Hilda:

NOTE: Takes place a few days after 'Hilda and the Mountain King.'

It was a lovely day in the city of Trollberg. Hilda was all ready to go on a helicopter ride, where then, she would skydive out of a helicopter, and onto a bullseye mat on the ground at Gorrill Gardens, where a huge crowd was waiting to see her jump. She and her mother, Johanna, were on the harbor, where the helicopter and its pilot was...

Johanna: (concerned) Hilda, honey, are you sure you want to do this?

Hilda: (excited) Of course, Mum. I want to skydive!

Johanna: Hilda, I know you love adventuring and exploring, but I'm worried about you getting hurt.

Hilda: Mum, i just got turned into a troll, I went on many dangerous quests, and I turned out just fine!

Johanna: Well... I don't know...

Hilda: Mum, I can do this. There's a pilot onboard to make sure the jump turns out great.

After Hilda assured her mom she will be okay, Johanna hesitantly agreed to let Hilda do the skydiving jump, on one condition...

Johanna: I also do the jump along with you.

Hilda was elated...

Hilda: Mum, that's great! Of course you can do the jump with me!

Johanna then told the pilot to make sure neither her or her daughter get hurt. Hilda then took her black beret off her head, and her mom took her yellow coat off, and they handed them to the pilot, then they both put on their brown helmets, goggles, and their parachutes. They then got inside, and the helicopter was flying off the ground, and in the sky...

There was a huge crowd of people at Gorrill Gardens, waiting for the blue-haired fearless tween adventurer to jump from the helicopter, onto a bullseye mat. Some people that were there were Hilda's friends, David and Frida, Kaisa the librarian, boyfriend Trevor, and teacher Miss Enid Hallgrim.

David: Wow, I can't believe Hilda's going to go through with this.

Trevor: My girlfriend loves adventure. I'm not surprised she'd want to do something like this.

Frida: I didn't think Hilda would want to do this kind of thing so soon though, after... what happened to her a few days ago.

Kaisa: She's a determinator, Frida. Remember when you and Hilda went into the witches' entrance to help me?

David nodded in agreement.

Miss Hallgrim: Do you see the helicopter?!

Frida: Yes, it's coming over here!

David: The helicopter's flying high above in the gardens!

The helicopter was flying in autopilot 20,000 feet high. Hilda waited for the pilot to give her the thumbs-up.

When the pilot gave her the thumbs up, Hilda stood up, and then... took a leap out of the copter!

Hilda: Geronimo!

At the 15,000 foot mark, Hilda pulled the cord on the parachute, and it opened, and she held on to it, as she was slowly floating down. The crowd was cheering as Hilda was landing down on the bullseye mat! The blue-haired fearless adventurer did it! Hilda took off her parachute, plus her helmet and goggles, then walked off the bullseye mat, and cheered for her mother to go...

Hilda: Come on, Mum! You can do this!

The crowd saw that Johanna was also going to do the helicopter jump, and were cheering for her to jump as well. Johanna stood at the edge of the copter...

Johanna: Well... (sighs) here I go!

Johanna jumped out of the helicopter, and pull the cord at the mark her daughter did. Her parachute opened, she held onto it, and she was also slowly floating down onto the bullseye mat to a cheering crowd, just like Hilda! when Johanna landed, she took off her parachute, her helmet, and goggles, and walked off the mat to rejoin her daughter...

Johanna: Hilda, my daughter, that was really brave of you to do that.

Hilda: (laughs) Of course, Mum, I told you I'd be okay! And you've done a good job as well!

Johanna: (chuckles) I guess that was kind of cool.

Johanna hugged her daughter, after realizing she was growing up. Of course, Hilda also hugged her back. Her friends came to embrace the mother and daughter as well. The huge crowd of Trollberg was proud of Hilda and Johanna for not just doing the jump, but also touching the bullseye target. Those were two jumps that were successful.
