Orochimaru needs to find a successor since he knows that there is still a chance for him to be killed so he intends to train the one person who has every right to become a monster for all that he's endured and create the greatest, if not the strongest, shinobi that has ever lived. Along with making the Leaf Village Worst enemy to date. The village Doesn't know what they created.

Orochimaru, one of the 3 Legendary Sannin, an infamous shinobi trained by Hiruzen Saratobi the 3rd Hokage, and a traitor of the hidden leaf village. Known to have committed Hanis experiments all to achieve immortality and learn all the Jutsu in the world.

Orochimaru created the curse marks for three different purposes. One was to give his subordinate An extra boost in combat, second, it made sure his subordinate stayed loyal to him and three it allowed him to jump into a new body every three years. Since the curse mark contains a piece of Orchimaru's soul it works as an anchor to switch bodies or act as a revival for him to return if he ever dies. This works as a sudo immortality but it wasn't going to cut it anymore. He could still die and there was a chance he would not come back.

As much as he loathed and hatted to admit he could deny the possibility that it might happen. He needs a successor to his work. One that would Carry out his will and continue his work and if he was lucky destroy Konoha for him as well. Kimimaro is far too loyal and is more of a follower than a leader. Kabuto is in the same boat and despite him being his right hand kabuto's skills are better as a spy.

The Uchiha is meant to be his new body and he wouldn't let him become his successor. He knew that would be a disaster knowing how arrogant the Uchiha were and how power-hungry they could become. He may want the Sharingan but he wasn't about to give the Uchiha everything he wanted like the leaf village. He would have chosen Anko but thanks to the Sandaime Hokage she was of his reach and now hated him.

However, a realization dawns upon him: there is a boy he can manipulate—one who has faced disdain from his village, whose true lineage is hidden, and who believes he is nothing more than an orphan. This boy possesses immense potential, and with the right guidance, he could rise as one of the strongest shinobi of his generation. Moreover, if Orochimaru plays his cards right, this boy could come to despise Konoha as much as he does.

Yes, Orochimaru liked this plan he liked it a lot plus he had a hunch that he would survive his new curse mark. He wanted to see the results of his new creations in action he would be the perfect test subject. "Kabuto!"

"Yes Orochimaru-sama" Kabuto responds appearing from the shadows. "I have a mission for you when you return to the leaf. There is a certain boy I want you to get close to he will be vital to my plans."

"You want me to get close to the Uchiha Orochimaru-sama" Kabuto asked.

"No, there's another boy I want you to get close to one who will replace me should I perish he will be my successor"

Kabuto was surprised he knew the conversation came up once or twice but he didn't his master would consider it. Who would catch Orochimaru-sama's attention enough to be his successor?

With that thought in mind, Kabuto asked "Who could catch your attention your attention has the possibility of becoming your successor?

Orochimaru smirked "Naruto Uzumaki son of the hidden leaf's greatest hero will destroy the very village he died protecting."

Naruto Uzumaki, a Genin ninja of the Hidden Leaf, is now the jailer of Kyuubi no Kitsune and a member of Squad Seven under Kakashi Hatake. Unfortunately, today is not a good day for him.

Naruto is furious. Ever since he became a Genin and joined a team, he expected his luck to change, but instead, he is stuck in a dysfunctional nightmare. He got stuck with a sensei who played favorites with the Uchiha, a fan girl who fawns over the Uchina and doesn't train, and an arrogant prick who thinks he is invincible because of his clan name.

The only thing Naruto learned from Kakashi it tree walking exercise and that was only because they were on a C-rank turned A-rank mission. Other than that Kakashi his so-called sensei didn't teach him anything. He had to learn from his friends in the village one of them being Kabuto Yakushi another fellow genin who failed the chunin exams 7 times. He met him when the village tried attacking him again. He got him out of there and helped him out. Since then Kabuto helped him with his studies and learn different chakra control exercises and jutsu. He even learned elemental affinity being wind and water.

There are a few other people who were precious to him like Anko Mitarashi a village pariah who helped with mobs and taught (Striking Shadow Snakes jutsu). Hinata who saved from bullies when they were kids. They meet in secret so they can hang out and Naruto helps her build more confidence and not stutter when speaking. Yakumo Kurama met her when wandering the woods and stumbled on to her home. They became fast friends and is the only person who talked to her to help with the loneliness. She also taught him genjutsu despite being unable to use it himself but would find a way around it.

Then there was Kotetsu and Izumo, who saved him a few times and helped out with a few of his pranks around the village. Then there was another Genin named Tenten, a girl he met back in the orphanage and later at the academy. She graduated a year before he did, and despite being a Genin, she still hung out with him and taught him how to make storage seals.

Despite all that and what he was taught from the few precious people he had none of the matter right now. Right now he was participating in the chunin exams with his team in the second exam in the forest of death. Separated from his team, then eaten by a giant snake, killed that giant snake, rushed back to his teammates, and now has to stop his arrogant jerk of a teammate from giving up their scroll to pass the exams.

As Sasuke tosses the scroll to the grass Kunoichi intercepts it and takes the scroll then turns around and punches Sasuke in the face. "What the hell doing Dobe quit trying to play hero and hand her the scroll."

Having enough of dealing with his teammate "Shut up Sasuke this lady could just kill us and take the scroll. Hell she might not even want the scroll in the first place she's stronger than us and could take the scroll whenever she wants" yelling at his teammate who was surprised by the action.

"The boy is right. The fact that the Uchiha prodigy didn't see is disappointing" The Kunoichi taunted.

Naruto looked at the grass kunoichi. He knew couldn't beat her but there was no running either if he did she kill him if he did that. So he had to try to fight her head-on. He got into a fighting stance ready for the fight.

The grass Kunoichi (Orochimaru) looked at Naruto with a gleam in her eye she knew he would survive her snake but now it was time to test his skills in battle. "Oh, you wish to try your hand Naruto-Kun. Show me what you can do or are you the failure that everyone says you are?"

Gritting his teeth in anger Naruto starts with his classic Shadow Clone Jutsu, creating a multitude of clones to overwhelm Orochimaru. All of them charge but Orochimaru has no trouble dispelling them while he is distracted Naruto makes 2 more clones and has them transform into a fuma shuriken and a sword. Naruto throws the fuma shuriken and charges at Orochimaru.

Orochimaru notices and ducks and sees Naruto charging at him he charges as well while bringing out a kunai and blocks the sword strike. Then raises his other hand and releases a Striking Shadow Snakes jutsu point-blank. Jumping back Orochimaru, intrigued but unfazed, quickly retaliates with his Striking Shadow Snakes to counter. Then the transformed clone that was thrown kicks Orochimaru in the back allowing Naruto to wrap Orochimaru in snakes. Then with all his strength spins around and throws Orochimaru into one of the trees below.

The clone takes the sword from Naruto and attacks Orochimaru with a downward slash. Orochimaru notices and quickly dodges and strikes the clone with a back-kick. Naruto then charges at Orochimaru he tries with a low kick to Orochimaru's legs, trying to disrupt his balance. Orochimaru, however, swiftly dodges, slipping to the side with a serpent-like grace. With a smirk, he counters with a series of quick jabs aimed at Naruto's midsection. Naruto uses his agility to weave in and out of Orochimaru's strikes. He channels his chakra into his fists, enhancing his strength. With a quick pivot and burst of speed, he lands a solid uppercut, catching Orochimaru off guard.

Orochimaru, unfazed, quickly regains his footing and retaliates. He launches into a flurry of kicks, showcasing his fluid movements. Naruto dodges and blocks several blows, countering with a spinning hook kick that catches Orochimaru off balance again. The two exchange rapid punches and kicks, each trying to find an opening in the other's defense. Using his agility to his advantage, Naruto performs a series of swift combos, mixing in feints to confuse Orochimaru. He channels his chakra into his fists and launches a chakra-infused punch aimed directly at Orochimaru's chest. Orochimaru, anticipating the attack, sidesteps at the last moment and spins, delivering a powerful roundhouse kick aimed at Naruto's head.

The impact sends Naruto stumbling, but he quickly recovers. With a surge of chakra, Naruto employs a modified version of the Chakra Scalpel jutsu. Like the transformation jutsu naruto can't make illusions his henge is an actual transformation. Since he can't use the normal chakra scalpel due to lack of control he made modifications called the chakra cutter. This technique, infused with his creative touch, allows him to form precise, sharp blades of chakra that can cut through defenses like blades the more chakra used the deadlier the cutting power of the Jutsu.

He concentrates all his efforts on aiming at Orochimaru's weak and vital points with a fusion of amazing speed and deadly accuracy. With the clash becoming increasingly furious, the smirking expression on Orochimaru's face changes to a furrowed frown as he starts to imagine what Naruto could do next. The tension in the air could be felt like a heavy cloud was drawing closer; at this junction, Naruto uses Genjutsu to gain an advantageous position over his present adversary.

Naruto can't use Genjutsu but that is a given he can dispel them and sense them to a certain point but can't use them himself. But there was a workaround he couldn't use Genjutsu but his shadow clones could. The shadow clones have smaller chakra pools to work with so they can perform genjutsu. Naruto quickly makes another batch of clones with a few going into the trees.

The clones cast a simple yet effective illusion, causing Orochimaru to see multiple versions of Naruto closing in from all directions. Combined with the hoard of shadow clones he couldn't tell which was real or fake. This momentary confusion allows Naruto to press the attack, striking from various angles with his chakra cutter with the clones keeping Orochimaru distracted. However, Orochimaru quickly breaks free from the Genjutsu only to have another place every time broke one.

Orochimaru was impressed with the little knowledge the boy knew and going off that info and his natural unpredictable nature and on-the-fly tactics he could take on some chunin and win. Not only that he found a workaround with jutsu that technically Naruto. But now he needs to end this. With that thought getting some distance Orochimaru went through hand seals and released the Jutsu.

Wind style: great breakthrough

The jutsu released blew away all of the clones alone dispelling them. Bring out the Sword of Kusanagi and quickly remove the remaining clones, leaving only Naruto.

Naruto did his best to not panic. He knew he couldn't win but he would still hold his ground not showing fear. He refused to back down. It was obvious that his opponent wasn't trying before but now whoever this ninja was there was done toying with him.

Orochimaru charged forward, not holding back. With his snake-like movements, he lunged, expertly wielding his Kusanagi. He slashed at Naruto, who narrowly dodged the attack and countered with his chakra cutter, channeling as much chakra as possible to protect his hands from the blade. Remaining on the offensive, Orochimaru continued his assault while Naruto dodged, evading most of the attacks but sustaining a few cuts.

The fight continues, and Naruto is completely outclassed despite his strategies. Orochimaru either counters his attacks or prevents him from launching any offensive moves. Genjutsu is useless; all Naruto can do is stay on the defensive. With the chakra cutter active, Naruto launches himself at Orochimaru, who effortlessly darts out of reach, taunting him with every move. "Is this all you have?" Orochimaru sneers, weaving through the trees like a shadow, his Kusanagi ready. "What did I expect from the Leaf Village's pet? Nothing but a failure," he mocks.

Jumping back, Naruto used his Striking Shadow Snakes and threw a volley of shuriken at Orochimaru. Orochimaru easily dodged the shuriken, cut down the snakes, and then blitzed toward Naruto, delivering a knee to his stomach. Launching off the ground, Orochimaru followed up with two punches, a jab, a high kick, and a devastating roundhouse kick that sent Naruto crashing into a tree. "What's the matter? Is the failure struggling? It's unsurprising, considering you've been lied to and left with nothing."

"Shut up?!" Naruto roared. He didn't want to hear this. Memories of his mistreatment, long since buried, resurfaced along with the pain, anger, and hatred.

"How long will it take before you realize that all your efforts are nothing but childish fantasies? Do you think you can protect this village when you struggle and are hated by the very people you fight so hard to defend?" His tone was filled with sick amusement. "How many people have lied to you your whole life? What secrets are being hidden from you that they refuse to answer?"

"Shut the hell up?!" he shouted, unwittingly drawing on Kyuubi's chakra. He didn't want to listen; each word spoken made him question his life. His jiji had always told him he didn't know why he was hated, but he had discovered the truth during the incident with Mizuki. The Hokage had known the whole time. Could it be that not knowing his parents' identities was a lie? If that was true, what else was being hidden from him?

Orochimaru could see the doubts and fear in Naruto's eyes. Now, he just had to go for the proverbial kill. "Why would the Hokage even care about you? You're a no-talent ninja with mediocre skills. The only special thing about you is the Kyuubi sealed in your gut. After all, the Hokage has to check on his weapon."

Naruto let out a deafening roar that echoed through the forest like a battle cry. The trees shook violently as he emerged, surrounded by a swirling cloak of red chakra. His once bright blue eyes blazed red with a feral intensity, now narrowed into slits resembling those of a predator poised to pounce.

"Oh, so the pet has finally decided to get serious." As if provoked by Orochimaru's mocking tone, Naruto surged forward, unleashing a torrent of chakra. The trees around them splintered under the shockwave, and the forest seemed to respond to the raw energy of his rage. He activated his chakra cutter, which formed in his hand, pulsating with dangerous energy and illuminating the darkened woods. The blade extended to the length of a sword.

"Die you bastard !" he shouted, launching the attack that sliced right through the trees, headed directly for Orochimaru.

With effortless agility, Orochimaru dodged to the side and swiftly summoned a mass of snakes. The chakra cutter cut through them like a hot knife through butter. When Naruto reached Orochimaru he swung his arm to bisect him only for him to explode. The force sent Naruto skidding backward, but he quickly regained his footing, rage fueling him.

"Where are you, you bastard?" Naruto screamed, his voice echoing with Kyuubi's influence. "You want a monster I'll give you a monster!"

With newfound ferocity, Naruto unleashed a flurry of shadow clones, each one charged with demonic chakra, swarming Orochimaru from all directions. For a moment, Orochimaru found himself surrounded, by a vast array of angry red-eyed clones lunging at him.

"Impressive, but inadequate," he hissed, weaving signs with an eerie calm. "Kuchiyose no Jutsu!"

In a flash, a giant snake erupted from the ground, its fangs bared as it coiled around Naruto's clones, crushing them with brute force. But the rage-fueled Naruto was undeterred. Meet the charge head-on and stop the snake's charge with nothing but brute strength stopping it from moving forward. The snake then uses its tail to slam into Naruto sending them through multiple branches and crashing into one of the thicker trees. Before Naruto could get up Orochimaru appeared in front of slamming his hand on Naruto's stomach.

"Five Elemental Seal!"

Naruto's features return to normal and he passes out. With that, he throws Naruto toward his team, extends his neck, and bites Naruto, leaving him with his new curse seal. The seal had three marks that looked like snake eyes. This was the cursed seal of hell.

Sasuke clenched his fists tightly as he stood on the ridge, his dark eyes narrowed in a mix of disbelief and simmering anger. Below him, the battle between Naruto and the grass kunoichi unfolded like a nightmare. The sun shone down harshly, casting shadows that mirrored the turmoil within him. He had trained relentlessly, honing his skills day and night, yet here was Naruto fighting this girl with techniques he hadn't shown before. It infuriated him to no end that he couldn't fight her while Naruto was able to.

Beside him, Sakura's expression mirrored his own, though her emotions were more complicated. With wide eyes, she felt a knot form in her stomach as she watched Naruto fight the grass kunoichi. "It's… not fair. Sasuke-kun has shown to be that strong, not Naruto-baka," she murmured, her heart pounding.

Sasuke's jaw clenched, a mix of anger and admiration swirling within him. He hated that Naruto, the very person he had dismissed so many times, was now standing toe-to-toe with someone this strong. He was the last Uchiha, he was willing to give up his scroll, yet he couldn't even fight this kunoichi, while Naruto was capable of standing his ground. "He shouldn't be this strong… not before us," he muttered through gritted teeth, his fists balled at his sides. Deep down, a part of him felt a prick of fear—what if Naruto surpassed him entirely?

As the tide of the fight shifted, Naruto found himself on the defensive. Throughout the battle, it became evident that he was struggling against his opponent. Although he had always been the underdog, this time felt different; desperation clung to every move he made. For a brief moment, a flicker of concern crossed Sakura's face, but she quickly hardened her resolve. "He deserves this. He brought it upon himself."

Sasuke scoffed, unable to shake off the disdain that bubbled inside him. "Good! Let him fail. Maybe then he'll realize how weak he truly is." Watching Naruto stumble under a barrage of attacks, he couldn't suppress a smirk. This was the outcome he had secretly hoped for.

Then a red chakra surrounded Naruto, growing stronger as he switched back to the offensive, fighting with primal ferocity. The battle raged on until Naruto was finally taken down. At that moment, the Grass Kunoichi extended her neck and bit him. When he struck the branch in front of them, neither Sasuke nor Sakura moved to check on him.

Now that was taken care of Orochimaru turned his attention to Sasuke and Sakura he had to do this quickly. He could sense Anko in the forest and knowing her the Anbu and Hokage will know as well. With that thought Orochimaru charges at Sasuke and Sakura. (The fight goes the same way in canon)

After branding Sasuke with the curse seal of heaven he quickly left the area.

Sakura, the only conscious teammate, quickly grabbed Sasuke and started to leave. As she walked away, she noticed Naruto still lying on the branch where he had crashed. Unaware that Naruto was somewhat awake, she approached him and looked down at his motionless form. In frustration, she kicked him in the ribs. "This is your fault! If you weren't here, Sasuke-kun wouldn't be so hurt." She continued to kick and curse him until she grew tired and left to find shelter, abandoning Naruto to fend for himself.

Naruto, barely conscious of the ordeal, ultimately succumbed to exhaustion due to the battle and the injuries inflicted by his teammate. An hour later, three individuals appeared, all wearing headbands from the Hidden Sound. The tallest among them grabbed Naruto and slung him over their shoulder. With that, the figure vanished, taking Naruto with them.
