Return of the Miss Fortune Sisters
After a few more minutes of battling Pokemon in the mysterious dome, it finally fades away, leaving Lincoln, Lucy, Lola, Lisa, and Professor Laventon in relief.
"Glad that's over." said Lincoln.
"That was quite the unusual experience." said Professor Laventon.
"Wish we knew exactly what that phenomenon was." said Lisa.
"At least it wasn't a total loss." said Lola as she looks at the Nugget that Lucy found and gave her.
"I hope this means my debt is paid off." said Lucy.
"It is." said Lola as she shines the Nugget before putting it in her satchel.
"And we all got new Pokemon for ourselves." said Lincoln as he looks over at his new Gallade, Lucy looks at her pokeball containing her new Umbreon, and Lisa looks at the one containing her new Porygon.
"I believe all the battling your Gallade did in that dome allowed him to learn Calm Mind." said Professor Laventon.
"I must write all this data on our new Pokemon in the pokedex." said Lisa as she takes out the tome and writes the new information in it.
"And we recovered a new memory." said Lucy.
"Which most likely means our other siblings have calmed Lady Lilligant." said Lisa.
"Today was quite eventful." said Professor Laventon.
"Let's go meet up with our sisters." said Lincoln.
"I remember where the Brava Arena is." said Lisa. "We should head over there to reunite with our siblings."
"Let's go then." said Professor Laventon.
The Louds and Professor Laventon start to make their way over to the Brava Arena was; at the same time, Luna, Lynn, and Lana were just leaving the area and were making their way over to the Bogbound Camp to tell Professor Laventon and their other siblings what they all did.
"I can't wait to tell everyone about our battle." said Lynn.
"Maybe Leni would want to see Lady Lilligant." said Luna.
"We'll tell her about Lady Lilligant when we get back to Jubilife Village." said Lana.
"Fine." said Lynn Jr.
"Let's go meet up with the others." said Luna.
"I can train up my Pokemon along the way." said Lynn.
The sisters make their way to their destination, with Lynn having her Pokemon battle any wild ones they came across; as a result, her Dartrix learned Leaf Blade, and her Machoke and Onix both got stronger.
Lana trains up her Pokemon also; her Mothim and Monferno got stronger, her Snorlax learned Zen Headbutt, her Stunky learned Night Slash, and her Croagunk learned Poison Jab.
Luna's Staravia learned Double-Edge, her Dustox and Hisuian Sneasel got stronger, and her Kricketune learned X-Scissor.
As they continued walking, they see their siblings, along with Professor Laventon walking towards them.
"Hey, everybody!" shouts Lana as she, Luna, and Lynn run over to their siblings.
"Hi!" said Lincoln before Lana hugs him.
"I'm guessing since we got a new memory back, you all took care of Lady Lilligant's frenzied state?" asked Lisa.
"You know it." said Lynn; she, Luna, and Lana then notice Lincoln's Gallade standing near him.
"Is that Kirlia?" asked Lana.
"Yeah, he's a Gallade now." said Lincoln.
"He looks tough." said Lynn. "Maybe he and my Machoke can have a little one-on-one battle with each other."
"If he's okay with it." said Lincoln as he looks at his Gallade who nods in response.
"Let's do it then." said Lynn. But before they could begin, they hear a familiar voice from nearby.
"Well, what do we have here?" Charm's voice calls out.
"Oh no." said Luna as she and the others look to see Charm and Coin standing nearby.
"It's them again." said Lucy.
"What do you want?" asked Lynn.
"Your pokedex, of course." said Charm. Lola then looks at the Miss Fortune Sisters and notice one was missing.
"Hey, where's your other sister?" asked Lola.
"What do you mean?" asked Coin. "She's right..." She looks around and notices that Clover wasn't with them.
"Where's Clover?" asked Charm. Some giggling gets her attention, making Charm and Coin look to see the Loud sisters looking at Clover, who was lying on top of Lincoln while snuggling his chest.
"My darling!" said Clover before she kisses Lincoln on the lips, making his face turn red, and the Loud sisters squeal with delight.
"Clover!" shouts Charm, getting her younger sister's attention.
"Get over here!" shouts Coin.
"I'm busy!" said Clover as she strokes Lincoln's chest, making his blush intensify, and for some reason, a loud scream heard from the north over the mountains.
"For crying out loud." said Charm.
"You know, my darling; I came by your camp two nights ago." Clover tells Lincoln.
"I thought that was a dream." said Lincoln. Just then, Coin walks over to Clover, grabs her arm, and pulls her off Lincoln.
"Just help us get that pokedex." said Coin. "After that, you can do whatever you want with that boy."
"Fine." said Clover as she and Coin walk back over to Charm; as she does, she sways her hips a bit while looking over at Lincoln and winking at him.
"Now as I was saying; hand over your pokedex!" said Charm.
"Make us, Grandma!" said Lola.
"How dare you!" said Charm. "Coin, teach these children some manners!"
"With pleasure." said Coin as she takes a pokeball off her waist and tosses it, releasing her Croagunk.
"Who wants this one?" asked Lynn.
"Can I have my Gallade battle that Croagunk?" asked Lincoln.
"Fine." said Lynn as she helps Lincoln to her feet.
"You ready, buddy?" Lincoln asked his Gallade who nods in reponse.
"You think you can beat our bro?" Luna asked Coin.
"I don't think; I know." said Coin.
"I don't think you know, either, but feel free to try anyway." said Lincoln, making Clover giggle.
"Whatever." said Coin.
"Gallade, use Psycho Cut!" said Lincoln. Gallade's forearms glowed light blue and extended from the elbows; he then swings his arms repeatedly, releasing light blue energy blades from them that all hit Coin's Croagunk, doing a lot of super effective damage, and knocking it out.
"No way!" shouts Coin.
"Since Croagunk is part poison and part fighting, it's very vulnerable to psychic type attacks." said Lisa.
"Curse you, Loud!" Coin says to Lincoln.
"Don't talk like that to my future husband!" said Clover as she walks over to Coin and stomps down on her foot, making Coin hop up and down in pain.
"Just try taking on one of them so we can take their pokedex!" said Charm.
"Fine." said Clover.
"Who wants to try?" asked Luna.
"Me!" said Lola as she steps forward with her Ponyta at her side.
"Don't think I'll go easy on you because you're my future husband's little sister." said Clover before she winks at Lincoln.
"Focus, Clover!" said Charm. Clover groans before she takes a pokeball off her waist and tosses it, releasing her Snover.
"Ponyta, use Flame Wheel!" said Lola. Her Ponyta's body becomes covered in fire as she charges at Clover's Snover and slams into it, dealing super effective damage; parts of Snover's body catch fire.
"I believe that Snover is burned." said Lisa.
"That won't stop us!" said Clover. "Snover, use Energy Ball!" Her Snover forms a ball of green energy between its hands and throws it at Lola's Ponyta, hitting her, but not dealing a lot of damage; Ponyta's body starts to go a little limp.
"What's wrong?" asked Luna.
"Energy Ball has a chance of causing its target defenses to weaken." said Lisa.
"How dare you hurt my precious Ponyta!" shouts Lola. "Ponyta, use Ember!" Her Ponyta shakes her mane, releasing bits of fire from it that hit the Snover, dealing super effective damage to it.
"I will not be beaten by a little girl!" said Clover. "Snover, use Icicle Crash!" Her Snover releases a bunch of sharp icicles from its hands that hit Ponyta repeatedly.
"Ponyta, use Flame Charge again!" said Lola. Her Ponyta, once again, charges at the Snover while her body was covered in fire and slams into it, this time doing enough damage to knock it out.
"NOOOO!" shouts Clover.
"How do you like that?" Lynn asked the Miss Fortune Sister.
"I didn't!" said Clover.
"Just kiss my brother as a consolation prize." said Lynn, making Lincoln blush.
"Believe me, I will." said Clover as she looks at Lincoln with a grin.
"Looks like I'll have to do this myself." said Charm.
"I'll take you on." said Lynn, stepping forward.
"Very well." replied Charm as she takes out a pokeball and throws it, releasing her Rhyhorn. Lynn takes out a pokeball from her sachel and throws it, releasing her Machoke.
"Ready, Machoke?" asked Lynn; Machoke nods in response. "Okay, Machoke, use Mach Punch!" Machoke charges at Rhyhorn while one of his fists glowed light blue and he punches Rhyhorn with it, dealing super effective damage.
"Rhyhorn, use Rock Smash!" said Charm. Rhyhorn charges at Machoke; when it got close to him, it stood on its hind legs while its front feet glowed white and it smashes its feet onto Machoke, damaging him, and weakening his defense. "Now use Bulldoze!" Rhyhorn smashes its front feet onto the ground, releasing shockwaves at Machoke that hits him, dealing more damage than it normally would have due to Machoke's weakened defense, and lowering his speed.
"Machoke, use Rock Smash!" said Lynn. Machoke raises one of his hands and it glows white; he smashes it onto Rhyhorn, dealing super effective damage, and weakening its defense.
"Rhyhorn, use Tackle!" said Charm. Rhyhorn charges at Machoke and rams him, dealing damage.
"Don't let Rhyhorn win, Machoke; use Bullet Punch!" said Lynn. Machoke charges at Rhyhorn while both of his hands glowed light blue and he repeatedly punches Rhyhorn with them, dealing enough damage to knock it out.
"I can't believe it!" said Charm.
"Believe it; now get lost." said Luna.
"We will leave for now; but we will be back and we will get that pokedex." said Charm as she returns Rhyhorn to its pokeball. She puts it away and pulls out a smoke ball.
"Wait!" shouts Clover. She runs over to Lincoln and kisses him on the lips.
In another part of the Hisui Region, Irida was standing with her fists and teeth clenched, and a vein forming on her forehead.
"I have a feeling something's going on with Lincoln and that bandit being involved." said Irida. Back with the Loud siblings and the Miss Fortune Sisters, Clover breaks her kiss that she was giving Lincoln.
"Still needed to claim my consolation prize after losing to your sister." said Clover. She runs back to the other Miss Fortune Sisters and Charm throws down the smoke ball, creaing a smoke screen; when it cleared, the Miss Fortune Sisters were gone.
"How much longer are we going to have to deal with them?" asked Luna.
"As long as they want our pokedex." said Lisa.
"Or as long as Clover wants Lincoln." said Lynn as she grins at Lincoln, who blushes in response.
"Let's just head back to Jubilife Village already." said Lincoln.
The Louds have, once again, thwarted the Miss Fortune Sisters' attempt to take their pokedex. What other things will they encounter as their work with the Galaxy Team Survey Corps continues?
