Hey Rio fans.

I am writing the first sequel of Rio. This is a prequel to the Blue Macaw Story.

Chapter 1: Real In Rio

Rio- Rainforest

(The sun is just rising above Rio. A small yellow bird starts to fly into the rainforest while the other birds starts to whistling and making other noises, the small birds flies through a log where more small and colorful birds pop up. More and more birds of different kinds of start to come out while dancing and chirping in rhythm. Two eggs suddenly grow legs and starts to walk across a branch while their mother looks at them.)

"Hey." Mother said.

"All the birds of a feather. Do what we love most of all." Birds singing.

(Red parrots fly in a pattern what looks like dancing.)

"We are the best at rhythm and laugher. That's why we love Carnival." Birds singing.

(The two eggs hit each other and out of them. They were two yellow birds that starts to dance to the music.)

"All so clear we can sing to. Sun and beaches they call. Dance to the music, Passion, and love. Show us the best you can do!" Birds singing.

(Birds fly next to a tree with a hole in it. Inside the hole is two small blue birds tails starts to move in rhythm to the music and singing.)

"Everyone here is on fire. Get up and join in the fun." Birds singing.

(The small blue birds stands up and happily walks to the edge of the hole while dancing, they look at the different birds flying around and dancing.)

"Dance with a stranger, Romance, and danger, Magic can happen for real in Rio. All by itself! You can't see it coming." Birds singing.

"You can't find it anywhere else." Birds singing.

"It's real in Rio, You know something else. You can't fell it happening, you can't feel it all by yourself." Birds singing.

(The blue birds open their wings ready to try and fly but a nest is thrown over a few birds making them fall to the ground. The blue birds lower their wings in fright. The birds are caught in cages and nets. Birds are flying around the blue birds accidentally falls off their nest and onto the ground. They stands up and look around yelping and scared when suddenly a cage is put over them.)

(The blue birds is caged in a plane along with some other birds. Outside a man hands a handful of money to another man and the plane takes off.)

Minnesota- Moose Lake

(A truck is driving on a snowy road. The driver is jamming to music while driving. The tuck doors only lever is rattling around about to open truck is approaching a small town called Moose Lake. A small bird is trying to warm up by using the light from a traffic light, the light goes off making the bird shiver then moves to the other side where the light is. The truck driveris not paying attention on the traffic lights and screams when it red.)

"Aaaaah!" Man screamed.

"Aaaahhh!" Bird screamed.

(The bird screamed and flies away. The truck driver pressed down on the breaks but the truck does hit something which makes the backdoor open. The truck driver is waiting for the light to turn green and he drives off leaving behind one box. Inside the box, the two blue birds who huddled in a corner whimpering, trying to stay warm, and they hear footsteps coming towards them. They are scared, the box is opened and they see a young girl with red hair and glasses, she sees the two baby birds in a box. She smiles and slowly reaches in making the birds whimper even more.)

"It's okay." Linda said.

(She picks up the birds up.)

(She brings them closer to her and starts slowly to pet them.)

"Shh, Shh. I'll take care of you both." Linda said.

(She hugs them which the two birds enjoy.)

(On a few picture frames are pictures of Linda and the two birds having a birthday, Linda feeding them a bottle, Linda holding up a trophy that now a lot bigger birds are on, a picture from prom where she is holding the two birds on her arms. In her bedroom is a framed photo of her and her birds reading "Best Friends." The alarm clock on her nightstand starts to ring. Linda groan and she press the button on it but pressing goes into hitting the clock.)

"Stupid clock." Linda said.

(She smacks the flock off the nightstand and take out the plug.)

"Huh." Linda said.

(She hears a car alarm sound abover her. She looks up she sees Bludoing the noise while Banjo has Linda's glasses on his head. Linda presses on Blu's beak which made her stop the noise and Banjo put Linda's glasses on her. Linda chuckles at them and scratches their chins.)

"Good morning Blu, Good morning Banjo." Linda said.

The three started their day, with the young woman dressing into their new clothes. They went to the bathroom, to brush their teeth. They finished cleaning their mouths with water, Blu swallows his and well burped, which Linda and Banjo reacted.

"Ewww." Linda commented.

"Gross Blu. Linda is right." Banjo pushed Blu as he mentioned her name.

After that, the three prepared for breakfast. Blu using hooks on the roof to swing across and grab cereal from a cabinet while Banjo got toast ready. Blu grabbed the box with his beak, he give to Linda and the toast was done, it came out. Blu launching a plate, which Linda caught to put the toast on.

After breakfast was done, Linda tried to give Blu his vitamins high he needed. Blu is scared and Linda held out a spoon with them. Linda trying to feed Blu.

"Tyler Blu Gunderson, you know these vitamins are good for you." Linda said as she couldn't get to him. Linda hold the cereal box. Blu is happy. Linda enough time to get the vitamins into Blu.

"Gotcha ya." Linda smiled as Blu swallowed them.

"She got you Blu." Banjo smiled.

It's time for the three to head to work, at the bookstore.

Blu is using a toy police car and Banjo is using a toy soccer car across the kitchen and living room before grabbing onto a swing and using that to launch themselves onto the stair railing. Blu and Banjo did a stair railing to go to Linda's desk.

Linda sat down in her chair as the two birds came over and typed in the password on Linda's computer. The computer's wallpaper being Linda in a pirate captain's costume while Blu and Banjo played the part of the captain parrots.

Next up, Blu and Banjo opened the curtains revealing the name of the store, the Blue Brothers Book." Banjo turned over the open and closed sign. Everything was done. After the two birds and Linda open the bookstore. Linda and the three did their hand and wing shake.

The day is starting and people coming over to bug me books. Blu and Banjo are in the cages and they are reading.

"Enjoy the new book." Linda said to her goodbye to a fellow costumer.

"Thanks Linda." The customer said.

"Bye now." Linda finished to the customer. She talks on the phone. "Yes mom, I would love to visit but who will take care of Blu and Banjo?" Linda spoke as she was carrying two plates, while Shen with a cup of hot chocolate and cookies with her with her hands and holding the phone. "Mom, they don't have kennels for parrots. Here is your hot chocolate, boys."

Blu and Banjo's attention was caught as they look looked up from their magazines while they were reading. Blu is reading about airplanes and Banjo is reading about trains.

"Just how you both like them." Linda said as she returned the conversation with her mother. Blu and Banjo unlocked their cages and went to enjoy their snack.

"Ahhh, this is the life." Blu said as he took a sniff of his hot chocolate.

"You said it." Banjo added as he sniff of the hot chocolate.

"The perfect cocoa to marshmallow ratio." Blu said. "One, two,three, four, five." Blu stopped for a second as a marshmallow popped up from the cup. "Six." Blu said.

"I love hot chocolate and cookies." Banjo said.

The two enjoyed their own sips. A snowball came flying into the window. Blu and Banjo looked out the window to see two geeses standing on a bench, laughing at Blu and Banjo.

"Well, well, isn't it my two favorite nerd birds." One of the, greeted the two brothers.

"Very funny." Blu commend. "Real mature."

"Hey, where you migrating this year, huh?" The breakfast nook?" The other geese joked and laughed, joined by the other.

"Those two geese are jerks, I would give them a piece of my mind." Banjo said.

"Just let them throw the snowballs they want." Blu told Banjo. "Besides, we're protected by this magical force filled called glass. It's what keeps is so toasty and warm on here while you guys are out there freezing your…." Blu stopping as he was turning his head to look back at those two, only for them to show their behinds at them.

"Classy." Blu rolled his eyes.

"Yeah,those two geeses who won't leave us alone." Banjo added.

The two brothers were about to return to their drinks and cookies. They heard a man have trouble walking down the snow sidewalk as he slipped and fell on the bench with the two geeses, both flew off. Tulio sees Blu and Banjo as he was excited to see them. He forgot how slippery the sidewalk is and crashed against the store's front window.

"Is he okay?" Banjo asked Blu.

"He should be." Blu said.

"Are you alright?" Linda asked as she stepped outside, making sure the man is okay. She let the man inside her store.

"I'm not really built for this weather." Tulio commented.

"Are you looking for some books?" Linda asked.

"Books? No…" Tulio chuckled. "No, I have come six thousand miles looking for them." Tulio said and he turning to Blu and Banjo. They were about to eat their cookies, stopped as they gave a confused look.
