A/N: This is my first fanfiction ever.

A/N 2: This takes place 75 years after Legend of Korra. Some of the characters will appear in this story, and I shall do 3 books. I'll try to update every Sunday.

Disclaimer: I only own the plot and my characters, not Legend of Korra or Avatar the Last Airbender.

Narrator: It has been 15 years since Avatar Korra has left our mortal realm. Now the task to save our world from the Airbender is up to a young man, who doesn't even know it yet. I'm getting ahead of myself, but let me tell you the story about why the Airbender are our enemies, and then the story of the young man.

His name is Avatar Aaron...

Book 1: Genocide

Episode1: The Beginning

The people that are still alive, had gathered in a room where Korra is lying on her deathbed. They haven't realized that someone is watching them through a window. Some of them tried to be strong, but they still had tears in their eyes. Korra weakly raised an arm up, struggling to take deep breaths. Asami gripped her hand tightly with tears rolling down her face.

"When I am gone, you must find the next Avatar" Korra croaked out to her love ones. Her hand went slack in Asami grip. Jinora looked towards the window as if she sense someone watching them, but by then that person had left.

The person that had been watching them is dressed in a red cloak, with a hood covering their face. They went to a location where most of the Airbenders are at. They walked onto a stage to face the Airbenders that had gathered. The person lift the hood off their head, to reveal a man in his twenties, looking serious. He raised a hand to silence them as they were talking to each other.

"Thank you, for meeting with me, my friends." He started in a booming voice to let his voice be carried in the audience. "For too long, we have been underestimated by our foes and allies, but no more. We must strike at the earthbenders that will birth a new Avatar, so that they will not use the Avatar against us. Are you with me?" He shouted at the end of his speech, as they all cheer for him.

At the same time

:Come on, push, my sweet, I can almost see the baby." A man in his twenties with brown hair and green eyes encourage his wife, as she grunted in pain, using the rest of her energy to push her baby out. The doctor cut the umbilical off, before wrapping the baby in a blue cloth.

"Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Willow, it is a baby boy." The doctor handed the baby to the exhausted mother, who was smiling, and looking sleepy.

"Well, what are we naming him?" The husband asked as he gently took the baby out of her hand, rocking the baby to sleep as he had started to cry.

"Aaron is his name, and his middle name is Jay after my father." She told her husband, just as they heard a scream, coming from out of the room. The doctor left the room to check what is going on.

"Here, I got him a locket for when he gets older with us in it." Handing the locket to his wife, as she used a small fire on the tip of her finger to write an inscription on it. The doctor ran into the room, with a panicked look on his face.

"The airbenders are attacking us, wiping us out." The doctor told them, in a breathless voice. The man helped his wife to sit up, with one hand, as the other hand is holding the baby.

"We need to get going, right now" as the husband helped his wife to stand, and handing the baby to her. He stomped his foot to the ground creating a wall of the ground to block the airbenders from getting to them. "We need to find another exit" searching with his eyes to find another escape route, while the doctor gulped nervously behind them.

"John, why not make a exit of your own" John and his wife look out the window, with a 3 story drop.

"Alright, Elizabeth, stand back." He told her, while she held the sleeping baby, close to her chest, protecting him. John took a deep breath before thrusting his hands forward, slowly creating steps made out of the earth towards their window. The airbenders broke through the wall, making Elizabeth gasp in fear, holding her baby, closer, while John is grunting in effort to hurry up his progress.

"Your not going anywhere, earthbender" one of the three airbenders told them. Another airbender thrust their hands forward creating a burst of wind, and knocking the doctor off his feet.

"John, hurry" Elizabeth closed her eyes, as the third airbender took the air right out of the doctor, causing him to slump sideways, dead.

"Got it" he said wiping sweat from his forehead, before turning around, and grabbing his wife gently by the arm, while using his other hand to knock the airbenders against the wall with a earth attack.

"John, I'm still exhausted from giving birth" Elizabeth legs started to shake while he guided her to the steps that he had created.

"I know, but we're almost at the steps" John started to guide his wife down the steps, as the airbenders slowly got up.

"We made it to the ground, and I think I know where to go." She took the lead with her husband following, as she flicked her amber eyes in each direction, watching the destruction and death all around them.

"Don't look at this, it will upset you" John held a hand that isn't occupied with the baby to squeeze her hand, gently for comfort, before he was blasted away from her by an airbender.

"John!" She screamed in fright, as John slowly got up, using the wall to support himself.

"I am ok, but you need to leave, now" John created a wall to block her from coming to him. She had tears in her eyes, watching as four more airbenders had join the first one. The five of them started to air blasts John, as Elizabeth turned around, running away from the grunts of pain in John's voice. John noticed two seven years old, being harassed by two other airbenders. "Why don't you pick on me, instead of harassing little kids?" He told them out of breath, before slamming a foot down to move the kids away from the fight, and around a corner.

He fell to his knees and hands, getting tremors up and down his arms. They watched as his arms gave out, making him slump forward, almost falling unconscious. One of the airbenders grabbed John's short hair, lifting his head up to make John, who barely had his eyes open, look at him.

"Your brother sends his regards, and he will make your wife, his bride." The airbender told him, producing a dagger, that he had with him, and stabbed him in the stomach, twisting it. John couldn't keep himself from crying out. John vision started to swam, before losing consciousness.

"Let's go get the wife of his." Another airbender told him, as they left the lifeless body of John's on the ground to go get Elizabeth.

Elizabeth reached the home of her oldest friend, knocking twice on the door, before giving a kiss to her baby's forehead, and leaving a note on her child's cloth. She ran away with tears in her eyes, as the front door open to reveal a woman in her twenties with black hair, and blue eyes. She knelt down to pick up the baby, noticing a note and a locket in the cloth.

"What do you have there?" A man with airbender tattoos on him, have a bald head, and hazel eyes asked his girlfriend looking strict.

"Just a baby, I have found outside of our door." She told him, hiding the note and locket in a pocket of hers.

"Don't expect me to clean it" the man told her going to their room, while the woman sat in a rocking chair to rock the baby, since it was starting to cry. She pulled out the note from her pocket to read it.

My dearest friend Linda,

I am writing this letter while my husband is holding off the airbenders. I just need you to watch my baby boy Aaron, until I can come back for him. If I was killed then I need you to look after him, and when he is older like 18 years of age, give him the locket, and tell him the truth.

Do not let him know that he can earthbend, or firebend, if he can. Just try to make him believe that he is a non-bender like you. Since it seems it is dangerous for bending in the world.

I shall leave my legacy, and the most precious thing in the world in your capable hands and tell him that his parents truly loved him, and we shall miss him, dearly.

Goodbye, my precious boy.

Yours great friend,

Elizabeth

"Alright, sweetie, let's get you to bed" she told the baby while wiping the tears off her face, getting up from the chair, and leaving the room.

15 years later

"Aaron, your going to be late for the non-bender school, and I need you to take your little sister to the disable school" Linda sighed as her daughter, who was born with paralysis from the waist down is 13 years old, and riding a wheelchair in the kitchen. She have two black braids that goes to her waist and blue eyes.

"Mom, you know how much of a slacker that brother of mine is." The girl told her, as Aaron finally arrived, rubbing sleep out of his eyes, while his mom noticed that he is not dressed for school.

"Aaron, do we have to do this every morning?" She asked her son as Aaron is 15 years old, with a slim body, that have barely any muscles. He have brown hair that is in a small ponytail. If he untied his hair, it would be just below his shoulders, and green eyes.

"Right, mom" Aaron told her going back to his room to change. He is wearing black boots, a blue plain shirt, with a green vest over it. His baggy pants is the color of red, with white lines all around it. He came out of his room, and noticed that his mom had pack a lunch for his sister, and him. "Thanks, mom" Aaron is the same height as his mom, as he gave a kiss on her cheek, before grabbing his sister's wheelchair, and waving goodbye to their mother, as they left for school.

A/N: Alright, got the prologue out of the way.
