This is Avatar: The Last Airbender and Kitchen Nightmares crossover story with Ozai in the role of Gordon Ramsay. That's the story. I don't know what else you want me to say. (Obviously, the story is a bit more than that. It's mostly about Katara and Sokka trying to run a family restaurant and not being very good at it. Katara broke up with Aang when the demands of the world became too much but the Avatar is a hard act to follow. After five years Zuko arranges a peace summit in the Imperial City and they're all invited to attend. Reunion fic that's probably been done to death before but the world needs more Kataang. A Zutara Story. How I feel it all should have gone.

I've always felt like Aang's firebending training was rushed and cut too short. We also don't get any of the inner turmoil Zuko must be going through with leaving everything behind, so this is my retelling of the second half of season 3.
