Laurie vs. Scarlett II
Summary: This is the opening match of the night as Laurie Cabrera takes on Scarlett McGrady in a rematch of last week… who'll win? You'll have to wait and see.

The fans were excited and ready for the action to start.
"Welcome back fans as we're ready to get the action started with our opening contest a rematch between Laurie Cabrera and Scarlett McGrady." JR said before "Sunflower" by Post Malone and Swae Lee began to play as Laurie Cabrera came out to cheers, before the bell rang.
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is our opening contest, set for one-fall introducing first, from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada… Laurie Cabrera!" Justin Roberts announced.
"Laurie looks to redeem herself from what happened last week when she was robbed of her first victory thanks to Duncan." Mauro said to JR.
"Duncan interfered last week, not only got himself suspended, fined, and cost himself a title shot at No Way Out." JR said back before Laurie entered the ring, then her music stopped as "Wicked Dance" Vandevander played as Scarlett McGrady came out.
"Introducing her opponent, from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada… representing "The Popular Girls" Scarlett McGrady!" Justin Roberts announced.
"Scarlett got lucky last week, thanks to her cheating boyfriend Duncan… but thankfully he's not here this week." Mauro said before Scarlett entered the ring, and gave Laurie a hard slap across her face.
"OHHH!" The crowd groaned.
"Oh! What a shot across the face of Laurie Cabrera!" JR said before the bell rang, then Laurie nailed a spear to Scarlett.
"Spear by Laurie and we're underway!" Mauro said before Laurie then nailed an elbow to Scarlett's back, before nailing a springboard moonsault to Scarlett's back further damaging it.
"Laurie Cabrera with the Salad Flip to Scarlett." JR said before Laurie went for the win, pinning Scarlett.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Scarlett kicked out, then Laurie attempted "Broccoli Slam" but Scarlett blocked it, and nailed a backslide pin to Laurie.
"Backslide!" Mauro said before the ref began to count.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Laurie powered out, nailed a powerful spear, and then nailed Scarlett with the airplane spin, before nailing another spear to Scarlett.
"What a series of offense after she kicked out! A spear, an airplane spin, and another spear!" JR said before Laurie then went up to the top turnbuckle, and then nailed a moonsault to Scarlett.
"Salad Flip! Laurie has nailed Scarlett with the Salad Flip!" Mauro said before Laurie pinned Scarlett.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted as Scarlett got her shoulder up, Laurie then attempted the "Broccoli Slam" again but Scarlett blocked it with her elbows before applying the sleeper hold which is called the "McGrady Lock" to Laurie.
"Scarlett with the McGrady Lock!" JR said while Scarlett kept applying the hold, until Laurie went down to one knee, then Laurie got back up, elbowing Scarlett forcing her to release the hold.
"Laurie has broken the McGrady Lock! This opening contest is wild and crazy like when they wrestled in Portland last week." Mauro said before Laurie then nailed a lariat clothesline to Scarlett, before Laurie was about to go for the kill.
"Laurie looks like she's finally gonna hit the Broccoli Slam on Scarlett McGrady!" JR said before Laurie grabbed Scarlett, then lifted her up and finally nailed the Running Powerslam/Oklahoma Stampede hybrid called "Broccoli Slam" to a loud roar of cheers from the crowd.
"Laurie Cabrera has finally nailed Scarlett McGrady with the Broccoli Slam!" Mauro said before Laurie went for the pin, only for Scarlett to respond with a counter inside cradle pin playing possum.
"Scarlett! Cradle!" Mauro shouted before the referee began to count.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Laurie powered out, nailed a lariat clothesline to Scarlett, followed that up, with a powerful spear, and followed that up with a brutal spinebuster.
"OHHH!" The crowd groaned.
"God almighty! What a match to start off tonight!" JR said before Laurie then went back up to the top turnbuckle, breathed in and out before she nailed the "Salad Flip" moonsault to Scarlett.
"Salad Flip by Laurie! Could this be it!" Mauro said before the ref counted.
"1…! 2…! 3…!" The referee counted while Laurie not only won the match, she also got her first ever victory.
"Laurie wins! Laurie wins a slobberknocker of an opening contest right here in Albuquerque!" JR said.
"Here's your winner…! Laurie Cabrera!" Justin Roberts announced while Laurie was celebrating the win.
"Laurie Cabrera, the first vegan to ever wrestle in TDW has beaten Scarlett McGrady!" Mauro said.
"Yeah she did, when we come back it'll be the 12-woman tag team match with Team Besties, The Female Dream Team, and the TDW Women's Tag Team Champions… Emma and Kitty, the Suzuki Sisters taking on The Popular Girls consisting of Eva Hoffman, Taylor Ford, Josee Grenier, Sugar West, Jen Helmsley, and Blaineley O'Halloran! So don't go away! We'll be right back!" JR said in agreement before announcing the next match as the camera faded to black.
DAMN! WHAT A WAY FOR THE ACTION IN ALBUQUERQUE TO START!
LAURIE FINALLY GETS HER FIRST VICTORY!
