Back in Logic Volcano
After travelling through Server Desert, Lincoln, his sisters who accompanied them, Clyde, Rusty, Liam, and Zach have made it out and are currently travelling through Logic Volcano.
"This place makes that desert seem like a freezer." said Lynn as she sweats.
"I don't like coming here." said Rusty.
"None of us really does." said Lincoln. "But we need to see about getting my sisters artifacts of their own so they can Digivolve their partners to their Ultimate Forms."
"I wonder what Betamon's Ultimate Form is like?" asked Lana.
"I'll bet Pulsemon's will be super buff." said Lynn.
"Yeah!" said Pulsemon as he flexes his arms.
"Impmon's will probably be so rockin'!" said Luna as she and Impmon rock the goat horns.
"And we shouldn't forget about seeing Seraphimon about where Angewomon went off to." said Clyde with a goofy smile on his face.
"It's the main reason why I came here in the first place." said Rusty with a goofy smile of his own.
"First things first." said Lincoln.
"Let's just hurry." said Zach as he wipes some sweat from his forehead and drinks some of his water.
As they walk over to one of the platforms suspended over the hot lava below; they see Gumdramon battling a Monochromon.
"Hey, it's Gumdramon." said Clyde.
"You know that little dude?" asked Luna.
"We met him when we first came here." said Liam.
"What's that thing he's battling?" asked Lynn.
"That's a Monochromon." said Clyde.
"I will not let you get to Taomon's Sanctuary!" said Gumdramon. "Jacked Hammer!" He then swings down his hammer tail, that suddenly grows to a large size, onto the Monochromon's back, but not doing much.
"That Monochromon thing is tough." said Lynn.
"Well, Gumdramon is only a Rookie Level Digimon while Monochromon is a Champion Level one." Lincoln said with worry.
"You will not stop me from claiming Taomon's power for my masters!" said Monochromon. "Slamming Attack!" It rams Gumdramon, sending him flying into a stalactice made of hardened magma and breaks it.
"We have to help him!" said Lincoln as he holds out his artifact.
"I got this, Stinkoln." said Lynn as she lowers Lincoln's arm. "Pulsemon could use some more experience."
"Fine." said Lincoln.
"Watch and learn." said Lynn as she holds out her Digivice. "Ready, Pulsemon?"
"Do you need to ask?" asked Pulsemon, raising up his fists. Lynn pushes a button on her Digivice and Pulsemon begins to spin. "Pulsemon, Digivolve to..." He kept spinning until he became Bulkmon.
"...BULKMON!" shouts Bulkmon. He charges towards Monochromon. "Thunder Dread!" Bulkmon releases a jolt of electricity from his horn and it hits Monochromon; it turned towards Bulkmon.
"You dare attack me?!" yelled Monochromon.
"Oh, I dare all right." replied Bulkmon.
"Volcanic Strike!" shouts Monchromon before firing a fireball out of its mouth and it hits Bulkmon, knocking him back.
"Don't take that from that chump!" said Lynn.
"I wasn't go to." replied Bulkmon. He charges at Monchromon. "Electricial Fist!" Electricity surrounded his fist and he punches Monochromon across the face, knocking it to the ground; Monchromon gets back on its feet.
"Guarding Tusk!" yelled Monochromon as it charges at Bulkmon with its horn aimed towards him. Bulkmon grabs Monochromon's horn with one of his hands, stopping Monochromon in its tracks.
"Core Electricial Fist!" yelled Bulkmon as a powerful surge of electricity surrounded his free hand and he punches it across the face, knocking Monochromon to the ground, unconscious.
"Yeah; you showed that chump what you can do, Bulkmon!" cheered Lynn. Bulkmon does a fist pump before De-Digivolving back to Pulsemon. Gumdramon gets back on his feet and looks at Pulsemon.
"Thank you." said Gumdramon.
"No sweat." replied Pulsemon.
"Speak for yourself." said Rusty before wiping sweat from his forehead, getting Gumdramon's attention.
"Oh, it's you children." said Gumdramon.
"You okay, Gumdramon?" asked Clyde.
"I'll be fine." replied Gumdramon.
"Is Taomon back in his sanctuary?" asked Clyde.
"Yes and no." said Gumdramon.
"What do you mean?" asked Rusty.
"He's back, but he's in his Rookie Form." said Gumdramon.
"You think he still remembers anything about how to make artifacts for my sisters?" asked Lincoln.
"He should've retained all his knowledge he had when he was Taomon." said Gumdramon.
"There's some good news." said Clyde.
"Let's go see him." said Zach. What they all probably didn't know was that a Vilemon was currently watching the group while getting its sweat into its eyes.
With the four Digimon who were trying to conquer the Digital World, they were watching what the Vilemon was observing from their lair.
"Stop sweating into your eyes!" said Regalusmon.
"It's hard to see what those kids and their partners are up to!" said GranKuwagamon.
"I'm trying, my lords." said the Vilemon.
"At least we can hear what they're all saying." said Blastmon.
"So they're trying to obtain the ability to Digivolve the white-haired one's kin's partner Digimon to their Ultimate Forms." said Regalusmon.
"We shouldn't let them obtain more power." said Blastmon.
"But Monochromon failed to stop them and get Taomon's power." said GranKuwagon.
"Monochromon's down, but not out." said Blastmon as he gathers energy into one of his fingers and creates an orb of energy. "Perhaps he could use a power increases of his own."
"It better be enough." said Regalusmon. Blastmon sends the energy orb into the projection the Vilemon was sending them.
Back at Logic Volcano, the Vilemon that was currently spying on the kids suddenly begins feeling pain surging through its body, making it scream out in agony, getting the group's attention.
"It's another Vilemon!" said Rusty.
"What's wrong with it?" asked Luna. Blastmon's energy orb comes bursting out of the Vilemon's body, destroying it in the process.
"Dang it." said Lynn. "I wanted Pulsemon to beat it."
"Hey, it should be Betamon's turn." said Lana. The energy orb shoots over to the downed Monochromon and gets absorbed into its body.
"What was that ball thing?" asked Liam. The Monochromon's eyes shot open and it began to glow with a dark light.
"I think we're about to find out." said Clyde. Everyone watches as the unarmored part of Monochromon's body began to turn a reddish-orange color.
"Did it just Digivolve?" asked Zach. Lana holds out her Digivice towards the transformed Monochromon.
"Yeah, he's Vermillimon now!" said Lana. "Ultimate Level, Ankylosaur Type, Data and Vaccine Attributes; its special attack is Volcano Strike 2."
"With this power, nothing will stop me from obtaining the power in Taomon's Sanctuary for my masters!" shouts the Digimon now known as Vermillimon.
"Wanna bet, chump?" asked Lynn.
"Careful." said Clyde. "It is an Ultimate Level Digimon now."
"That won't stop us from trying!" said Lynn.
"Yeah!" said Lana. Lincoln and his friends hold up their Digivices while Lincoln's sisters take out their Digivices and pushes a button on them; their partner Digimon began to spin.
"Agumon, Digivolve to..." said Agumon as he kept spinning until he became GeoGreymon.
"...GEOGREYMON!" shouts GeoGreymon.
"Gaomon, Digivolve to..." said Gaomon as he kept spinning until he became Gaogamon.
"...GAOGAMON!" shouts Gaogamon.
"Elecmon, Digivolve to..." said Elecmon as he continued to spin until he became Leomon.
"...LEOMON!" shouts Leomon.
"Kudamon, Digivolve to..." said Kudamon as he kept spinning until he became Reppamon.
"...REPPAMON!" shouts Reppamon.
"Gotsumon, Digivolve to..." said Gotsumon as he continued spinning until he became Golemon.
"...GOLEMON!" shouts Golemon.
"Pulsemon, Digivolve to..." said Pulsemon as he kept spinning until he became Bulkmon.
"...BULKMON!" shouts Bulkmon.
"Impmon, Digivolve to..." said Impmon as he kept spinning until he became Punkmon.
"...PUNKMON!" shouts Punkmon.
"Betamon, Digivolve to..." said Betamon as he kept spinning until he became Dinohyumon.
"...DINOHYUMON!" shouts Dinohyumon.
"Hard Tackle!" shouts Vermillimon as it charges through all the kids' partner Digimon, knocking them all to the ground.
"You guys okay?" asked Clyde.
"Yeah, it'll take more than that to keep us down." said Gaogamon as he gets up.
"Don't worry about us." said GeoGreymon.
"They should!" shouts Vermillimon. "Vermin Blaze!" It opens its mouth and releases a powerful stream of fire at the kids' Digimon.
"Watch out!" shouts GeoGreymon as he gets in between Vermillimon's attack and his friends and takes the attack.
"GeoGreymon!" shouts Lincoln.
"Relax." said GeoGreymon. "I breath fire, so I'm sure I can handle this." He turned towards Vermillimon. "Horn Impusle!" He charges at Vermillimon.
"Hard Tackle!" shouts Vermillimon as he charges at GeoGreymon; both Digimon crash against each other, and they stagger back.
"Double Claw!" shouts Gaogamon as he lunges at Vermillimon and slashes it with both his forepaw claws, but hardly doing much damage.
"Hard Tackle!" shouts Vermillimon as it rams Gaogamon, knocking him to the ground.
"Razor Wind!" shouts Reppamon as he swings his tail, releasing a blade of wind at Vermillimon.
"Volcanic Strike!" shouts Vermillimon as it shoots a ball of fire out of its mouth that break through Reppamon's attack, and hitting Reppamon, knocking him back.
"Lion Sword!" shouts Leomon as he unsheathes his sword and slashes Vermillimon with it, but hardly doing any damage. Vermillimon swings its tail and hits Leomon, knocking him to the ground.
"Powerful Punch!" shouts Golemon as he charges at Vermillimon and punches it across the face, knocking it back.
"Hard Tackle!" shouts Vermillimon as it charges at Vermillimon and rams him, knocking him back. "Now to finish you all off; Volcano Strike !"
"Oh no you don't!" shouts Bulkmon as he rushes to Vermillimon's side. "Electrical Fist!" He gathers electricity into one of his fists and punches Vermillion in the side of its head, making him stop attacking.
"Insolent whelp!" shouts Vermillimon as it swings its blade horn towards Bulkmon.
"Akinakes!" shouts Dinohyumon as he leaps in front of Bulkmon and swings his giant sword to block Vermillimon's horn.
"Blitzkreig Bop!" shouts Punkmon as he punches Vermillimon repeatedly.
"Enough!" shouts Vermillimon as it swings its tail around; knocking Bulkmon, Dinohyumon, and Punkmon to the ground. "Volcano Strike 2!" Vermillimon fires a large fireball out of its mouth and it hits Bulkmon, Dinohyumon, and Punkmon, knocking them to the ground.
"Bogus!" said Luna.
"You guys okay?" asked Lana.
"We'll be okay." said Dinohyumon as he, Bulkmon, and Dinohyumon get back on their feet.
"Not for long." said Vermillimon as it lumbers towards Dinohyumon, Punkmon, and Bulkmon.
"That does it." said Rusty as he holds out his artifact and pushes a glowing button on it; Leomon begins to spin.
"Leomon, Digivolve to..." said Leomon as he began spinning faster; when he stopped spinning, he was now GrapLeomon.
"...GRAPLEOMON!" shouts GrapLeomon.
"Take that jerk down!" said Rusty.
"Gladly." replied GrapLeomon. He begins charging at Vermillimon.
"Volcanic Strike 2!" shouts Vermillimon before firing a large fireball out of its mouth at GrapLeomon.
"Cyclone Turbine!" shouts GrapLeomon before roundhouse kicking the fireball, destroying it, then roundhouse kicking Vermillimon several times, knocking it to the ground; it gets back up.
"I'll destroy you for that!" yelled Vermillimon. "Hard Tackle!" It began charging at GrapLeomon with its horn towards him.
"Vortex Kick!" shouts GrapLeomon before releasing a barrage of kicks at Vermillimon, hitting it all over before releasing a strong kick up its lower jaw that sends Vermillimon flying straight up into the air, then began falling down.
"Finish him off!" said Rusty. GrapLeomon nods before leaping up towards the falling Vermillimon.
"The King of Fist!" shouts GrapLeomon. The turbine of his right arm begins spinning at incredible speed and he punches through Vermillimon's chest with it.
"AAAAAAAAAUGH!" yelled Vermillimon. GrapLeomon lands on his feet while Vermillimon lands on its back before it disintegrated.
"All right!" said Rusty. The group's Digimon partners then De-Digivolved back to their Rookie Forms.
"That was rockin'!" said Luna.
"Man, I hope an artifact soon." said Lana.
"Same here." said Lynn.
"Then we should get going." said Lincoln.
"Yeah, before something else happens." said Rusty. The group begins to make their way further up Logic Volcano.
