Character's Watch Midoriya's New Family

(Author's Notes: Hey everyone! How are you all doing? I hope all of you are doing well during the Fall Season!
Before I do or say anything else, I want to give praise and honor to the Lord. Thank you Lord for looking after me, my family, my friends and those that need you. I ask you please Jesus to continue to guide all of us, guard us and strengthen us to endure the craziness that is still flowing in this world. May your Word, Will and Ways flow through all of us strongly and surely! Thank you God for everything, and I will do my best to become a better servant to you!
This special is a birthday present for a dear friend of mine here on this site, Author ReximusProductionsYT. He used to go by SaurusRock625, but decided to change it. He has been a faithful and loyal follower of my Disney/Toho works, and when he made this request… well, only fitting to honor it since I consider him a best friend. He wanted to have the cannon characters from the anime My Hero Academia to see his story, which you can find here called Midoriya's New Family.
But the thing is… I have very little knowledge on the characters that come from the anime series & the ones that are in his story!
The truth of the matter is that I have only seen clips of the series, and only a little bit of the very early manga itself. It doesn't appeal to me like the old-school ones like Tenchi Muyo, Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT and the like. But since this is for him, will do as best I can and get the information that is needed to study the characters.
So my friend, I hope you like this one here! Also, I based the cinema theater building off of the one here in San Antonio that I go to for big movies to see. It is the Casablanca Theater that is owned by Santikos. I really hope and pray that movie theaters get packed in and popular like they were before this COVID-19 nightmare, and also that movies become good once more instead of being rare.
My Hero Academia was created originally as a manga by Kōhei Horikoshi, published by Shueisha, Inc. It started in July 2014 in the Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine by Jump Comics, English Publisher being Northern America: Viz Media, LLC. The anime is directed by Kenji Nagasaki, Tomo Ōkubo and Masahiro Mukai. The Producers are actually too numerous to mention here. Written by Yōsuke Kuroda, studio who created it is Bones Inc. Licensing is by CrunchyRoll & South Asia/Southeast Asia: Medialink Group Limited. Aired on Adult Swim: Toonami in the United States.
Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo was created originally as a manga by Yoshio Sawai, published by Shueisha, Inc. It started in February 2001 in the Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine by Jump Comics, English Publisher being Northern America: Viz Media, LLC. The anime was directed by Hiroki Shibata, written by Yoshiro Urasawa. Studio who created it was Toei Animation Co., Ltd, licensed by Northern America: Discotek Media. Aired on Cartoon Network: Toonami in the U.S. in November 2003.
Fairy Tail was created originally as a manga by Hiro Mashima, published by Kodansha Ltd. It started in August 2006 in the in the Weekly Shōnen Magazine by Shōnen Magazine Comics, English Publisher being Northern America: Kodansha USA Publishing, LLC. The anime is directed by Shinji Ishihira, producers too numerous to mention. Written by Masashi Sogo, studio who created it is A-1 Pictures, Inc., along with numerous other media companies. Licensed by Crunchyroll & South Asia/Southeast Asia: Muse Communication Co., Ltd. Aired on Funimation network in the U.S. on October 2009.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars was created by George Lucas. Executive Producers are George Lucas, Catherine Winder and Dave Filoni. Producers are Cary Silver and Caroline Kermel. The Production Companies are Lucasfilm Ltd. LLC & Lucasfilm Animation Ltd. LLC. It aired on Cartoon Network in October 2008.
Bakugan Battle Brawlers is originally a toy franchise, now an anime series. It is directed by Mitsuo Hashimoto, produced by Joyce Miller and Junji Aoki. The studio that created this are Sega Toys Co., Ltd, Spin Master Corp., Nelvana Enterprises Inc., and finally TMS Entertainment Co., Ltd. Licensed by Northern America: Nelvana Limited, originally aired on Cartoon Network in the U.S. in Feburary 2008.

The date is November 15th 2023, the time is 9:45 a.m., and location is Downtown Toon Town. The city had changed drastically over the past years. New arrivals had come to the city, but it was mostly citizens from various older series from various worlds/dimensions/eras/universes. You see, many did not take too kindly to the creators/directors/producers/writers in the real world that had started into getting into the trend of rebooting/remaking them. Especially changing their characters in drastic ways.
So while the rebooted/remade ones now lived in their respective worlds/realms, the original ones decided to cut themselves free from their current situations. So they packed up and left their homes, migrating over to Toon Town to start anew & live their lives how they were originally made.
The mayor Peg Pete and her staff certainly had their hands full in order to accommodate the arriving characters from older timelines/shows/series, but they managed to accomplish such a task with help from Miss Sara Bellum, who had experience when it came to duties like so. They even accepted live-action TV series that had been cancelled in the past, though now they lived as 2D characters in the animated world.
So new outlet stores were open, and many other stores gained new employees who were eager to work. Among the new establishments that was built was a movie theater called ReximusProductionsYT Cinema Sensation. It was built to be similar to a historic building that is in the real world located in Washington D.C., the Uptown Theater. Said theater closed down in March 2020. Due to its rich history and services, it was put on the National Register of Historic Places in 2022.
The Author who built and named the place himself had modified it so that it would show seven IMAX-sized screens. Each screen was 59 by 79 feet, and also played various movies from different time eras & worlds! So one could go there and see a fully restored film of Singing in the Rain from 1952 all the way to the 2023 Disney live action film The Haunted Mansion! This also included movies and specials made for TV, though it depended on the schedule of the theater & the choices put forth by its owner.
The theater also boasted some other forms of entertainment that could keep patrons busy while they wait for their feature film to start, or simply wanted to play there. It had a bowling alley, a large arcade area where the patrons could play various classic/vintage & modern games with tokens, a bar that served all kinds of drinks though checking ID age was STRICTLY enforced & also a concession stand that served a variety of food! They served soft drinks, tea, sports drinks, and water. And also served candy, hot dogs, pizza, chicken strips and pretzels! They even had a small ice cream station right in the middle of the building!
There was also a new feature to the city, which was the Portal Grand Station! The one who created it was LORD DESTRYUK and his OC creations. They had modeled it after the real-world Grand Central Terminal that was in located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, but modified it moderately. The place was designed to relocate portals that would open from any realm in the multi & mega-verse. It would send the portal there to the station, and also be available to send the beings back home to their own realm/dimension/world/universe.
It was built as a security measure; when the great migration came from other worlds to Toon Town, it created some problems from the over-flux of various characters. So Peg Pete had summoned LORD DESTRYUK and his OC Empire to see if they could solve the problem, which they did. The portals would no longer appear at random, and also would regulate the flow of incoming visitors or those who wished to make a new life in the animated world.
Only Authors could create portals anywhere they wished, but even then they had to be registered first with Mayor Peg Pete.
A portal flashed into existence within the PGS, one that was in a section dubbed Anime Avenue. It was a section of the establishment that hosted incoming & outgoing anime & Jap-animation beings. There were several area of the Station; Cartoon Corridor, Live-Action Sector, Video/Arcade Game Venue, Stop-Motion Midway, CGI Crest & finally Unorthodox Stop. They had a special portal for truly gigantic beings called the Gigantic Station, which ended up in the sea coat that was far from the mainland. It is there that the beasts would come to the realm, and they would be asked if they would to visit the mainland at a more manageable level or stay their current size but be limited to areas that was not populated.
The portal was blue-white in color, swirling like a whirlpool. And stepping forth were the students of Class 1-A from the anime world My Hero Academia! Coming out one by one were the students as follows:
Tenya Iida - Class Representative, Momo Yaoyorozu - Class Vice Representative, Ochaco Uraraka, Katsuki Bakugo, Yuga Aoyama, Mina Ashido, Tsuyu Asui, Mashirao Ojiro, Denki Kaminari, Eijiro Kirishima, Koji Koda, Rikido Sato, Mezo Shoji, Kyoka Jiro, Hanta Sero, Fumikage Tokoyami/Dark Shadow, Shoto Todoroki, Toru Hagakure and Minoru Mineta! They were in their civilian outfits, not in their Hero personas.
Uraraka looked around in wonder and exclaimed, "Oh wow! We are finally here! We're finally at the legendary Toon Town!".
Momo Yaoyorozu put in, "Yup! Author ReximusProductionsYT did say that this place was incredible, and I cannot wait to check it out!". It was put forth by agreements from the other students, as they were seeing other characters around from the past all the way to the present. At any given day, the station was filled with all kinds of activity, so one could meet any being from any kind of movie/series/specials! And today was no different.
You see, the characters had seen the Disney/Toho Music Video Awards on Pay-Per-View and had been fascinated on what they had seen. They had also seen some of the Disney/Toho specials such as the Spring Break party one thrown by Author DRAGONDAVE45! And the stories told by their Author friend had caught their interest as well, and now that they were here in a completely different animated universe… they were now itching to see more!
A flash of light came from behind them and a strong male voice called out, "Just remember that we are here on a field trip. We can sight-see and look around AFTER we see something that ReximusProductionsYT called us over here to see.".
The students turned around to see appearing behind them were the teachers of the academy they were attending. The one who spoke was Toshinori Yagi, A.K.A. All Might, and he was in his pumped up form. He was given the ability to stay in his form for much longer periods of time thanks to Author ReximusProductionsYT using his unique influence like so. However, it was regulated only to work when in the Toon Town realm.
Following him were other teacher heroes of the world they came from; Shota Aizawa A.K.A. Pro Hero: Eraserhead, Principal Nezu, Nemuri Kayama A.K.A. The R-Rated Heroine: Midnight & Present Mic. Nemuri was wearing a civilian outfit, but one that still showed off her luscious curves and flair that had many a man in the station turn to stare at her. And also a resounding amount of slaps that came from girlfriends/wives who gave said slaps to their men for doing so.
Shota looked around the place and stated in his usual tone, "I have to admit, this place looks quite lively. No wonder many Toho residents often talk about this place.".
Principal Nezu added in, "Yes indeed. And I believe once we see the outside of the building complex, it will amaze us even more.". Normally, one would really be taken back at seeing a talking animal… especially one wearing a formal suit and large dark orange sneakers like so. But when in a place like Toon Town, such a sight was common.
Toshinori spoke up in a slight sad tone, "It is a shame that Izuku and his mother could not come. I wonder what was so important that he could not come with us…?".
The other students looked a bit down as well upon hearing that. All-Might was talking about Izuku Midoriya. He was also known as Deku, one of the main heroes of the anime world they came from. He was someone born Quirkless, which meant he was born without a super-power. He had dreamed of being a hero like his role model/idol All-Might, but sadly it seemed that he was destined to be a civilian. People often scold those who are Quirkless when they act heroic even though they do not have powers, saying that they should leave it to the professional, government-registered heroes.
Being Quirkless meant being looked down upon by others who had powers, enduring prejudice, mockery and pity.
But Fate smiled on Izuku, who bravely stepped in to save someone's life from a Super fight, even though he did not have any superpowers. This action was recognized by All-Might, so actually bestowed his own power to him! And thus Izuku Midoriya became the hero known as Deku, and started to gradually become a hero that everyone started to look to!
When they received the invitation from Author ReximusProductionsYT to come to Toon Town for a special surprise today since it was his birthday, a viewing of a movie that he promised would blow their minds, they accepted it quickly. It was due to the fact that the Author promised to return them back to the exact time to when they left, so their absence would not be missed by the residents of their own world.
However, Izuku was nowhere to be found when they received the invitation, and they all received a text message from him saying that he had something very important to do with his mother Inko Midoriya. This did bum the others out, thinking that he would be missing something grand.
But how quickly they would be surprised later on!
The group soon started to leave the terminal, seeing various cartoon/game/tv/movie characters coming in and out. While anime and Japanimation was big in most other countries, Western cartoon animation was big to some there. And when they emerged from the building… they gasped at seeing a sight that they had only seen through special Author Pay-Per-View events!
The stars of My Hero Academia were in awe as they saw a metropolis that was bustling and varied in a way that dwarfed their own world! They saw the legendary 1990s Animaniacs- Yakko, Wakko and Dot conversing with Baloo, Kit, Molly and Rebecca from Tale Spin! They saw Princess Amber with her saurian friend, the female Godzillasaurus known as Nolene going into an establishment that was named Rose Spooks Animal Salon where all manner of creatures were inside waiting to be served! And also saw the trio Miyako Gōtokuji, Monique Williams & Clawdeen Wolf-Rosenblatt conversing as they walked… and each of them had a Silver Dorat on their shoulders!
Silver Dorats were females of the space monster species from Toho that was universally known as Ghidorahs, and featured in one of the Disney/Toho movie specials. They could grow individually, but when together & flying in space through a cosmic storm… would they merge to become a single powerful three-headed dragon known as Queen Ghidorah!
Monique had named her female Dorat Dominique, Miyako naming her cute Silver Dorat Setsuko & Clawdeen naming hers Jeanna.
There was many things to take in, and the visitors from the anime world were very much speechless. Mina Ashido smiled brightly and exclaimed in an excited tone, "Oh wow! Just look at it all! I was afraid I would stand out due to my looks, but I feel at home here!".
Katsuki Bakugo merely smirked and stated in an arrogant tone, "Heh, not too bad. I wonder if they have any strong opponents I can fight so I can prove myself the better!".
A voice called out to them from above, "Hey there!". They all looked up, and were very much stunned to see that calling out to them was Hercules! He was riding on his faithful steed Pegasus, and on the flying horses' back was Megara and Philoctetes a.k.a Phil. It seemed that Meg managed to control her fear of heights, but still looked a bit nervous.
All-Might waved to him and exclaimed, "Hey there back! Who are you?".
Pegasus landed a bit of a distance from the guests to their realm, Hercules getting off his trusty friend while helping his beloved & beautiful wife off. Phil managed to get off on his own, looking at the group. He had a look of skepticism on his face as he walked over to them and commented in his usual sarcastic tone, "Oh you got to be kidding me! Old Rexy said you all are heroes, but… hahahahaha! All I see is a bunch of squirts!".
All of the students frowned at the dismissive statement from someone that was slightly larger than a soccer ball. Before any of the more hot-headed students could retaliate, Present Mic got between them and spoke quickly, "Oh, I assure you my goaty friend, these students are so much more than meets the eye!". Phil rose an eyebrow at the tall, slim blonde-haired man who was acting more like a radio host for the time being.
Hercules coughed a little to get everyone's attention, looking to All-Might and spoke, "Sorry about my teacher Phil here. My name is Hercules Ambrosios, this is my wife Megara, and my best friend with wings is Pegasus.". The alluring beauty waved to the group, who did the same to her. Pegasus neighed and did his wing in a salute, surprising some of the students to see such flexible action from such a creature.
Nemuri Kayama looked at Phil with a raised eyebrow, a disbelieving look on her face as she commented, "You're a teacher? I thought you were some experiment gone wrong.".
Normally, Phil would take very much objection to that. But one look at the R-Rated Heroine made him adopt his so-called charming face and replied in his flirting tone, "Whoa-ho! Now you are quite the dish sweetheart! I imagine a lot of guys call you in to save their day! Hehehehe…".
Midnight now had a more annoyed look on her face, a tick mark appearing on the side of her head. She had been hit on by many a man back in her world, but this was a new one for her to be hit on by a satyr. She was very much tempted to use her whip on him, but fortunately Megara stepped in before it could escalate.
The beautiful wife of Hercules spoke in her usual confident tone, "Ignore the billy goat here. He got slapped a lot of times by the nymphs in the head.". Phil gave her a heated glare, in which she just smirked down at the hero coach.
Hercules spoke up once more, "In any case, nice to meet all of you. ReximusProductionsYT asked me to escort to where he is.".
Denki Kaminari looked to the strong Greek demigod and asked in a curious tone, "Is it far from here? And how do we get there?".
The son of Zeus and Hera smiled and answered, "It is a good distance from here, but fortunately we have something to help. Hold on a moment.". He walked over to a post that had an unusual sign; it had a white background with the dark-brown insignia of Rodan on it, and underneath the sign was a button. He pushed the button and a few moments after that… a familiar screech filled the air! It was the sound of Heisei-era Rodan!
It surprised some of the citizens, but most of them just on continuing their business like it was normal. The guests from MHA were puzzled on what was going on, looking to Hercules who pointed upwards with a smile. They all turned their gaze upward… and were stunned silly as they saw a large vehicle coming down from the sky!
It was a rich earth brown color, and looked exactly like Heisei-era Rodan! The vehicle did not have wheels, but rather turbine engines similar to that from the classic & vintage Super X vehicle. And it had twenty-five seats on the back, just enough for everyone.
Mezo Shoji exclaimed in surprise, "Whoa! What in the heck is this thing?!".
Hercules explained to them, "This is the Rodan Express Service, courtesy of the Disney/Toho group Mighty Mecha Machines. It's used mostly for large groups, especially those that like to see the city from the air. Climb in while I give it some instructions.".
The visitors from the anime universe looked at each other, shrugged their shoulders and climbed up the small steps that the vehicle provided, quickly choosing which seat so they could look down & around. While they were doing this, Hercules was at Rodan's head and giving the computer within the metal cranium the instructions on to follow him towards their final destination. The computer, in a male voice that was similar to Jaleel Ahmad White, who was a famous actor & voice actor, acknowledged the command.
Once everyone was situated aboard the craft, the stairs slid back into its metal body & a large transparent white energy dome covered the back. The voice of the vehicle came on over a speaker for all to hear, "Welcome guests to the Rodan Express Service! Our destination is the ReximusProductionsYT Cinema Sensation, so please sit back and enjoy the ride over Downtown Toon Town. Flash photography is acceptable, but be careful on where you aim at. And also, do not be a litter bug as to throw all trash in the trash can located near the exit. Have an awesome time in our city!".
Pegasus neighed as he took to the air, flapping his wings powerfully enough to take flight. The Rodan-shaped vehicle started its engines, powerful gusts of wind coming from below as it started to rise up! The students and teachers from the Hero Academy were a bit startled by the strong shockwave rocking they felt, some wondering on what fuel the ride utilized in order to start.
Hercules, Meg, Phil and Pegasus flew over the city with the unique flying vehicle flying after them.
The visitors from the anime universe were in awe as they got a prime view of Toon Town, spotting many characters down below and in the air as well. They smiled and waved to Peter Pan and Danielle 'Dani' Fenton as she was in her Phantom-form, the couple waving back. They did some acrobatic tricks and such for the students and faculty/staff members before flying off. They also saw Danny Fenton/Phantom with the alluring blonde beauty known as Dora in her human form, in her Fire Diva-form to be more precise, the flames wrapped around her body that had the males in the Rodan-shaped vehicle call out & whistle to her. This promptly got them slapped upside the head by certain females, causing Dora to giggle.
They also saw Snow White-Rhoda & her daughter Kathrin, and Kathrin's children Prince Ortwin & Princess Agace, on the back of a shrunken but still large enough Showa-era Mothra! This really blew the students and teachers away as they saw the legendary guardian of the planet Earth from the Toho universe flying with her bonded like so. The royals waved to them, welcoming them to the city before flying off. Some of the guests managed to get pictures of them, and also of the other flying members earlier.
The group also got some great aerial snapshots of parts of the city, making sure to get said pictures printed out later on back home.
In about thirty minutes, they had arrived at their destination. The MHA crew were in awe at seeing a building that looked to dwarf even their largest facility they had on campus, the craft going to the front and lowering themselves down to it. The property had a special area that was meant for large vehicles like so, giving a little alarm to warn people to stand clear for safety reasons.
When it fully landed, the transparent energy dome vanishing and the voice telling them that it was now clear for them to unbuckle their seat belt & disembark. When they were all out, Hercules called out from above, "There you go! ReximusProductionsYT is waiting for you inside! Take care everyone!". His trusted steed then flew off, Pegasus neighing strongly before really putting the speed on.
The group waved goodbye to the Disney characters until they were out of sight, then All-Might led the group towards an employee that was behind a glass wall. He was one of many that sold tickets for the shows. The young man looked to the anime guests and inquired, "Hello there, can I help you?".
All-Might answered him, "Yes, we were called here by ReximusProductionsYT. My name is Toshinori Yagi, and we would like to know if we are on a list of some kind today.".
The employee's eyes widened as his boss was mentioned, looking to a list was given to him earlier by the Author. He checked it, and on the top of the paper were big words in bold letters PEOPLE TO LET IN FREE. And indeed, his name was up there along with many other names below it, along to where there was supposed to go to. He looked back to the muscular anime man and answered, "Oh! Yes sir! You and your guests are on the VIP List, along with several others! Please go on inside! Head to the 1st floor, Movie Theater #5. And also, everything is on the house as per the boss's orders! You'll have to still put tokens in for the video game though.".
The blonde staff member nodded and smiled, the others very pleased to hear that they were VIP's and that everything was on the house. The group went in through the doors, and were in awe once more to see how much larger it was on the inside! It seemed that the Author had infused some special technology in which the insides were much bigger than what it presented on the outside.
They saw various citizens milling about the place, but that was due to school being on. It was during the times when school was out that the place was packed… and it was during the weekends when it would be close to bursting! Business was that good. But since it was a school day, the place only had adults who were off of work and such to be around.
The students saw the bowling alley, the arcade and also the special concession & ice cream stands that had them very much wanting to break free and have fun. But the teachers kept them together, wanting to make a good impression on their host. When they made it to the top floor… they were floored when they saw standing underneath a sign that was labeled #5 was Izuku & Inko Midoriya, along with the Author ReximusProductionsYT!
Ochaco Uraraka exclaimed in a tone of shock, "I-I-I-IZUKU?! What are you doing here?!". The group was still for a moment in shock that only lasted for about a few moments before they all rushed towards him. The green-haired hero looked rather flustered as he saw the large crowd of people coming to him, so he looked to Reximus for help. The Author nodded his head, snapping his fingers… and causing the group to rise up into the air, like if gravity had turned off!
This caused much confusion and such for the MHA group, many yelling at Ochaco for activating her powers. However, it was the Author who stated, "Heh, sorry but that was not her. It was me. And for the record, your unique Quirks and such are disabled. We Authors have the unique ability to disable any kind of powers or abilities from animated or live-action citizens, as long as it is warranted. Some of your powers are still active, but you Class 1-A are all disabled.".
Now this had the effect of having the jaws of the young men and women drop down in classic anime fashion, some denying it and trying to activate what made them heroes. But after some futile tries… they were in horror to see that indeed, their Quirks were very much shut off!
Inko looked to the Author and said calmly, "I think that is enough Mr. Productions. If you please let them down…". Reximus nodded towards her, using his will to let them all down slowly. Once they were all back down on terra firma, the group looked to the trio.
ReximusProductionsYT called out, "Now then, I formally greet you all to my humble theater here for this special field trip! And also, Izuku here was informed of this several weeks ago. And that is why he and his mother arrived here earlier then you lot.".
The heads turned to the hero that dubbed himself Deku, who looked rather nervous now with many eyes watching him. The Author continued on, "And this special field trip is actually to showcase to all of you a story of mine that I am still making, and that all of you are in it. Along with… certain other characters that are in it. Many call this a Character Watch, as you the characters watch as the story unfolds before your very eyes on the big screen.".
The information really had the characters looking dumbfounded now. A story… based on them… shown on a movie screen? This was a new one, even for them that had seen many kinds of odd things back in their own home world! Shoto Todoroki exclaimed, "What?! You mean you have a story/movie on us that we're not even aware of?! That is crazy!".
Izuku nervous smile soon left to form a comedic deadpan stare as he muttered, "Buddy, from what I have seen, you do not know what weird is…".
Reximus merely smirked in a way that had the group sweat nervously as he exclaimed proudly, "Oh, you want weird?! I'll give you weird! Come and meet the others, Izuku's new family!". The last three words very much pierced through the brains of the students and teachers, though they could not comprehend.
The Author exclaimed in the same tone, "EVERYONE, COME ON OUT!".
The doors to Movie Theater #5 burst open dramatically, and several characters came forth! One was a man with a muscular build like All-Might, light tan skin, dark sunglasses, a large golden spherical afro hair… and LONG black nose hairs from each nostril! He wore a blue collared button shirt, but parts of his midriff and chest showed, the skin shown what appeared to be black lines that formed tribal images of sort. He had black jeans on, finishing his attire.
The next one was a beautiful Chinese woman that was wearing a qipao, a Chinese dress imported over from Manchuria that became popular among girls during the early 20th century. Her outfit looked to be modified to allow a far wider range of movement than a normal one. She also wore white combat/boxing boots around calf-length, and a blue leotard with dark brown sheer pantyhose and a blue thong underneath with her qipao. Her outfit is blue with golden accents with a white waistband embroidered with a dragon pattern, and she had large spiked bracelets where the ring is black steel and spikes are white/chrome polished steel that were worn on both arms.
Next was a woman who wore clothing that was dual-tone green with white trim, but she was also wearing plated metal armor over her upper body. Her long black hair was done up in a bun at the base of her neck, she had almond-shaped green eyes & pale skin, and a beauty mark under her right eye.
The other newcomer was a young woman with neck-length red hair, and besides her was a teenage girl with tan skin and her hair dyed blue and orange. They both looked ready for a fight, the serious looks on their faces.
Another woman appeared; a natural beauty with porcelain skin, waist-length ginger orange hair, and hazel brown eyes. She was dressed in a long-sleeved lavender blouse with a light pink top underneath, a yellow skirt, and white boots.
The last one was a young girl who looked to be about twelve years old, give or take a few months, with pale skin and long blue hair.
All-Might looked at the newcomers in a startled/curious way, looking to the Author and asked, "Ummm… who are they?".
Reximus smirk remained as he replied, "Allow me to present Izuku's uncle. I give to you… BoBoBo!".
The muscular long-nose haired man did a pose and exclaimed, "But it's more like this… BoBoBo-Bo-Bo-BoBo!".
A soft wind just whirled by like in a Western movie with everything silent. The guests from MHA had blank looks on their faces with sweatdrops on the side. Shota Aizawa muttered in disbelief, "I… I have no words… my words have failed me..".
The Author chuckled and continued on, "Heh, it is what it is. And also, this lovely lady his is wife. May I present to you Mrs. Chun-Li Bo-Bo-BoBo!".
The group looked to the one who was practically a household name in many areas, that came from the universe of Street Fighter. The Chinese woman smiled and said, "Hello there everyone!".
Reximus continued with his presentation, "And these little ladies here are his sisters! Let me start with the older sisters. I give to you Bo-Katan, Kuvira, and Alice Gehabich! Here is the middle child, Sabine Wren. And here is the little sister, Wendy!".
Said mentioned ladies did their unique greeting to the group, Wendy hugging Izuku tightly while smiling. This again perplexed the group as the ladies came from different worlds; Wendy was from the realm known as Fairy Tail, Bo-Katan & Sabine were from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Kuvira from the world The Legend of Korra & Alice from the world of Bakugan Battle Brawlers.
Mashirao Ojiro cleared his throat and asked, "Umm… Reximus… how is it that they are even related to Izuku?". He was trying his best to be like his nature, which was of calm, dignity and nobility. But it was severely being tested to the limited thanks to the weirdness of it all.
The Author grinned turned shark-like as he answered, "You will see in due time. Now then everyone, come! There is much I wish to show you, so please follow us into the theater!". He then turned and went into Movie Theater #5, the others following with Izuku and Inko following them. The superheroes and heroines of MHA looked to All-Might for directions.
He looked to them and stated in a hesitant tone, "Well… I guess we just go in and see how all of this came to be.". They all nodded their heads, wanting some answers on something that was very much wild at this point. Little did they know it would only get wilder from there on in!
The group went into the theater as well, soon in awe at the incredible size of the room & the immense IMAX theater screen that was before them. They all saw Deku and his mom sitting in a section that would allow prime viewing of everything. Inko was on his right, BoBoBo on his left with his wife and other ladies sitting down as well. ReximusProductionsYT was situated above them, very much enjoying the situation as the grin on his face was apparent.
He gestured to the MHA crew and stated, "Come everyone! Find a section and get yourselves comfortable as the show will start in a few minutes! The chairs recline a little, and also you can call for food/drink services at the touch of a button that is located on the right armrest.".
The MHA crew quickly found a suitable aisle that was underneath Izuku and his new family, going to their seats with Ochaco & Tsuyu Asui taking seats that were directly underneath their friend. The amphibious heroine turned to Deku and inquired in a curious tone, "Hey Izuku, are these guys really your new family?".
The one who possessed the All For One Quirk smiled nervously and answered, "W-Well, apparently they are in Reximus's story. You'll have to see it to find out more. I'm still learning all about it myself.".
The lights soon dimmed down considerably, indicating that the movie was about to start. Everyone quieted down, wondering if ads or some sneak previews would come like they would in a normal theater. They were proven right as on the big screen, Reximus appeared on the IMAX-sized screen.
The Author spoke out, "Ladies and gentlemen, this is something special that you are about to witness! However, the story does contain angst elements and dramatic ones a well. So remember that this exists in an alternative timeline of sort, and it's still being ironed out. To that end, I welcome you all again to a viewing of this story titled Midoriya's New Family! So sit back, relax and enjoy the show!".
The screen went dark then, and the lights all went out. It was showtime!
In a cold and lonely apartment in Musutafu, a young man with fluffy green hair, green eyes, and four freckles in diamond patterns below each eye sat curled up with his knees against his chest. He was dressed in a long-sleeved shirt, a pair of warmups, socks, and house slippers, and the look on his face was one of great misery.
This is Izuku Midoriya, a hero student in the famous 'hell class' of UA High School, Class 1-A, and his life has taken a serious nosedive recently.
Let me give you some context.
It was the night of Izuku Midoriya's fifteenth birthday, which would normally be seen as a happy time for the lad even though it was usually just him and his mother who celebrated since his father left them as soon as he found out that Izuku was diagnosed as quirkless. Unfortunately, this was far from being a happy birthday. You want to know why? Well, it's because of a number of factors that all add into it. But we'll start with the most important part.
And that's that Izuku's mother, Inko Midoriya, was dead.
The MHA crew were perplexed when they saw the opening of the scene, many looking concerned and worried when they saw their friend like he was now. And also they found it a bit odd that Reximus was narrating the story like so
However… at hearing on what occurred, this had their eyes widen to the point that it looked like they almost jumped out of their sockets! They all looked to Izuku, who looked quite down & his mother comforting him, along with the muscular BoBoBo. It was a bit surreal to see Inko comforting her son while it was just announced that she was dead. Seeing things from an alternate universe is always tricky; from mild and acceptable… to serious and bizarre in a way that would really rack the mind!
At the forefront of their minds was this single thought, 'HOW IN THE HELL DID THIS HAPPEN!?'.
It all started on the day of the Provisional License exams. Izuku was out taking the test that he would eventually pass and receive his Provisional Hero License, and Inko had gone to the market district to do some grocery shopping. All was going well as she had gotten everything she needed for the house. But as she was making her way home, a villain attacked and started destroying everything and attacking anyone who tried to run! Which was everyone! He had a quirk that allowed him to control the magnetic fields around him which worked perfectly for turning metal into weapons, especially in some of the sadistic ways he used it to kill civilians!
Medical implants were turned into internal spears that skewered the vital organs of his victims while dental fillings, make sure to brush those teeth kids, caused people's heads to pop like big, gory balloons sending blood, bone, and brain matter everywhere! As Inko herself ran for her life, she could only turn back and watch helplessly as the Magneto wannabe sent a semi-truck flying her way…
And crushed her!
By the time the heroes showed up and stopped him, Inko was in terrible shape with broken bones, internal and external bleeding, and several ruptured organs. The heroes did have someone with a healing quirk with them at the time, but he couldn't do much for her. The most he could do was keep her alive as she was rushed to the hospital for surgery.
She didn't have the best odds of survival at the time, and both Inko and the doctors knew it. It saddened them, but they knew that the only thing they could do now was let nature run its course. But despite her normally harmless appearance, Inko Midoriya was every bit a fighter as any hero could be, and she fought her own shortened lifespan to see her son make his next big step in becoming a hero.
She managed to stay alive long enough to read his text about the Provisional Hero License exams and how he passed, as well as see the picture of her son's new provisional license. That very same night, Inko passed away in her sleep with happy tears in her eyes and a proud smile on her face. The next morning, Izuku had received a phone call from the hospital telling him what happened, and the light just faded from his eyes. He was immediately called to Principal Nezu's office after that phone call and was excused from classes for the week so he could take care of funeral preparations and mourn his mother's death.
Soon the screen showed a flashback on what the Author was narrating, all seeing the moment where the supervillain had attacked the marketing district. Said bad guy was shadowed, his face hidden but his other physical features showing. The whole crew witnessed the brutal use of the magnetic powers… and all seeing the moment where Inko was hit by the semi-truck!
Inko herself had winced at that, seeing her alternate self being hit like so. Normally, some of the heroes' powers would flare up at seeing such brutality. But like Reximus stated, their powers were sealed off for now. But the emotions was shown clear on their faces; horror, fear, anger… and in some cases, rage.
All-Might thought to himself, 'If it's possible to figure out the name of this villain… I'll hunt him down like the animal that he is!'. He was not alone in that thought, as many including Izuku were thinking along the same lines. Though some were now considering utilizing brutal methods to bring down the magnetic bad guy.
When the hospital part came, all now showed concern and hope that Inko would make it. And upon hearing the narration concerning her strength, many turned to her to see that she was slightly embarrassed from the high praise. But at the mention of her passing with a proud smile on her face… the air was quite thick now with depression.
Inko looked to her baby boy and whispered, "I would have done the same thing. So proud of you son… so proud.". Izuku just hugged her tight, the moment and tension still strong.
It was a very quiet event, the funeral. Aside from the priest who performed the funeral, the only ones to attend were Izuku himself, his mentor, Toshinori Yagi, A.K.A. All Might, and Inko's sister in all but blood, Mitsuki Bakugo along with her husband, Masaru. Three of the four attendees were a wreck as their tears mixed with the falling rain, as if the heavens themselves were crying over the death of such a sweet woman who was also such a loving and dedicated mother who loved her child with all her heart despite his previous quirklessness. Masaru had tried to comfort his wife, even though he was also trying to stop his own tears while Toshinori was there as a shoulder for Izuku to cry on, as he understood the pain of losing someone important to you, as he remembered how his own mentor, Nana Shimura, sacrificed herself all those years ago so he could live and be the hero she knew he could be.
It hurt the old man's heart just remembering that time.
After that day, Izuku started to change. And not for the better. He wasn't sleeping as he was constantly plagued by nightmares of his mother, mangled and bleeding, blaming him for her death and asking why he didn't save her, which were only made worse as he saw Sir Nighteye, Eraserhead, and others appearing and telling him how much of a failure he was and that he didn't deserve his quirk. How he was the villain for failing to save his mother. This in turn caused him to start skipping meals and focusing more and more on training to the point where he was on the verge of collapsing from exhaustion more than once and was only getting about one or two hours of sleep every night because of the nightmares that continued to plague him.
If Eraserhead ever paid attention to his so-called 'Problem Child' he'd realize that the poor boy was in serious need of counseling with Hound Dog and had long since developed PTSD from all of the events he's had to partake in this year alone.
He was still studying hard and wasn't slacking off in his school assignments, actually surpassing the likes of Momo, Shoto, and even Katsuki, much to the exploding blonde's anger, for top spot in his class. Unfortunately, his lack of self-care has been a hindrance to him during Hero training, but we'll get to that later.
At seeing the funeral procession for Inko, not an eye was dry in the theater. Inko was again feeling surreal to see her own funeral, and it would certainly be giving her and her son some dreams for some time. They were confused on why some of them were not there for the funeral, as they themselves would have been there for Deku during this time of need. They all felt that something was wrong, really wrong…
When the part came in seeing Izuku being plagued by the nightmares, and also descending down into a tailspin spiral of depression, aggression and other negative emotions, the students & staff of MHA looked at Deku. It was too unbelievable for them to conceive. Sure, he had his moments and such where he looked down and such… but to this kind of degree was very much alien to even visualize on the lad.
When the part was spoken concerning Eraserhead's negligence of Izuku's problem, this made the hero shake his head at his alternate self. He knew that while he was not the best teacher in the Academy, he was at least more aware of his pupils and their conditions. To see his alternate self not pay attention to a kid that had Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome like so almost made him feel ashamed like so.
Anyway, today was Izuku's birthday and he had actually been hoping that this would be a good day for him, considering the rather rotten few months he's been having recently. He had been hoping that he could have a nice birthday with the new friends that he made in Class 1-A, the first friends he's had since he was first diagnosed as quirkless a little more than ten years ago. Unfortunately, there were two problems with his plan.
The first was that, for some odd reason, his classmates had begun to actively avoid him.
And at first, Izuku didn't pay it too much attention. He figured that everyone was stressed due to all of the rampant villain attacks that their class was almost always at the center of… WHICH AIZAWA ONCE AGAIN DID NOT SEND THEM TO GET THERAPY FOR, THE LAZY HOBO! Anyway, he figured that they didn't want to talk to him because they weren't ready to talk about their trauma, which somewhat made sense to him at the time.
But as time went on, and days turned into weeks, they still didn't talk to him. They just gave him the cold shoulder, actively avoided him, and even gave him death glares.
It was even worse with several of the teachers behaving the same way. The only ones who treated Izuku normally were Midnight, Lunch Rush, Nezu, Hound Dog, and Thirteen. All Might isn't included here because, at the time, he was away for lessons and tutoring in order to get his teaching license, since he had to retire from hero work after his final battle with All For One, so he had no idea what was going on with his young protégé. All of the other teachers, however, either gave him the cold shoulder or were outright hostile!
To Izuku, it felt like he was back in Aldera Middle School all over again!
When they all arrived at this particular part of the movie, the Class of 1-A were stunned at seeing how their alternate selves were treating Deku like that. Momo exclaimed with heat in her tone, "WHAT THE HELL-?! Why would I even do something like that!? No way I would go that route!".
The classmates of Izuku were making exclamations on how they would not do that to their classmate/teammate like so, some wanting to go into the movie and pound the living daylights out of their alternative selves for doing such actions like so. All-Might looked to Principal Nezu and stated firmly, "I believe that we need to introduce new policy and procedures concerning the student's mental well-being. Especially to scenarios like this.".
The animal principal nodded his head. There were psychologists and others who were experts in the field of mental/social well-being, but they were mostly Quirkless and not respected as much by Supers due to it. But now after seeing this so far, All-Might and the staff were now seriously contemplating some much-needed changes to ensure well-being of their pupils. And also perhaps to have regular tests of sort to make sure that people were informed so that this kind of inexcusable action would not be much of an occurrence.
But it all came to a head when, on his way back to the dorms from another rather grueling training session that he had put himself through, he was confronted by Aizawa, Vlad King, Ectoplasm, and a few police officers.
Izuku had been slapped with quirk suppressing cuffs and taken to an interrogation room where it was revealed why he was being treated the way he was. Apparently, Present Mic had brought up the possibility of there being a traitor in UA, probably since the USJ incident, which had some merit, even though it was also a little farfetched.
And they all thought that HE was the traitor!
Their evidence was flimsy and circumstantial, which happened to be one of Izuku's latest quirk analysis notebooks that held notes on all of his classmates' quirks along with weaknesses for those quirks. Iida had taken it and read through it before giving it to Aizawa, who also read it… but neither of them took the time to read the notes that gave information and ideas on how to protect against those weaknesses. Such as armored gloves to protect Ochako's hands, for example.
That didn't stop them from bringing Izuku into an interrogation that lasted for a full week before All Might and Nezu finally showed up with Detective Tsukauchi. The police detective had worked on many a case alongside All Might, and with his quirk, Lie Detector, he was able to prove that Izuku wasn't the traitor by asking one simple question.
But by the time they had arrived, Izuku had already been beaten relentlessly by the overzealous officers. He had a black eye, a busted lip, several new broken bones, and a couple of missing teeth.
Needless to say, Eraserhead and his accomplices were in very big trouble for what they did.
Not to mention the fact that Izuku no longer trusted any of his classmates because of what happened.
At seeing this violent flashback like so, all turned glares to Present Mic who got very much worried & comically proclaimed that he wasn't the one to get mad at, but his alternate self. While this was a valid claim, that still did little next to nothing in cooling down the glares leveled at him.
BoBoBo looked to All-Might and said to him in a firm tone, "I know you guys rely on these… Quirks of yours, but I get the feeling the common sense and training your natural senses into seeing on who is lying or not is lessening there.". Coming from someone who lives weirdly and strangely as he did, that was saying something. But All-Might and the teachers realized that he had a point.
They had relied too much on their Quirks, and also slipping down like this so quickly was a harsh lesson that relying on super-natural abilities was no suitable substitute for training one's self in the natural things that everyone had. While the Lie Detector ability would be useful, it would be troublesome if said quirk was sealed off and they would have no idea on if a person was lying or not.
Reximus knew this, as he had been around characters that had trained themselves in studying people's actions, little/subtle habits and such that would show if they were lying or not. It took trial and error, it took time and dedication, and also took conviction and practice to develop the senses to see if one was deceitful or not.
At seeing what Izuku suffered at the hands of the overzealous officers, many including Deku's new family, would go to the alternate world, hunt down the officers… and show them a level of terror and pain that would be immortalized! That their vengeance would be told in tales like ghost stories, that would frighten anyone of all ages. And a message to all on what would happen if they dared to harm Izuku!
Which brings us to the current time. A time in which Izuku was wallowing in misery because of all that he had been through. The beatings, the isolation, the interrogation… all of it was just too much for the young lad to bear. He had thought about taking Katsuki's advice from middle school and just ending it all that night. But he decided against it.
He wouldn't give that blasted villain in hero's clothing the satisfaction of his death.
He just sat at the table of his apartment, which he knew wouldn't be in the Midoriya family's possession for much longer, which sucks because it would mean that Izuku would be homeless once the school year let out again. His landlord was generous enough to at least allow Izuku to remain at the apartment until he moved back into the UA dorms once the new school year started up. He just sat at the table with a small lemon cupcake in front of him with a single candle lit in its center. He knew that the wishes one makes on a birthday candle never come true. All those times he wished he'd manifest his own quirk since his fifth birthday, and each year it just led to the same disappointment. He would have just let it burn out on its own, but for some reason, he felt compelled to make a birthday wish.
It was like he had this odd gut feeling that his wish would come true this year. Because he had a more meaningful wish to make this year rather than wishing for a quirk. He slowly and carefully picked the candle out of the cake and lifted it up so that he could make his wish.
'I don't know why I'm doing this, but… I wish for a family. A real family that will love and protect me as I would do the same for them, just like how mom did for me. I don't care if we're rich or poor, so long as I am loved by them, I'll be happy. This is my wish.'
And so, he blew out the candle and made his wish.
Never dreaming of the chain of events he just set into motion because of it.
But with his wish made, Izuku got up from his seat and decided to see about preparing himself some dinner. He didn't really have much since he didn't get the chance to restock his fridge and cabinets due to everything that happened recently, but he would make do. Unfortunately, he didn't make it so much as ten steps towards his kitchen when he slipped on a banana peel that he was certain wasn't there before and fell flat on his back, hitting his head against the corner of the counter in the process! Izuku's vision blurred as he lay on the floor dazed from the impact. And as he slowly closed his eyes and lost consciousness, he had only one thought going through his mind.
'Why is my luck so horrible?'
With that final thought, Izuku's eyes closed as he fell into the blissful embrace of unconsciousness. And while he was konked out, if one looked outside, they would see a star in the night sky beginning to glow brighter than all the other stars as a chain of events was about to unfold.
All because of a lonely and hurting child making a wish on his birthday.
At this particular scene, many a heart was cracking. True, all of them had been through similar tragedies like what Alt. Deku was going through, but it still tugged at their heartstrings to see the young man be like this. Inko held the hand of her son tightly, inwardly vowing to do what needed to be done to assure her son of a future. Most likely to make a will & make arrangements in case something like what occurred to her alternate self would happen to her.
At seeing the banana peel part, some did snicker though it was silenced quickly by the glares of certain females in the theater.
And this was just the beginning for the MHA crew to witness!

Again, do not have much knowledge and such concerning My Hero Academia. I am referring to the info I find on Google and such, and certain Wiki sites that focus on said anime/manga. I do not care much honestly for the anime/cartoons/movies/series that are out today, as my focus and love are on the ones from the past. The ones I grew up with in the 1980s, 1990s, and very early 2000s. The ones from 2010s and to the present… they do not catch my interest like they used to, so just ignored them.
