Part 15 - Trial pt
Kingsley, the newly appointed Minister of Magic, stood up at his seat that as in the middle of the ros of people infront of them, and he said in a spelled to be louder voice;
"We are here today to begin the proceeding of the trial beteen Harry James Potter-Black vs Michael Adam Spears, as Harry James Potter was found to sent a curse, that we can now recognise to be Illegal and Dangerous to use without a counter-acting spell or potion to fix hat happened to the said victim, which as Ms Lupin-Black's fiancée, Michael Adam Spears. Mr Potter-Black is also guilty of having an dangerous obsession of Ms Lupin-Black aka Hermione, despite she is not only his sister by blood due to his god-father and his husband, blood-adopted the said boy to be their son aswell. Hermione told me in confidence that I am able today to tell you all by her permission, that she has NO feelings towards her brother, then used to be family and sisterly love for him, but he destroyed that, when he used a dangerous spell that former Severus Snape may he rest in peace, created, and it was to make the victims that was placed under the spell, to die slowly but very painful way of bleeding out, and he also created a counter-act spell to fix it if it as to be an accidental victim of this spell. And what the spell is called is none other; Septemsempra, and the counter-act is Vulnera Santur, and as Mr Potter-Black did not use it to stop it, Michael's fiancee and former friend and family member of said boy, Hermione, used the counter-act, therefore not only saving Michael's life, but hers aswell, for the bond the two has to each other, is of a Soul-Mate Bond and if one of them dies, the other will follow quickly after to be reunited with the said Soul-Mate. So we are looking for an attempted Murder of to people as it would not only killed Michael Spears, but also Hermione Lupin-Black, for Mr Harry James Potter-Black. So we are going to play the memories of all involved, including teachers and students that had to witness said crime. So roll the tape, Ms Bones."
Amelia nodded and stood with a stoic, but simmering underneath the surface of her face, as anger and disbelief, and she pointed her and towards the wall behind the Minister, and there infront of everyone who was in the room, sa what happened that day.
Harry sat ith his head down, not looking, but those who knew him could see not only anger of being outed to be a criminal that he felt he was not one, he was the victim here, and Hermione looked away and was being held by Michael's mother with her taking her head into her chest and looking down and holding the girl in her arms. Michael looked away and his father sat with clenched jaws and held a much firmer hand onto his son's shoulder, and also another hand onto both Hermione and Mary's arms that was so close together with Mary's hugging a crying Hermione there.
Others were in shock and disbelief, and felt what Harry had done, was a criminal act, and he needed to be punished by fullest law. So after last person's memories as shown, it was two hours later, and they decided to take a small break, Harry was forcifully taken out of the room, into the next room, still shackled and all.
An hour later of eating some lunch and just taking a break, everyone as brought back in there, and Kingsley then said
"We all have seen and heard enough, and I leave the punishment to everyone to vote, if Harry is to be set free of all charges or be sent off to prison for some serious time in there. Those of you, who thinks that Harry Potter should be free, please lit your and in the colour of white, and those of you who want him to be sent to jail, make your and to light up as red, which I will tell if so happens, how long and where in the prison he will sit in."
And the room lit up so many reds, that no one as in white, it made Harry shocked, but also scared and worried, and Kingsley nodded, and said
"And since most of you if not all of you lit up as red, therefore you are found guilty of your crimes, and your crimes are Attempted Murder and Line-Theft, therefore due to your mental state, you will be sent to St Mungos' for their locked in patients, for treatment of 10 years, after that you will be sent to Azkaban to 4th floor, here you will then sit for rest of your life. You are also going to be registered as Dangerous and a Predator, Harry Potter. You will never marry anyone nor have children of your own, as you are classified as Dangerous Predator, so your bloodlines will die out the day you die. May Merlin and your parents in the after-life have mercy onto you. So I say, so Mote it Be."
And he bang the gable, and Harry went nuts, screaming and asking in his screams for Hermione or Sirius to help him, but neither said nor even look at him, it as like he as dead to them now. Sirius also reversed the adoption, and his name went back to be just Potter.
Hermione and Michael stood up, and as the cameras were going nuts around them to take pictures of Harry being taken aay in the shackled state, they shocked him and the others, by sharing a very passionate kiss. It made Harry even more violent and angry. But soon he was gone and taken to St. Mungos for his treatment, for he as a very sick young man afterall.
Hermione like other female ere going to be safe and much better no he as gone for good too. Like Ron and Ginerva were. Molly too.
