A/N: Wow I'm honestly surprised at how many of you followed this story within a day thanks guys. Now to answer the first question I saw in the comments I haven't decided if I'm gonna do the multiple wives thing or not if I do I can say it's not gonna be an outrageous amount, like I have read some where he has like every girl in his year or what not and I'm not gonna make Harry the sire of one third of the next generation. Tell me what you creatures think should I have multiple wives and how many should it be only wives? Anyway on with the story.

The early morning light crept into the hospital wing Hermione was up and sitting next to Harry watching over him waiting. She knew what happened last night and she suspected what Harry was trying to hide from her and Dumbledore. She knew the Dursleys were cruel to him but she didn't know the extent of the abuse Harry had suffered. When Madam Pomfrey walked in Hermione looked up with a small smile.

"Good Morning Ms. Granger. I expect Mr. Potter to wake up within the next few minutes. How are you feeling?" She asked.

"I'm fine ma'am just worried about Harry with everything that happened last night. I know how he is." Hermione replied. "He'll wake up and still worry about what happened to me and how I'm doing with everything and whether or not I'll hate him for it. Stupid saving people thing."

"Yes he does tend to go all out for others doesn't he. Bit of a trouble magnet as well just like his father." Madam Pomfrey said, chuckling.

"Hey I don't go looking for trouble it just finds me." Harry said, waking up groaning.

"Harry, how are you feeling?" Hermione asked.

"Like I just dealt with a drunk uncle Vernon and broke a vase with accidental magic. So like any other Tuesday. How are you doing? I know last night was rough." replied Harry.

"Harry you prat. You get bitten by a werewolf and you worry about me. I'm fine…."

Hermione was sitting by his side when Madam Pomfrey walked back in.

"Before the headmaster comes I think the three of us need to have a conversation about last night. Now Ms. Granger, Mr. Potter tells me that he put himself between you and Mr. Lupin, is that right?" She asked Hermione.

"Yes ma'am we lured him away from our..um past selves and thought we hid ourselves well enough but he found us and went to attack and Harry shielded me before Buckbeak chased the wolf away." Hermione explained.

"That matches Mr. Potter's story. Now what you two need to know is that things like this can form things called Life Debts because Mr. Potter put himself between you and a life threatening situation you could owe your life to him. It forms a bond between the two parties. If you like, I know the spell to check for them." Madam Pomfrey told them.

"Yes please." Hermione replied.

Madam Pomfrey waved her wand "Vita Ligatus". As the spell was completed two lines of white light appeared and formed into one between Harry and Hermione while another went from Harry off into the distance.

"Well that's rather unusual. It seems Ms. Granger owed you a debt before last night, my guess would be from the night of the troll in first year. It also appears there is another debt owed to Mr. Potter to whom I can't say." Pomfrey said curiously.

"It's probably Ginny Weasley after the events from the Chamber of Secrets." Harry replied.

"Be that as it may with Ms. Granger owing a life debt you can choose to acknowledge it and she would be bound to you until that debt is fulfilled. To fulfill a life debt can mean a variety of things from saving their life to baring a child. The Debt needs to be acknowledged for it to be activated though I can teach you how but I think the two of you should discuss this beforehand. I believe the Headmaster is about to arrive. I know he wanted to wait until Professor Lupin had returned before coming to speak to you." said Madam Pomfrey.

They could hear the voices of Professors McGonagall, Dumbldore, and Lupin from the other side of the door to the Hospital wing. The doors burst open and the three professors walked in all arguing over something.

"What do you think they are arguing about?" Hermione asked.

"Most likely me." Harry replied.

"Dumbledore, you cannot possibly send him back to those horrible muggles now. He wouldn't be safe nor would the muggles." Professor McGonagall said in a raised voice.

"Minerva as long as we make the proper arrangements everyone will be perfectly safe and sound. I have instructed Severus to keep brewing the wolfsbane potion and it will be delivered to Harry at the appropriate times before each turn. Remus as for your resignation I understand and accept it but I trust you will remain in contact with young Harry in regards to his new condition he will after all need all the help he can get." Dumbledore said to both teachers.

At that point Remus saw Harry and ran over to him looking very regretful.

"Harry I'm so sorry I've ruined your life with this curse. I understand if you hate me for this but if you'll let me I will do everything in my power to help you through this. Have the senses started heightening yet?" He asked, looking pleadingly at Harry.

"Remus last night I met Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs. I couldn't hate you for something you had no control over. If you are willing to help me I will take what I can get as for the senses I hadn't noticed but I will let you know. I am sorry to hear you are not going to be teaching us next year. You are by far the best professor we had for DADA." Harry said then leaned close so Dumbledore wouldn't hear. "Contact Sirius he is gonna do what he can about my summer living arrangements. He promised I am never going back to the Dursleys."

Remus nodded and bid them farewell. Dumbledore walked over with a very angry looking Professor McGonagall. Madam Pomfrey joined them a few seconds later and declared Harry fit to leave the Hospital. The few days after the events of Sirius's escape were very hard for Harry as his senses started to heighten. Hermione was fascinated to learn how much Harry's sight hearing smell and touch had changed with the curse. Harry and Hermione debated telling Ron about him becoming a werewolf. They chose to keep it quiet for now.

"Harry, what do we do about the debt?" asked Hermione.

"We don't have to do anything Hermione. Madam Pomfrey said it wouldn't really be a problem unless we acknowledged it and I choose not to. I don't want to do that to you. I'm already cursed, I don't want to drag you down with me." Harry replied.

"Oh Harry when are you going to understand I'm with you till the end no matter what. Even if you chose not to acknowledge I still know I owe you two debts so I will do everything I can to help you. Even with the curse, I started documenting everything I've noticed about your changes. So I ask what do we do now?" she explained.

"Can we just take it one day at a time?" Harry asked.

"Of course. I'll see you on the platform I need to go finish packing." She said then hurried up to the girls' dorm.

Soon enough everyone aboard the Hogwarts Express bound for King's Cross station. Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, and Neville were all together in one compartment talking about their summer plans.

"Harry I'll get it arranged with mum to have you over as soon as possible this way you can come with us to the quidditch world cup dad can usually get tickets through work." Ron told him.

"Yea Gran said she already got ours and I know Seamus and Dean are going." Neville said.

"Harry I'll ask mom and dad if you can come stay with me for a bit just to get you away." Hermione said.

"Oh look at that cute little owl." Grinny said pointing at the window. Harry quickly opened the window and the owl flew in, dropped the letter on his lap and zoomed around the compartment until Ron, seeing crookshanks eyeing it, snatched it for safety.

"Oh, it's from Professor Lupin." Harry said. "Nev, Gin can you guys give me a minute I found out Lupin was close to my parents and I don't know what this is gonna say but it might be rather personal." Harry explained.

"Sure thing Harry I wanted to see if Hannah was able to get tickets for the cup I'll be back in a bit. I'm glad you got to meet someone who knew your parents." said Neville getting up and opening the door for Ginny. When they were gone Ron shut the door looking curiously at Harry.

"It's from Sirius I just didn't want to say that in front of Neville and Ginny until we can explain it to them." Harry said quickly.

"Go on then read it for us." Hermione said excitedly.

Dear Harry, I hope this finds you before you reach your aunt and uncle. I don't know whether they're used to owl post. Buckbeak and I are in hiding. I won't tell you where, in case this owl falls into the wrong hands. I have some doubt about his reliability, but he is the best I could find, and he did seem eager for the job. I believe the Dementors are still searching for me, but they haven't a hope of finding me here. I am planning to allow some Muggles to glimpse me soon, a long way from Hogwarts, so that the security on the castle will be lifted. There is something I never got around to telling you during our brief meeting. It was I who sent you the Firebolt—

"Ha!" said Hermione triumphantly. "See! I told you it was from him!" "Yes, but he hadn't jinxed it, had he?" said Ron. "Ouch!" The tiny owl, now hooting happily in his hand, had nibbled one of his fingers in what it seemed to think was an affectionate way.

Crookshanks took the order to the Owl Office for me. I used your name but told them to take the gold from my own Gringotts vault. Please consider it as thirteen birthdays' worth of presents from your godfather. I would also like to apologize for the fright I think I gave you that night last year when you left your uncle's house. I had only hoped to get a glimpse of you before starting my journey north, but I think the sight of me alarmed you. I am enclosing something else for you, which I think will make your next year at Hogwarts more enjoyable. Now about that thing that happened when I got free I found a safe place for you, Moony and me it's in London it's well protected even if Dumbledore doesn't entirely agree I'm your guardian and I have the Gringotts forms to prove it. Moony will meet you at King's Cross to take you home. Fair warning we will be spending a good amount of time cleaning. I don't think anyone has been here for five years.

Sirius

Harry looked eagerly inside the envelope. There was another piece of parchment in there. He read it through quickly and felt suddenly as warm and content as though he'd swallowed a bottle of hot butterbeer in one gulp.

I, Sirius Black, Harry Potter's godfather, hereby give him permission to visit Hogsmeade on weekends.

"That'll be good enough for Dumbledore!" said Harry happily. He looked back at Sirius's letter. "Hang on, there's a PS…"

I thought your friend Ron might like to keep this owl, as it's my fault he no longer has a rat.

"Wait, he is giving me this owl?" Ron asked, He looked closely at the owl for a moment; then, to Harry's and Hermione's great surprise, he held him out for Crookshanks to sniff. "What do you reckon?" Ron asked the cat. "Definitely an owl?" Crookshanks purred. "That's good enough for me," said Ron happily. "He's mine."

"Harry this is great news you'll be in London depending on where I could probably walk there or take the tube. You'll have to write me the address as soon as you can." Hermione said looking hopeful.

Soon the train pulled into King's Cross station Harry, Ron and Hermione gathered their belongings and started to leave the platform when they saw the Dursleys waiting for Harry.

"Let's go boy I haven't got all day to wait around for you." shouted Uncle Vernon.

"Excuse me. Are you Mr. Vernon Dursley?" asked the gruff voice of Remus Lupin.

"Yeah who's asking?" he rudely replied.

"My name is Remus Lupin and I represent Lord Sirius Orion Black. I am here to tell you that you are no longer responsible for the welfare of one Harry James Potter as his legal guardian deemed by the last will and testament of his parents is going to be taking him from now on." Remus said so formally it shocked everyone that knew him.

"He won't be returning to my house. What about the letter Petunia got when we took him in special protections from your lot based on a blood link and what not? You know what nevermind I don't care take him he's your problem now. I expect you'll be returning for the belongings he left in his room?" Vernon said.

"No, I have everything with me in my trunk. I don't need to back this could be goodbye Uncle can you tell Aunt Petunia and Dudley for me?" Harry spoke up. Vernon grunted in acknowledgment and left the station.

"Moony I'm so glad to see you. We got the letter I had hoped you'd find me before he did I'd have found it hilarious to leave him stuck waiting for me for a few hours." Harry said hugging Remus quickly.

"Professor Lupin Harry's letter said that you guys would be staying in London I live in Hampstead Garden. I was wondering how far from there you were so that I could see Harry over the summer?" Hermione asked, blushing slightly at the look Lupin gave.

"Hermione as I am no longer your professor please feel free to call me Remus or Moony if you prefer, as for where we are staying Padfoot thought that might come up so he gave me this." Remus said, handing her a folded scrap of paper. Hermione opened it and it read.

The Ancestral home of the Blacks is

located at 12 Grimmauld Place, London.

"I know where this is, it's only a half hour away. Harry, come meet my parents, you to Moony." Hermione said, grabbing Harry's hand and pulling him to the waving couple.

"Hi mummy hi daddy, this is Harry. Harry, this is my mum and dad Dr.s Ian and Jean Granger. This is Harry's Uncle Remus or as Harry likes to call him Moony not the other one I told you about, he was also our DADA teacher this past year." Hermione says quickly and excitedly.

"Really and why are you not continuing the position Mr. Lupin?" Mr. Granger asked.

"Some personal issues came up and I am unable to devote my time to teaching full time. A spot of good news is that I have taken custody of young Harry here and according to Ms. Granger you live not too far away so the children will be able to see each other quite often." Remus replied.

"Well I'm sure Hermione will be delighted. I know she worries about Harry all summer with the relatives he used to live with." Ms. Granger said.

"Yea well we best be getting on, need to get Harry settled into his new room." Remus said quickly.

After a 10 minute walk Harry and Remus arrived outside a collection of buildings in a very muggle part of London. Harry looked at the houses and saw that they were numbered but number 12 was not there.

"Ummm Moony where is…." Harry began.

"Think about the note Harry." Remus quickly

Harry thought, and no sooner had he reached the part about number twelve, Grimmauld Place, than a battered door emerged out of nowhere between numbers eleven and thirteen, followed swiftly by dirty walls and grimy windows. It was as though an extra house had inflated, pushing those on either side out of its way. Harry gaped at it. The stereo in number eleven thudded on. Apparently the Muggles inside hadn't felt anything.
