Dreadknigth12: Yes, since his body is physically frailer than normal, it means that he'll have far more of a difficult time getting stronger in terms of strength. Though Divine Dividing doesn't have the exact same drawback as Boosted Gear since it continues to double the user's power until they reach their limit and it then resets. The Divine Dividing, on the other hand, divides the power of an opponent, then it adds that power to their own, while all the excess power is sent out through their feathers.
Ancient Sith Tulak Hord: Thanks, it was the typical argument between twin brothers who are rivals even without their knowledge. I think that I'm going to keep Akeno, Asia, and Ravel with Issei since I want to try something different with someone else.
New Life as a Devil

Issei woke up the next day after hearing the voice from his yandere voiced alarm clock, causing him to groggily reach out his hand and turn off his arm. Once again, he could recall the events of him being attacked by another black-winged assailant who stabbed him using what appeared to be a light project and thought that it was just a dream. As Issei was preparing to get out of bed, he realized something odd.
"Why am I naked?"
Issei questioned as he noticed that he was indeed naked.
"What is going on," Issei questioned in his head. "Am I going senile now?!"
He couldn't recall arriving home last night let alone taking off all his clothes and if had, then he would have at the very least wear his underwear.
"Unnn."
Issei heard a sweet voice coming next to him, which caused him to direct his attention to the person who he didn't at first notice lying down next to him. It was someone he was unable to forget. Her crimson hair, smooth snow-white skin, long legs, and thighs as well as her nicely shaped rear end and enormous bust. She was the most popular idol in Kuoh Academy, Rias Gremory and she was sleeping naked in his bed. At the moment, Issei was unable to process the situation anymore as he felt as if his brain would explode at any moment. It was a combination of all the confusion invents that transpired and the fact that the most beautiful woman in school was naked before him.
"Ise! Wake-up! It's already time for school!"
"Okaa-san, is Ise still in his room?"
Issei could hear his parents talked to one another, his mother seemed to be at least on the stairs.
"Kazuki is Ise in his room?!"
"Yes, I think that he came in last night."
Kazuki replied in an almost nonchalant manner from the other room next to his.
"So he came home last night. Geez, staying at a friend's house so later and on top of that, being late for school! That, I won't forgive!"
Issei started to panic as he heard the angered voice of his mother as she started to walk upstairs in the direction of her oldest son's bedroom.
At the same moment―
Rias started to stir awake and rubbed her eyes with a single motion causing her enormous bust to bounce, which caught Issei's attention.
"…unn, is it morning already?"
Rias questioned as she stretched her arms giving him more view of her pink nipples.

Issei's mother opened the door in an aggressive manner with the intent of lecturing her oldest son, but she was stumped after seeing an odd sight before her eyes.
"Good morning."
Rias greeted his mother with a gentle wave and smile.
Seeing her oldest son and an unfamiliar foreign girl naked as well as the nervous look resulted in her expression freezing in that exact moment, then she turned around in an almost robotic manner avoiding eye contact.
"GET READY QUICKLY!"
She shouted as she slammed the door shut and began to run downwards.
"O-O-O-O-Oooooo! Otou-san!"
"What's wrong Okaa-san? You look like you've just seen a ghost? Was Ise doing something perverted this early in the morning again?"
"Seeeeeeeexxxxxxxxxx! Ise did it~! With a foreigner~!"
"O-Okaa-san!? Okaa-san, what happened!?"
"It's internationaaaal~! Ise did it!"
"Okaa-san!? Okaa-san!? Calm down! Okaa-saaaaan!"
Issei was able to hear his parents shouting about the 'event' that transpired in the bedroom of Issei, the latter had covered his face with his hands. As started to imagine what was going on downstairs with his parents, meanwhile in his room there was still his beautiful naked senpai who still wore the same smile she was wearing as if nothing had happened.
"Your family is quite lively in the morning."
Rias had stood up from the bed as she stretched her arms without a sense of shame granting Issei a clear view of her nude voluptuous figure. She headed in the direction of the desk in Issei's room, where her school uniform had been set alongside her underwear, while Issei's perverted mind started to go into overdrive.
"S-Senpai!"
Issei shouted out loud while hearing that the commotion downstairs started to subside.
"What is it?"
Rias questioned as she finished to put on her panties.
"O-Oppai…. I can see everything!"
"If you want to see it, then go ahead."
Rias replied to his shout in a gentle yet at the same time a daring manner, which caused Issei to become almost speechless. Issei could account the several times that he and his two perverted friends have spied on a number of girls changing for either gym class or Kendo Club. Each time that they got caught, all three of them were either beaten up by the girls or smacked by Kazuki wielding a shinai who'd always discover their peeping spots. But, it was the first time that he had heard any girl say that to him.
"Is your stomach alright?"
Rias questioned, while Issei continued to relish in his fantasies.
That single questioned brought him back to reality causing him to touch his stomach in an instinctive manner, but like last time, the wound that he succumbed to wasn't there.
"You were stabbed yesterday."
All the events that occurred with the man wearing the fedora all actually happened to him.
"I-I was sure I was wounded…"
"I healed it. It was critical, but thanks to your tough body, it was possible to heal with my powers in a single night by sharing some of my demonic power with you through embrace while naked. I was able to do it because both of us are from the same clan."
Rias had replied to his question as she strapped on her bra, but that statement caused another fantasy to enter her mind.
"So, the two of us were in one each other's naked embrace," Issei thought as blood had begun to trickle from his nose. "Did we…am I not a virgin anymore? Suck it, Kazuki!"
As Issei proclaimed his victory over his younger twin brother inside of his head, however, Rias shot him down.
"Just to let you know we didn't have sex, I'm still a virgin."
Rias stated with a smile as if reading his mind causing Issei some minor disappointment.
"Don't make such a weird face. This world is surrounded by more mysterious things that you can imagine."
Rias said in an almost critic manner before placing a hand on his chin using her slim fingers, causing Issei's face to turn red from the touch.
"My name is Rias Gremory, a third-year student at Kuoh Academy. I am a devil."
That introduction caused an odd expression to appear on Issei's face as he believed that Rias was just joking, but before he could speak up. She decided to make another reveal.
"And I am your Master. Nice to meet you, Issei Hyoudou-kun. Can I call you Ise?"
"…Eh…."
Moments after the incident, the Hyoudou Family were all gathered together with their unknown guest also sitting at the table. Their mother and father were silent as they stared at their oldest son sitting next to the beautiful third-year who their son had woken up next to drinking miso soup, while the youngest son sat in-between both groups as if acting as a mediator.
"These are very delicious, Okaa-sama."
"Th-Thank you very much."
After hearing that compliment from the crimson-haired girl, their mother replied in a generous manner, while still sounding a bit nervous about the situation.
Kazuki looked between both parties, noticing that his mother was still dumbfounded about finding her child in the bed with a young foreign girl, while his father was in a similar manner taking in the situation. After taking towards his brother's direction, Kazuki first thought that his brother would think that he would be uplifted after waking up in bed next to a beautiful naked woman, but even Issei was unable to comprehend what happened.
"I kinda saw this coming since I knew that Rias-senpai would come here and heal him."
Kazuki thought as he glanced to the side drinking the miso soup their mother made, while that his older brother also seemed too nervous to eat, which Rias noted.
"Ise, it's the meal that Okaa-sama made. Eat it."
Acting in an elegant manner befitting an older sister and senior, Rias had informed Issei.
"Y-Yes!"
Issei replied nervously, as he started to eat his food in an almost fast-paced manner, which had caused Kazuki to glance to the side making a slight noise. But, the gesture caught the attention of his older brother.
"What?"
"Hmm?"
Kazuki made another noise as if responding to his question, but not answering him either.
"Don't give me that!"
As if recovering from his shock about waking up next to Rias and started to send a glare toward his younger twin with their older also recovering from the shock.
"Ise, don't raise your voice at your little brother!"
"But, he started it."
"Ise, I don't think that Kazuki-kun did anything aside from him."
Rias noted as she raised an accurate point.
"Both Ise and Kazuki are close enough to notice the slightest gestures of the other," Rias hear their father speak up answering her question as his wife calmed down his oldest son. "Meaning that the slightest sound is enough for an argument to break out, but neither of them will admit how much they care about the other."
"I see," Rias replied in an understanding manner before noting the manner that Issei was eating. "Ise, Don't eat it in such a vulgar way. Eat slowly so you can taste the food. This is precious food that Okaa-sama made for us."
Rias pulled out a napkin, then started to wipe off the trace amount of food that wound up on Issei's face.
Her actions caused Issei's cheeks to become reddened with both his parents taking note of that. Neither of them has had nothing positive about their oldest son when it came to women and his relationship with his friends made it a little more complicated. Though seeing the situation caused a certain feeling of hope to bubble up within them with their father being the first to speak up.
"Ahem," Mr. Hyoudou first started off coughing into his hand. "I-Ise, where did this woman come from?"
Their father tried to speak in a more authoritative tone, but the situation made it difficult.
Hearing his response caused Rias to let out a slight gasp as if realizing a past mistake and sat her chopsticks on their rest, then bowed her head.
"…Oh my, I apologize for not introducing myself before…. I've brought shame to the Gremory Household. Please let me introduce myself. Okaa-sama and Otou-sama, my name is Rias Gremory. I attend the same Academy as Issei Hyoudou-kun. It's a pleasure to meet you all."
Rias spoke in a respectful tone with their father at least being able to calm down at least a bit.
"I-Is that so… T-That's amazing. Hahaha! Are you from a foreign country? Your Japanese is very good."
"Yes. Due to my father's work, I have been living in Japan for a long time."
Kazuki who listened in understood that it could be due to the natural passive power that devils have, which lets a person understand another language in their own native or familiar tone. Though that applied to what they heard and not what they read. And since he heard about Rias being a bit of a…no a huge Japanophile from Sona, so it wouldn't be a stretch to say that she could understand the Japanese language before transferring here.
"I see…Rias-san, correct?"
Their mother recovering from the shock about the former situation that caused all this trouble had spoken up for the first time.
"Yes, Okaa-sama?"
"What kind of relationship do you have with Ise?"
That single questioned caused all action in the kitchen to cease as their mother stared at Rias who remained in the same position and smile on her face as she answered her question.
"We are just senior and junior who are quite close to one another, Okaa-sama."
"That's a lie!"
Hearing Rias' gentle response caused a sudden reaction from their mother who slammed her hands on the table while shouting out loud.
"Bbbbbbbbbecause! In the bed!"
"Ise said he has nightmares, so I was just sleeping with him."
"Just sleeping together!? B-Both of you were naked!"
"Nowadays, people sleep naked when they sleep together, Okaa-sama."
Issei noticed that it was a complete and almost ridiculous lie despite enjoying the prior situation.
"I-Is that so…? So, people sleep together naked lately."
Issei's eyes widened as he noted that his mother had agreed with that almost too obediently.
As soon as those words left her mouth, Kazuki glanced in Rias' direction and noticed that her eyes were shining with a red light. Both their parents' eyes turned almost distant almost empty. Kazuki understood the situation.
"Ah, Rias-senpai must've used her demonic power on them. Not that, I like the idea of Okaa-san and Otou-san being influenced like that. This situation is already difficult enough to talk our what out of."
Rias leaned in the direction of Issei and explained the situation to him in a whisper.
"…I'm sorry. It looked like it would become troublesome, so I used my power."
Hearing that answer caused Issei to recall the words that Rias had spoke to him, "I am a Devil".
As he questioned what was going on in his life at the moment due to all the situations that he had been through.
Once that incident ended, Rias, Issei, and Kazuki started to head towards school with their senior walking next to Issei with a normal expression on her face. Issei who walked next to her was still unsure about how to react and Kazuki just walked behind them carrying the journal that he received from Raynare. There wasn't a single ounce of conversation from either of them and that alone started to cause the tension to build up within the older twin.
"So, Kazuki what're you reading?"
In order to get rid of the tension, Issei had turned in the direction of his younger brother and realized that Kazuki wasn't in possession of that book before.
"Hmm, why would you be interested in what I'm reading?"
Kazuki questioned not taking his eyes from the book.
"Huh?! What's that supposed to mean?"
"Nii-san," Kazuki replied taking his eyes away from the book for a moment. "We don't share the same interests in genres. The books that you're most interested in normally involves women in suggestive manners."
"Shhh! Don't say that out loud in front of Rias-senpai!"
Issei immediately shushed his younger brother as he sent an annoyed glare in his direction while glancing in the direction of Rias to see if she turned around.
"I don't want her to have a bad impression of me."
"Nii-san, two things," Kazuki stated. "For one, both you and your friends' reputation and hobbies have been spread all over our school. So, I'm sure that Rias-senpai already knows about that. And two, Rias-senpai was already in your room and I'm sure she noticed all the posters and items around your room."
Hearing that from Kazuki caused Issei to become stumped for a moment before glancing back towards Rias and sighed.
"I'd hate to admit it, but…you're right."
Issei muttered that last part as he glanced to the side annoyed about that fact.
"Hello, Kazuki-kun~!"
Kazuki had heard a familiar cheerful voice beginning to approach him, then he felt a pair of large and soft objects being pushed into his arms.
"Uh, Ray…Yuuma-san."
Kazuki spoke as his cheeks started to redden after feeling the soft sensation from her beasts transmit to his arms and causing him to close the journal in his free hand.
Though Issei did know about devils now, he still didn't know about Raynare being a fallen angel and Yuuma not being her actual name. Beforehand Rias didn't turn her head after hearing the talk between brothers, but she did turn around and face Raynare who appeared with more of a frown. Issei turned in his direction and did the same thing, but for a different reason. It was more obvious that it was due to him seeing his younger brother together with a beautiful and busy young woman.
"Did you get in enough reading~?"
Raynare whispered in his ear in an almost seductive and suggestive manner.
It was also loud enough for Issei to be able to hear her and directed his attention towards the book.
"Alright what is written in that book?!"
Issei had made a sharp move towards the book in his hand, which caused Kazuki suddenly jumped backward holding the book further away from him.
"What's the matter with you?!"
"Did Yuuma-chan write something in that journal for you?!"
"Huh?! Did you finally snap or something?!"
Kazuki shouted as Issei made several attempts at grabbing the book, but Kazuki continued to keep it away from his grasps. Both the raven and the crimson-haired girl stared at both twins with a curious look on their faces.
"Just tell me what's written in that book you little pervert!"
"You have no right to call me a pervert!"
Kazuki and Issei started to butt their heads barring their fangs at one another with their foreheads began to push their foreheads against one another. Their glares were locked on one another as a certain presence started to be released from both of them. Meanwhile, there was an argument that was starting to bloom next to them from both the woman beside them.
"Yuuma…san, correct?"
Rias started off with some venom being felt within her words.
"Mmhmm, Rias-senpai?"
"If you don't mind me asking. What made you attend our school? Or, I guess that better question would be what brought you to Kuoh Town?"
"Well, I actually did attend another school elsewhere until deciding to move here since the education here was a lot better than my old school," Raynare replied as she held her hand over her mouth to cover a faint smile. "Why are you afraid of someone else intruding on your turf?"
"No, not at all. I wouldn't dream of keeping someone from expanding their horizon," Rias soon replied in a similar fashion. "Though, I would need to warn you that things could get out of hand if you step out of line."
"Oh my, was that a threat?"
"Of course not, it was just helpful advice. If you run into any trouble."
Though both of them were smiling at one another, their eyes weren't as a different kind of presence had begun to exude from their bodies. At around the same moment, both Issei and Kazuki stopping their sibling argument and glanced in the direction of the two ladies.
"Uh, Kazuki have they ever met before?"
"Not at all."
Though Kazuki could guess what this was about, there seemed to be something else between them aside from the difference in species and sides. It seemed as if the two of them just didn't like one another despite this being their first meeting. Kazuki also realized that this could be due all the fallen angels that have been sent into Kuoh, a territory that he knew was under Rias' charge. As such, their arrival could be viewed as disrespectful.
After their respective arguments, the four of them continued on to school in silence, then after arriving passed the school gates, there was a commotion.
"Iyaaah! It's our White Knight! And Rias-oneesama!"
Due to the arrival of both Rias and Kazuki, there were female students who directed their attention towards, them but the arrival of Issei with them (more or less Rias) dimmed their moods.
"Why is someone like him…?"
"Why is someone vulgar like him next to Rias-oneesama…?"
"How can someone like that be related to Kazuki-kun."
Those were the words from both male and female students, which caused a serious reaction from all of them and some of them even passed out. A reaction that caused a slight bit of bemusement within Raynare who found it to be a bit over the top.
"It is always like this every morning?"
Raynare questioned as she held her hand in front of her mouth.
"More or less."
Kazuki replied as he glanced in her direction.
"I will send someone to come and get you after school. Until then."
Rias said as she sent a smile in Issei's direction as the two of them separated after passed by the school gate.
"Uh, what am I supposed to do?"
Issei questioned to himself not wanting neither Kazuki or Raynare to hear him.
BANG!
Issei soon felt someone hitting him at the back of his head causing him to fall forward due to the suddenness of it and turned around to see that it was Matsuda who was joined with Motohama.
"Until yesterday, we were the "Unpopular Alliance" comrades!"
"Ise, first of all, explain it to us. What happened after we split?"
Both of them voiced their concerns to Issei after seeing walking to school with Rias who's the most popular girl in school. Though Issei was first mad about Matsuda hitting him like that, a slight smirk formed on his face and he started to speak in a confident tone.
"Guys, have you ever seen real tits before?"
After that question left his mind, Kazuki turned in the direction leading towards their classroom.
"Come on, Yuuma-san. Trust me, you don't want to be around them at times like this."
Kazuki said in a tone that sounded a little annoyed as if reliving past experiences.
"Alright."
Raynare replied as she started to walk alongside Kazuki, while a heated argument started to occur behind them in and the other students around them started looking away as well.
"Soooo, is that a daily thing with them?"
"Every single day since around the moment that they met one another."
"And, I guess that you're not friends with them."
"Both of them call me a bastard to my face or behind my back whenever around girls talks to me," Kazuki replied as he let out an annoyed sigh. "And even blame me and Yuuto-kun for taking all the girl's attention from them. I keep telling all three of them that they may attract the attention of girls if they didn't constantly spy on them when they're changing or make obscene comments about them when they get rejected."
Raynare stared at Kazuki as he continued to speak about his brother's friends and she could tell that he was livid about hanging around them. But, there was a name that caught her attention.
"Who is Yuuto?"
"One of the most popular male students in school known as the Prince of Kuoh. He's also Rias-senpai's Knight."
"Are you friends with him?"
"Yea, we often talk to one another during lunch or when he's with Rias-senpai," Kazuki replied as he smiles a little, but it soon turned into a complex look. "But, I wish that the female students wouldn't take it in that direction."
Raynare heard him say something, but she wasn't able to hear it due to him saying it is just a low tone. However, whatever he said must have caused him to relive something terrible. Despite being curious about what that could be, she instead didn't pursue it any further due to his reaction.
After school ended, Issei laid his head, as a result of him being able to even focus in class due to all the incidents that transpired. But, he felt that if he could get some answers about what was happening, then the stress that he was feeling maybe quelled a little. While Issei continued to lay down his head, there were both sudden gasps and joyful screams from the female students, while male ones groaned.
He lifted his head out of wonder as he lifted up his head from his desk to see what the commotion was about and even Issei groaned after seeing who it was.
A handsome blonde-haired male the same age as himself with blue eyes and dressed in the same male uniform as students. As Kazuki mentioned before, it was Yuuto Kiba, another second-year male student and among the most popular students loved by female students and hated by males.
"Hi, how are you doing?"
Yuuto greeted Issei with a smile that could cause female students to falter.
"So, what're you doing here?"
Issei replied in a more rude tone due to his dislike of Kiba, the same as other male students.
"Nii-san stop being rude."
Kazuki who was sitting nearby replied looking away from the journal in his hand.
Though Issei ignored most of what his brother said and just grumbled out of dissatisfaction, Kiba continued on with his prior intentions.
"I've come under Rias Gremory-senpai's orders."
Hearing that from Kiba caught his attention as Issei glanced in his direction glancing at the same smile that was on the blonde-haired young man, then sighed and stood up from his chair.
"Fine, I'll follow you."
As if having a sense of déjà vu, all the girls started to let out a loud….
"Nooooooooo!"
"No, for Hyoudou to walk beside Kiba-kun!"
"You'll get injected, Kiba-kun!"
"What happened to Kazuki-kun x Kiba-kun."
"Dear God."
Kazuki wondered as he closed his eyes after hearing some of the female students inside the room, as Kiba had changed his smile to a more crooked one. Raynare soon realized what meant about that direction and after that thought crossed her mind, her cheeks turned red.
"I won't agree with Kiba-kun x Hyoudou!"
"Or is this Kazuki-kun x Kiba-kun x Hyoudou!"
"Ah, shut up!"
Issei shouted as he glared in the direction of all the girls started to talk about their 'personal' pairings as he stood up to follow Kiba. The latter smiled nervously as if hesitating with the next words that were about to come out of his mouth, knowing how everyone will react.
"Ah, I was also asked to bring along Kazuki-kun and Yuuma-san."
There was a short pause as most of the female students in the classroom face started to turn a bright red with a lot of them passing out due to whatever fantasy entered their heads.
"I think it's time we left before something else enters their heads."
Kazuki stated as he stood up from his seat along with Raynare who's cheeks were also deeply flushed.
Before anything else happened, the four second-years went outside of the school building, then started to head in the direction of another building located behind it. It was an old wooden school building located inside of a tree covered area used in the past before building the newer one. There was no sign of anyone using it and it is listed as one of the 'Seven Wonders of School'. And despite it looking old, there wasn't a single broken window.
The four students entered the school building lead by Kiba who knew the entire layout of the building. All of them soon stopped in front of a certain classroom that had a sign that read: Occult Research Club.
"Buchou is in here."
Kiba replied.
"Buchou" was a word used for club presidents, which caused Issei to realize that Rias was indeed the president of a club that had that same name.
"Buchou, I've brought them."
"Yes, come in."
Kiba after waiting for the response from Rias herself, then the four of them entered the classroom.
As the three of them entered the room, Issei noticed that there were weird signs placed on the walls that looked a lot like magic-circle placed in the middle of the room. In the room, there were also sofas in the classroom and the first person in the room as a petite white-haired girl dressed in the female uniform. Issei realized who she was, a first-year student named Koneko Toujou, a cute girl popular among a certain group of male students and even a lot of female students viewed as being the school's mascot.
Koneko was eating from a plate that had youkan on it, which she took her eyes off of for a moment to stare at the new arrivals.
"This is Issei Hyoudou-kun, and Amano Yuuma-san," Kiba introduced both Issei and Raynare, then directed his attention at Kazuki. "And I'm sure that you already know, Kazuki-kun."
Issei had heard that Koneko was emotionless, but she still bowed her head to them in a respectful manner, while glancing in Kazuki's direction.
"…hello, Kazuki-senpai."
Koneko spoke up as she glanced in his direction.
"Hello, Koneko-chan."
Kazuki returned the greeting with a gentle smile.
SHAAAAA. The three of them could hear the sound from the showers as Issei glanced toward the shower curtain that was oddly at the corner of the room. His eyes widened as he could see the outline of a young woman behind the curtains and the sight of it started to cause various images to arrive in his head.
"Buchou, take this."
The voice of Akeno could also be heard behind the curtains with Rias, who was revealed to be taking a shower and received the towel from her fellow third-year student.
"Thank you, Akeno."
"…what a lecherous face."
Koneko muttered as she glanced at him with an almost annoyed glance, while Kazuki who took a seat next to her let out a slight sigh.
"…here."
Koneko offered a piece of her youkan to Kazuki who smiled and took one.
"Thanks, Koneko-chan."
He thanked as he patted the white-haired girl on her head causing the first-year to smile a bit.
"Oh, can I have one?"
Raynare questioned, but Koneko moved the plate out of the way as if to protect it.
That single gesture was enough of an answer for the raven-haired girl who let out a nervous if not a little agitated laugh after noticing the emotionless look on Koneko's face.
Rias soon came out from behind the curtains with her hair wet from having just taken a shower, which resulted in the older brother thinking that she was more seductive like that. After noticing Issei, she smiled and gave him an answer about her current situation.
"I'm sorry. I couldn't take a shower last night because I stayed the night at your place, so I took a shower."
Issei also noted Akeno who followed behind Rias and couldn't help but notice both the extraordinary beauty and atmosphere from both the third-years idolized by both male and female students.
"Ara ara. Hello, my name is Himejima Akeno. Pleased to meet your acquaintance."
Akeno introduced herself to Issei in a beautiful voice that almost captured his heart.
"O-Oh. My name is Issei Hyoudou. N-Nice to meet you too!"
Issei introduced himself in a nervous manner, which causes Akeno to smile a bit.
As soon as Rias confirmed that everyone she wanted to gather was here, she smiled and started to talk.
"Looks like everyone is here. Issei Hyoudou-kun. No, let me call you Ise."
"Y-Yes."
"We, the Occult Research Club, welcome you," Rias started off. "As a devil."
"H-Huh?!"
Issei didn't react like that since he already knew about that, but Rias had said that in front of both Kazuki and the new transfer student he knew as Yuuma Amano.
"R-Rias-senpai should you really be saying this in front of Kazuki and Yuuma-san?"
"Ara ara, it's cute that you're worried about your little brother. But, Kazuki-kun had already known about us since entering school as a first-year. Yuuma-san, on the other hand, is a…little complicated."
Akeno explained much to Issei's surprise while faltering a bit after just mentioning Raynare.
A moment later, everyone took a seat on the sofas in the club room that surrounded the table inside the middle of the room. Akeno made tea for everyone including Raynare who took a seat next to Kazuki (for her own safety). Issei picked up the tea that was placed in front of him and started to drink from it in a quick manner.
"It tastes good."
"Ara ara. Thank you very much."
Akeno replied as she laughed in a gentle manner.
"Now," Issei started off before glancing towards Kazuki. "YOU KNEW ABOUT THIS THE ENTIRE TIME!"
"Wow, saw that one coming," Kazuki replied in a nonchalant manner as he took a sip from his prepared tea. "I'm surprised that it took you this long to react to that."
"Don't give me that nonchalant tone!"
"Don't give me that aggressive tone."
Both Issei and Kazuki gave their own response to one another with the members of the Occult Research Club to glance at them with an almost amused look.
"You two sure are close."
""No we're not.""
Both Issei and Kazuki replied in union causing all the people in the room to become more amused.
""This doesn't mean…anything.""
After saying those words in unison against, the twins just leaned back in their seats.
"Well, now that, that's out of the way," Rias said as she stifled an amused laugh. "I will get to the point. We aside from Kazuki-kun and…Yuuma-san is all devils."
Despite already being told that Issei was still in disbelief about it.
"Your expression says that you don't believe what I am saying. Well, that can't be helped, however, you did see a man with black wings last night, didn't you?"
Rias pointed out, causing Issei to recall that incident.
He thought that it was just another dream similar to the one involving Mizuki, but it felt almost too real not to be the real thing, especially since Rias just informed him about the incident herself.
"That was a Fallen Angel. They are former Angels who served God, but they are beings who fall the Underworld because they had evil intentions. They are also the enemy of us Devils."
Rias explained as she glanced in Raynare's direction with their eyes locking onto one another.
"We devils have been at war with fallen angels since ancient times fighting over control of the Underworld, which is known as Hell in the Human World. The underworld is naturally split into two areas meant for devils and fallen angels. Devils form pacts with humans and receive their sacrifices and increase their strength. Fallen Angles, on the other hand, control humans to eliminate devils. At this point, the Angels come to destroy these two races on God's orders, which creates the Three Factions. This has been going on since ancient times."
Kazuki glanced in the direction of Issei who looked as if his head were about to let out steam.
"Rias-senpai, my brother isn't exactly the sharpest," he pointed out taking another sip of tea. "So, you'll probably need to simplify it a bit more."
"What was that?!"
Issei shouted as Kazuki took a nonchalant glance to the side with Rias again glancing at them amused.
"Then I apologize for being a little too straight-forward. Will you explain it to him more sometime later," Rias had asked him. "The Occult Research Club is just a camouflage. It's my hobby, while in actuality being the gathering place for us, devils."
After hearing that from Rias, Issei started to calm down, but there was another name that caused his head to sink towards the bottom.
"Mizuki Akagawa."
Seeing that reaction caused Kazuki to glance at his brother, this time with a hint of concern.
"That day, you were on a date with Mizuki Akagawa."
"…If you are joking around, then can you please stop now? I don't want to talk about this here."
There was anger starting to build up within him to the hearing one of the people he called his girlfriend.
"She existed. That's for certain," Rias stated. "Though, it appeared that she tried to erase all evidence that Mizuki Akagawa existed from those around you."
Upon hearing that, Issei recalls asking both his friends if they encountered Mizuki, but neither of them could even recall that name neither could he find the number she gave him in his contacts. After signaling Akeno, the black-haired third-year pulled out a photo of Mizuki Akagawa and showed it to Issei.
"This girl is…no this fallen angel is the same one who killed you."
"For what? Was she just pretending to be my girlfriend just to kill me."
"Yes. It was just to kill you."
Rias just got straight to the point and answered his random statement adding more fire to the flame that was built up within him.
"Wh-Why did she have to kill me?!"
"Well, I can already guess what the reason is. But, I believe that it would be best to hear it from a far more related source."
Rias now directed her attention towards the raven-haired girl who remained sitting next to Kazuki.
"You can't put all the blame that occurred on just me or the other fallen angel leaders, especially Azazel-sama," a certain name that Issei didn't know had popped up. "I was just supposed to be sent here to watch the progress of the sacred gears of both Kazuki-kun and the response that came from his brother. But, none of the fallen angels who are here were given permission due to specific personality issues."
"…personality issues."
"The one you all refer to as Mizuki Akagawa is Kalawarner, who is in laymen terms a manipulative bitch. The one who attacked Kazuki-kun is named Gadreel, a cocky power-seeking fallen angel. And Dohnaseek is arrogant but he won't be able to deal with strong people like the Gremory Girl here in a head-on battle. The three of them may as well be strays who acted without consent."
"Why are they targeting us, to begin with?"
Issei questioned Raynare who held up two fingers.
"Azazel-sama guessed that within you was a sacred gear, a dangerous one at that, which could've caused you to go berserk depending on how it was activated and used. There were previous cases where sacred gear users all had similar experiences and rampaged, even though it sounds harsh, but all that we could do in a situation like that was putting them down. My guess is that the three of them came here in an attempt to steal the sacred gear if it proved to be strong enough to prove useful or kill you if it could be a threat."
Hearing that caused Issei to recall a similar phrase from Mizuki before killing him before.
"Sacred Gears are an irregular power that is bestowed to certain humans. For example, most of the people whose names are recorded in history are said to be possessors of a sacred gear. They used the power of their sacred gear to record their name in history."
"Presently, there are people who possess sacred gears within their bodies. Do you know those people who play an important role worldwide? Most of those people possess sacred gear."
Both Kiba and Akeno continued on after Raynare gave her explanation.
"Most sacred gears has various functions that are usable in normal human societies. But, then there are those that are considered to be exceptional threats to us devils and fallen angels. Ise, raise your hand."
"Eh?"
Issei was confused about the odd request, but Rias continued to urge him into doing it causing him to just submit and raise his hand into the air.
"Close your eyes and imagine the strongest thing that comes to mind."
"S-Strongest being…? Son Goku from Dragon Ball…?"
Issei gave his response causing Kazuki to realize that would be the first person that came into his head, but there were two people that would have come to mind.
"It would either be Monkey D. Luffy or Roronoa Zoro from One Piece," Kazuki thought as Issei thought about the purpose of this test. "I can't choose between either of them, they're both incredible characters who have a lot to bring to their crew. There's also Dracule Mihawk. There are also the other Four Emperors like Whitebeard and Shanks, but I really don't feel like counting that backstabbing devil fruit stealing snake. Or…."
"You're thinking about One Piece aren't you?"
"So, what if I am?"
"That show is just about a bunch of pirates sailing across the sea, I mean what kind of power it is made out of rubber. Dragon Ball is way much better, there are action-packed and filled with better powers."
"Well, at least Luffy makes his own original techniques instead of stealing them from others and it doesn't take a couple of episodes to just charge just one attack. And at least, in One Piece, it focuses on everyone else instead of just the main character, especially when reaching Dragon Ball Z when the important characters were turned into fodder."
"Well, at least in Dragon Ball there wasn't an entire arc focused on saving one person who had ended up getting himself killed."
"Well, at least in One Piece that wasn't a former antagonist who ended up being a better parent to their children than the main character who leaves at a moment's notice to train."
"Those are fighting words, Kazuki/Nii-san!""
Both Issei and Kazuki shouted as they grabbed each other's collars with a look of aggression in their eyes.
Everyone in the room noticed that it didn't take much for an argument to break out between them, but Rias chose to intervene due to more important manners.
"Uh, can we continue," Rias questioned causing both brothers to step away from one another. "Now then I want you to imagine that person in a particular pose where he looks the strongest."
What Issei imagined was Goku preparing to fire off his famed Kamehameha, while Kazuki took a seat.
"Lower your arm slowly and stand up," following those next words, Issei stood up and lowered his arms. "Now, I want you to mimic the pose of that person in that particular pose and don't hold back."
After hearing those words from Rias, Issei started to become embarrassed as that would mean he'd have to copy the particular stance and motions of Goku firing off the kamehameha. And having his eyes closed didn't make it any more embarrassing.
"Quickly."
After being urged by Rias, Issei decided to just follow up and do it, then he performed the same motions that was used to perform the kamehameha.
"Now, open your eyes. In this place, which is filled with demonic power, the sacred gear will be able to appear far more easily."
Issei opened his eyes as he was told as his left arm started to give off a red glow, causing a sudden pulse, which occurred within Kazuki.
"Hey, Albion what was that?"

Albion felt a similar familiar sensation from Issei, but he wasn't sure if it was what he thought that and remained silent. Kazuki realized that he wouldn't be able to get a straight answer out of the white dragon now.
Soon enough, a red gauntlet appeared and covered his left arm that has a green jewel-like object embedded in the middle of it.
"What the hell is thiiiiiiiis!?"
"Hmm, is this a Twice Critical, it seems different from one though," Raynare stated after pulling out a phone from her pocket and took a picture of the sacred gear. "I'll just send the photo and data to Azazel-sama."
"You think he can tell what it is from just a photo."
"Azazel-sama has a little bit of an obsession with sacred gears and my cellphone is a special device that he had created for situations such as this."
"Yea, I kind of guessed that he was a little obsessed when we first met."
Kazuki recalled the first time that he met Azazel and his "colleague" soon after the incident, which resulted in the awakening of his sacred gear. The first thing that he could tell about Azazel was how interested he was about his Divine Dividing after all his attempts at getting Kazuki to join his organization, Grigori. Then his "colleague" seem to be amused about his choice into living a normal lifestyle.
"Though, I did get the confirmation that angels and god exists. Aside from them, there are also other mythologies that exist in this world. It would be fun to travel and see all of them."
Kazuki thought as he noticed Rias still talking to Issei about the incident that occurred.
"This fallen angel, Mizuki Akagawa saw your Sacred Gear as a threat and therefore killed you."
"But, I had a hole in my stomach so how aren't I dead?"
Issei asked the question that has been on his mind since figuring out that he was a devil.
"You called me when you were on the verge of death. I was summoned through this paper."
Rias replied as she pulled out a leaflet, which was similar to the point that Issei received from the odd girl that he had run into prior on his date.
"This is among the leaflets that we give out. The magic circle here is used to summon us, devils, since these days there aren't people who would draw a magic circle to summon us. So we give out these to the people who would summon devils. On the same day as your date, you ran into one of our familiars disguised as a human handing them out in the business district. And I guess after you were attacked by the fallen angel, you called me while on the verge of death. It's impressive that you were able to summon me, usually, servants like Akeno and the others would be the ones summoned."
She informed Issei who called wanting to see Rias after noticing the blood that he was shedding reminded him of her brilliant crimson hair.
"And as such, you've been reborn as my servant."
Suddenly, from the backs of Rias and the others were bat-like wings different from that of the fallen angels' black bird-like beings sprouted from their back.
"Let's introduce everyone anew. Yuuto."
"My name is Yuuto Kiba. As you already know, I'm a second-year like you, Hyoudou Issei-kun. Umm, I'm a Devil too. Nice to meet you."
"…First-year. …Koneko Toujou. Pleased to make your acquaintance. …I'm a Devil too."
"My name is Akeno Himejima, and I'm a third-year. I'm also the vice-president of this Occult Research Club. Nice to meet you. Even though I'm like this, I'm also a Devil. Ufufu."
Yuuto, Koneko, and Akeno each gave their introductions as devils to Issei in a gentle manner with the leader of the entire group giving her final greeting.
"And I'm their master as well as being a Devil from the House of Gremory, Rias Gremory. My house holds the rank of a Duke. Let's get along from now on, Ise."
And so, Issei's life as a devil started at that moment, but then there was a question that Issei wanted to know.
"Wait, they came out both of us because of our…sacred gears. So, what sacred gear does Kazuki have?"
Issei questioned as he glanced towards Kazuki who looked at the curious stares that he was getting from some of the people in the room aside from Koneko. Since that specific incident, the only ones who knew about Divine Dividing were the student council members and Koneko who was involved. Though not wanting to lie about it, he just stood up from his seat and moved further away from the others.
Soon enough, the light wings of Divine Dividing sprouted out from his back giving off a blue brilliance from all the light feathers. After seeing those wings, the eyes of the people in the room widened a bit causing them to be a bit shocked about the reveal.
"I didn't think that it would be that one."
"Ara ara, so our little kouhai was keeping a bit secret."
"…."
Both Kiba and Akeno gave their own response, while Koneko remained silent.
"So, this is what Sona meant when she said I'll be surprised when I found out," Rias had stated in a shocked tone as a slight sigh escape from her mouth almost out of amusement. "That Sona, keeping this secret from me."
"Huh, what kind of sacred gear is that? Doesn't it just look a little shinier compared to my gauntlet."
"Ise, do you recall when I said that there were some sacred gears that could prove a threat to us devils and fallen angels," Rias questioned as she glanced towards Issei who nodded. "Though there are some that have proven to be enough of a threat alone, Kazuki-kun possess one that is above all other sacred gears and could prove to be even god."
"…gods."
"I won't go into complete detail about them, there are sacred gears considered to be the rarest of the rare. Divine Dividing is a sacred gear able to halve the power of anyone that it comes into contact with every ten seconds and add that power to the user. Even if the opponent is a high-class devil or leader-class fallen angel, then even their power can be brought down, while the user's power is increased. It is one of the sacred gears which can even kill god."
"Though I have no intention of bringing down the god that I placed my faith in."
Kazuki added as he caused his light wings to disappear while glancing in the direction of his brother who stared at him with a shocked look that soon turned into anger.
"Are you serious?! How is it that you always get the best out of a situation?!"
"Huh?! What's that supposed to mean?!"
"After we enrolled in Kuoh Academy, you started to become more popular than me?!"
"I told you numerous times even at our old school that if you stopped peeping on girls, then maybe they wouldn't be too afraid of being around you! Do you know how often I get called into teachers' office due to complaints from female students about you!"
Both brothers continued to argue with one another as the intensity from their eyes continued to increase.
"I can't tell if they get along or not."
Literally, everyone in the room thought those exact words as the brothers continued to radiate a presence, which just screamed: Don't interfere!
Soon after the brother's finished their argument, Rias started to explain to Issei all the details about devils as well as their connection to humans and their evil pieces. Kazuki already heard about this from Sona including the war, which was known as the "Great War" that occurred between all three factions resulting in both sides losing a lot of their own kind from the battle. For the devil's side, it resulted in the creation of the Evil Pieces, which lets them reincarnate different species into devils to recover their lost numbers.
Though before that conversation started, both Kazuki and Raynare left the room due to there being some things that she as a fallen angel couldn't hear. As he and her left the room, they continued to walk down the halls silent recalling the direction the four of them had arrived in.
"So, have you and Rias-senpai met before?"
"Of course not, there's no way I wouldn't meet up with a devil who's not only the Gremory Clan heiress but also the little sister of Lucifer."
Raynare replied in an almost serious manner.
"I-I'm just saying. You two seemed to hate each other the moment that you two met."
"We haven't met before, but there is something that I don't like about her."
She again replied seriously with both her arms crossed under her chest and sending a chill down his spine due to the coldness of her tone.
"A-Ah, I see."
"That aside, you seem to be alright about your brother being a devil now."
Raynare brought up a good point to Kazuki who stopped for a moment after hearing that.
"I hated the fact that he was killed and I couldn't do anything about it."
Kazuki replied in an honest tone, though there were times that both of them fought and argued (almost all of the time), it wasn't like either of them hated one another.
"The only reason that I didn't come to terms with my Longinus was so that no one in my family wouldn't end up in a dangerous situation, but that ended up backfiring."
"Kazuki-kun, you didn't do anything wrong. The only people who knew about Divine Dividing were some people in Grigori and there was no way that you could've known that your brother had a sacred gear himself."
"Yea, I know. But, if I had just accepted it, then I may have been able to keep him from dying," Kazuki replied as he could tell that Raynare was being considerate. "I don't plan on dwelling on it, nothing good would come from it in the future in front of me. Besides, I doubt he'll hate being a devil."
"Why do you say that?"
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP
A sudden noise came from his pocket, it was a new message sent to his cellphone caused Kazuki to fish it out of his pocket. As soon as he did, he read the message that he was sent and it came from Hyoudou Issei (Brother).
After reading the message, Kazuki gave a crooked smile causing Raynare to stare at him with a confused look.
"What is it?"
"It is from Nii-san," Kazuki replied letting out a nervous laugh. "Here look."
"Eh?"
Raynare stared at the screen with the same crooked smile at him as the message read:
[Kazuki! I found out that if I work hard enough, then I could have my own peerage as well like Rias-senpai! I can even do anything that I want with them…even have sex with them! This start as a servant is the first step to my dream of becoming the Harem King!]
After reading the message, both Kazuki and Raynare proceeded forward with the same smirk on their faces.
"You're brother seems…driven."
"I've always feared that Nii-san may do something to another woman that might get him arrested for any kind of sexual harassment," Kazuki stated without the slightest hint of hesitance. "But, I fear what he might end up doing to any of his servants."
"And knowing the system in the Underworld concerning the rights of servants versus masters, I doubt that there will be much support for the servants."
Both of them replied in a manner that was siding with the right of the servants instead of the master in this unique situation, but the two of them soon laughed after a while before realizing it.
Soon after school ended, everyone who had after-school activities such as Kazuki who has Kendo Club and Issei who had to pass out leaflets around town as a recently reincarnated devil. On the other hand, there were students who returned to their own homes as none of them entered school clubs. Among these people was Raynare who hadn't yet found a school club that interested her at all.
She soon returned to her two-bedroom apartment, which had already been well-furnished with a lot of items that seemed almost extravagant possibly due to being pepped by someone like Azazel. After she had sent the photo of the sacred gear that Issei was revealed to have, Raynare decided to take a shower.
"Ahhhh~ That felt good~"
Raynare walked out of the bathroom after showering with the steam streaming out the room and a towel around her shoulder and had her slender semi-naked aside from the black underwear. Then took out a bottle of flavored milk out of the fridge inside of the kitchen and laid down on the couch in a relaxed manner.
"Drinking flavored milk after a bath is the best~"
DING DING DING
Raynare heard her phone ringing causing her to pick up after taking a quick sip of the flavored milk.
"Hello~"
"You sure sound like you're having a good time."
The voice of an older male could be heard on the other end of the line who spoke in an almost casual tone.
Despite the casual tone of the older male, Raynare stood up straight as if she had just been caught by her boss, however, that is who exactly was on the other end of the line.
"A-A-Azazel-sama."
The man in question was indeed the Leader of Grigori known as the Governor General.
"You don't have to sound so nervous, I'm not going to criticize you for anything. Not that I can think of anything anyway, you always do a good job in situations like this."
"T-Thank you, but I'm not worthy of such praise."
Raynare spoke in a tone that matched the nervous expression on her face.
"Well, how're things going over there with our recent Hakuryuukou? Is that journal being of much use?"
"Kazuki-kun has read through almost everything in the journal related to magic. But, he hasn't said how much he is able to use at the moment."
"Seriously, I didn't think that he would be able to read through that journal in such a span of time. All the Longinus users in this generation that I know about are filled with either amazing talent and potential. I'm sure that Vali will be ecstatic after hearing about this."
Azazel replied in a joking manner displaying the excitement that he has about the matter.
"Uh, Azazel-sama about Gadreel and the others."
"Oh yeah, them. Have you found out where they're all stationed at?"
"All of them seem to have taken refuge in an old church that appears to be in town. There also seem to be a good amount of stray exorcists joined with them."
"*Sigh* I knew that kid was rash and arrogant, but to think that he'd go this far. I'll think about what to do with the three of them based on what happens next, but if things get any worse, then they may have to be taken care of."
Azazel informed her in a tone that displayed his distaste for the current situation and about his own fallen angels being the cause of it all.
"So, are you planning on having Kazuki-kun join Grigori?"
"I doubt that he'll accept the offer, I can tell that Kazuki would be more on the side of Heaven instead of Grigori and the Underworld. I'm that that Michael and the other Seraph, as well as everyone in the Three Faction, will all know about the Vanishing Dragon awakening. Though, there could be some benefits about you befriending him for the sake of Grigori."
"And what would that be?"
Raynare questioned as she took a big sip of flavored milk waiting for a response.
"If you two ever decide to do the deed and conceive a child, then Grigori would have a fallen angel child who has inherited dragon aura from the Hakuryuukou. So please have as much fun as you can, while over there."
After hearing that nonchalant response from Azazel who laughed, Raynare did a spit take and coughed after she heard that from her leader.
"A-A-Azazel-sama!"
"Hahahaha! You don't sound that dismissive with the idea of having his child."
"I-I-I don't want to talk about that! Wh-what about that photo that I had sent over about his brother's sacred gear."
"Oh~ are you dodging that statement," his questioned caused Raynare's face to turn red. "Well, this will turn to an even more interesting development if I'm right about his brother. For something as irregular as this to occur in any era, this could spell either disaster or something entirely new."
"What is it?"
Raynare sounded a little worried after hearing the way that Azazel had phrased it.
"Oh, don't worry about it. But, there is something that I would like to inform you about."
"Huh? What is it?"
A/N: And there goes chapter three of The Twin Dragons, I apologize that it took me a while to finish this chapter, I just wasn't feeling all that motivated like normal, but I'm better now. Now, in this chapter, Issei found himself in bed with a beautiful and buxom crimson-haired young woman and his mother caught them. Well, everything went on as planned with Issei finding out about him being a devil, the woman who killed him being a fallen angel and about his sacred gear.
Raynare has an interesting talk with both Kazuki and later Azazel who told her to attempt to have a child with the Vanishing Dragon for the benefit of Grigori. Well, that'll be something for the future.
Also, I was planning on adding either Lint or Seekvaria to Kazuki's harem. So who do you all think could be with him?
