On a good morning day upon Juban, Tokyo. It is a nice day as it is peaceful in the bustling city of Japan.

In one section of the city, a young blonde twintail woman is found running upon the streets as she is wearing a matching pair of pink and white shirt and skirt while carrying a blue backpack in hand.

"I'm so late~!" the girl cried out as she munches on a piece of toast in her mouth. "I'm so late~!"

"this is why I told you to wake up early~!" a voice is heard from the backpack as a black cat with a crescent moon shaped symbol on its forehead. "for goodness sake! Even after graduating highschool, you still haven't fixed your old habit of falling asleep so late and waking up even late for your first day of college!"

"shut up, Luna! I'm focusing all my power on running! Not hearing you nag!" the girl barked back at the cat.

This young man is named Tsukino Usagi or Sailor Moon and in the future she will be known as Queen Neo Serenity. The young girl has faced off many evils that had come upon Earth as she and her friends formed as the Pretty Sailor Warriors who fight for the sake of good and justice.

Now almost a few years have passed since Usagi had defeated their latest foe of evil; Sailor Galaxia. It is now a time of peace as there's been no sign of evil that needed Sailor Moon and the Sailor Warriors' help to finish.

"where to go now!? Where was the direction of the college!?" Usagi cried out as she looks right and left upon a split turn upon the road. "was it left?! Was it right!?"

"it's right!" Luna exclaimed, the black cat being the aide of Usagi since she first became Sailor Moon years back. "hurry up before you're late for your first period in college class!"

"I know! I know!" Usagi cried as she just keeps on running.

At a Juban Tokyo University, college students are found walking around the university's site as many are going around to study or just hang out with their friends for the day.

In one part of the campus' grounds, there's a group of girls chattering together as they are good friends of Usagi. Makoto, Rei, and Minako; the three are chatting together and waiting for their friend's arrival, yet they are missing one member who is Ami, but the Sailor Mercury warrior is not around for the moment.

"What is taking that Dumpling head so long!?" Rei asks before she checks the time on her wristwatch. "It's almost been 30 minutes since she said that she was on her way!?"

"considering that it's Usagi-chan, she'll be late no matter what." Makoto said before shrugging her shoulders. "besides, today's first class is free period. Let's leave her off with no complaints for today."

"no good, Mako-chan!" Minako said with a scolding tone. "like the old saying 'a good dog needs new tricks!' we got to make sure that Usagi-chan keeps a good and responsible nature if she is to become Queen in the future, right!?"

"Mina, that's not the right phrase." Artemis; Minako's pet and sidekick in action pops his head out of the girl's purse bag and giving her a deadpanned face. "though you have the right intention for it."

"right!?" Minako said before she held a hand to her chest. "as Usagi-chan's loyal friend, I'll do my best to get her to be more responsible!"

"that's a lot of talk considering you were nearly late to the meeting too?" Rei said and Minako felt her heart getting jabbed which made her wince.

After highschool, the girls joined into the Juuban Tokyo University together as they pursued their chosen careers while still being close with one another.

"still, I wonder if Ami can make it for the usual get together at Rei-chan's shrine?" Minako asks as she looks to the sky and then at her friends. "the airport is a far distance from here, right?"

"relax, Ami-chan will get with us in time." Makoto replied. "She said that she's just going to be accompanying her curriculum professor on a trip, right?"

"ah, that's right. Hajime Suichirou Sensei." Rei said before she looks all dreamy to the image of a young professor who looks handsome. "man~! I can't believe that Juuban University has such a nice man~! He's literally this university's top professor who is young and so handsome~! Can you believe he is the same age as Mamoru-san!?"

"not only is he smart and talented, but I heard that he's a great doctor at Juuban Hospital and the ladies' magnet! he even has a fan club here~!" Minako added in with her own dreamy smile. "ah~! The world is so vast~! I should try my best to appeal to him!"

"didn't you try the same thing and failed with Makoto's seniors?" Artemis asks with a sweatdrop.

"that is in the past! This is now the future!" Minako exclaimed and Artemis just sighs in response.

As the girls continued to chatter, Usagi and Luna came into the scene.

"I'm sorry I'm late~!" Usagi cried out.

"Usagi! You're late! Even in college!" Rei scolded the girl. "when will you get up on time!?"

"I'm sorry~!" Usagi cried out while having her hands in an apology form. "I was up all night chatting with Mamo-chan that I overslept!"

"there's the usual reason." Makoto said as she smiles and slightly shaking her head. "well, you're in luck cause today's first period is free for all students since it's the first day of college. All we got for today is to attend a seminar together and we have the entire day to ourselves."

"really!?" Usagi said before she sighs in relief. "I'm so glad that I won't get a bad mark on my first day in college!"

"you already left a bad mark considering you're being late on the first day." Minako said and Usagi got jabbed with an emotional arrow that says 'always late' on it.

"you're mean, Minako-chan!" Usagi cried out.

"well, save that for the later time." Rei said after sighing before she got up from her seat and hoisted her bag on her right shoulder. "come on, let's go and get to the seminar then we can go to my shrine while meeting up with Ami-chan once she comes back."

"oh, right. Ami-chan is with her curriculum professor for a trip." Usagi said before she looks confused. "I wonder why is Ami-chan with the professor?"

"I didn't get the whole details, but I heard from Ami-chan that she's accompanying him to help pick up a new professor joining the university." Minako said.

"eh? Really?" Usagi asks. "who is the new professor?"

"the renowned scientist/doctor/archeologist of Japan; Hajime Sugoroku." Rei replied as she reaches into her purse bag and takes out a magazine that she handed to Usagi. "Suichirou Sensei's own father."

"eh~? Both father and son joining the same university, huh?" Usagi said as the magazine shows a live news shot of a bald headed man in his mid 50s, has a short mustache and wears a lab coat over a suit. "I wonder why such a renowned person is joining the university."

"probably to help educate a certain someone." Minako said and Usagi felt very peeved to her remark.

"hah~! Maybe he's here to help Minako-chan be more educated on her lessons instead!" Usagi retorted.

"why!? I'm more educated than Usagi-chan!" Minako barked back. "you're late and I'm not! Therefore Usagi-chan needs to be more educated!"

This caused a banter to happen between the two blondes as Makoto and Rei just sighs to see it. The group continues to walk in the campus site as they went off to a building for their scheduled seminar.

Meanwhile at a highway road to the Tokyo airport, a silver white GS430Sedan is found driving pass several cars as inside is Ami on the passenger seat along with her curriculum professor; Hajime Suichirou who is a young man in the same age as Chiba Mamoru; with a long yet wavy haircut, wears glasses, and a brownish yellow suit.

"thank you again for accompanying me to the airport, Mizuno-kun." Suichirou said with a smile and a glance to Ami. "my apologies if this activity somehow hinders any of your planned activities today."

"it's alright, Suichirou Sensei." Ami replied with a smile. "though I have a plan to meet with my friends afterwards, I believe I can make the time to meet with the professor's father."

"I see." Suichirou nodded before he focuses on the road as he gently turns the car's steering wheels to make his vehicle drive past a truck and slowly speeds ahead. "this might be spoiling the future, but if you work and study hard, I believe you might have the chance to join my father on his monthly expedition to parts of Japan."

"eh? Expedition?" Ami asks while looking curious. "what expedition?"

"my father has many titles and achievements, but he favors his archeology title the most." Suichirou said with a smile. "he has the habit of going on expeditions to places of interest that holds ancient history and whatnot." He then chuckles. "you could say that he is a man with a spirit of adventuring into the unknown."

"I see." Ami nodded in understanding before smiling. "it would be very interesting to visit places that holds history."

"indeed." Suichirou did another turn of his wheel before slowly pressing the brakes as they arrived to the airport's toll gates and are waiting for their turn to pass. "most of the places that he visits is also where he discovers types of undiscovered plants, and bacteria that he would study and use to create new medicine." He then looks at Ami with a smile. "it would definitely help in your future career as a doctor. Look forward to it."

"yes!" Ami nodded with a big smile.

Soon their car passed the toll gates and went straight for the airport's parking area.

Meanwhile at the airport's baggage claim area, there are dozens of people who just got down from their travels as they are getting their belongings back with them. Everything was busy and crowded but it became even more clouded when a bunch of reporters and photographers came and bombarded flashes and interviews with Hajime Sugoroku who is walking upon an elevator with the accompany of security guards that are blocking the vultures from coming too close.

"Professor! What is your purpose of visiting Japan!?" "is there an ancient ruins of Japan that has been lost in time!?" "is it true that you are applying for a position at Tokyo's Juuban university!?" "will there be another expedition!?" the reporters bombarded the professor who just stayed calm and quiet while adjusting his Fedora hat on his bald head.

"Professor! I'm from Tokyo Big News! We have reports that you've somehow discovered ancient ruins at Greece that let you to believe that there's an ancient civilization before the start of our own! Is this true!?" a news reporter asks while pushing a mic through the security guards and to the professor. "many believe that you have come to Japan because you have found clues that the ancient civilization has remnants hidden here! Is this true!?"

The professor sighs a bit before he looks at the mic and takes it before he stops walking.

"I didn't just find an ancient ruin at Greece." The professor spoke as all the reporters close in their mic to get a better sound on him. "what I found there gave me the vision to see the past of our own earth. I saw what started in the beginning yet ended too tragically early in the end. Japan is known to be the nation of gods in the times before by many other countries, but it is also the nation of secrets that has been buried in the earth and also lost in time. Yes, I will hold another expedition upon Japan, I just need time to theorize where my next hunt for knowledge will go. That is all." He hands the mic back to the reporter and heads off with the security guards following with the reporters too, begging him to put more explanations to his words.

After claiming his luggage, the professor came and exited the airport while the security guards hold back the news reporter and photographers.

Sugoroku sighs as he takes a handkerchief out to wipe away the sweat on his forehead.

"reporters are as alike with vultures no matter where one goes." Sugoroku said after sighing before he pocketed his handkerchief into his suit's front pocket. He then looks around before taking out his phone to check a message. "now, where did he say he was waiting for me?"

"Father!" Suichirou's voice is heard as Sugoroku turns and smiles before waving his hand as the father and son finds each other. "Father!"

"ah! Suichirou!" Sugoroku smiles to see his son as the two went and hugged each other for a moment and then separated, the old professor chuckles while grabbing and shaking his son's arms. "look at you now! So much bigger than last year! You've been eating a lot, haven't you!?"

"just the usual food diet." Suichirou chuckles. "though I have been going into the gym in my spare time."

"good! Good! A healthy body works well with a healthy and brilliant mind!" Sugoroku nodded with a smile before he noticed Ami nearby. "this person is?"

"ah, right." Suichirou turns and waves a hand towards Ami who smiles. "Father, meet Mizuno Ami. A very talented student who had just joined into Juuban University this month."

"pleased to meet you, Hajime Sensei." Ami greeted with a head bow to Sugoroku. "It is a great honor."

"the honor is all mine, young child." The middle aged man said with a smile before he bows his head for a moment and then shakes hands with Ami. "just call me Sugoroku. Many of my friends both students and partners all call me that, also it'll be confusing for you since my son and I have the same family name. you can call him Suichirou instead of Hajime."

"yes, Sugoroku Sensei." Ami nodded.

"now then. With the introductions done. I believe we should get you out of the airport and to the university to get you thoroughly admitted, father." Suichirou said and his father nodded.

"right, can't let the vultures come in barraging us again." Sugoroku said before chuckling with his son.

"I'll take your luggage to the car, Sugoroku Sensei." Ami said as she politely takes the older professor's luggage before she quickly goes to the parking area.

"quite the polite and kind child." Sugoroku said before he grins a bit to his son. "how about it? You think she's a possible match for you, my boy?"

"please stop that, father." Suichirou said while blushing a bit. "she's my student and any relationship beside a teacher and student is strictly forbidden at my university."

"hohoho, well if your feelings for each other are connected, then anything is possible." Sugoroku chuckles before he and his son started to go to the parking area. "remember, I'm not getting any younger therefore do your best to find a wife and give me many adorable grandkids."

"father, just stop." Suichirou said facepalming while his father just grins and chuckles.

Sometime later, Suichirou's car is found driving upon the highway as it heads straight into the city's inner area.

Suichirou drives the vehicle as he had his father on the side passenger seat and Ami at the back.

"Tokyo, it's been a long time." Sugoroku smiles to see the view of the city. "It's nice to see that some things haven't changed the last time I was here."

"you must've been away for a while, Sugoroku Sensei." Ami said with a smile. "pardon me from asking, how long has it been since your last visit?"

"counting the year before…" Sugoroku started to calculate in his mind while his right hand started to count fingers one by one. "possibly 15 years."

"15 years?! That's quite some time!" Ami said surprised. "were you out of the country doing explorations?"

"yes." Sugoroku nodded with a smile. "America, Africa, China, Europe…I visited so many countries in my quest for knowledge of the past." He chuckles. "I've met and made so many good friends out there." He then slaps his right knee a few times before looking at the view of Tokyo tower that he spots in the distance. "but even with all the discovery from the outside world, there's no better discovery of nostalgia upon your own hometown in your own country."

"you'd be surprised how much nostalgia are still left, Father." Suichirou said with a smile while glancing at his father. "you don't know yet but Rokurou-san from Rokudou ramen finally retired and passed his shop to his son; Zenjirou who is now training his children to follow in his footsteps."

"that hardheaded Rokuro finally retired!? Hahahaha! I knew that he would someday!" Sugoroku chuckles. "I have to visit him for old times' sake and see if his son could live up to his expectations." He then looks at Ami behind. "how about it, Ami-kun? we'll visit the ramen shop of an old friend of mine, you can order whatever you want with us; it's our treat."

"thank you for the offer, but I'm afraid I have to decline." Ami said with an apologetic smile. "I have an agenda to attend to."

"ah, that's right." Suichirou said as he glances back at Ami by the rearview mirror. "if I'm not mistaken, your friends are waiting for you at the Hikawa Shrine, correct? Rokudou Ramen is just down the street from the area, I'll drive there and drop you off first."

"thank you, Suichirou Sensei." Ami bowed her head in gratitude to Suichirou before smiling apologetically to Sugoroku. "perhaps another time, Sugoroku Sensei."

"indeed." Sugoroku nodded before he reaches into his pocket and takes out a business card with his name and everything. "here take this." He handed the card to Ami. "if you ever want to have a taste of that good ramen with your friends, just show this to the owner and he'll make you all the best bowl of ramen you'll ever taste. Also, don't pay and just put it on my tab."

"eh? I can't!" Ami said while trying to hand the card back. "that would be too much!"

"don't worry! A young girl like yourself shouldn't pay for such a treat! Think of this as an old man's sincerity!" Sugoroku said while stopping her from returning the card. "just share the good experience with your friends."

"It's better to accept it, Mizuno-kun." Suichirou said with a glance at the rearview mirror. "my father has the habit of treating people to good experiences and hasn't stopped doing it for the last three decades of his career. He won't stop now."

"but still." Ami looks a bit worried.

"don't worry, you're not overstepping your boundaries or anything." Sugoroku stated before pointing a finger up. "you are still young and therefore should experience all senses of joy in life. One cannot fully prepare against the challenges of the future on an empty stomach, therefore try your best to enjoy the blessings of life that would help you get to the path you wish to take." He then chuckles with a smile to Ami. "so just enjoy the blessings of what life gives you before you pass it on to another."

Looking a bit worried for a moment, Ami then sighs and nodded with a smile.

"thank you, Sugoroku Sensei." Ami said. "I'll definitely get everyone to go to the place together."

"very good." Sugoroku said with a smile to Ami before he chuckles to his son. "not only is she conscious of her boundaries, she's also very polite in every manner. I might believe she's too good for you, my boy!"

"Father, just stop." Suichirou blushes with an embarrassed look while Ami looks a bit confused to hear their conversation.

About 20 minutes later, they arrived to the Hikawa Shrine's front stairs as Ami gets off.

"thank you for accompanying me today, Mizuno-kun." Suichirou said with a smile. "I'll see you in class tomorrow."

"yes, I'll see you too, Suichirou Sensei." Ami nodded with a smile.

"be sure to enjoy the ramen with your friends!" Sugoroku hollered out and Ami giggles while the car drives off.

"yes, Sugoroku Sensei!" Ami said before she waves the car goodbye as it leaves the area.

As the car leaves, Ami then turns towards the Hikawa Shrine's front stairs and begins walking up to get to her friends who are possibly waiting for her at the top already.

While Ami leaves, she didn't notice a cloaked individual watching her from the distance. This mystery person watched her go up the stairs before turning to look at Suichirou's car that is getting farther into the distance.

"target…acquired." This mystery person spoke out in a whispering voice before disappearing into the shadows.

On the next day, at the Juuban Tokyo University.

In the cafeteria area, Usagi and her friends are found having lunch together as they sat by a round table.

"ahh~!" Usagi opens her mouth wide and took a big bite of her sandwich and chews it. "it's such a good day to have another free period in the morning~!"

"yes. Yes. We know." Rei said while eating her bento meal. "Usagi likes to not study at all like she always does."

"it's not something new to be considered at all." Makoto giggles while peeling open a banana's skin.

"She's still not studying for real after high school, huh?" Artemis asks Luna, both cats being in their partner's purse bag and just poking their heads out to have a conversation. "makes me wonder how she will be in the future as Queen."

"s-she'll get there…" Luna replied a bit unsure. "somehow."

"hey, what is taking Ami-chan so long?" Minako asks while poking her juice box with her straw and taking a few sips. "she should be here by now, right?"

"she should be.." Usagi said while looking around the cafeteria for any sign of their friend, but she didn't find her at all. "she's still not here?"

"she must be talking with her professor" Rei guessed. "Ami-chan told us that her professor sees her as a good assistant and hired her, right?"

"hmm, I guess that's that." Minako said, agreeing with the answer before she has a mischievous smile. "or perhaps she is starting a forbidden love with her professor?"

"that's just your assumption, Mina." Artemis said as everyone sweatdropped to see Minako's mischievous smile.

Luna sighs before her ears perked up and she looks to a direction.

"h-hey! Everyone! Look at the tv!" Luna suddenly called out to Artemis and the girls as they all looked at the black cat looking at something else. "look at the tv's news!"

Everyone looks at the hanging wall tv in the cafeteria as many other students and staff members look at media device that is showing the news of a car accident by a bridge being reported by the news anchor before soon showing the photos of both Hajime Suichirou and Hajime Sugoroku.

"a car accident?" Usagi spoke out with a surprised look on her face.

"those people…" Rei whispers before gasping. "wait! Isn't Hajime Suichirou; the professor that Ami-chan accompanied with!? And Hajime Sugoroku is the world renowned professor who was supposed to be transferred here!?"

"eh!?" everyone gasps before Makoto gets off her seat and went straight near the tv.

"please lend me the remote!" Makoto cried out to a nearby staff member who was surprised at first before providing the remote to her. the tall girl then pointed the device at the tv and then presses the Volume up button several times to increase the news' volume.

"currently, Hajime Sugoroku has been transferred via ambulance to the Juuban Tokyo Hospital. However Hajime Suichirou has yet to be found and is currently missing." The news anchor reported the incident that showed photos of the crime scene. "police are searching for him and clues as to what caused the accident, but recent security footage shows what appears to be an external cause." The screen blinks and then shows a photo and information of Mizuno Ami on the live news along with a recording of her getting off Suichirou's car. "Mizuno Ami, 19 years of age, currently a student at Juuban Tokyo University, is the last person who had made contact with the two victims. She is now currently being questioned by authorities for any knowledge regarding the incident…"

"A-Ami-chan got caught by the police!?" Usagi gasps in surprise. "and she's their main culprit!?"

"no, she's not! She's just being asked questions regarding the accident!" Rei exclaimed. "she can't be the one who had caused it!"

"if she's with the police right now…" Minako whispers.

"this ain't the time to be debating!" Luna cried out to the girls. "let's go straight to where Ami-chan is and assess the situation with her!"

"right!" everyone nodded before they quickly picked up their belongings and get straight to where their friend might be.

Meanwhile, at a police station that is a few blocks from the university.

Ami is found walking out of the station with a police officer who thanked her for her time and then bowed his head to her and she returned it.

The police officer returned to the station and Ami is left alone in front. The young girl let out a long sigh while showing a very sad frown on her face.

"Ami-chan~!" Usagi's voice is heard hollering as Ami turns to see her friends running to her side. "Ami-chan! Are you alright~?!"

"Usagi-chan. Everyone…" Ami looks at them a bit surprised for a moment before she smiles. "I'm alright, everyone. What made you all rushed here for?"

"what else but the news!?" Makoto said. "the news said that you're the last person to have been with the two professors before the accident, right!?"

"did the police pressure you into confessing that you're the true culprit?!" Minako cried out before she went and grabbed hold of Ami's shoulders. "if that's the case, let us help! I know an old ex of mine who had become a successful lawyer! I'll call him and have him represent you!"

"you think your ex can help, Mina?" Artemis asks while sweatdropping.

"whatever had happened, we know that you're not the one at fault, Ami-chan!" Usagi said as everyone else nodded in agreement.

"everyone…" Ami looks at them for a moment before she frowns and looks down while grasping her hands together. "it's fine. I wasn't pressured or anything. The police had only taken me to the station to ask questions regarding what had occurred the time before the accident."

"and then? What else, Ami-chan?" Minako asks, worried for her friend after seeing the frown. "did the police ask you anything else regarding the accident? Or tell you about Suichirou Sensei's condition?"

"that's…" Ami spoke out before frowning even more. "I was called by the police for questioning before I was ruled out from the culprit because of the street security footage that showed proof that I didn't cause the accident. But…" she soon tears up a bit. "they said that they still haven't found Suichirou Sensei after the accident. They believe that he might have died in the car accident and his body fell right into the river below the bridge." Her tears swelled up. "it's just so unfair! I've just begun to learn with Suichirou Sensei the start of college! And yet! This accident happened!"

"Ami-chan.." Usagi and the others looks worried for Ami. The twin tail blonde then went and hugs her friend. "don't worry, Ami-chan! This accident may have been terrible, but we can't let it affect us!" she then looks at her friend whose tears she gently wiped away. "the news said that they are still searching for Suichirou Sensei at the bridge and therefore we must always hope that he's still out there." She smiles very strongly. "I'm sure that the professor is safe! I'm sure of it!"

"yeah! They said that Suichirou Sensei is a very strong man who survived accidents before!" Rei added in. "we're sure that the professor is alright!"

"yeah!" Makoto, Minako, Luna, and Artemis nodded their heads in agreement.

"everyone…" Ami looks at them in awe.

"so stop those tears and let's focus on finding the professor!" Usagi said with a huff.

"you're right." Ami nodded. "you're right!" she then started to pump herself up. "let's find Suichirou-sensei!"

"right!" everyone hollered in agreement.

"let's first go and meet with the professor's father first!" Rei said. "if he can remember the time before the accident, we might get a clue and find out what happened to him!"

"If I remember correctly, he was transferred to Juuban Hospital, right?" Makoto said.

"that's where Mamo-chan works!" Usagi said. "alright! To Juuban Hospital!"

At Juuban Tokyo Hospital, There're a lot of reporters being held back at the front door as the security guards are doing their best to stop them from coming in.

"we need to ask if Sugoroku Sensei is alright!" "is it true that his son had died in the accident and his body was taken away?!" "please let us in!" the news reporter tried to push in further but the security guards are doing their best to stop them.

By the front gate, Usagi and the others arrived and saw the scenario.

"uwa~… so many reporters!" Minako said in awe

"can't be so surprised." Makoto said. "Sugoroku Sensei is a world renowned person, him being in an accident with his son will surely grabbed the media's attention."

"this will definitely be a hard task for us." Rei said before she looks at the others. "how are we supposed to get in now?"

"leave that to me~!" Usagi said before she takes out her cellphone, dialed a number, call the number, and awaits the ring a few times. "in 3…2…1…" she counted before the call connected. "hello~! Mamo-chan~! It's me, Usagi-chan! Listen! Me and the others are at the front of Juuban hospital and we want to get in to meet with Sugoroku Sensei! It's urgent!"

"that's how you want to do it?" Rei and the others sweatdropped.

"alright…okay~!" Usagi said before the call was disconnected and she looks at the others. "come on, guys! We need to get in from the back door of the hospital!"

"the back door?" everyone spoke out in unison while looking confused.

Soon enough, everyone arrived to the alley behind the hospital as they stood by a metal door that is opened by Mamoru.

"hurry and get in." Mamoru said as he lets Usagi and the others in before closing the door and locks it.

"thanks for the assist, Mamo-chan~!" Usagi said as she went and gave her boyfriend a huge kiss on the cheek.

"no problem, but let's not do this assist too much." Mamoru said before he leads everyone to the hospital's back entrance and entered with them. "this door is used only for emergencies after all."

"but this is an emergency for us!" Ami said. "Mamoru-san, please take us to where Sugoroku Sensei is! We need to talk to him about the accident!"

"the car accident, right?" Mamoru said before he cups his chin and scratches it. "sorry to say this, but that's going to be a bit problematic to be done."

"What do you mean?" Rei asks.

"first of all, considering the status of Sugoroku Sensei. His room is strictly guarded by security guards who came barging into the hospital this early morning." Mamoru explained. "right now, only doctors and nurses that they have checked can come inside after being cleared."

"I know that he's a world renowned professor, but being protected by security guards." Minako spoke out.

"goes to show that the accident might have been caused by someone with ill intention to the professor." Artemis stated as everyone looks at the white cat in surprise. "think about it! The professor is a world renowned scientist, professor, and archeologist! He might have made an enemy or two during his expedition time."

"that sounds like it could really be what had happened." Makoto said and Rei nodded in agreement.

"we can put our assumptions for later." Mamoru stated as everyone got near the elevator and went inside before the doctor pressed the 10th floor button. "right now, we need to think of a way to get to meet with the professor."

"It's not like we can just ask to talk to him with those men waiting for us, right?" Usagi thought out loud.

"we just have to try and ask if we can." Ami stated. "I want to know how the accident happened and find clues as to where Suichirou Sensei is!"

Everyone nodded in agreement before the elevator door made a ding sound as they arrived on the tenth floor.

They all exited the elevator and Mamoru leads them to the room where Sugoroku Sensei is. True to the man's words, it was guarded by 5 men in suits as each one looked like they could kill a person with a single glare.

"wait right there." One of the men stopped the group from coming any closer. "what's your business here?"

"I'm Doctor Chiba." Mamoru said while showing his ID tag to the men. "I've brought acquaintances of the patient who wishes to confirm his current status."

"you can enter, but they can't." another suited man stated while adjusting his sunglasses. "the professor can only be visited by doctor and nurses with proper identification, but anyone else can't."

"please let us meet the professor!" Ami cried out. "we need to talk to him and find a clue as to how the accident happened!"

"yeah! We need his help to get a clue on where Suichirou Sensei might be at!" Rei added in.

"the professor is still asleep!" the security guards got ready for a possible fight. "I don't know nor do I care of what relations you girls got with the man, but no is a no! so back off!"

"why these brutes are so hardheaded!?" Minako cried out. "we're trying to solve a mystery here! And you guys want to stop us from possibly finding and saving someone's life as they are missing!?"

"if you lot don't back away now!" one of the men reaches into his suit and pulled out a gun. "we will be forced to use this!"

"a gun!?" Makoto gasps with the others.

"hey! Put that away!" Mamoru exclaimed as he got in front of the girls and reached out his arms to the sides to protect them. "using a gun in a hospital is forbidden! Put that away!"

"then get those girls to walk off!" the suited men got ready with their weapons of choice. "we're giving you all this one warning! By the count of 5, I want them all to be away from here!"

"are these guys just crazy to be using guns!?" Minako cried out.

"4! 3! 2!" the men started to count down as they were ready to harm Usagi and the others if they didn't back away but they were stopped when a loud door slam was heard from the side.

"ENOUGH!" Sugoroku made a sudden and loud entrance as the man wears a patient's outfit while looking very enraged. "I DON'T CARE WHO YOU PEOPLE ARE, BUT DO NOT DARE HARM THEM!"

"Sugoroku Sensei!" Ami cried out in seeing the professor who has bandages around his neck and face.

"Ami-kun. so I was right in hearing your voice." Sugoroku Sensei spoke as he sees her with her friends. "with your friends, I see."

"yes." Ami nodded before she shed tears and smiles in relief. "I'm glad to see you are alright!"

"sorry to worry you, child." Sugoroku said after nodding before he turns and glares at the men in suits. "all of you! For shame! Put away those guns and weapons of yours! This is a hospital! A place for sick people to come and get treated! It's not a place for you lot to use your weapons!"

"but professor! We have orders to protect you!" one of the men stated. "we cannot allow them to.."

"if you wish to protect me, then make sure to do it by following regulations!" Sugoroku exclaimed. "I don't care if you work for that old bastard of a friend of mine, but remember this! Those people you are trying to stop from meeting me are my friends! Therefore they are allowed to see me! understand!?"

The men in suits looks a bit discomforted at first before they nodded and put away their weapons.

"Good security these days are really hard to come by." Sugoroku said as he coughs a bit before he looks at Usagi and the others. "now, come on in. I've heard that you wish to see me regarding the accident, correct?"

"yes!" Ami nodded before everyone went right into Sugoroku's hospital room and leaves the suited men outside. Minako even sticking out her tongue at them in mocking them for their behavior.

Sugoroku went to his hospital bed as he sat down with a groan before rubbing a hand to his bandaged neck.

"please lay down, Professor." Mamoru said as he helps Sugoroku back to his bed. "as much as you've regained your strength, your injuries need to be tended. So do rest."

"yes, I know." Sugoroku nodded before he looks at Ami and the others. "but I will tend to them after talking with Ami-kun and her friends." He then smiles a bit in greeting them. "If I'm not mistaken, all of you are students of Juuban University alike with her, right?"

"yes." The girls nodded in agreement. "I'm Tsukino Usagi." "Hino Rei, pleasure to meet you." "I'm Aino Minako!" "I'm Kino Makoto, Professor."

"these guys are Luna and Artemis." Usagi added in to introducing the black and white cat as the two meowed.

"pleasure to meet you all." Sugoroku nodded with a smile. "I'm Hajime Sugoroku, just call me Sugoroku or Sugoroku Sensei."

"pleasure to meet you, Sugoroku Sensei." Usagi and the others bowed their heads to the man.

"I'm Chiba Mamoru, a doctor of the hospital." Mamoru greeted the professor who nodded while shaking hands with him.

"so then, let's talk with the main topic of the conversation." Sugoroku said as he reaches a hand and gently rubs his fingers around his bald head. "the cause of the accident and Suichirou's whereabouts. That is what you wish to ask first, correct?"

"y-yes…" Usagi said before frowning a bit. "u-um…I'm sorry that you had to go through such a thing and.."

"its alright, child." Sugoroku nodded before showing his appearance. "though I may be banged up at the moment, it's nothing a few nights at the hospital can't fix."

"Sensei, just what had caused the accident?" Ami asks. "was it really a car accident or something else? And Suichirou-sensei's whereabouts…"

"the cause of the accident.." Sugoroku spoke as he then sighs for a moment before he looks a bit serious. "was something not human."

"not human?" Usagi and the others said in unison and Sugoroku nodded.

"it happened during the night when Suichirou was taking me to his apartment after having me admitted into the Juuban University as a new lecturer." Sugoroku spoke as he had a flashback memory.

Flashback

In the middle of the night and upon the road, Suichirou's car is found driving upon the road as they are heading north.

The driver and the passenger were talking about random things when the car's headlights shined upon a figure standing by the bridge. Sugoroku and Suichirou looks surprised at the sudden appearance of the stranger who is a cloaked individual.

Suichirou thought it was some road prankster as he honked a few times to get the cloaked stranger to move away, but the cloaked figure reaches out a hand that transforms into a black jagged sword that surprised the two.

Before long, the cloaked individual disappears and the car's wheels suddenly exploded.

Suichirou and Sugoroku screams as the car swivels and turns before it went straight to the bridge's border where it soon crashed upon an electric pole.

The car's front engine exploded as the occupants inside were still alive.

Sugoroku groaned in pain as he tried to move in the car but finds that his entire body is in shambles after the crash. The man looks to the driver and finds that Suichirou is gone from his seat.

He tried to call out for his son and his whereabouts but he hears voices outside and one of the voices was his son. Sugoroku could barely hear and understand what they are talking about but that all changed with a flash of light that ended his conscious.

Flashback

"whatever had attacked us, i can definitely say that it wasn't human." Sugoroku stated as he grasps his hands together on his waist. "and this mystery culprit also took Suichirou."

"some cloaked stranger caused the accident?" Makoto spoke out.

"and took Suichirou Sensei.." Minako added in.

"just what could this possibly mean?" Rei asks while cupping her chin.

"were you sure that your son was taken?" Mamoru asks. "he could've perhaps flew out of the car during the incident and.."

"I know my son and he would've been the one to wake up first from the accident and that is something I can definitely assure you to be true." Sugoroku stated as he raises his right hand and clenched it to a hard fist. "I know my son better than anyone, he survived that incident and was taken by someone."

"Sugoroku Sensei, was there anything else?" Ami asks. "were there some strange phenomenon that you say before passing out? Like was the air smelly or something like it?"

"a strange phenomenon?" Sugoroku thought about it for a moment before he snaps his fingers and made an eureka expression. "that's right! A light! I saw a flash of light before I lost conscious."

"a flash of light?" Usagi spoke out with a confused face.

"Perhaps the ambulance' lights?" Mamoru asks while cupping his chin. "or maybe it's the light from the lamp post that the car crashed into or something else?"

"no, the light was white and bright." Sugoroku stated. "almost like the sun itself. I passed out after the flash and then.." he soon winced in pain when he tried to move too much. "ugh!"

"please stay still, sir." Mamoru said as he checks on Sugoroku's wounds and then proceeded to ring in the nurses to come in. he then faces the girls. "I'm sorry, everyone. But visiting time is over, the professor needs his rest."

"okay, Mamo-chan." Usagi nodded in understanding before she and the others bowed their heads to Sugoroku. "we'll be leaving now, professor."

"yes, and do be careful." Sugoroku stated. "whatever attacked me and my son that night, it bound to reappear again. Don't try to get yourselves in danger."

"We understand." Usagi said before everyone minus Mamoru left the room.

The girls left the hospital room and began to walk in the hallway, them all having curious and complicated faces on because there's too many questions going around in their minds about the accident's cause.

"I guess I can say that we need to head to the place where the accident had occurred and find things out." Makoto stated. "there's too many questions that need answering after all."

"I'll head back to my shrine and do a fire reading." Rei added in. "I might be able to see something that we aren't seeing."

"then it's decided." Usagi nodded. "me, and Minako-chan will stay in the hospital in case the culprit might come and attack the professor if he was the real target." She then looks at Ami and Makoto. "while Ami-chan and Mako-chan go and try to find clues at the accident site."

"we'll join them too." Luna spoke out while Artemis nodded.

"let's do this, everyone." Ami said and everyone nodded in unison before splitting up.

With that, the Sailor Warriors began their detective search for clues and evidences regarding the cause of the accident and the secrets that may lie in wait for them.

Makoto goes near the bridge of the accident with Artemis as the two looks around for anything that could gather their attention.

"nothing but broken rocks, scraps of metal, and many more." Makoto said as she grazes her hands around the dirt and finds nothing out of the ordinary. She then turns towards Artemis who is checking the area further down the bridge. "did you get anything, Artemis?"

"nothing." Artemis came back to Makoto. "all I see are normal stuff found near a bridge." He then looks at the accident site which has been cleaned up by the police and what's left are just burned tire marks, broken rocks, and a hole where a lamp post was once at. "I hate to say it, but whatever had attacked the professors' car really made sure to create the scene as an accident."

"I see…" Makoto said before she turns to look at Ami who is with Luna at the other side of the street. The Mercury Sailor Warrior seemingly engrossed in her data collecting of the accident's environment.

"there's nothing but the evidence of it being a car accident." Luna said as she checks the rails of the bridge for any sign of clues that could be connected to the attacker. "this attacker is really smart to cover his tracks."

"but not all of his tracks." Ami stated as Luna made a noise while turning to look at the blue haired girl who is holding her special computer in her left hand while her right hand's fingers were typing on the keypad very fast. The small screen showing some sort of energy signature that she caught. "look at this, Luna." She kneels down and shows the black cat her findings. "even though this place has been cleared of people, there's somehow tracks of something that left this energy signature."

"this energy signature isn't alike with anything that I've ever seen. It's definitely from something that is not human." Luna commented as she checks and looks at Ami. "I have a better idea how to analyze it back at the Crown."

"right." Ami nodded before she stood up and sees Makoto coming by with Artemis on her right shoulder. "Mako-chan, we've found something."

"what is it?" Makoto asks before getting told of an energy signature that made her cup her chin and started to think. "this is a really bad sign." She then looks at Ami. "let's tell the others and meet up with them at Rei-chan's shrine."

"I'll join you later." Ami said before she holds up her super computer and checks the energy signature one more time. "this energy signature is our one clue as to find the culprit of the attack and possibly to where Suichirou-sensei is." She looks back at Makoto. "go with Luna and Artemis then tell everyone about what we found."

"you sure?" Makoto asks before she checks the time on her wristwatch and then she looks at the sky that is slowly changing color from the passing time. "the sun is almost setting soon." She looks back at Ami with a worried look on her face. "Ami-chan, I know that you want to find your sensei and all, but we really need to find more clues with everyone together. You can't just go on alone for this clue hunt."

"I know, but this energy signature could disappear the moment we leave." Ami said as she looks very sternly at the scans on her super computer's screen. "I can't leave if it does."

Makoto looks at Ami a bit worried, Luna and Artemis feels the same as well.

"alright." Makoto nodded. "you can stay but only on the condition that If this mystery man comes and attacks you, don't fight him alone. Call for us and we'll run here as fast as we can. Got it?"

"I got it." Ami nodded before smiling. "thanks, Mako-chan."

Makoto then leaves Ami with Luna and Artemis, the tall female had the two cats on her shoulders.

"hey, was it really alright to leave Ami-chan on her own?" Luna asks Makoto before taking a glance back to see Ami continuing the search for clues of the accident. "if this mystery attacker really comes…"

"don't worry, Luna." Makoto said with a smile. "Ami is the smartest Sailor Warrior, remember? If she gets into trouble, she knows better than to fight alone."

"still, it worries me on how she is so determined to find the culprit of the accident." Artemis said as he turns his head and sees Ami going near the edge of the bridge while inputting data into her super computer. "she must really like her professor."

"yeah, she definitely does." Makoto said before she sighs with a smile. "looks like she found love with the man who is like a senior to her."

"really, Mako-chan? Even after being a college girl, that is still your type of preferences?" Luna and Artemis sweatdropped.

The time passes and the sun has set with the moon appearing in the night sky filled with countless stars.

Ami is still found at the bridge as she was currently by the other end of the path. She is checking the data in her super computer that has analyzed all the data that she inputted and it made a somewhat simulation of the accident.

"the car was driving normally here, and then afterwards swiveled right here." Ami retraced the accident's occurrence as she slowly follows the burned tire tread marks around and then stops near the broken rails and looks to the water flowing under the bridge. "this is where the car ended up hanging by."

Ami has been diligently following all the scenario of the accident as she didn't even miss a single clue that she could find with her eyes.

"if Suichirou-sensei did get pulled out of the car by the attacker, then…" Ami spoke out before she stops and presses her lips together while she quickly got a hand to her eyes and wiped away the tears that were coming out. "n-no!" she made a strong look in an instant. "Sugoroku-sensei wasn't worried for Suichirou-sensei because he knows that he is alright! Sensei is definitely alright! He has to be!" she continues her search again. "I just have to find more clues and I can find Suichirou-sensei!"

As Ami renewed her determination, she continued her search for clues in the accident site. That was until she noticed that she wasn't alone anymore.

"who are you?" Ami spoke out as she finds herself meeting a mysterious cloaked figure that stood a few feet away from her and is by the bridge. 'when did this person come without me noticing?'

The cloaked figure didn't respond with words but with the action of slowly approaching Ami.

"excuse me? who are you?" Ami called out, feeling a bit unnerved from the fact that the stranger is coming closer to her while increasing the speed of their footsteps by the minute. "who are you?!"

The cloaked figure just runs straight for Ami before revealing that they were wielding a long black sword from underneath the shroud.

"wha!?" Ami saw the sword as the cloaked individual runs and then jumps straight into the air while coming down to deliver a slash attack against the girl who gasps in surprise, but was soon saved by a friend of hers.

"Ami!" Makoto appears out of nowhere and lunges in to save Ami from the cloaked stranger's attack. The two rolled on the ground for a moment before they stopped and faced their enemy. The Jupiter Sailor Warrior glances at her friend quickly. "you okay!?"

"y-yes!" Ami said in surprise. "w-when did you come back here, Mako-chan?"

"you kept on being here to find more clues and I got to get here to pick you up but here you are in danger!" Makoto exclaimed before the two stood up and faced their mystery individual. "who are you!?"

"my name is none of your concern." The cloaked figure spoke in a man's voice as the person then reaches out a hand that held a jet black sword that has its blade pointed at the two. "however, your only and current main concern should be to let go of your life and just die, humans…" he then swing the sword to the side. "or rather….. the Sailor warriors of Mercury and Jupiter."

"he knows that we're Sailor warriors!?" Makoto said in surprise.

"you! Were you the one who caused the accident!?" Ami exclaimed as Makoto looks at her facing the mystery person. "were you the one who caused the accident that harmed Sugoroku-sensei and took away Suichirou-sensei!?"

"wait, Ami. Are you saying that this guy is the culprit?" Makoto spoke out and Ami nodded.

"the energy readings that I found during the day, matches with the energy readings that this person is putting off." Ami said while holding up her super computer that shows a reading of an energy signature that is matching with the one that the cloaked individual is letting off around the body. "without a doubt, he's the one who attacked the professors during that night. And also…" she then points a finger at the mystery person. "Sugoroku-sensei said that the culprit was a mysterious cloaked figure wielding a long sharp weapon and this man fits the criteria to a t! Now answer me! what have you done to Suichirou-sensei!?"

The mystery person stayed silent for a moment as he lowers his hand that held the sword before he swings it to the side and quickly dashes in to strike the weapon against the two girls who dodged in time by jumping away.

"that definitely answers it!" Makoto said as she takes out her Crystal Change Rod before she and Ami jumps away to doge the next sword strike from the mystery stranger. "Ami! It's transformation time!"

"right!" Ami exclaimed as she held her own transformation item.

"Mercury/Jupiter Crystal Power~! Make up~!"

The two girls transformed into their Super Sailor forms before they went and faced the mystery stranger at the ready.

"let's rumble!" Super Sailor Jupiter exclaimed, getting ready to use her electrical attacks.

"so, you've transformed…" the mystery man spoke out before chuckling as he raised his sword up. "do you really believe that your Sailor powers are a match for mine?"

"and what power is that?" Super Sailor Mercury stated as she had a cautious stance against the mystery person.

"how about you find out directly?" the stranger replied before grabbing his cloak and then throwing it off to the side to reveal his identity as a man with black shorts, but that soon changed when he growls out and his entire physique started to morph into that of a man snake as his skin turned rugged and grew whiteish gray snake scales, his lips grew large and had a snake tongue slithering out, his eyes blinks once before morphing into red snake eyes. "Shaaa~!"

"h-he became a snake!?" Super Sailor Jupiter exclaimed in surprise.

"just what in the world is he!?" Super Sailor Mercury looks flabbergasted.

"now~!" the snake man hisses a few times before he screeches while raising up his jet black sword to the side and then made a dash straight for the two sailor warriors. "it's time to die~!"

"get ready, Sailor Mercury!" Super Sailor Jupiter exclaimed as she and her comrade got ready for their enemy who came in and started to swing his sword at them. "dodge it!"

"come on~! Taste the sensation of my blade!" the snake man exclaimed with a hiss as he furiously swings his sword at the two Sailor Warriors who continuously jumps away to dodge it. "come and die~!"

"why you!" Super Sailor Jupiter did a quick backflip to dodge another sword strike before an antenna extends out from her tiara as it charges electricity. "eat this!" she crosses her hands above her forehead. "Supreme!" she then swings them out as the antenna fired a bolt of electricity at the snake man. "Thunder!"

The snake man hisses once before he raises his sword up and thrusts the blade's tip at the incoming attack that made a connection but soon gets absorbed by the metallic weapon.

"The attack got absorbed?!" Super Sailor Mercury exclaimed in surprise.

"not only that." The snake man hisses with a grin as he pulls back his sword and thrusts it forward. This action causes the weapon's blade to have electrical static which then resulted in the absorbed Supreme Thunder to be released right back at Super Sailor Jupiter. "but It can also do this!"

"wha!?" The two Super Sailor Warriors gasps in surprise before Super Sailor Jupiter screams in pain as her attack got reflected back right at her.

"Sailor Jupiter!" Super Sailor Mercury cries out to her friend who fell to the ground while her body twitches in pain.

"next is you, Sailor Warrior of Mercury." The snake man turns and hisses at Ami's direction before smirking. "you will taste my blade!" he then dashes for the girl at high speed. "Shaaa~~!"

Super Sailor Mercury saw him coming as she quickly uses one of her attacks.

"Shabon Spray!" Super Sailor Mercury gathers her powers to her hands as she crosses them in front of her chest and then swung them out to release an ice based attack. "Freezing!"

The snake man hisses before he screams as he gets hit with the freezing attack that literally froze him in a block of ice.

Now with the enemy in ice, Super Sailor Mercury let out a breath of relief as she believed to have won the battle.

"just what is this level of an enemy?" Super Sailor Mercury asks herself before she heard a groan and turned to see Super Sailor Jupiter getting up after receiving the reflection of her own attack. "Sailor Jupiter! Are you alright!?"

"y-yeah…I'm okay." Super Sailor Jupiter held a hand to her head and grunts a bit. "man, is that what it feels to get hit by my Supreme Thunder?" she then looks at her comrade. "but more importantly, is that guy really on ice?"

"yeah, he is." Super Sailor Mercury said as she looks at the snake man in ice. She had her Mercury Visor appear on her eyes as she scans the enemy's entire body and analyzed it. "this is beyond anything we have ever seen. It's not a being made of dark energy or anything." She held a hand to the side of her head and the visor disappears to show her perplexed face. "this creature…it's like some sort of monster."

"a monster…" Super Sailor Jupiter gets up and looks at the iced snake man and then turns to look at Super Sailor Mercury and instantly gasps in surprise. "Ami-chan! Behind you!"

"eh?" Super Sailor Mercury made a confused voice before she turns and gasps in surprise when she finds that the snake man stood behind her while smirking. "what?!"

THUD!

Super Sailor Mercury gets pushed to the ground as the snake man has his hand on her neck that clenches it in a grip hold.

"Sailor Mercury!" Super Sailor Jupiter exclaimed as she looks at the snake man with a very serious look in her eyes. "just how the hell you escaped from your ice prison?!"

"don't you know that snakes like myself can shed our skin?" the snake man hisses with his slithering tongue as he looks at the iced snake man who is revealed to be only a husked skin without life. "the moment your attack came, I shed my skin and made you think that you've caught me." he then smirks while looking down at Super Sailor Mercury who is gasping in pain while trying to get his hand off her neck but it proved to be futile because of how strong of a grip the creature has. "after all, an overconfident foe is an easy to kill prey."

"let go of her!" Super Sailor Jupiter shouted as she gathers electrical energy into a ball in her right hand that she pulls back and throws. "Sparkling Wide Pressure!"

The electrical ball flew at high speed at the snake man who merely raised his other arm up and blocked the attack that he crushed effortlessly with his claws.

"wha!?" Super Sailor Jupiter looks in shock while the snake man just grins.

"I told you that your powers are no match for mine." The snake man chuckles before his eyes glows red and he smirks widely. "see for youself!" his eyes glows brighter before they fired a red beam that hits Super Sailor Jupiter who screams in pain before falling to the ground.

"S-Sailor Jupiter!" Super Sailor Mercury cried out to her friend before gasping in pain as the snake man applied more pressure to her neck, trying to suffocate her. "agh!"

"do you really think you have enough time to worry about your friend instead of yourself?" the snake man asks as he smirks sadistically while putting his other hand to apply more power in suffocating the Mercury Sailor Warrior. "after all, I'm going to kill you first."

Ami gasps in pain as she tried to pry the snake man's hands off her neck, but as she uses more of her strength, she becomes more weaker in her futile attempt.

"that's right….just let yourself fall asleep forever." The snake man chuckles and laughs as he watched with pleasure to the sight of the Mercury Sailor Warrior's face that is slowly going unconscious. "just enjoy the darkness' embrace…"

"Sailor…..Mercury!" Sailor Jupiter screams out as the mystery man continues to choke Sailor Mercury who slowly loses conscious in the struggle for air.

"S-Sensei….' Sailor Mercury shed a tear as she felt so guilty to fail avenging the person she had lost.

"Burning! Mandala!"

From out of nowhere, blazing energy circles came raining out of nowhere as the attacks cause the snake man to let go of Super Sailor Mercury and jump away before the attack could come and hit him.

This release allowed Ami to regain her air as she breathes in heavily while also coughing heavily.

"everyone!" Sailor Jupiter cries out as their comrades made an appearance, Eternal Sailor Moon along with Super Sailor Venus and Super Sailor Mars came to help. The three got to their friend's side and faced the snake man.

"Mercury! Are you alright!?" Sailor Mars went and held up her comrade who is still coughing very terribly from the near death suffocation.

"i-I'm…-cough-..o-okay.." Sailor Mercury replied a bit weakly.

"can you stand?" Sailor Venus helps Sailor Jupiter who winced but nodded.

"be careful." The Jupiter Sailor Warrior spoke as she stood up straight and faced the snake man who had his tongue slithering out of his mouth. "this guy…isn't like any other enemies we've faced before in the past."

"who are you?!" Eternal Sailor Moon exclaimed as she wields her Eternal Moon Tiare in hand and points it at the snake man. "how dare you attack our friends in this night! In the name of the moon, I Eternal Sailor Moon shall punish you!"

The snake man hisses in annoyance as he looks annoyed.

"I thought that I could take my time in killing you Sailor Warriors one by one." The snake man hisses a few more times before smirking. "but no matter, if I can kill you all in one go. My master will definitely be pleased."

"just who do you work for!?" Super Sailor Mars exclaimed as she was ready to use one of her talismans that she held in her hands. "are you remnants of an evil society!? Or did you come to earth to invade it!?"

"remnants of an evil society? Invade earth?" the snake man said before he smirks and laughs. "do you really think that I'm sort of an alien?! Hahaha! How foolish!"

"then answer us on who are you and what is your aim!" Eternal Sailor Moon exclaimed as she got into a battle stance with her Eternal Moon Tiare. "depending on your answer, I'll personally smite you down!"

"fine then. If you really wish to know who I am…" the snake man said as he swung his claw to the side to destroy the ice that had encased his skin and sword. "My name is Andromalius. the 72th servant of Dark Solomon's Ars Goetia." He hisses while wielding his weapon back in his grasp. "the Snake Charmer, Andromalius." he smirks widely with his snake fangs showing. "I'm a Demon of darkness."

"Dark Solomon's…" Eternal Sailor Moon spoke out.

"Ars Goetia!?" Super Sailor Jupiter finishes her words.

"a demon of darkness.." Super Sailor Venus whispers.

"just what is that?" Super Sailor Mars said in confusion.

"Dark Solomon? Ars…Goetia…" Super Sailor Mercury thought of those words as she felt familiar with it. "where have I heard those words before?"

"now that you know who I am, Sailor Warriors." Andromalius hisses as he wields his sword and points its blade at the Sailor Warriors. "I believe it's time for me to complete my mission in killing you all."

"if you think you can do it, try it!" Super Sailor Venus exclaimed as she gets ready to use her attacks. "I'll skin you and turn you into a purse!"

"such overconfidence can lead to your downfall." Andromalius said as he smirks while his snake eyes slowly glows red. "hey, do you know about the Greece monster named Gorgon?"

"Gorgon? The half snake half woman monster that can turn people into stone with a look of its eyes?" Super Sailor Mars said with a confused face. "why are you asking that?"

"how about you look into my eyes and find out?" Andromalius said as he hisses and smirks widely.

"i-it can't be!" Sailor Mercury gasps before she closed her eyes shut. "everyone! Close your eyes!"

"wha!?" Sailor Moon and the others looks confused to Mercury before to Andromalius whose eyes flashes a bright red light.

"too late!" Andromalius exclaimed as his eyes fired a ray of red light at the Sailor Warriors. "Death Stone Eyes!"

"w-what's this light!?" Super Sailor Jupiter cried out as she shields herself but her entire body started to get petrified into stone. "what the?!" she screams as she became a stone statue.

"my b-body is!?" Super Sailor Venus and Super Sailor Mars followed suit as their bodies turns into stone.

"e-everyone~!" Sailor Moon tried to use her powers to prevent herself from becoming stone, but her attempts were futile as she began to turn into stone. "Aggghhh!"

"everyone!" Super Sailor Mercury cries out as she had her eyes closed and didn't turn to stone.

After a minute, Andromalius' eyes stops flashing the red light as the snake man hisses and smirks to see that all the Sailor Warriors except Ami had turned into stone statues.

"yes, this will very much do." Andromalius smirks while chuckling as he sees the statues that he approached and touched. "I believed my master would find enjoyment having their statues as a collection of his." He chuckles and turns to look at Super Sailor Mercury who is the only one left. "but a collection can only be one if they have the full set, right?"

'just what is this monster!?' Ami looks wide eyes at Andromalius who is approaching her while grasping his claws that are growing larger and sharper. 'this being is beyond anything we've ever faced in the past!'

"what's wrong? Life flashing before your very eyes?" Andromalius asks as he proceeded to kick Sailor Mercury to the side. "or are you too afraid to even do anything?"

Ami grunted in pain from the kick as she slowly gets up on her feet while holding her injured right hand.

"Mercury! Aqua!" Sailor Mercury was about to use one of her attacks against Andromalius whose eyes flashes red and this cause the sailor warrior to stop her attack and close her eyes, believing that her foe was going to use his petrification ray at her, but it was a feint.

"Shaaa~!" Andromalius went and delivered a strong kick strike that sends Sailor Mercury to the ground.

"agghh!" the blue sailor warrior screams in pain as she got dragged to the dirt before stopping. She hissed in pain as the kick was more stronger than the last one.

"hahahahaha! You humans are pathetic! Being scared from a feint attack!" Andromalius laughs as he went and grabbed Sailor Mercury by the collar of her uniform and then pulls her off the ground. The young woman grunted in pain as she grasped hold of the snake man's claws while still keeping her eyes close, in fear of the petrification beam. "come on~! Try to fight me with your eyes open! Come on!"

'everyone has been turned into stone and I can't fight this monster without opening my eyes! How should i!?' Sailor Mercury tried to think of a plan to fight Andromalius but she gasps in pain when the snake man grabbed the side of her waist and grips it hard to the point she screams. "aggghhh!"

"that's right! More! Scream in pain more!" Andromalius exclaimed as he smirks widely while opening his mouth wide to show his large venomous snake fangs. "it'll excite me even more!"

'i-I can't win against him! I can't!' Sailor Mercury cried in pained tears as she was surely going to be killed by her foe. 'even after all these years…I'm still…I'm still so weak! I couldn't save my friends…I couldn't save Suichirou-sensei!"

"die! Sailor Mercury!" Andromalius opens his mouth wider and lunges his head at Sailor Mercury's face, planning to bite and inject her body with his venom.

Super Sailor Mercury could only accept the incoming death, but that didn't come at all when she felt a quick breeze passing the right side of her head and the pained scream of Andromalius that is heard into her ears.

"eh?" Ami felt confused as to what was happening, the Mercury Sailor Warrior felt Andromalius' grip on her was gone as she fell down but was caught in someone's embrace. "wha?"

Being confused as to the situation, Sailor Mercury slowly opens her eyes and sees Andromalius a few feet away with his head in the dirt. The Sailor Warrior of Mercury then tilts her head up to look at who was holding her. the princess of Mercury believing it to be an ally like Tuxedo Mask, but she was proven wrong when she finds that she was held in the arms of a sky blue armored knight. The armored figure having a white cape attached to his shoulder pads and a noticeably interesting looking knuckle brace on the right hand that has a blue gem in it.

"wha?" Super Sailor Mercury looks confused to the scene as she stares at the knight. "y-you are?"

The knight turns his head to look at Sailor Mercury as he nodded to her once before he went and helped her get up to her feet.

Ami looks at the knight for a moment, the girl seeming to feel a somewhat familiar feeling coming from the stranger who saved her.

'what is this feeling? Why does it feel like I know him and yet…' Ami thought while gazing at the knight who stares back at her but quickly turns and got in front of her to face Andromalius who arises from the dirt.

"you again?!" the snake man said while repeatedly tasting the air with his snake tongue. He hisses and then held up his arms with his nails growing into claws. "no matter.." his eyes then flashes red as he is activating his Death Stone Eyes. "I'll just turn you to stone like the rest of them!"

"close your eyes!" Super Sailor Mercury cried out to the knight who didn't heed her word and just faced Andromalius.

The light of the Death Stone Eyes linger for a minute before it died down as Andromalius cackles before he gasps in surprise as he sees that the armored knight stood in his place and seeming unfazed as he went and got into a battle stance.

"i-impossible! My Death Stone Eyes didn't petrify you!?" Andromalius exclaimed and his voice made Super Sailor Mercury opened her surprised eyes that looks at the knight. "even with your armor, you still should've felt the effect of my attack!"

"y-you're unaffected by his attack?!" Super Sailor Mercury gasps in surprise.

The knight faces Andromalius in his battle stance before he squatted a bit and then rushes straight for the snake man who got ready.

"if my eyes won't affect you, how about my venomous claws!?" Andromalius exclaimed as he held up his hands and sharp purple claws grew out of his fingers. He then rushes at the knight. "time to die~!"

A battle begun as the knight faces Andromalius in a close quarter combat. The mysterious armored stranger uses his cape in swiping and then confusing the snake man who gets a few punches to the face before a strong kick to the chest.

"damn you!" Andromalius staggered back as he held a claw to his kicked chest, he hisses angrily before he grew a long rattle snake tail on the bottom of his back that has spikes. He then spins and swings the grown appendage at the knight. "eat this!"

"look out!" Ami cried out to the knight who didn't evade the attack but caught it.

The armored knight grasps his hold on the spiked tail before he proceeded to grip it very hard and then began to swing it around with Andromalius at the end.

"h-hey! Let me go!" the snake man screams out as he was swung around with his tail before the knight proceeded to slam the tail down to the ground with the owner following along with. "aggh!"

Super Sailor Mercury looks in surprise as the knight is taking on the enemy that had petrified her comrades and overpowered her with ease.

"who is this person?" the Mercury Sailor Warrior asks herself as she watches the knight face Andromalius who slowly regains his bearings.

"you bastard! You dare make fun of me!?" Andromalius exclaimed before his body began to grow and his form slowly changes into that of a giant mutated cobra snake that had smaller snakes growing around its body. "I'll eat you whole for that!"

"w-what in the world!?" Super Sailor Mercury gasps while the knight quickly came to her side. "he mutated!?"

"stay behind me, Mizuno-kun." The armored knight told Super Sailor Mercury who made a surprised noise to hear his voice.

'this voice…it's…' Ami looks at the knight with wide eyes as she soon saw a visage of Suichirou that overlaps with the knight. 'Suichirou Sensei!?'

"DIEE~!" Andromalius screams as he hisses loudly while lunging straight at the knight who swung his arms out.

"may the fury of the stars be upon you!" the knight exclaimed as he slams his hands together to make a loud hand clap before he pulls them apart to create a shining star in between his palm. "let them vanish the evil from ever existing!" the star in his grasps soon shines brightly before multiplying as it was held in a stance before being shoved forward and becomes countless shooting stars. "Stardust Storm!"

Dozens of shining stars came bombarding in as they barraged Andromalius who screams in pain.

"you bastard! I'll get back at you! I'll kill you no matter what!" Andromalius shouted out in pain before he screams as his entire body disintegrates into dust in matter of seconds. "agghhh~!"

After the attack was over, the knight stood up straight and looks at the dust that was once Andromalius, just blows from the passing night's breeze.

"with just that one attack…" Super Sailor Mercury whispers in surprise before she looks at the knight who turns to her. "you…" she looks at her savior for a moment before she approaches him. "you….are you Suichirou-sensei?"

The knight was silent at first before he nodded as the faceplate of his helmet slides open to reveal Suichirou behind it. The man smiling and nodded his head again.

"yeah. It's me, Mizuno-kun." Suichirou said before he made a surprised noise when Ami suddenly hugs him while in tears. "M-Mizuno-kun?"

"I'm so glad! I'm so glad that you're alright, Sensei~!" the Mercury princess cries in tears as she was so glad to meet her teacher again. "when that accident occurred, I thought you were gone! I thought! I thought…!"

Hearing her cries, Suichirou could only sigh softly with a small smile as he proceeded to pat and caress her back gently.

"I'm sorry for worrying you." Suichirou said. "I truly am."

After a moment of comforting, Ami stops crying and faces Suichirou.

"Sensei, just what had happened to you?" Ami asks while wiping away the tears from her eyes. "and why are you wearing an armor like this?" she looks at the armor on the man's body. She takes his hands and inspects the armor plating on it then the knuckle brace on his right hand. "just what had happened during the accident?" she looks back to her teacher. "and Andromalius said you again. Does this mean that you fought him before!?"

"I would love to answer all your questions, Mizuno-kun. but now is not the right time." Suichirou said as he pulls his hand back. "right now, I need to be somewhere as I only came here to fend off one of Dark Solomon's demons."

"where do you need to be?" Mizuno asks before she looks worried. "and Sugoroku-sensei! He asks us to find you and we did! We need to tell Sugoroku-sensei about your wellbeing and!"

"I know, but that will come in due time." Suichirou said before he turns and sees that all the petrified Sailor Warriors were slowly returning normal. "right now, I need to go." He turns back to Ami. "I promise you that you will have all the answers to your questions, but it will have to wait." The face plate of his helmet slides close and the knight nods his head. "for now, you can ask for the answers from my father once he is well."

"eh?" Super Sailor Mercury made a confused noise before she gasps in surprise when Suichirou suddenly jumps high into the air and lands to the rooftop of a nearby building with ease. "S-Sensei!"

"tend to your comrades, Mizuno-kun!" Suichirou exclaimed before he waves his cape to the side and walks away. "I'll meet you again once I come back to the university!"

"Sensei!" Super Sailor Mercury tries to stop him from leaving, but the knight was gone from her sight in mere seconds. "Sensei.."

Ami had dozens of questions instantly bombarding her mind as she really wanted the answers from the professor who had left, but she put that aside when she heard some groans of pain from the side. the Mercury princess turns and finds that all her friends are no longer petrified stones, their transformations were undone as they lied on the ground, unconscious yet slowly waking up.

"everyone.." Ami looks at her friends for a moment before she turns to look at where Suichirou had disappeared off to. "Sensei…"

Meanwhile, in a dark room that is located in a different dimension.

A figure is found sitting on a fancy chair as this person is shadowed and the appearance could only outline a man's physical appearance.

The shadowed figure sat in silence before making a noise and looks upon a crystal mirror that appears in front and shows the visage of Andromalius who screams in pain before vanishing.

"ho~? Andromalius was killed in action, was he?" the figure asks before chuckling as he held up a hand that has a crystal shard appearing in his grasp, the object showing the pained shadowed expression of Andromalius in it before dissapearing. "seems that he had underestimated his opponent."

"he was the weakest among us" 'what a laugh! He said that he could finish the mission with ease!" "yet he only got himself killed!" "hahahahaha! That snake brat was weak!"

Dozens of voice are heard echoing in the darkness of the room as dozens of glowing devilish eyes appears and the shadowed figure wasn't alone.

"now, calm down. I believe we should respect Andromalius' efforts in his mission." The figure spoke as the crystal mirror shows Ami along with the other Sailor Warriors who were looking confused after recovering from their petrification. "after all, he helped us find the host of the Silver Crystal power."

The shadowed figure then claps his hands twice as this made the crystal mirror grow large and multiply to show the appearance of all five Sailor Warriors in each one.

"with our Master's awakening at hand, it is only appropriate we prepare for his return and serve him his enemies upon a silver platter." The shadowed figure spoke while chuckling.

"you say that we should prepare for our master, when our Master himself told us to prepare countermeasures against his ancient foes."

A single voice different from the rest spoke as the shadowed figure turns his head to the side and sees another shadowed figure approaching the crystal mirror. The footsteps sounded heavy and metallic as they are coming closer and closer by the passing second.

"That is true, but we can always dispose of them since they only exist in the form of their reincarnation or descendants." The first figure spoke while turning to look at the crystal mirrors that combined into one and showed the image of Suichirou in his armor. "right now, let's prepare plans to get rid of all our enemies in one swoop." The figure then turns to the other one. "I'm counting on you to dispose of them, Dark Knight."

The second shadowed figure reveals himself from the shadows as it is a fully armored black knight whose armor designs shows that of a dinosaur while having a blood red and nearly tattered cape on the back.

"if that is my mission, then so be it." The dark knight spoke before a pair of glowing red eyes appears under the helmet's visor.
