On Today's Episode: With everything settling down for the moment, both spy teams continue their pursuit of their enemies, though they'll eventually have to join back up when reports of strange occurrences begin to pop up around a popular Tokyo monument. Can the spies scuttle Myrna and Helga's latest scheme before the whole country falls to 'nanny fever'?
Act 2: Seeing Double
3:02 P.M. – Café in Spain
Gabby, Carmen, and Stella were told everything over some refreshments with the spies.
"Nannies?! At your age?!" Carmen chastised.
"Yeah, we thought it was stupid the first time, too," Alex sighed.
"No thanks to Jerry's egotistical actions," Clover groaned.
"That's why we came here to help you out," Sam continued. "The other half of our team is in Japan dealing with Myrna's partner and hopefully having an easier time of it."
"It's just a lot of headache, having to deal with someone like Myrna," Mat stated. "He's lucky we can handle some of that side, but how much does he want to press his luck that way?"
Stella nodded in full agreement.
"I can imagine, given how stubborn she seems to be," Gabby stated. "Is it too late for us to give him a piece of our minds?"
"Oh, I'm definitely pulling for you all to do that once we're done here," Sam chuckled.
"Anyway, we've got a demon nanny to stop, guys," Bridget reminded them.
"I'm just hoping we can find her and kick her face in a few times before she does this to anybody else," Blaine sighed.
"Yeah, it's bad enough that she went after our parents, but this could be crossing a whole other bunch of lines!" Clover chastised.
"We should probably get your moms over to W.O.O.H.P. so they'll be safe," Britney suggested.
"Already taken care of, Brit," Bridget quipped. "A chopper's on the way to pick them up."
"'Preciate that, Bridget," Gabby replied.
"You all better teach her a lesson or two!" Stella proclaimed.
"Oh, trust me, that's definitely what we plan on doing!" Sam emphasized, obviously perturbed again the nanny memories came screaming back.
Once the W.O.O.H.P. chopper had come and went, taking Gabby, Carmen and Stella back to headquarters for the time being, Sam continued to lead the team through Spain to try and find Myrna before she caused any further trouble.
However, along the way, they encountered something strange.
After passing by a house in the suburbs of the area they were investigating, they heard two people locked in a fierce argument.
"Jeez, who started the fire?" Clover quipped.
This time, though, Bridget noticed the faint red glow surrounding both of the argue-es.
"Wait, does any of you see that?" Bridget wondered. "They're both glowing."
"Hold on just a second, I wonder if this has something to do with that arguing couple we saw on our last mission," Sam stated. "I'm gonna try and get some scans of them to see what the heck is going on."
As stealthily as she could muster, Sam slipped closer to the arguing couple, but they thankfully didn't seem to notice her, caught up in the argument as they were. Sam opened her X-Powder and scanned both of them before returning to the rest of the spies and sending the scans off to Jerry and RiCO.
"Guess that's all we can do until RiCO figures that out, huh?" Britney noted.
"And while I do that, I spotted Myrna skulking around somewhere near your position," RiCO responded from Sam's X-Powder. "You all go take care of that, and I'll let you know when I've figured this mystery out."
"All right, then, let's go and kick a nanny!" Mat proclaimed.
"Music to my ears," Alex chuckled.
3:24 P.M. – Tachikawa, Tokyo
Iwakura Residence
"Man, you really have some weirdoes in your gallery of villains, huh?" Mrs. Iwakura chuckled after May had explained everything that had been happening recently.
"It's really just an acquired taste," Melissa quipped.
"Oh, by the way, May, when were you going to tell us about you and Nick?" Mr. Iwakura asked. Naturally, this caught May completely off guard.
"W-Wait a minute, how long have you known?!" May gasped.
"Since that one time Nick called the Jellyfish Pirates about a birthday gift for May," Mrs. Iwakura answered. "The way he was talking about it made it clear that May's feelings finally came to light. I did ask you that for a reason back then, May."
"I guess you can't really pull the wool over your parents' heads, huh?" Nick laughed.
"And you don't have to say anything about it, Nick, we completely understand," Mr. Iwakura proclaimed. "As long as you treat them well, we have nothing against it."
May couldn't help but smile at that.
"So, what are you all going to do about that crazy fashion designer?" Mrs. Iwakura wondered.
"Well, we're just waiting for the rest of the Jellyfish Pirates to get their butts over here, and then we're going to go find Helga and kick her butt a few times," Jam quipped.
"Speaking of which, where are they?" Dizzy asked. "I feel like they should have been here by now."
Almost as if one of them had been listening, the remaining members of the Jellyfish Pirates suddenly burst through the door to the Iwakura residence, all of them looking like they'd been running from something or someone.
"H-Hey, are you guys okay?" May asked.
"Somebody get these two crazy people to stop chasing us, for one thing!" Akira shouted.
"We were on our way to you, but then this couple started arguing with each other, and then they started going after us!" April exclaimed. "I have no idea what we did wrong!"
Nick took a look outside at the couple in question, noticing that they didn't seem to have Helga's outfits on. So what was...
That was when Nick noticed the faint red glow surrounding both of their bodies, just like the couple they'd seen arguing when Hikari had been visiting.
"Hey, so, does anybody else notice that those two are glowing?" Nick quipped.
"Hey, yeah, now that you mention it," Mira stated. "That definitely doesn't look like Helga's work..."
Nick pushed his way outside and raised a psychic barrier to keep the arguing couple from getting any closer so he could scan them with his X-Powder and figure out what was going on.
At one point, though, the couple eventually maneuvered around the barrier and tried to attack them, only for Sortiliena to move forward and knock them both back with a windmill kick.
"Step off," Sortiliena proclaimed.
Eventually, the couple gave up and stormed off, continuing to argue with each other.
"Okay, that was super weird," Yuki admitted once that had been resolved.
"It's like they just... exploded onto each other," Fena noted. "I wonder if that glow had something to do with it..."
"Are you gonna see if W.O.O.H.P. can figure that out?" Souji asked.
"I just sent my scans in for analysis," Nick quipped.
"Sam's team did the same thing," RiCO answered. "They sent in scans from an arguing couple who had that same weird glow."
"Okay, wasn't expecting that," Haruka answered. "You think something like that's happening all over the place?"
"Sounds like it, but I still highly doubt this is Myrna's work," Nozomi quipped. "She's trying to force us to get nannies, not... whatever the heck just happened."
"We're gonna go after Helga in the meantime," May proclaimed. "Mom, dad, will you two be okay here?"
"We've already got a bunch of W.O.O.H.P. agents protecting us, so we'll be fine," Mrs. Iwakura responded. "You go and sock it to that weird fashion lady, okay?"
"Trust me, that was always the plan," Nick chuckled.
After making sure that the arguing couple had vacated, the spies set out to find Helga and figure out what her plan was.
"Those red glowing eyes were certainly not a sight to behold..." Fena told the others.
"One thing's for sure: none of them were up for four days straight doing whatevers," April remarked.
"May, did you see if your parents were fully intending on giving Jerry an earful?" Haruka asked.
"Guess it would have depended on the circumstances," May admitted. "Especially now that we've seen that Jerry grew past all of that crap."
"Either way, that's going to have to wait," Nick stated.
"Totally," Nozomi replied. "But maybe we should see if they got to my parents first..."
"Oh, that's a good point," Melissa remarked.
Haruka couldn't help but once again think about what her parents would say if they could see her now.
"Well, it can't hurt to check," May quipped. "And since the Jellyfish Pirates are here, we could split the deal."
"I'm for that," April remarked.
"Totally," Souji stated.
The rest of the Jellyfish Pirates were also in agreement.
"Okay, we can split the difference," Nick quipped with a nod.
"And I can get you all up to speed when all the parties have confirmed things," Sortiliena volunteered. "Let's just hope nobody has gotten to them; I'll also put in a call to WOOHP to get agents to their houses, too."
One half of the Jellyfish Pirates went with Haruka while the other half went with Nozomi.
"We can handle ourselves," May remarked. "But try to hurry back!"
"We will," Haruka quipped.
"Let's hope we aren't too late," Dizzy stated.
Haruka led April, Souji, Dizzy, and Fena.
"Jerry, RiCO, can you check to see if Helga or Myrna are nearing any of our old houses?" Haruka requested.
"On it," RiCO quipped as she began to scan around.
"Let's hit it," Nick told the others that were present.
He then led the others to find Helga.
"Where would I go if I were Helga?" Melissa wondered.
Nick was quickly eyeing his X-Powder to see where Helga got to.
"I've got a lock on Helga for you, Nick," RiCO stated.
"Well, let's hear it," Nozomi remarked.
"Apparently, Haruka's team called it," RiCO told them. "But since another team headed that way, there's a good chance they can cut Helga off very early."
"Wait, wait, hold on, does Helga even know or care that my parents are dead?" Haruka wondered. Her parents had been murdered many years ago by the escaped gangster Nebula Grey.
"Well, considering that Helga's heading that way now, she probably has no clue," Nozomi answered.
"Hey, maybe we can use this to our advantage," Sortiliena quipped. "Let's head that way and see if we can pull off an ambush."
"I like the way you think, Liena," Melissa chuckled. "Let's move!"
With that in mind, the six remaining spies all headed out towards the outer edge of Tachikawa, heading towards Fukushima Prefecture just in case, eventually coming across Haruka's old house, which was still standing, much to everybody's surprise.
"I'm shocked that your house is still here, Haruka," Nozomi admitted.
"Yeah, I kinda thought they would have condemned it ages ago after it turned into a crime scene," Dawn quipped.
"From what I heard after we took down Nebula Grey the first time, they simply didn't bother to put the house up to buy after that," Haruka answered. "People probably heard that there was a murder there and didn't want to take a chance on it."
"It looks like Helga's not here yet," Yuki noted.
"Then let's get ready to rumble, shall we?" Mira chuckled.
The group all waited for a few minutes, eventually hearing the rapid sound of approaching footsteps. And sure enough, Helga came bursting through the door wearing a lion-themed outfit.
"Guess who needs some nannies?!" Helga laughed, only to stop laughing when she noticed the spies and some of the Jellyfish Pirates were there instead. "Oh, what, you evacuated your parents when you knew I was coming? It doesn't matter, I'll find them eventually and then I'll..."
"If you knew anything about us, then you would know that my parents are dead, you fashion-challenged cluck," Haruka growled. "The particulars are none of your business, but they've been gone since I was a kid. You're running a fool's errand here, ya know."
"And considering you forced Haruka to relive a memory that she would prefer stay buried, that means you've just earned a free ass-kicking, on the house!" Nick proclaimed as he blasted Helga away with a Final Shine Attack.
"Yeah, you don't ever bad-mouth somebody's family, even if they're not around!" Jam exclaimed as she ran forward when Helga was picking herself up to punch Helga in the face, stunning her long enough for Dizzy and Fena to charge in and yank Helga's outfit off of her.
"Just give it up already and spare yourself some lumps," Sortiliena taunted.
"Oh, you really think this is over?" Helga chuckled. "This is only just beginning."
And with that, Helga decided to make her retreat for the moment.
"Why do they always do that?" Jam wondered. "It's getting super annoying by this point."
"Hey, is everything okay over there?" May called from Nick's X-Powder.
"We just sent Helga running for the moment," Nick answered. "She apparently thought that Haruka's parents were still around, so we ambushed her. What's going on over there?"
"Nozomi's parents are doing just fine, but Myrna went running, too, and I've got a pretty good feeling that they're heading off to whatever their secret lair is," May responded.
"And I might know where that is," RiCO proclaimed, Nick's X-Powder showing a map that was tracking Myrna and Helga's signals. "According to my trackers, they've both stopped somewhere in Sumida City in Tokyo."
"What would they want to do over there?" Haruka wondered.
"H-Hold on, that's where they're building the Tokyo Skytree!" Fena gasped. "It's supposed to be a really tall broadcast and observation tower that they started building in 2008."
"Looks like we've got our destination," Nick quipped. "Let's all meet up there and head on in."
"Roger that!" May proclaimed.
4:37 P.M – Sumida City, Tokyo
Tokyo Skytree
"Whoa, it's huge," Clover gasped when both the spies and the Jellyfish Pirates all re-converged at the base of the still-in-construction Tokyo Skytree.
"Yeah, it's pretty amazing, isn't it?" May chuckled.
"It'll probably be one of the tallest structures in the world by the time it's done, from the looks of things," Mira answered.
"We'd better head inside and see if we can find them before they can get a leg up on their schemes," Sam proclaimed.
Both groups headed inside the tower, and much to their surprise, most of the interior hadn't been renovated to look like their secret lair, at least not on this floor.
But there were a few computer consoles that looked very out of place with everything else on this floor.
"Yeah, that's not suspicious at all," Nick quipped. "RiCO?"
"Already hackin' in," RiCO chuckled as Nick placed his X-Powder on top of the console so RiCO could make it dance to her tune.
After about fifteen seconds, the console's main screen displayed a row of schematics relating to Myrna and Helga's big scheme.
"...oh, those little slimeballs," Britney growled.
"What's the big problem?" Dizzy asked.
"They're building something to broadcast a hypnotic frequency across the entire country, to brainwash everyone into their whole nanny nonsense," Sam answered. "That's why they came to the Tokyo Skytree, to use the top of the tower to send their signal out as far as possible!"
"Then we'd better keep looking for them and make sure they're not trying to stall for time," Mira proclaimed. "Let's get moving already!"
"Hopefully we aren't that late," Clover sighed.
"Totally," Britney replied.
"Does anybody know this place like the back of their hand because I certainly don't," Mat stated matter-of-factly.
"We certainly do," Fena replied. "We actually got to take a tour of the place last year for our class trip."
"Allow us to lead," Mira volunteered for all the Jellyfish Pirates.
"That's a real load off our shoulders," Nick remarked. "It may be a minute since I was last here, but I don't know this Skytree place at all."
He then used his psychic radar to try to pinpoint where Myrna and Helga were hiding out.
"Oh, guys, watch out!" Nick shouted.
They could all see shuriken coming out of nowhere. Fortunately, everybody got out of the way in time.
"Myrna's got to be toying with us..." Bridget groaned.
"Maybe this'd be a good theory to use any baseball skills you might have, bro," Mat told Nick.
"I like that suggestion," Nick quipped.
"So, whose bright idea was it to hire a nanny in the first place?" Dizzy asked.
"Jerry... unfortunately," Sam replied.
"Huh?! Jerry seems like a smart enough man to not do something like that..." April remarked.
"I wouldn't put it past him..." Souji stated after the fact.
"You don't know the half of it," Clover groaned. "The worst part is... we got it as high school students..."
"I'd call that enough grounds for quitting, though," Fena replied sympathetically.
"Well, he's lucky we can take a bit of his flawed crap he pulls," Alex stated.
"Totally," Clover sighed.
Before they could go on, they heard several noises.
"They're probably toying with us," Haruka deduced.
"Can you sense them near, Nick?" May asked.
Nick used his psychic radar to search the nearby area. Considering his range, he figured he could probably cover the entirety of the tower.
"According to what I can gather, I think I sense their thoughts somewhere on an upper level," Nick answered.
"Sounds typical of these two, honestly..." Nozomi commented.
"I still can't wrap around Jerry resorting to that kind of crap..." Yuki cringed.
"You'll have to worry about that later, Yuki," May replied at what she saw next.
"What's up, May, you see something out of place?" Haruka asked.
May simply pointed to just ahead of them, towards a grid of sorts with multiple satellite dishes all scanning for something in particular.
"Oh, that looks... suspicious," Melissa noted.
"Worse, I can detect that same hypnotizing frequency coming from those satellite dishes," Sam stated. "With how much area they're covering, we might not be able to get through without getting blasted."
Nick took a step forward and raised his hand. "Then let's shut it down from here, shall we?" Nick quipped as he fired a Final Shine Attack to blast one of the dishes, then swept it around to destroy the others.
Just then, more satellite dishes popped out from the wall that had been clearly constructed by Myrna and Helga and aimed for the spies. Just as well, more dishes popped out near the Jellyfish Pirates.
"Everyone, get close to me, quickly!" Nick exclaimed, and everyone else obliged, swiftly moving closer to Nick so he could surround them all with a psychic bubble that the sound waves from the satellite dishes all harmlessly bounced off of.
Nick waited for the sound waves to stop before dropping the bubble and allowing the spies to go back on the offensive, using whatever projectile gadgets they had on hand to destroy the remaining satellite dishes before they could start up again.
"Oof, that was way too close," Akira sighed in relief.
"Man, they're just getting more and more brazen each time we have to deal with them," Fena admitted.
"Oh, if you think this is bad, just look at what happened last time we had to deal with the L.A.M.O.S.," Sortiliena chuckled. "Scam literally went back in time to try and erase Mat from existence."
"He still thinks he's going to win Scam's heart?!" Mira gasped. "Does he not realize that door was slammed shut years ago?!"
"Sadly, as you might have already guessed, our rogues' gallery is the dictionary definition of 'stubborn'," Sam sighed.
"It doesn't look like they've moved yet," Nick quipped after double-checking his psychic radar. "They should still be a floor or two above us. If we hurry, we should be able to catch them before they can get to the top of the tower."
The entire group stepped over the wreckage of the trap before continuing onwards.
"I'm just glad that we never had to deal with any kind of 'aggravating boss' kinda person," April stated. "Even though Mira was our captain, it was really more of a title than a sign of direct command."
"I usually just lead when I need to lead," Mira answered. "It was because I was overthinking my ability to 'lead' that I had my 'episode' at the Gion Matsuri."
"Well, when it comes to Jerry, we thankfully don't have to deal with that crap anymore, because he's definitely learned his lesson," Clover proclaimed. "But ooh, the times he still pulled that nonsense..."
"Yeah, we definitely got on his case for those times," Mat chuckled. "There was one time where it was so bad that he actually stepped down as W.O.O.H.P.'s leader."
"Yikes, it got that bad?" Dizzy gasped. "What the heck happened?"
"We were fighting Milan Stilton, a snooty heiress, and she actually had the kahones to accuse Nick and Mat of sexually assaulting her when they clearly weren't even close," May answered. "And despite all evidence to the contrary, Jerry actually pulled Nick and Mat from the mission and seemingly fell back into his old habits, and that absolutely pissed us off."
"But, while we were taking care of Milan, RiCO of all people reamed Jerry out for the crap he pulled," Alex quipped. "And once that mission was over... Jer felt so bad about it that he temporarily resigned."
"I took over as acting head honcho while Jerry sorted some things out," Sortiliena answered. "It was strange, being without Jerry for so long, but we eventually got him back in the fold."
"Thankfully, like I said, he learned from his past mistakes and hopefully won't be making those mistakes ever again," Melissa stated. "He did tell us to reel him in if he ever did, though."
"Well, you won't be able to fix your mistakes, you little pests!"
"Oh, and look at what the cat ralphed up," Nick taunted as Myrna and Helga made their presence known. "Thank you so kindly for saving us the trouble."
"Oh, hardy-har-har, make your jokes while you can, little man," Myrna laughed. "Soon enough, this will be a world full of nannies."
"By the way, who in the hell are your new friends?" Helga wondered. "I would assume they're your friends because they keep getting in our way..."
"...hey, yeah, we never did the thing, did we?" May chuckled as she glanced at the other Jellyfish Pirates. "All right, everyone, let's do the 'thing' and tell these loony ladies just who the hell we are!"
With that, the Jellyfish Pirates all got into position for their big speech.
"We are the guardians of Tachikawa!" May proclaimed.
"The worst nightmare of bullies everywhere," Mira proclaimed.
"Determined to protect the innocent!" Yuki exclaimed.
"Defending the dreams of the students!" April exclaimed.
"Putting troublemakers in their place," Souji continued.
"Making school life a fun place to be," Akira stated.
"Sticking it to anyone who would try to knock us down!" Dizzy shouted.
"Never forgetting our own dreams!" Fena proclaimed.
"And staying cool in the face of adversity!" Jam finished.
"Smiling in the face of danger, we are the Jellyfish Pirates!" all nine members exclaimed as they performed their group pose together.
"And as the official guardians of such, you're gonna learn the hard way that we're too old for nannies," May proclaimed as she used her Emergency Gadget Transporter to summon her anchor to her hands. "And by hard way, I mean by way of a hard-ass anchor upside your fat heads."
"Ooh, is that a threat?" Helga laughed as she shed her coat to reveal a wolf pelt, complete with razor-sharp claws and razor-tipped tail.
"Nope, it's a promise," May retorted. "And you know me and promises, right?"
"All right, everyone, let's kick the stuffing out of them!" Mira exclaimed.
("Shadow Loop" by Lyn Inaizumi plays)
"Don't make me laugh!" Myrna exclaimed as she bounded forward, intending to crush Mira underneath her frame.
So naturally, Myrna was surprised to see Mira juke to the side, place her palms on Myrna's side, and shove, pushing Myrna across the room and right into the path of the others.
Meanwhile, Helga was striking at the spies, using her razor claws to keep them at arm's length.
"Yeah, you really think you can get close to me without getting shredded?!" Helga laughed.
Helga would have to quickly eat her own words when Bridget equipped a Metal Masher Boxing Glove and lunged forward to clash with Helga's claws.
They both struck at each other a few times before Bridget ducked under another slash and punched forward, then upwards, denting one of Helga's claws and forcing her to jump backwards.
"Yeah, that's pretty much exactly what I expected," Bridget chuckled as she reached for her brooch. "Sonic Mode, online!"
"You really think that's going to work?" Helga cackled. "There's not that much room in here for you to actually utilize that speed, is there?"
"Oh, I've got more than enough room to do what I'm about to do," Bridget chuckled as she extended her hand towards Nick. "You wanna drill that into her fat head, Nick?"
"I was waiting for you to suggest that, Bridget," Nick quipped as he reached out to take Bridget's hand so they could both charge towards Helga. "Let's show this funky fashion failure the Purple Comet Attack!"
"Oh, please, that move's old hat by now," Helga responded as she attempted to fire on the spies, only for Myrna to crash into her due to being kicked by Jam and Dizzy, causing her to stumble forward right into Nick and Bridget's path.
"This one's a new'un," Bridget giggled.
"So keep your eyes peeled," Nick teased.
"Or you might just miss it!" Nick and Bridget proclaimed together as they went on the offensive, Bridget blitzing forward and performing a sliding kick to send Helga flipping into the air. Nick let go of Bridget and flew up to tackle Helga higher into the air.
Bridget skidded to a stop before jumping towards Helga and landing a trio of lightning-fast hits before kicking Lumiere towards Nick, who continued the combo by stomping on Helga's foot before uppercutting her back into the air.
Nick and Bridget both charged in mid-air from either side to clock Helga from both sides, immediately dazing her so they could send her crashing back to the ground with a dual overhead fist slam.
Before Helga could even bounce, Nick and Bridget flew back to the ground so that Nick could use a short-range Zero Gravity and send Helga floating helplessly, while Bridget ran a few quick circles around Helga before leaping to headbutt her further aloft.
Nick and Bridget struck again, rapidly striking from multiple angles and making it look like Helga was being pinballed through the air.
"And here comes the big finish!" Bridget exclaimed as she grabbed Nick by the hands and lifted them into the air before spinning Nick around faster and faster. After a few more spins, Bridget tossed Nick towards Helga so he could finish the attack with a double-footed kick to the stomach that sent Helga crashing right back into the ground, skidding to a stop before tumbling backwards.
"Okay, that was cool," Fena laughed as she dodged away from more shurikens that Myrna was throwing. "Is that, like, your third iteration of that move?"
"Third or fourth," Bridget answered. "Nick and I usually change it up after enough time passes so it doesn't get stale."
"I wouldn't advise ignoring me, you little punks!" Myrna bellowed as she started throwing explosive devices towards them.
"Oh, we're the 'little punks'?" Jam shot back as she kicked one of the devices towards Nick so he could contain it inside a psychic bubble before it exploded. "We're adults, too, you know!"
"More like misguided children in adult bodies who still can't see that they need the guidance of a nanny in their life," Myrna laughed. "Didn't you used to have another guy in your little group?"
Nick quickly tensed up, realizing that Myrna was treading on dangerous ground.
But he decided to let it unfold anyways. It'd be funny.
"Wasn't he the one who kept you all in line?" Myrna quipped. "Because looking at you all now, it seems like he did a pretty lousy job, considering..."
All of a sudden, Myrna found herself hunched over in pain, and the cause was revealed to be Jam, who had swiftly crossed the distance between them to slug Myrna directly in the stomach.
Not even giving her a chance to make another smartass comment, Jam continued the attack by backflipping over Myrna while she was trying to catch her breath and sending her flying forward with a thrusting kick to the back.
May whipped out her anchor and clocked Myrna with a horizontal swing hard enough to send her flying into a wall and bounce off to crash on top of Helga.
"Ugh... what just happened?" Myrna groaned as she tried to pick herself up.
"You just pressed the 'Johnny button'," April responded.
"You shouldn't have done that," May taunted.
"Get off of me, you overweight hag!" Helga shouted. "This isn't the time to be taking naps when we need to be finishing them off!"
"Well, then, how about we head to the top of the tower and unleash our secret weapon?" Myrna quipped. "Then we'll show them who's really the boss here."
"Sounds like a plan to me," Helga laughed as both villains picked themselves up and threw down smoke bombs to cover their getaway.
"Seriously, the smoke bombs are starting to get old by now," Dizzy quipped.
"At least it's not a flashbang," Melissa admitted. "I'm kinda sick of them abusing rule fifteen."
"They said they're heading to the top of the tower, right?" Mira wondered. "Sounds like they're about to unleash their trump card."
"If that's true, then we'd better hurry our butts up and follow them," Nick proclaimed. "There's no telling how much time we've got left."
Nothing more needed to be said as the spies and the Jellyfish Pirates all headed for the nearest stairway so they could head up to the top of the tower and put an end to Myrna and Helga's secret weapon before it brainwashed the whole country.
To be concluded...
Coming up next...
Alex: Whoa, look at how high up we are.
April: Man, this place easily puts the Skywhirl Tower to shame at least five times over.
Mat: Any sign of those nut loafs?
Sam: Like bad rashes, they come when called.
Myrna: You're comparing us to rashes, my dear? You've got some nerve.
Clover: Yeah, well, so do you for, you know, ever thinking we need nannies at our age! That whole shtick's getting incredibly old and stale at this point!
Helga: Well, honestly, it doesn't matter what you think right now, because once we activate our trump card, everybody in this country will fall under the nanny spell.
Myrna: We just need something to deal with you until that time comes. So, to that end... why don't you play with a friend of ours?
Haruka: And what the heck is that?!
Myrna: Oh, that's our secret weapon, and considering that our transmitter is connected to it, the only way you're shutting down our signal is to destroy the weapon.
Helga: But here's the real question, spies: can you destroy it before time runs out?!
Nick: Hey, we've worked pretty well under pressure before, so just sit back and watch us work, next time on the final act of Totally Spies: The Nebulous Narcissistic Nanny, "Two For the Price of One"!
Bridget: Hey, other me is hanging out on the set again!
Melissa: I'm jealous that she's so good with those yo-yos.
