I will have this text onto my other in-progress story that has to do with Hermione/Cormac. I might do a Twilight/Vampire Diaries one day, but it will not be with Damon or Stefan, but either Jeremy, Tyler or Matt. Part 6 - What Happened with Albus?

So after they had arrived back to the Headquarters, Hermione sat with her Michael and on her other side, sat one of her adoptive fathers, Remus while Sirius had taken Harry to another room, for a not so private talk, as they all knew what it was about really, which was about Ginerva and that they would never ever happen from today onwards, and to be given another potion to get rid of whatever else was in his system still to this day to make him feel anything towards Ginerva the whore really, as it was revealed in her memories of how she gave her virginty quite willingly to an very unwilling Marcus Flint as he himself was betrothed to another girl in his own age.

It had shocked most people in the courtroom to learn and see those things, and Marcus was very embarrassed and emotional to be shown it again, as it was rape essenstially in his stead, as he was not so willingly when she threw herself onto him and made him fuck her crudely said.

Nut now it was time to tell everyone where Albus Dumbledore was in all of this and where he was now at, Hermione hoped he got the same punishment as Molly had, while Harry wished he was still alive and could go and visit him in the prison he was at, not that he knew how right Hermione was in her thoughts on the matter of that eldery man in question.

Soon Sirius and a very forlorn and angry Harry came into the kitchen, he instantly went to sit down by Hermione's side but Remus stopped him and told him to sit by his side as Sirius took the other side of his, and Harry frowned and wrapped his arms across his chest, and not saying anything, just glaring angrily at the table before himself.

Soon Kingsley, Tonks, Savage and Severus came into the kitchen through the Floo, and Harry glared at the latter of the four that came in, and Severus refused to look at the said boy who was glaring at him, and they all sat down, as Harry said

"And where is Dumbledore, I need to speak with him about this shit that you claimed to have happen with Gin, Ron and Mrs Weasley."

Most gasped at his words on the matter, and it was Kingsley who said

"It was not lies, Harry, as it was confirmed through others that witness the same things being said and seen in the memories aswell witness and victims came forward after we learned for example what Ginerva had been doing behind everyone's back, Including your own, Harry. So sit down and be quiet for once. And on the matter of Dumbledore, as it was revealed from Molly's memories, was that he was in on to making you and Hermione to fall for Ronald and Ginerva No-Name, as he had plans for when you die by Voldemort's hand, that you are already by then married to Ginerva, so she can get your gold and noteriaty as being the wife of the Chosen-One, as she feel that you are hers, and only hers, and for Hermione was easy for Ronald did not love her not really, he only wanted her to be his, so she was not be yours or anyone else's. I know you have feelings for Hermione and Ginerva, but that has to end today, Harry. Hermione is engaged to her true love and Imprintee, as Michael over there by her side, did Imprint on her, making her his true soul-mate, as she was born for him, and him alone. You are to find your own soulmate of life, by your own, as none is to help you in it, for you are capable to find that as you are old enough to do so. Hermione is not your hand-holding adult in your life, that essenatilly is Sirius and Remus, but even they won't do that part for you. All they are to you and Hermione, is to be a parent and someone to go to when in question of things in your lives."

Most sat in shocked silence, as Harry went redder with anger as he spoke on everything, and he then said to the shock of everyone else;

"And Albus Dumbledore is no more, for this morning, he too was sentenced to the Veil of Death, as his crimes went far back to his own sister was killed by stray spell that himself, Grindelwald and his little brother was in a duel, while Ariana, their sister was in the middle of it, and got struck by one of their's stray spell and died of such. So he is not only guilty of attempting Line-Theft of your family but also Hermione's, he is also guilty to make sure your parents were killed and yourself saved to have a Horcrux in your scar, that the Bank will take care of later this week for free, so you can be freed of that abomination in your scar. He also is guilty of making sure that Sirius was jailed for what Peter Pettigrew did really and he is also guilty of what happened to Aurors Longbottoms, Frank and Alice, Neville's parents. So the best in the worst way, he was sentenced to Death, and I hope that Lily and James are making his after-life hell for him, and will do so to the day you do die a natural death, Harry. So he is not coming back ever again. And with that, Voldemort will after the horcrux in your scar being removed, sent onwards and we can finally breathe and live our normal lives again without the fear of him being here. And all Death-Eaters of his will be punished for their crimes, and will not be able to pay their ways out of it either. Severus has been cleared as he was potioned with the Truth-Serum earlier this morning after Albus was dealt with, and he was cleared of everything, but paid still some money for a fine of his own to his victims and their families, so he is clean slate now, and will be under probation for next 5 years."

Severus nodded while Sirius and Remus shared a look and nod as they planned to talk with said man, and Severus saw and nodded to their unasked question, and they agreed to talk later that day on those matters. Harry sat in tears of learning of the fate of the man he so strongly admired in his life, was gone. Kingsley then said to shock of them all;

"And due to other things revealed, Hagrid was sent away to Beauxbatons, to be with Madame Maxine, so he can not only be able to graduated for real this time, but also learn how to see what is true and false about other peoples. His animals were also dealt with, so they are no more dangerous beings in the Forbidden Forest, that will stay that way and that name as the Centaurs are not to be disturbed or anything like it. You are to stay away from the Forest for good this time. Due to Trelawny's profecy she was removed this morning from school, as she was found to be a fraud, and her classes has been cancelled for good, as none of us are seers unless born with such gift and been trained by other seers in time. The curse on DADA class has also been removed for good, so anyone who teaches it, won't die or have to leave at the end of each year. This year is also your OWLs aswell career talk with your head of house, and you will then learn what grades and classes you need to have to get to become what you dream to become one day after graduation of your 7th year, as it is now Mandotory to do all 7 years and have Acceptable up to Outstanding grades when you do graduate, if not you are to be sent back to the new 7th year mates, and try again, but only 1 time, if you fail again, you are not able to get to work, and has to go to another school, that is harder and stricter on how you will make it that one last time. It is over with adventures of danger and life-threatening idiocy. You are to do your own work in your own hand-writing, it will and has to be done before any Qudditch or fun times with others. That is the new rules at Hogwarts in this new year.

Hermione due to you have move over to America, you are still able to floo over to Hogwarts and do what classes you want to have from Hogwarts and then still be home-schooled back in US."

Hermione nodded relieved and Harry gapped at this point, and also very red in his face and said rudely

"You are not moving away, I need you and your help with my homework, Mione."

Hermione glared and said as her hair began to sparkle and fly around her face and head;

"You are old enough to do it on your own, Harry James Potter-Black, I am not your mother or anything like that, You are to do it on your own, for I need to get my own work to be done finally without having to help you or Ronald, as you both are the most lazy persons I have the displeasure to have known in my life. That ends today or rather last month when we were let go for the summer break we are in now. And who is the headmaster or headmistress now at Hogwarts, Kingsley?"

Kingsley grinned and said

"It was chosen to be Pomona Sprout, as Minerva is too loyal to the shamed Albus Dumbledore. Minerva is also not the head of Gryffindor, that is Sirius and Remus together from now on. Severus is the Head of Slytherin, but will be the DADA new and only professor with help of Remus from time to time. Pomona's role of the head of Hufflepuff has gone to Amos Diggory, and his wife is the Head of Ravenclaw, as Filius was fined and fired of the role, as he failed to see that a person of his former house was being bullied by the others in the house, for being different from themselves. Due to that, no Prefects of yours or the younger year below yourselves. Heads will be chosen soon, as the votes has gone through."

All sat in shock of this being revealed for now.
