Chapter 13- More than Meets the Eye
The battle continues on. All of the heroes and allies are still in their super powered forms.
Atirik, in his metallic dragon form, shoots a laser beam from his mouth at Lord Zarkiar. Lord Zarkiar barely got hit by it.
Umbrage Flynn throws a gigantic punch to Lord Zarkiar. He then slays him further with his sword. It almost crushes him.
"Take this!" yelled out Twilight, as she shoots out magic beams from her horn at Lord Zarkiar. It paralyzes him further.
Lord Zarkiar comes running towards Mario the Sonic Plush and almost knocks him out, but the hedgehog human won't give up.
"Alright, now I have trained myself for many months but here it goes." said Mario the Sonic Plush, as he is about to launch his attack.
Mario the Sonic Plush lets out a scream, kicking and dodging Lord Zarkiar's many attacks as many times as he can. He manages to knock Lord Zarkiar down to a peg.
"Alright, Lord Zarkiar, now this is your end." said Kit, still having his dark and edgy sword out. "Now let's see who is REALLY under that mask!"
Kit cackles in a sinister manner.
Lord Zarkiar snaps.
"You are making a big MISTAKE! If you and Mario the Sonic Plush DARE take off my mask I will kill everybody!" yelled out Lord Zarkiar.
Kit aims the sword towards Lord Zarkiar's mask. He then proceeds to unmask him, cutting and slicing the outer parts of his mask off.
His "true identity" is showing, looking almost familiar.
Suddenly, magic appears. One by one, the 'human' form is disappearing. Suddenly, it had completely vanished.
His true identity is revealed to be no other than...
Anti-Mario!
Still in Lord Zarkiar's robotic suit, Anti-Mario gets up, laughing.
Every single one of them..they all gasped.
Even Lord Zarkiar's army...
Everyone is all shocked at what they just saw. Lord Zarkiar, has seemingly been Anti-Mario. The REAL Lord Zarkiar seems to have been hiding behind the scenes, plotting his true evil scheme.
"Anti-Mario! What the hell?! You TRICKED US!" yelled Eliza
"Who could have guessed it was YOU?!" yelled Umbrage.
"I can't even believe IT!" yelled Discord.
"Seriously..this feels like a dream. There's no way Lord Zarkiar and Anti-Mario are the same! No way!" yelled Rarity.
Twilight groans.
Everyone else keeps staring at him in shock! Well, except for Mario the Sonic Plush and Kit, who saw it coming.
"Congratulations! You all figured it out..." said Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario, in a sinister tone of voice.
"I have had a funny feeling that this Zarkiar was a clone, with Anti-Mario being that copy. I had already put two and two together, and it all makes sense. Both those two have had the same exact sort of goal. I heard a bit of Anti-Mario in his voice. Who knew that Anti-Mario was also a clone of Lord Zarkiar." said Mario the Sonic Plush.
"I knew that this wasn't the REAL ZARKIAR! Now, tell me, Anti-Mario, what did you gain from DOING THIS?! Answer me, NOW!" Kit snaps.
"Well, the story all goes back to when I was a tiny little, unnaturally born specimen. I was already a genius. I can actually come up with my own evil plans and mastered my own transformations. Queen Chrysalis, my 'mother' from changeling DNA only, was impressed with me and my genius.
I have heard of a man named Akio Yusa, or whatever you want to call him. He had owned a creepy headquarters in Siberia, known as the Dark Palace, and was making engineering suits for himself so he can effectively carry out his plans.
I idolized him. I WORSHIPPED HIM! I even wanted to be like him. Time had gone on. Me and Mario were both in Middle school. I asked him if I could work for him and Zarkiar accepted my offer." explained Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario, "And so, just a few days ago, I killed the original and succeeded him."
Anti-Mario lied. This wasn't the entire truth at all and he knew it. The real Zarkiar was still there and probably used Anti-Mario to clone himself.
"Hold on, if Lord Zarkiar is Anti-Mario, then how come we saw Anti-Mario when we first saw Lord Zarkiar?" asked Spike.
"YOU ALL FELL FOR IT!" explained Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario.
Spike, still in his Poison Spike form, doesn't know what to say. Spike growls.
Everyone who is up against Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario are still in their super powered forms
Lord Zarkiar's army then gets very angry. They have been divided as they didn't know that their boss, Lord Zarkiar, wasn't really there, and it was his clone that was assumed to be created by 'Anti-Mario' standing in his place.
Commander Rengo, a rhino, who is the commander of Lord Zarkiar's army, gets pissed and in rage.
"Alright then...LET'S BANISH THIS LORD ZARKIAR!" yelled out Commander Rengo.
"YEAH!" yelled out the rest of Lord Zarkiar's army.
They charge for Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario, and then they charge towards Mario, Twilight, Kit and co.
Before they can hurt them though, Twilight's eyes glow white.
And the mane six (Twilight, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack and Pinkie) Mario, Spike, Trixie, Eliza, Discord, Kit, Umbrage Flynn, and Atirik float up in the sky, still in their super powered forms, as they prepare a powerful blast that will send Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario and his army into oblivion.
Lord Zarkiar's army gasps while Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario is simply just surprised.
"What...BUT HOW?! How are you MORE POWERFUL THAN ME?!" yelled Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario.
Twilight smirks.
"You might be the most powerful being in the world, but nothing can stop us! Not with the power of FRIENDSHIP!" said Twilight, saying her speech.
Eliza face palms.
"Can't we just defeat him already? You didn't have to do that cheesy speech." said Eliza, rolling her eyes at Twilight.
Mario the Sonic Plush is also annoyed at that. His annoyed expression then turns into a grin.
The mane six start creating the beam.
Mario the Sonic Plush, Eliza and Umbrage Flynn make an energy beam attack, and Kit & Discord make a dark pulse, which both attacks fuse into the beam made by the mane six.
The huge beam blast then shoots at the army and Lord Zarkiar/Anti-Mario. The army is blasted back to Siberia where they came from, while Anti-Mario's Lord Zarkiar suit comes off and breaks a little, as Anti-Mario is going to the depths of outer space, where he would most likely remain there to starve and sit on some alien planet to his death.
"NOOOOOO!" yelled Anti-Mario/Lord Zarkiar.
He then vanishes along with the army.
The heroes and allies come all down, and they return back to their normal selves. No longer are they in their superpowered forms.
Brian, Mac and Bloo all look at Kit. They witnessed the entire battle against Lord Zarkiar that Kit was involved in.
The three couldn't be more proud, especially Mac and Brian. After all, their old friend had just taken part in saving the world.
Kit then stares at the three.
"Wait...you three look familiar? Is that who I think it is?" wondered Kit.
"Yo! It's us. Your friends Brian and Mac! Remember? It's us, man." said Brian, greeting his old friend.
"Yeah." said Mac.
"Brian? Mac? Oh it is you guys." said Kit.
Mac and Brian hug their old friend Kit. Bloo is just standing over there, crying in happy tears. They finally found Kit!
After the warm greeting is done, Kit, Mac, Bloo and Brian embrace in a hug.
The mane six shed tears, along with all the others. Tears of joy and happiness. Even Pinkie Pie is crying happy tears. Everyone is happy that Kit reunited with his old friends. Even Mario the Sonic Plush couldn't help but to shed tears.
Eliza smirks.
"I knew Kit had a soft side!" she said.
"Yeah, he totally does." said Trixie.
Meanwhile
Nighttime
Siberia, Russia.
There lies an old, battered, creepy castle headquarters known as "the Dark Palace". It's the home of evil mastermind, the super villain by the name of Lord Zarkiar.
Lord Zarkiar is also known as Akio Yusa, the millionaire and founder of the company Mega Corporation (though the two places have nothing in common outside of their owner).
Lord Zarkiar is clenching his fists as he sits in his chair, in the shadows, while in his metallic suit.
One of his minions storms inside the office.
"BOSS! We have some news." said one of his minions
"What. Is. IT?!" he yelled.
"Well, something horrible happened to your clone. He got defeated and banished by a certain Prince Mario the Sonic Plush, Princess Twilight Sparkle and their allies. We also found half of the army brutally injured from the defeat. They really got them hard." said the same minion.
Lord Zarkiar, aka Akio Yusa growls, as he clenches his fist harder.
"Those fools literally think they can stop us...especially that pathetic, wasteful hedgehog. How is he "Prince of Equestria"? I am more deserving of that title! My initial plan has gone up in smoke! My copy is dead. I wanted to use that copy so I can take over and make the survivors of my cause become my slaves!
This all ends today...
I, Lord Zarkiar, will rule supreme! Nothing can dispose of ME. I am invincible! I will take over Earth, Equestria, and the entire Milky Way galaxy along with all dimensions!." said Lord Zarkiar, "I will get my revenge on you, Mario The Sonic Plush!"
He laughs so hard, so evil and throaty, that it's almost terrifying.
