There is a place called Springfield, one of the most beautiful places of America, in 1980, one year after their marriage, Homer and Marge, two loving husband and wife, has welcomed their own baby son, Bart, in their old apartment. Sometime later one month after his birth, Homer and Marge sent Bart into the little boy's home, in which he becomes his youngest caretaker for the first time.

"Aww, an beautiful baby boy, what's his name Mrs. Simpson." said the little boy as he meets Bart for the first time.

"He is Bart Simpson, our beloved son, please take good care of him, we have an important meeting today." said Marge as she tells the little boy for taking care of Bart, her son.

"I will Mrs. Simpson, I'll see you later, let's go Bart." said the little boy as he carries Bart.

"Bye dear." said Marge as she and Homer waves to the little boy.

At the little boy's home, Bart is fell asleep in the little boy's room after he welcomed him. The little boy, who is Bart's youngest caretaker, is abused by his parents due to his jealousy of his little brother, he often looks Bart everytime before he dies.

The little boy has bruises everywhere received by his father's belt, and he is often comforted by Bart when he feels sad or upset. However, in October 1980, the little boy is attacked by his father and his mother ties his mouth so he won't be screaming for help, his father brings a belt and brutally beats him up as the little Bart ends up crying when he sees the little boy in tears, as a result, the little boy didn't make it and his father brutally throw the baby Bart in his house.

As they returned to go home, Homer and Marge sees their son crying after his youngest caretaker passed away.

"Bart, my precious little boy, what happened sweetheart." said Marge as she carries an crying Bart.

"Caretaker! Caretaker!" cried Bart after his youngest caretaker is murdered.

"That can't be, he got killed." said Homer as he was shocked how the little boy's parents killed him.

"Let's go sweetie, I'll calm you down." said Marge as she calms Bart down.

As Homer and Marge returned home with the baby Bart, the next day, the house is covered in the investigation and takes the dead little boy away to the hospital. His parents are arrested for child abuse and for murdering the little boy and the little brother is sent into a boarding school in Portland, Oregon, one year later in 1981, when Bart was only one year old when he moved to Springfield with his parents due to his mother's pregnancy, the little boy's parents are executed after their long time in prison and his little brother will be stay with his great-aunt during summer vacations before returning to boarding school in Oregon.

Present day, in years later after his youngest caretaker's death, Bart grows up as an beautiful pre-teen young boy with spiky blonde hair and black eyes. He is cute, mischievous, dangerous, and kind-hearted and often calls himself as "El Barto", due to his mother having a vacation with Hawaii and leaves his father and baby sister, Maggie, at his home, he and his eight-year old sister Lisa are forced to stay at his aunts Patty and Selma until further notice and wanted them to have cleaning duties of their own.

Since he is now ten, Bart is seen sitting in his room, reading a Radioactive Man comic book, until his aunt Patty calls him for a meeting.

"Bart!" shouted Patty as she waits for Bart for a meeting.

"Hmm…coming Aunt Patty." said Bart as he leaves his room.

As Bart gets outside to attend a meeting, he holds his Radioactive Man comic book.

"What took you so long." said Patty as she scolds Bart for tiredness.

"Sorry Aunt Patty, I was reading Radioactive Man." said Bart.

"*sighs* Well then, get in the car, we have a meeting between you and your sister." said Patty.

As they entered the car, Patty drive the two siblings into a meeting, at their own drive, Lisa asks Patty about supergirls.

"Hey Aunt Patty, where's Aunt Selma." said Lisa as she talks to her aunt Patty.

"She's taking a walk with your cousin Ling Ling." said Patty as she talks to Lisa.

"Did you know about supergirls." said Lisa.

"Supergirls?" said Patty in a confused tone.

"It is where girls transform into supergirls." said Lisa.

"Eww, girls transform into supergirls." said Bart in a disgust tone.

"Shut up Bart!" yelled Lisa as she scolds Bart.

"Children, children, there's no need to fight, we have a meeting remember." said Patty as she stops Bart and Lisa for fighting.

"Yes Aunt Patty." said Bart and Lisa.

At the Springfield Meeting Town, Bart and Lisa are meet by a strict psychiatrist named Dr. Janetson.

"Hello Bart and Lisa." said Dr. Janetson as he enters Bart and Lisa into his office.

"Yo." said Bart as he says hello to Dr. Janetson.

"Hi." said Lisa as she says hello to Dr. Janetson.

"How are you guys feeling." said Dr. Janetson.

"Well, we are here because our mother stays in Hawaii for a vacation and we got separated from our father and our baby sister, I spend too much reading a Radioactive Man comic book and Lisa in her saxophone." said Bart.

"Both of you are bad little kids, Bart and Lisa." said Dr. Janetson as he scolds Bart and Lisa.

As Dr. Janetson scolds he and his sister Lisa, Bart feels guilty.

"When I was just a baby, my youngest caretaker is murdered by his parents." said Bart.

"Bad parents, huh." said Dr. Janetson.

"Hmm-mmm" said Bart as he nods yes.

As Dr. Janetson glares at Bart, he looks at the Radioactive Man comic book in which the boy reads it.

"All you have to do is to give me that stupid comic book." said Dr. Janetson as he warned Bart to give his own comic book.

"No!" shouted Lisa as she stands up to Dr. Janetson.

As Lisa becomes angry at him for her brother, Dr. Janetson has a shocked expression when Lisa's mad at him.

"I'm not going to yell at you, but you better stay away from my big brother." said Lisa as she scolds Dr. Janetson.

Lisa slaps at Dr. Janetson as she and Bart leaves.

"Let's go big brother." said Lisa as she holds Bart's hand.

"Bart, Lisa, where are you guys going." said Dr. Janetson after he gets slapped by Lisa.

As they leave Dr. Janetson's office, Bart and Lisa entered Patty's car.

"What happened." said Patty.

"Drive as fast as you can!" said Bart after he and Lisa enters the car.

As Patty drives faster, she looks very disappointed with Bart before she lefts him in the forest.

"Come on Aunt Patty, let's go, hurry!" said Bart.

"Your mother will be very, very angry at you, my little Bart." said Patty before she leaves Bart behind.

"What…" said Bart in a worried tone.

Bart screams as Patty abandons him in the forest while holding his Radioactive Man comic book, causing him to separated with Lisa, as Patty takes her into a beauty pageant school.

"LISA!" screamed Bart.

"BART!" screamed Lisa.

As Lisa is separated from him, Bart ends up crying, hugging his comic book.

"*sobs* My mother will be angry at me, and she will be hated me…" sobbed Bart as he cries after his sister Lisa is separated from him because of his aunt Patty.

As Bart is still crying, two twin Jewel fairies who has the same age as him, the alive Sapphire, princess of ice who wears eyeliner, and the deceased Fate, prince of water who passed away of an illness at the age of four, accidentally bumps into him as they run to pick their little cousin Beatrix from her ballet classes. As Bart stopped crying after he is bumped, he looks at them.

"Huh? You guys okay!" said Bart as he gets Sapphire and Fate up.

"Yeah, we are both fine, you see we are picking our little cousin Beatrix from her ballet lessons because she is waiting for us." said Sapphire.

"Yeah, but anyway, we are glad you're here Bart, tell us what happened." said Fate.

"You see, my sister Lisa and I are both separated, but I can't leave her behind because of my Aunt Patty." said Bart sadly.

"*gasps* Oh god!" gasped Sapphire in a shocked tone.

"That nerve of her, I'll make sure she will pay for what she did to your sister." angered Fate in a mad tone.

"I understood Fate.." said Bart as he calms Fate down.

"Let's go guys." said Sapphire.

As Bart and the twin Jewel fairies walked and leave the forest, they asked Bart what happened in his past.

"So Bart, how did your past was." said Sapphire.

"Well, I was a baby when my youngest caretaker dies…" said Bart sadly about his past in October 1980.

Flashback in October 1980, Bart, when he was a baby, ends up crying when he sees his youngest caretaker being beaten up to death by his parents before he's thrown away by the abusive father.

"BELT FOR YOU, BELT FOR YOU!" screamed the little boy's father as he brutally beats him up to death in his belt.

"Now shut up!" yelled the little boy's mother after he was killed.

"AND AS FOR YOU, YOU UGLY STUPID BABY BOY!" screamed the little boy's father after he kills him and then sees Bart.

The abusive father later throws baby Bart in the house in a rage.

"GET OUT OF HERE!" screamed the little boy's father as he throws Bart away.

Back in the present day where Sapphire and Fate comforted Bart about the little boy.

"Oh dear god!" yelled Sapphire.

"I'm very sorry for your loss Bart…" said Fate as he comforts Bart.

The trio hug together about Bart's past. However, they saw a mysterious selfish woman named Tara Erin Stewart, who is the mother of Sara Stewart, whom she and her husband Sean killed her in 1975, arrives and prepares to attack them.

"Well, well, well, look who we have here, this Simpson kid once again…" said Tara as she looks at Bart.

"What do you want from him Tara.." said Sapphire as she confronts Tara.

"I got Marge's message for him." said Tara.

As Tara opens Marge's message for Bart, an angry Marge, with messy hair and makeup ruined, yells at Bart for misbehaving at her sisters.

"BART SIMPSON!, I'm SO disappointed AT you, YOU will BE going INTO a DIFFERENT boarding SCHOOL like-." shouted a fake angry Marge before she could yell at Bart.

As an angry Marge could finish her sentence, Bart destroys the fake message in anger.

"What!" said Tara in a shocked tone.

"YOU GAVE ME A FAKE MESSAGE FOR ME, MY MOM WON'T NEVER DO ANYTHING TO ME, SHE'S NICE!" screamed Bart as he yells at Tara.

Just then, a glowing light appears to Bart after he screams at Tara, making Sapphire and Fate to transform him into a superhero.

"Finally, you got the power." said Fate.

"Wake up, Bartman." said Sapphire as she wakes Bart up in his light.

Bart closed his eyes as his clothes disappeared and a purple glow is seen covered his naked body. His clothes are now changed, including a belt, gloves, and cape, he does a hair flip as his hair changes and the scarf appears behind the cape, as several ropes appear into him, Bart's hair changes highlight in his light hair since he is blonde, his purple mask appears as he opens his eyes, Bart smirks and blows a kiss. His sword appears and his eyes starts glowing before his transformation ends, as he ends his own pose, his transformation is complete.

Bart awakens as a superhero named Bartman, much to Tara's shockness.

"Impossible!" shouted Tara in a shocked tone.

"By the power of the bats, I am Bartman!" said Bart as he is now Bartman.

"The pretty boy dude becomes Bartman!" cheered Sapphire.

"Woo-hoo!" cheered Fate.

Bartman begins his first power.

"By the power of the bats, I summon you to the inferno purple!" said Bartman as he begins his first power.

"Bat…Glow…Dark Magic!" shouted Bartman as he uses his first power.

As Bartman screams as he uses his first power, Tara is defeated.

"Defeated by a pre-teen, this can't be happening, I'll get you for this, I'll get you!" said Tara after she is defeated by Bartman.

After Tara is defeated, Bartman starts panting after he has his first power, and is being congratulated by Sapphire and Fate.

"Hurray!" cheered Sapphire.

"You did it Bart!" cheered Fate.

"Thanks guys." said Bartman.

"Anyway, your father Homer and baby sister Maggie wants to see you." said Sapphire.

"My dad and baby sister." said Bartman.

"Yeah, you're free from your aunts Bart." said Sapphire.

Bartman smiles at Sapphire and Fate as he decided to return to his father and baby sister. Transformed back normal, Bart heads to 742 Evergreen Terrace, he knocks at the door and gets to reunite his father and baby sister.

"Bart, my son!" said Homer as he reunites with his son Bart.

"Bart! Bart!" said Maggie.

"It's been one year since I've found you." said Homer as he hugs his son Bart.

"Lisa! Lisa!" said Maggie as she wanted to reunite with Lisa.

"I'm sorry Homer and Maggie, Lisa is been separated from Bart because of Patty." said Sapphire sadly.

"That can't be, my daughter is missing." said Homer in a shocked tone.

"I'll find her dad, okay." said Bart as he hugs his father Homer.

"Lisa! Lisa!" said Maggie.

As Homer and Maggie continue to hug Bart since he returned home, Sapphire and Fate hoped that Bart will find Lisa after she is separated from him because of his aunt Patty.

End of Act 1.
