A/N: Hello my wonderful followers, readers, Supernatural and Shadowhunters/mortal instruments fans! Here is another chapter for everyone! Magnus is getting easier to write. Good thing, too. Lol. Personally I'm pretty excited for the next chapter after this one. MHAHAHAHA! Please enjoy!
Sam: Excellent question. I was going to mention it in the next chapter, but I want to answer your question. This is shortly after the Michael situation has been dealt with, and Jack becoming a warlock helped with the soul situation. Yes. Mary will be involved. She's currently out on another hunt when the reality merge happened. Thank you so much for reading and your wonderful question! Please enjoy!
Guest: I'm so glad you enjoyed! Simon was pretty fun to write. I am trying to give all the characters their own spotlight, but It's a little challenging. Thank you for reading!
Carry on wayward supernatural fans, and happy patrol shadowhunters.
Magnus paced back and forth in his loft, his worry for Andra palpable in the air. His usually flamboyant and confident demeanor was replaced by a deep furrow in his brow as he contemplated the situation at hand. Vampires had kidnapped Andra, and the fact that Dean was involved only added to the complexity of the situation.
As he tried to gather his thoughts, Dean's disrespectful and distrustful attitude towards him played on Magnus's mind. It wasn't the first time he had encountered skepticism, but this time it struck a nerve. Magnus had always been there for the Shadowhunters, helping them in times of need, and yet, Dean's attitude stung more than he cared to admit.
"Damn it, Dean," Magnus muttered under his breath, his eyes flashing with frustration. "I may not be of your world, but I'm not the enemy here."
The sound of the door opening interrupted his thoughts, and Magnus turned to see Alec entering the loft, concern etched on his face.
"Magnus, we need to find Andra. She's in real danger," Alec said urgently.
Magnus nodded, his own worry mirrored in his eyes. "I know, Alexander. I'll do everything in my power to bring her back safely."
Alec placed a reassuring hand on Magnus's shoulder, acknowledging the unspoken tension between them. "I trust you, Magnus. And I know Andra does too."
As Magnus and Alec prepared to venture into the dangerous world of vampires, Magnus couldn't shake the feeling of unease. With determination in his heart, Magnus steeled himself for the challenges ahead.
"Is there anything I can help with?" Jack asked, as he stood in the doorway.
Magnus smiled. "You just stay put and practice. Alright?"
Jack sighed. "But Dean's family. I can't just sit and do nothing."
Magnus hummed. "Alright." The boy would most likely go behind his back anyway.
"Let's go." Alec said.
...
Magnus stood at the edge of the abandoned warehouse, his hands crackling with restrained magic, the knowledge of Dean and Andra's presence in the depths of hell weighing heavily on his mind. He exchanged a tense glance with Alec, the gravity of their situation reflected in his boyfriend's eyes.
"We have to wait for the right moment," Alec said, his voice firm with determination. "We can't rush in there blind. We have a plan."
Magnus nodded. The prospect of venturing into the depths of hell was daunting, even for him, but he knew that time was of the essence. Andra and Dean's lives hung in the balance, and they couldn't afford to hesitate.
"I can't just stand by and do nothing," Magnus muttered, frustration lacing his words. "But you're right, Alec. We need to approach this carefully. We can't afford any missteps."
Alec placed a reassuring hand on Magnus's shoulder, his eyes reflecting the unwavering trust he had in his partner. "We'll find a way, Magnus. We always do. And we'll bring them back."
As they waited for the opportune moment to make their move, Magnus's mind raced with possibilities. He knew the risks they faced, but he also knew that he was not alone in this endeavor. With Alec at his side, they would find a way to navigate the treacherous depths of hell and bring their loved one back to safety.
The anticipation hung heavy in the air as they steeled themselves for the daunting task ahead. The time for action would come, and when it did, Magnus was determined to face the darkness head-on, with unwavering resolve and an unyielding determination to bring Andra and Dean back from the clutches of hell.
Memories of his first encounter with Andra flooded his mind. It was a time when the world seemed less burdened by darkness, and the bonds of friendship were forged in the most unexpected of ways.
He remembered the day when Andra had confided in him, revealing her secret as a fae Shadowhunter. It had been a moment of trust, a moment that had solidified their friendship and bound them together in ways that transcended the ordinary.
Andra's spirited nature and unwavering determination had captivated Magnus from the start. Her presence had brought a lightness to his life, a reminder that even in the midst of turmoil, there were moments of joy and connection to be cherished.
He recalled the times when the three of them—Alec, Andra, and himself—had embarked on countless adventures, their laughter and camaraderie echoing through the halls of the Institute. They had been an unconventional trio, brought together by fate and bound by a shared sense of purpose.
As he stood there, waiting for the opportune moment to embark on their rescue mission, Magnus found solace in the memories of their shared experiences. Andra's unwavering spirit and the strength of their friendship gave him the resolve he needed to face the darkness that awaited them.
The weight of their mission hung heavy in the air, but amidst the uncertainty and danger, Magnus found comfort in the memories of a time when their bond had been unbreakable.
He recalled the time when Andra had dropped everything to stand by him and Alec during their confrontation with the Crimson Hand. Her fierce determination and unyielding support had been a testament to the depth of their friendship.
Andra had been a steadfast ally, standing shoulder to shoulder with them as they faced the threat of the Crimson Hand. Her courage had bolstered their resolve, her unwavering spirit a beacon of strength in the face of adversity.
In the midst of their battle against the forces of darkness, Andra had proven herself to be a formidable warrior, her skills as a fae Shadowhunter shining brightly in the heat of battle. Her unwavering dedication to their cause had left an indelible mark on Magnus, reinforcing the depth of their bond and the unbreakable trust they shared.
Magnus drew strength from the memories of Andra's unyielding loyalty and fierce determination. He knew that she had always been there for them when they needed her most, and now it was their turn to return the favor.
A familiar voice broke through his reverie. He turned to see Sam striding purposefully toward them, his expression a mix of determination and concern.
"Need an extra pair of hands?" Sam asked, his eyes reflecting the same resolute determination that Magnus had come to associate with the Winchester brothers.
Magnus regarded Sam with a nod, acknowledging the unspoken understanding that hung between them. "We could use all the help we can get. The stakes are higher than ever."
Alec stepped forward, his gaze unwavering as he addressed Sam. "We appreciate the support, Sam. But you need to understand the risks we're facing. This won't be like anything you've encountered before."
Sam's jaw set in determination, mirroring the resolve that Magnus had come to admire in the Winchester brothers. "I know dangers. I'll do whatever it takes to bring them back."
Magnus felt a surge of gratitude for the unexpected alliance that was forming.
Magnus couldn't help but be impressed by Sam's resourcefulness, the tracking spell that had led them to the abandoned warehouse was no small feat. His respect for the Winchester's determination and skill grew even more. "Don't know if I mentioned this before, but Impressive work, Sam," Magnus said, his tone filled with genuine admiration. "You certainly have a knack for the mystical arts. Perhaps a latent warlock power, hm?"
The hunter shifted, clearing his throat.
As he glanced at Sam, Magnus couldn't shake a hint of concern. He could sense that Sam might still be in slight denial about his own potential as a warlock. There was a part of Sam that seemed to resist the idea of embracing his supernatural abilities fully, a lingering reluctance that Magnus recognized all too well.
"Remember, Sam, denying your warlock part won't make it disappear," Magnus added, a touch of levity in his tone. "Trust me, I've tried. It tends to assert itself at the most inconvenient times."
Sam shook his head, eyes on the warehouse, his jaw clenching.
Alec, who had been observing the exchange, chimed in with a wry grin. "He's not wrong, Sam. Magnus's warlock shenanigans tend to have a mind of their own."
The tension in the air eased as Sam let out a chuckle, the weight of their impending mission momentarily forgotten. Magnus knew that the journey ahead would be fraught with danger and uncertainty, but with Sam's unexpected assistance and the unwavering camaraderie of his allies, he found a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness.
With a touch of humor and a steadfast resolve, they would face the challenges ahead, knowing that they were not alone in their quest.
