Will. Will is like a flame, a flame that will dim, but never be extinguished.
Humans possess this flame, it helps them, grows with them, and dies with them to the very end.
As time went on, humans began to lose their grip on their will, submitting to the cold, dark evil.
The lack of will is what brought forth many disasters in both reality and dream.
You are one of the few that possess the flame.
But you are the only one that can counter this evil.
Awaken your flame, let it burn, burn bright as the sun itself.
Let it burn, to live and overcome death, to face reality and its hardships, to stand up and fight for what's right.
Your journey begins now.
By the sound of a rail squeal, a young man, no older than sixteen, awakens from his slumber. The young man had dark auburn hair in a scruffy style, his eyes were brown but with tints of silver. His face and build were around average.
"Now arriving at Kuoh Station." The Announcer spoke. "I repeat, arriving at Kuoh Station. Please collect any belongings before exiting." The young man collected his bag and suitcase, preparing to hop off.
As the train arrived at the station, its doors slid open, allowing the young man to walk out. The young man checked the time on his watch, he then grabbed something out of his pocket, it was a piece of paper, and written on it was an address. The young man began to walk to his destination, unaware of a blue butterfly following him.
The young man arrived at his destination, the young man was at the gates of a high school, staring at the main building. With a sigh, the young man walks past the gates into the school grounds. The school he was attending was Kuoh High, a once all-girl school that started becoming a co-ed school last year. Entering the main building the young man starts walking about until he gets lost. A woman with long black hair extending down to her knees was walking about until she saw the young man looking lost. She began to walk up to him. "Excuse me?" The woman spoke. "I suppose you're Shisaki Hasumori, the new transfer student?" The woman asked, receiving a nod from the young man, now labeled Shisaki. "Excellent, my name is Tsubaki Shinra, vice-president of the student council, please follow me." and so he did.
As the two walked to the student council room, wanting to know what kind of person Shisaki was, Tsubaki began to ask some questions.
"So, you used to live here in Kuoh, correct?" She spoke. Shisaki nodded. "You know you can speak, right? Is there any reason why you don't want to talk?"
Shisaki stopped from that response, and with a sigh, he spoke.
"I don't like getting unwanted attention from women." He spoke in a deep voice.
Tsubaki stops for a moment to process if she heard it right, blinking a few times, then realizes she heard it right.
"That's your voice!?" She yelped.
"Yes, unfortunately," Shisaki replied. "Can we continue?"
"Oh right!" Tsubaki responded. "Sh-shall we then?"
Tsubaki couldn't believe it, for someone of average appearance, he had a deep, attractive voice. They continued to make their way to the student council room as the blue butterfly watched from the window.
Shisaki and Tsubaki continued their conversation, Tsubaki asked him questions on multiple subjects, with Shisaki answered them honestly.
"So, Hasumori. What are your thoughts about women? More specifically women you find attractive." Tsubaki asked while thinking. "Please, don't be another pervert."
"Well, to be honest, I don't know," Shisaki replied. "I never really think about that. Don't get me wrong there are a lot of great women out there in the world, but I just think I'm not good enough, that's all."
"I see…" Tsubaki replied. "Oh, we're here." They arrived at the student council room, When they entered four people were in the room, one was a blonde male of average build while the rest were all female, the first had black hair and violet eyes, and the second also had black hair, but styled in a ponytail, along with having a voluptuous figure and the third had long, crimson hair and blue eyes, along having a voluptuous figure.
"Miss Sona," Tsubaki spoke. "The new transfer student is here, he got lost so I've brought him."
"Thank you, Tsubaki." The female with the bob cut spoke. "Shisaki Hasumori, yes?"
Shisaki nodded.
"I'm Souna Shitori, third year and president of the student council. It's a pleasure to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too, Shitori-senpai," Shisaki spoke in his deep voice.
Everyone in the room besides Tsubaki was caught off guard by Shisaki's voice, causing the three women to have a little blush.
"Ara ara," the woman with the ponytail spoke as she walked towards Shisaki. "Quite a sexy voice from such a cute boy, I'm Akeno Himejima, and welcome to Kuoh Academy."
Shisaki looks at Akeno for a few seconds then looks at Sona then back at Akeno.
"So you and Shitori-Senpai aren't sisters?" Shisaki asked bluntly, causing everyone in the room to look at him with confusion, while the crimson-haired woman chuckled.
"W-what the hell do you mean!?" The blonde yelled. "Of course, Miss Sona isn't related to one of the two Queens of Kuoh. Seriously, what gave you that idea!?"
"Cause they both have black hair and violet eyes," Shisaki answered. "Plus I had a feeling they would be like fraternal or semi-identical twins from the looks of it. Like in the movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito"
"...Okay, that's a good point." The blonde sweat dropped.
"I agree," The crimson-haired woman spoke. "Both Akeno and Sona do look semi-identical."
Akeno and Sona look at each other for a moment before the two start to giggle.
"Oh, by the way." The crimson-haired girl began. "'I'm Rias Gremory, a pleasure." Shisaki nodded.
Sona then walked up to Shisaki with a sheet of paper in her hand. "Here's your class schedule." She spoke. "And I hope you enjoy your time here, Hasumori-kun." Shisaki nodded and headed for the door. "Oh, before you go," Sona spoke up. "There are three students named Issei Hyodo, Matsuda, and Motohama, I recommend not hanging around those three a lot. They have a reputation of sorts."
"Okay," Shisaki replied as he left the room.
"You felt it, didn't you?" Rias spoke to Sona with a serious expression.
"Yeah, I did," Sona replied. "What's strange is it didn't feel like a [Sacred Gear] but something similar to it. Whatever it is we can't let it fall into the wrong hands." As everyone nodded, the butterfly began to flutter away as it followed our protagonist.
