East Province Area Two
Lincoln, along with his friends and family, were continuing to make their way through East Province Area Two on their way to the location of the Lurking Steel Titan Pokemon, as well as the next Team Star base.
As they travelled, Lincoln gets a call on his Rotom Phone; he looks at the caller ID and sees his mother's name.
"Why's Mom calling already?" asked Lynn.
"Didn't you just talk to her when you let her know about the Sylveon and Tauros you just sent over?" asked Nemona.
"Yeah." said Lincoln; he turns on video chat and sees Rita Loud in a disheveled state.
"H-Hi, sweetie." said Rita.
"What happened to you, Mom?" asked Lincoln. Just then, the screen moves and it soon shows Lola's face, and she looked crazed.
"I WANT A SYLVEON!" screamed Lola, making Lincoln's group recoil.
"I kind of figured you'd want one when you saw the one I sent your pageant friends." said Lincoln. "As soon as I catch another Eevee, I'll work on training it until it becomes a Sylveon."
"Thanks, Linky." Lola said with a smile; the screen then shows a relieved Rita Loud.
"And please hurry up with that." said Rita.
"Yeah, we know how Lola gets when she wants something." said Lynn.
"Thanks, kids." said Rita. Lincoln ends the call and looks back towards the rest of his group.
"What is with your sister?" asked Penny.
"She's the kind of girl who'll do ANYTHING to get what she wants." said Lana.
"Don't let her know you said that." said Lincoln, making Lana shudder.
"Let's get going." said Clyde.
While the group makes their way down the road towards Levincia, Lincoln spends his time training Toxel, having her battle as many wild Pokemon as he can find; right now, she was facing down a light green Pokemon with small arms and legs, wide ears sticking out the sides of the top of it, along with a big yellow flower.
"What's that Pokemon?" asked Lynn. Lincoln takes out his Rotom Phone and points it at the Pokemon.
"Skiploom, the Cottonweed Pokemon, and the evolved form of Hoppip. Skiploom enthusiasts can apparently tell where a Skiploom was born by the scent drifting from the flower on the Pokémon's head." said Lincoln's Rotom Phone.
"Okay, Toxel; use Acid!" said Lincoln. Toxel releases a spray of corrosive liquid from her mouth that hits the Skiploom, dealing super effective damage, and lowering its special defense; it reacts by floating quickly towards Toxel and ramming her. "Toxel, use Nuzzle!" Toxel leaps up at the Skiploom, latches onto it, and nuzzles its cheek with hers, dealing damage, and knocking it out.
"Nice job, Toxel!" said Lynn. Toxel smiles with pride before she freezes up and starts to glow.
"Yes! She's evolving!" said Lincoln. Everybody watches as Toxel starts to change; when she was done, she was taller, her arms and legs were longer, she had a long, hornlike fin on the front of her face, along with two smaller ones on the sides of her head, she had a blue underbelly and stripes on her legs, on her head going down her back were two mohawks made of blue electricity, she had light purple spikes on her wrists and on a beltlike growth aroudn her waist, and on her chest were several protrusions going down her chest.
"She looks tough." said Lynn. Lincoln points his Rotom Phone at the newly evolved Toxel.
"Toxtricity, the Punk Pokemon, and the evolved form of Toxel. Many youths admire the way this Pokémon listlessly picks fights and keeps its cool no matter what opponent it faces." said Lincoln's Rotom Phone.
"This says that Toxtricity now knows Spark, Leer, Thunder Shock, Noble Roar, Acid Spray, Charge, Shock Wave, Scary Face, Taunt, Screech, and Swagger; she has the Punk Rock ability now which powers up her sound-based moves." said Lincoln.
"Punk Rock sounds like Luna's kind of ability." said Lucy.
"And I was hoping to get the Low Key Toxtricity." said Lincoln. "It's purple and blue; Luna and Sam's main colors."
"They'll definitely love her." said Clyde.
"I'll let Dad know I'm sending her over." said Lincoln as he dials his dad's number; he soon answers via video chat.
"Hi, son." said Lynn Sr.
"Hey, Dad." said Lincoln. "I'm sending over a Pokemon for Luna and Sam."
"Okay, Lincoln." said Lynn Sr. He returns Toxtricity to her pokeball, exchanges her for his Finizen, and uses his Rotom Phone to send Toxtricity to the Loud house.
"I just sent Toxtricity over, Dad." said Lincoln.
"Luna and Sam are doing a concert at Tall Timbers Park today." said Lynn Sr. "I'll head over there and bring Toxtricity to them."
"Thanks, Dad." said Lincoln; he then tells Lynn Sr about Toxtricity before he goes upstairs to get her pokeball from Lisa's Pokemon Transport Machine. Lincoln ends the call.
Leni and Arven were wandering around by themselves until they spot a Tera Den nearby.
"Ooh; what Pokemon is in there?" asked Leni.
"Let's check it out." said Arven.
Leni and Arven are soon standing in front of the Tera Den together.
"What Pokemon do you think's in there, Arven?" Leni asked Arven.
"Only one way to find out." replied Arven. He and Leni entered the Tera Den; once inside, they see a light green Pokemon that resembled a plant bulb that had crystal flowers on its head. Leni takes out her Rotom Phone and points it at the Pokemon.
"Petilil, the Bulb Pokemon. The leaves on its head grow right back even if they fall out. These bitter leaves refresh those who eat them." said Leni's Rotom Phone.
"The flowers on top of it means that it's Tera Form's a grass type." said Arven. Leni pulls out a pokeball.
"Vulpix, like, go!" said Leni, throwing Vulpix's pokeball and releases her. "Vulpix, like, use Incinerate!" Vulpix releases a beam of fire out of her mouth and it hits Petilil, dealing super effective damage. Petilil shakes her body and releases an orange powder onto Vulpix; she begins to twitch.
"She's paralyzed." said Arven.
"Vulpix, like, try using Ember!" said Leni. Vulpix fights through her paralysis and releaeses bits of fire from her mouth; they hit Petilil, dealing super effective damage; fire surrounded its body.
"Now Petilil's burned." said Arven. Petilil releases a red beam from its body and it hits Vulpix, draining only a bit of her energy and healing only a little bit of its wound. Petilil flinches in pain from its burn; its Tera Form shatters and it collapses. Leni throws an empty pokeball at Petilil, crystallizing on the way to Petilil, hitting it, and sucking it in; it wiggled until it returned to its normal form and clicks.
"Yay; I caught Petilil." said Leni. The Tera Den vanishes and Leni and Arven find themselves back in East Province Area Two. Leni looks up Petilil's information. "Okay, my Petilil is, like, a girl, she knows Growth, Sleep Powder, Absorb, Mega Drain, Stun Spore, Helping Hand, and Charm; she has the Chlorophyll ability, which increases her speed when it's really sunny out." Leni picks up pearls and berries that were near where the Tera Den use to be.
"Don't forget to send some of those pearls to Lola." said Lucy from behind Leni, startling her and making her leap into Arven's arms.
"I know, we had a deal with her." said Leni before she and Arven blush when they see their current situation.
"Time to get a move on." said Lincoln.
While they travelled, Lincoln, for reasons he won't understand, took the time to catch a few Cyclizars for Chandler and his friends.
"Why would you catch Pokemon for that chump?" asked Lynn.
"He'll probably bother our younger sisters about it until I do and you're not there to beat him up if he does." said Lincoln.
"Yeah, too bad." said Lynn. Lincoln looks around and sees another Tera Den.
"I'm gonna see what's in there." said Lincoln.
"I'll come with you." said Nemona. She and Lincoln crawl into the Tera Den and enter the crystal cavern; at the center of it was a crystallized Eevee that had a crystal heart with wings on top of its head.
"Yes! An Eevee!" said Lincoln. "And judging by the heart on its head, its Tera Form is fairy type." He tosses an Ultra Ball, letting out his Okidogi.
"Do it, Okidogi!" said Nemona. Okidogi nods before turning towards the Eevee.
"Okidogi, use Howl!" said Lincoln. Okidogi lets out a howl, boosting his attack power; the Eevee moves quickly at Okidogi and rams him. "Okidogi, use Poison Fang!" His Okidogi bares its fang as poison drips from them before he bites down on Eevee, and thanks to it being a fairy type right now, the attack did super effective damage; the Eevee started to look ill.
"Eevee's poisoned!" said Nemona. Eevee does midair somersaults, releasing a barrage of stars from its body that pelt Okidogi, dealing damage; Eevee loses some stamina from its poisoning.
"Okidogi, use Counter!" said Lincoln. Okidogi gathers energy and releases it at Eevee, hitting it, but not doing much damage; Eevee wags its tail in Okidogi's face, making him chuckle and lowering his defense. "Okidogi, use Poison Fang!" Okidogi gives Eevee another poison-coated chomp, dealing super effective damage, and making its Tera Form shatter.
"Catch it, Lincoln!" said Nemona. Lincoln takes out an empty pokeball and throws it at the Eevee; the pokeball becomes covered in a crystal layer before it hits its target and sucks it in; the pokeball's crystal layer shatters as it wiggles once before clicking.
"Way to go, Lincoln!" said Nemona as she hugs the white-haired Loud. The cavern shines brightly before Lincoln and Nemona find themselves back in East Province Area Two.
"What did you catch?" asked Lana.
"An Eevee." said Lincoln as he uses his Rotom Phone to look up his newly captured Pokemon's information. "The Eevee I caught is a girl, she knows Tackle, Tail Whip, Growl, Helping Hand, Covet, Sand Attack, Quick Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Swift, Bite, and Copycat; she has the Run Away ability which lets her escape a battle with a wild Pokemon if she loses half her stamina."
The group notices that Nemona was still hugging Lincoln, making them giggle, and Nemona and Lincoln blush before they separate.
"Whoa!" said Lynn as she looks at where the Tera Den used to be; everyone looks to see several pearls and berries.
"Look at that pearl!" said Clyde as he points to a pearl that was several times bigger than the others.
"It's the size of a softball." said Lincoln as he picks up the objects.
"That's a Big Pearl." said Nemona. "It's far more valuable than a regular one."
"Lola will definitely want that big one." said Lana.
"I'll call to let her know about it and the Eevee I caught." said Lincoln as he takes out his Rotom Phone and calls Lola via video chat; she soon answers.
"Hi, Linky." said Lola.
"Just letting you know I just caught an Eevee." said Lincoln.
"That was fast." said Lola.
"And in the Tera Den I found her, I also found some pearls." said Lincoln.
"Are you gonna send some to me?" asked Lola as she gives Lincoln the dreaded puppy dog eyes.
"Yeah, especially THIS one." said Lincoln as he holds out the Big Pearl; Lola's eyes widen with surprise.
"THAT PEARL IS HUGE!" said Lola.
"It sure is." said Lincoln.
"GIMME, GIMME, GIMME!" pleaded Lola.
"When I get to Levincia, I'll head over to the post office and send it over." said Lincoln.
"Thanks, Linky!" said Lola. He ends the call, then he uses his Rotom Phone to swap his Okidogi for his Eevee; he also sends the three Cyclizars he caught to the Loud house and lets his dad know about them and has him give them to Chandler and his friends.
After that, the group continues on with their Treasure Hunt.
"Hey, Linky; want to see my new Pokemon?" asked Leni.
"Sure." replied Lincoln. Leni tosses a pokeball, releasing her new Petilil. "A Petilil."
"Isn't she adorbs?" asked Leni. Lincoln nods before reaching into his backpack and pulling out the Sun Stone he got back in Artazon.
"You know; if you touch Petilil with this, she'll evolve into Lilligant." said Lincoln. He gives Leni the Sun Stone.
'Thanks, Linky." said Leni. She touches Petilil with it and she begins to glow; she grows and changes shape. When the glowing stopped, she was now a Lilligant. "She look so fashionable. Maybe I'll send her to my friends."
"Next time we call Mom and Dad, we'll send her over." said Lincoln. After Leni returns Lilligant to her pokeball, the group continued walking through East Province Area Two.
Lana also takes the time to train her Pokemon; her Rabsca learned Take Down and Extrasensory, her Grimer learned Toxic and Sludge Bomb, her Ekans learned Stockpile, Swallow, and Spit Up; and her Salandit and Barboach got a bit stronger.
Also, during Ekans' training, she froze up and started to glow.
"Cool! She's evolving!" said Lana. She watches as her Ekans begins to change; when she was done, she was bigger, she looked like a cobra with red and yellow markings that looked like eyes, and a black marking that looked like a mouth on its hood, making it look like a scary face. Lana takes out her Rotom Phone and points it at her newly-evolved Pokemon.
"Arbok, the Cobra Pokemon, and the evolved form of Ekans. The pattern on its belly appears to be a frightening face. Weak foes will flee just at the sight of the pattern." said Lana's Rotom Phone.
"Awesome!" said Lana. "And this says she learned Crunch, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, and Ice Fang after evolving." She returns her Pokemon to their pokeball and continues on her way.
Meanwhile, at the Royal Woods International Airport, the Santiagos were in an airport terminal while Ronnie Anne was standing in front of a boarding gate.
"Got everything, sweetie?" asked Maria.
"Yeah, Mom!" said an excited Ronnie Anne.
"We should have Lincoln's parents let him know that you're on your way there and to meet you at the airport." said Bobby.
"Good idea." said Ronnie Anne.
"You should arrive in Paldea tomorrow morning." said Maria.
"Okay, Mom." said Ronnie Anne.
"Do you have Hawlucha with you?" asked Bobby. Ronnie Anne nods as she points at her pokeball that was on her waist.
"Attention." a voice on the airport's PA system says. "The next flight to the Paldea Region is boarding."
"Time for me to go." said Ronnie Anne. She hugs her family and heads down the boarding ramp.
"Think she'll be okay?" asked Bobby.
"Ronnie Anne's a tough girl." said Maria. "And Lincoln and Clyde will be there to help her out."
"That's true." said Bobby. On the plane, Ronnie Anne finds her seat, puts her luggage in the overhead compartment, and sits down in it.
"Paldea, watch out; Ronnie Anne's coming." said Ronnie Anne. After all the passengers were on board and in their seats, the plane soon takes off towards its destination.
Meanwhile, at Tall Timbers Park, the Moon Goats were about to perform on a stage for the crowd surrounding it.
"Let's rock!" said Luna.
"Luna!" Lynn Sr's voice calls out, making the Moon Goats look to see him making his way through the crowd towards the front of it.
"Hey, Pop Star!" said Luna. Lynn Sr takes a pokeball out of his pocket and tosses it to Luna.
"Lincoln sent a Pokemon for you and Sam." said Lynn Sr.
"Rad!" said Luna.
"One of those Pokemon things we saw on that news report?" asked someone in the audience.
"Let's see it!" said another audience member.
"Okay, Pokemon; time to hit the stage!" said Luna as she tosses the pokeball, letting Toxtricity out.
"Wow!" said Sam.
"What is it?" asked Sully.
"Lincoln said she's called a Toxtricity." said Lynn Sr who goes on to tell Luna about her new Pokemon's moves and ability.
"Punk Rock sounds like my kind of ability." said Luna.
"And I like her colors." said Sam.
"It's like she was made for us, Sam." said Luna with a blush, making Sam blush also. Toxtricity steps to the front of the stage and starts strumming on the protrusions on her chest, making it sound like a bass guitar, amazing everyone.
"That is so cool!" said Mazzy. Toxtricity does one more hard strum, which makes electricity shoot up from her body, making the crowd roar with applause.
"Awesome!" said an audience member.
"That Pokemon rocks!" said another audience member. Toxtricity, liking the attention she was getting, decides to rock the goat horns.
"Looks like our band got a new member." said Luna.
"This is going to be so rad!" said Sam.
Lincoln and his friends are on their way to the next Titan, Ronnie Anne is on her way to Paldea, and the Moon Goats got a new band member. What else will happen as Lincoln's Treasure Hunt continues?
