Prologue: The Legend of the Outlaw, The Wild Card, The Joker... Izuku Midoriya! (Title in Progress)
Gather around, let me tell you the story of the man that is hated by the god of failure, the man who is perfect and never fails. His deed are too many to count, but always for the benefit of the ones in need. A modern Robin Hood, stealing from the rich and helping the poor, this is the legend of Izuku Midoriya.
Years ago, long before the heroes of today like Dynamight and Shoto, there was a capeless hero. The governments of the world called him a villain, the civilians called him Saviour. He called himself, an Outlaw. He...
"Agh..." Toga Himiko groaned as she ran into a writer block. She had been trying to write a biography on her long dead captain for a couple of months now, since the holiday celebrating his memory was quick approaching.
She was wearing a pink skirt, a beige sweater with a white blouse under, her hair was made into two buns, and she had round glasses.
His memory and image were made into movies, tv shows, comics, but it was never made into an actual biography, made by a crewmate of his. And Toga, being a renowned author and one of the first members that were rescued by Izuku, that contributed into the formation of the Jellyfish Pirates, Touya encouraged her into writing it.
But she can't figure out, where to start! She wants this to be perfect! Izuku, her captain deserves his biography to be flawless, from start to finish, every single detail covered just how it happened.
Which is hard or maybe impossible even, with Izuku gone, Chizome gone... In just 4 months, the day celebrating Izuku's sacrifice will take place... and here she is... failing.
The door to her office open, and she lives alone with her cats, so it should be one of her former crewmates "Hey, Touya said you are writing a book about Izuku." Toga hummed as Tenko Shimura sat on a nearby couch "How is it going?"
He was wearing jeans, a black trench coat, red shoes a black sleeveless shirt and his hair was white and long. (A/N: He still has the scars.)
Tenko, the second person who joined the crew, just behind Touya, she joining after him. She sighed "I have some chapters written already, but they are a mess. I haven't even written the first one."
Tenko hummed "Yeah, we figured you might need some help. That man was all over the place after all." He smirked as he pulled a diary from his coat as Toga eyed it "Searching the NekoShip, we found this."
Toga stood up and walked to it as Tenko handed it to her and she opened it "We think it might be some journal. I was going to open it, but April insisted that you should have a look first."
Toga slowly grinned as she read through the pages "It is a journal... it even talks a bit about his childhood!" She hugged Tenko who smiled "Thanks! This will help a lot!"
Tenko chuckled as she stood up and rushed to her desk, where her laptop was "Say Toga, I know you wanted to do this for a while, but don't stress yourself over every single thing. No one, not even him, was perfect."
Toga stopped typing and frowned "I know that... but, I have to try, right?"
Tenko hummed as he saw the picture of Izuku, in his late 20s, hugging him, Touya and Toga, when they were children as Chizome took the picture. (A/N: Izuku is dressed just like Johnny of Guilty Gear.)
"He didn't try." Tenko said "He just did things, went with the flow and things work out just great. So, if you want to try and imitate him in that sense, go with the flow and sooner rather than later, the book will be done."
Toga nodded slowly as she looked at the journal "I see... can you check that there are more journals at the NekoShip? I doubt that his whole life is written here."
Tenko nodded as he stood up "Sure, just don't work yourself to the bone."
Toga nodded "I'll try."
As she continues writing, now at least she had a way to start. So, she wrote down; Chapter 1: A Good Gamble
