Michael, Sam, Julie and Catherine Emerson have just moved to Santa Carla, California with their divorced mom, Lucy. They soon discover its secret, which is a vampire gang lead by a vampire with a mullet named David. When Julie and Catherine meet the punk vampires, Julie forms a strong bond with the blond charismatic leader.
