickly filled a duffle bag with her. Robyn stares at the door and says, "Since when can you do that?"

Daniel rubs his neck and says, "Since I was a teenager. Are you okay?"

Robyn crosses her arms while sitting in her wheelchair and says, "I being held by my parents against my will again. Not even to physical therapy." Daniel helps Robyn with her clothes while Robyn says, "Leave the furniture but grab the chest," as Frenchie arrived. Daniel pointed at the chest for Frenchie to grab as Daniel carried Robyn with her Wheelchair to get her down stairs with her Duffle bag on her lap.

Robyn's mother steps over and shouts at Daniel about how she is going to call the police for kidnapping. Daniel counters with, "We have been planning to move in together for more then a year. I found a place that is wheelchair accessible. Robyn can send you the address later." And walked out with Robyn and they got in Frenchie's van.

Robyn was seated behind the seats and asks, "So Daniel, who is your friend?"

Daniel was silent for a moment allowing Frenchie to introduce himself, "I go by Frenchie. I am a Chemist who specializes in anti supe weaponry."

Robyn blinks while Daniel signs and says, "Frenchie is contracted with the CIA. They take care of Supes going rouge or just needing to be put down."

Robyn asks, "How?"

"Well every Supe requires a different way of kill them Hell, Translucent could have been taken by placing a bomb up their rear end. Under that invulnerable skin he is still flesh and blood."

Daniel sighs and says, "I will explain everything later." Daniel the gives Frenchie his address and they drove down to Daniel's apartment where they drove into the back and into the Garage.

Frenchie looks around the Garage and asks, "Who owns the building? This place is nice."

Daniel was hesitant until he answered, "I do," getting a look from Robyn. Daniel simply says, "The person who became my Guardian after my parent's died bought me the building."

Robyn simply asks, "Why do you sleep in the basement?"

"I was intending to move into the roof penthouse when we moved in together," Daniel states.

Robyn comments, "You mean with the giant telescope?"

The building in question was a standard ten story building with an Observatory built into the Penthouse. The individual apartments were large enough for small families.

Frenchie asks, "Are you rich or something?"

"My Parent's insurance policy was worded in such a way that if they were killed in a way other then ghosts there would be a pay out a a couple hundred million," Daniel answers before adding, "I am sorry that I did not tell you, but I don't like using that money."

Robyn looks to Daniel and says, "You are going to do something for me at a time of my choice. And you are not going to argue with me."

"yes dear," Daniel answered.

Frenchie then checked his phone as he received a text message, "Butcher just sent me a picture and a place to meet up," showing an address and a photo of a truck.

"I am coming with you," Robyn states and before Daniel could argue, "This is not the something and I am not going to take no as an Answer."

Frenchie looks to Daniel and says, "Butcher with truck means recon."

Daniel steps out the van and says, "Let me put Robyn's stuff in my basement apartment," and walks over to the door while Robyn rubs her knees.

Frenchie notices Robyn's motions and asks, "You in pain?"

"Mom ripped up my medication prescriptions and gave a jar of Asperin," Robyn states.

Frenchie hums before saying, "If you like I can make you something for the pain. Maybe something that both you and Daniel can enjoy in your alone time."

Robyn smiles and says, "Thanks but," she looked down sadly looking at her knees.

Frenchie smirks and says, "Don't worry, Daniel is a good man. He won't leave you because of this. But if he does, feel free to call me for a one night stand whenever you are in the mood," Frenchie smiles before turning to the window and jumping as he sees Daniel at his window. Frenchie admits, "You break up with this girl, I will pick her right up."

Daniel sighs and moves to the passenger seat before saying, "Let's go," with that Frenchie drove out the garage and towards the Suburbs outside of town with traffic it took a couple hours. Enough time for Butcher to set up his truck.

Outside Pop Claws Apartment Complex-Three hours later

Frenchie parked his truck a couple blocks away from Butcher's truck, where he walked with Daniel pushing Robyn along until they reach the truck and Frenchie steps on intending to help Daniel lift the wheelchair only for Daniel to do it without issues. Frenchie notices Butcher and says, "She wanted to join us," before noticing a new face.

This resulted in the two fighting and shaking the truck before Butcher pushes the two apart before saying, "Stop it both of you! we are on a job! Save it for later!"

The new man who is an African American man shouts, "I told you Butcher I never wanted to work with this French Ass Hole!" Frenchie in his native language shouted at the taller man.

"Save it!" Butcher shouts, "We have new recruits. Daniel, Robyn, this is Mothers Milk or MM."

Daniel and Robyn shakes MM hand as Robyn comments, "Is your name really Mothers Milk?"

"Name my mother gave me," MM answered.

Daniel simply nods as Butcher speaks up, "Look, Pop Claw is heading into her building," everyone walks over to the screen to see a woman wearing basic gym attire being stopped by a middle aged man clearly lusting after the woman. Daniel clutched his head as visions appeared in his mind seeing two deaths before blinking. Butcher spoke up, "Okay we need to sneak in and set up survalence," he turns around to see Daniel missing. "Where the fuck is Daniel," he looked around before noticing something else missing, "Where the fuck is my jacket?" Frenchie pointed at the screen to see Phantom walking up to the land lord.

With Phantom

Phantom walked up to Pop Claw's land lord and sees the man gulping as he asks, "Do you own this place?" The land lord nods before Phantom pulled out a check book and says, "I will buy the whole Complex for Ten Million Dollars." The Land lord frowns but nods and takes Phantom to his apartment and gives him the documents and the bank account connected to the Apartment.

The former land lord asks, "I take it you are buying the complex because of Pop Claw? She is beautiful." There business was done and Phantom gave them two weeks free rent to get a new place.

With that Butcher with MM came to him outside the former landlords apartment with Butcher demanding his jacket as he asks, "What the fuck are you doing? And why did you steal my coat?"

"I bought the building," Phantom answered, "MM come with me. We are going to upgrade everyones internet. I will bring you back your coat once I introduce myself."

Butcher frowns before heading back to the truck. MM spoke, "We have to get cameras into Pop Claw's apartment."

Phantom handed him a USB and a phone device before saying, "Plug that in to the computer. You will be able to use the devices in her Apartment with a camera." MM nods before Phantom adds, "Your cover is your IT specialist checked everyones Wifi to ensure that no one is stealing it, and I am the new landlord introducing myself."

With that they went to each apartment and Phantom introduced himself as the new Landlord. They made it through most of the building until they final reached Pop Claws apartment, where she was wearing a singlet and booty shorts. Pop Claw smiles and says, "Hi, what can I help you with?"

"Hello, I am the New Landlord, Daniel Phantom. I bought the building today and I am paying to have the internet upgraded in the building," Daniel Phantom introduced himself before pointing at MM and says, "This is Melvin, he is installing the updates. Can we come in?"

Pop Claw blinks before smiling, "Sure come on in." They step in and both MM and Phantom pause at the sight of the art work on the wall. Shadow captures of a naked Pop Claw. "A previous modelling gig."

MM nods before saying, "I have always been a fan of the 'Lethal Hero' series."

Pop Claw smiles and says, "Next time you come around I will be happy to sign something. Computer is this way," pointing to the Computer. While MM installed the USB, Pop Claw looks to Phantom and asks, "So you bought the place?"

"Yeah," Phantom states before commenting, "If you are worried about rent. I don't intend to increase it at the moment."

Pop Claw nods before commenting, "That's cool, I have been trying to get some work to pay the rent. I have been behind for a couple days. Should be able to pay after the big race today."

Phantom nods before asking, "Do you mean your gambling for it?"

Pop Claw laughs and says, "The A-Train and Shockwave that is happening this afternoon. There will be some news."

MM checks the phone device revealing the cameras working as Phantom continues, "I will keep an eye on that," MM stands and notice a red case under the television. Phantom sees that MM was done before saying, "Well we need to introduce myself to the rest of the building. I will see you later for the Rent."

They said their goodbyes to Pop Claw and left the Apartment and walked right into A-Train. A-Train looked at the pair and asks, "Who are you?"

Phantom frowns before saying, "I bought the building today. I was just introducing myself to the Tenants."

A-Train looks at Phantom and asks, "Have we met before?"

Phantom raised an eyebrow before saying, "I have one of those faces."

A-Train smiles and excuses himself by going into Pop Claws apartment. Phantom suddenly grabs MM and the pair turn invisible as they sped to Butchder's truck. Phantom attached the Phone device to Butcher's set up to show Pop Claw and A-Train making out on the couch.

Phantom removed Butcher's coat and turned back into Daniel and says, "Pop Claw has some financial trouble at the moment," He gives Butcher his coat.

Butcher simply says, "Get your own coat," before the five were watching the screen as Pop Claw was seen going for A-Train's feet. Pop Claw removes his shoes and proceeds to suck on his toes.

Robyn frowns before commenting, "The bastards getting her to rub his feet," clearly offended while rubbing her knees.

Frenchie nods before commenting, "A man should be worshiping a woman's foot. Not having a girl suck on fungus. Only time it is acceptable is when you clean them first."

Daniel shakes his head before they see Pop Claw finish and the two heroes start talking about the Race. As the discussion continued Robyn and Daniel hear A-Train ask, "I need the V," this gets everyones attention.

Pop Claw spoke up again, "You should be using, it's a tricky slope. You remember what happened to the Woman, Robyn. You killed that woman, and you don't even remember doing it."

Daniel frowns and says, "So he was drugged up?" getting a smile from Butcher as A-Train argued with Pop Claw went out of camera and returned with a red bag. "That is the bag he was holding when he almost killed Robyn."

What happened next was A-Train saying, "I will call you tonight," That was when it revealed that A-Train had lied to Pop Claw.

Robyn comments, "So A-Train lied to her."

MM frowns, while Butcher says, "Supes are selfish and everything they do is for their own benefit."

Daniel frowns sadly before saying, "Unfortunately it's the same with Ghosts. Their Obsession becomes there only reason to exist."

Butcher looks to Daniel and asks, "Same with you?"

"I am not sure. I am not a normal Ghost," Daniel comments.

Robyn spoke up, "Could someone explain what you are talking about?" MM nods in agreement.

Daniel sighs before transforming into Phantom and says, "I half died as a teenager and became half ghost," before giving a full explanation.

After Robyn and MM received the explanation, MM simply asks, "Is there an Afterlife or do people just turn into ghosts?"

"I don't know. Not everything vanishes when someone dies. What remains goes to the ghost zone and sometimes reforms as a ghost. I don't know the science," Phantom answered before returning to human and commenting as Daniel, "With everything that has happened I was going to tell you Robyn. But something is going on that I don't understand."

Robyn nods before saying, "You guys head to the race, I will keep an eye on Pop Claw." Daniel nods before Robyn says, "I want to talk to you alone later Danny." The four men left Robyn alone to watch Pop Claw crying after A-Train left with the bag.

Vought Supe Track Stadium-Three hours later

Frenchie parked his Van in the Press Area of the stadium as MM hands out Press Passes. MM was checking the Camera that Daniel would be using. MM Finally comments, "So? Why is Butcher working with you? Considering you are a Supe."

"He had me place a listening device after Robin was injured. They wanted me to sign an NDA. So after talking to a girl on a bench I went back to Butcher and helped him place a couple listening devices. Translucent followed us back to my place of work and attacked me. Butcher saved me but when I went to run away I suddenly had some flashes of images, like what happened with Pop Claw's place. I partially turned into Phantom and beat up Translucent before sticking them into Butcher's car." Daniel sighs and says, "Managed to scam Vought out of two hundred thousand dollars. So that was fun."

MM nods before asking, "What happened to Translucient?"

Butcher answered, "Raynor took care of the cunt. Made a deal that he wanted to accept. Wanted his kid and to get out the country."

MM frowns before asking, "You got Raynor working with you again?"

Butcher answered, "As long as Phantom is on our side. I get Homelander."

MM was confused until Daniel answered, "I am technically a WMD on the same level as Homelander. I just have not been active for a decade."

Frenchie then jokes, "Did you ever use your powers for self gain?"

"Does pranking the school bully count?" Daniel asks, "Because that was the only thing I did for self gain."

Butcher stopped the conversation as he says, "You can talk about buggering each other later. We got a job to do. Frenchie you head for the Lockerrooms, Daniel you will stand outside with the Press, make sure Frenchie is in and out without being spotted. MM you are with me, keeping an eye on the seven."

With that Frenchie went to the Vents, while Daniel started taking photos of the Stadium. MM and Butcher were in different sections of the crowd as members of the Seven started arriving. Anne, or as she is to the Seven and Vought, Starlight wearing a skimpy version of her super suit was waving to the crowd with a man wearing a full black bodysuit with armour and knives.

MM moved to be near where the Seven were giving Signatures, seeing Starlight telling a girl not to waste their money only to sound conceited or selfish.

Frenchie sat in the vents above A-Train as his trainer oiled his nipples to prepare for his run. Daniel stood outside the locker room keeping an eye out. A-Train eventually steps out without recognising Daniel staring at him.

Butcher was glaring at Homelander standing next to another member of the Seven. MM pulled out the phone with a link to Pop Claw's camera watching as the woman watches the broadcast of the race.

Frenchie dropped down from the Vent when he was alone in A-Train's locker room, only to find the Bag Empty. Butcher who was watching A-Train notices the speedster flashing in place and appearing more Jumpy. Butcher whispers, "He dosed off sight. We missed the chance."

Starlight was walking to the Locker room as Daniel noticed her before saying, "Anne?" with Butcher speaking into his ear about Starlight.

Starlight looks to Daniel and recognising him, "Danny from the Bench?" Starlight closed the door concealing Frenchie climbing back into the vent. Starlight then remembered, "I saw you at Vought. Nice punch by the way."

Daniel sighs and says, "I was a bit upset. Apparently A-Train did not know who he almost killed and Stillwell was angry too."

Starlight nods in understanding before asking, "Do you want to get something to eat?"

"Sure," Daniel says as he walks away with Starlight before asking, "What is with the get up? You look like an Adult Parody of yourself."

Starlight sighs and says, "Apparently this is me moving to the big city and no longer being in Kansas. The men who designed it went onto attempt to give me a sales pitch Rape and Murder in the big city and 'Shocking' it was moving to the big city."

"When in truth you have taken down these types of criminals back home," Daniel says as the pair ordered some chips, with a Chocolate Shake for Danny and a beer for Starlight, with a basket of Chips between them.

Starlight asks once they were seated, "So last time we talked you were drinking Canadian Syrup not knowing what to do. What have you been up to since then?"

"Well I punched A-Train as I am sure you heard. Then met a support group who are now helping me and Robyn recover," Daniel answered being very honest but omitting details. "Robyn moved in with me today."

Starlight smiles as she says, "Tell me about Robyn."

Daniel smiles and says, "We met in a bar. I had just been rejected from a Job interview. Had recently moved to the city to get away from my home town after losing my entire family and Friends when I was a teenager."

Starlight blinks in shock and says, "Fuck, that sounds like a comic book origin."

Daniel shrugs and says, "I get that a lot."

Starlight though asks, "So Robyn helped you mourn?"

"She came into my life when I was at my lowest. Not sure what I would have done if I wasn't able to pull her out the way," Daniel admits somewhat lost in thought.

Starlight looked at the lost look on his face but noticed the time and says, "Damn, my breaks over. Hey could I give you my number or get yours, just to talk."

Daniel nods and says, "Sure."

Starlight and Daniel exchanged numbers before saying, "The three of us should get together and hang out. Like normal people."

"Normal is overrated," Daniel says with a distant look on his face reliving an old memory. Starlight said her goodbyes while Frenchie came over.

Frenchie sat opposite to Daniel and asks, "You know Starlight?"

Daniel simply says, "Met on a bench after meeting Butcher. She stole the bottle of Syrup I was drinking."

Frenchie nods with Butcher having heard what happened as he watches Homelander while behind him, a drugged up A-Train won his race. MM looks to the Device Daniel gave him and says, "I am going to get back to Robyn. See you guys there." An hour later A-Train was giving a press conference while Frenchie drive back to Pop Claws place.

Robyn was watching Pop Claw as she cried before MM returned to join her when she noticed Pop Claw reaching for a red case under her television and injected a blue liquid into her foot.
