Royalrain20xx: Thanks. I'm glad to see you like the better grammar. That is a good side of Baraqiel to be the over-dramatic father. Well, if you're a parent, then you'll see it from a different perspective. Also, it's a believable reaction when you're daughter is with Issei, who has stripped women in clear view of people, even broadcast in a Rating Game. I do like the scenes that I do between the brothers and the parents, as it shows them being an actual family. Well, Issei is a unique kind of pervert with the things he does without a hint of shame. Oh, Kazuki is NEVER going to tell him that until Issei does it.
ogatokusatsu: I have heard of that. And the irony of there being a descendant of Miyamoto Musashi, with Kazuki meeting a descendant. Yeah, that sword does sound like Issei's dream. I can imagine him having those kinds of Sacred Gears. Well, that last one depends as it's become a running gag.
Gotenks486: Yeah. I could see that more with the kind of close relationship the two have with Kazuki when it's compared to Issei. It was also mentioned those two were among the ones who had praised Rias and Akeno, with him also being unable to handle them. That was something that I did in the original one.

The Evil God, Loki
After the Gremory Clan's Oppai Dragon Event, Issei, Gasper, and Kiba entered the training room in the Gremory territory. In that match, Issei and Kiba were fighting each other, with the former and latter in Balance Breaker. His red dragon armor charged straight at Kiba, whose god-speed kept up with his amplified speed. Issei attempted to punch Kiba, but his attacks were met with hitting empty air as Kiba avoided them.
[Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost!]
Issei multiplied his powers several times, as Kiba was moving further from him, he amplified his speed through its thrusters to reach him. In response, Kiba held his holy demonic sword to counter, with Issei extending Ascalon's blade from his gauntlet. Both of their blades started to clash with each other, as paths zigzagged around the area but Issei knew their sword skills were as different as heaven and earth.
As time passed, Issei noticed the speed of Kiba's sword strikes were getting faster and faster, until seeing them was close to impossible. It led to him choosing to return Ascalon to the gauntlet, as he kept fighting with his bare hands. However, unlike him, Kiba didn't wear armor and had lower defenses than him in that regard, leading to him choosing to strike him with a body blow.
However, Kiba vanished from sight, leading to Issei feeling a strike at the side of his head, with Kiba appearing there and hitting him with his sword's pommel. Due to the impact, Issei felt as if his head was fading momentarily, surprising him, and unable to react. It took some time to recover from the attack, with Issei feeling cold at his feet and found his legs were frozen.
Freeze!
"Holy-Demonic Ice Sword."
Kiba uttered holding one holy demonic sword that released ice, then summoned another one that had released lightning from it. He didn't hesitate to swing his Holy-Demonic Lightning Sword at Issei, who wasn't worried as he saw this as a chance. However, Issei had a surprise in store for Kiba, who wouldn't be expecting such a thing, no matter how well-prepared.
Ban!
From the back of Issei's Scale Mail came red dragon wings with claws on them similar to a Pteranodon. It sure was a surprise as Kiba wasn't expecting it, as the claws grabbed onto Kiba's wrist that was holding onto his Holy-Demonic Lightning Sword.
"…?!"
Before he could react, he grabbed onto his other wrist which was holding onto his Holy-Demonic Ice Swords, which entrapped the Knight in his grasp.
"Your guard is down!"
Issei announced with him aiming a strong punch at Kiba who was caught by the red dragon wings' claws. But, he then made a holy demonic sword appear underneath his foot, then tried to meet the punch aimed at him. It was a surprise for both of them as neither stopped their attack.
"T-Time's up~! That's the end of the time! It's a…s-stop!"
Gasper called out, making Kiba and Issei stop fighting.
After that, Issei and Kiba managed to stop their attacks, with a breath of exhaustion escaping from their mouth as their respective Balance Breakers were removed. During their training, Gasper was practicing himself using the miniature practice robots that Azazel created, stopping them using Forbidden Balor View.
"Man, that was a surprise!"
Issei stated, thinking about the last maneuver as Kiba made a sword under his foot and attacked.
"Hah, that should be my line. I didn't think that I would see dragon wings sprout from your Scale Mail."
"Hahah, yeah, Ddraig said that there was a change in my armor after using Juggernaut Drive for the first time. I guess that releasing the seal on Ddraig's power granted me a power-up."
Issei replied.
"That's not surprising. Ah, well, I guess that they're still going at it."
Kiba stated, turning to see that there was someone else, two people still sparring against one another.
It was Kazuki, who joined in their training session after their group finished guarding Odin, with both Azazel and Baraqiel being there too. But, instead of the person he was sparring with being part of his team, instead, it was someone else from another group.
"Hah, this is insane."
It was Saji, who had his Absorption Gear activated that had undergone a change from his training, and then the blood absorbed from Issei. An assortment of lines came from his Sacred Gear that he spread around, controlling them to capture Kazuki. His opponent was maneuvering around the battlefield, avoiding each one without a single line capturing him. Saji noticed Kazuki's movements and couldn't describe them as nothing short of near flawless. It didn't look as if he was pausing or stopping as he transitioned from one movement to the other, after he flips, lands on his hand, and starts moving, all of it seems to be flowing.
If Saji's lines almost caught him, Kazuki could cut them down using Byakuren, which was imbued with Albion's power. Whether in martial arts or swordplay, he was at a higher level than what he'd seen before in his peerage, the latter almost close to what he'd seen from Kiba.
"Alright, then."
Saji, whose low demonic power was the same as Issei started, instead of an orb, pointed at him with his finger. A demonic bullet was gathered similar to an actual bullet in his finger, training it at Kazuki, who kept moving to avoid the lines. He then fired the bullet at Kazuki after moving an inch, leading to it sailing straight at him as Byakuren split the bullet in half and the fragments exploded.
"And time."
"Hah, thank you!"
Saji called out as he fell to the ground exhausted as the lines vanished from sight as signified by him causing his Absorption Line to vanish from sight.
"Well, you're getting better and better as time passes."
Kazuki stated causing a water bottle to appear from his dimensional storage, then placed it beside Saji.
"Thanks. I'm not close to strong enough yet."
Saji opened up the water bottle and drank from the contents, quenching his thirst.
"I'm surprised you asked Saji to train here."
Issei stated as he, Kiba, and Gasper gathered around to sit down.
"Well, I heard Dragons cause changes to those around them over extended periods. So, I thought Saji training with the Two Heavenly Dragons around would do the same thing. Besides, he asked me to help him train a bit as I trained with two strong people," Kazuki stated, drinking from his water bottle. "Plus, his Sacred Gear was further influenced by your dragon power. So, I thought that it would help."
"That makes sense. Still, his Sacred Gear was a pain in the ass to deal with in the Rating Game."
Issei stated, thinking back to the time that Saji used the Absorption Line to drain the blood from him, to cause him to retire from blood loss.
"Ah, I still can't believe we lost because you created a technique that lets you read boobs. Do you know how hard I trained to learn how to drain blood? And I didn't have the benefit of Dragons to guide me."
Saji complained thinking about that loss.
"Heh, jealous?"
Issei stated, almost smugly at the thought of his original move, with Kazuki, Kiba, and Saji giving a wry look.
"I don't think anyone is jealous of that," Kazuki stated, taking another drink of water. "I don't want to test the fact I could hear everything that he heard when using Pailingual. Ugh, I can imagine him saying, 'Hah that proves we're alike'. Yeah, I'm not doing that unless I have no choice."
"But, on an unrelated note. There are times when I can't keep up with Ise-kun's training loads."
Kiba stated, drinking from his sports bottle.
For a lot of them after sparring matches, the group would do their training sessions meant to hone whatever power the two had.
"Maybe I could get insane power from releasing the Juggernaut Drive, but I can't use that without dying. But, if a situation like that happens again, then…I…," Issei thought back to the time he thought he lost Kazuki and Asia, something his brother noticed. "Even if I can't use the Juggernaut Drive, that doesn't mean I'm done for. I will get stronger in my way. If I lack demonic power, I'll make up for it with stamina. I heard Sairaorg-san obtained his status using the same method. If someone accomplished that before me, then I can work even harder for it."
Issei stated, wearing a determined look, thinking of the children who looked up to him too and didn't want to show them that during the broadcast.
"Hah, don't remind me. Kaichou and I watched the same match too, and he was insanely powerful by himself. It was the first time I saw Kaichou wonder what she was going to do against him."
Saji stated, thinking of the raw power that Sairaorg showed off against his opponent, Zephyrdor, while they kept up the conversation.
"In terms of direct speed, you could reach me in terms of speed. But, if you continue working on it, then you could move around much easier than before. But, in terms of power, you could overpower me. Having the Sekiryuutei as an opponent puts a lot of pressure on me. I get chills when your punches come at me. No matter how many lives I have, it isn't enough."
Kiba joked, but they could hear he was serious, thinking of the times that Issei charged at him with those blows imbued with the power of the Sekiryuutei. However, people like Issei and Kiba couldn't use their full powers inside normal training rooms, seeing as the landscapes would be destroyed or filled with numerous swords. This was the reason that Azazel and Sirzechs created this training field. It was also the reason that Kazuki thought that it would be a good idea to bring Saji with him.
"We are getting stronger, right…?"
Issei asked.
"Of course. I know this is rude, but you and I have surpassed Buchou and Akeno-san. In terms of power, we can overpower average High-Class Devils now. But, we can't let our guard down."
"Yeah, since my abilities and yours are known by many, it's easier to deal with us right?"
Kiba and Issei came to that realization, something that Saji agreed with.
"Yeah, since you guys are so famous and your battles are recorded in the Rating Game. It is easier to learn your abilities. I mean, that was the reason that Kaichou could think of counters for you guys."
Saji stated.
At Saji's comment, the three of them, Issei, Kiba, and Gasper could understand that, seeing as Sona came at the group with counters.
"For Nii-san, he can't fight without Balance Breaker, and his power is so powerful that someone not adept at it can sense it. If someone is skilled in a sense felt the building aura, they could capitalize before he reaches the point where he can't be beaten. Or make him lose stamina. Yuuto-kun is strong in technique, but weak in defense. If his legs are trapped, then he'll become a sitting duck."
Kazuki explained, causing them to nod their heads in agreement.
"Yes. For example, I heard there's a Sacred Gear that affects and slows down the target's legs. So, I would be in trouble if I met someone like that. It'll be alright if I don't get hit by it, but we won't know what will happen in the actual thing."
Kiba stated.
"Yeah, well, Nii-san, Saji, and I would be in trouble if someone is using a Dragon-Slayer. Either Holy Swords for them or Demon Sword for me," Kazuki stated, making them think of that too. "Both of them are effective tools against a Devil and Angel."
"You're right. Ugh, I wouldn't want to get hit by one of those. Plus, it reminds me of the time we fought against the Psycho Exorcist from before with that Holy Sword and cut my line."
Saji started, thinking back to Freed, who was taking care of for good.
"You're right. You and Ise-kun are both Dragons and Devils, so even a Holy Sword that isn't a Dragon Slayer is a troublesome thing. All the battles we'll fight, whether normal or Rating Games depend on compatibility. Though, if it's someone else, then we'll need to depend on Ise-kun."
Kiba stated, with Gasper raising his hand.
"W-W-W-Will I be of any use…?"
Gasper asked timidly.
"In your case rather than fighting individually it's more wise to fight while pairing with us isn't it?"
Issei stated, with Kiba agreeing.
"That's right. Gasper-kun's power is adapted for support, so its real potential will be unleashed only when paired with someone from the group. As long as we live as Devils, then it's necessary to get adapted to team battles, so covering each other's weak points would be an obvious thing to do."
"Well, becoming strong by yourself is good, but we won't know how effective that will be against strong teams."
"Yeah. Ise-kun needs to be careful since you are trying to become a 'King' by leaving Buchou in the future."
"It would be game over if the King were taken out, huh? Yeah, I know that well. So, I will get used to team battles. Though, it might be good if I can fight like Sairaorg-san. The 'King' stepping forward and fighting."
"But if a strategy was made to counter that... We are also thinking of tactics to take on Sairaorg-san individually, but if we were to fight like how he does then we would be…."
"Out, huh? Man, this is hard! The world of Devils! I got it then, when I become a King I will think carefully about my actions besides certain times."
Issei started to complain about the different things that he would need to think about when becoming a King.
"Well, that's the kind of stuff that Kaichou and Buchou always go through with leading us."
Saji stated, with Issei knowing just what Rias goes through regularly just to lead them.
"Hm, on that note, I was wondering about something Kazuki."
"What?"
Kazuki asked, drinking the contents of his bottle.
"I was wondering what made you want to become an Angel."
"Hm?"
"You know, I mean, Kiba, Gasper, and Hyoudou died and were reincarnated by Rias-senpai. But, there are a lot of people that choose to be reincarnated into Devils for whatever reason. I mean, my reasons are a little personal," Saji stated, thinking of his reasons for choosing to become Sona's Pawn, which was personal. "So, I thought of what your reasons were."
"Hm, well. I didn't consider why I chose it, because I guess I wasn't at the stage where staying a normal Human was as important as most. I talked to his Eminence Strada, and he strove for the idea of getting stronger and wanting to die as a Human. I can't say I share the same ideal. I don't underestimate Humans, some of the greatest Heroes are Humans. But, all I've ever wanted to do was to see how strong I could get stronger with what I have. It doesn't matter if I'm a Human. If I'm a Dragon. Or the Hakuryuukou. Or an Angel. If I can, I'll continue to pursue strength, because I know what it feels like to be weak and incapable."
Kazuki explained, thinking of what Saji was talking about when asking him that question. The four could see his reasoning behind it.
"Besides, I was the same kind of person who sacrificed his heart for a Dragon heart. Plus, I'm a believer, who got offered a position as Gabriel-san's Joker. So, what kind of person would I be to reject? Also, Iri-chan became an Angel, and I do want to live a long life with the people I love."
"Yeah, I can get that."
Saji agreed, liking the idea that Kazuki had about it.
"Hah, Gabriel-san did sure have some giant oppai."
Issei stated, thinking about the last time he saw Gabriel.
Punch!
"Gah!"
Issei exclaimed as Kazuki punched his older brother with a blank look, it wasn't a serious punch that could cause serious damage. But, it was enough to knock him down.
"You don't like people ogling at your King. So, don't go ogling at mine?"
Kazuki replied as Issei rubbed his cheek and the other three around him laughed.
"Looks like your knowledge about tactics has become sharper," the group turned around to find Azazel arriving at their location holding something in his hands. "Hah, also Gabriel does have some…whoa."
Shot!
Azazel casually avoided a light sword from Kazuki who targeted him without hesitation.
"That goes for you Azazel."
"Hah, quite the feisty Angel. Here, I have some food. It's Onigiri hand made by the girls," Azazel held out the big box in his hands wrapped in cloth, before handing it to them. "First, I have to deal with that Old Norse God, Odin. Now, I'm the delivery man for those girls."
After that, the guys opened up the box where several batches of Onigiri could be seen and tea prepared for them was included. All of them started eating the food prepared for them, feeling themselves re-energized as the food replenished them.
"Looks like your body is turning into good shape, Ise. I can tell that it is due to training a lot by the looks of it."
Azazel stated.
"I won't be able to become the Ultimate Pawn if I don't get even stronger. It's something I promised Buchou, so I need to fulfill that before I become independent."
Issei replied as he ate.
"Oh yeah, I heard. When the time comes for you to become independent from Rias, you are taking Xenovia with you right?"
"Well, yeah."
Issei replied almost nervously, knowing Xenovia mentioned that.
"You did it."
"Well, I don't know how to put it. I think it might be fun to do the devil's business with Xenovia as well."
Issei replied, thinking about what it would be like having Xenovia as a Knight.
"One thing, Ise. If you are going to become a 'King' in the future, then there is one thing you must remember."
"What is that?"
"It's Sacrifice. During the game, there will be a time when you have to abandon your 'pieces'. How will you cope with it when that time comes? Your value as a 'King' will be tested then."
Azazel seriously replied.
"…So you are saying I should abandon the option to save them?"
"You can save them," Azazel shook his head and elaborated. "If you can save them, then you should do that. In real battle it is a serious thing, saving your comrades that is. But it won't be like that during a game. Since there is transportation when you retire, the chances of you dying are slim. That being the case, you may have to abandon a critically injured comrade, and move on to the next step."
"…You sure ask me for a difficult option."
Issei replied, with them knowing the idea of abandoning comrades no matter the situation was a hard decision to make.
"You have the greatest affection with your comrades in this group. And that will turn into an obstacle in future games," Azazel then glanced at Kiba. "Kiba."
"Yes."
"During the game, in the worst case, who would you choose between Rias and Ise?"
"I will choose Buchou."
Kiba replied without hesitation, with Issei nodding his head in agreement, with them knowing that it's fundamental that the King should be the one to survive.
"Other members need to hold that determination as well. Maybe it's because you guys are the Gremory group, but your love for your comrades is strong. Your affections towards your comrades are among the top-class within the Devils. That'll be your weapons, but also your weak points. If other Devils learn that 'These guys won't abandon their comrade', then they'll build tactics aiming for that point. If you continue losing matches because of that, your rating will be lowered. What you guys need in future games is the resolve to abandon comrades who go down in front of your eyes. Sona Sitri has shown you that during the game in the summer holiday. I'm not telling you to abandon your comrades during the real battle. But, keep that in your head during the games. Ise especially needs to understand that if you are planning to go independent. The one who needs to survive till the end in the game when you are the 'King' is you, and not your servant Devils."
Azazel explained with Issei able to understand what those words meant and thought of them. It was for Rias, all of them would sacrifice themselves without question. But, it was a matter if Rias could do that if the situation called for it, the same as what Sona did. And it was that same instance that could Issei do the same thing.
"Kiba, Gasper. It seems like we have to be resolved."
Issei glanced at Kiba and Gasper, who nodded their heads in agreement.
"You mean the resolve to abandon our comrades who fall in front of us during the game right?"
"Yeah, we need to make Buchou win the Rating Games."
"Y-Yes! That's exactly right~!"
Gasper replied, with rice around his mouth, hurriedly eating to respond, causing Kazuki to laugh as he didn't note the rice on his face.
"That's why let's be defeated while smiling for Buchou. Except when we are to be taken out after giving it our all, and let's be defeated while taking on the enemy head to head. We would look uncool if we were to show our back to our enemy. Let's take them on face to face and fair and square and then be defeated."
"Yeah."
"Yes!"
At Issei's declaration, Kiba and Gasper agreed with him, with Kazuki, Saji, and Azazel staring at him.
"Though, Nii-san can you put that same effort in fighting against a woman? I know that most women would avoid fighting you because of Dress Break and Pailingual. So, what happens when you meet a woman who doesn't mind being half-naked."
"My eyes will be all over them!"
Issei replied without shame.
"I thought so."
Kazuki replied as he ate Onigiri which Asia prepared.
"This guy is useless. He's going to lose."
Azazel replied.
At that, Issei started receiving stares and laughs from the others, while he remained true to himself as he wanted to leer at women as he pleased. However, he came to the realization that's what his brother meant about that.
"Okay then, Kiba, Gasper! Let's do another round of sparring from the beginning then!"
Issei declared, finishing up his meal and standing up to his feet, wanting to get started again.
"Alright, Saji. Let's do something simple this time, like magic training. I did learn a little about demonic power from the books that were at the place I stayed over the summer. So, I could help train with that."
"That's awesome! Let's go!"
Saji stated, looking forward to that kind of training.
"And then we're going to basic physical training."
"Ah, alright."
Saji was less enthusiastic about that, knowing what he'd seen from Kazuki thus far, but it was for that reason that he could believe in him.
"Ise, come here for a bit."
Before Issei could run off, Azazel called him over wearing a smiling face that made him think their teacher was up to something.
"What is it, Sensei?"
"The thing is, another prototype for the Oppai Dragon came to me again. Check it out."
Azazel then retrieved something from his pocket and showed Issei.
"W-What is this…..?"
Issei asked surprised to find a small figure of him, his Scale Mail armor, and Rias, the Oppai Dragon and Switch Princess, but more cartoonish for children.
"It was decided that Oppai Dragon was to collaborate with a hamburger chain in the Underworld. It's a toy that comes when you order the kid's meal. This one is the toy of you. This one here is the toy of Rias, aka the Switch Princess," Azazel explained. "There is also a gimmick to it. You get a bonus when you collect both of them. When you poke on Switch-princess with your figure…."
He then pressed the breast of Rias' toy, then….
[Iyaaan.]
Issei was surprised to hear Rias' voice coming from the toy, making him wonder where that came from.
"Like that, it makes a sound."
"What is this!? I want it! Uwaa! This will be a hit product!"
Issei stated, holding his toy in his hands, while mesmerized, treating it as if it were a sacred item.
"Hahahaha, right!? Even Sirzechs praised that, "It is a world-shaking toy!"," Azazel stated amused and loving the toys himself. "I love thinking about these kinds of things! Listen, if you want to become a High-Class devil, then you have to value your ideas!"
Issei could see that Azazel was laughing and proud of what he witnessed now, making him realize once again the kind of person that the Governor General was. A genius and a businessman who could create something like this, while knowing that he wasn't the kind of person he wanted as an enemy.
"Listen, Ise. Oppai is filled with dreams," Azazel stated in a strong tone. "So, let's show them to the kids. There are dreams which grow using oppai."
"Y-Yes! A business using oppai is the best!"
Issei immediately agreed as he held the item in his hand.
"Can I leave Akeno in your care," the question Azazel asked caught his attention, surprising him. "You probably know, but Akeno hates Barakiel and Fallen Angels. Since Baraqiel came this time, she won't listen to me as well. The only man who can talk to her properly is you. If something happens, please support her. I can feel safe if it is you."
Issei was surprised to hear that from Azazel and could see that he's been genuine about this request, not having a joke at the end or having a joke at his expense.
"I don't mind, but…I don't quite understand her situation you know?"
"Want to hear it? Though if you hear it from me, I would talk as if I'm supporting the Fallen Angels since I'm the Governor General. At the same time if you hear it from Akeno it will be full of hatred. If you want to hear it, then it would be best to hear it from Sirzechs or Grayfia. Those two will tell you from the proper perspective."
Issei could understand what that meant as Akeno belonged to the Gremory Group, not Grigori.
"…I'm sure you realized it after living with her, but there's a part in Akeno where she is emotionally weak. Usually, she acts as the admiration of the school students, one of the two Great Onee-sama covered with elegance. But, when that's removed, the one there would be a girl her age. The most obvious time was when you were defeated in the match against Sitri. The Queen who has to be the most calm acted differently to that of the King's tactics."
After hearing those words, Issei thought back to the times Akeno went from acting like the normal Onee-sama to a normal girl her age. She was a dependable Queen and upperclassman, but there were times when she acted like any other normal girl.
"There will be times when she shows those sides to you, so try to do something about it when that happens."
"What do you mean by something…?"
"This will test your ability as a man, Ise. It's nothing much, girls will feel safe when you embrace and kiss them once or twice."
At that, Issei could see that Azazel was speaking more from his experience as a man, which is something that he started thinking about from his experiences thus far. He hasn't been taking the initiative most times and from time to time, he couldn't interact with Rias and the others much.
"Also about the Juggernaut Drive."
Azazel started, with Issei giving an immediate response.
"I won't use it. I don't want to die after all."
"Well, that's obvious but it has awakened once, so I'm thinking of looking into the power of the Sekiryuutei from a different perspective."
Azazel stated, with Issei wondering what that meant.
"How would I do that?"
"Because of the influence of Juggernaut Drive, it should be in the state where the thoughts of the Boosted Gear's past possessors are released. I asked Ddraig and found out that their negative feelings are trapped within the Sacred Gear. It is a curse, and it seems like they are trying to use the power of darkness to control you and rampage so they can drain your life to the Sacred Gear."
"T-That certainly is a terrifying story….."
Issei felt unnerved by those words, comparing them to a horror genre, leading to him realizing that he doesn't know a lot about the Boosted Gear at all.
"They say that the families and people close to the past possessors have become unfortunate due to the curse. That's why if you eliminate the curse, the negative feelings, instead of the Juggernaut Drive, I made the logic that you might be able to attain a power that rivals Juggernaut Drive without trimming your life. "Well, that's it. Putting to rest the thoughts of the past Sekiryuutei, try to do that," Azazel stated, happy that Issei could understand that. "Ddraig, help him out with it."
[Yeah, that's okay, but the thoughts of the past Sekiryuutei are so covered in deep darkness that even I won't be able to approach them.]
"The Oppai Dragon Hyoudou Issei-kun will do something about that," Issei then started thinking about the insane thing that he'd be doing later on, then placed his hand on his shoulder. "Ise. I believe in your chances and that of Kazuki. Each Sekiryuutei and Hakuryuukou became devoured by power. Your talent might be the lowest. But, I believe you are the embodiment of possibility since you attained Balance-Breaker with a woman's breast, and reverted from a berserk state with a woman's breast. Oppai Dragon! That's certainly something. You know that it has been a while since a Dragon got such a unique name, right? Even if your physical body and demonic power are lower than Vali and other legendary Dragons, you can get used to the power of Sekiryuutei and become even stronger in your way. From now on, show your actions with your efforts, guts, and unexpected ways."
"Yes!"
Issei now felt more invigorated by those words from his teacher, leading to him looking forward to seeing what kind of possibility he could achieve. He wanted to become stronger in his way, which would lead to him training with Kiba and Gasper with more vigor.
A certain night, it has been several days since Odin arrived, with them continuing to indulge the Chief God while going from location to location. Now, the Gremory Group, Azazel, Odin, and Rossweisse rode in a wagon pulled by the giant eight-legged warhorse, Sleipnir. Despite the number of people, the inside wagon was as big as the warhorse. Inside with them were also members of the Kazuki Team.
Despite being pulled by a horse, Sleipnir was pulling them through the sky without a road or clouds, as it faithfully kept going. On the outside, Kiba, Xenovia, Irina, and Baraqiel flew the outside, while Kazuki was sitting on top of the carriage.
"The Japanese 'Yamato Nadeshiko' sure is good~ Geisha girls are the best~"
Odin stated laughing with a hohohoho, looking satisfied.
He talked, almost without regard for the people guarding him, going to locations ranging from metropolitan areas, amusement parks, and sushi restaurants. However, as high school students, there were some locations that their group couldn't go to, leading to them standing outside to guard him. On the inside, the people looked tired from doing all that to guard Odin, with Asia leaning on Koneko asleep.
Issei glanced to find that Akeno looked as if her mind was somewhere else, giving off an aura that made them see she didn't want to be talked to. However, their group couldn't help thinking of how high maintenance dealing with Odin was, with things like "I'm deaf so I can't hear you~" or "Azazel-san, is the oppai not ready yet?" coming from him most of the time.
"Odin-sama! It's almost time for the meeting with the Shinto Gods," Rossweisse said those words to Odin as the group sat inside the carriage. "So please lose the mindset of being on vacation. At this rate, you'll be yelled at by other people when we return to our homeland."
"Geez, you are a woman who doesn't know how to lighten up. How about you relax a little? That's why you can't even get a single man."
"This has nothing to do with me not having a b-b-boyfriend! I'm not s-single because I want to be!"
Rossweisse complained as Odin talked about her not having a boyfriend, causing her body and mind to stiffen up unable to respond.

In that instance, Sleipnir stopped as the carriage stopping made them fall forward, losing their balance, leading to Asia waking up from her dream while making a cry.
"What happened!? Don't tell me it's a terrorist!?"
"I don't know! Though when things like this happen it's never anything good!"
Rossweisse and Azazel were on high alert as the people outside got into the battle formations without hesitation, and Kazuki stood up from his position. As the carriage opened up, the people there started coming out, using their wings, aside from Odin, Rossweisse, Rias, Issei, and Asia, who remained in the carriage. He couldn't fly using his Devil wings, needing to be in Balance Breaker, which Azazel teased him about. Asia learned to fly with magic from Vasco but remained inside to function as support.
So, Issei started the countdown for his Balance Breaker, while looking outside through the window. Outside Issei could see a good-looking young man with an evil look, dressed in clothing similar to Odin, but the main color was black. It seemed as if Odin, Rossweisse, Azazel, Baraqiel, and Kazuki guessed his identity.
"Nice to meet you, everyone! I am the Evil-God of the Norse! Loki!"
Loki introduced himself.
"Well, it looks like Kazuki's guess was spot on."
Azazel stated as his black wings flapped.
"…Loki. A Norse God."
Rias, who was flying beside Issei stated.
"If it isn't Loki-dono. To meet you in a place like this. Do you have some business with us? On this wagon is the chief God of the Norse, Odin-dono. You know what the consequence of your actions are, no?"
Azazel calmly asked.
"Nothing much. Our chief God left us to get in touch with other factions, and that is very painful to endure."
Loki replied, crossing his arms and staring down at them.
"You are quite arrogant to say that up front, Loki."
Azazel stated, changing his tone of speech, his idea was towards peace, not the kind of chaos someone such as Loki would bring.
"Fuhahahaha, if it isn't the Governor General of Grigori! Normally, I wouldn't want to meet you or the Devils, but it can't be helped! Along with Odin and the others, you shall receive my punishment."
"So it's okay for you to get in touch with other factions? That's contradictory."
"It's okay if it is to destroy other factions. I don't agree with peace. It was your religion that stepped foot on our soil and spread the bible after all."
"…There's no point saying that to me. Say that to Michael or the deceased God from the Bible."
Both Loki and Azazel continued having their back and forth with the others from their side, choosing not to come in the middle and start something unnecessary.
"Either way, it is a problem for the Chief God, Odin to negotiate with the Gods of the Far East. Then we won't be able to have Ragnarok. What is it you wish to obtain by trading for the information regarding Yggdrasil?"
Loki asked, turning his attention to Odin before Azazel regained his attention.
"I will ask you one thing! Are your actions connected with the Khaos Brigade? Wait, if I remember, you weren't an Evil God-sama who would answer honestly."
"I feel sickened you would mix my opinions with foolish terrorists. I came of my own will. And Ophis has nothing to do with this."
Loki stated, showing that he had no connection with the Khaos Brigade.
"…So you're not from the Khaos Brigade. But this is also a problem in its way. I understand, geezer. So this is the problem that the North Faction carries, huh."
Azazel started, as Odin and Rossweisse came out floating around using a magic circle.
"Hmm. There's still a few hard-headed people and that's the current situation we are facing," Odin started as he rubbed his beard. "There are fools like this one who come out like this."
"Loki-sama! Your actions exceed your authority! Doing something like pointing your fangs towards the Chief God! This is unforgivable! You should make an argument at the official meeting!"
Rossweisse stated as she switched to her battle attire, her Valkyrie armor.
"A mere Battle Maiden shouldn't get in my way. I'm asking Odin," Loki replied, turning to Odin himself. "Are you still planning to continue doing something that is outside our Norse world?"
"Yup. Talking to Sirzechs and Azazel is ten thousand times more interesting than talking to you. I want to know about Shintoism. They also have an interest in our Yggdrasil. After we make peace, I was thinking of exchanging our cultures by sending out each of our messengers."
Odin replied, showing his intent on building a genuine relationship with the Japanese Gods, causing Loki to smirk in response.
"…I have confirmed your plans. Such a foolish act. Let's have a display of powers here then."
Loki then released hostility towards him without hesitation, causing the younger ones to feel as if something was piercing their skin. However, all of this even though his hostility was aimed at Odin, who seemed unfazed by the hostility.
"So, I can take that as a declaration of battle, right?"
Azazel stated, causing them to realize what was going to happen.
"Take it as however you want it to be."
Loki smirked, not seeming to take them as a threat.
DOGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
Just then a massive wave hit Loki, causing them to wonder where that came from, leading to them turning over to the direction to find 'two Xenovias'. One standing in her previous position and the other standing elsewhere, while holding Durandal in her hand.
"What?!"
Issei was surprised as the other Xenovia vanished as the other appeared.
"Huh, it seems as if Kazuki had the idea of masking my presence and figure using magic. So that I could charge up Durandal," Xenovia replied, as Kazuki started to fly using Divine Dividing. "Victory goes to one who makes the first move."
"I thought that it would give the closest chance to get the first hit and catch him off guard."
Kazuki replied, not knowing if it would work, but thought that it was the best plan available.
"It seems like it didn't work. To be expected from a Norse God."
Xenovia stated as Loki stood there without seeming to react to the attack.
"Holy Sword, huh? It has impressive power, but it isn't enough to take on a God yet. It's no different than a gentle breeze," Loki replied, brushing off his clothing. "But, I must admit that was a nice gambit from the Hakuryuukou."
"Well, I do hope to impress the Gods."
Kazuki stated as Kiba created his Holy-Demonic Sword, Irina created a light sword, Raynare a light spear, and Mariah her Almace. After seeing them prepared like that, Loki started laughing at their efforts.
"Fuhaha! Futile! Even if I look like this, I'm a God. A mere attack from Devils, Angels, and Fallen Angels is no nothing."
He then pointed his finger into the air, leading to him gathering an unknown pressure with the intent of firing off a giant attack at everyone. Before that could even happen, Kazuki and Issei, whose Balance Breaker countdown was finished decided to move first.

Both a red and white aura surrounded them, and the two decided to head straight into the battle against the Evil God in front of them.
"Ddraig! I will leave the flying to you!"
[Yeah, leave it to me.]
Ddraig agreed as he charged straight for Loki alongside his brother with the intent of stopping the Evil God from unleashing that attack.
[JET!]
From Issei's back came his Dragon wings, and then the boosters on his back ignited, leading to him soaring straight at Loki. After that, he aimed a punch straight at Loki, who stopped his attack to avoid the punch, which passed by his nose. But, just then Kazuki came from above aiming a drop kick straight for Loki, who raised a barrier to block the attack, producing a shockwave. It was then that the barrier unleashed a force that sent Kazuki up in the air from the rebound.
"Buchou! I will be using promotion!"
Issei stated, receiving Rias' permission as he was promoted straight to Queen, causing the power to be raised higher than it was because due to the three traits added onto his Scale Mail.
"Oh. That's right. I forgot that the Sekiryuutei was also here. You have quite some power on you. I'm sure lucky to fight against the Twin Dragons. But," Loki then gathered shining light particles, it wasn't magic, it was simply a blast of aura that was about to be released. As Loki compressed this power, he tried releasing it at Issei, both the brothers were surprised by the power. "It's still too early for you to take on a God!"
Issei charged up a Dragon Shot, then continued to amplify its power.
[Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost!]
DOBAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
He then unleashed the Dragon Shot before Loki's attack could be fired, both attacks collided with one another, before causing them to explode from the collision. However, Issei's maximum-charged Dragon Shot ended up being the one destroyed as wind pressure was unleashed from the onslaught. At the same time, Loki was unable to release his attack as red smoke came from his hand, which he waved.
"…It's not like I held back completely," Loki stated as Issei was surprised that the attack was him holding back. "This is truly amusing. It certainly makes me happy. So I will laugh then. Fuhahahaha!"
Despite the opponents against him, the Evil God continued laughing as he was facing off against some people who could at least interest him.
"Albion, I can't absorb the power from Loki, right?"
[You can't absorb it from him directly. He is right, neither of you is prepared to fight a God. If you want to fight him, then fight at your best with your brother and the others.]
Kazuki was right about the response but wanted to confirm it from Albion himself.
Just then everyone started coming up, with even Rias and Akeno coming out to fight, with Loki glancing over at the King herself with interest.
"Crimson hair. Gremory House, was it? Ah, you must be the blood relative of current Maou, Lucifer. Two leaders of the Fallen Angels, Angels, and Devils, on top of the Sekiryuutei and Hakuryuukou. Odin, for a mere guard, this is a bit overboard don't you think?"
Loki asked.
"A fool like yourself ended up coming here. It turned out to be the right decision after all."
Odin replied, with Loki making a strong smirk.
"Very well. Then I will call it," Loki then spread his robe, then spoke. "Come out! My adorable son!"
In that instance, from his robe, a rift in space was created, leading to them wonder what Loki was about to call out in that instance. But, again, the most informed people were aware of what was coming.
After a moment of silence… a rift is created in space.
Out of the distortion was an ashen gray gigantic wolf measuring ten meters, who was unleashing an undeniable presence that caused all the people around to feel an intense chill. All of them felt as if their instincts were telling them to run, feeling fear and killing intent aimed at them as the wolf came from the rift.
"So, this is Fenrir?"
Kazuki asked, feeling the same amount of fear, more so than what came from Loki.
"W-What is that wolf!? What on earth is that….!?"
Issei asked, feeling such fear even if that wolf didn't attempt to move.
[…Partner, he is dangerous. If you can, you should avoid him.]
Ddraig stated, knowing the dangers Fenrir could pose.
"This is bad…. You guys, don't lay your fingers on that giant wolf! Ise, keep your distance from it," Azazel called out, feeling the same fear and nervousness. "Kazuki ended up being right in the end again, as Loki decided that he would release Fenrir onto us."
"…This is certainly bad."
Kiba stated as his hands tightened around his Holy-Demonic Sword.
"Ise! Fenrir is one of the worst and greatest creatures! It has the fangs that could kill a God! If you get bitten by it, even that armor won't last!"
Azazel called out, wanting to be sure that Issei was aware of that when fighting against Loki who unleashed that creature on them.
"That's right. You should be careful. It is among the top-class of the worst monsters I have created. After all, this one's fangs are something that can kill any God. I haven't tried it, but it should be effective against Gods from other factions. It can give mortal wounds whether you are a High-Class Devil or a Legendary Dragon," Loki, who in the process of petting Fenrir, then pointed at Rias. "I didn't want to use the fangs of my Fenrir on those, not from the Norse…. Well, having this child learn the taste of the blood of those outside the Norse world might be a good experience for him."
"…That bastard. Don't tell me…that he's…!"
Issei thought as he was preparing to move as Loki said.
"The blood relative of Maou. Tasting that blood will also become useful for Fenrir. Kill her."
Loki ordered as Fenrir's eyes flared up at the command received from his master.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!
Fenrir let out a massive howl that shook them to their cores, despite the terror, it was a beautiful sound that made them attracted to the sound.
SWIFT!
At that moment, Fenrir vanished from sight, but then Issei was aware of where he was going by the order received, with his body moving before his brain did. He released his wings and fired off his boosters to head straight where Fenrir was going.
"Don't touch heeeeeeeer!"
Issei and Fenrir raced straight for Rias, who couldn't react to the insane speed the two were heading with the Sekiryuutei reaching her and punching Fenrir's face. Issei was surprised that he moved at insane speed to reach Fenrir who was heading straight for Rias.
"Ise…."
Rias was also shocked.
"Bu…Buchou! Are you okay? Are you hurt?"
Issei asked worriedly moving to her.
"N-No, I'm okay. Thanks to you protecting me."
Rias replied, surprised but smiled fondly at him.
As Issei was surprised by what he had done, but managed to save his King, he then felt something odd as blood came from his mouth.
"Gough."
Issei vomited blood from his mouth, feeling intense pain that made him realize that he received an attack at the same time. There was a hole in his armor, even though he was the one who attacked.
"Ise!"
"Ise-kun!"
Rias and Akeno screamed, unable to control their emotions with Issei turning to find that Fenrir's front left claw had blood coming from it. It meant that he attacked Issei before he attacked him. His body felt as if it were losing strength as Kiba flew in to support him.
"Ise-kun. Let's heal it immediately with Asia-san's power!"
"Ise-san! Please come here quickly!"
Asia called out, looking worriedly at him.
"No, I won't let you. Sekiryuutei, even if it was just for a moment you were able to follow Fenrir's movement. This is truly terrifying. I will get rid of you before you become a threat," Loki was preparing to give the order, but then he looked to find that Kazuki, who seemed to be floating beside him, looking 'worried' vanished. "Huh, where did he…?!"
He then looked to find Kazuki, who wasn't there, meaning that he left at the same time as Issei to move and then used magic to create that illusion, but then he couldn't see him.
"A giant wolf or not, a wolf is still a wolf," Loki then looked to find that Kazuki appeared a fair distance from Fenrir, who reached his presence, while light and magic seemed to manifest in his hand. "Look over here boy."
"Fen…."
Flash! Sreeee!
Before Loki could react, Kazuki unleashed a brilliant light and high-pitched sound from his light and magic, which caused Fenrir to violently react.
"Oooooooooo!"
Fenrir howled and reacted to the bright light and sound, causing him to thrash about unable to react to what was happening around him.
"Dammit, that Hakuryuukou is smart."
Loki cursed.
"Kazuki?"
Azazel was surprised.
"What? Wolves have greater senses than dogs. So, if we're talking about a giant wolf, then Fenrir's senses are several times superior to a wolf."
Kazuki explained as Loki seemed to be preparing to attack him.
"Lokkkkkkkki!"
Azazel and Baraqiel moved in to attack Loki using a spear of light and Holy Lightning at maximum output, with the Evil God glancing at them.
"Even without using Fenrir, just two mere Fallen Angels won't be able to stand a chance against me."
Loki replied, leading to magic equations that none of them had seen before, becoming a shield that expanded across the sky.
"Norse Magic! If I remember correctly, their magic is more advanced than the magic of ours! Just to be expected from the World that has greater magic and sorcery than our World!"
Azazel replied with disgust, causing their attacks to be blocked by the shield that expanded across him.
"Then I will use the same magic!"
Rossweisse then moved in to unleash the same kind of magic as several magic circles manifested, intending on unleashing it at Loki. Before that, Kazuki appeared a fair distance from where Loki stood placing his hand on the shield that Loki expanded.
[Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide!]
Kazuki divided the power contained inside Loki's magic instead of going straight at the source, leading to the full burst from Rossweisse being unleashed at Loki, smashing against the barrier that he unleashed. Just then, Loki reactivated a barrier around himself to block the attack.
"Now, it is my turn."
As Loki was preparing to unleash another attack against them, then Kazuki appeared behind him using the light speed of Divine Dividing's wings. His fist was surrounded by a large amount of aura that was concentrated into his fist, gathered from himself and the power absorbed from Loki's magic. His punch slammed against the barrier Loki formed, causing it to crack and crumble apart, as the momentum slowed down by the number of barriers, the Evil God was then knocked back a fair distance from his previous position.
"Hahahaha, good, smart and decisive! But, that isn't enough," Loki stated as a white aura could be seen coming off him. "Oh, it looks as if Fenrir is recovering."
"…."
Kazuki didn't react, sensing that Fenrir was raising his intent to attack.
Issei looked on as he was being healed and guarded, his friends and brother were fighting for their lives against both a God and one of the strongest monsters around. Just then, a black barrier seemed to surround Fenrir as he was about to recover from the attack, leading to them, glancing at what happened, Loki included.
Just then, someone donned in black armor floated near where Issei was.
"Hyoudou Issei, are you okay?"
"Vali….."
It was revealed to be Vali, the Kokuryuukou already donned in Balance Breaker and holding back Fenrir inside of a gravity barrier that he created. It seemed to be holding Fenrir back through the intense gravity being brought on top of it. But, then Fenrir started tearing at the barrier using his fangs.
"Oy oy, was the Oppai dragon wounded? Geez, he sure is a guy who I can't tell whether he is strong or weak!"
Bikou came out on the golden cloud.
"Oh my, so it's the Wendish Dragon, huh!"
Loki smiled at Vali appeared.
"How do you do, God of Evil Loki-dono? I am the Hakuryuukou Vali. I came here to eliminate you."
Vali replied without the slightest hint of fear.
"I am satisfied after seeing the Three Legendary Dragons. I will retreat for today," just then before vanishing, he sent Fenrir away and created a giant distortion in space. "But, on the day of meeting the Gods of this country! I will come here once again! Odin! Next time, Fenrir and I will tear the Chief God's throat!"
After that declaration, Loki vanished and then Issei passed out from the loss of blood that he experienced, which made him wonder if it'll become a trend.
Some time passed, before Issei woke up, finding himself placing his hand on his stomach and reflex to find that the wound closed he looked to find Asia sitting above him holding out her hand and smiling at him.
"…Asia, thank you."
Issei thanked Asia as she smiled, happy to see he was all right.
"Ise-san! I'm so glad!"
"….I can't die yet, right?"
Issei stated placing a comforting hand on her head.
"…..Senpai, I'm glad you are safe."
He then looked to find that Koneko was also there, and he realized that she might've helped using Senjutsu to assist in improving his natural healing.
"Thank you, Koneko-chan."
Issei then did the same thing, petting Koneko's head and causing her to smile.
"…Nyaa. Senpai…."
Koneko replied, smiling and blushing at the contact.
"Yeah. I'm okay now. And where are Buchou and others?"
Issei stated, standing up from his position and seeing that he was inside the carriage that their group was riding on before arriving there.
"Rias-oneesama is talking outside with everyone. ….Also Vali-san as well."
Asia replied, surprising Issei as it meant that he wasn't dreaming about that.
He then left the carriage to find that instead of their previous location, they were parked near Kuoh Academy with him hearing Vali's voice.
"To make Odin's meeting successful, you will need to take down Loki correct," Vali stated, without hesitation as he looked at everyone. "You won't be able to fend off Loki and Fenrir with just these members. And also because of the Hero Faction's attacks, the Underworld, Heaven, and Valhalla are currently in a ruckus. So they won't be able to send more people to your aid."
"He's right about that. It's the reason that all of us were sent to guard Odin-sama instead of having several other people here with us," Kazuki agreed, knowing how serious the situation was, then turned his head to find that his brother was up. "And Nii-san is up."
"Ise! Are your wounds okay?"
Rias asked, not hesitating to approach Issei and check on him herself.
"Yes, Buchou. I'm okay now. More than that…," Issei replied, noticing that Bikou and Arthur were there too, then were waiting for a response. "Are you telling me that you will defeat him?"
"It's unfortunate but even the current me won't be able to take on Loki and Fenrir at the same time," Vali replied, being honest with him, but then smiled as if noticing what Issei was thinking. "But, it's a different story if us, the Dragon Trio were to join forces."
Everyone was surprised by the words that came from Vali's mouth, with the three legendary Dragons of Welsh, Vanishing, and Wendish Dragons coming together. All three of them were Dragons born and bound by fact and now someone was requesting these three worked together.
"For this battle, I'm saying I don't mind fighting alongside Hyoudou Issei and Kazuki."
Vali stated without concern about what others thought of this insane idea.
If it meant fighting alongside the person who was their enemy and seeing the kind of battle that would come from the three Legendary Dragons' three hosts working together to defeat an Evil God and one of the strongest creatures in the world.
A/N: And there goes the next chapter of The Twin Dragons, well, this was their meeting with the Evil God, Loki, and the God-Devouring Wolf, Fenrir, before that, there was training that involved the male members from their respective groups. I do want to include more moments with Saji, seeing as I could see them having their group and meeting times like this, with Saji also getting close to Kiba. The meeting and battle were almost like the canon, with the attention of Kazuki using Fenrir's enhanced vision and senses against him.
