A/N: So I wanted to get the opinion of the fans I've been thinking of trying my hand at a time-travel fix-it fic what do you all think?

Here it is the day Harry had been dreading, the first full moon at Hogwarts. The only good thing was it was on a weekend so Harry, Ron and Hermione came up with the perfect excuse, Harry was going to be in the Hospital due to a defense training mishap Friday afternoon. After DADA Harry was escorted to the Hospital Wing by Hermione while Ron told everyone he pushed his shield too far by having both him and Hermione fire at him at once.

"Oh Mr. Potter I have the potion from Professor Snape for you already. After dinner we can discuss the Headmaster's plan for your turning." Madam Pomfrey told him.

"Wait Dumbledore's plan? I thought I was going to floo back to Grimmauld Place?" asked Harry.

"Well I will allow you to call and speak with them but the Headmaster believes that with the tournament happening this year it would be better for you to stay on the grounds at least during the full moon. I think he planned to update the protective wards on the Shrieking Shack for your use." she explained.

"The Shrieking Shack but that leaves nothing to hunt and nowhere to run even on wolfsbane. Mooney said it's better to do at least a quarter night's run and half the night's hunt. Is the headmaster coming down?" exclaimed Harry.

"Ah no, the headmaster will not be joining us. I will take you in about an hour's time. Until then you may use the floo to call home." Madam Pomfrey explained.

Harry nodded, took his potion and walked over to the fireplace to call Sirius and Remus.

"Number 12 Grimmauld Place."

"Harry, so you heard the change in plans I take it?" Sirius asked when Harry appeared in the fire.

"I'm not coming back home for the turn." Harry confirmed.

"Yes but the reason has nothing to do with the tournament, more with your dream about Voldemort. Dumbledore wants to keep you close at all times, it's part of the reason he brought Mad-Eye out of retirement. That eye of his I'm sure you've seen it can see quite a bit better than even your eyes." Sirius laughed. " He's reading the signs and they are very concerning. We made arrangements for the hunt. The Shack is a lot different from when Moony used it."

"Where is Moony?" Harry asked, suddenly.

"Well that's complicated and we don't have enough time. I just wanted you to know this wasn't just something Dumbledore did to control you he explained to us his concerns and we agreed for your safety Hogwarts is best, people can disrupt Floo travel even intercept it and I don't want anything to happen to you." Sirius told him the concern in his voice was very obvious.

"Ok Padfoot I'll stay but I'm not happy about it. I'm still adjusting to things with the change. Moony was supposed to be able to help, but for you I'll do it." Harry begrudgingly agreed.

"Thanks pup now, we will talk again in three days, be safe and don't do anything reckless." said Sirius as he backed out of the floo call.

"What's going on?" Hermione asked.

"I have to turn in the shack while at Hogwarts this year at least, with everything going on. Both Dumbledore and Padfoot feel that things are too tense for me to risk the floo traveling back and forth. It all comes back to the dream." Harry explained.

"Ok Harry I'll be here to collect you in three days please be safe." Hermione said, giving one of her famous bone crushing hugs.

"I'll be fine, just might have a few more scars." said Harry, smirking.

Madam Pomfrey gave Harry his potion and then under his invisibility cloak escorted him to the Whomping Willow and into the Shrieking Shack. She left Harry at the base of the tunnel and wished him good night and that she would be back in three days. Harry slowly walked up to the room where just last year he had learned the truth about his parents' death. What he found was also very surprising. Standing there waiting for him was the man he really needed tonight.

"Moony?" he asked, surprised.

"Yeah pup it's me we worked it out with Dumbledore the first few months I'll floo to the three broomsticks and walk up here and meet you on the full moons." Remus explained.

"I thought I was going to have to turn alone tonight. I was not looking forward to that. I don't know how the wolf will react." said Harry, nervously.

"Well you don't need to worry about that, the thing we are most concerned with is the lack of good hunting in the shack may cause the wolves to battle each other." Remus said, looking very worried.

"Is that possible?" Harry asked.

"Honestly I don't know. It may happen or my wolf will hopefully recognize you as his pup and not bother the potion will help as you know we keep most of our mind but once hunger becomes a thing on the last day or so that's when things will get tricky." he explained.

"Well I guess we will wait and see what happens and be better prepared next month." said Harry.

Having both taken the potion made things a little easier on both of them. The turn was less painful then the other two not to say it didn't still hurt. After they finished turning Harry and Moony began to wander the Shrieking Shack, Moony was now too big to fit down the tunnel to wander the grounds and for Harry's wolf it was a tight squeeze if he tried. Having the other wolf made Harry feel better but the size of the shack wasn't nearly large enough for two wolves to exercise properly. As the sun began to rise, Harry's wolf started to get restless and playful with the older wolf. Moony, understanding the young pup's energy, entertained him for a while before settling down in a corner to sleep around midday. Moony was woken up just after sunset by a very irritated young wolf. Harry was hungry but they hadn't been able to get anything into the shack with the last minute change. Harry started nipping at Moony's heels trying to get the old wolf to hunt with him. After a few minutes Moony stood up and growled at the young pup Harry backed down and went to another room. It went like this for most of the second day every so often the younger wolf would test the older wolf's patience and get put in place.

It wasn't until the final night that things took a wrong turn. As the hunger became strong the wolves became wilder, harder to control, and that's when Harry made a dangerous move. The young wolf began to stalk over to the older one and when the time was right he lunged. Moony half asleep didn't expect to be woken by a young wolf biting into his left flank and naturally went on the defense. The old wolf twisted back, grabbing Harry by the scruff of the neck and wrenching him backward. Baring his teeth at the young wolf Moony wanted to let him know he went too far but the young wolf was not going to back down. Harry lunged again and Moony swatted him across the muzzle. Harry looked back and saw Moony stand up to full height ready for a fight. Harry lunged for Moony's ankle wrapping his teeth around the base of his leg and pulled the older wolf off balance. As Moony went down he raked his paw across the back of Harry's neck cutting into the flesh. Harry yelped in pain and jumped back from Moony ready to strike again. Moony didn't wait this time and lunged at Harry biting into his shoulder, the same shoulder he bit him when he turned him. With a tight grip Moony tossed Harry down the stairs where he laid until the sun came up and the boy returned.

When Madam Pomfrey came into the Shrieking Shack to collect Harry she found Lupin patching up Harry's cuts with supplies he had hidden away.

"Oh heavens! What happened?" she asked.

"We forgot one crucial element to werewolves in closed spaces, Food. By the end of last night Harry was getting pretty hungry and decided to eat Moony and they kinda had a row." Lupin explained.

"Ah yes that would have been very important to have around. Well let's get you up to the Hospital wing and patched up then you can head to breakfast." she said, holding out her hand.

Once in the Hospital Wing Madam Pomfrey was able to heal the cut on hit neck but the bite was going to have to heal on its own due to it being both from Remus and the original bite, meaning Harry would have his arm in a sling for a week or so.

That was how most people saw Harry walk into the Great Hall for breakfast that morning. Hermione looked very concerned with his current state. Ron was busy stuffing his face, Susan and Daphne both noticed the arm as well. Harry sat down and started grabbing as much food as he could before the elves took it away.

"Harry what happened to you?" Hermione asked, looking at the sling.

"Just a disagreement with Moony. It has to heal on it's own." he explained.

"I see, someone learned not to mess with his elders then." she snickered.

"Yea turns out we forgot the basic element of survival. Food." Harry told her hungrily eyeing his plate.

The next few days Harry, Ron, and Hermione fell into the normal routine of school with the exception of Daphne and Susan helping Harry in classes until his arm healed. It was in Herbology that things took an interesting turn. Susan partnered with Harry in extracting Bubotuber pus from plants of the same name. One-handed it was pretty much impossible to extract the pus so Susan had him hold the bottom while she squeezed the pus out. Susan didn't mind at all but she did guess what it meant that Harry was injured when he was supposed to be in the hospital wing. She was eyeing him carefully looking for the signs that would prove her theory. She wanted proof before confronting either of them or bringing it to Daphne.

"Harry I thought you were in the hospital for what happened in defense and yet you return with your arm in a sling." Susan stated.

"I messed up trying to heal it myself and Pomfrey did what she could but the arm has to heal on its own." he replied.

"You never said you wanted to be a healer." Susan said, curious.

"No definitely not just with how often I'm in her care she thought it a wise idea to teach me some things. Clearly not enough." Harry said, gesturing to his arm.

"Well maybe next time you'll think twice about trying to heal yourself before you're ready." Said Susan, smirking at him. "So what do you think about the tournament are you gonna try and enter?"

"Absolutely not! I would love nothing more than to have a quiet year and sit back and watch someone else get the glory." He replied, almost as quickly as he could.

"You have had a rather unique Hogwarts experience at least where the rumor mill is concerned. I do wonder how much of that is true though." Said Susan, curiously.

"The rumors are probably greatly exaggerated compared to the truth. Maybe one free afternoon you can ask Hermione to give you the details. I don't really like reliving them." Harry told her looking sullenly.

"Maybe I will but it looks like class is about over so I will see you in Charms class on thursday." Susan said as she began to pack up.

When the sling finally came off it was well into October and the first Hogsmeade weekend was coming up. Harry had received a letter from Sirius saying he and Remus would meet him in a private room at the Three Broomsticks. Sirius wanted to check on him after his fight with Moony and Remus wanted to apologize again. Daphne and Susan both had several conversations about Harry and were just about ready to bring their suspicions to Hermione When disaster struck Daphne. The Friday before the Hogsmeade weekend everyone was sitting at breakfast when the post owls made their way to their owners. Daphne noticed her father's Great-Horned Owl fly in and land by her. She took the letter and slowly opened it.

Dear Daughter

Daughter, the time has come for me to inform you of a contract that exists between our house and the house of Black. I was informed by the goblins of Gringotts that the Head of House Black is passing the contract to his heir due to medical inability to continue the line. Now it is my knowledge that the heir to the title of Black is none other than Draco Malfoy. I want you to take the time to get familiar with him. I plan on reaching out to the Head of the Black family and getting things squared away soon. I want you and him to be at least civil to each other by then.

Your Father

Daphne read the letter three times to make sure she was reading it right. This couldn't have been anymore of a disaster. Draco the pompous arrogant self-proclaimed king of slytherin since third-year started he had made multiple attempts to get her attention. She had gone so far as to show him why she was called the Ice Queen of slytherin to get him to back off and now she is supposed to marry him. She decided she was going to enlist Susan to help her get out of it in any way she could.

The next morning found Harry, Ron, and Hermione in a carriage bound for Hogsmeade. When they arrived they went shopping at Honeydukes, Tomes and Scrolls, and Scrivenshaft's Quill Shop before going to The Three Broomsticks to meet with Remus and Sirius in a private room. Remus met them at the door and ushered them in and quickly closed the door adding silencing and locking charms to the door so no one accidentally walked in and saw Sirius.

"Glad you guys could get here so quickly. Harry, how are you doing?" Remus asked nervously.

"I'm fine now, my neck was stiff for days but all healed, nothing to worry about hopefully learned a lesson about messing with my elders." Harry replied, smirking.

"Harry, what were you thinking trying to tackle Moony on an empty stomach?" asked Sirius.

"I wasn't thinking I was hungry and the wolf kind of took over. One thing led to another and Moony put the wolf in his place." He replied, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Well I guess that's it. Harry, I really wanted to come here and tell you that just after you left for Hogwarts I got a letter from Gringotts that confirmed a few things for me. First, I am now the Head of House Black, after Uncle Alphard died he left everything to me including the title of Lord Black. Well with that came a few unexpected outcomes which we will get to later. Second, I needed to have an heir for House Black so naturally the first thing I did was have Andi and with the help of Dumbledore Poppy give me a full medical work up to determine if that was possible on my end, Remus and I were ready to have a long talk about it. Sadly due to either such long dementor exposure or just Black family genetics I am unable to have children. Which brings me to you, I have named you my heir so when I die you will become Lord Potter and Lord Black." Sirius paused to let that fact sink in then continued. "Before you protest, if I didn't make you my heir then it goes to the next living male descendant which just so happens to be my dear cousin Narcissa's spawn Draco Malfoy. Which let's be real no one wants to give that little cretin more power. So you get it and all the perks and props with it which includes a marriage contract to a daughter in the Greengrass family"

Ok guys I'm ending it with that I know some of you have been waiting awhile for an update and I apologize I'm trying but the muse wasn't with me for a while I'm hoping to get better soon thanks for your support.
