Part 5 - Hermione's Back for Trials
Few weeks since everything with those troubled Weasley's had happened, Hermione had been both horrified and pissed off on what had happened and she had sent a very public letter to the Prophet, where she bashed not only those three but also Albus Dumbledore and Harry Potter, and told Harry to grow the hell up to the age he supposed to act like he is nowadays, and stand up for himself for once too, and she also claimed both Sirius Black now freed man and Remus Lupin being her new parents and guardian.
She on other hand, told Arthur in a private letter that he was not to blamed of what his now ex-wife and two ex-children had done to her and Harry, that laid on those three and they would answer everything on the matter of why they would sink so low to use potions to get what they thought was theirs but never to be theirs in the end. Arthur had been very happy man when he got it and felt relieved that Hermione did not hate him or was angry at him for not stopping it, as he didn't know what those three been up to.
She was now known as Hermione Cassiopeia Black-Lupin, the adopted daugther of Remus and Sirius Black-Lupin and adopted sister of Harry James Potter-Black, though he was not as accepting of her being his sister, as he had feelings for her, that she would never return back to him, as she was basically engaged to marry Michael Spears, her true soul-mate and love one day in the future. And he had no space to be part of that either.
Sirius and Remus went over to US, to meet him few times since everything had happened, and they loved him alot as they could see how much love and care he had for their daugther, so they allowed it all to proceed, but today everyone else including Harry would get to meet him for their first time in court. Which was in courtroom 10 at the Ministry.
She walked into the court room, and with her was Michael and his parents; Mary Ann and Patrick, and everyone either gasped or gapped at the sight and size of the two men were, compared the females by their sides, which was Hermione herself which they could see was her, and the other must be the younger looking man's mother.
She sat down by her lawyer's side, whose name was Ted Tonks, and he gave her a smile and shook the other three that was with her hands, and everyone still stared or gapped at the three backs aswell onto Hermione, Harry sat glaring as Hermione gave the man whose hand she had been holding since walking into this room, kissing him gently, as he looked down onto her with a smile of his own.
Kingsley who proceeded the case today, stood up and said
"Welcome everyone today to the trial of the former Weasleys; Molly, Ronald and Ginerva, they are accused and been confirmed to be guilty of using, making the Illegal substances of level 1, which are Love, Lust and Hatred Potions, against Lord Harry James Potter aswell Black heir as his godfather and his husband blood-adopted young Harry as baby, when asked to be his godfathers; Lord Sirius Orion Black and Remus John Lupin, and also against the former Hermione Jean Granger, who is heiress to Dagworth-Granger and Ravenclaw lines, aswell now adopted into the Black-Lupin family by Lord Sirius Orion Black and his husband and mate, Remus John Lupin, her new name is unti the day she marries Michael Adam Spears, a Native American man who also is a shapeshifter of a wolf, and he Imprinted on young Hermione Cassiopeia Black-Lupin. Hermione is also going for her own justice in that young former Mr Ronald Bilius Weasley now No-Name for molestation of herself when she laid petrified that was done by his younger sister, formerly known as Ginerva Molly Weasley after she herself failed to leave the cursed diary by Tom Riddle aka Voldemort, that was an Horcrux, that made Ginerva do what she did under the influence, as she felt that Hermione was too close to her prize to have for herself, Harry Potter. But they never realised any of those three Weasleys' that none can make others' to fall another, it has to happen all naturally, otherwise another Voldemort can be born from such abomination as they are from being born from being used under the Illegal substance as Love Potion Amortentia is today. Now I will let the taped version of confession that Ronald, Molly and Ginerva No-Name to be played, and their punishments will be told after they are shown to you all in here today."
And with that most were in shock of what had been told so far, and the three idiots sat with their heads down, although if you looked closer you would see the anger on their faces.
Before their eyes, a Penseive was pulled up and enlarged to cover the whole wall, and first out was Molly's confession on the matter, and it shocked most people of what else she confessed to be guilty of, aswell that Albus Dumbledore was spoken off being the person who made her do it aswell. After they had been shown, Kingsley stood up again and said
"Ms Molly Patricia No-Name, formerly known as Mrs Weasley, but due to what you have been up to and done to others, your former husband divorced from yourself and made sure that his other relatives including your two eldest sons who are heirs to the Weasley and Prewett family you came from before marriage to Arthur, that you, Ginerva and Ronald was disowned for good for none of them wants you in the family. Due to all of things you confessed to be guilty of, you are hereby sentenced to Death by Veil, as your crimes are too severe and could cause alot more issues down the lines, if proceeded to happen. SO I say, so Mote It Be. Hope that others on the other side will give you the peace you so desperately need."
And with that she was taken out of the room, Ginerva and Ronald screamed after her while she screamed for them but also Albus but he was not here in the room, they would learn soon where he was. Next was Ronald, whose memories including his confession and they could see how much he enjoyed to touch Hermione so inapproiately which was to molest her in their 2nd year, and it made her sick and pale at the same time, and Michael wrapped an arm around her tighter, while his parents reached over to grasps her hands in theirs, to make sure she knew they had her too.
Kingsley let Amelia stand for this one, and she said
"After we have seen and heard of his mouth, we feel he is an adult in a child's body, therefore he will be convicted as an adult, not a child, as his crimes are severe enough to convict him as such, therefore he will be sentenced to sit for rest of his natural life in New Azkaban, that was built for people like himself are convicted of, which is a Sexual Predator of Minors, therefore he is a danger to anyone of the female sex, and he will not see the daylight again as he will sit there until the day he dies naturally, He will also not be able to sit and eat with others, so his meals will be sent to his jail cell, of the right amount that his body will handle. So I say, So Mote It Be."
And he went flipping out screaming and was dragged out of the room, Ginerva sat in shocked fear and anger of seeing and hearing what he was guilty of, and he was soon out of there, and now time for Ginerva, and she was abit scared but also confident that she was going to be let go of free, hopefully so she could have her Harry finally. Not that she knew it was not going to be like that at all for her.
This time Nymphadora Tonks stood in her attire of being an Auror, and she said
"I have the memories and confession of Ms Ginerva No-Name, former Ms Weasley, here." And she placed them, and everyone got to see through her eyes and others' who had seen her with their eyes, and most were shocked of how much she seemed to enjoy that Hermione and Penople was victims to the Baslisk and how she was smiling as she brewed the illegal potions with her mother and brother by her sides.
"I have seen and heard enough of this." Augusta said as she was furious and standing up for her grandson, also a victim of the bitch's using him to get close to Harry himself, and Harry sat with his arms crossed over his chest and clenched teeth, Kingsley nodded at her, and said
"So have we, Lady Longbottom. So I will deal with her punishment myself, which will be (He turned to look at Ginerva who had shock, anger and tears down her cheeks), that you are going to the same facility as your older brother were sent to, but to the female ward, there you are to sit for rest of your natural life, never to see anyone else outside of it, as you like your brother is forbidden any visitors of any kinds, that includes both Hermione and Harry himself, as neither are safe around you two. You are also registered as Dangerous and Sexual Predator, as I know you enjoyed watching your brother molesting Hermione in their 2nd year. You will never be married or have children of your own either. So I say, so Mote It Be"
And she was taken out of the room, kicking screaming for Harry who stood up and was going to walk after, but stopped by both Sirius and Remus who held him back, and he kept telling them to take her back, and they didn't listen on him. He watched as Ginerva was taken out of the room by the workers at this new Azkaban facility, and he was furious and heartbroken at the same time.
Hermione was other hand very relieved and happy with the outcome of everything, and she gave her lawyer she had gotten to know really well since he was assigned to her and Harry both, and he hugged her back, then his daugther, Tonks or Dora was what was she allowed to be called by, came over and Hermione gave the young woman a hug too, and she then also hugged her Papa and Daddy, as she was happy to see them again, and the two hugged her tightly, then they all shook Michael and his parents' hands aswell hugging his mother gently.
And they were off towards the Headquarters, for a deep talk between themselves, Sirius took Harry's arm and they were off towards the Headquarters as he too was to hear everything of Hermione's side.
