Fanfic: Inferno's Fury
--
The halls of Beacon Academy were filled with the usual buzz of students chatting, laughing, and carrying on with their day. Yet, for Aiden Valentine, the usual sounds only amplified the disdain building in his chest. He leaned against the stone wall, arms crossed, listening to Weiss Schnee and a small group of rich students complain about their latest "first world problems."
Weiss, her voice dripping with frustration, was sitting near a window overlooking the campus. "I just don't understand why we can't have better food here," she sighed dramatically, twirling a strand of her hair. "The same meals every day. It's so... boring."
One of the students beside her nodded. "I agree. How hard is it to have a more refined selection? I can't believe I pay for this."
Aiden clenched his fists, the words grating against his nerves. They have no idea... He could feel the familiar, burning anger rise up from his chest. It wasn't just Weiss' complaint about the food; it was her whole attitude—one of entitlement, of never understanding what it was like to claw for survival. To scrape by with nothing but scraps and grit.
The rich students continued to talk, oblivious to Aiden's presence. Weiss spoke again, her voice dripping with the kind of superiority he loathed. "Honestly, if I had my card loaded like back home, I wouldn't be dealing with this nonsense. I'd never have to worry about food again."
Aiden's blood boiled. He couldn't take it anymore. Without thinking, he stormed into the room, his footsteps echoing as he made his way to the center of the group. His sharp, icy eyes locked on Weiss, and the others fell silent.
"Aiden?" Weiss blinked, momentarily stunned by his sudden entrance.
"I've had enough of this," Aiden said, his voice cold but laced with an undeniable fury. "Of you. Of all of this." He turned to face the group of students, his gaze sweeping over them with disdain. "You complain about food? About how hard it is for you to live like this? You have no idea what it's like. None of you."
Weiss blinked again, visibly taken aback by his outburst. "What... do you mean by that?" she asked, her voice defensive.
Aiden's hand clenched into a fist, and for a moment, it looked like he might snap. But instead, he stepped back, exhaling sharply, trying to rein in the rage bubbling within him. He looked at her with a bitter smile, one that didn't quite reach his eyes. "I've been living on nothing but the ashes of my past. Do you even know what it's like to fight for your next breath? To be alone in the world, with nothing but hatred burning inside you?"
Weiss didn't respond, her mouth agape as Aiden's words struck deep. But he wasn't finished.
"I'm done with all of this," Aiden spat, his voice rising. "Done with pretending everything's fine. Done with being around people who don't even know what it's like to struggle."
The room was silent, the tension thick in the air. Then, with a surge of defiance, Aiden strode toward the stage, where a talent show was about to begin. His fists clenched as he made his way to the mic stand.
"I'm going to show you what it really means to be powerful," he muttered under his breath. "I'm done with you, Weiss. I'm done with all of you."
The lights dimmed as the talent show began. Aiden, now at the center of the stage, gripped the microphone with a tight hand. The crowd fell silent in anticipation. The anger coursing through him was palpable, and he knew this was his moment to unleash it all.
He let out a slow, measured breath and then began to sing, the words flowing like a torrent from his soul.

Inferno's Fury
Y'all shoulda known better than to cross me.
You think you've seen the worst of me?
Watch how I rewrite your destiny.
A flame burns deep, unrelenting heat—
Hell's got a new king, and he's on his feet.
I'm the predator, and you're the prey,
Your fancy life won't save you today.
A royal's blood will soak the sand,
Every death, just part of my plan.
Storm's coming,
Hear the thunder growl.
Ain't no mercy,
Only vengeance now.
The fire's burning,
Your time's run out.
Like inferno's fury,
No room for doubt.
An eye for an eye,
Every debt gets paid.
Blood demands blood—
Let the dues cascade.
Storm's raging,
Hear the battle call.
Like inferno's fury,
I'll burn it all.
I was born where the ashes lay,
Forged in hellfire, molded by rage.
You think power's in a silver spoon?
I'll show you strength, your grave's dug soon.
You royals, you laugh, but you don't know pain,
Never clawed for scraps in the acid rain.
I'll take back what your kind has stolen,
Leave your world in ruins, broken and swollen.
Storm's coming,
Hear the thunder growl.
Ain't no mercy,
Only vengeance now.
The fire's burning,
Your time's run out.
Like inferno's fury,
No room for doubt.
An eye for an eye,
Every debt gets paid.
Blood demands blood—
Let the dues cascade.
Storm's raging,
Hear the battle call.
Like inferno's fury,
I'll burn it all.
Your chains of gold won't keep me down,
I'll shatter them all, burn your crown.
My kind were built to survive and kill,
The unkillable, I bend to my will.
You call me low, say my worth is small,
But you'll choke on pride when you see me stand tall.
You're nothing but prey in a lion's den—
Hell's fury will hunt you again and again.
Storm's here,
Feel the lightning crash.
Your empire's dust,
Turned to ash.
The fire's burning,
Your time's run out.
Like inferno's fury,
No room for doubt.
An eye for an eye,
Every debt gets paid.
Blood demands blood—
Let the dues cascade.
Storm's raging,
Hear the battle call.
Like inferno's fury,
I'll burn it all.
No escape,
No last reprieve.
Your screams are music
As I watch you bleed.
The flames of wrath
Consume it whole.
Like inferno's fury,
I've claimed my toll.

The room fell into stunned silence as Aiden's final words echoed in the air. The students stared at him, wide-eyed, their faces pale from the raw, seething intensity of his song. Aiden's eyes were dark, his expression unwavering, and as he set the mic back on the stand, he turned away from the stunned crowd, his heart pounding with a new kind of purpose.
He had said it. He had finally said it.
As the echoes of his song slowly died down, Weiss remained frozen in her seat, her eyes fixed on Aiden's retreating back. Her lips parted, but no words came.
Aiden Valentine had just burned away everything he once was—and now, there was only the storm left to follow.
