Start Out One

It is now morning and Skylar was still asleep in his temporary garage berth. Clipper was also sleeping in his place, too. "Okay," Skylar said in his sleep, "Now what? Okay, there's a list of things I got to do for me and my friends. I'll figure it out."

He was slowly waking up.

"Hello!" a voice said. "Yes?" Skylar replied sleepily. "Come on!" the voice continued. "Oh, Jinny!" Skylar said, finally realized who is talking to him. "Hey," Jinny said, "Good morning, Skylar, sorry, did I startle you?"

"Sort of," Skylar answered, stretching his axels and leaving his berth, "I was just slow on waking up and then you called me by name." "Sorry," Jinny said. "Eh, no need to worry," Skylar said, "By the way, what's up?"

That is when Clipper woke up as well. He, too was puzzled. "You see," Jinny started. "Say," Skylar said, "Where is Kaz?" "And Spiritstrike is missing, too," Jinny added in. "I wonder what just happened?" Skylar said.

"Yeah," Jinny agreed, "They got up early in the morning. But I think it had something to do with Kaz."

Skylar immediately knew what Jinny is talking about. "Come on, Clipper, we'd better go find them," Skylar told his little plane friend.

"Right," Jinny agreed and the three set out to find both Kaz and Spiritstrike. "I think it had to do with the other thing," Skylar said. "Okay," Jinny said, "And mostly, it was Spiritstrike's idea." "Okay," Skylar said, and the three continued on.

Meanwhile, Spiritstrike is taking Kaz out for a little drive. "Okay," Spiritstrike said, "In order for a car to prove their worth, they have to learn something important. You've said you've made many mistakes." "True," Kaz answered admitting it.

"Then we must help you, before I hook you up with work," Spiritstrike said, "And there are some thing that you have to learn for yourself, as I know." "Right," Kaz agreed.

Nearby, Skylar and Jinny were watching the two from behind a rock. "What's up with them?" Skylar asked, "I don't know," Jinny answered.

They are about to find out. "Wait a minute," Skylar said, stopping, "I think it has something to do with moving forward, not backwards." "Okay," Jinny said, "I knew it!" "What?" Skylar asked, "Wait a minute. What's going on?"

"It looks like Spiritstrike is helping Kaz out a lot," Jinny said. "How?" Skylar replied, "Oh, he lost a lot of his jobs back home because of his behavior." "Yes," Jinny replied, "And Spiritstrike is helping Kaz to fin some jobs to do while we're here."

"I understand," Skylar replied, "My grandfather told me to look out for myself, and I'm willing to do that." "You are capable of looking out for yourself," Jinny said. "Most of the time," Skylar. Clipper had to agree.

"It's true that me and Spiritstrike helped you out in one pickle," Jinny went on. Clipper had to agree. "But now," Skylar went on, "I'm willing to help my friend as well as taking care of myself."

"And you've proven that," Jinny said. "And now," Skylar said, "One of our friends needs help." "Yes," Jinny said, "Come on then." "Right," Skylar replied and the three followed both Spiritstrike and Kaz.
