Chapter 4: Old Fiend
The next morning, Banjo woke up. He went down to Linda's house to make pancakes for Junior and Mary.
Banjo poured the pancake batter into the skillet and turned for six minutes. After the first pancake is done, Banjo made two for Junior and Mary but he put whipped cream and blueberries on top.
Banjo was putting everything back on where he get it from. Junior and Mary flew through the window.
"Hey dad, we are ready for breakfast." Junior said.
"Of course you are Junior." Banjo said.
"Yes, pancakes!" Junior said in excitement.
Junior put syrup and start eating the pancakes. Banjo gives them orange juice.
"Try it Mary." Junior said as he continued to eat it.
Mary got a knife, cut the pancakes, and put the syrup on it.
"This is the best food I have." Mary screamed happily.
"I am glad you are enjoying breakfast. Today we will see Rafael and his family." Banjo said.
"Who Rafael?" Mary asked Banjo.
"Rafael is a toucan and he is one of my close friends." Banjo said.
"He is my toucan uncle and he is the King Of Carnival. He is very cool." Junior said.
"I want to meet Rafael." Mary said.
"Rafael is a nice guy." Banjo said.
"Okay dad, let me go get my camera." Junior said as he went to get his camera.
"Okay, we will wait for you." Banjo said.
"Ok dad." Junior said.
At the house
"Where did I put my camera?" Junior said to himself.
"Looking for the camera baby bird." The voice that had an evil talk.
"Who said that?" Junior asked in a scared voice.
"Only your worst nightmare." The voice said. The figure fly down and punch Junior's face and knock him out.
"That was easy." The mysterious voice as he picked up Junior and up in his talons and carried him off to his lair.
Banjo and Mary are still waiting for Junior.
"Where is Junior?" Banjo asked.
"I don't know, he is looking for his camera." Mary said.
"It been twenty minutes." Banjo said.
"He could be in real trouble. What if someone kidnapped him?" Mary said.
Mary sees a white feather on the ground.
"Banjo, I found a clue." Mary said as she looks down, "Follow me to the ground."
Banjo follow Mary to the ground. Banjo pick up a white feather, Banjo knows the feathers belong to.
"I know who this feather belongs to." Banjo said.
"You do. Who?" Mary asked Banjo.
"This feather belong to Nigel." Banjo said.
"Who is Nigel?" Mary asked Banjo.
"Nigel is my nemesis and he is a white cockatoo. He is so evil, he smuggled me, Jewel, Blu, Grace, and the other birds in Rio. He help his human friends which is the smugglers to capture other birds. In the Amazon, he tried to kill me and Blu after the dynamite exploded." Banjo explained to Mary.
"We have to do something." Mary said.
"We will but we need help." Banjo said.
Banjo and Mary are on their way to Rafael and his family home.
Rafael and Eva is spending time together with their kids. Rafael saw Banjo and Mary and he fly towards them.
"Hey Banjo, welcome back amigo. Where is Blu, Jewel, Bia, Carla, Tiago, Grace, and your kids? Who is that bird who is with you?" Rafael said.
"Hey Rafael. Me and Grace broke up because she cheated on me with Garth. Her name is Mary and she is my son Junior's girlfriend." Banjo said.
"I am sorry to hear that amigo. Nice to meet you Mary." Rafael said as he shakes wings with Mary.
"Nice to meet you too." Mary said as she shakes wings with Rafael.
"Good to see you both." Eva said.
"Hi Eva, I came to you guys home to ask you guys if you want to help me save Junior. He was birdnapped by Nigel." Banjo said.
"Oh My Gosh, that's not good." Rafael said.
"We will help you." Eva said.
At The Villain Lair
Junior is waking up, he is in a strange place. He tried to get free but he was tied up in chain.
"Oh good, you are awake. I thought I kill you for a second." The evil voice said.
"Who are you and why did you kidnap me?" Junior yelled at the top of his lungs.
"Your dad didn't tell you about me." The bird said, "I am Nigel, I am the villain and I am the one that captured him, your mother, your uncle, and your auntie."
"What do you want from me you monster?" Junior yelled.
"Nothing really, I want to keep you alive." Nigel said and he flew off.
With Banjo and Mary
"We have to find him." Mary said, "I don't want my boyfriend to be killed by a cockatoo."
"Don't worry, we will save your boyfriend." Banjo said.
A cockatoo named Nigel knocked Mary against a tree and pinned Banjo to the floor.
"I have your son but if you want him back. Find me in my lair. My lair is one mile north but if you don't hurry, I will kill your son." Nigel said as he took into the sky.
"What are we going to do?" Mary said as she started to cry.
"We are going to get Junior back but we need help." Banjo said as he hugs Mary. After hugging Mary, he puts Mary on his back and taking off.
