The Heavenly Dragons, the Red and White Dragons are destined to fight from generation to generation. Their current hosts: both Issei and Kazuki Hyoudou, were born opposites, with separate interests, goals, and traits find themselves walking different paths, leading to their eventual destined battle.

27. A Battle Between Dragons

Welcome to the next chapter of The Twin Dragons, but before starting. Let us answer some reviews:

altajir95: Thanks. And I will continue doing that.

Phantom Reader: I remember that. Yeah, I thought Kazuki would take a different path in regards to how to train Gasper than throwing volleyballs at him. She would make a perfect escort, which happened inside of the anime, not in the light novel, which was a random, nameless angel. Irina was informed about what'd happened later on. Their situation was the most complicated without God running the System, compared to the Underworld losing the Four Maou. I have considered that idea before, more so since Kazuki would end up being one of, if not the strongest angels in the future.

She might be a free spirit, but she is still an older sister, who'd drop everything for Lucina; her feelings on the matter would be revealed later. No one would want to mess with the best friend of the Dragon God and the strongest being in the world. But, the Juggernaut Drive's appearance was already revealed in the anime for both the Heavenly Dragons.

1. That's a given, of course, he's going to receive his Brave Saints.

2. Vali is a renowned battle manic, he hasn't sweated or been scared once in a single battle since the exact moment he was introduced.

3. All of them would have their unique things in the future.

3.1. That isn't something that Kazuki would do, considering that Issei got desperate in fighting against him during that situation. And it wouldn't result in the "Twilight Dragon" thing since Kazuki would figure out a counter for Vali.

3.2. As I said before, I have an idea of what unique form Kazuki is going to have in the future, considering the forms that Issei can use in canon.

5. I have an idea of who Kazuki would be training with in the future. I don't know if it'll be Tiamat, but it'd make sense if it was her.

6. I don't think that I'll be adding here since there'd be no difference between her in canon and fanon.

7. I have an idea about what Zirnitra would look like.

8. Well, he is a genius in magic, so that wouldn't be odd if he picked up on some Alchemy too.

9. Yeah, Kazuki is more of a One Piece fan compared to Issei, something else that I thought would make the two of them different from one another. You don't need to do that, since I do have an idea about what his new form would be in the future.

Altair: There are going to be more lemons in the future.

Guest: That would be the most dangerous battle in the world, considering that the two of them are Dragon Gods, if not for the fact that Ophis is stronger than Lilith. No one would attempt to fight against Ophis if anyone finds the Dragon God herself in the bed with him.

Guest 2: That sounds rational, but that wouldn't stop them from fighting over time, same as most harem anime mentioned in other anime.

A Battle Between Dragons

Before Issei and Rias knew what happened, both of them were transported inside the Occult Research Club. As the two prepared themselves, the magicians, no witches inside the room found themselves turning their attention to the new additions.

"Impossible, they've transferred here!"

"Damn devils!"

The female magicians turned their attention to the two invaders. Rias and Issei turned their attention to Gasper, who was tied to a chair that the witches had been guarding. He looked teary-eyed in staring at the two who'd just arrived there for, and because of him. Issei looked forward mad to see that the paper bag that Gasper had worn to feel brave was torn on his head, revealing some wounds on him.

"B-Buchou! I-Ise-senpai!"

Gasper sadly called out to them, Rias looked glad to see that he was fine.

"Gasper! I'm so glad that you're safe."

"Buchou…. It's already too late…," Rias paused as she listened to the despondent tone coming from Gasper. "It would be better if…I die. Please, Buchou, Senpai. Please kill me…. Because of these eyes, I can't make friends with anyone…. I'm nothing but a bother…and…and a coward…."

Rias looked on sad as she witnessed her Bishop crying right there in front of her, and Issei shared the very same feelings in witnessing his kouhai crying. Instead of showing him a saddened look, Rias instead wore the kind of gentle that they loved.

"Don't say such a stupid thing. I won't abandon you, you know? Don't you remember that I said those words once I reincarnated you, right? That now that you've been reborn, you'd love for me. And more importantly, you'd find a way of life that would satisfy you.

"…I just couldn't find it. For me, who just causes trouble…to have value in living is…"

Gasper shook his head in response to hearing that, Rias' words not reaching him.

"You're my servant and a part of my family," Rias openly declared, showing the purest emotions possible. "I won't abandon you as easily as you might think that I would. After all this time you were finally able to be free!"

"That's right, Gasper! Buchou and I won't abandon you!"

Hearing the strong emotions from Rias and Issei, Gasper found himself tearing up having heard those words that were filled with compassion. It stopped as one of the witches standing near him struck Gasper using her hand, and a red aura seemed to wrap around Rias. Sneering at Rias and Issei, the same witch grabbed onto Gasper's hair as she yanked him up.

"You people are so stupid. It's foolish how you treat such a dangerous half-vampire normally," matching her tone, the witch looked contemptible, "It's just as the Old Maou Faction said, 'The Gremory family are as dumb as they are deeply affectionate and overflowing with power'. Maybe you would've gotten more out of it if you brainwashed this half-vampire and used him as a tool instead. If you had done the same thing as us, then thrown this child right at Grigori, then you would've taken out at least one of their leaders. Why haven't you done that? Could it be that you intend to treat a servant as a close friend?"

"T-This…!"

Issei tried to move forward as the witch continued messing around with Gasper's head, but then Rias kept him in place using her hand. He looked on confused, then turned to find that though she was maintaining her cool, there was the same emotion in her eyes. Instead of letting Issei continue walking forward, Rias instead started to walk forward without hesitation.

"I…treasure my servant."

Rias declared showing her emotions.

Don! One of the witches fired off a blast, striking Rias using a magic bullet, surprising Issei and Gasper, who both looked worried. Once the smoke cleared, she remained standing right there without losing her composure, while her shirt looked torn to the point that her white skin was shown.

"What a cheeky mouth you have," one of the witches said, showing jealously as she looked at Rias with nothing, but contempt. "Also, I don't like how you're beautiful even though you're a devil, daughter of Gremory."

"You move and this child dies. Let's have some fun."

The same witch from before summoned a blade in her hands, then held it straight at Gasper's neck; showing she was serious about killing him. All of the other witches started laughing among themselves as the one from before started charging up magic power. Rias showed no hesitation or resistance as she remained standing in the same position as before. Just as it was being released, Issei stood in front of Rias, much to her surprise as the magical bullet made contact.

"Ugh!"

Issei groaned in pain as the magic bullet made contact with the area around his neck, grazing it; something that'd caused him to realize the witch aimed at Rias' face. In witnessing Issei doing such a thing for Rias, and her reaction to the situation, Gasper looked on feeling admiration for them.

"Gasper, please cause me a lot of trouble," Rias called out, catching his attention. "I'll scold you over and over again! I'll comfort you! But, the one thing that I'll never do is let you go!"

"B-Buchou…I…I!"

Issei looked as Gasper had tears running down his cheeks from what he was hearing from Rias, something that he chose to use to further embolden him.

"Gaspeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer," Issei called out, catching Gasper's attention. "Don't ever run away! Don't be afraid! Don't cry! Me! Buchou! Akeno-san! Kazuki! Asia! Kiba, Koneko-chan Xenovia, and Mariah as well! We're all your friends! We will never abandon you! We won't do something like leaves you out! Boosted Gear!"

[Boost!]

From Issei's announcement, Boosted Gear let out its infamous call as it doubled his base power.

"Buchou! I'm promoting to Queen!"

As Rias nodded her head, Issei was promoted straight to Queen, resulting in the power provided from it, bringing his power up to another level.

"Ascalon!"

[Blade!]

At that new call, Ascalon's blade extended outwards from Boosted Gear. Noticing the newfound sword in front of them, the witches prepared themselves. Instead of turning the blade on them, Issei suppressed Ascalon's power, then cut his palm to the point that blood-stained it.

"…Ise?"

Rias looked on confused, but then realized what Issei's intentions were based on the situation at hand, but none of the witches seemed to understand his motives.

"However, Gasper! It's no use if you don't get up on your own, you know? After receiving encouragement from a girl, next is standing up! Don't you have a wonderful pair of balls on youuuuuuuuuuuuuu!"

Not being a swordsman himself, Issei swiped Ascalon forward as the blood that had collected near the tip flew in their direction. Though the witch beside Gasper blocked it, so that it wouldn't get on her, the blood had collected on the side of Gasper's mouth.

"Drink it. The blood of me who harbors the strongest dragon. And show us that you're a man!"

At Issei's strong declaration, Gasper felt confidence flowing within him once again, then went to lick all the blood that collected beside his mouth. At that moment, his eyes started letting out an ominous light, and the presence he was letting out caused a chilling sensation to run throughout their bodies. Seconds later, the witches looked to find that the rope used to tie up Gasper fell to the ground; more than that, Gasper himself vanished.

"Wh-What…?!"

Issei looked on confused about what happened right there, in front of him.

Chichichichichichi!

"What the hell?!"

All of the witches looked around stunned by the sudden sound and looked up to find that it originated from all the numerous bats fluttering above them. Issei looked confused about where they came from, but Rias and those witches realized what happened.

"Kuh! So he transformed, that damn vampire!"

"Bastard!"

Panicked, the witches released their magic at the bats, but before that, multiple shadow hands extended from out of their shadows. All the shadow hands wrapped around them, pulling them downwards, thus restricting their moves and keeping them bound.

"So this is the ability of a vampire!"

"Take this!"

Multiple witches tried firing off their magic and destroying the shadowy hands, but just as that happened, the bats gathered around them. From there, each of the witches started feeling picks on their skin as something started to be drained from them.

"You intend to suck our blood!?"

"No, our magic power is also being absorbed!"

Almost all the witches screamed in realization about what was happening, feeling the strength leaving their bodies. Despite their confidence from before, there was almost nothing that either of them could do against Gasper despite Azazel commenting before that most magicians there were close to Middle-Class Devils. Rias looked on as a proud look could be seen on their face while glancing to notice Issei's stunning look.

"Ise, that's a part of the power that Gasper was originally hiding. It must have been released from drinking your blood, which belonged to one of the Heavenly Dragons."

"Kuh! In that case, we can only do this!"

Seeing no other option, the witches turned their attention to Rias and Issei, releasing numerous magic bullets at them. He went in to defend Rias from the magical bullets but was stunned as the magic bullets seemed to have stopped in mid-air.

[It's useless. I can see all of your movements and attacks.]

Gasper's voice could be heard from the numerous bats that spread outward around the room, showing the same red eyes manifested whenever using Forbidden Balor View. Aside from being able to control his sacred gear far better, he could strengthen its range through the numerous bats' eyes.

[I'm stopping you people!] Gasper declared, as all the bats stared straight at all the witches standing inside of the Occult Research Club. [Ise-senpai! The finishing blow!]

"Leave it to me," from there, using the speed that Rias thought originated from the Knight trait of the Queen piece, he touched all the witches standing inside the room. After striking a cool pose, at least, what Issei believed was cool. "Dress Break!"

Seconds later, all the witches' clothing was blown apart and vanished, revealing numerous naked bodies that he turned around to see for himself. Staring at the breasts, asses, and thighs, which were frozen in time as if it was a photo taken right in front of him; causing blood to spurt out from his nose.

"Gasper, together we're invincible."

[Yes!]

"Is that so?"

Rias asked, poking Issei's cheek using her finger while staring at him with a not-so-happy smile.

Meanwhile, outside the battle between the various magicians and Katerea, Kazuki was fighting against whatever magician was before him. In his hands were Tenka and Sekka, the two light swords he stored inside of his Divine Dividing, which produced aura blades instead of light blades.

"Dammit, stop moving around!"

Several magicians tried firing off magic bullets at Kazuki, who continued avoiding them without much effort at all while pressing forward. Looking concerned, the magicians went to create magical barriers in an attempt to keep him from attacking them. But, he propelled himself forward at high-speed using Divine Dividing, then swung both swords at the magicians in his path.

[Gwah!]

In front of him, the magicians were slashed in various vital spots, resulting in their eventual death as their bodies hit the ground. He continued pressing forward as the magicians tried defending themselves or attacking Kazuki, but their attempts were stopped. There wasn't a single one of them who could get one hit on him since this battle started a couple of minutes ago.

Kazuki was wielding the two aura blades in his hands with the kind of adeptness that made it look as if both were extensions of himself. Nearby Kiba, Xenovia, Mariah, and Raynare were fighting against the magicians who had crossed their paths wielding their respective unique weapons. All four released the different powers contained in their weapons, having no trouble in fighting against magicians.

Despite not having the number advantage, the five covered and work rather well alongside one another. If there was a magician that one of them couldn't handle, the other one would handle them and this was almost the best kind of teamwork in the group. And this was most notable among the three swordsmen, Kiba, Xenovia, and Mariah; ironic enough, it was mostly because Maria knew her brother and former partner well enough.

Above them, there was a collision of demonic power occurring in their head, resulting in multiple shockwaves. Compared to the battles that their group was fighting on the ground, the one above their heads seemed to be between devils born among the highest class. Katerea, who drunk something that looked like a snake moments ago, released powerful demonic bullets at the two silver-haired sisters. But—

"Argh! Stop dodging!"

Both Lucina and Lucia continued dodging the demonic bullets using short-range teleportation without once going towards the lower areas. After teleporting right behind, Katerea, Lucia linked up her hands right behind her as a whistle escaped from her lips.

"I don't get the point of telling someone to stop dodging," Lucia said, crossing her arms as she glanced to the side. "I doubt anyone is going to stand in the same spot and…."

"Silence!"

Katerea fired a stronger demonic bullet straight at Lucia before she could finish what she was about to say. As it sailed in her direction, Lucina held her hand out as space seemed to distort around the direction it was heading. A second later, the demonic bullet vanished from sight and in an instant, it was transported right behind the maou descendant.

"Tch!"

Clicking her tongue, she made a defensive barrier to defend herself. But, due to the timing, Katerea couldn't defend herself on time, resulting in the barrier-breaking and the demonic bullet causing some damage.

"Argh!"

A scream could be heard from the cloud produced from the explosion as Katerea came from the spoke, wounded from taking her demonic blast head-on. An open wound could be seen on her right shoulder as blood could be seen leaking from it. As Katerea was sent backward from the demonic bullet Lucina redirected, she ran into a nigh-invisible wall. Recovering, she placed her hand on what she was touching and found herself wondering what it was.

"What is this?!"

Katerea asked as she placed her palm on the invisible wall.

"That little sister of mine sure does love using our inherent powers in a complex," Lucia stated, as Katerea turned her head to find the silver-haired older sister sitting down on something invisible. It was obvious enough that it's a part of their inherent demonic power, Absolute Space. "I, on the other hand, sure do love things simple and right to the point. I don't have a name for this, but tell me what it feels like."

From around Lucia, multiple smaller nigh-invisible cubes started manifesting around her, which she sent directly at Katerea. Reacting to this, the maou descendant released multiple demonic blasts toward them, in an attempt to destroy them. However, neither of the demonic blasts could make so much as a dent in the cubes, which had continued moving forward.

"Urgh."

Katerea tried defending herself using a demonic barrier, which worked for a time. However, due to the number of spatial cubes sent at her, the barrier started breaking apart piece by piece. Before long, the barrier crumbled and all of them started smashing against Katerea's body. Her arms remained crossed as the cubes continued piling up until she was sent backward from the collective attacks.

More and more wounds could be seen on her as the cubes smashed against her body, from anger, an aura started building up around Katerea.

"You little…!"

Soon enough, Katerea started sensing an increase in demonic power originating from behind her as she found a silver aura radiating around Lucina. Seconds later, multiple demonic bullets that have a decent amount of power in each of them. Just as Katerea was preparing to move to avoid the onslaught of demonic bullets, she soon found herself inside one of the cubes Lucia created.

"Argh! Let me out of here!"

Katerea roared as she started releasing different demonic blasts around the cube's interior, resulting in simply bouncing off the inner walls. Neither of her attacks made a single dent in the interior barriers, but then she looked to find Lucia tapping against the exterior barrier.

"That's something else. I don't think that demanding someone to let you out is going to make a difference," she replied as a playful look could be seen on her face. "Besides, you asked for this, the moment that you threatened my precious little sister."

"Right, this coming from the throwaway child of…."

"Don't speak about my sister like that."

Behind the spatial cube her elder sister created, Lucina opened varied holes in space opened around her, where her demonic bullets were located.

"Looks like someone pissed her off."

Katerea turned around to find that Lucia was doing the same as the demonic bullets were no weaker than those of her sister. In the spatial cute, numerous holes opened up around the Leviathan descendant, who looked worried about the result. As Katerea guessed would happen, as the numerous demonic bullets were fired inside the spatial cube, causing a large compacted explosion. Because of the combined demonic power of the two silver-haired sisters, the spatial cube was shattered as Katerea's figure landed on the ground.

"Let's bind her, then…!"

Lucina stopped and found herself creating a defensive barrier as a large mass of demonic power was released in her direction. It managed to hold against the demonic blast, more so due to her focusing on the Bishop and Rook trait of her Queen piece; something most couldn't accomplish.

"…!"

Lucia turned her attention to find that Lucina was pushed backward from that last attack being far more focused compared to the previous ones. She looked downward to find that Katerea, who suffered from that last combined attack from them. There were numerous injuries caused by the contained explosion as her previous outfit was damaged, to the point that more of her skin could be seen.

"Hah, hah, don't think that this will be enough to…."

At that moment, Katerea found herself stunned as for the first time, Lucia looked down at her with a serious expression. If looks could kill at a single glance, then the maou descendant would find themselves eradicated out of existence. A second later, her figure vanished from sight, then in another second, Katerea felt a strong blow on her right cheek. She realized it originated from Lucia aiming a straightforward punch that had had some strength behind it.

"…."

Katerea was dazed for a bit, attempting to recollect herself as she started recovering.

As she managed that, she found herself taking on a multitude of different punches and kicks from the pissed-off older sister. It was something surprising and unheard of for Katerea, a maou descendant to be beaten up in such a manner by someone much younger than her.

"I know that it might sound childish," Lucia uttered as she charged demonic power into her right fist, then looked straight at Katerea with dead serious eyes. "But, as long as I'm around, anyone who tried laying a hand on Lu-tan without paying for it!"

Lucia aimed a precise punch aimed at the center of Katerea's body, resulting in a shockwave that transmitted throughout her body. A decent amount of blood escaped from the maou descendant's mouth as she was blown a far distance from Lucia. After letting a breath escape from her mouth, she glanced to the sides, where she found Lucina teleported right beside her.

"You know, that was unneeded right?"

Lucina asked, turning to her older sister.

"Come on, you know that Onee-chan gets violent when someone hurts her baby sis."

Lucia replied, affectionately wrapping her arms around Lucina's neck, causing a deep blush from the contact; as well as the fact that she was doing this in front of others. But, she never did mind the fact that she could get one hug from her older sister from time to time, more so since it was what kept her going thus far.

"Kah!"

Katerea spat out blood as she found herself leaning up from off the ground, shaking from the impact that she had endured from Lucia. Both silver-haired sisters were surprised that she could continue moving around, let alone it being possible to stand up. Multiple rapid and shallow breaths started escaping from Katerea's breath as she found her anger continuing to boil from the situation.

"Y-You're nothing more than devils born among the Extra Demons! Your sole purpose in life is supposed to be to serve the true bloodline of the Lucifer Clan! And yet, and yet, you dare stand in front of me, a true descendant of the true Leviathan! You two daughters are meant to be nothing more than cheap replacements!"

Hearing Katerea's deceleration, Lucia and Lucina remained silent, as Kazuki and the others wondered what she meant about that. In mentioning the Extra Demons, it was something that most of them were well aware of. But, the second part of her comment about their birth went over their heads. For some reason, Kazuki and the others started feeling the air around them becoming tenser as time passed; something that Katerea didn't appear to register as she continued.

"Where's this pressure coming from," Kazuki questioned himself as he tried sensing out the source, something that didn't take long as he glanced at the window. Despite it not being directed at them, he found himself almost paling in noticing the woman's expression. "Uh, I could do a life without making her mad?"

He soon realized this faint pressure was originating from Grayfia, who despite maintaining her normal composed look had eyes that looked prepared for slaughter. It didn't take him long to realize that what Katerea said to her nieces wasn't something that made her happy. He wouldn't be surprised if Grayfia ended up coming right down to eliminate Katerea herself.

"You guys take care of things here," Kazuki stated, as the four who fought alongside him until then nodded their heads. He then rushed forward and headed straight forward toward the three devil women who were preparing to continue with their battle. "I'll join in on this one."

"Ah, Kazuki-sama? Alright, it'll be good having your aid too."

Lucina found herself uttering as she glanced to the side to notice him surprised, but immediately agreed.

"Oh, is that so?"

Lucia found herself uttering a bit teasingly while glancing over at her younger sister.

"What does that mean, Onee-sama?"

Lucina glanced over at her older sister with a sideways glance, while Lucia found herself innocently whistling.

"So, the Hakuryuukou is getting involved in fighting against me too," Katerea said, as her anger seemed to keep building up. "Everyone, the Underworld continues rejecting the blood that flows through my veins and denying I'm the rightful owner of the title of Leviathan!"

"If you'd go through these kinds of lengths to need someone to acknowledge you're a Leviathan despite already being their descendant, then maybe you don't deserve to be called one. There isn't a single person in the world who'd acknowledge a childish tyrant who gets mad because they don't get their way. If that's the case, then I can see the reason that Serafall-san was chosen as Maou instead of you!"

Hearing Kazuki's taunt sparked an immediate reaction from Katerea, who had multiple veins visible on her head, as her breathing started matching the anger building up.

"D-Don't you dare lecture me about what it takes to be a Leviathan! I don't want to hear that from a filthy dragon, the Hakuryuukou of all things! I'm the true blood descendant of the Maou, Leviathan! For a human to utter such a thing to me is unforgivable! Forget the orders I received from Ophis, I'm going to ki…ah?"

"Huh?"

Kazuki, Lucina, and Lucia looked on confused as Katerea began reacting having almost finished threatening him just then. She looked on as the demonic aura that has covered her body beforehand started fluctuating for some reason. It didn't take her long to realize what the cause of this was, as she swallowed that specific thing that had granted her this increase in demonic power.

"I…th-the snake…t-this is…my power…."

Katerea felt that the snake that she swallowed for power crumbled and vanished within her as if she hadn't eaten it in the first place. And without that snake, the demonic power that could rival that of her ancestor vanished too, without a sign of it remaining anymore.

"What happened?"

Lucia asked, unable to sense the strong demonic power that had been something that concerned them vanished for some reason. Thinking about the situation at hand, Lucina and Kazuki came up with a similar thought that had entered their minds.

"Uh, Kazuki-sama. Didn't Katerea mention before that the Ouroboros Dragon, Ophis ordered members from the Khaos Brigade to refrain from killing you? If all of them received her snakes that granted them power, then would it mean if anyone went against her orders."

"Meaning if anyone tries to kill me, then their snakes would be lost."

Kazuki finished, almost not knowing what to feel about that.

Aside from learning about the most famous dragons, he hadn't heard about the Dragon Gods yet, but Ophis went to such lengths to keep him from being killed. Not deterred at all, Katerea instead started to amass all the demonic power that she already had beforehand as an ominous aura. As a maou descendant, the demonic power in her possession was higher than normal pure-bloods.

Instead of preparing to launch an attack, the three of them and everyone else could sense that her power was, in that instance becoming more concentrated around her. If either of them had to be honest, it gave off the similar feeling of a bomb preparing to explode.

"Uh, I think that we know what's coming next?"

Lucia pointed out the demonic power starting to concentrate more as she realized what was going to happen in a couple of moments. Their realization soon came true as ominous magical characters started appearing around Katerea's body, something that Lucina recognized. Oddly enough, her arms turned into tentacles as they went into the ground around her.

"She's planning on using a self-destruction spell."

Lucina commented.

"It isn't over," at Katerea's declaration. "No matter what happens to be in this state, it's useless! Now that, I have been connected to the ground magic around me, it's pointless! All the demonic power and life force that I poured into this explosive magic will detonate taking most of the people here with me!"

Hearing Katerea's declaration caused them to realize the gravity of the situation. Due to the three leaders inside there and maintaining the barrier, Kuoh Academy would end up being the safest location. But, without protection, the people outside the building would end up killed from the resulted explosion if this much demonic power were to be obliterated without protection.

At around the same time, Kazuki looked to find that Issei, Rias, and Gasper found themselves entering the same location too. He noticed that he and Gasper were wearing the same bracelet that Azazel had given both of them as a means of controlling their sacred gears.

"Well, there's one option now."

Kazuki said as he brought out Divine Dividing, then flew forward at Katerea without hesitation. She didn't look all that concerned because attacks meant to her life would end up taking their life too. Instead of attacking Katerea, Kazuki tapped her head, much to her surprise as he collected himself on the ground.

[Divide!]

An announcement came from Divine Dividing, which halved the power that Katerea had accumulated.

"Wh-What?!"

Katerea looked confused as she realized she'd lost half the power she gathered for the explosion.

"Lucina, Lucia, I think that you're up!"

Kazuki exclaimed out loud as the two sisters realized what his intentions were based on what the situation at hand was then. From there, both silver-haired sisters gathered their demonic power, something that surprised all the people there.

"I'm first!"

Lucia held out her hand, then covered Katerea in a multi-layered spatial cube, causing the others to realize that it was meant to contain the explosion. Because of the situation at hand, Lucina was focusing on using the traits of her Queen Piece. First, she raised her demonic power with her Bishop trait; created multiple spatial cubes using her Knight trait; then strengthened their defenses using her Rook trait.

It was such a flawless and precise use of the three traits of the Queen, something that Grayfia once mentioned in the past already.

[Divide!]

In another ten seconds, Katerea's power was halved once again, and she started looking more concerned about the result of this attack.

"D-Dammit…!"

Katerea realized that she was going to die without taking anyone out.

"I don't know if it's possible. But, if there's a chance that you're reborn, it might be best that you don't come back as a Leviathan descendant."

Kazuki didn't utter those words filled with contempt or hatred.

"Y-You…!"

Before Katerea could get a single word out, she exploded due to the self-destruction spell triggering. However, as a result of the power being halved twice and the sisters' spatial barriers, it was contained without spreading out to cause outside destruction. Witnessing someone attempting to commit such an act without caring about anything aside from their status and lineage, caused a complicated feeling within Kazuki.

"Good work, you three," Azazel for some reason came from the building, wearing a casual expression on his face as he looked at them. "One group took care of the magicians and the other took care of the maou descendant all without assistance. Well, despite being empowered using Ophis' snake, in terms of actual combat experience, it seemed as if she was lacking a bit."

"Why'd you come out here?"

Kazuki asked, glancing up at Azazel, who remained floating in the air using his twelve fallen angel wings.

"Well, I thought that I would get the chance to try out this new invention that I'd managed to be passed the beta phase," Azazel casually replied, then turned to find that Issei, Rias, and Gasper managed to finish up their issues a couple of moments ago. "Ah, well, it looks like things have ended with…ah?"

At that moment, a confused expression as if he had realized something was going to happen in a second. And it came to life as a powerful blast was aimed at him, slamming him into the ground. It ended up causing the ground around them to shake from the power behind it, causing most to almost lose their footing. From the impact alone, a massive cloud of dust was formed from the same spot Azazel was blasted into.

"…Tch. So you're betraying me under these circumstances, Vali."

Despite being attacked and injured, Azazel looked as casual as before as he stared upwards toward the person who'd attacked him. Letting out a black aura that seemed mixed in with the darkness around them, Vali remained afloat above them, while looking down at Azazel.

"What the hell?!"

Issei called out confused about the reason that Vali would attack Azazel.

"…," Kazuki remained calm about the situation as he got his answer about who the traitor was. "Vali. I guess that it was you who revealed the location of the meeting and Gasper to the Khaos Brigade. Among the people who it could've been, you were the most likely suspect."

"You're as clever as always. I thought that there was a chance that you might've figured that out as the situation continued to progress. And it looks as if you three managed to handle Katerea Leviathan."

"When? When did you decide to do this?"

Azazel asked while looking upward towards Vali, who caused his face to be revealed behind the helmet.

"I got the offer quite some time ago. Surprisingly enough, I didn't think that the Ouroboros Dragon would've gained an interest in Kazuki Hyoudou. But, it looks as if her interest in him is a bit different, though," Vali replied, turning his attention toward Kazuki, then back to Azazel. "Azazel. This side seems to be interesting."

"Vali, has the Wendish Dragon capitulated to Ophis?"

"No, I'm just cooperating. After meeting Ophis, they gave me an attractive offer. 'Wouldn't you like to fight against the Asgard?' When they said that, as someone who wants to test my power, I couldn't decline. Azazel, you hate the idea of fighting against Valhalla, the Asgard, right? You dislike war."

"I told you to 'become strong', but I should have also said 'don't only make factors that will destroy the world'."

"That's unrelated. I just want to fight eternally."

Both the conversation between Vali and Azazel looked as if the two of them shared more of a connection than a simple professional relationship. Kazuki hadn't known them for that long, but to him, it looks as if Azazel had just been betrayed by his son.

"…I see. No, I may have anticipated somehow in my heart that you would leave my side. From the time we met till now, you wanted to fight with strong people."

"Vali, are you going to stab Azazel-sama in the back despite all that he had done for you?!"

Raynare spoke out, showing aggression despite knowing the vast power difference between them. And it simply showed the amount of respect that Raynare had towards Azazel. Surprisingly enough, it did cause Vali to pause a bit in thought before continuing.

"My name is Vali Lucifer," upon hearing that, the people standing around were surprised to hear that name. Even Sirzechs and Grayfia, who heard that looked surprised. But, in looking at Vali, the two could see that there were, in fact, some similarities with the person who entered their head. "Instead of being a descendant of Lucifer, I am his great-grandson. However, I'm of mixed blood from his grandson and a human woman. I obtained the Wendish Dragon's Sacred Gear because I'm half-human. It was just by chance. However, I, who is a true blood relative of Lucifer and also the Wendish Dragon was born. If there is such a thing as fate and miracles, I may be that. Just joking."

Having both the amazing power governed to someone who's the blood relative of the original Lucifer, while having the Wendish Dragon, who could go toe-to-toe with the Heavenly Dragons; if someone heard it, then it might sound like a miracle. Hearing such a thing, almost no one else around could comprehend what was going to happen in the future.

"No way…that can't be…."

Rias couldn't hide her surprise from hearing that Vali was the actual blood relative of the original Lucifer instead of being a descendant.

"It's true. If there is such a ridiculous existence, it's him. Among the others who had Infernal Force, he'll take it to far greater heights comparable to Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing if their true potential is released. Vali would without a doubt become the strongest one past, present, and future, the Hakokuryuu."

In hearing that, both Issei and Kazuki found themselves staring at the person who, at this point would become an obstacle for them in the future. Despite the situation at hand, and the fact that he was betrayed, Azazel found this to be the perfect moment.

"Though, I wasn't expecting this. I guess this would be the perfect moment to test this out," Azazel said, reaching a hand in his coat and pulling out a dagger that had a purple jewel. "…I have gone passed being a Sacred Gear enthusiast. I started producing them myself, I started building replicas myself. Though, most of them are garbage since God was the one who developed the Sacred Gears was amazing. That's the one thing that I respect about him. However, they're incomplete, because God and the Maou left behind bugs that upset the balance, causing things like the Longinus and Balance Breakers. Well, that's why Sacred Gears are interesting though."

Azazel pointed the golden dagger at Vali, then it started releasing a brilliant light and starting changing shape.

"Balance Break!"

From that familiar utterance, a brilliant golden light covered the entire section of that area with Azazel as the main source. Once the light faded, it was revealed to be him but was now covered in brilliant golden armor bearing a strong resemblance to a dragon. Those around Azazel could sense the increase in aura originating from Azazel, more so in Issei and Kazuki, who felt a sudden shiver. Neither of them could deny that it resembled both of their Scale Mail armors.

"I studied the Wendish Dragon and other dragon-based Sacred Gears, resulting in my masterpiece, the Artificial Sacred Gear, the Down Fall Dragon Spear. And it's Pseudo Balance Breaker, Down Fall Dragon Another Armor."

Kazuki was surprised about this, as, without it, Azazel was likely the strongest fallen angel among Grigori. But, if a Balance Breaker, real or not was included, then his power might be strengthened to greater heights if he did end up completing it.

"Azazel-sama once pointed out that it's not possible to use that for a long period."

Raynare added as she looked at them while feeling the aura touching her skin.

[Yes, as it isn't a true Balance Breaker.]

Albion pointed out as Ddraig continued.

[He made the Sacred Gear or Artificial Sacred Gear go into a burst state or a forced awakening. If Azazel were to fight against the Black Dragon in that state, then it would break after this battle. Does he intend to use that so-called artificial Sacred Gear as a disposable?]

Despite feeling the aura released from Azazel, Vali instead appeared amused about the entire thing, while letting a laugh escape from his mouth.

"Since you're going to be leaving Grigori, then I might as well give you one final farewell," Azazel pointed out and modified a large three-pronged light spear in his hands. "Since this state might not last long though, you'd have to get along with either the Welsh or Vanishing Dragon."

"Don't send him in our direction!"

Issei called out, not wanting to fight against Vali of all people at this point.

Neither person paid attention to Issei's complaints, then the half-devil and fallen angel donned in their respective black and gold dragon armors rushed at one another. Once the two clashed, there was a shockwave that spread outwards from the collision. Moments later, the two started moving at high-speed around the air as they kept on clashing against one another.

Hardly, anyone, there could keep up with their speed, as Vali and Azazel continued clashing in the air. But, most could tell that Vali was careful not to get hit by Azazel's light spear as much as possible. No matter how arrogant he could seem, he realized that he needed to be cautious about fighting against the Governor-General; more so, as Azazel is the person who trained and taught him.

"Wow," Raynare looked on surprised as she continued witnessing the battle. "Despite it being a Pseudo-Balance Breaker, Azazel-sama is still able to bring out at least this much of the Dragon King's power."

"Dragon King?"

Kazuki looked surprised about hearing that, not guessing that this power originated from a Dragon King.

Just as Raynare mentioned that the others started gathering around one another in the same location. And a conversation between the two Heavenly Dragons started.

[Ah, I see. So that's the reason this dragon aura feels familiar. It's the Gigantis Dragon, Fafnir.]

Albion seemed to recognize it.

"Fafnir?"

Issei seemed confused about that name, then Ddraig continued.

[Fafnir is one of the Five Great Dragon Kings. Azazel mentioned Vritra the other day, right? There is Tiamat, the Chaos Karma Dragon. Yu Long, the Mischievous Dragon. Midgardsormr, the Sleeping Dragon. Vritra, the Prison Dragon who's sealed in Absorption Line. Though in the past, there were Six Dragon Kings, and one of them gave up their title for reasons. If we're talking about the strength of legendary dragons, then the Dragon Kings would be second to the Heavenly Dragons.]

Issei seemed interested in the Dragon Kings if they're second to the Heavenly Dragons in terms of strength. But, it did bring him back to the fact that Tiamat hates Ddraig, and thus would end up hating him too. Though, back to the battle, from the collision of aura-coated punches, kicks, and also light slashes from Azazel's spear, a mixture of these clashes produced shockwaves throughout the area.

But—

Crack!

A noticeable crack could be heard on Azazel's Down Fall Dragon Spear, as his golden armor was released as he landed on the ground. Staring at the dagger in his hands, he scratched his head and stared at the dagger, while scratching his head from disappointment at his workmanship.

"Tch. So this is the limit of an Artificial Sacred Gear. There's still much room for improvement, but as long as the core is safe, I can remake it again. I'll have you keep me company a little bit longer, Gigantis Dragon, Fafnir-kun."

Having uttered those words, Azazel kissed the jewel a bit as Vali floated a bit lower, while a laugh escaped from his mouth. Despite that, most of them could see that there was some damage done on the black dragon armor, which he'd donned.

"Hahahaha, as I thought, Azazel is someone who could always grant me a challenge. So your artificial Sacred Gears still require more study. It's a shame that Artificial Sacred Gear wasn't completed, then I would've had a bit more fun."

Vali declared, showing no reaction at all to the damage done to him and his armor.

"Now then, Vali. What will you do? Shall I go at it again? Even though I have no armor, don't forget that I was the one who trained you."

Azazel declared manifesting a light spear in his hand.

Vali didn't appear as if he wouldn't reject that fight, but then he started sounding far more despondent underneath the armor.

"But don't you think that destiny is cruel?"

"On one hand, there's the strongest existence that one can think of with both the blood of the original Lucifer and a legendary dragon within me. And there are two normal-born humans, one with rare talent, but rejected it. And his older brother who by all means was a mere human. You could say what you'd like, but I think that this is a cruel fate. Despite the three of us having the same dragon-based Sacred Gears, the gap between us is too great."

Hearing that from Vali caused both Issei and Kazuki to stare at him with the same irritated expression, something that was rare for them. Kazuki could hear that, unlike Akeno, Koneko, and Gasper, Vali didn't hate the blood and power that he inherited; as a matter of fact, it looked as if he relished it.

"Well, not all of us can have ridiculous backgrounds such as you!"

Issei openly declared without fear.

"I investigated the background of the twin brothers who happened to be born with the Heavenly Dragons at the same time. Your father is a normal office worker, while your mother is a normal housewife who often takes part-time jobs. Your parents' relatives are normal without one person related to a special power user or magician from the past leading to your ancestors. You were born ordinary," Vali uttered as neither brother liked the fact that he floated there mocking their family. "It was surprising one of you ended up having natural talent whenever it came to special powers. But, there is nothing special about the older brother, whether it comes to your friends or life as a high school student your beyond average. So, except for Boosted Gear, you're nothing."

Vali laughed as if he pitied the two of them, causing Kazuki to clench his fist from annoyance from the words that he was spewing.

"Boring…."

"What the hell gives you the right to dictate whether or not someone's life is boring?"

Kazuki found himself declaring out loud while looking forward straight at Vali, who remained floating in the air.

"So, what if you're a direct relative of the original Lucifer. So, what if you're the host of a dragon who could rival the Heavenly Dragons? What gives you the right to tell someone how they're supposed to live their life? I don't know what kind of life you lived. I don't know what kind of life Katerea lived. But, no person in this world decides whether or not someone else's life is boring."

"Yeah, that's right. My friends and life might seem boring to you, but I haven't hated one moment! And our family is awesome because they're normal humans!"

Both brothers declared that to Vali, who looked amused by the comment the two gave him. Azazel looked on as the situation continued, understanding that because of his upbringing Vali couldn't understand the point of ordinary life. And there he was preparing to clash against two brothers who had lived normal lives as humans, then dragged into the supernatural.

"That's right! How about this kind of setting? You two can become avengers," after hearing that Issei and Kazuki paused for a moment. "What if I killed your parents. If your parents are killed by me, then don't you think that you would devote yourself to a solemn destiny. After all, your parents will, from now on as well, live ordinarily…."

[Vanishing Dragon Balance Breaker!]

From that announcement, Kazuki immediately donned his white Scale Mail, and charged straight for Vali, wrapped in a powerful dragon aura. Not hesitating at all, he aimed a straight punch at Vali, who blocked it using a barrier he produced using demonic power; resulting in a massive shockwave that spread across the sky. Reacting to it, the people on the ground were pushed back from the collision, and others such as Azazel defended themselves.

"I don't care whether or not that was a joke," Kazuki said in a low and serious tone as he continued pressing his fist forward, making dents in the barrier. "No one threatens our parents!"

"Damn right! Why should our parents be mixed up in the situation of someone like you and be killed? As if I know anything about things like valuable or destiny," Issei declared as he reached for the bracelet that has been fixed on his shoulder. "I'll be damned if I let my parents be killed by the likes of yooooooooooooou!"

[Welsh Dragon Over Booster!]

Using the bracelet as the sacrifice, Issei was able to use Balance Breaker, but it, of course, wasn't an actual one; however, the red aura that Issei releasing is much greater than the one from the first time. Not hesitating akin to Kazuki, Issei rushed forward towards Vali. And from the collision between the Black, White, and Red Dragons resulted in an enormous shockwave that shook everything around them.

"Ise!"

"Kazuki-kun!"

Several people were worried about the two as they collided against Vali, then Azazel manifested a barrier around them, much stronger than anything either could create.

"I wouldn't get involved in this. For the first time, the three dragons mentioned in the same legend as one another are going to be clashing," Azazel commented. "I don't know what Vali is thinking at this moment, or whether or not he's serious. But, the aura from the three of them, while in Balance Breaker might end up being far too much for some of you to handle."

Rias felt the same emotions that both of them did, having known both Miki and Goro for a long time; both of them being important people to her too. Asia would've shared the same feelings too if she had been there too. But, for Issei and Kazuki, those two raised them.

"Look, Zirnitra. Their powers went up by an incomparable amount. The plain and simple reason called rage was the trigger, but this is…Hahahaha, what a dragon's surge."

[Well, Vali dear, Sacred Gears does use a person's strong emotions as its main source of power. Both their rage reached their genuine limit, and it was directed at you. Dragons are straightforward and pure beings, meaning that the same kind of people can bring out their powers to this level.

"I see. So their greater affinity with their dragons is also explained through this reason," Vali said as he started to find some issue in blocking their combined attacks at the same time, then started getting serious. "So, it looks as if I should get a little bit serious!"

From Vali's black dragon armor, a dark aura was released from him, and moments later, both brothers donned in their red and white armor started feeling intense invisible pressure. Both were then pushed backward by that pressure as if the two were struck by an undeniable force.

[I understand your anger. But, don't forget about the Black Dragon's ability.]

"Yeah, I remember," Kazuki said, recovering from the sudden pressure and regaining his balance by using Divine Dividing's light wings. "It lets him manipulate gravity, but similar to ours, there's going to be a limit to it. And when I find it, I'm going to hit him with everything that I got. But, first, I have to end up finding the right time to attack as neither Nii-san nor I have experience in fighting with one another. And Divine Dividing and Boosted Gear are sacred gears meant to counter one another."

Issei found himself fixing his posture much earlier than Kazuki, as he landed on the ground and dug his feet into it. He ended up needing to slow down the momentum through doing said methods, then glanced forward as Vali remained in the same position as before.

"Kazuki is steadily learning to control Albion's power, however, you aren't clever enough, Issei Hyoudou. At this point, your intelligence is insufficient to control Ddraig! That is a sin."

"Stop chattering and talking about things I don't understaaaaaaand!"

Issei declared, preparing to charge forward at Vali again.

"Yes! That is exactly why you're called an idiot!"

At that, Issei released aura from the thrusters on his back, sending himself forward in a headlong charge straight towards Vali. In witnessing that, Vali dodged the strike as Issei found himself continuing forward, focusing on him to regain his balance in mid-air. A second later, he extended Ascalon's blade outside the gauntlet, causing a feeling of discomfort to spread across Vali and Kazuki.

[Uh oh, Vali dear that sword has despicable dragon-slaying powers. If it hits you just once, even you'll undeniably receive great damage from it.]

Zirnitra informed while Vali didn't appear to react to it.

"Is that so, Zirnitra? But, there's no meaning if it doesn't hit!"

Vali informed as Issei charged forward, showing no sword skill aside from going straight in.

"Ddraig, how long can I use my doubling ability using this Balance Breaker state? In a base state, I have to wait ten seconds, but like this, I can use it whenever right?"

[Each time you use it your stamina or demonic power will be consumed. Doubling will proportionally take away a wearer's stamina depending on how high it is, that's my original Balance Breaker's ability. Though, temporary, it'd be committing an act of folly of exhausting the power that it takes to maintain this armor. Even the bracelet you'd gotten from Azazel has its limits. Every time you use it, the time for using Balance Breaker will decrease.]

"Would Kazuki have the same issue?"

[He's ahead of you in terms of physical training already, and having a high amount of magic power too. Because we're a paired existence, the Hakuryuukou will also have power shaved off each time he uses his ability. Since his stamina is higher than yours too, then the time in which he can use it will be greater too. But, it appears as if he's planning something to attack Zirnitra's host.]

"Sounds like him. All I know how to do is charge forward!"

Issei charged forward as he started making a wide range of untrained and wide slashes at Vali, who continued to dodge and avoid them without trouble. Vali raised his arm, stopped Issei's swing by blocking his wrist, and aimed a heavy blow generated from using his gravity-based powers landed on his abdomen.

"Kuh!"

From that impact, Issei coughed out some blood as his legs started shaking.

"So this is one of my rivals! Hahahaha! How embarrassing! Weak! Too weak!"

Vali declared as Issei felt and heard his red armor cracking from the hard impact, something that caused Rias to become worried as she watched the battle continues. Not hesitating, the silver-haired youth when in for another punch aimed straight for his face. Before that happened, Issei felt himself being knocked in another direction as a not-so-hard, but not-so-soft kick pushed him aside.

It was revealed to be Kazuki, who then aimed a sharp kick straight at Vali, who blocked it using a barrier instead of using his arms. He realized a single touch from Kazuki would result in his power being halved, which might put him at a disadvantage. Vali was knocked back a bit from the sudden impact of the kick, then noticed that there was a brilliant light in front of him.

He turned to find that Kazuki manifested a massive light sphere in his hands, which was infused with his dragon power too. It was releasing a brilliant light no different from the color of Kazuki's dragon armor, and donned in armor or not, Vali would end up taking damage nonetheless. Raising the light sphere in his hands, he released it at close-range straight at his opponent.

"Interesting!"

Vali formed a gravitational barrier around him in response to that attack, instead of being invisible, it took the form of a black sphere. Once the light sphere made contact with it, it exploded in one massive explosion of that, causing it to spread across the area. Behind the barrier, Vali found himself unable to see anything because of the sudden release of blinding light.

Smash!

[Divide! Divide!]

Vali heard three subsequent announcements from Kazuki's Divine Dividing, then his gravity barrier weakened to a manageable level.

[Boost! Boost!]

Not letting that chance go, Issei charged straight forward towards Vali. He thrust Ascalon forward, getting passed the barrier and aiming it forward towards Vali. He avoided the strike, but the blade ended up scraping the helmet of his black armor, causing a minor scratch on it. Noticing that, Kazuki retrieved the light blade he'd received from Gabriel, which he named Byakuren.

Instead of the aura blade, he produced a solidified light sword, much stronger compared to the ones used by the exorcists. Compared to Issei, he started aiming different fast and precise slashes straight at Vali, who had far more difficulties in avoiding them. From the random and straightforward attacks that Issei had, compared to the honed and precise that Kazuki had; more so, because the Vali Team helped him hone them.

"Kinda regretting that you agreed to train me almost over a month ago?!"

Kazuki asked as he extended the light blade as he aimed it straight at Vali, then left a slash on his armor. After a moment, Vali felt a burning sensation from the light that damaged his armor.

"Kuh! I don't regret it, since you managed to last this long against me!"

Vali replied, showing no fear from the combined attacks from the two brothers. Reacting to this, he summoned a mass of demonic power straight at Kazuki, who ended up ducking as the blast sailed forward. It continued going forward, it made contact with the ground, causing immediate destruction to whatever was around it. Because of that sudden movement, Kazuki wasn't able to make recover himself in mid-air in time.

Not letting that chance slide, Vali released a strong repulsing gravitational wave, which knocked him back to the ground. He became overcome by the sudden pressure as he was knocked backward and ended up crashing into the ground.

"Kazuki-kun!"

Raynare called out, noticing him hitting the ground. Noticed that the armor around his right arm was broken apart as the blue jewel embedded in the gauntlet hit the ground. Due to the suddenness of that repelling pressure, he'd glanced to the side noticing that Byakuren fell in another direction. In noticing the manner, in which it'd landed, he had an idea about Infernal Force's limit.

"That's it."

Kazuki uttered as he started repairing all the damages one to his right armor, while Issei seemed to release a far stronger red aura.

"Ddraaaaaig! Transfer power to the stored Ascalon!"

[Understood!]

[Transfer!]

Issei transferred power straight to Ascalon, then went forward attempting to strike Vali, who continued dodging all the strikes. Instead of using the sword in the usual manner, he instead focused its power on his fists, releasing a greater aura. Paying attention to the short battle between them, Kazuki retrieved Sekka outside of Divine Dividing and manifested its light blade.

Instead of charging at him using it, he tossed it with great force as it was sent spinning straight for Vali. Deciding not to avoid it, he reached his hand out and blasted Issei backward using a demonic blast. Having done that, he turned his attention and repelled it with his sacred gear's power. Having noticed that Vali repelled Sekka, Kazuki retrieved Tenka, then tossed it in a manner that it would be sent in a curve towards Vali.

Reading its path, Vali moved as his attention was moved to Issei to avoid the light blade, but that didn't give him enough time to avoid Issei. He released aura from his thrusters and went straight for Vali, who wouldn't be able to avoid it in time.

"…?"

Vali ended up taking straight forward punch from Issei, whose punch was imbued with Ascalon's dragon-slaying power. Because of that his helmet was cracked and broken from the impact, revealing the left side of his face as it cracked apart. Surprised about that attack, Vali ended up taking on another punch from Issei in the stomach, which broke apart that section of his armor.

"…!"

Vali ended up spitting up a bit of blood due to the mixture of power from a holy sword and dragon slayer. Just as Issei went to attack him again, he managed to avoid it and started releasing a barrage of demonic bullets, which spread outwards.

"Ah!"

Issei ended up taking the full brunt of the demonic blasts that Vali released, breaking apart his armor as time passed. Deciding to put his theory to the test, Kazuki went forward toward Vali at high speed, avoiding the blasts being sent in his direction. Surprised about his sudden actions, he glanced in his direction as Kazuki continued to press forward into a straightforward assault.

"This is surprising. I never saw you as the type to charge straight forward!"

Vali declared as he released another repulsion wave towards Kazuki.

Not slowing down, Kazuki moved in another direction, remaining unaffected by the repulsive gravitational force. Noticing that, Vali and the others looked surprised as he managed to avoid the gravitational powers that he was releasing.

"Oh?"

Azazel seemed impressed that Kazuki managed something like that.

Curious about that, Vali started releasing the same repulsive force from his hands as Kazuki pressed forward as he paid close attention to it. From there, he managed to avoid the gravitational pressure that he was released from his hands.

"What's going on? Kazuki-kun is avoiding Vali's powers?"

Raynare looked surprised as that was happening right in front of her.

"It looks as if he figured out that despite being superior to other sacred gears, such as Gravity Jail, Internal Force has its limits too," Azazel pointed out as he rubbed his goatee. "Differing from it, Infernal Force could influence it on a greater range, for things such as attraction and repulsion. Vali can also choose the specific range that he can influence using his powers, but the problem is that he can't change in that instance once set. So, Kazuki is focused on finding and avoiding his specific area of influence to avoid it. But, doing it takes talent and senses to avoid it, something that he can do."

After doing that, Kazuki arrived right in front of Vali, then ended up aiming a sharp kick at his face breaking apart the helmet.

[Divide!]

Vali felt half his power getting divided, then Kazuki started following up with a series of punches and kicks, which were covered in a white aura. He then released a point-blank blast that send Vali backward, breaking apart more of his armor. Once Kazuki did that, Issei charged forward as he focused aura into his fist, boosting himself by using his thrusters. Reaching Vali, Issei aimed a straight punch into his stomach, resulting in his armor breaking apart.

He kneeled on the ground and he placed his hand on his stomach while spitting up blood as both Issei and Kazuki stood in front of one another. Instead of looking in pain, Vali instead looked amused about the entire thing as he smirked.

"…Hahaha, amazing! My Sacred Gear ended up being blown apart! Kazuki is one thing, but Issei Hyoudou can do it if he tried! Just what I would expect, one of my rivals," after recovering a bit from the punch, Vali stood back up on his feet. "Alright, let's get this started again!"

Much to the surprise of those witnessing this aside from Azazel, Vali recreated his black armor again as good as new. It was as if nothing happened to his armor, but to Kazuki, it wasn't outside the range of possibilities because his stamina and demonic power were off the charts.

[I think that you two did a good job in fighting against my dear Vali. At least, one of you is doing good in utilizing the power of your Heavenly Dragon. But, the battle doesn't end until Vali isn't able to continue fighting. It's no use at this rate. At most, one of you would be able to do at least something before the other lose their armor.]

Both Issei and Kazuki listened in as Zirnitra sounded as if she was boasting about Vali as if she was talking about her child.

[Then, what will you do? The difference in power is still wide. You could do something thanks to the control unit, but with the limited time, it's out of the question. Will you surrender?]

Ddraig asked Issei, as Kazuki wondered if he could use Divide to bring down Vali's power more.

Issei soon looked on the ground, where he noticed the jewel originating from Divine Dividing.

"Hey, Ddraig. The Sacred Gear responds to feelings and evolves, right?"

[Yeah, that's right, but…. Why?]

Issei picked up the jewel, catching Kazuki's attention as he stared at the discarded jewel that originated from his Divine Dividing.

"Nii-san, what're you thinking about?"

Kazuki asked, but Issei ignored him and focused.

"I'm transmitting my image to you. Let's try it!"

Issei was caught in deep thought, sending what came to mind straight to Ddraig, who didn't know what to think of that idea.

[…Partner, you've sent me quite a dangerous image. But, it's interesting! We may die doing this, but do you have the resolve?]

"I can't die. I haven't taken Buchou's virginity yet. If it hurts, I'll endure it! If I can just exceed this damn bastard in front of me with that!"

[Fuhahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Nice resolve! In that case, I'll also resolve myself! This isn't a notification of my character, but I'm the Sekiryuutei that was once called a mass of power! Let's show them that we'll live and exceed them together, Partner! No! Issei Hyoudou!]

As if coming to an understanding both Issei and Ddraig started letting out a confident laugh, while continuing with what he intended.

"What do you intend to do?"

Vali curiously asked.

"Vanishing Dragon," Kazuki was confused as Issei called out his particular title, then raised the jewel into the air and declared. "Albion! Kazuki! I'll be taking your power!"

"Wait, what?! No no no no no, that is a terrible…!"

[Ddraig, are you out of your…?!]

Both Kazuki and Albion tried warning them, but the two continued as Issei slammed the jewel onto the green jewel on his right gauntlet. Doing so, he implanted the jewel straight into his gauntlet, resulting in a brilliant silver light being released from his arm.

"Ugaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"

Issei let out a painful scream as the power being sent straight into him, sent numerous signals of pain throughout his entire body.

"Nugaaaaaaaaaaaah! Ah, ah, ah, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"

Issei's screams started spreading throughout the entire area, while the light started spreading outwards, to where most had to cover their eyes.

"Nii-san, you reckless dumbass!"

Kazuki called out hearing the screams from his brother, to which Albion agreed with him.

[What a reckless thing to do! Ddraig, we are existences that oppose each other. That doesn't change even if our hosts are twins, whose auras are closer to one another compared to most relatives. That is nothing more than an act of self-destruction. Do you intend to annihilate yourself by doing such a thing?]

Albion added.

[Albion is correct. Both I became involved in the confrontations, both of you are a paired existence who's meant to oppose one another.]

Zirnitra added.

[Guooooooooooooooooh!] Ddraig let out a painful shout too, as the power traveled to him too, then started letting a laugh escape from his mouth. [Albion! You're as inflexible as ever! Over countless eons, we've lodged in hosts and continued to fight each other! It's a repeat of the same thing every time!]

[That's right, Ddraig. That is our destiny. Even if our respective hosts are different, even if these hosts happen to be twins, the way we fight is the same. You raise power, I steal power. Whichever side skillfully uses its Sacred Gear deals the finishing blow and it ends. This is how it always has been, and always will be.]

Ddraig gave a fearless laugh at Albion's words.

[Since meeting with this host, Issei Hyoudou, I learned one thing! That anything is possible with nothing, but determined stupidity! I'm sure that you too noticed that your host could achieve things no other wielder could do.]

Albion didn't respond.

"He's right, Nii-san doesn't have anything other than his stubbornness and charging forward towards whatever he wanted to do," Kazuki thought back to the times that Issei did things he never thought were possible. "Nii-san, I swear if you die. I'll find a way to revive you, then kill you myself!"

Kazuki called out, choosing to believe in his older brother's intentions.

"Respond to my feeliiiiiiiiiiings!"

[Vanishing Dragon Power is taken!]

Soon enough, his red right gauntlet, changed from its usual color to a pure white color that had a blue jewel.

"…Hehehe, so this is the Dividing Gear?"

Issei said as he stared at the new white gauntlet in his hands.

[Impossible! Such a thing is impossible!]

Albion let out an astonished voice.

"No, it's a little, but it's possible. Kiba fused holy and demonic powers, producing Holy Demonic Swords. It seems as if the balance was collapsed from the non-existence of God and the Maou. So, I borrowed the words from the leaders, who mentioned there were bugs in the system. I just utilized it a little. Besides as you mentioned before, Kazuki and I have auras that are not so different from one another."

[…Even then, thinking about it, and doing it are two different things. No one knows what would happen with both opposing powers being combined. When that is something concerning dragons, you might die, you know? No, it would be natural for you to die.]

"Yeah, it was reckless. But, I survived."

[However, it certainly made your lifespan shorten. It's a lot even for devils that live almost endlessly.]

"I have no intention to live for ten thousand years. But, since there are a lot of things I want to do, I'd like to live for at least a thousand years, though."

"Albion it's best that you stop here. I already stopped trying to use logic on Nii-san a long time ago. Rias-senpai isn't going to let you off easy this time," Kazuki pointed out, not looking straight at his brother. "You sacrificing your arm was one thing, but this is something else. You sure won't want to live around that time with all the girls you plan on adding onto your harem."

"W-Wait, when you put it like that."

"Moron," Kazuki commented as Issei sent a glare at him for that one. "You'd better be glad that there are methods to healing lifespan in the supernatural world too."

"What, really," Issei looked surprised about that, but then looked forward at Vali. "But, let's continue with this battle. Jealous that I have your powers too?"

"I'm better at using them, though."

Despite the situation, both Issei and Kazuki still had their brotherly rival, then turned their attention back to Vali. A laugh escaped from his mouth, then Vali started clapping his hands after seeing that.

"Interesting, interesting. It looks as if I was wrong to some extent about your capabilities. I never thought that you would be able to take the Hakuryuukou's power," Vali then started releasing more of an aura, different from what he'd released from before. "Kazuki figured out the basic range that I tend to use in combat. But, this time, it'll be a different story."

In that instance, Vali started releasing a black aura from him as the gravitational pressure around a wide range, causing both Issei and Kazuki to fall to their knees. It felt as if a powerful weight that being brought down on them as their armors seemed to crack from the pressure too.

"Ngggh, this pressure is almost too much," Kazuki found himself unable to stand up. "I can't even use Divide!"

He tried using Dividing again, but it seemed as if he couldn't do that under all this pressure being released on top of him. Issei was in the same situation as the pressure almost kept him from doubling his powers to break out of this situation. Those who were underneath the barrier that Azazel constructed noticed the barrier started shaking and cracking from the downward pressure.

"Ah, that's going to be something difficult for them to break out of this time. No one aside from Vali has been able to increase the power and range of Infernal Force. It'd be difficult for them to use their abilities until their aura is raised to the point of breaking out of it."

Azazel commented as Raynare turned to him.

"Azazel-sama please can you think of something?! I don't think that Kazuki-kun and Ise would be able to get out of that!"

Azazel started scratching his head in thought about Raynare's plea, then smiled and placed his hand on top of her head.

"Hahaha, of course, anything for my daughter."

"Please stop that!"

Raynare became flustered about that comment, then he turned to Rias.

"Hmm, in seeing what he could do at this point. I think that there's one thing that can motivate Issei Hyoudou and in hearing this, Kazuki might be mad too. Yo, Sekiryuutei, Issei Hyoudou. Let me explain this to you," Azazel said and then started shouting. "That ability applies intense gravitational pressure on anything and everything that it comes in contact with it. If this barrier goes and if Vali gets serious, then Rias Gremory's bust will end up being smushed flatter than a board."

"Eh?! Wh-What the hell?!"

Rias reacted, her face turning red from that comment as Azazel laughed.

Thinking about that, the breasts that he had grown to love were smashed flatter than a board, causing numerous kinds of feelings to well up within him. He, who loved and adored breasts, the big and soft ones that he'd grown to love being flattened.

In noticing that, his younger brother started doing the same thing and his dragon aura started raising too in response to that. Both brothers, for two different reasons, started standing back to their feet as the two fought against the pressure. As Issei's power was raised in response to Rias' breasts, Kazuki's power was raised to surpass that.

"You bastard! Buchoooooou's! So you intend to halve the size of my Buchou's breeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeasts!"

Issei declared as he stood up on his feet.

His dragon power, which was raised, to the point of fighting against the gravitational field alongside Kazuki, raised to the point of surprising Vali.

"I won't forgive you! You're the one person I absolutely won't forgive! I'll knock you down! I'll destroy you! Valiiiiii!"

His aura increased to the point of breaking apart the ground around him and shattering apart the windows of the new school building, despite the barrier protecting it. It wasn't from him alone, Kazuki himself was releasing a dragon power that didn't lose to his.

"Ahahaha! What the heck is that!? Seriously! His dragon power sprang up at the thought of his master's breasts becoming smaller!"

Azazel was surprised about this situation.

"I can't believe that this is my life! After this ends I'm going to have three people to beat up!"

Kazuki found himself shouting in response to seeing his older brother and rival reacting like this.

"Ah, I wonder who the third person is."

Raynare asked, turning her attention towards the main person responsible for this, Azazel himself still looked all but amused about this.

From both brothers releasing their auras, the gravitational field was broken apart as Vali looked at the entire thing with amusement.

"Today is full of surprises. Who would have thought that this much power would explode because of a woman's breasts? And your brother's power is raising in response to that. But, it's interesting!"

Both brothers soared forward, closing the distance between themselves and Vali in an instant, to the point where he couldn't react in time. He managed to create another gravitational barrier to defend against their combined time. But, once their first made contact with the barrier.

A combined announcement came from them.

Its power was divided, their white gauntlets smashed through the barrier and went straight into Vali's stomach. It break apart and dug into his stomach.

"This is for Buchou's breasts!"

"This is for threatening our parents!"

Issei and Kazuki shouted at the same time, being two different things.

[Divide!]

Kazuki halved Vali's power instead of Issei, not knowing whether or not he could activate its power again.

"This is for Akeno-san's breasts!"

Issei punched Vali straight in, punching him in the face, shattering his helmet.

"This for making me go through something this ridiculous!"

Kazuki punched and kicked Vali, sending him through the air as his armor started breaking apart more and more from the attacks.

"This is for Xenovia's and Lucia's breasts!"

Issei rushed forward as Xenovia herself didn't know how to feel at that moment, but he went through managing to land a kick on his stomach. Lucia herself felt happy that she was involved as a laugh escaped from her mouth as she placed a hand on her cheek.

"Finally! This is for Koneko-chan's breasts that would disappear if they were halveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed!"

"Please shut up! I'm at my breaking point right now!"

Both Issei and Kazuki, for different reasons, attacked Vali once again, sending him to the ground causing a crater to form. Both of them channeled their aura into that attack, causing blood to escape from his armor to once again break apart, revealing his body underneath. From that sudden release of power, the three dragon hosts all found themselves kneeling in front of one another, breaking heavily.

"…Interesting. Truly interesting," Vali still seemed raring to go as he stood up. "Zirnitra, I think that they're worthy enough to witness the Infernal Drive."

[I'd be careful, Vali.] For the first time, Zirnitra sounded serious, instead of childish as she talked to Vali. [You're in no condition to be activating the Infernal Drive. Your demonic power ended up getting divided twice, and you took a lot of hits from them. If you activated it here, it might end up resonating with Albion's and Ddraig's curse, which could activate their Juggernaut Drive. A battle between the three of us could erase this entire region.]

"What's she talking about? Infernal Drive? Juggernaut Drive?"

Kazuki asked, not knowing whether or not he could handle Vali getting serious.

[Kazuki remains attentive and prepares to half his power as much as possible. Infernal Drive is a power no different from the Juggernaut Drive, either one would result in a disaster.]

"Right."

Kazuki didn't understand what was going on but went along with Albion's advice.

"It'll all work out, Zirnitra. I…."

Just as Vali was preparing to chant something, a shadow entered the location and landed in-between Kazuki and Issei, stopping him. Once the dust cloud vanished, it was revealed to be Bikou who stood there holding his staff in his hand as a cheerful expression could be seen on his face.

"Vali, I've come for you."

"So it's Bikou. What have you come for?"

Vali asked, wiping the blood off his cheek.

"Isn't that cruel? I made a long journey and came to this country because my partner is in a pinch, you know? The other guys were making a fuss at headquarters, you know? Because we're joining together to fight the Northern Gods, you were supposed to flee and return right away if the mission failed, right? Katerea failed to assassinate Michael, Azazel, and Lucifer, right? In that case, your role is also over. Come back with me."

"…I see, so it's already time."

Vali seemed to relent a bit in hearing that.

"Who are you?"

"His name is Bikou. He's a descendant of Sun Wukong, the Monkey King."

Kazuki replied in a nonchalant tone, causing Kazuki to blink in response as a surprised tone escaped his mouth.

"…Eh? Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh? S-S-Son, Wukoooooooong!?"

Of course, Issei was surprised to hear that name of things right there, Kazuki almost didn't believe it himself.

"It was a bit of a surprise for me too. I didn't think that someone as famous as the Monkey King would have him as a descendant."

Kazuki brought out, turning his attention to Bikou.

"Kahahahaha, that's cold. Don't you still owe me once," Bikou asked, as Kazuki stared on with a blank look as if it was insane for him to say that. "I'm different from the first-generation that became a Buddha. I just live doing as I like. My name is Bikou. Nice to meet you, Sekiryuutei."

Witnessing the arrival of Sun Wukong's descendant, Azazel couldn't help walking up and standing beside the twin brothers.

"It is the end of the world if even you've joined the Khaos Brigade. Both the successor of the Monkey King and Wendish Dragon. You're also well-matched."

Azazel commented unable to believe what he was witnessing for himself.

"Yo, this is our first time meeting Governor-General. I'd love to remain here and fight too, but we're a bit busy at the moment. So, later."

Bikou retrieved his staff, spun it around, and stabbed it into the ground, producing darkness that started to cover him and Vali. From there, the two of them started falling deeper and deeper into the darkness to escape.

"Wait! As if I'll let you escape!"

Issei tried moving, but Kazuki sighed and stuck out his leg causing him to fall forward.

"Ouch, what the hell was that…," as Issei was preparing to move, his Scale Mail came undone and he found his stamina was going down. "Uh, I feel tired."

"Of course, idiot. Releasing that much power and using doubling at the same time would wear anyone out. Just let them go this time and go after Vali another time."

Kazuki was rational about the situation as he released armor on his own, knowing that fighting against both Vali and Bikou in this state would end well.

"I, as the future Hakokuryuu carries the blood of the original Lucifer will accept the challenge of the Hakuryuukou and Sekiryuutei anytime. But, the next time the three of us fight again, it'll be more intense. So, let's get stronger for that moment."

Vali said as he and Bikou vanished from sight, signifying the end of this fight.

Several minutes passed, as the three leaders started moving their forces to handle the clean-up situations and repair all the damages. All three leaders were talking about the new situation involving the newly revealed Khaos Brigade. And there was the realization that Vali, the owner of the Infernal Force, which carries the potential to rival Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing, was the great-grandson of Lucifer.

Since the situation ended, those who were frozen because of Gasper's sacred gear returned to normal and was hearing the report. Kazuki and Issei received the healing treatment from Asia's Twilight Healing, but they wouldn't be able to recover stamina. Right then, Kazuki found himself sitting on the ground as Asia remained beside him in an attempt to comfort him.

"Kazuki-san, are you really alright?"

Asia worriedly asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine. So, don't be worried," Kazuki replied, petting Asia's head comfortably, something that caused her to smile. "Besides, you healed me and I can't be any more grateful for that."

"I still can't believe that he was the relative of the original Lucifer. I heard that he was among the strongest people among Grigori, but this makes him more of a potential threat. He might end up being one of the strongest beings in the world."

Mariah was still surprised to hear that reveal.

"Azazel-sama thought the same thing when Vali was brought in. But, I still can't believe he betrayed Azazel-sama after everything that he did for him since finding him. Ugh, I'm not even strong enough to do anything about it."

Raynare commented as she wondered about what would end soon.

"Well, I thought that you standing up to him was something."

Kazuki mentioned, causing Raynare to blush at the compliment.

"I-I mean it wasn't anything that noticeable. I just said whatever came to mind, you know."

Raynare kept on looking flustered from the compliment as Mariah looked on with great interest in noticing all the feelings fluttering about.

"Ah, I see that the fallen angel is falling in love."

Mariah uttered under her breath.

"What was that?"

Raynare asked, turning her attention to Mariah.

"Nothing. I just think that it's cute that a fallen angel is acting like a normal girl in love. I heard for a long time that female fallen angels are straight-forward, but seeing you acting this way is so cute."

"Hah, is that so?"

"Come on, I know that you haven't been a fallen angel all that long. You mentioned that before, but I bet you haven't done 'that' with another person before," Mariah pointed out as Raynare found herself becoming more embarrassed as time passed. "So, what could you have done to 'fall' without doing 'that'?"

"N-None of your business."

"This is weird," Kazuki said as he looked forward between Raynare and Mariah. "Mariah who was raised inside of the Church all her life ended up no different from a normal girl raised outside of the church. And Raynare, who's a fallen angel is being teased for having a pure mindset. Is it me or did someone flip the script?"

Asia had no idea what Kazuki meant about that but continued watching the situation at hand.

"Come on, did you end up doing something embarrassing?"

"I-I said it's none of your business."

"It must've been something embarrassing, but it ended up being your kink?"

"What did you learn in the Church?! I thought fallen angels were supposed to talk about things like that!"

Raynare seemed at her breaking point at that moment.

"Ara, am I interrupting something?"

Gabriel, much to Raynare's happiness came into the situation and caught their attention.

"No please, we're happy to hear from Gabriel-sama."

Raynare said without hesitation.

"Then I'm glad to be here," Gabriel replied with pride while placing her hand on her hips and puffing up her chest Kazuki couldn't help staring as her abundant chest pounced. "Well, I'm glad to report that things between the three leaders have gone through without any issues. I was worried about what this situation would do. But, it looks as if this is what brought the Three Factions together more. Also, it looks as if your brother came up with a good idea."

"If he said anything perverted to you. I'll hit him later."

"Oh, Kazuki-kun you're so kind. But, it had to do with Xenovia-san being unable to pray since she's a devil now. I wanted to report that Michael-sama decided to tinker with the system a little so that she could do what she could do before as an exorcist. It was such a kind gesture that I hadn't heard of before."

Gabriel informed them as the three believers there found themselves smiling at that surprisingly good gesture of kindness; something that surprised the Archangel and Seraph.

"Yeah, Nii-san does have his moments, which reminds me," Kazuki said standing up to his feet, as a surprisingly creepy smile could be seen on. "I'll be right back."

"Well, that's the first time I've seen that face."

Raynare replied as she watched Kazuki heading towards his brother.

"I think I know where this is going."

Mariah pointed as she noticed the two brothers standing in front of one another and talking before—

"Ouch!"

Kazuki casually punched Issei, knocking him to the ground, then started heading back towards their direction as a refreshed smile could be seen on his face.

"Well, I feel a bit better after that."

Kazuki replied, letting a satisfied breath escape from his mouth.

"You two have a weird relationship."

Mariah pointed out.

"He deserved that for getting more mad about Rias-senpai's breasts shrinking than our parent's death. He was a reckless idiot in attempting to absorb Divine Dividing's power and cut down his lifespan."

Kazuki started not feeling ashamed about punching his older brother.

"Kazuki-kun and Issei-san are the first among all the Hakuryuukou and Sekiryuutei to get along this well with one another. I hope that this would end up resulting in reconciliation between the Heavenly Dragons. Also, Mariah," a happy tone could be heard from Gabriel. "Your brother gave our side one of his Holy-Demonic Swords. And we'll ensure that the Holy Sword Project doesn't happen again in the future."

"Thank you, Gabriel-sama."

Mariah made a grateful expression as she heard that what happened to her, Kiba and her friends wouldn't ever happen again in the future.

"I'm so happy for you Mariah-san!"

Asia announced coming closer to her.

"Same here."

Kazuki added.

"Yeah, me too."

Raynare added, showing a faint smile.

"Uhhh, seeing you four getting along here makes me so happy that others would be granted the chance to make similar bonds in the future too. I can't do much about recovering the stamina lost in the battle, but at least let me do this much."

Gabriel's comment caught their attention as the four wondered what she meant about that. But, then received an answer as Gabriel wrapped her arms around them, bringing forth a warm sensation across them.

"I was once told by my different female angels that they felt better after being hugged by me. And Mariah also said a similar thing when I did the same thing for her. So, I hope that this makes you four feel better."

Gabriel spoke in a gentle and kind tone.

"Ah, Gabriel-sama's hugs sure do feel good~"

Mariah said as she immersed herself in the hug, feeling Gabriel's comforting right arm was around her.

Raynare added feeling the same feeling overcoming her as Gabriel's left arm wrapped around her.

Asia found herself unable to stop giving a cheerful laugh as Gabriel hugged her more into her abundant chest, at least on the side.

Kazuki, on the other hand, found himself in a situation that caused Issei and Azazel to stare at him with jealousy that was practically painted on their face. Due to the position that he was in before, Kazuki found his face buried deep within the chasm of Gabriel's breasts. Azazel and Issei uttered under their breath, but most such as Sirzechs and Michael, in addition to Rias and those from her peerage heard their comment. To them, it looked as if both the Governor-General and Sekiryuutei would end up getting along well with one another.

Serafall shouted out loud, stomping her feet onto the ground.

Sona blushing cutely, panting to bury her face into her palms felt the ultimate embarrassment around Serafall.

"Serafall-sama, please stop embarrassing Sona-sama."

Lucina tried reasoning with Serafall without much success.

"Ah, to see the person that my adorable sister has a crush on brings out a different kind of feeling within me. I'm not sure whether I should be protective or supportive."

"O-O-O-Onee-sama."

Hearing her older sister's teasing caused Lucina's face to turn red while trying to maintain her composure.

"Speaking of crushes," Lucia turned her teasing eyes towards Rias, who was wrapping both arms around Issei, as a perverted smile could be seen on his face. "I think that there's something that I need to do for myself a bit."

"What do…?"

As Lucina was preparing to ask Lucia what she meant, she heard a snapping sound and turned to find that her older sister wasn't there.

"Eh?"

Rias looked confused as she appeared in the same spot that Lucia had been.

"I heard that my name was brought up in women whose breasts you didn't want to become flattened," Rias had angrily turned her head to find that Lucia was in her spot, with her arms wrapped around Issei's arm and breasts wrapped around them. "I thought that since you did me that favor and was nice enough to mention me, I can reward you a bit~"

"H-Her breasts are as big and soft as Buchou's breasts."

Issei thought as he felt and recorded what he was feeling then.

"L-Lucia unhand my Ise!"

Rias demanded as she stormed over towards them, while Lucia stuck her tongue straight at her mockingly.

"Nah, I don't think so. I'm still rewarding him."

Lucia teased as Rias reached them, then tried forcing them apart; but then Lucia teleported herself and Issei at a short distance. From there, the two continued going along with that routine as the members of her peerage and all the others witnessed what was happening. Even the three leaders, looked to be more casual because of their current situation.

"Well, those from the three factions here appear to get along well enough."

Michael commented, smiling.

"Hahaha, it looks as if things are going to get interesting."

Sirzechs added as he turned to Azazel who uttered.

"For the red, it's a woman. For the black, it's power. And for the white, it's growth. Either one is so purely simple that it's shocking."

Azazel uttered, finding himself more and more interested in seeing where this era would go.

A/N: And there goes the next chapter of The Twin Dragons, well this is the end of the conference with what you'd expect would happen. I tried making it as original as possible since I didn't want it an exact replicate of what happened in canon. But, I think that the highlight of this chapter was the battle between the Three Dragons. I know that some people would've rather preferred that Kazuki fought Vali alone, but this moment was one that was important for the future and Issei wouldn't have done that.

So, next chapter is going to be the ending for this volume before going onto the next one.
