Chapter 1746 Bloodlines

Sota was at his home as he plays some games on the couch, Annie was at his side playing too as she was excited.

"This is so much fun." Annie said.

He smiles but then he got a call and answers it. "What?"

"Hey Sota!" He heard a old man.

"Kosuke, what do you want?" Sota frowns.

It was one of the newer bosses that got promoted from a sub, but he got a big head coming to his company.

"I want you to come back to the office right now!" He demanded.

"It's my day off." Sota said.

"It doesn't matter, come back right now!"

"Shut up." Sota ends the call.

Kosuke didn't like it and went to the CEO's office.

"Sir, Sota is skipping work, so he should be fired as he's been making mistake as well." Kosuke grins.

Aoto was not calm as he was mad.

"Do you think you can lie to my face?!"

"Huh?!" Kosuke was shocked.

"Sota had a day off from my own idea since he did such a good job he deserved the day off to enjoy." Aoto said.

"But sir it's true he was messing up." Kosuke tried to save himself.

"Don't lie! I know my son very well!" Aoto yelled.

"What?!" Kosuke was shocked.

Since he was new it was somewhat understandable he didn't know but lying to the CEO about his own son was never going to end well.

"But... How come I never knew?!" Kosuke was worried.

"It's your own fault for not asking the others. Also this showed what you are! I've been getting complains about you so your fired!" Aoto said.

"Nooo! Please!" Kosuke begged.

But in the end he was fired as he was sent out of the office by security. He tried to find another job but no one wanted to hire him after the rumors spread.

Sota reads a text from his dad. "What an idiot Kosuke is."

He couldn't believe that idiot actually thought he could take him down by lying to his father. Aoto would never be tricked by Kosuke lies knowing Sota the most.

After that he goes outside to get some fresh air, he goes to a vending machine and gets a soda to drink.

Sota drinks from it as he stares at the machine looking at his reflection.

"Okay you freak, come on out as I don't have the patience."

Then from a alley came a woman that looks like royalty with long hair, but the most defining feature is her teeth showing that she's a vampire.

"Well I didn't expect you to know, allow me to introduce myself, I am Elizabeth Bartley." She smirks.

"Let me guess, you work for Dracula?" Sota looks.

"I am his niece." She said.

"Well then..." He turns around and transforms into Jack Geist. "Let's go."

She shoots orbs at him and he dodges and slashes at her. She blocks with a orb before she goes up and makes many illusions of herself.

Geist looks around as he gets ready for what she might try to do. She then summons many orbs with the fire symbol on them. Then they exploded sending a rain of fire at him.

Geist then uses Derflinger to absorb the magic from the fire.

"A anti magic weapon." She frowns.

"So a vampire." Derf commented.

"Yes, we must defeat her." Geist said.

She then transforms into a gorgon to shoots blasts at him as he blocks them all with his sword while moving forward.

Elizabeth clashes with Geist as the knight kept going to try and stop her.

He goes around her and slashes at the snake making her grunt before changing back to her vampire form.

Elizabeth then many makes illusions as Sota got ready. The zone activated as he countered many of her attacks with one hand on his sword.

Then he summons Eatos sword to slash at the vampire as she grunted since her arm has a cut with it burning

She raises it up. "Holy powers. That new sword is annoying."

She gets ready before a spell hits her back.

"Who did that?!" She looks.

"It was me." A woman wearing a dress came, and she is Hermina Lecarde.

"A Lecarde?" Elizabeth can tell by scent. "Your one of Eric Lecarde's descendants."

"That's correct, my ancestor once beaten you, all my life I tried to stop Dracula from returning but it seems that he used time to change that." Hermina said. "I'll have to settle to taking you down."

Elizabeth frowns and looks between the two. "I'll be back." She vanishes.

Hermina looks at Sota. "So knight, what is your name?"

"Sota." He changes back.

She got curious and looks at his arm. "Your arm... It's not normal."

"Yes, it's imagine Breaker. But why are you here? Did you get pulled from the other timelines too?" He said.

"Others? If there is more than i'll have to see but yes, this is not my home." She told him.

"Well you better find a safe place." He goes back to his place.

"Hey." She follows him.

They arrived at his appartment and they saw Annie.

"Papa!" She smiles.

Hermina looks at her and can feel her magic.

"Excuse me, if you let me stay with you I can offer lessons to your daughter to help her magic." Hermina said.

"Huh?" Annie felt confused.

Sota stares at her, he wanted to make her leave but Annie could use the help.

He sighs. "Fine."

Annie stares at Hermina. "Is she mommy?"

They got surprised and both said: "No!"

She blinks in confusion as they went inside.

"Why are there spirits here?!" Hermina said.

"Don't worry they're harmless." Sota said.

"Harmless?!" Kinako was heard.

Then a argument started there between the two ladies as Sota had to take Annie to another room to avoid a ugly fight.

Many of Team Light B were called to handle the situation of the vampires since Team Light A had some business to attend to and they were the only ones that can deal with these guys.

Sota just hopes he doesn't get anymore headaches because of this.

Note: Sota had to deal with Elizabeth from Castlevania Bloodlines and Hermina Lecarde also appeared as another ally.
