So yeah!

First off, this is an Aichi X Kourin fanfic that has the idea of it based on the real world with the characters as plain people with jobs but the game is still connected to it in a way.

The idea of the story is that Kourin along with Rekka and Suiko are a group of idols famous throughout the world. They are rich, famous, and beautiful to the point that many wants to have their autographs and stuff. One day; their sponsor decided to go for each idols to go for a temporary single career as they had to go solo and therefore each gets different actions. Suiko and Rekka were prepped up with their managers who have experiences but Kourin was the only one who gets a new intern rookie manager who is Aichi himself. Kourin is stern and serious while Aichi is nervous, timid, and very afraid but he has great talent to be her manager.

So to be conclusive; it's a story about a beautiful and popular idol gets to be together with a plain and very timid manager.

On with the story!

It is nighttime in Japan, and the Tokyo Dome stands illuminated. This iconic venue, known as the largest indoor baseball stadium, has hosted countless legendary games. However, tonight, it transforms into a concert stage for a live performance by a group of three girls. Their fans cheer and wave glow sticks, creating a vibrant atmosphere as the music fills the air

The three idol girls, each distinct in appearance—one a tall teen with short turquoise hair, another with long blonde hair, and the third a short, curvy girl with long orange hair—perform a live song together, combining dance and vocals. Smiling and winking at their fans, they energize the crowd, who cheer enthusiastically in return.

As the song ended, the three girls struck a final pose just as confetti burst from several cannons, showering the entire venue. The spectators erupted in wild cheers, thrilled and overjoyed by the performance.

"UltraRare! UltraRare! UltraRare!" The crowd began chanting in unison, stomping the ground rhythmically and almost causing a tremor to shake the stadium. "Suiko-san! Kourin-san! Rekka-chan! UltraRare!"

Hearing the fans' chanting, the three girls held their respective microphones while waving to the fans with big smiles.

'thank you, everyone!" Suiko, the turquoise-haired teen, spoke into her mic, bowing respectfully before waving warmly to the crowd. "We are so grateful to all of you for coming to our concert and showing us so much support!"

"Seeing all of you here for our final concert makes me so happy!" Rekka, the orange-haired girl, cried out, her voice trembling with emotion as she wiped a tear from the corner of her eye. 'truly, thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"But don't worry!" Kourin, the blonde girl, exclaimed as she stepped forward, her smile bright and confident. She waved a hand to the audience and continued, 'this isn't goodbye forever! Our time apart will be temporary. After we each walk our own paths and explore the world, we will return to you all! Because we are always..."

The three girls then came together, striking a final pose in perfect harmony.

"ULTRA RARE~!"

"ULTRA RARE~!" The fans screams and cheers loudly to the point a person could go deaf.

A few minutes later, backstage in a large white and silver RV adorned with a huge "ULTRA RARE" logo on the side, the members of Ultra Rare are taking a breather after their concert. Some are changing clothes, while others are simply relaxing.

"Haaa~! Another successful concert is over!" Rekka sighed as she collapsed onto the sofa, her orange hair splayed out as she rested her tired body. "I'm so sore~!"

"Rekka, you need to clean yourself up before you lie on the couch," Suiko said, glancing at her companion while removing the top part of her outfit. She used a towel to dry the sweat around her neck and face. "We still have to meet our new managers, remember?"

"I know, but I'm still too tired~!" Rekka whined, still sprawled on the sofa. "Can't I take a break before we meet them tomorrow~?"

"We can't meet them if you're all stinky, Rekka," Kourin chimed in as she walked past Suiko. The blonde was wearing a plain white shirt and blue shorts, her hair still damp from the quick shower she had just taken. "I've finished showering, so hurry up and get yourself cleaned."

Rekka pouted, but eventually dragged herself off the couch and headed toward the shower.

"No comeback, huh?" Suiko chuckled, watching as Rekka disappeared into the shower room.

Kourin sat at a table with a mirror and a few cosmetic bags, her blonde hair wrapped in a towel. She took out her green cosmetic bag, opening it to pull out several bottles of lotions and creams. 'today's concert was just as tough as the last," she muttered, squirting a bit of lotion into her hand and gently applying it to her cheeks and forehead. "But the fans loved it, so I guess it's fine."

'that's what we idols do, right?" Suiko walked behind Kourin and reached for her own blue cosmetic bag. She smiled warmly at the blonde. 'though, don't you feel a little sad that we're going to part ways for a while?"

"It's just for a while, right?" Kourin replied, glancing at Suiko's reflection in the mirror while applying some lip balm, her lips puckering slightly.

"Hey~! Do we know who our new managers are~!?" Rekka's voice called out from the shower, the sound of running water blending with her words. "I mean, we know Suiko's staying with our old group manager, but what about me and Kourin~!?"

"Now that she mentions it..." Suiko crossed her arms, one hand resting thoughtfully near her chin. "I heard from Takuto-san that the new managers are from another talent company that recently signed a deal with our agency." She smiled and pointed a finger as if recalling something. "Remember the Q4 Agency?"

"You mean the multi-talented agency that's been popping out new idols everywhere?" Kourin asked, glancing at Suiko from the reflection in her mirror. "Isn't that also Misaki's agency?"

'that's the one," Suiko confirmed with a nod. "And not just idols—they're known for scouting talented managers, too. It's no surprise their idols are so successful."

"Hmmmm..." Kourin hummed in curiosity before returning her focus to her skincare routine, opening another lotion bottle. "I don't really care who my manager is, as long as they do a good job supporting me during my solo career."

"I get that, but please behave yourself when Rekka and I aren't around," Suiko said with a playful smile as she walked toward the shower room. Rekka emerged, freshly showered and wrapped in a towel around her head, now dressed in an oversized orange t-shirt and matching shorts. "We can't have our managers running away because of your stubborn attitude."

'that was years ago~!" Kourin protested, her cheeks puffing slightly in mock frustration, while Suiko giggled before stepping into the shower room.

A few hours later, in Tokyo's Shibuya District, a large company building stood proudly with the logo "Tatsunagi" and a diamond-shaped symbol emblazoned on its side. This is the talent agency where Ultra Rare was formed and made their explosive debut into the music world.

Currently, the members of Ultra Rare were inside an elevator on their way to the top floor, scheduled for a meeting with their boss, Tatsunagi Takuto, who served as their caretaker, CEO, and overall guide in the industry.

Rekka let out a loud yawn as she stretched her arms overhead and began massaging her own shoulders. "I'm still so tired after last night's concert..." she complained, her orange hair framing her face as she adjusted her casual orange and white short-skirted dress, paired with short orange heels. She stretched again, rolling her wrists a few times. "Why do we have to meet Takuto so early?"

"It's because this is the only time he has free in the mornings, remember?" Suiko replied, the eldest of the trio. She wore a cozy blue sweater, a yellow scarf, blue jeans, and black high heels. "Besides, we're meeting your and Kourin's new managers, so it's important."

"Still, couldn't they have scheduled the meeting in the afternoon instead?" Rekka whined again, but Suiko merely patted her head affectionately in response.

Kourin, meanwhile, remained silent, engrossed in her phone. She was scrolling through news articles about Ultra Rare's temporary disbandment, her blonde hair falling loosely as she focused on the screen. Her finger flicked as she scrolled, revealing a picture of her, Rekka, and Suiko, each heading in different directions.

"The media's really making a big deal out of our split," Kourin said, almost to herself, as she skimmed the comments. "So many people are upset, and some are spreading random rumors about our CEO being shady or something."

"That's the dark side of the media for you," Rekka sighed, shrugging her shoulders, her face showing clear exhaustion. "Best to ignore those comments and let them fade over the next few months, like always."

"I guess so," Kourin replied, tapping her phone a few more times before turning it off.

A few moments later, the elevator arrived at the top floor, and the doors opened. The three idols stepped out into the spacious office, where a large desk awaited at the far end. Behind it sat a young man, Tatsunagi Takuto, the CEO of Tatsunagi Foundation.

"Hello, everyone. Great job on last night's concert," Takuto greeted them with a smile. "Thanks to the concerts we've been holding across Japan, Ultra Rare's merchandise sales have skyrocketed this month."

"Yes, but it was exhausting, going from Hokkaido all the way to Kyushu, and then back to Tokyo," Rekka replied with a small whine. "Why couldn't we take the jet like we usually do?"

"The jet's still undergoing repairs after the last incident, remember?" Kourin reminded her with a stern tone. "You're the one who spilled soda on the electric socket and nearly fried the whole system."

"I told you, it was because of the turbulence!" Rekka pouted in defense, crossing her arms.

While Rekka and Kourin bickered, Suiko turned her attention back to Takuto. "Now that our concerts are done, are we ready to meet the new managers for our solo projects?"

"Yes," Takuto confirmed with a nod. He pressed a button on the phone beside him. "Please send in our new managers. The idols are ready to meet them."

"Right away, sir," came the voice from the phone before it beeped.

"So, who are our new managers?" Kourin asked, stepping forward after finishing her lecture to Rekka, who was still pouting with puffed cheeks.

"They're two of the Q4 Agency's best intern managers, each with nearly six years of experience," Takuto explained with a grin. "They've been handpicked by their CEO as the top candidates for this special solo project." He chuckled softly, waving a hand to the side. "Even though they're still managing some of their idols, they volunteered to take on this new challenge for both of you."

The elevator chimed, and the doors opened once again. A woman with blue hair, dressed in a formal red-and-blue secretary's uniform, stepped out, followed by two younger individuals. "Takuto-sama, I have brought the new managers," the secretary announced, escorting the newcomers into the room.

"Thank you," Takuto said, nodding to his secretary before turning to the idols. "Meet your new managers, Rekka and Kourin."

Kourin and Rekka turned to see their new managers: a boy and a girl, both looking young and professional.

"Pleased to meet you!" the girl manager greeted with a bright smile. She appeared to be around Rekka's age, with short, light brown hair that reached her neck and blue eyes. She wore a formal uniform. "My name is Sendou Emi, and I'll be managing Tatsunagi Rekka-san!"

"Oh~! Someone my age! Nice~!" Rekka beamed, quickly moving behind Emi and placing her hands on her shoulders. "Pleased to meet you, Emi-chan! I'm counting on you to take good care of me~!"

"Yes!" Emi nodded, her smile growing wider.

"If she's Rekka's manager..." Suiko began, turning to glance at Kourin, both of them eyeing the male manager with curiosity.

"Then you're my manager?" Kourin asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Y-Yes! P-pleased to meet you!" the male manager replied nervously, quickly bowing his head. He had blue hair with slightly long front bangs, blue eyes, and an innocent, almost girlish face. He wore a formal black-and-blue business suit. "My name is Sendou A-Aichi, and I've been assigned as Tatsunagi Kourin-san's manager!"

That's a wrap!

Kinda starting weak at first but it's going to progress with time.

Bye bye!
