On the morning of November 16th, Saturday.
The time is currently 11:10, our attention is upon the road as there is a white and blue Suzuki motorbike driving upon the road, the motorcyclist wearing a black and white suit and wears a blueish white helmet on. Our rider being Kira who is riding the vehicle and heading off somewhere.
The motor cycle's engine roared as the driver turns a corner and then went straight to the front of a large and tall apartment building that appears to be nearly 40 floors high.
"I thought she would have a normal house, but this is beyond what I had expected.." Kira said as he pulls up the helmet's visor to get a better look of the building, he then made an awkward look on his face. "but considering that Lacus is the daughter of a multi billionaire, I shouldn't be so surprised, huh?"
Today is the assigned Date day as Kira had rented the motorbike for the usage of driving him and Lacus to their date spot. However, today is also a date day for him and Meiya. The time however being on a later time.
As Kira awaits for Lacus to come, he spots Andrew who came by.
"so you're our princess' knight on his noble steed, huh?" Andrew said as he comes and stands near while checking Kira out. "I must say that you choose a nice ride for the date."
"it's a rental…" Kira replied with an awkward voice. True to his words, the motorbike he is riding is a rental that he bought with the help of his parents who actually agreed to allow him to rent on with no questions asks. "um, Is Lacus still getting herself prepared?"
"she is." Andrew said while crossing his arms. "heard from the maids of the place that she's getting her cosmetics on."
After that the conversation went silent as this made Kira look very awkward.
'I don't know what else to talk..' Kira though inwardly as he and Andrew doesn't have another topic to talk about. 'I know that Lacus said that this world's Andrew-san is not our world and all, but it's hard to keep that up if the guy wants to talk.'
As Kira was thinking of what to say next, his nose picked up the scent of coffee in the air.
"coffee?" Kira said before he looks at Andrew. "are you brewing Coffee right now?"
"oh? You can smell it from here?" Andrew said before he turns to look at a small office station which is his workplace. "my coffee must be brewed up already." He then looks back at Kira. "want to take a sip while the princess is still up in her room?"
"uh…okay?" Kira replied and Andrew went off to go straight for the office station. 'I guess even in this world, Andrew-san is a coffee enthusiast…'
A minute later, Andrew returned with two cups of coffee in his hands.
"here." Andrew said as he gave one of the cups for Kira to take. "this Coffee of mine is a brew made with 20% Diluted Cuban Coffee, and 80% Luwak Coffee beans from Indonesia. The blend can keep you up and strong for the night but it tastes smooth down the throat with the special milk cream I bought from Hokkaido. Try tasting it and give me your critic on it."
Kira smells the aroma of the coffee and could smell how pungent the caffeine smell is even with the milk.
"thank you." Kira whispers before he took a sip and his eyes widened a bit to the bitter yet sweet taste of the coffee. "it's good."
"right? I tried to cook the coffee beans first before brewing them. Thought it would give them a good aftertaste when cooked, but I guess the result is good." Andrew said before he begins to talk about the coffee. "a friend of mine once told me that the best coffee can be made with only three ingredients and…."
'I know that I wanted to talk with him about something, but I guess this is fine.' Kira thought while taking a few sips of the coffee.
After five minutes, Lacus made an appearance as the pink haired diva walks out of the apartment's front doors with a white-ish pink dress, cream colored short heels, her signature hairclip that is neatly placed upon her twirled hair. The pink diva also brings a pink purse bag with her.
Lacus walks out and sees Kira talking with Andrew as they stopped when the princess came to them.
"Lacus." Kira smiles to see her and Lacus smiles back before looking at Andrew.
"I hope that there was no trouble with Kira's choice of vehicle, Andrew-san?" Lacus asks the man.
"nope, not at all." Andrew shakes his head before smiling. "the kid is good in all safety and I might add he's quite the nice coffee drinking partner."
"I see." Lacus replies with a nod before she turns and was presented with a pink helmet by Kira.
"I hope you like it." Kira said and Lacus smiles before taking the helmet and proceeding to put it on.
"alright, kid. I'm gonna lay you a few ground rules that I got from the Princess' father." Andrew said before holding up a hand with one finger pointed out. "first is that you got to keep a good eye out for the princess; her dad is out of the country so he's quite worried for his one and only daughter in a country that she's still quite foreign with."
"yes." Kira nodded while Lacus gets on the back then hugs her arms around Kira's waist.
"second, get back before 9. The princess got a curfew that she agreed to follow with her father after coming here." Andrew said while pulling out another finger and Kira nodded in reply. "third, no getting too cozy with the princess. I don't know what made you two get this close and all in just a few days; but my employer ain't ready to be a grandpa for a kid born out of wedlock, so keep that rule in mind at all times, got it?"
"yes, I understand." Kira said, sweatdropping to the idea that an angered Siegel Clyne would be coming after him with guns for impregnating his daughter before wedding and all. "anything else?"
"the final ground rule is that you and the princess get enough fun for the day." Andrew said as he sighs with a smile before waving a hand to the side. "I don't need to tell you how life is for the single daughter of a multi billionaire dad goes. So have fun like a bunch of teens on new years' eve, got it?"
Kira nodded with a smile before he returns the empty coffee cup and then looks at Lacus who nodded to him. The young man nodded back as he then proceeded to turn the motor bike's engine on.
"I'll be going now, Andrew-san." Lacus said to Andrew who nodded.
"have fun, milady." Andrew replied with a quick salute as he watches Kira drives the motorcycle away.
Andrew watches the motorcycle go off the distance in the road as he just sighs a bit while in the background, Martin Dacosta made an appearance.
"has the young lady gone off for her date, Andrew-san?" DaCosta asks as he went and checks to see the motorcycle off in the distance. "shall we give pursuit and keep a watch for her?"
"nah, I think it's best if we leave them be." Andrew said before giving the empty coffee cups to DaCosta and then crosses his arms. "the princess is safe with the kid."
"eh? Why so?" Martin replied while raising an eyebrow.
"just a good gut feeling." Andrew said before he begins walking back to his office. "and besides, a kid like that who drinks coffee given by a stranger with no hesitation just shows that he's no wuss."
"just that?" Martin said while sweatdropping.
"now with the free time I got, I need to brew more coffee and then…" Andrew hums while thinking about making more coffee but he pauses his thoughts when he spotted a black limo car going off into the distance near the apartment. "hmm?"
Andrew looks a bit suspicious for a moment before he goes into his office and to the surveillance room as he checks a few security cameras and spotted the limo that leaves in the same direction as Kira and Lacus.
"I wonder…" Andrew said after a hum.
"I guess I need to make a report after the young lady returns and.." Martin was walking off into the apartment with the empty cups in hand but he made a noise when he sees that Andrew heads out of his office while wearing a brownish black jacket on. "eh? Andrew-san? Where are you going?"
"just off on a trip!" Andrew said before he goes straight for the nearby parking lot of the apartment as he gets near a black military grade SUV. "you're in charge of the place until I get back, DaCosta!"
"eh?! Wait!" Martin cried out but his plea fell deaf when Andrew turned on the SUV's engine and drove out. He watched his superior's vehicle goes out as he sighs and tilts his head to the side. "what is this all about?"
At the highway road, Kira rode the motorcycle down the curved road as the wheels spins as fast as it could. The location of their date is still far away as Kira is taking the scenic route to get to the location.
"such beauty…." Lacus said as she sees the clear ocean waters which repeatedly come near the shore before retreating. The pink haired princess smiles before hugging Kira's waist a bit tighter. "Kira, how about we go to the beach after our date? It'll be pleasant to have a stroll around there."
"yeah, alright." Kira nodded. "after our date, let's spend as much time as you want there."
Lacus nods before leaning closer to Kira's back, the pink haired princess closing her eyes to enjoy the moment with him.
Kira smiles in feeling Lacus' embrace to his back, the young man thinking about the beach before his expression turns a bit awkward.
'another one added into the schedule…' Kira thought as he looks rather awkward and tired. 'hope this scheduling will work well with Tsukuyomi-san's help…'
Though he is currently on a trip for his date with Lacus, he's actually going on two dates today. One will be with the pink haired princess and the other with the mysterious blue swordswomen.

Rewinding the time. about a day after Kira got scheduled for the two dates.
Kira is at school as he is with Athrun and the others minus Lacus, the young man talking about how he got forced into going into two dates scheduled on the same day. He is discussing it with them and asking them for help, however they only replied with one word.
"no way, you deal with it." Athrun and the others spoke in unison as this made Kira look incredibly defeated.
"come on! I have two dates on the same day with two girls and I can't say no to them!" Kira begs them for help, but they keep on refusing.
"you got yourself into this mess, you yourself have to be the one to get you out of it." "want to help, but considering that those girls are like two heated cats and all, I wanna skip the chance of getting my face clawed at." "sorry, you are on your own." "Agreed." "I want to help you. Really, I do. But this is Lacus, remember?" they gave their response and Kira could only be more defeated on how he isn't going to get any help from them.
"Then there's no choice but to ask her…" Kira said, thinking about a certain green haired maid. "though I don't want to….considering who she is supportive with…"

This all leads to the double date being planned by Tsukuyomi who is currently watching Kira and Lacus on the road via a dozen monitor screens in a dark room. The maid sitting and watched where they are going
"Kira-sama, please turn right at the next turn you see." Tsukuyomi spoke to Kira via an ear piece communicator attached to his right ear. "afterwards, go straight for at least 100 m and then you'll reach the amusement park."
Tsukuyomi watches the screen as Kira man does the action of following her orders.
"with this, they'll arrive to the amusement park at 11:30 as scheduled." Tsukuyomi said before she looks at another monitor which shows Meiya in the Hibiki household; just coming down while wearing a black long sleeved shirt, blueish jeans, and is holding a black jacket folded under her right arm. The blue haired maiden going straight for the front door where she picks a pair of black high heel boots. The maid then picks up a walkie talkie on the side. "everyone, at your position. As Kira-sama will take Lacus-sama to the amusement park, we will ensure that Meiya-sama arrives to the shopping mall at 12:30 before allowing the switch, understand?"
"Roger." Several voices are heard in replying to Tsukuyomi's orders as there are literally dozens of agents from the Mitsurugi Zaibatsu who are in disguise; all of them are positioned at places around the amusement park and the shopping mall at the Shizumika street.
"Now, let's begin Operation Gemini Dates." Tsukuyomi said with a mischievous smile that made her look like some evil mastermind.
At the amusement park at Shizumika Street, Kira and Lacus arrived to the place as there is a mass of people going around having fun at every stall and rides that are available.
"such a busy place…" Kira said, the young man sees how many people from parents, teens, and kids are all going around the place.
"let's go and have fun, Kira." Lacus said as she intertwined her hand with Kira's. the young woman smiling to him as the man returned it. She then pointed at the bumper car rally nearby. "let's start with that one."
"okay." Kira replied as he and Lacus went straight for the bumper car rally.
About a few minutes later, Kira and Lacus are riding their own bumper cars as they drove the vehicles around as they avoided bumping other people before bumping each other a few times they got close.
Lacus giggles, laughs, and smiles as Kira did the same, both having fun as normal high school teens on a date.
"I'm going to get you, Lacus~!" Kira called out as he chases after Lacus' bumper car with his.
"not if I get to you first, Kira~!" Lacus playfully hollered back as she made a turn and runs from Kira's bumper car that chases after her. she did a quick turn on her wheels before she accelerated straight for him. "I got you now~!"
Kira smiles and grins a bit as he did a quick turn and evaded Lacus' bumper car that went pass him.
"wha!?" Lacus' bumper car hits the edge railings as she got shaken a bit before the sound of the alarm rings for the time for the bumping cars to end and stop. The princess places a hand to her head and shakes it a bit before she looks up and smiles to Kira who came and held out a hand for her. "I almost got you that time."
"not close enough, Lacus." Kira chuckles while helping Lacus get out of her bumper car as both then proceeded to go out of the bumper car rally to let other people waiting on the line to get their turn,
After the bumper car rally, they got to a stand that is a water gun game that has the idea to shoot down moving targets in the shapes of ducks, balloons, and many more.
"wanna see who can hit the most target?" Kira asks as the two come near the stand and got to two spots that are available for the two to play first after paying the staff.
"you're on." Lacus giggles as both got a little competitive in the game.
The timer rang as everyone in the stand began to push the triggers of their water guns and began to fire jets of water at the moving targets that began to get shot down.
"10…11…12…13….14.." Kira counted each target he shot down as so did Lacus.
"8…9…10…11…12…" Lacus counts as she proceeded to shoot down the targets that look like balloons while not hitting the ducks.
After about 2 minutes, the timer rang out as the game finished.
"Winner~!" the staff called out on the mic as he presented a pink cat doll to Kira who won the most shots.
"looks like I win, Lacus." Kira said with a smile while giving her the pink cat doll.
"it's not fair." Lacus said with a pout as she hugs the pink cat doll. "it was so hard to shoot the ducks without feeling sorry for them."
"it's just a game." Kira replied with a chuckle before proceeding to give her a peck on the head. "but well, that's so like you, Lacus."
Lacus smiles before she leaned close as both of them moved for the next game that might interest them.
Kira smiles to Lacus before he made a noise when he received a call from his in ear communicator ear piece that received a call from Tsukuyomi.
'Kira-sama, it is time for the switch.' Tsukuyomi spoke out. 'Meiya-sama has arrived to the shopping mall and is now awaits your arrival.'
"I can't actually leave Lacus right now." Kira whispers with a finger to his ear, Lacus being preoccupied with the view around her.
'there is a mirror fun maze at your 1 o'clock.' Tsukuyomi spoke as Kira turns and sees the mirror house attraction. 'there are two entrances for the attraction, I suggest that the both of you enter one by one so that the switch can be done. Do not worry, we will have your body double preoccupy Lacus-sama in the mean time.'
"wait, what body double?" Kira asks before he spots someone who looks exactly like him waiting near the mirror fun house. "nevermind." He then looks at Lacus with a smile. "how about we go for that one next, Lacus?"
"where?" Lacus asks and Kira points to the mirror fun house. Seeing the attraction, she got interested really quickly. "oh, I always wondered what it would be like to enter such a place~!"
Kira and Lacus went straight for the mirror fun house as the young man paid the fare before the two were given bendy sticks that are used to ensure that they don't bump abruptly into any mirror walls.
"let's go in one by one." Kira said as he pointed at the entrance to the left. "I'll meet you on the other side, okay?"
"okay." Lacus nods before she went to the right door entrance.
Kira nods and smiles before he sees his body double coming to his side.
"um…so…here?" Kira said while giving the bendy sticks.
"please enjoy your date with Meiya-sama, Kira-sama." Kira's body double spoke in a voice exactly like him while bowing his head.
"y-yeah…" Kira nods as he looks very awkward at his body double who proceeded to enter the left door entrance. He watched the person enter before he began to look a bit discomforted. "that was really weird." He then place a finger to his earpiece. "Tsukuyomi-san? The switch was done, how am I supposed to get to where Meiya-san is?"
'no need to worry, Kira-sama.' Tsukuyomi replied before a loud motorbike engine's roar was heard as Kira turns to see a motorcyclist parked near the amusement park's edge. 'you're mode of transportation has arrived for you.'
"I really hope you know what you're doing, Tsukuyomi-san." Kira said as he went straight for the motorcyclist who gave him a helmet before helping him get on.
The motorbike's engine roared before the vehicle drove off.
At the shopping mall nearby, Meiya is by the entrance as she looks around the area for a moment before checking the time on her wrist watch.
"I wonder when Kira will get here?" Meiya asks herself as she had just arrived a few minutes ago.
As Meiya was waiting, Kira came rushing in as he go into a hurried pace to her place.
"I'm sorry for being late!" Kira called out to Meiya who turns and smiles in seeing him arriving. "there was traffic and I had to take a different route to get here."
"it's fine." Meiya replied as her smile grew. "it's all fine if you're here now." She then went and interlocked her arms with Kira's right arm and leans close to him. "let's go on our date, shall we~?"
"y-yeah…" Kira replied, taking a quick glance to the back as he finds the motorcyclist who helped him get here is parked nearby and is watching him via a pair of binoculars. "let's go…"
Kira and Meiya then entered the shopping mall's front entrance as both walks amongst the other visitors while not noticing the dozens of Mitsurugi staff members who are watching from a close distance while in disguise.
"this is Cupid 2, Meiya-sama and Kira-sama has entered the shopping mall as planned." A disguised Mitsurugi agent reported on a little mic on his right arm's sleeve, the individual pretending to be a janitor that the two had gone and passed by. "requesting advices to be given to Kira-sama. Over."
'This is Aphrodite, I received your order.' Tsukuyomi replied on the comms, the maid watching Kira and Meiya's movements. She then pressed a button that changes the receiver of her call to the young man. 'Kira-sama, please guide Meiya-sama to the clothing store a few feet from your current location, the store is named Ladies of Beauty. Guide her there and asks if she wants to try new clothes while you pick a few for her to try later on. Afterwards, we can do another switch with another body double.'
"okay." Kira replied quietly on the mic before he looks at Meiya. "how about we go there first?" he then pointed at the clothing store that Tsukuyomi mentioned. "wanna try new styles of clothes?"
"sure." Meiya nodded with a smile. "anywhere you wish to go, I will go too."
Kira and Meiya entered the clothing store as they find it to be filled with many other customers which in number are just Mitsurugi disguised agents.
"try looking around first, Meiya." Kira told the girl while motioning to the clothes around them. "Tsukuyomi-san told me that you haven't gotten your usual clothing delivered to the house yet, so we need you to get new clothes as temporary measures." He then pointed to another direction in the clothing store's aisle. "I'll be there checking new clothes that would match you while you check here. Let's meet up after you're done, sounds good?"
"sounds good." Meiya nodded before she and Kira went their separate ways.
Kira goes to the different clothing aisle as two agents were standing by and waiting for him. One was disguised as a store clerk while the other was disguised as himself.
"please follow me, Kira-sama." The store clerk agent stated before leading Kira to a back door exit of the store while the other agent stayed and pretended to be him.
'Cupid 5, this is Aphrodite. I recommend and advise you to go to the deeper aisle and pick the blackish blue jeans for the waist size 60. Find the one that is seemingly a bit loose, that is Meiya-sama's preferred type.' Tsukuyomi called on the comms as the agent pretending to be Kira nodded before following her instructions.
Back at the amusement park, Kira was brought back to the mirror fun house as he got to the back exit and meets up with his double who quickly gives him the bendy stick back before making a quick run to hide as Lacus had finished and came out of the exit as well.
"looks like I was the first one." Kira smiles to Lacus who giggles in return. Both returned the bendy stick to the staff member before they continued their tour around the park.
Kira and Lacus continue their date at the amusement park as they look around to see all the fun that the other park visitors are having.
"Wanna go on that one next?" Kira asks as he pointed at the merry go round. "it looks fun."
"yes." Lacus nods with a smile before the two went and got in line with the other park visitors who are waiting for their turn.
Kira and Lacus stood in line as they waited in line. While they were waiting, Tsukuyomi made a call to the young man.
'Kira-sama, it's almost time for another switch.' Tsukuyomi told Kira who looks surprised.
"I can't actually do a switch right now." Kira whispers to the side before he glances at Lacus who is watching some kids playing around together with a smile. "can't Meiya wait a bit longer?"
'I'm afraid not. Meiya-sama has almost finished choosing her desired clothings and will soon come to your position.' Tsukuyomi replied. 'to do a perfect switch, I have my agents who are with you to crowd and fill in the positions of the merry go round that would lead you and Lacus-sama to seat separately from one another. The merry go round will last for about 5 minutes, which gives you enough time to get back to Meiya-sama.'
"but still…" Kira whispers before the staff called out for the next group to come in as everyone went on to their preferred spots on the merry go round.
'it's now the time to do it, Kira-sama.' Tsukuyomi told Kira as the young man watches and sees that the available spots for the two were already prepared by the people who had already come in first.
"here goes nothing." Kira whispers before he leads Lacus to a single spot on the merry go round. He smiles to the pink diva who he helps get on the ride. "looks like we have to be on separate spots for this ride."
"it would seem so." Lacus replied a bit sad that she couldn't get Kira to be near her for the ride.
"I'll be by the back." Kira said before he kissed Lacus' right hand's knuckles. "let's go to the food stall afterwards."
"okay." Lacus nods with a smile and Kira nods back before he goes to his available spot that is on the other side of the merry go round.
Kira went to the available seat and finds that his body double had already taken his place.
"your mode of transportation awaits you, Kira-sama." Kira's body double told the young man and points to the same Motorcyclist who was waiting for him outside of the merry go round.
Kira sighs a bit tiredly as he was sure that this double date was going to be a hectic one.
A drive later, Kira returns to the clothing store as he went to his spot to find his body double providing him with a basket filled with clothes.
"Tsukuyomi-san told me to tell you that these clothes are in the perfect size for Meiya-sama." the body double told Kira before he quickly excuses himself and hides as Meiya had come to where the young man is.
"have you finished choosing, Kira?" Meiya asks as she carries a few clothes of her choice on her arm.
"yeah, I have." Kira replied as he showed her the basket. "I hope that these are your preferred choices."
"I will be happy to have any that you choose for me." Meiya said with a big smile. "whether they be fancy clothes or ragged clothings, I'll treasure whichever you choose for me!"
"I-I see…" Kira chuckles with an awkward look on his face.
Two minutes later, Meiya entered the fitting room while Kira waits outside with the clothes the two picked for the girl.
"Kira, do you prefer color blue or purple?" Meiya called out while in the fitting room.
"hmm? Why you ask that?" Kira asks.
"I just wish to know your preferred color." Meiya replied.
"blue or purple?" Kira hummed as he thought about the two choices. The young man cups and scratches his chin a few times. "if I have to pick…" he raised an eyebrow then said. "I guess…blue?"
"blue? Is that your preferred color?" Meiya asks and Kira replied with a yes. "I see.."
Meiya went silent as the sound of clothes ruffling is heard.
Kira wondered why she asked him such a question, the young man thinking that she was asking what color he liked to see her wear.
'I guess she does look good in blue..' Kira thought as blue colored clothing does match good for Meiya.
As Kira was pondering, the door to the fitting room was opened as he looked and his face instantly went red in shock and embarrassment because Meiya had come out wearing nothing but a pair of sexy blue yet see through lingerie type underwear.
"M-M-Meiya! What are you doing!?" Kira exclaimed while closing his eyes and looking away.
"what am I doing? I'm showing you what I am wearing right now." Meiya said as she poses a bit to Kira who keeps on looking away. "are these types of clothes not your preferred choice?"
'is this why she asked what color I like!?' Kira thought as he keeps on looking away from Meiya. "you can't show me that, Meiya! There are other people in the store!"
"eh? But the store is empty though?" Meiya replied as Kira made a confused noise before he checks and finds that the store was empty of any customers besides them. "shouldn't it be fine if there's no one to see me like this?"
'Kira-sama, I forgot to inform you that our agents who were in the store have vacated the area to give you two some time together.' Tsukuyomi's voice is heard from the comms as Kira instantly sweatdropped in reaction.
"a-anyway! You can't do this!" Kira said as he closed his eyes with his left hand while his right hand is held towards Meiya. "go back inside and pick whichever you like!"
"but how am I supposed to pick which one I like if you don't choose them for me?" Meiya asks as she looks to a basket in the fitting room filled with many different styles of lingerie underwear. "there's so many to choose."
"j-just pick which one you like the most! I'll be okay with whichever you want!" Kira cried out as he was getting way too embarrassed from the situation.
"really? Whichever I choose, you will like?" Meiya asks with a big and excited smile. "really?"
"really! Really! Just go back inside and put on proper clothes!" Kira cried out as Meiya smiles even more before she giggles and went back inside the fitting room with a few happy skips.
After she got inside, Kira got a few feet away and let out a tired sigh.
"I can't keep on doing this." Kira spoke out. "this is tiring for my body and mind!"
'I'm afraid you cannot back down now, Kira-sama.' Tsukuyomi replied on the comms, the maid smiling while watching Kira from the monitors. 'you've already come so far in the dates and you cannot back down because of such an event.'
"how can you think of that when you forgot to inform me that the store was emptied of any customer!?" Kira told Tsukuyomi.
'that was a mistake on my end, Kira-sama.' Tsukuyomi replied after giggling. 'But please be assured that it won't happen again.' She then looks at one monitor that shows Meiya in the fitting room, the blue haired teen changing from one lingerie to the other as she is choosing which one to pick. 'also, since Meiya-sama is now choosing her outer clothing that may look loose, please do compliment her for all the picks she will show you.'
'more of this?' Kira thought as he was getting really tired of the situation at hand.
Afterwards, Meiya called out to Kira who came back and finds her coming out of the fitting room in a blue blouse and navy blue short skirt as they appear loose as Tsukuyomi stated.
"how is this?" Meiya asks while posing a bit.
"g-good." Kira said with a forced smile and a thumb up. "really good."
"really~?!" Meiya replied with a big smile while her eyes sparkles. "does my chosen attire make your heart Doki Doki~!?"
"u-uh….i guess?" Kira replied, inwardly wondering what Doki-Doki she even meant by.
"then!" Meiya quickly returns to the fitting room and came back out two minutes later wearing a full on dress skirt that is blue and white in color. "how about this!?"
"great…" Kira replied. "looks good on you."
"then how about this!?" Meiya did another quick change and now wears a blue tube top, gray cargo pants, and a bean bag hat. "does this look cool~!?"
"yeah..cool." Kira replies more awkwardly as each change of clothes emphasizes Meiya's hourglass figure.
"then how about this one!?" Meiya did another change and this time, she came out wearing a blue bikini and a white apron. "does this look nice~?!"
This change of clothes made Kira's face go red in shock and embarassement.
"why you pick that clothes!? Are those even considered clothes!?" Kira exclaimed, shocked at what Meiya choose for herself.
"eh? But aren't they clothes?" Meiya replied confused before she pointed to one aisle of the store that is themed for lovely newlyweds. "it said on a sign that it's the best clothes to attract your partner."
'why does this store sell such stuff?' Kira thought with a sweatdrop before he quickly shakes his head and closes his eyes with his right hand. "a-anyway! That is a no! you can't wear that at the house nor outside! Change now!"
"buu~…and I thought it would attract you…" Meiya sulked while going back into the fitting room.
Kira slowly opens his eyes before he began to rub the bridge of his nose.
"my mind can't take this any further.." Kira whispers before he hears a beep from his communicator. "what is it, Tsukuyomi-san?"
'it appears you can now do the switch, Kira-sama.' Tsukuyomi stated. 'Meiya-sama is currently deliberating which outfit to choose next and that will take her time. Exit the store and allow your body double to take your place.'
"alright." Kira said as he watches his body double come back into the scene before he went out of the store. 'I need some peace of mind after this stuff.' He went straight for the entrance and exited then goes straight for the motorcyclist waiting for him.
Kira got on the vehicle and puts his helmet on before the motorcycle drives out.
'I'm really regretting asking her for help…' Kira thought as he was regretting asking Tsukuyomi of all person to help him with his current dilemma.
Flashback
A day before the date, Kira came to Tsukuyomi and requested her assistance for the date.
"I'm afraid I won't be of much help for you, Kira-sama." Tsukuyomi said while making a troubled face. "you see, I'm Meiya-sama's maid and her care is my priority. As much as I have respect and loyalty to you, I don't think I can actually support you for the two dates."
"please! You're my last hope!" Kira cried out while putting his hands together. "Cagalli and my friends won't help me! so you're my last hope, Tsukuyomi-san!"
"even if you do so, I cannot do much help…" Tsukuyomi said before she closed her eyes and sighs then she made a very devious looking smile. "unless…."
"unless?" Kira heard her as he looks up to see Tsukuyomi making a thinking expression on her face. "Unless what?"
"unless Kira-sama do a little favor of mine in return for my cooperation." Tsukuyomi replied after giggling. "you see, Kira-sama. As a maid of Meiya-sama, it is in my duty to protect her and therefore I was trained in the art of combat and hospitality."
"o-okay?" Kira replied, confused.
"so, to ensure that Meiya-sama is safe 24/7, I shall require you to spar with me in training so that I can see if I should upped the security in the house or not." Tsukuyomi replied. "if you are well trained, then I do not need to increase security, but if not. I believe you can understand the situation."
"just that?" Kira asks, a bit unsure of this training idea that the maid have.
"just that." Tsukuyomi nodded. "do me this little favor and I shall ensure that the two dates won't end in disaster." She then raised her right hand up while her left hand is placed to her chest. "I solemnly swear with all my heart."
Kira looks confused at first before his face becomes bewildered and he looks a bit skeptic
'is that all for her to help me?' Kira wondered before he shakes his head. 'not the time to be picky considering that the dates are tomorrow!' he then looks at Tsukuyomi and nodded. "very well, I'll do it. If you help me with the two dates and help me spend time with the two equally."
"very well." Tsukuyomi nodded with a smile.
Flashback
At the amusement park, Kira arrives back to the merry go round as the ride had finished and he went straight to where Lacus is. The young man helps his princess down.
"that was fun, right?" Kira asks and Lacus nods before leaning close to him. "wanna go and have some snacks?"
"sure." Lacus replied before both went straight out of the ride and let the next set of park visitors have their turn.
This little switcheroo occurs multiple times as Kira gets taken from one spot to the other each time Tsukuyomi calls on him. From riding on a motorcycle, to a car, to a helicopter, and even getting carried to either spots; he's been brought to several places all at once.
About twenty minutes later, Kira is with Lacus at the moment. The young man look rather tired as he had just gone back from the shopping mall as he left Meiya who is currently getting a full beauty treatment at a salon which bought him at least 30 minutes time with the pink diva.
"are you alright, Kira?" Lacus asks Kira as both have stopped to take a quick lunch break. The two having hotdogs and sodas that they bought from a nearby stall. "you're not looking well."
"y-yeah, I guess the roller coaster ride took a toll on me." Kira replied with an awkward smile before he sips his soda. 'or rather, it's this double date that is taking a toll on me.'
Lacus looks at Kira as she wondered what he was thinking at the moment.
As Kira was sipping his soda, he gets another call from Tsukuyomi.
'It hasn't been 30 minutes yet, has it?' Kira thought as he feared that Meiya had finished early at the salon. He gently turned to the side and listens to Tsukuyomi.
'Kira-sama, I wish to inform you that Meiya-sama has accepted a full salon treatment that will give you another 20 minutes for your date with Lacus-sama.' Tsukuyomi told Kira. 'to be noted, you will be doing a switch to help her get to the next dating spot in the mall.'
'ain't that just great?' Kira thought as he sighed a bit tiredly.
"Kira?" Lacus calls out to him as Kira turns to see her looking a bit worried. "are you really alright? You look tired than usual."
"i-I'm fine, Lacus." Kira replied with an awkward smile. "I'm really am. Honest."
"you say that, but you look like you're really tired from doing something." Lacus asks before frowning. "is it because I forcibly asked you to come with me for the date?"
"n-no! it's definitely not that!" Kira panicked a bit. "I'm just never used to going into such a place! That's all! This place is new to me and I'm just a bit anxious to make sure that you have a good time here!"
"is that so?" Lacus asks while looking a bit surprised.
"yes." Kira nodded. "I don't think I need to mention on how we've lived our lives in space and never had such an environment like here." He turns and looks at the people having fun in the amusement park. "I know that we're supposed to live here until we can find a way to get back, but I'm still not used to such places."
Lacus looks at Kira for a moment before she smiles and reaches for his hands that she gently grasped.
"then…let's get used to our new home together." Lacus said with a loving smile to Kira who made a noise and a surprised face before he smiles and nodded.
After their lunch break was over, Kira and Lacus continued their tour of the amusement park. The two going around the many game stalls before they find a love tunnel stall that is built near the sea itself.
"Tunnel of Love and Hope?" Kira and Lacus spoke as they read the sign of the game stall.
"please come aboard~!" the staff called out as he motions to the other couples who are getting on their boats that leads them straight into a tunnel. "to be with your loved one under the stars is a magical experience that you wouldn't ever want to miss! Come and join for a magical trip that will help boost your love~!"
"this sounds a bit cliché.." Kira spoke before he felt Lacus tugging his arm as he looks at his princess. "Lacus?"
"let's go!" Lacus told Kira as she showed him her sparkling eyes. "let's go together, Kira~!"
"uh…okay?" Kira replied, a bit bewildered to see Lacus' reaction.
After waiting in line at the stall, Kira and Lacus got on their shared boat as it brought them straight for the tunnel where it was dimly lighted by glowing white painted stars on the ceiling.
"this isn't what I expected it to be." Kira said as he noted on how the ride is made a bit under budget considering he could see wooden planks on the wall. He then sweatdropped to see a person wearing all black and waving a fan that gave them a breeze. 'I wonder if that was the magical stuff?'
"Kira, look over here." Lacus called out to Kira who made a noise and turns towards her.
"what is it?" Kira asks before he sees Lacus reaching out her hands to his neck and then pulls him down for a deep and passionate kiss that surprised him. "hmmgh!?"
Lacus held Kira close as she deepens the kiss by tilting her face to the side.
Kira is a bit shocked at the bold deep kiss, but he slowly reincorporates and held his princess closer.
After five minutes of deep and passionate kissing, the two separated as they look out of breath as they stared into each other's eyes.
"what was….that for?" Kira asks while catching his breath.
"just a little secret mark…from me to you." Lacus replies while leaning close to Kira. the pink diva feeling his warmth and taking in his scent. "We're here together on a date, therefore I want to make the most of it."
Kira listens to her reply and could only smile in return.
"I guess I should do the same too, right?" Kira replied as he hugs Lacus closer.
Lacus giggles and smiles before she took a peek and see that they are still some distances from the exit.
"then…" Lacus spoke as she slowly separates from the hug and then looks up at Kira. "how about another kiss?"
Kira smiles before both leans close and shared another deep and passionate kiss.
While this occurs, Tsukuyomi was watching from one of her monitors as she is thinking about something before she smirks a bit.
'perhaps this can be of use to me when I need to get Kira-sama to be with Meiya-sama.' Tsukuyomi thought as she had a devilish plan in mind. 'this will be very interesting…'
After the love tunnel was over, a switch was done as Kira went back with Meiya, both going around the mall and stopping by a fun station that is filled with dozens of games.
"wanna have fun here, Kira?" Meiya asks while hugging his arm close. "this place looks to be the one place in the mall that gives the most entertainment!"
"yeah, I guess so." Kira said before Meiya pulls him along as they began to play the games in the fun station.
From playing basketball hoops to air hockey and to a game of whack a mole, the two played all the games that are available while also somehow winning dozens of tickets in the end.
"why do we get so much tickets even though we are playing in these games?" Kira asks himself as Meiya went straight for the counter to exchange the tickets for a prize. The young man then sweatdropping when he realized that all the staff members in the fun station were Mitsurugi Agents in disguise. 'well that was a stupid question to ask.'
After a minute, Meiya comes back while carrying a big penguin doll that has hair in the same design as Kira's own hair.
"look, Kira! I got this adorable bird doll!" Meiya said with a big and happy smile. "it's so adorable!"
"y-yeah…adorable." Kira sweatdropped, he wondered if the Mitsurugi agents made if for Meiya. He then made a noise when he finds a staff member coming by.
"dear customers, would you like to try our new game zone?" the staff asks while pointing to a photo booth machine. "here we have a new game in the form of taking poses in the photos which are your rewards. Also if you can do the poses perfectly as instructed, you will win an additional prize."
"ohh~! That sounds interesting!" Meiya said before tugging Kira's arm. "let's go and do it, Kira!"
"w-wait!" Kira tried to retort but he gets pulled along.
Now inside the photo booth, Kira and Meiya sits side by side and face the screen that shows their faces and a little chibi icon of a girl with green hair.
"hello~! Let's start this game with a quick peace pose~!" the chibi icon spoke out while doing two peace signs with her hands. "pull out both of your hands' index and middle fingers together then hold them by your smile and say cheese~!"
"both hands' index finger and middle fingers…." Meiya said as she did as instructed and smiled while doing two peace signs. "am I doing it right?"
"I guess so." Kira said as he did the same after being forced along.
"yes~! Cheese~!" the chibi icon cried out before the camera took their photo. "wow~! So pretty! Let's go with the next one!" the icon then made a heart sign with her hands. "with your partner make a heart with your outward arms!"
"do this?" Meiya asks as she did her half of the heart.
"why is this game doing things like this?" Kira asks as he did the same.
"yes, cheese~!" the chibi icon cried out before taking their photo again. "let's follow it up with the next pose!"
The photo booth game keeps on going as Kira and Meiya follows the chibi icon's instructions in making several couple poses; from finger hearts to even hugs. They followed with every instruction.
"now for the final pose~! Are you ready~!?" the chibi icon asks while doing a thumbs up and having a big grin on her face. "it's time for the coup de grace~!"
"alright! Let's finish this game and win!" Meiya said all enthusiastically and determined while Kira looks a bit tired because most of the poses were all forced on him.
'I wish this would end…' Kira pleads with the gods as he is getting tired from everything.
"hug your partner close and give him a big smooch on the cheeks~!" the chibi icon instructed and Kira just did a spit take on himself.
"what kind of a gimmick is that!?" Kira exclaimed.
"hurry Kira! let's do this!" Meiya cried out, ready to do the pose with her arms stretched out and her lips puckered a bit. "hurry!"
"w-wait, Meiya-san! This is just a game and that's way too much!" Kira cried out. "even if it is to win, this is just!"
"you got all the time you need for this! Just press the button to let me know if you are ready~!" the chibi icon spoke while pointing to a button that reads Ready in Kanji. "come on~! Let's go~! Smooch~! Smooch~!"
'What is with this icon!?' Kira thought before he began to suspect something. 'wait a second…' he looks at the icon for a moment before he took a peek outside and sees that there are cables running around the back of the console's monitor. 'hang on a second….'
Kira looks back at the icon and then at the camera that he looks very curiously at.
"Tsukuyomi-san, you're watching, aren't you?" Kira asks as he looks straight at the camera, not knowing that he's looking back at Tsukuyomi who is watching everything from her monitor room. The maid holding a book on operating a camera machine and holding a mic that is tuned and upgraded. "I know that you're watching this, Tsukuyomi-san. I know that you're there."
"hurry up~! Do the smooch~! Are you that nervous~!?" Tsukuyomi spoke on the mic as her voice was changed from the tuning and everything. "kiss her now and win the big prize~!"
"come on, Kira! we need to win this!" Meiya cried out before she pointed at the screen that shows a timer that is counting down from ten minutes. "look! We only got ten minutes! Let's hurry!"
'does she not realize it!?' Kira thought as Meiya didn't realize that everything was set up.
"come on~! Do the smooch! You know you want to!" the chibi icon spoke in sync with Tsukuyomi's voice. The maid doing her best to act things out but she made a surprised noise that is caught with the chibi icon because her phone rang. "ah!?"
Tsukuyomi checks the phone's caller and sees that it was Kira. the maid looking a bit surprised at first before she looks at the monitor and sees that the young man is currently on his phone while his eyes stare at the monitor.
The maid gulping a bit as she was already suspected very easily. Tsukuyomi looks at the phone and decided to end the call without picking up.
"d-do the kiss! You will win a prize!" Tsukuyomi spoke out in her auto tuned voice that is a bit nervous as she was literally caught red handed in the action.
"just give us the prize or I will let Cagalli chase after your subordinates for what they did to her days ago." Kira said while sounding serious. "now."
Tsukuyomi felt a bit pressured as she valued the lives of her subordinates who would help her in time, the maid remembering how long it took to calm things between them and Cagalli who was furious at them.
After a minute of deliberation, Tsukuyomi looks defeated.
"y-yes.." Tsukuyomi replied as the chibi icon spoke in sync before the photo booth's screen showed a victory icon. "Y-You've won! You're photos are the best!"
"eh? We already won?" Meiya looks confused and surprised, completely unaware of the situation. "how did we won?"
"let's just ask the manager if we could." Kira replied while slowly making his way out but Meiya stopped him. "what is it?"
"we haven't smooched yet!" Meiya cried out while looking a bit unsatisfied. "I want to smooch your cheeks!"
"the game is over and there's nothing needed to be done for it and…" Kira spoke out before he trailed off as he began to look awkward because of how Meiya is getting teary eyed and pouting.
"am I not that good for you, Kira?" Meiya asks all teary eyes before sniffling a bit. "am I not good?"
Kira looks very awkward and discomforted as he felt really guilty to make Meiya like that.
"w-well..i.." Kira wanted to reason with her that he wants to love only Lacus but seeing how he made her wanting to cry, he just felt bad. "the thing is….."
This little awkward scenario continued for a minute before Kira sighs in defeat and sits down beside Meiya who he reaches his arms out while looking very embarrassed and awkward.
"here." Kira said and Meiya's mood instantly brightens up before she proceeded to hug him then gives his right cheek a big smooch.
'why am I doing this?' Kira thought while blushing as Meiya finished smooching his cheek and left a pinkish red kiss mark on it. 'ah, I need to wipe that off before I switched back with Lacus and..'
As Kira was thinking of his next action, the curtain of the photo booth suddenly gets swiped to the side and the two occupants look and became surprised or shocked for the young man's side because the one who opened the curtains is none other than Lacus who had a very unhappy pink aura radiating around her body.
"L-Lacus!?" Kira looks shocked beyond his mind as his face looks pale and blue while his body twitches in fear because Lacus' eyes were hollow of life even though she is smiling so sweetly.
"hello, Kira." Lacus greeted him in a voice that is as sweet as honey yet sounded very poisonous if tasted. Her eyes stare lifelessly at him as this made Kira flinch in fear. "I hope you're having a good time here because I'm not." She then glances to her side and sends a wave of fear upon the body of her lover's body double who is looking very afraid at the current moment. "after all, I was spending time with your body double after all."
"L-Lacus…there's an explanation for this…i.." Kira spoke out but was stopped by a glance from Lacus that literally shut him up.
"to think that you would be having this type of situation while we were on our date…" Lacus spoke out as she sounded displeased, irritated, furious, and most of all; angry. "you're such a very bad boy, Kira."
Kira flinches again as he started to shake in fear.
Flashback
About the time when Kira and Meiya entered the game center, Lacus and the man's body double are currently in the ferris wheel as they are riding the attracting while watching the view outside.
"it's pretty." Lacus said as she admired the sigh of the setting sun.
"indeed." Kira's body double replied. "very pretty."
"it's good that we can agree to each other." Lacus said as she closed her eyes and sighs before she turns to look at the man before her and asks with a smile. "well? How about it, Mr body double? Did you have fun today?"
"I did." Kira's body double replied before he made a confused noise and face when he realized what she called him. "b-body double? What does that mean, Lacus?"
"please call me Lacus-san since you are a stranger." Lacus stated as she sounded a bit displeased. The pink diva holding a hand to her chin. "you see, only the people close to me can call me Lacus without honorifics."
"u-um, Lacus…are you mad?" Kira's body double asks while trying to keep himself in character. "i-I know that we've been going on attractions while separated, but I can make it up to you later on!"
"I think you can, but I politely decline." Lacus stated before showing her eyes that had gone SEED Mode. "you see, the one who has to make it up for me is the real Kira and not his body double." She then tilts her head to the side. "so, Mr. body double? How about stopping your act and tell me where Kira really is?" Her eyes then glows rather darkly when the sun set to an angle that let her eyes be shadowed and that really gave the aura of fear for the princess. "okay~?"
Kira's body double instantly shakes in fear as he got really scared of Lacus in an instant.
Flashback ends.
Back to the present time, Kira is stuck in the sidelines while in fear because Lacus and Meiya are towering over him while glaring at one another.
"to think that this Meiya-san would try to force a date on Kira on the same day while he had already promised himself to be with me." Lacus spoke a bit smugly before scoffing. "how inadequate of you."
"I can say the same for you, Miss Lacus." Meiya retorted as she glared at the pink diva. "you forced Kira to go on this date of yours when he has already promised himself to come with me for our date."
"oh really? I already made the promised date with Kira a few days before on 19.35 PM." Lacus stated before smirking a bit. "I assume that you made your promised date later than that time, correct?" she then waves her hair a bit to the side. "then that means you are the one who is to be blamed for this scenario, correct? You are the one who forced Kira to go on this double date, right?"
"as if you can put the blame on myself." Meiya retorted. "if I recall, Kira had to do this double date because you made him promise to yourself without his proper consent! That means you are the one who forced Kira on this double date endeavor first!"
"even if I was the one who forced him on the date, Kira spent a better time with me than you!" Lacus retorted as she sounded furious. "it's all because of you that we couldn't enjoy our date better!"
"as if! He got a better date time with me!" Meiya exclaimed. "he had so much fun with me and not with you! Kira loves being with me than with you!"
"no! he love me better!" Lacus cried out.
"no! he loves me!" Meiya exclaimed.
This goes back and forth as they got into a verbal cat fight while Kira remains small.
"How could you let this happen, Tsukuyomi-san?" Kira asks while looking scared of his fate. "I thought you would prevent this from happening?"
'forgive me, Kira-sama. But it turns out that Lacus-sama had seen through the deception too well…' Tsukuyomi said while sounding defeated. 'our best disguised operative is traumatized because of her.' she sighs a bit. 'Lacus-sama is too terrifying.'
About some time later, Kira is with Lacus after one last switch as the day is almost gone.
After the little debate between Lacus and Meiya, the double dates come to an end as Kira is now with the pink diva because Andrew, who had been watching the entire scenario from the shadows, had come to deliver a bit of a peace between the two girls. The man having escorted the two on the road with his military SUV while Meiya had to ride home with Takahashi on his limo. The choice being done with a game of rock-paper-scissors.
Currently, it is a little break time as Lacus requested for a stroll with Kira on the beach. The two are walking on the sandy area with no shoes on while Andrew is found leaning against his parked SUV and is just enjoying an evening coffee break.
"the kid got guts to be doing a double date." Andrew said as he sips his coffee and then sighs before he looks to the side and sees a blueish aura coming from the Mitsurugi limo. The man seeing Meiya having her head out and is just glaring very jealously to the two at the beach. "especially with one being the Mitsurugi Heir and all." He sips his coffee again and then sighs before looking back at the two. "wonder if I should report this to the boss or not?"
At the beach, Kira and Lacus are walking upon the shorelines as they just walked in silence.
Kira looks a bit awkward of the situation as he couldn't get any bravery to look at Lacus considering that she caught him having a double date with Meiya.
'what should I do!? What should I do!? She's very mad and I can tell without even seeing!' Kira though as he had a quick flashback of himself on the military suv's back passenger seat with Lacus, both having been picked up and were heading home when the pink diva requested Andrew to do a quick stop at the beach and never bothered to speak to him about it. 'I should apologize as much as I can! I tell her how sorry I am and then!'
As Kira was thinking of a plan, Lacus went and grabbed his hand with hers then stops walking.
"L-Lacus?" Kira looks at the pink diva who proceeded to lean close to him. "um…you see…I'm sorry…about the dates and…i…um…"
Kira tried his best to apologize to Lacus, but the pink diva just leans close to him to the point she got to his chest and leans on it.
"u-um… Lacus?" Kira called out as he looks hesitantly with his arms up, the man trying to think if he was supposed to hug her or not but after some deliberation he decided to hold her shoulders. "i-I'm…you know…I'm…"
"another one." Lacus whispers as this made Kira let out a confused noise. 'I want us to go on another date."
"eh? Another date?" Kira asks and he sees Lacus lifting her head up to look at him with rather pleading eyes.
"I don't like how we didn't spend time together because of the double date." Lacus said. "I don't like it at all."
"i.." Kira mumbled as he looks a bit confused but he quickly embraces Lacus close in a hug. "alright, I promise that we will go on another date." He hugs her even closer. "Only you and me."
Lacus smiles as she leans closer in the hug. The princess not caring about the death glare that is coming from Meiya who saw them just hugging it out.
"Lacus…I'm sorry about today." Kira spoke out. "I wanted to tell Meiya that I couldn't go on the date but she just…"
"I know. you don't have to say sorry, Kira." Lacus said as she gently separates from the hug and showed him her eyes that gone SEED mode. "if there's anyone who should be apologizing, it should be that woman." She then smiles sweetly. "if she never came to your house before, we wouldn't be in this mess, right?"
"eh? Um..that's…" Kira spoke out as he looks scared. "Meiya-san is just…"
"she is just getting in the way, right?" Lacus said as she turns her head and sends that hollow and lifeless stare at her rival who returns it with her own glare. "there may come a time when I need to get rid of her, right?"
'crap! She's very mad! She's still very mad!' Kira thought as he looks very scared of the current situation.
"perhaps if I persuade your parents to allow me to move in with you and Cagalli-san instead of her…" Lacus said as she looks back at Kira and just continues to smile sweetly. "perhaps that is a far better choice than to deport her to some far away land, right?"
Kira just looks white and pale as he was really scared of Lacus at the current moment.
'I really need to make it up to her on our next date..' Kira promised himself for the sake of his life and anyone else.
About an hour later. Andrew's Military SUV is on the road as it is following the Takahashi's limo as they are going straight for the Hibiki Household.
Andrew is humming to the jazz tunes coming from his radio as he drives before taking a quick glance at the rearview mirror to see Lacus sitting and leaning to Kira in a sleeping embrace while the young man looks very scared.
"you look like you've seen a ghost, kid." Andrew said as he looks back to the road. "or rather a demon in this case."
"I-I guess so.." Kira replied a bit in a whisper as he really didn't want to wake up Lacus and somehow see her scary sweet smile.
"it takes no clue to show how you got to show commitment to either our princess here or the other princess in front of us." Andrew said as he glance at the rearview mirror and then at the road. "if you don't pick one, you'll be shredded in no time."
"y-yes…" Kira said as he just shivered to the idea of him being pulled apart by Lacus and Meiya before he gets torn into two.
"Listen. I'm going to report to my boss that the princess got a nice date with you and I'll leave the whole double date thing out." Andrew said as he looks back at Kira with a small smile. "I'm not doing it for free though." He looks back at the road. "think of it as a little favor from me to you."
"a favor?" Kira asks and Andrew nodded.
"you got to do me a favor to take the princess on a few dates in the future." Andrew said as he turned the wheel in making the car go to a corner after the limo. "the date today ain't enough for her and ain't good to be told for her old man." He then glances at the rearview mirror. "and don't worry, you got my help to keep it a date between only you two."
"um…thanks?" Kira said.
"just make sure that you avoid any advances from the other girl if you want to keep our sleeping beauty here happy." Andrew stated with a few chuckles. "or we'll be in a whole world of trouble once she's no longer happy and smiling."
"y-yeah.." Kira replied as he thought about the possibility of Lacus doing something very scary.
While they were talking, Lacus made a moan in her sleep. The pink diva slowly waking up from her little nap.
"what's going on?" Lacus asks while gently rubbing her drowsy eyes and then looks at Kira. "have we arrived home?"
"n-no. not yet." Kira replied with an awkward smile. "but since we're getting closer, I think it's best if you stay awake now, Lacus."
"right." Lacus nods before she yawns a bit and then leans closer to Kira with a small smile. "but after 5 minutes with you."
"o-okay…" Kira said with a nod while Andrew chuckled.
As their trip back to the Hibiki Household continue, the road disappeared as they are now driving on a wide open field that stretches out miles away.
"um. Did we take a wrong turn?" Kira asks as he saw that there are no longer in an area that they are familiar with.
"this isn't the road to Kira's home." Lacus said as she sat beside Kira and then looks around. "where are we, Andrew-san?"
"don't ask me." Andrew said as he looks around and then at the limo in front. "I'm following this guy, so he might be the one who took a wrong turn."
The drive keeps on going as they are going somewhere and that somewhere is a large and humongous mansion that stood just behind the Hibiki Household's home.
"w-wha?!" Kira and Lacus looks baffled and shocked as they didn't believe their eyes when they spotted the humongous Japanese home.
From the very ground to the very top, a huge and humongous mansion is built behind the Hibiki Household while the surrounding neighbor houses that were empty are all gone now.
"j-just what is…" Kira spoke as he and Lacus got out of the military suv and bared their eyes upon what they are seeing. "w-what is all of this!?"
As Kira and Lacus were trying to comprehend what they are looking at, a short blueish black limo car drove out of the limo and straight for the group. The car having the door opened for Tsukuyomi to come out and greet everyone.
"welcome home, everyone." Tsukuyomi greeted the group while bowing her head before she came to face Meiya who exited her limo. "welcome home, Meiya-sama."
"yes, how are things going?" Meiya replied after nodding.
"everything has progressed without delay." Tsukuyomi replied.
"your efforts are much appreciated." Meiya nodded with a smile.
"you do me great honor, Meiya-sama." Tsukuyomi said with a nod before seeing Kira coming to her side with a frantic face. "Ah, Kira-sama. May I help you?"
"don't ask me that when you should know what I need to be helped with!" Kira exclaimed before he pointed at the huge mansion behind his house. "what is that mansion!?" he then points at every direction of their surroundings. "and where are we now!? What happened to all the houses that were in our neighborhood before!?"
"to answer your questions in order…" Tsukuyomi said before coughing into a fist. "first, the mansion is built by the Mitsurugi Zaibatsu for the purpose of accommodating all of Meiya-sama's needs. Second, we are still in our current neighborhood. And lastly, all of the houses have been demolished and their materials recycled in order to make an expansion of our land's territory."
"w-wait, you mean that the reason why so many people had moved out a few days ago was because of this!?" Kira asks, shocked. The young man remembering how many people had moved out of their houses quite some time ago. "but how did you get this done in just one day!? All the houses were still here when I left for my date, right!? Just why was this mansion even built for!?"
"yes." Tsukuyomi nodded. "with the help of all local demolisher company workers, we were able to demolish all the houses that we have bought in a mere 6 hours' time. All of it to quickly and subsequently improve Meiya-sama's needs along with helping you have more privacy in your room."
"wait, I know that I asked for more privacy but I didn't ask to built a mansion behind our house, you know!?" Kira retorted.
"if we didn't built the mansion, how were we supposed to give you more privacy?" Meiya asks. "should we have just demolished the household and rebuilt it as a mansion instead?"
'this girl…she's completely void of logic and common sense!' Kira thought before he facepalmed. 'she's a complete airhead!'
'to be able to do this so quickly…' Lacus glances at Meiya before to the mansion before her. 'just how much wealth does the Mitsurugi Zaibatsu actually have!?'
"still, there's still some troublesome matter for us all." Tsukuyomi said before she made a troubled look. "albeit that there were a few residents who refused to sell their households."
"a few?" Kira looks confused before Tsukuyomi handed him a pair of binoculars and then points at a direction.
"to that one place right there, Kira-sama." Tsukuyomi said as Kira looks confused at first before he uses the binoculars to see and made a surprised noise when he spotted Lacus' apartment that stood in its place all alone without any houses or buildings surrounding it. He then spots two more houses that are left isolated in an area a few kms from their current location. "the owner of the land refused to sell his property no matter what price we offer. There are also a few houses that are still within the area too."
"then that means that their owner is one who is prideful of his ancestor's land." Meiya stated before nodding with a proud smile. "a very strong willed person, indeed."
'no, I think it's because the owner is just one of your company's many rivals..' Kira thought, remembering how the Mitsurugi Zaibatsu is rivals to Lacus' father's company. The young man pulling his binoculars down to see the pink diva coming to his side before he sighs and looks back at Tsukuyomi. "do I need to ask about my parents' approval of this?"
"I don't think so." Tsukuyomi said before showing a contract paper of the Hibiki Household's property that is now shared with the Mitsurugi Zaibatsu. "I mean, Via-sama and Ulen-sama approved of your relationship with Meiya-sama. So it goes without saying that everything is now approved together."
"r-right…" Kira sweatdropped. "and my brother and Cagalli?"
"well Canard-sama is currently on his way back after heading out to discuss needed information of his current property." Tsukuyomi replied before she turns and looks a bit worried. "While Cagalli-sama is still…"
Everyone looks at where Tsukuyomi is looking and there they find Cagalli standing in front of her house and just staring at it and the huge mansion behind it.
"Cagalli?" Kira spoke as everyone went to Cagalli. "hey, Cagalli?"
"She's been like that ever since she got home from a trip to Athrun Zala-sama's house." Tsukuyomi stated while placing a hand to her right cheek as she tilts her head to the side. "I wonder why she is such a state now?"
Kira and Lacus stood before Cagalli, both looking a bit surprised at first before they began to look worried because the blonde is just standing in her place while looking at the mansion with a hollow look in her eyes and a smile that has one side just twitching.
"C-Cagalli-san?" Lacus called out to the blonde while gently placing her hand to her shoulder and then lightly shake her. "Cagalli-san?"
Lacus calling out to her somehow woke her up from a stupor of a dream but her expression still remained the same.
"ah, Lacus. Hi. Welcome." Cagalli spoke out in a somewhat lifeless tone. "hey, you're back with Kira?" she then looks at his brother. "welcome home, Kira. had fun with your dates today?"
"i-in a way?" Kira replied before he shakes his head and then looks very worried. "C-Cagalli, are you alright? Tsukuyomi-san said that you had been standing here since you got home?! Are you alright!?"
"alright? I am alright." Cagalli replied in her continuous lifeless tone. "I mean, why wouldn't I be?" she then looks at the vast and wide open land before them all. "I'm just trying to process things. I mean, I'm thinking that I might be dreaming because all the houses that were here in the morning is all gone and there's a huge mansion built behind our house after I got home from Athrun's place." She then began to laugh a bit creepy. "I might be too tired from spending time at Athrun's place and I'm seeing things. Right?"
'her mind can't process things and she's trying to reject reality!?' Kira and Lacus thought in unison as they look very worried for Cagalli.
"W-WHAT THE FUCK IS ALL OF THIS!?" Canard's voice is soon heard shouting very loudly as everyone turns to see the man coming out of a taxi and looking baffled beyond words. "WHY THE FUCK IS THERE A MANSION BEHIND OUR HOUSE!? WHERE THE HELL DID ALL THE OTHER HOUSES GO!?"
"Canard-sama, welcome home." Tsukuyomi greeted the man. "have all things been concluded in your meeting with your apartment's landlord?"
"that can wait! I want to know why the hell is there a mansion there and where all the houses had gone to!?" Canard exclaimed. "what the hell happened after I was just gone for a few hours!?"
"well, to start…" Tsukuyomi spoke as she begins to explain things to Canard.
"just why is this happening?" Kira asks as he can't believe what is happening right now. The young man looking completely tired in mind and body very much.
