Part 13 - Harry's Punishment

Meanwhile that Hermione left to go back home with Michael after the incident, Sirius and Remus took a stunned and bound Harry Potter to the St Mungos, where he was cleared of anything in his system to make him act like what he did, and also told that the spell he had used onto Michael, was none other Septumsempra, which is a illegal blood curse, that if you don't use the counter, he would bleed out and die, and that made the two men very angry for sure, so when they were cleared, they took Harry to Ministry, where Amelia and Kingsley were waiting, as Pomona had gotten to them about the situation and to await the two men with Harry in tow, for talking with them all.

So when they arrived with a stunned and bound Harry behind them, they placed him in a chair, before he was spelled to have his mouth open and given Verita Serum, then he was awaken, to the dazed state of having the Verita in his system for now, and Amelia said

"State your name, bloodstatus and Date of Birth, Please."

"Harry James Potter-Black-Lupin, Half-Blood and July 31st 1980."

"Correct, and what spell did you use onto Mr Michael Adam Spears today?"

"I used SeptumSempra, an illegal Blood-Curse."

"Why did you do so?"
"I did, for Hermione is Mine, nomatter what, she is to be mine, not this native dude from America, he doesn't know her like I do and I love her."

"You are wrong in that, she is not a toy to own, Mr Potter, she is a person and can feel her own feelings and she has told you so many times now, that she has not those feelings for you, not even before Michael Adam Spears came into her life this past summer."

"But no, she is MINE, I own her."

"No you do not, Mr Potter-Black-Lupin. She is a Marked Imprint and Mate of Michael Adam Spears, so your claims onto her, is nothing but a obsession and fantasy of yours. And due to what spell you used, you are hereby Expelled from Hogwarts, and your wand will be snapped and you are to be sent home with your Legal Guardians, and then a trial of your crimes will be tested on October 1st, at 10 AM, in courtroom 13. Mr Black-Lupins, you are also to be there, aswell any witnesses of the event that happened, aswell. You may take this boy home with you for now."

At that the two men took Harry's arms, after he was given an anti-dose to the Verita and stunned before he could try his way out of this mess he began to make, and they took him home with themselves, and after placing him in his room with spells and locks on it, to make sure he is not run away or be to leave, they then contacted Hermione and Michael at their home, and told them what happens next.

Both told the two men that they were going to be there that day, and that they were not going to be in the same room as Harry until then, and that made the two men nod sadly as they were going to have to floo over to hang out with their daugther and her husband-to-be, but it had to be like that for now.

Meanwhile, Amelia and Kingsley went over to Hogwarts, and asked who witnessed the scene, and after even her own niece said she had witnessed the horrific scene, they were called in as witnesses at the trial, as everyone were told what spell had been used, and it shocked most of them, except for the first years, who hadn't learned what that spell was, so few of the older students had to tell them, and it made them scared and shocked at same time, but calmed down when they were told that they would never ever hopefully to see its working progress was like.

Pomona placed a spell that prevented any Illegal Spells and Potions to be ever used inside of the castle at any points, only in DADA was it allowed to either use or try them out in safe enviroment.

Other teachers reached out to Hermione and Michael, to see how both were doing, and while they were still in some shock and pain of what happened, it was going to be ok soon, and told the teachers that did reach out to them, a big thank you for reaching out and to tell Pomona they were going be back after longer weekend to rest. Pomona accepted that, and told them to take whatever time it took to recover and rest up from it all.
