Omni-Magic Summer EP 1: And then there were 10
Welcome, everyone, to what is hoped to be the FINAL redo of Omni-Magic Summer! While most of the things are the same as before, I changed out a few aliens and redid most of the chapters in response to the new playlist, which has a balance of classic, UAF, Omniverse, and Reboot aliens. Onto the alien designs!
1. Heatblast will have his Omniverse design and voice actor.
2. Wildmutt will have his original series design while having some green colors mixed in.
3. Overflow will have a fan design that is a mixture of different redesigns from DeviantArt and his reboot voice actor.
4. Fasttrack will have a classic series design, made by TheHawkDown, while having some green mixed in.
5. Shock Rock will have his reboot design and voice actor.
6. Grey Matter will have his original series design and voice actor. But his jumpsuit will a mixture of the Reboot and Omniverse design in green, black and white.
7. Four Arms will have his original series design and voice actor, but with green eyes and is wearing a different outfit that is based on the TheHawkDown's design of him, but with some green mixed in.
8. Astrodactyl will have an OS design made by TheHawkDown, but with some green mixed in and won't have that parrot squawk thing he had in canon.
9. Chamalien with have a classic series design made by TheHawkDown, with black, white, and green clothes.
10. Upgrade will have his original series design and voice actor but will have black lines on the white part of his body.
Now that is over with... I don't own anything except for my OCs.

In deep space, a battle was taking place in an asteroid field. In it, a smaller, green alien ship was being attacked by a more giant, more menacing, red ship firing at it. The little ship returned fire, damaging the big ship.
On the red ship's bridge, alarms rang as humanoid orange and red drones reported. "Hull damage: 20%! But the systems are still operational." A tall green alien with red and black armor that is spiked at the shoulder and arm pads and has fingerless gloves, sat in a giant captain's chair. His head had tentacles for a beard and on the back, giving an octopus-like look, red glowing eyes, black lips with sharp teeth, and a bizarre green device on its sides and around the back.
"I've come too far to be denied!" He snarls out as his ship gives chase out of the field. "The Omnitrix will be mine! And no being in the universe will dare stand in my way!"
On a bus that is heading towards a forest, the driver calls out to the sole passenger. "Well, we're almost there, kid! 'Camp Everfree'! You're fortunate to come here!" The passenger is a bored 10-year-old boy with brown spiky/shaggy hair under his black and green beanie cap. He is wearing a white and black jersey shirt with a number '10' in black on his chest. He has green 3/4 cargo pants that expose his white socks that cover his ankles. He has a silver necklace with a green emerald around his neck and wears black and white sneakers.
He opens his green eyes from his nap and sighs as he watches out the window. "Yeah, 'lucky.'" Benjamin Kirby Tennyson mumbles as he prepares for the most boring summer vacation ever.
Intro:
A galaxy is shown with some planets, and outer space music is heard.
Just for a flash of green light to occur, and shows the Omnitrix symbol with Ben's silhouette in the middle as the song picks up.
"It started when an alien device did what it did."
The 1st clip is Ben discovering the Omnitrix as it latches onto his arm as he panics.
He then presses down on the dial, transforming him into Heatblast as he cries out.
"And stuck itself upon his wrist with secrets that it hid."
"Now he's got superpowers; he's no ordinary kid. He's Ben 10! (Ben 10!)"
The logo flashes a bit before showing off aliens:
Grey Matter, Overflow, Shock Rock, Heatblast, Wildmutt, Chamalien and Astrodactyl.
"So if you see him, you might be in for a big surprise."
"He'll turn into an alien before your very eyes!"
The boy is then shown transforming into Wildmutt as six more aliens appear and zoom in:
Upgrade, Shock Rock, Fasttrack, Four Arms, Heatblast and Chamalien.
" He's slimy, freaky, fast, and strong; he's every shape and size."
"He's Ben 10! (Ben 10!)"
Just then, a flash-animated Ben runs towards the screen, flips, and morphs into Wildmutt.
He scratches at the screen as a black and green '1'. Appear next to him.
2: Four Arms is next as he grins, raises his arms, and flexes.
3: Grey Matter leaps at the screen, only to splat comically.
4: Fasttrack scraps his claws on the ground to stop running as he grins with a wink.
"Armed with powers, he's on the case!"
"Fighting off evil from Earth or space!"
5: Upgrade wiggles his legs around as he raises his arms.
6: Shock Rock generates lots of electricity and blasts a huge blue beam across the screen.
7: Overflow flies upward on his water blasts.
8: Astrodactyl flew by as his mouth and arms glows with star power as he blasts off, leaving behind green energy.
"He'll never stop 'till he makes them pay!"
"Cause he's the baddest kid ever to save the day!"
9: Chamalien appears camouflaged around the number as he leaps off and lands on all 4's with a grin as he flashes his barbed tail as he turns visable.
10: Heatblast chucks a fireball at the screen as Ben lands on the ground with his fist, cracking it as he grins.
"Ben 10! (Ben 10! B-B-B-Ben! Ben 10! B-B-B-Ben!)"
Wildmutt is then shown leaping from some trees as he looks fierce.
Shock Rock poses as he finishes transforming.
Sunset and the Rainbooms are shown powering up into their magic forms.
Heatblast chucks a fireball.
Ben is then shown slapping down on the Omnitrix.
The Mane 6, Spike, the royal sisters, the royal crystal family, Discord, Starlight Glimmer, Trixie and reformed Changelings, and Ben in griffon form stood together as they glared at someone as the Omnitrix boy smirked with crossed arms.
Twilight is shown fighting a giant bird monster as she uses her magic to slam it down on the ground.
Four Arms cries out as he finishes transforming.
Fasttrack is shown running on top of the water.
The opening finishes up as the aliens all get sucked into the Omnitrix. Ben shows it while green rays come from it as the title appears next to him.
Ben 10: Omni-Magic Summer.
The bus pulled into the campgrounds, passing a limo before parking. "Well, this is it! Your parents pay the fare, so off you go, kid." The driver calls out as Ben gathers his backpack and his duffel bag. He then walks out of the bus, steps off, and looks at the camp before sighing. He then walks towards it as the bus leaves. "Well, this is it. The start of the worst summer ever." Ben said as he walked into the grounds. He notices a bunch of teens walking towards the tenting area, all holding bags as some of them talk.
Just then, a teen girl with pale pink skin and rose-colored hair with a flower crown and braid approaches the kid. "Excuse me, little boy. Are you lost, by any chance?" "Okay, two things: 1. I'm 10! 2. I'm looking for someone named Celestia."
"Oh, okay. And sorry. HEY, CELESTIA!" She calls out, making an adult woman in her early-40s run up to her, attracting another adult's attention and a teen boy. The woman had almost white skin and hair that was pink, light blue, and green, with three minor points sticking up on top. "Yes, Gloriosa?" "This boy was looking for you." Ben dug into his pockets and pulled out his cell phone, making a FaceTime call as he showed a picture of an older man with grey hair in his late 50s. "Hey, Celestia! Been a while, hasn't it?" Celestia and the blue-skinned woman gasped in surprise at the older adult. "Max Tennyson! It's been years!" "How are you, cousin?"
"Pretty good, Luna! Retirement's been nice to me. Listen, I need your help with something." Max said as the four older people listened thoroughly. "We're listening..." Luna said. "This is your 3rd nephew, three times removed: Ben Tennyson. My grandson." Both adults turn to each other in wide-eyed shock. "We have a distant Nephew!?" Max calls their attention as he explains. "Yep. I was supposed to take him on a road trip across the States. But Frank and Natalie got called to a business trip in Europe for three months and want to leave their kids, Gwen and Ken with me. I don't have the resources and age to look after three kids. So, Carl and Sandra decided to have Ben spend some time with distant family. So, they sent him to you to escape his element."
The sisters look at each other in thought for a bit, and both answer with a smile. "Okay, we'll do it." "If it's a family emergency, then count us in!" Max said with a smile. "Great! I knew I could count on you 2! Now, Ben, please listen to your aunts. They'll be in charge of you for Summer Vacation, understand?" "'sigh' Yes, Grandpa..." Ben mumbles out.
"Don't you worry, Mr. Tennyson! I'm Timber Spruce, and this is my sister, Gloriosa Daisy. We're the guidance counselors of Camp Everfree." "We'll ensure your grandson has a great and safe week in camp to kickstart his summer!" The siblings said as the elder smiled in response. "Thanks! I got to go! Picking up the others right now! Have fun, Ben, and stay safe!" The call ended as Ben pocketed the phone. "Okay, Ben. Since you're a child, you'll sleep with me and Celestia in the supervisor's cabin. Bedtime is 9:30 sharp! No night walks without an adult. And no extra sweets before bed!" Luna states. Daisy spoke out. "Okay, now that is settled, Timber will lead you to get some camp clothes like the others."
Timber starts heading towards somewhere as Ben sighs out. "Is it possible to go into a coma, from having a horrible summer?" He plugs headphones in and starts playing rock music on his phone as he follows. "I'm getting the feeling he doesn't want to be here..." Luna comments as Gloriosa adds in. "Nonsense! All he needs is time to get him into the camp spirit!"
At Mess Hall, Timber exits as he holds the door open. "I feel like a dork in this..." Ben complains about his new clothes. He is now wearing an all-black t-shirt with the camp logo on the chest, white sleeves, and dark green shorts that go to his knees. He kept his hat, necklace, and shoes.
"Come on! You look great, dude! Here, I'll show to your aunts." They both walked off, meeting up with adults as the other older campers gathered near a dock. "My, don't you look handsome in the outfit." Celestia complements as Ben groans out. The kid then looks around for something to do, overhearing Gloriosa talking. "Lake activities are available until sunset! If you want to canoe, sail, windsurf, or swim. Just let me know."
Just then… CRASH Ben's attention was turned to see a purple-skinned teen in glasses being caught by Timber. "I know I'm charming, but you don't have to fall for me." The girl smiles as Ben groans in disgust. "Gross! Bleagh! As if this vacation can't get gross enough..." The kid then noticed something, making him remember as he gave a small smile. "Well, at least one good thing comes from this: My dweeby, know-it-all cousin, Gwen, isn't here."
"Hmm… this is a safety hazard." Ben and the other campers turn their attention to the adults and Gloriosa, inspecting the broken pier. "I suggest we close the dock for the remainder of the camp." Everyone groans in dismay while Ben merely shrugs. "Oh, I'm sure it won't be for the remainder of the camp. It just needs to be patched up a bit. I got this!" "Or… Maybe we do!" Everyone turns to an orange-skinned, blonde-haired girl with a cowgirl hat. "If you ask me, this whole dock's gotta go." She kicks one of the stumps, breaking to prove her point.
"Building one could be our camp gift! Sure, it would benefit us, but think of the dock benefiting future campers, too!" She said, making the others cheer. "I don't know; it's a lot of hard work." Timber said as he stood near her sister. "I hate to see you guys miss out on building a dock for 'future campers.'" He and Daisy glared at each other, surprising Ben as it reminded him of his fights with Gwen.
"I hear what you are saying, Timber." A blue-skinned girl with rainbow hair said as she wrapped an arm around his shoulder. "But we're Canterlot Wondercolts! We have a reputation to uphold. And there is no way we can leave without contributing the most awesome camp gift ever! I'm with A.J.! A new dock is perfect! What do you guys think?" Her answer were all cheers, except for Ben, who groans silently. "Work? Really?"
Later, the campers were busy taking apart the old dock as the three girls, along with an all-pink girl, a diva-looking one, a girl with fire colors, and a shy one, gathered around a nearby table as another camper sketched. Ben was away from everyone else, sitting on the stairs of the boathouse, complaining to himself. "Oh, man! I waited all school year to go with Grandpa Max on the cross-country road trip! But instead, I get sent to some lame camp with two aunts I have no clue about. And surrounded by a bunch of teenagers..." The boy then walks away towards the table as Celestia says to the group. "It's going to be a lot of hard work, but we can do it!" "YES! ADULT SUPERVISION!"
Ben was taken aback by the pink girl's yelling as he approached them. The woman notices as she speaks out. "Everyone, we have a new camper coming in. Our distant cousin, Max Tennyson, wants Luna and me to watch his grandson for summer vacation. So, he will be here for the rest of the week. This is our nephew; Ben Tennyson." She introduces the bored boy. "Sup?"
The girls greet him as the pink one leans close to him and grins. "OH! A new camper, who is a new friend, who is Celestia and Luna's Nephew! That is bonkers! Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie, and we will have the best time ever!" Ben then deadpans. "I think I rather have my teeth yanked out than be here. And if you're trying out for the local freak show, your skin colors are working." He then walks away, leaving the girls stunned.
"FREAKS?!" "Does anyone else pick up that he doesn't want to come here at all?" Sunset got responses after some awkwardness. "Sorry, girls. He has a hard time making friends. And he is more of a city kid." "Either way, Principal Celestia, it will be a long summer for that kid." Twilight states. "Hopefully, he can learn some good manners in time!" Rarity sourly said as she crossed her arms.
Back In space, the green ship still zooms at high speed with bigger catching up to it, despite its size. A stray laser hits the back of it, knocking out its engines. "Their propulsion systems have been destroyed." "Prepare to board! I want the Omnitrix, now!" The warlord orders.
The ship fires a green energy beam that blasted the bridge just then. But that didn't stop it from firing a more extensive laser that took out all but the noise of the craft. Just then, a capsule jettisoned from the remains, zipping through space as it broke apart, revealing a small grey, steel pod that was sent tumbling down the nearest planet: Earth.
Later at night, at a bonfire area, Luna, the girls, and the other campers sat on logs and rocks, telling stories and roasting marshmallows. Rarity has just finished her story. "And that's when she looked down and realized she was wearing purple socks with a burgundy dress!" She screamed in a panic but noticed nobody else was scared. "Purple and burgundy, darlings! The same color family!" She cried out, only to see no one was getting it.
"Wow. Uh... That was a terrifying story." Rainbow snorts at the cowgirl. "Yeah... I'm terrified that she'll tell it again." "Anyone else wants to tell a spooky story, as well?" Luna asked as the other campers didn't respond. "What about you, Ben?" She asks as the boy sits on the ground, away from the others, playing on his 3DS XL. The silence was made as Luna sighed at her nephew.
Timber spoke, "I have one. But I'm warning you, you might as well hug a friend now. That's how scary it is!" Fluttershy held Spike close, as Bulk held both Snips and Snails close to him in worry. But Ben merely rolls his eyes and glances back at his game. "It's time I told you about the legend of Gaea Everfree." Timber begins as a flashback is shown.
"Many years ago, my great-grandparents came to this forest. Seeing its beauty, they decided it would be the perfect place for a camp. But once they started building, strange things started to happen. One pitch black night, when the wind was howling, a tree branch crashed through the roof of their cabin! They screamed and ran outside, only to see the giant creature rising from the earth! She had wild hair like the roots of a tree. Her mouth had jagged rock teeth, and her eyes were pools of black tar. But her aura shimmered like diamonds. She left a trail of gem dust in her wake everywhere she went. Trembling, my great-grandparents asked who she was and what she wanted. In a deep and hollow voice, she told them that her name was Gaea Everfree – an ancient spirit who held domain over the forest and that my great-grandparents were trespassing on her land. They begged her to let them stay and build their camp, to share this wonderful place with others. Gaea Everfree finally agreed but warned them they could not keep it forever. Someday, she will return and reclaim the forest as her own."
Timber finishes it up as he speaks to the group. "And if you see a trail of gem dust, you'll know it is… GAEA EVERFREE!" Just then, two eyes appear in the shadows, scaring everyone except for Ben.
"Hey, guys! Sorry about scaring you." Gloriosa apologizes as she steps into the light. "Why did you come out of the bushes?" "I wanted to take the scenic route. The forest is so beautiful at night. But no one should do it without a guide." She answers Sunset's question.
Ben pockets his game and stands up, heading into the woods. "I'm taking my way back. Laters!" Luna sighs as she watches. "This going to be harder than I thought..." Sunset states. "You shouldn't go out to the woods by yourself." Ben cried out in response. "Whatever, bacon head!" "Bacon head?!" The girl felt at her hair in response.
Ben was walking through the night forest with his hands in his pockets. "Man! This is going to be the worst vacation ever! I might as well have gone to summer school!" Just then, he heard a noise as he looked up, seeing a red light streaking across the night sky. "Whoa! A shooting star!" He said in awe. Suddenly, the 'star' changed directions and dived towards the gasping boy. "AHHHHHHH!" He screamed as he ran from the meteor, jumping out of the way as it crashed into a crater.
The boy dusts himself off and picks himself up as he stares in shock at the smoking crater. Stepping towards the edge, he saw a glowing orb in the middle with smoke coming off it. "Looks like a satellite or something." The edge crumbles as the pod cools off, sending Ben sliding toward the object. Standing up, Ben looks at the strange thing as it opens up, revealing nothing. But just then, a green glow came from the pod, making his eyes widen. The glow reveals… "A watch?"
The watch is bulky and has a green hourglass symbol instead of numbers on a grey background. The rim of the dial is white and has four green arrows and a black wristband. There is a single, white tube that goes around it and stops before a circle green button below the dial. The side of the dial is white, while the ends of the wristband are grey. The top of the black wristband has a green hourglass underneath the dial. The top of the dial is black too.
"What's a watch doing in outer space?" Ben questions himself, wondering how the strange-looking gizmo was put into space. He then smirks, thinking it would be cool to try it on. As he reaches for it with his left hand…. "GAHH! Get off me! Get off!" The watch jumps up and clamps onto the wrist, scaring the boy as he shakes his arm. He then tries to pull it off, only to have no luck. He climbs out and starts running into the woods. "Someone, help!"
At the tenting area, Celestia stood outside when Luna walked up to her as the girl campers got to their tents. "Did Ben come back?" "No, I thought he was with you?" Celestia said as Luna explained. "He said he was heading back here. But he hasn't come." "Hmm… It's 10 Mins to 9. I sure hope he is okay. Max will kill us if anything happens to him." "Keep hope, Tia. Keep hope."
Ben wedges a stick underneath the watch, hoping to pry it off. Only for it to break. Ben tosses it aside as he groans in dismay. Sitting on his knees, he fiddles with it, only for the dial to pop up with a beep. He looks around at the watch to see that the hourglass icon has turned into a diamond one. The icon shows a tall figure with a flame on its head and oversized forearms. "Cool!" Ben puts his finger on the dial, pushing it down as his eyes widen. FLASH
The watch sank into his arm as red rocks came out of it. They then spread up to his head as he screams. His head became enflamed as his entire body became as hot as the sun as rocks covered his whole body. As he looks at his new large forearms and hands, the boy does the only logical thing: Scream as loud as he can! "AAHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Ben is now a tall humanoid that is made of lava and magma rocks that are brunt black with a red marking color with oversized hands and forearms, a flaming head with a face plate with lines connecting the eyes to the fire around his head and a collarbone that resembles a volcano, and his shoulder pads are slightly tilted. His feet have a slight oval-like design with only two toes and a back one that is sharp. He lastly has the green and black with grey dial watch symbol on his chest.
"I'M ON FIRE! I'M ON FIRE! AAAAHHHHHH!" Ben screams out as he runs around. He then stops when he notices something. "Hey... I'm on fire, and I'm okay! Check it out! I'm totally hot. Gahaha!" Ben chuckles at his pun. He then notices a branch behind him, and he gets an idea. "Oh, yeah! Uh-huh! Here goes!" Ben points a finger and chucks a fireball at the branch, blowing it straight off the tree. "That's what I'm talking about!" He then notices many more trees as he puts his hands together and makes a bigger flame. "Liking this!" He throws it through the line of trees, blasting them to ash. But it didn't stop there.
"Wait! Stop!" Ben calls out as the fire starts spreading. He notices a small flame and stomps on it, putting it out. But the fire is getting worse. "Oh, man! I'm going to get so busted for this!"
At the tents, Celestia and Luna leave the cabin as Gloriosa does a last-minute check on things. Sunset was about to head into her tent when she saw smoke in the distance. "What's that?" The adults and camp guide saw the smoke and approached her. "Oh, my! Looks like a forest fire!" "We better let the local rangers know. Probably some foolish camper, messing with something he shouldn't." Luna answers Daisy's statement.
But the sisters widen their eyes at a thought. "BEN!" Tia runs into the cabin and grabs a couple of fire extinguishers, rushing back out as she gives one to Sunset. "Here, Sunset. We're going after him! Luna! Daisy! Stay here and be ready to evacuate if the fire comes close." She orders, getting nods in response. Both student and teacher ran in the direction of the smoke.
Ben kept stomping out the small fire as the place turned into a raging inferno. "This would be so cool! If it wasn't so, not cool!" He turns and stomps again. Sunset enters the area, spraying the fire with foam as she looks for the kid. She kept working on it until she accidentally sprayed Ben. "Hey!"
They look at each other in shock, unsure of what to do, until one of them screams. "AAAAHHHH!" "Hey, I know l look weird. But there's no reason to be scared." WHAM Sunset smacks Ben with her weapon, knocking him back. He sat up and rubbed his head, only to get sprayed on. "HEY!" He narrows his sockets as he reignites his head flame. "I don't know who or what you are, but you'll stay down there if you know what's good for you!" Sunset barks as she points the nozzle at him.
Ben notices her boot as he makes a small flame appear on it. "Hey!" Ben chuckles to himself as Sunset sprays her boot. She then glares at him, holding her extinguisher above her head. "I warned you..." "Don't even think about it, bacon head!" Sunset widens her eyes in shock, recognizing the being as she remembers those recent words from...
"Ben!? Is that you?! What happened to you?!" Sunset questions in shock as she approaches him. "I was walking when this meteor fell from the sky and almost smudged me! Except it wasn't a meteor or a satellite, but this cool watch that jumped onto my wrist! When I tried to get off, I was suddenly on fire! But it didn't hurt, and I accidentally started a mega forest fire!"
"Sunset!" Both of them turn to see Celestia running toward them. "Are you all—What in blazes!?" She cries in shock with wide eyes. "Hey, Principal Celestia, guess who?" "It's me, Aunt Celestia." Ben waves at her. "Ben!? What are you!?" "Well, I was walking when—" "Hello!? Major forest fire! About to reach the camp!" Sunset interrupts, gesturing to the raging inferno. "What do we do?" Celestia looks at the fire in the thought of her nephew's question. "Backfire. Start a new fire and let it spread into the old one. They'll smoke each other out. Think you can do that?"
Ben smirks in response. "Shooting flames? I can do it!" He then runs in one direction as the other gets to safety. Ben stops at an untouched part of the woods and fires a stream of flames at the trees, letting it spread as the 2 fires start to cancel each other as Ben smirks.
Back in space, the big ship was parked in orbit as repairs were made. On the bridge, a drone stood in front of a tube. "What do you mean it is not there?! 'GASP' This battle nearly cost me my life! 'GASP'" The alien was lifted in the tube, revealing his mangled body, His left side was blown off. His right leg was a mere stump with alien wires attached to his body while a breathing mask was secured to support his damaged lungs.
"And you are saying the Omnitrix is not there?!" "Sensors indicated that a pod was jettisoned before boarding, landing on the planet below. However, the last energy blast also spread to the scout bot bay, destroying and damaging most of them. We have begun repairs and will be operational in approximately 6-7 hours." "Very well, send out a drone as soon as one of them is fixed." The warlord commands as he narrows his eyes.
On Earth, Ben, Sunset, and Celestia sat on rocks in a circle, talking to each other. "And you say that this 'watch' just jumped up and clamped onto your wrist?" The adult questions as the transformed kid responds. "Hey! It wasn't my fault! I swear!" "I trust you, Ben!" "Is he going to be a monster for the rest of his days?" "He's not a monster; he's an alien." Sunset and Ben stared in surprise at Celestia, who widened her eyes and quickly came up with an excuse. "W-well, look at him! What else could he be?"
"I don't want to be a fire guy forever! How will I play the little league this fall if I melt the ball, every time I catch an interception?" Ben groans out as he is worried about being an alien for the rest of his life, despite the incredible powers that come with it while Celestia assures him. "Don't worry, Ben! We'll figure this out." BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP Just then, a strange sound came from the symbol on Ben's chest, making them look at it as it blinked from green to red. FLASH A massive flash of red light engulfs the alien, briefly blinding the girls before it dies.
Ben Tennyson is standing where the alien was, back to normal, except for the watch, now glowing red. "Hey! I'm me again!" "Huh… It looks like it has a time limit. I guess you can only become an alien for a short time." Sunset deduces as Ben struggles with the device. "Still can't get this thing off!" "Better not fool around with it for tonight. We'll figure this out tomorrow. But for now, let's keep this to ourselves. Now, come on! Let's head for bed." Celestia said as she walked off, making the kid and teen look at each other and follow her.
It was another sunny day at Camp Everfree. Everyone got up and was hanging out at the new docks. But as Ben got up and headed out, he looked around and ran into the woods, unknowingly being spotted by Sunset, who frowned and went after him.
Ben made it into a clearing and sat on a log, fiddling with the watch. "Huh? I wonder what this does?" Ben was so focused when… "BOO!" Sunset spoke as she appeared behind Ben, making him jump in fright and turn to the giggling teen. "Hilarious, bacon hair! Geez!" He kept fiddling as Sunset watched in concern. "You shouldn't be messing with that thing." She said as the boy twisted the dial a couple of times. "Yeah, so?" "Do you always have a lousy attention span?" Sunset questions as he bites on it. "Come on; you're not the least curious about what this thing can do?" "Well… Just a little."
At the hidden warship, a bay door opens, only for something to fly out of it. It hurtles towards Earth, crashing in the same forest. It then unfolds into a giant, intimidating robot with three insectoid legs and sharp black claws. It scans the area to find the crashed pod until it sees no Omnitrix. Frustrated, it blasts it with a palm laser and deploys two hovering spider droids that fly off.
Ben points at the watch as he shows it. "Look, if I can figure this out, I can help people. I mean, really help them! Not just, well, make things worse." "So, what was it like turning into an alien?" Sunset asked questions as they sat on the log, and Ben returned to fiddling.
"It freaked me out at first! It was like I was me and someone else, at the same time!" Just then, the core pops up, showing the selection mode. "Hey, I figured it out! Let me try again, just this once!" He twists the dial, skipping past the fire guy icon, an icon of a humanoid with a beak and large wings, and an icon of a humanoid cat before stopping on an icon of an animal-like icon that is hunched on 4 legs. "I wouldn't." "No, duh. You wouldn't." Ben then slaps on the core, making a flash of green light.
The watch sank into his arm as veins protruded out of it, traveling up to his eye as he shut it before it shot open, making it all orange. He turns around while orange fur starts covering him as he gets bulky and his fingers become 4 with claws. He slams a claw on the ground as he roars, throwing his head around as he finishes transforming.
Sunset sat up with a gasp as Ben roared out. "RRAAAAGGGHHH!" Ben is now a large orange dog-like alien with no eyes, ears, nose, or tail. He stands on all fours and his movements are somewhat apelike. His teeth are very defined and his bottom jaw sticks out of his mouth. He has quills on his back, chin, and forearms. He has a black, green, and white shoulder pad on his left arm where the watch is on, and black, green and white wristbands.
"Whoa! That is one freaky... Dog thing?" Sunset mumbles as she is unsure what Ben is. Ben just roars, growls, and snarls as it seems that this alien is unable to speak normally. "Okay... So, it seems that you can't talk like the last alien. But no eyes, at all? How is this thing helpful, it can't even see anything!" Sunset exclaims as she waves her hand in front of Ben's face as she notices the lack of most regular features of a face on the alien.
But as Sunset was about to place her hand on Ben, the gills on his neck flared out as he could suddenly 'see' everything in a sonar, combined with a radar-like fashion that gave him a dull 3D mapping of his environment and everything around him.
Ben quickly leaps up into a tree as Sunset stumbles from missing, straightening herself as she looks at Ben, smiling at his new form's abilities. "Okay... Looks like this form has a few surprises." Sunset comments as Ben leaps off the tree and lands in front of the teen girl, only for her to gag as she pinches her nose. "Ugg! Two words: Breath mint!
Ben jumps away and hops off the tree branches, going deeper into the forest as Sunset yells at him. "Ben! Get back here! BEN! I will tell Celestia that you turned into some weird animal-alien dog and went into the forest when you're not supposed to!" She then groans in dismay. "As if my life can't get any weirder..."
Ben kept swinging and jumping through the woods, grunting and snarling like an animal, which was not too far off. He then stops on a tree, looking around the place when his senses pick something up, making him quickly dodge a laser blast that nailed the branch. The drone that fired the laser kept blasting at Ben, who kept leaping from tree to tree, until smoke came from the destroyed trees, shielding Ben from the alien drone's vision. The robot then floats down and scans the place, looking for the alien.
Ben was behind the robot on another tree, climbing up to the top. The bot kept scanning when... "RRRAAAHHHHH!" Ben pounces out from the treetops, landing on the robot as it tries to shake him off. The bot attempts to fire its laser, only for Ben to bite it off. He then tears the robot's head off as it flies out of control. He kept clawing and smashing the bot until the watch blinked red again as he heard. He then notices that they are heading toward a cliff.
Ben quickly hops off as the robot crashes, turning back in a flash of red light after landing. He looks back at the flaming wreckage and pumps his fist. "Yes!" But his victory was short-lived. Because another robot approaches him, aiming its laser at the human. Ben got scared. "Whoa, not good!" Ben and the robot kept staring at each other until… WHACK.
"Back off, tin can! No flying saucer is going to hurt my friend!" As Ben states in shock, Sunset whacks it a few more times with a shovel. "Am I glad to see you..." The robot then bursts into flames, making the two run as it explodes behind them.
Later, Celestia meets up with the both of them in the cabin as she scolds the boy. "I was worried you would run off and mess with the watch. That's why I told you not to fool around with it." "Sorry, Aunt Celestia. But I figured out how it works!" Ben exclaims as he shows them. "All you gotta do is press this button. Then, when the ring pops up, twist it until you see the guy you want. Slam it back down, and BAM-O! You're one of 10 super-cool alien dudes!" Ben exclaims. "Well, that's informative. But have you figured out why the watch turns people into aliens?" Sunset asked. "I… Haven't figured that out yet." Ben moans out with an embarrassed look as Celestia starts thinking. "Well, with a device as powerful as that watch stuck on you. My suggestion is: Teach you how to use it, fast."
"ALL RIGHT!" Ben exclaims as he raises his fists while Sunset smiles at him. BOOOOOMMMM "What was that?!" The three look out the window to see smoke coming from the campgrounds as a large metal bot can be seen. "That looks like one of the robots that attacked me earlier! They must be looking for the watch. Those campers are in danger because of me!" Ben rushes to the door and opens it. "I gotta help them!" Sunset quickly stops him and calls out. "But how!?" The boy looks at the watch and smirks.
Ben and the girls ran to the halfway point to the area, hidden from the site, as Ben looked at the green glowing watch. Getting a nod from Celestia, he activates it. "Yeah." He goes past the winged humanoid icon. "Eenie." A humanoid lizard icon. "Meanie." Stopping on an icon that is bulky and with tubes all over him. "Miney. Here goes!" FLASH
Ben felt his entire being turn into water as the watch fused with his new liquid body. Hard armor then forms all over as he being grew as well. His head was the last to get locked in the armor as his green eyes flashed from a see-though mask as showerhead appears on where his mouth would be, acting like a respirator. 2 tubes sprout out from the respirator and went around his shoulders, going to his back as 2 small tubs spouts out on his head as 2 more containers appears on his upper back, near his shoulders. He then spun around and posed as he finished transforming.
Ben was now a robot-like-alien that had 2 containers of water on his upper back and head, that now has a breather in his mouth that looked like a shower head, connected to the body tubes, green 'v' on his forehead, and green, pointed eyes on a see-through mask marking that shows water as well. He has a white ring around his neck that goes down chest as a stripe His stomach area, upper legs and upper arms are silver and segmented. His forearms are big and filled with water and have a green shark-fin spike on his under forearm. His lower legs are red and have green spikes for his knees and have 2 black toes and 3 fingered hands with claws. He has a small white triangular patch on his red under pelvis armor. His breather tubes are see-through and has black, green and white on the front of his head that connects to the breather. He has white rings around his wrist and lastly has the watch symbol on his chest, on his stripe. "So, what can this alien do?" Sunset questions as Ben looks at his new hand that is part of his new look. "I don't know, but I bet it will be pretty cool!"
Another explosion occurred in the area as the campers all ran while screaming, with Luna guiding them away to safety. The trio arrives to see a laser blasted a rock climb wall to bits. Out of the smoke came the big bot from before. "Looks like Papa Robot, this time. I'll get gear-brain's attention. You 2 get everyone to safety!" Celestia nodded, making Sunset follow her as Ben ran toward the robot.
The robot stomped all over the place, stopping to scan the area. It then picks up on a strange energy signature from Gloriosa's necklace. The robot then grabs her as Twilight gasps while Timber tries to grab her. "GLORIOSA!"
The machine brought the scared girl to its head and reached for the necklace with its other claw. "No! NO!" She tried to struggle away as the limb drew closer and closer. "LEAVE HER ALONE!" The four turn to see Ben posing heroically as he glares at the machine. "Try picking on me, bolt brain!" The killer machine scans the being, only to lock onto its chest symbol.
The robot drops Gloriosa, who landed on her brother's arms, as they and Twilight rush out of the scene. The robot fires its palm cannon, blasting Ben into a pile of firewood, which is then demolished too. The robot slowly approaches the wreckage when water shot out of it. Ben pulls himself out and looks at his arms to see water dripping from it. "Nice!" He looks at the robot and narrows his eyes at it. He fires a dual stream of water from both arms, but the machine leaps over and crashes down on him, pinning him with its legs. "Oh, boy! I'm in trouble!"
Sunset managed to find Twilight and comfort her after escorting other campers. "Are you okay?" "I'm fine. But what in the name of science is going on!?" "You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Now come on!" Sunset beckons and runs while Twilight merely watches the fight.
Ben got out and backed up, only to be grabbed and thrown near Twilight, who got the message and ran. Ben stands up and shakes his head, glaring at his opponent. The machine fires another laser, but Ben is quicker and dodges it. He kept dodging and running around from the lasers, only to hit a tree, making it tumble onto Sunset Shimmer, who stood in shock.
Just then, 2 water whips wrapped around the tree and was thrown away, sending it flying into the forest. Sunset turns to see Ben retracting his 'whips'. "So, we even?" "Even." Ben was then grabbed by the bot. The machine then tries to yank off Ben's left arm. As he attempted spraying water from his left arm, the stream hardened, into a water blade. He destroys the machine's limb with it as the alien looks at his new weapon in awe. "Whoa! Water blades!" Was all Ben could say before being blasted away by the robot in anger. He lands in a dirt crater as the machine follows, intending to finish the job.
Celestia and Sunset got everyone into the woods when they noticed the battle. "Ben..." Celestia said in concern. Ben stood up, looked at his arms, and then at the robot, realizing what to do. He fires blasts of water as the robot fires its laser. The two collide in a stalemate, struggling to overpower one another. The girls and the others all looked in awe at the battle as Ben exclaims. "Time to hit the showers, techno-freak!" The aqua streams overpowered the beam, sending the stream into the cannon, sparking out of control. The machine only had time to look at it before the gun exploded.
Before it can do anything, Ben launches himself up high with his water and activates his water blades, bringing them down on the middle of the robot, all the way down to the ground, and leaps back, just as it splits into two and falls, blowing up on impact. "ALL RIGHT!" "Way to go, B-." Celestia stops when she notices the crowd staring at her. "Umm… Overflow guy!"
"AW, YEAH! WHO'S BAD!?" The newly named Overflow shoots two streams of water in the air for victory as he stomps on the ground. He then notices the staring campers as Sunset and Celestia are shaking and palming their heads. "Well… Since my work here is done, I'll be on my way." He then ran off to the woods. "Who was that guy!?" Rainbow Dash questions as they look at Sunset and Celestia, who both shrugs. Luckily, no one notices the 2 sharing a wink.
The alien was furious at what he was told back at the ship. "FAILURE!? UNACCEPTABLE! 'Gasp' The puny Earth being who is keeping the Omnitrix from me will soon hang on my trophy wall! Vilgax the conqueror, will make him suffer!" Vilgax narrows his red, soulless eyes into near silts in rage at the boy who bested him, vowing to destroy him.
The next day, Ben was back in the secret area, getting ready to try out the rest of his aliens. "All right let's see... I'll call the fire guy, Heatblast! The dog will be... Wildmutt! And I already know about Overflow. Wonder what the others do, though?!" Ben said as he scrolled through his playlist, wondering which alien he hasn't turn into to try out next.
RUMBLE "What was that?! Another robot?!" The boy exclaims as the earth shakes. The shocking stop as he stabilized himself, wondering what caused the shaking. "What happened?" Ben mumbles as he glanced around, only to spot some sort of pinkish glow beyond the trees in the distance. "What is that?' The kid breaths as he decides to investigate.
Ben kept jogging amongst the forest path, pushing past bushes and trees as he comes across the forbidden rock quarry. The kid saw the glow coming from a cave that was partly blocked by some large rocks. "What is going on, in there?" The kid asked as he went to get a closer look. But as he was near the entrance, he heard voices from inside as he listens in.
"Gloriosa, Timber wasn't wrong. Maybe you need to stop using magic. Too much of it could be dangerous if you can't control it." Twilight's voice was heard as it sounds like she was pleading. "Gloriosa? As in the camp counselor?" Ben asked as he rubs his chin with his finger. "Oh, I got this. And I'm going to use it to save my camp! I need more power!" "NOO!" Ben was startled by the yells coming from both Twilight and Sunset, inside! Before he can even squeeze through the rocks, a bright green light came from within, making Ben gasp in surprise as he shields his eyes.
Once the kid recovers his eyesight, he something was coming his way, making the boy quickly runs towards some rocks away from the cave, hiding behind them. The boy pokes his head out, only to gasp as Gloriosa Daisy coming out, only she changed! Gloriosa's new form now has a darker version of her skin tone and has a light purple mask around her eyes, which now resembles pools of tar with green glowing pupils. She now wears a dress made of leaves with long, brown gloves and legs into green flats. She has a green aura as she is floating while having an emerald-encrusted headband in her flowing blue hair with glowing streaks. "What the heck happened to her?!" Ben whispers in disbelief.
She hovers out of the cave as Sunset and Twilight's voices beg her to stop. The new villain makes it outside and turns back, making vines block the cave as the girls scream while Ben gasps. The villainess then starts heading toward the camp as Ben watches. Ben then frowns as he glanced back at the rocks blocking the cave. "I may not know what's going on. But I do I have to something!" He rushed up to the large rocks, pushing the button of his watch and twists the ring until he stops on an icon of a large, bulky humanoid with spikes on his shoulders, fins on his collar and head. "Going hero!" The kid smirks and slaps down the core. FLASH
Blue lighting bursts from Ben's chest as he silently screams. The energy courses from the watch and travels to his other arm as he grins. His right arm turns into a four-fingered limb made of blue and white energy. He throws an uppercut with the arm as the rest of his body becomes the same. Then, rocks gathered on him as he spun and posed, finishing the transformation.
Ben is now a tall, bulky alien is made out of pure blue energy. Four spikes are protruding from both of his shoulders. His arms are relatively large, stretching down nearly to his feet in a resting position. His arms, chest, and legs are rock-like. A moss-like substance can be seen around his neck. He has a rock helmet, a black face, and two green eyes. He has the watch symbol on his chest.
"Okay, then. Let's see what this new guy can do." Ben held his arms out and went to push the boulder. But suddenly, his arms started to crackle, lighting as he looked in surprise. "Whoa!" He puts his hands together and fires a white-hot beam from them, blasting the rock to dust as the boy is in awe. "Whoa..." Ben breathes out while looking at his hands.
The girls and dog made it out, and they both noticed Ben, staring up in shock. "What... Are you?" Twilight asked as Sunset realized it was Ben, due to the watch badge on his collar bone. "Don't worry! I'm here to help you." Ben assures. Only for them to hear a noise and glanced to see giant vines coming from where the camp is. "Gloriosia must be using magic to trap everyone in camp! We got to move!" Sunset exclaims as they all run toward the camp.
They all arrived at the dome. "How do we get in?" Ben questions as Sunset answers. "Twilight! Can you use your magic to get us in?" "I don't want to use too much of it. Midnight Sparkle could take over!" Ben raises an eyebrow at the name. "Midnight, who? And what does she mean by 'magic'?"
"Twilight. Our friends are in there." Sunset clasps her hands over her friend's and glows red, and much to Ben's surprise, a pair of horse ears appeared on top of her head as her hair extended into a ponytail. "There's something you don't see every day." "And this coming from a big, walking energy golem?" Spike snarks as Ben responds. "Good point." The alien's eyes widened in realization as he exclaims, pointing at Spike. "WHAT THE WHAT?! You talked?!" "Really?! The talking dog is the weird thing about all of this?!" Spike asked in an annoyed tone.
Twilight approaches the wall and holds her glowing hands, making the vines part into a big enough hole for them to walk through. They got in to see that Gloriosia was on a growing pillar of vines, her hands spread to the sides and her eyes glowing green. "What you are doing is wrong!" Timber calls out as he is smothered in the branches. "That isn't your sister!" Sunset calls out as they make it on the scene. "Twilight!" Rarity calls out as Applejack adds in. "Sunset!" "You're okay!" Rainbow Dash exclaims as she helps Fluttershy up. "Hey, who's the new guy?" Pinkie questions.
"That isn't your sister. It's someone consumed by Equestria magic!" Sunset explains to Timber. "Whoever you are, please let my sister go! Please, Gloriosa! I need you." Timber pleads with tears, hoping to regain his sister. Ben watches before gaining a glaring look. He looks at his hand as lighting dances around, only to notice that it briefly made a shape for a while. "I wonder…"
He pulls his hands apart, making energy dance around until it forms a giant, electric boomerang. "Whoa! I can make energy weapons! This is awesome!" "Gloriosa!" Was all Timber said before being engulfed as Ben looked up to the mad woman, who was almost being consumed. "Go, Bluemerang!" He throws the weapon, making it slice through some of the brambles.
"Hey, I was trying-" That was all Gloriosa could say until the object doubled back and knocked her off the platform, sending her tumbling to the ground as Ben grinned. "Yeah! It does come back!" Gloriosa rose and growled at the alien, making vines that caught him. "Not a smart move, grabbing me." Ben then made his body sparks powerful electricity that fries the vines. More vines came after him, but Ben made an energy sword and slashed through them.
"Whoa! Do you see this guy!?" Rainbow Dash exclaims as she and the others watch as Fluttershy mumbles out. "I sure hope he doesn't hurt himself." "But I want to know who the Sam Hill is he?" Applejack wonders at the strange being. "He sure does look shiny, though!" Pinkie randomly comments. "Don't worry. He knows Overflow, and he was also sent here to help." Sunset explains, covering for Ben. "YEAH! Go for it! Uhh... Shock Rock!" Spike barks out. "Hey, Shock Rock! That sounds COOOOOOL!" Shock Rock was sent flying from a lucky strike, crashing into the smashed dock. "SERIOUSLY?!" Rainbow Dash yells out.
Shock Rock stands and rubs his head to shake off the dizziness. "Why are you fighting me!?" He looks up to see Gloriosa back on her pillar as she looks down on him. "I'm doing this for the greater good! I'm doing this for the camp!" "Sheesh… All this trouble for this place? It looks more like a dump!" The alien grins out as Sunset face palms at his taunt. Gloriosa had a crazy smile as her right eye twitched a bit. "'A dump'?... A DUMP!?" She rages out as the vines cover her and makes green lighting surge through the place, making vines grow out.
"Nice going, Shock Rock! You made her angry!" Was all Sunset could yell out before Rarity made a diamond barrier surround them before the vines engulfed it. "Me and my big mouth..." Shock Rock groans out. He quickly dodged lighting and vines, blasting the wood hazards away as he ran. "I got to do something. She's going into full rage mode! But my sword won't cut it with these many brambles!"
He quickly hops on one after another, trying to avoid getting caught. "Think, what do lumberjacks use? Axes? No. Bulldozers? No. Wait a second…" He widens in the realization of something. Landing on the ground, he faces the vines and starts making something as rocks and lighting surge around his cupped hands. He forms his left hand into a square rock with a handle on top, two blue holes on the sides, and two thin openings on the end. He pulls an energy ripcord on the side, making two big energy chainsaws roar as they appear. "Woo-Hoo! Let the energy flow!" Shock Rock marvels at his new weapon.
Just then, green lighting struck him. Instead of hurting him, they made his body surge as his saws became stronger. "YEAH! I can absorb energy! Thanks for the power boost!" The vines lunge at him, only for the powered-up hero to slice them away with his new weapon. He then leaped at the tower as more vines came at him. Shock Rock slashed them to bits as a huge one went behind him. But he was quicker and slid on his back as the chainsaw tore at it. He then back-flips and downward slashed at another set of vines.
He noticed a glowing pink light coming from the smaller dome just then. The vines were pushed away as Twilight now had purple wings on her back and ears and a ponytail as the others flew out, only to notice the alien's weapon. "Is that a chainsaw arm?!" "Yep!" Shock Rock pulls the ripcord, reactivating it. He then leaps up and slices the top part of the pillar sideways. He exposures Gloriosa as Twilight levitates the crystals away from her.
The Geodes went to the teens with their respective colors, merging with them and transforming them. They all gained crystal-like outfits as they all glowed their colors and started making a bright light, making Shock Rock shield his eyes.
Opening his eyes, he saw all the vines were gone as sparkling green lights rained down. He then notices his aunts and other campers stepping out of the mess hall as they marvel at the sight. They all then cheered at being saved. Timber was coming around and noticed his unconscious, back-to-normal sister. "Gloriosa?" He went to her as a green sparkle touched her, fluttering her eyes open. "Wha… What happened?" "It's okay. It's going to be okay." He comforts her as they hug.
The transformed girls floated down to the ground as Shock Rock approached them. "Nice job, back there!" "Thanks! And pretty cool using a chainsaw arm to cut all the vines away." Twilight complements him. Just then, the crowd cheers and applause at the eight heroes as they all smile while Shock Rock grins at the attention. "WHO'S YOUR HERO!?" He calls out, getting more enormous cheers as Sunset and Twilight smile and shake their heads at each other. BEEP BEEP BEEP
Shock Rock looks down to see he is timing out. "SORRY! Gotta go!" He then took off into the woods, hoping to get as far away as not to be followed. He reaches a hidden small pond when he turns back. "Whew, that was a bit too close! Still, it would have been nice for me to stay a little longer."
Ben then starts to walk back to the camp. He kept walking until he returned to see everyone fixing the docks and damage. "I am so sorry." Ben saw Gloriosa standing before his aunts, looking shamefully. "I just want to make it the best week of Camp Everfree! But instead, I made it the worst! Maybe I should be losing the camp to Filthy Rich."
"No! It's not! This camp means a lot to so many people! My sister and me included." "Why do you think we wanted our students to come here to start Summer Vacation?" Luna questions as everyone gathers around while Ben walks next to Celestia, who secretly winks at him for doing an excellent job with the watch earlier as Ben smiles.
Twilight spoke up, getting the crowd's attention. "We can't let Filthy Rich take this camp away! If this place meant so much to you 2, then maybe it meant as much for the other campers who came here before." "And maybe, we can get them to help save it!" Applejack questions as Rarity squeals out. "Like a fundraiser?" "Or a ball!?" Rainbow Dash zooms up. "Our band can play!" "I can write a new song, for the occasion!" Fluttershy mentions. Everyone mumbles and agrees, wanting to save the camp. "That's all nice, but where will we hold it?"
"We can hold it in the Crystal Cave!" Ben adds as Rarity glees out. "A Crystal Ball! I love it!" "I love everyone's enthusiasm... I do! But I don't think we can do this by tomorrow night." "WE GOT THIS!" The Rainbooms cries out to Daisy.
As time passes into night, at the Crystal Ball, everyone dressed fancy as they enjoyed the party along with the older campers. Gloriosa announced they had saved the camp by reaching enough money, making Filthy Rich leave in silent defeat. Ben was dressed in a comfy tuxedo with a green tie and the number 10 on his back caused by Rarity, who also combed his hair. "Look at you, Ben!" He turns with a Pizza slice in hand to see Sunset smiling at him.
"You're bound to get some girls chasing after you." She teases with a smirk as Ben rolls his eyes. "Hilarious, bacon head! But, you know, I came to this camp thinking I would have the worst summer ever." Ben looks at the crowd having fun with Sunset on his side. "But it turns out, thanks to some magic and an alien watch, that this camp is pretty cool! Grandpa was right about sending me here. And I did make some great friends too!" Sunset smiles warmly at the boy. "To the start of the best summer ever!" Ben holds a cup of punch as he and Sunset toast and laugh.
Later, Sunset was hanging outside the cave as Twilight said bye to Timber and walked over to her, getting a coy grin as she blushed. Ben was hanging out with his aunts and meeting the other Rainbooms inside the cave.
But as Sunset slurped her cup, she gained a pondering look. "There is something that concern me." "What's that?" "Where did the magic that hit this cave come from?" Both teens look up at the night sky, wondering about the mysteries of the magic and the watch, as Sunset also ponders why was the watch sent to Earth in the 1st place.
