Mass Effect: Andromeda Wars

"It began in the year 2185. It was a journey for a new beginning at a new life for many that wanted to leave behind their old home. Human, turian, asari, salarian, and krogan life would begin anew in the galaxy called Andromeda. After flying through dark space for six hundred and thirty-four years, it was 2819 when the arks made it to the Heleus cluster. It was a time of discovery, technology, and finding a home. Though life in Andromeda would flourish, a new mantle would be taken up after the death of the Archon. This new mantle would take place two hundred years later in the year 3019."

Introduction

Standing on her ship and waiting patiently in the dark, she looks at the monitors with satisfaction and displeasure; all she can see is a fool that allowed his obsession with the remnant to become his downfall. He failed to do what he should have done in the first place. Now, the task falls to her to report what has transpired. On the other monitors, she watches them as they celebrate their victory over her people and destroy any that are left on Meridian. Primus is now in charge of the kett, but there is so much more to do. She turns off the monitors and goes to the door, walking down the hallway. The footsteps echo softly as she walks by other kett chosen and anointed warriors that stand ready for new orders; it is cold and quiet as the kett now look to her for leadership; they are ready and keep their mind attentive to her movements. She is both infuriated yet delighted at how the Archon failed to stop a single human called Path Finder Ryder. Now, she can do what is needed and continue with the original plan. Primus goes into the communication room of the ship; it is massive all around as she readies herself to contact her masters. She steps into the center on a platform and light shines under her feet. Instantly, several holographs manifest images before her. The kett leaders look upon her with curiosity and have questions to ask. She bows her head and expresses her wrathful disappointment. They question her appearance for contacting them, and why she is reporting instead of the Archon himself. Primus knows what comes next, but the only problem is convincing them to accept her idea. Before she can announce her intentions and plans, she informs them of the Archon's inability to achieve the goal.

She speaks with regret, "High Lords of the Kett, I come to you with unfortunate news of the Archon's failure. He was foolish and his end came to him through his own arrogance. A human from the Milky Way used his ambition against him and caused his demise. I, Primus of the kett, stand before you with a promise of what is to come. Please, lend me the time, authority, and resources I require to complete the original plan. I ask this of you because time is on our side, and I won't fail nor be the fool.

One kett lord says, "This is a waste of time. We do not require your plan."

A second replies, "I only see what the Archon didn't do. Maybe, Primus will do what she says."

The third scoffs, "Why should we trust her plans? How do we know she will be successful and not falter like the Archon?"

Before any more words are spoken, a tall, bulky kett lord holds up its hand. The others silence their voices and look at him. The massive kett lord stares at her with some wonder.

The Kett Lord smiles at Primus and replies, "The Archon failed. This is your chance to fix his mistakes. But if you fail us, then your death will stretch across the stars. Begin your task at once and only relay all progress of what you will do. Your actions will determine if we find them appeasing or not."

Primus stands up and looks at the Kett lords, "My plans will begin in the next two hundred years. For now, the species from the Milky Way and Angara will finish fighting what remains of our forces. We will return and continue with exaltation; I will finish the great plan, and they will all be a part of our great empire, or they shall die."

The conversation is over. Primus walks out of the room and goes to a view box starboard side of the ship. Upon stepping through the door, she views the number of species they have collected. Fiends are locked up in cages and various animals are inside other containers. In the center of the ship, there are species for them to experiment on and learn about. There are thirty human, turian, asari, angaran and salarian species to examine. Only ten krogans are present for the time but this is perfect for her. With two hundred years of time and patience to prepare, Primus swears vengeance on humanity and their allies. The gene splicing is underway, the DNA combining is starting, and nothing will stop the Kett from exalting more species for their empire. Primus watches with great wonder and feels her time will come. The ships that remain intact fly into the dark region of space away from the Andromeda galaxy, heading for the kett home world Sarhesen. The enemy would return when the Heleus cluster is ripe and bountiful. For now, Primus smiles at what is promising for her people.

She whispers to herself,"They all shall know fear before they die. The kett of Sarhesen shall be victorious under my rule. There will be no mercy given."

Intel and details on the two hundred years of progress within the Heleus Cluster of Andromeda.

Explanation Intel 1.Andromeda after one hundred years(2819 – 2820 CE): After the fall of the Archon, Meridian became a home for humanity and the monument for the Hyperion Ark. All the humans aboard the ark are awaken to a beautiful sight, but there is much to do. Ryder and the Tempest crew continue exploring the Heleus Cluster and manage to discover several more planets for outposts to be built on; they travel and journey to one section of the cluster before suddenly, all communication is lost. Every search attempt is met with no clues and the scourge halts any advancement. With no words from them, the Nexus council continues to manage and open more stasis pods for people to assist with the efforts of making a home on various planets in each solar system capable of supporting life. The Path Finders that are left become glorified heroes. They were a symbol to the people, but now, they are slowly fading away from the spotlight. Once everyone was awakened, the title "Path Finder" was nothing more than a memory and celebrated task to have. Surprisingly, SAM for the Ryder family shut down, or as the Nexus council said,"He was under tremendous strain and could no longer function".

Explanation Intel 2.Nexus Power Move(2820 – 2825 CE): One year went by and after careful planning, Initiative Director Jarun Tann decides that the Nexus should be closer to Meridian and made as the seat of power all throughout the Heleus cluster. Though Tiran Kandros and Nakmor Kesh highly disagreed with the idea, Tann surprised them with clever propositions. For Kesh, she would be the acting Director for all the Krogan and Kandros would oversee all military activity in the entire cluster. Administrator Foster Addison knew what was coming and only supported Tann to solidify her position as part of the Nexus Leadership. Kandros accepted his title to make sure everyone would be ready for any more kett or attacks from the exiles should they encounter any; however, Kesh finally had enough of Tann's demeanor towards herself and her people. She quit being a member and supported her people whole heartly. In response to this, Tann asked for one asari to replace her. Thus, the Nexus council was made. In 2821, the Nexus council was made up of three species just like the Citadel Council in the Milky Way. In 2825, the Nexus station was moved to Meridian and has remain. By the year 3,019, the Nexus council consisted of Bynisa from the Asari, Mayon of the Turians, and Salarian representative Datri.

Explanation Intel 3.Old Wounds Revive(2826 – 2850 CE): With the Nexus and Meridian now close to each other, more humans, turians, asari, angarans and salarians did everything to shape the planet into a home for everyone. As time went on, many humans journeyed from Meridian to find a new home and consequences followed shortly after. From there, it was during Tann's final days that he started to make the Nexus and Meridian the home for only those that can afford to stay or who are of wealth. Many species that tried to come and see Meridian were allowed to stay only if they could pay for it. By the year 2830, all the krogan retreated to New Tuchanka and stayed isolated from others. Within five years, the Angara slowly showed less interest due to the sudden changes of power. They only stayed on Voeld, Aya, and Havarl. After so many people left or were exiled from Meridian, the old wounds reopened the past hurt, and everything changed once more for the Heleus cluster. Those of power and wealth stayed on Meridian and controlled the actions of the Nexus; everyone else went to Eos, Aya, New Tuchanka, Voeld, Kadara, and the last few habitable planets they discovered. It was a time of terrible change, and this marked the beginning of what is to come down the road.

Explanation Intel 4.The Rise of the Syndicate(2870 – 2875 CE): There were so many problems to face and the best technology was on the Nexus or Meridian. By 2865, the challenges to live stable were too many. Many resources took forever to obtain or gather since all had to be approved by Nexus officials or APEX authority; in fact, it was harder to study and analyze the composition of several resources due to lack of support from those in charge. It finally led several factions of the lower class to invade the Nexus to take what they needed. To maintain their claim, the Nexus deploys APEX special ops to curb any form of invasion or infiltrate from anyone not of Meridian. The fighting soon became battles that lasted nearly five years until the final straw was broken. In a surprising move, a handful of people from the krogan, human, and angaran species formed a system that would fight against those in power of the Nexus or that is what many believed. In the year 2875, the Syndicate was created, and any leftover technology was brought to Kadara for the future improvements of any less fortunate people that didn't live on Meridian. The Syndicate, like the Nexus, made their own army and created warships to combat any trespassing visitors from the Nexus. In the year 3,019, The Syndicate was made by Warlord Jacob for humans. Warlord Gulnaz Urkin became the krogan leader. Warlord Angruo holds power over the Angara minus the leadership of Aya and Havarl. As time went on, the Syndicate and Nexus changed their attitude towards many and became more and more impossible to endure for those that cross their path. After a few years went by, the Syndicate leaders moved their headquarters to H-065 and renamed the planet Cojora since the weather became less dangerous.

Explanation Intel 5.The Peace of Two(2905 – 2920 CE): In 2890, the War of the Two started with the Nexus on one side and the Syndicate on the other. APEX teams kept the Nexus secure while Enforce squads held firm for the Syndicate. The war lasted until the year 2910 when both powers agreed to have peace. In the year 2915, the leaders established and open communications for peace talks with promises of resources to be shared and territory to be divided. Regardless of what the other leaders thought of this arrangement, they all agreed that war needs to end. With the temporary peace established, everyone, not from either organization, was forced to make home on hazardous planets with hostile wildlife and dangerous creatures. Despite the peace established between the Syndicate and Nexus, many others were forced to endure harsh treatment from both sides. No one wanted to make other planets safe to live on, minus the supportive roles that handle minor problems. From regulations and rules to payment and costly fees, the leadership of both parties made life in Heleus almost unbearable to deal with at times.

Explanation Intel 6:Keelah Si'yah Arrival(2925 – 2929 CE): Time went on as the leaders of the Syndicate and Nexus stayed quiet until they received some startling news from unexpected friends long thought lost or dead. Though the message was viewed as a threat, both superpowers agreed to stand against the coming danger together. The Nexus and Syndicate Leaders made their setup near the edge of dark space as they awaited the danger to present itself. Instead of an invading force, both sides of the temporary alliance didn't expect to see the Keelah Si'yah Ark arrive with news of what has happened during their dark journey through space. The new captain and sleeper teams of the ark were amazed at what they found in the Heleus cluster despite the problems they faced onboard the ark. Instead of integrating themselves into either the Nexus or Syndicate, ark Keelah Si'yah journeys to the far eastern side of the cluster and creates a home there. To the surprise of the quarians, they discovered a planet capable of supporting them without the use of their suits. Upon existing the ark, life for the other species would start as the elcor, drell, volus, hanar, and batarians would each have a planet to live on or share a world with the other species; however, this was the start of what they would bring to the Andromeda galaxy. After learning of the Syndicate and Nexus rivalry, each species kept their home world a secret from the rest for as long as they could.

Explanation Intel 7:Hurtful Truth of the Milky Way(2930 – 2935 CE): It didn't take long for the Nexus and Syndicate powers to return to their old ways of hatred after the last ark made it to the Heleus cluster. During the last seventy years before 3,019, a harsh truth is revealed to everyone thanks to the older human Path Finder. It started with Alec Ryder's old audio recordings that were left inside his private quarters on Ark Hyperion. Unknown to everyone and his own children, Alec set up one final act that would be told to every species of the Andromeda galaxy. By the year 3,000, Alec's voice stretched across the Heleus cluster as he revealed his knowledge of the Reaper threat within the Milky Way and the purpose of the Andromeda Initiative. With the help of SAM's abilities and his own desire to tell the truth, Alec used his final act to tell everyone why the sudden move to Andromeda. From the Syndicate and Nexus headquarters to the Angara worlds, everyone in Heleus couldn't and didn't want to believe what they were hearing by radio and communication devices. The truth shocks them all as they now know they are the last of their own species from the Milky Way. But many hope that this is a lie.

Explanation Intel 8:The Alliance of Two(3,000 - 3,019 CE): After years of fighting pointless battles, the decision came down to two leaders. Nexus leader Bynisa of the asari and Syndicate Warlord Jacob of humanity met in secret to discuss a plan that would benefit both sides. It was hours of debate and disagreements that both sides didn't want to share with each other. (Though the plan was to stabilize the relationship between the Syndicate and Nexus, Jacob and Bynisa didn't expect their own relationship to be personal as time went on. They always kept their feelings checked around others while discussing the future; however, they share their own love for each other once they were alone. They had a few close call moments as they kept sneaking around away from curious eyes and wandering people.) The story of what the future is to be would start in the year 3,019. A new hero would arise from the bottom and change the course of history for both sides.

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, and hello. I am back on Fan Fiction and going to try and finish up the story for the Mass Effect Andromeda Wars. Yes, this is the exact continuation of what happens after the Archon dies, Primus takes over, and all throughout the Heleus cluster each planet can support life or be ready for everyone to live on. I'll be adding names and planets here and updating as I go, or they will be mentioned throughout the story. So, keep your eyes glued for what is to be the best story ever typed or told (At least I believe lol). I hope you are all excited as I am. For now, this story will be told with a Male Protagonist performing all acts of a Paragon hero with a few renegade or neutral acts. I'll even list the choices, interruptions, options, and suggestions he must or will make during his encounters and conversations. For now, here are the names of the story and yes, the year this takes place is two hundred years later. So, from 2819 to 3019 CE. Enjoy the reading and drop a few comments!
