Author's Note: For those who know me know that I absolutely hate the scene where Tony and Kathleen are making out on the couch. in fact it is my most hated scene of the whole series. And I hate how Angela just seems okay with it. IMO she should have been way more upset than the show let her. So in this story ANGRY ANGELA comes out and lets Tony have it!

Angela couldn't believe what she was seeing.
There right in front of her-on the couch-on her couch in her house Tony and Kathleen were making out! She felt the bile travel up from her stomach to her throat and she quickly and quietly closed the door and collapsed on the bench and put her head between her knees and breathed deeply. She felt like she was going to be sick. She wasn't naive. She knew that since they were dating they were having sex-hell that was what had started this whole mess in the first place- but at least if they were at Kathleen's she could handle it. She didn't like it but she could handle it. But, now Tony had the nerve and audacity to bring her here?! Into her home?! She couldn't believe he would be that insensitive to her feelings. Did he think she wouldn't be coming home anytime soon?
She raised her head and stood up. She knew she couldn't stay out here forever. Hell, there was no reason for her to. This was her house after all. With renewed determination she opened the door and slammed it behind her. She almost laughed watching Tony and Kathleen jump apart as if they had been caught doing something wrong. That was when she noticed Kathleen slipping on her shoes. She couldn't believe that Kathleen had had her shoes off in her house and had her feet on her couch! It wasn't that she minded it when someone put their feet on the couch. She remembered a few times that Bonnie or one of Tony's friends from Brooklyn would put their feet on the couch and she was fine with it. Although Tony would always yell at his friends to get their dirty, stinky feet off the couch. But this was her couch. This was the family couch. The fact that she-Kathleen- of all people felt comfortable enough to take her shoes off shook her to the core.
"Angela! Hi! Ummm we didn't see you there." Tony stammered.
'Gee I wonder why?!'
"Well I better go. It was nice to see you Angela." Kathleen smiled and kissed Tony on the cheek.
"You too Kathleen." Angela smiled back although Kathleen's smile was genuine Angela's was anything but. Kathleen didn't notice however- but Tony sure did. Kathleen left and Angela and Tony stood there staring at each other.
"So did you and Kathleen have a nice afternoon?" Angela asked with forced politeness.
"Ummm yeah, we were going over next semester's classes."
"Oh really? Is that what they're calling it now?!" Angela snapped.
"AH OH Angela! What's with you?!"
"What's with me?!"
"Yeah, I mean you seem upset. Did you and Peter have a fight? Is it work? Come on, talk to me." he pleaded.
'Talk to him?! Hell, that is exactly what she should do!'
"Okay, Tony, you want me to talk to you?"
"Yeah, what's going on?" he looked at her so sincerely that if it had been any other time she would have fallen into his arms. But not now. Not after she had just caught him making out with another woman. The woman that he had thrown in between them. The woman that he had chosen over her-over their relationship and everything they had been working towards.
She had been hurt and shocked when she had found out that they had slept together in the hotel room she had suggested the study group go to in order to maintain some peace in the house. She never thought of course that Tony and Kathleen would end up staying the rest of the night screwing each other! But then she had rationalized that they were both under a lot of pressure from their exams and it was probably a physical release for both of them. In a way she could understand if that had all it had been. But, when Tony told her that he didn't know if it was over with Kathleen she felt like someone had punched her in the stomach.
She had been hurt. Then shocked. But, now she was angry. So damn angry.
"Okay Tony. I'll talk to you. "
"Good. Come on! Let the floodgates open!" he smiled.
"I want to know how the hell you can bring Kathleen here? Into my house and make out with her on my couch?!" Angela yelled, her face turning bright red.
Tony was taken aback from the anger in her voice. He knew of course that she was hurt over what he had done but he thought they had gotten past it. They were both dating other people as she had suggested. What was it she had said? Oh that's right: explore their options and broaden their horizons.
"Well Angela Kathleen and I are dating."
"You don't think I know that?! You don't think I'm reminded of it every time you go out with her or spend the night at her place?! But to walk into my house and see the two of you pawing at each other…. " she couldn't go on, she was too upset.
"Whoa hold on! We were not pawing at each other!" Tony yelled back.
"Oh please. Tell me the truth Tony. if I hadn't come in when I did would the two of you be up in your room right now screwing each other's brains out?!" her eyes flashed.
Tony couldn't believe what she had just said to him. How could she think for even one second he would do something like that? Okay he could understand her anger over seeing him kissing Kathleen on the couch but this was on a whole other level.
He took a couple of deep breaths to calm himself. "Angela, how could you ever think I would do something like that?! First of all this is where I work. And second of all, my daughter lives here!"
"Sam is in New Mexico and when she comes back to go to Ridgemont she is going to live in the dorm." Angela reminded him.
"Okay fine! Jonathan is living here . But Angela, come on! You know me better than that!"
"I thought I did. I really did. And before all this happened I never in a million years would have believed it. But now.." she felt the bile in her throat again and ran to the downstairs bathroom. She opened and slammed the door behind her and threw up into the toilet. She flushed the toilet then washed her hands and then rinsed her mouth out. She felt tears streaming down her cheeks and grabbed some toilet tissue and wiped her eyes. After a few moments she opened the door and saw Tony on the other side, his eyes filled with concern and worry.
"Angela, are you okay? Can I make you some tea?"
"I don't want any damn tea!" Angela snapped and pushed past him and walked back into the living room. Tony followed after her.
"Okay. What do you want then? Come on, I'll do anything!"
"I want to know how the hell you could do it Tony?!"
"Do what?"
"Have sex with another woman? And then tell me when I found out that you didn't know if it was over with her?!"
"Angela I.."
"I mean what about Jamaica Tony?! You remember Jamaica don't you? When you basically asked me to wait for you until you figured out your major. We were on the road to somewhere Tony and you knew it! But you screwed everything up the second you screwed Kathleen in that hotel room! We wouldn't be in this situation right now if you had only kept it in your fucking pants!" she screamed at him.
Once again Tony was taken aback. He had never heard her talk like that or seen her this angry. Of course she had been angry in the past. The time he had her jaguar painted red instead of sandalwood and the time she had yelled at Sam to go to her room amidst the Chad McCann fiasco both sprung to mind. But, this..this was much deeper.
"Angela, I never..I mean I thought you were okay with everything."
"Well you were wrong Tony! So damn wrong! I am not okay with it!"
"Then please tell me what I can say or do."
Angela wiped her eyes. "That's just the thing. There isn't anything you can say or do. There isn't anything I can say or do. I mean I'm not your girlfriend or your wife. I can't order you to stop seeing her. But, Tony, you need to understand that you broke me. You broke me." she took a few deep shuddering breaths.
Tony felt his eyes well up. He knew of course that he had hurt her. But, until now he had no idea how much.
"Angela, I'm so sorry. If I could go back…"
"But, you can't."
"I know."
They both stared at each other for a few moments each lost in their own thoughts.
"So where do we go from here?" Tony asked quietly.
"I'm not sure. All I know is that right now I can't be in the same room with you."
"Oh, okay. I understand. But.."
"But what?"
"Well I was planning on calling Sam and I know she would love to hear from you. But, if you're not up to it."
"I would love to talk to Sam. " Angela said quietly.
"Okay, I'll call her then."
Angela nodded and went into the kitchen while Tony dialed the number of the health spa Sam was working at. After a few rings she picked up.
"Hi Sam!" Tony said, his voice higher than usual.
"Hi honey! I'm here too!" Angela said her voice matching his.
They both listened as Sam told them about New Mexico and her plans for her future.
