Ruby and Yang moved closer to Blake. Giving her a reassuring side of sorts, team JNPR doing the same, except minus the hug part. Wanting to let her know that all of them support her and are completely fine that their quiet friend is a Faunus.

Weiss didn't move, because she would think during this moment Blake didn't want to be near her. Weiss wanted Blake to have space from her, after hearing all the horrible things she's said about the Faunus. Ruby tried to encourage her, but she politely declined.

To say Blake appreciated the acceptance would be an understatement, she felt down right relieved, feeling as if a large weight was removed from her shoulders. Thankful that her friends were so welcoming when learning she was a Faunus.

Granted, her friends already knew, but to be reminded that it wasn't an issue was relieving.

Not feeling as nervous, Blake grabbed the remote and played the last episode of the first volume.

*Volume Intro*

"Finally, she speaks!" Sun raises his hands in relief. The episode begins where the previous episode left off. Blake and Sun sitting at a table on the roof of a cafe balcony. "Nearly two days and you give me nothing but small talk and weird looks."

"Yeah, like that." Sun points out when Blake narrows her eyes in a glare.

Blake rolls her eyes before speaking in what was implied, two days. "Sun, are you familiar with the White Fang?"

"Of course, I don't think there's a Faunus on the planet who hasn't heard of them." Sun starts off normally. "Stupid, holier-than-thou creeps that use force to get whatever they want. Bunch of freaks if you ask me." Before it crashed and burned.

"How ironic…." Ren mumbled to himself. A Faunus calling other Faunus freaks.

"I don't think that was the answer you were looking for." Yang grimaces at the screen, rhetorically asking Blake.

The Faunus sighed and shook her head. "But it was the answer I was expecting, sadly enough."

Blake takes a sip of her tea. "I was once a member of the White Fang."

Not expecting that response, Sun chokes on his tea. "Wait a minute, 'you' were a member of the White Fang?" He asks in disbelief.

"That's right. I was a member for most of my life actually. You would almost say I was born into it." Blake answers nonchalantly.

The screen fades to a different scenery. Black silhouettes of swords stuck out on the battlefield. The sky a dusty red, Blake's voice continuing in the background.

"Back then, things were different. In the ashes of war, the White Fang was meant to be a symbol of peace and unity between humans and Faunus." Faunus and mankind shake their hands with one another in tranquility.

We were promised equality, but they all turned a blind eye to that promise and left us with hatred and discrimination. Blake thought to herself solemnly, her ears folding.

The movement didn't go unnoticed by a pair of lilac eyes.Yang looks over at her partner, her mind thinking over the words spoken on screen. She frowns and hesitates to give her friend a comforting hand, wondering if she would hate how she keeps giving her Faunus friend sympathy for something she possibly couldn't understand.

Pushing those thoughts away, she gave a light squeeze to the girl's hand. Deciding to avoid eye contact when she feels a pair of eyes staring at the side of her head.

The screen shows a single Faunus being criticized by a bunch of humans. Crouching low to the ground, attempting to cover their ears.

"Of course, despite being promised equality, the Faunus were subjected to discrimination and hate."

Two Faunus step forward, and protect the Faunus being harshly ridiculed. "Humanity still thought of us as lesser beings. And so, the White Fang rose up as a voice of our people."

Many Faunus stand in a group, holding signs. A smaller and younger Faunus in front of them all.

"And I was there. I was at the front of every rally. I took part in every boycott."

The younger Faunus gained her color, showing a young Blake, passionately protesting.

"I know this is a serious talk, but can we just appreciate how adorable little Blake was!" Nora squealed, her eyes containing stars.

"Aww! You're so cute!" Following along with Nora, Ruby squished her cheeks together in adoration.

Blake melted in her seat, groaning with embarrassment as her face grew a cherry red. Please make this stop.

"Don't be ashamed Blakey." Bringing Blake closer into a tight hug. "And think of this as a way to clear the air." Yang finished.

Blake didn't respond and stayed tucked in her small ball. This caused Yang to sigh, letting her be but not letting her go just yet.

"And I actually thought we were making a difference… but I was just a youthful optimist."

The screen presents a blue flag with a white beast head, surrounded by a white circle. It's seen being lowered and replaced with a new one. A blue flag that contained a red beast head with three claws marks running down the middle.

"Then, five years ago, our leader stepped down, and a new one took his place. A new leader, with a new way of thinking."

Three Faunus started off with protest signs that turned to swords and battle axes. Two Faunus jump on top of a train, ready to steal.

"Suddenly, our peaceful protests were being replaced with organized attacks."

An innocent window is shown being smashed to pieces. "We were setting fire to shops that refused us service, hijacking cargo from companies that used Faunus labor, and the worst part was; it was working."

Three Faunus stood tall. "We were being treated equals, but not out of respect, out of fear." One of the Faunus grew a cruel smile, proud of their work.

"We always suspected how badly the Faunus have been treated, but we never witnessed or heard the full story." Ren solemnly looks at the screen.

"There's more to a tale than just a simple cover, it's just a matter of reading it." Blake replies, seeming as if she was about to shed a tear.

All her friends moved in closer, attempting to console the feline faunus. It didn't help as much as they wanted it to, but Blake appreciated the effort greatly.

Returning back to Sun and Blake, the girl sets down her cup in its respective saucer. "So, I left. I decided I no longer wanted to use my skills to aid in their violence. And instead, I would dedicate my life to becoming a huntress. So, here I am. A criminal hiding in plain view, all with the help of a little black bow." Blake's eyes train on her ears, and under the bow, said ears give a small wiggle.

"So, have you told your friends any of this?" Sun asks her seriously.

Blake responds with a tight shut of her eyes, as well as giving no answer.

"No, but we know now. And ever since this day, we have learned to be open minded." Weiss finally speaks to Blake after so long of staying quiet. "I have learned to be more open-minded."

"Yeah! And by doing this we've all become closer as friends!" Ruby shouts enthusiastically.

"And partners." Yang finishes, but only allows the two of them to hear.

"I'm sure this will also make us learn more about each other as well, not just as teammates!" Pyrrha adds.

"Blaaaaake!"

"Blake!"

The screen fades to both Ruby and Yang calling out for their Faunus teammate; Weiss's alongside them, though she keeps quiet at her team's persistent yelling.

"Blake! Where are you!" Ruby continues to call for her friend repeatedly, only this time she ends it with a question.

"Blake!" Yang does the same, yelling the same thing in hopes her partner will return.

Frustrated, Ruby turns to her friend to scold her. "Weiss, you're not helping."

"Oh, you know who might be able to help? The police," the girl retorts, this causing the red huntress to grunt her name, arms folding in the process.

All groan in the room, except for Weiss and Blake herself.

Time, it's just a matter of time. Her character grows, but they'll need to be patient and bear with her until those moments arrive.

"It was just an idea!" The heiress calls out in exasperation.

"Yeah, a bad one," Ruby mumbles.

"Weiss, I think we should hear her side of the story before we jump to any conclusions." Yang tries to be the logical one in this situation, and attempts to reason with Weiss.

No one seemed to notice the soft smile that appeared on Blake's face when Yang spoke. Thank you, Yang.

"I think when we hear it, you'll all realize I was right," Weiss says, countering Yang.

"And I think Weiss's hair looks wonderful today." Comes a very familiar voice; Penny, as she is seen following the three girls.

"Where did she come from?!" Jaune exclaims, kinda creeped. The 'girl' continues to pop out of nowhere everytime she comes on screen.

"How does she keep appearing out of nowhere?" Ren adds to Jaune's scream.

All three girls swiftly turn around in surprise to see Penny. "Ahh! Penny, where did you come from?" Ruby pops the question.

"Hey guys, what're you up to?" She completely ignores Ruby's question and acts as if she wasn't following them for who knows how long.

Ruby is hesitant to answer, so Yang does it for her, "We're looking for Blake."

"Ohh, you mean the Faunus girl," Penny casually says, understanding who Yang meant.

The room was silent. Everyone sat bug eyed, save for Ruby who was internally panicking.

"I'm sorry, what!?" Yang was the first to yell, her expression was the same as everyone else's, disbelief.

Ruby was profusely sweating in her seat; she wanted to keep it a secret for as long as this would allow, but the show will more than likely tell them anyway.

"How did she know I was a Faunus?! She hasn't even known me for more than a week!" A small part of Blake began to tell her it was obvious, the signs were there. She swiftly swatted those thoughts away, if it took her friends months to figure out then Penny must've been incredibly vigilant.

The three of them stared at Penny, Ruby asking the big question, albeit suspiciously. "Wait, how did you know that?"

"Uhh, the cat ears," Penny said, visually pointing to the top of her head.

"What cat ears? She wears a…..bow," Yang trailed off, coming to a moment of realization.

Now to me that seems like a 'Blonde Moment'. An inaudible laugh echoes around the room.

A few chuckles spread around the room and Yang simply laughed awkwardly at her past self.

The streets are silent and a random tumbleweed makes itself known as it rolls on and off screen. Ruby turns to sister and whispers, "She does like tuna a lot."

"So, where is she?" Penny asks the group, oblivious to the situation at hand.

"We don't know, she's been missing since Friday," Ruby replies glumly.

Penny strides to Ruby, taking a hold of her forearms with a gasp, "That's terrible, well don't you worry Ruby my friend, I won't rest until we find your teammate." Her hands rest into fists, striking a confident pose.

Ruby's trying to let down her friend easily, insisting they're fine, "Uh, that's really nice of you Penny but w-we're okay, really, right guys?" She looks over and finds Weiss and Yang absent.

"You two are traitors," Ruby grumbles to herself, arms crossed with a pout resting on her features.

Yang attempted to softly apologize, but Ruby paid her no heed. Weiss knew Ruby would slowly get over it, but lightly pat her partner's right shoulder.

It's silent again when another tumbleweed comes rolling down the sidewalk. "It sure is windy today," says Penny.

The scene changes to show Sun and Blake, the former having his hands resting behind his head. "So, what's the plan now?" Sun says, breaking the silence.

"I still don't believe the White Fang is behind these robberies, they've never needed that much dust before," Blake replies, turning to Sun.

Sun's eyes widened, a realization hitting him. "What if they did, I mean, the only way to prove that they didn't do it is to go to the place that they would most likely go to if they were to do it and not find them there, right?"

"That sounded a lot more convoluted than it needed to be," Ren commented.

"Yeah, it could have been worded a little bit more simpler than that, but I see where he's going with it," Weiss added.

"The only thing is, I have no idea where that would be." Blake comes to a roadblock in Sun's current plan.

"Well, while I was on the ship, I heard some guys talking about offloading a huge shipment of dust coming in from Atlas," Sun added.

Blake questioned, "How huge?"

"Huge, big Schnee company frater," Sun finished.

"You're sure?" Blake questions one last time before they follow through with this.

The scene switches again to Yang and Weiss, walking out of a building. Yang waves to the person inside, "Thanks anyways!" her mood immediately switches once the door is closed, "Ugh, this is hopeless. You really don't if we find her, do you?"

"Don't be stupid, of course I do, I'm just afraid of what she'll say once we find her, the innocent never run Yang," Weiss sourly returns, making her way down the sidewalk after turning her back to Yang.

Yang frowns, head facing the cement, and the scene switches once again to show Ruby and Penny making their way through the city. "So, Blake is your friend?" Penny asks.

"Ugh, yes Penny," Ruby sounded exhausted.

"And you're mad at her?" Penny continues.

"Yes-well, I'm not, Weiss is," Ruby tries to explain.

"Is she friends with Blake?" Penny is still trying to make sense of the situation.

We're on better terms now, I hope. Weiss silently thinks to herself, casting a glance towards said girl. Apparently, Blake had the same idea and the two of them make eye contact with each other.

Both of them quietly stare at one another for a few moments before Blake sends Weiss a small smile.

Yes, we're on good terms, both of them simultaneously think.

"Well, that's kinda up in the air right now," Ruby hopes to sate Penny's curiosity. She doesn't.

"But, why?" Penny loudly exclaims.

Wait for it.

Ruby sighs, exasperated, "Well, you see, Blake might not be who we thought she was."

Penny gasps and whispers, "Is she a man?"

The room was silent, but it didn't last long as Nora burst out in a fit of laughter, "She thought she was a man!?"

"Yep, that settles it, something is definitely off about her," Jaune tried to speak over Nora's continuous laughing.

"It's pretty obvious she's a female," Pyrrha added.

Ruby was silently shaking, and this didn't go unnoticed by Weiss who eyed her friend suspiciously, Ruby knows something that she isn't telling us.

Ruby waves her hands, dismissing the silly idea. "No, no Penny, I don't know what she is. She didn't exactly talk to us before she decided to run off."

"I don't have a lot of friends, but if I did, I would want them to talk to me about things," Penny shrugs while trying to give Ruby some solace.

Ruby looks down and agrees with her, her voice full of sadness. The scene changes, it's now nighttime and Blake rests on her stomach atop one of the dock's structures. "Did I miss anything?" A sudden voice appears next to hers, and she turns her focus to Sun who comes dropping down with food cradled in his arms.

"Not really, they've offloaded all the crates from the boat, now they're just sitting there," Blake answers.

"Cool, stole you some food." Sun extends his hand to give Blake a green apple.

I'm just going to let myself think he actually paid for those, Weiss thought to herself with a small frown.

"Do you always break the law without a second thought?" Blake asks him skeptically.

"Hey, weren't you in a cult or something?" Sun quickly retorts back, giving her an incredulous look while he was at it.

Next to her, Blake tried to be discreet about the slight snort she let loose. She wanted to lightly reprimand the blonde, but decided to just let it go; this all happened in the past.

"I don't think that was the right time to joke around," Pyrrha commented.

A very visible scowl was present on Blake's expression, and Sun realized his mistake, "Okay, too soon." Right as he finished a large gust of wind shot past them, and both of them could see a large airship planning its landing. The hatch door opened and a member of the White Fang immediately walked out of the ship searching the premises.

"Oh no," Blake breathed in dismay.

"Is that them?" Sun asked the obvious question.

"Yes, it's them," Blake answered as the camera zoomed in on the back of the uniform jacket.

The rest of the group members proceed to walk off the ship. A White Fang member holding a gun tells the others to start gathering the dusts' toe cables.

"You really didn't think they were behind it, did you?" Sun asks towards a solemn Blake.

"No, I think deep down, I knew. I just didn't want to be right," Blake replies sorrowfully.

Yang feels her partner slumping down against her arm, deciding not to wonder how they came in contact in the first place, and uses the same tactic she does with her sister. She brought her right hand up from the couch and lightly placed it on the side of Blake's hair, lightly nudging her closer; giving Blake the option to pull away if she so desired.

But, she didn't, and willingly laid her head on Yang's shoulder. Yang thought about going further and softly scratching her ear, but she decided against it and gently caressed the girl's hair.

No one heard it, but Blake gave a faint, small purr.

"Hey! What's the hold up?" Blake's eyes widened in shock when she heard an unexpected voice yell down from the dock. "We're not exactly the most inconspicuous thieves at the moment, soo why don't you animals try and pick up the pace," The voice belonged to none other than Roman Torchwicke himself.

Blake shook her head in disbelief, "This isn't right, the White Fang would never work with a human, especially not one like that." Blake stood up and brought out Gambol Shroud.

"Hey, what are you doing?!" Sun yells as Blake drops from their hiding place. Said girl runs a short distance, hiding behind a Schnee dust crate, eavesdropping on the current conversation.

"No you idiot! This isn't a leash," Roman gets out before comes in with Gambol Shroud held against his throat, "Oh for fu-"

Yang didn't understand what it was, but something about seeing this way Blake made her fireheart race a little faster. Yang immediately swatted those thoughts from her head, not knowing what came over her but also knew whatever it was, it wasn't the time.

He was abruptly cut off by Blake, "Nobody move!"

At the apparent threat, the White Fang members drew their weapons. "Wahoah! Take it easy there little lady," Roman said, sounding surprisingly calm for a man with a blade against his throat.

Blake and Roman became more surrounded, but Blake abruptly untied her bow and let the ribbon fly. "Brothers of the White Fang, why are you aiding this scum?!" Blake yelled towards them, this also just so happened to make them stand down.

Roman gave a light chuckle, "Oh kid, didn't you get the memo?"

"What're you talking about?" Blake yells aggressively.

"That the White Fang and I are goin in on a joint business venture together," Roman answers for her.

She doesn't let down her guard, in fact, it only heightens as she brings the blade closer than it already was. "Tell me what it is or I'll put an end to your little operation," Blake demands.

Overhead, an airship makes itself known, the propellers whipping up the wind around them, and you could faintly hear Roman as he yells over the noise, "I wouldn't exactly call it a 'little operation'."

The both of them look up as two airships hover and rotate around them; Blake's frown deepens, but Roman's smirk grows. He points down his cane and fires, blasting Blake backwards.

"BLAKE!!" Everyone except the Faunus yell, worried for their friend. Said girl winces greatly, the volume of their shouts hurting tremendously.

"You all do realize that that was in the past and I'm here and perfectly fine, correct?" Blake points out when all of them have settled down to a tolerable degree. Ruby, Jaune, and Nora embarrassingly rubbed the back of their necks.

In the distance, Ruby and Penny looked back in alarm upon hearing the large explosion and the visible dark cloud of smoke near the dock. "Oh no," Ruby mumbled to herself.

Blake is on her stomach, Roman taking her moment of weakness as an opportunity by firing away a second and third time. Blake managed to roll out of the way in the nick of time and backhand springed away from the repeating fire.

She runs behind one of the crates, Roman languidly following after her. "Here kitty kitty," Roman says slowly.

"That sounds really wrong when taken out of context," Nora says, getting plenty of stares from her friends.

Ren places a hand on her shoulder and shakes his head.

An empty banana peel lands on his hat, disgusted, he looks up to find Sun crashing down on him. "Leave her alone," Sun threatens in a low voice. The hatches of both of the airships open, allowing multiple White Fang members to jump and land directly behind Roman and Sun.

"You are not the brightest banana in the bunch, are ya kid?" Roman mockingly states.

Ruby crosses her arms with a deep pout, "How rude."

"Dolt, he's our enemy and a criminal, he's not supposed to be nice."

The White Fang members took that as their cue to attack; all of them charged Sun but dodged each and every one of their strikes. Countering them, he socked and kicked every single one before bringing out his weapon, Ruyi Bang.

Wielding it skillfully, he blocked their attacks, holding his own and facing them on. Blake looked out behind the crate and watched, seeing him jump and spin with his agility. Roman groaned, ducking as one of the members was thrown behind him. He pulled out his cane and fired at Sun, the boy blocking it as well as Blake making herself known in the battle once more. "He's mine!" Blake yelled as she rapidly advanced toward the man. Using both Gambol Shroud and its sheath, she fought Roman off, using her shadow semblance to continuously hit him from different angles.

"Go Blake!" Ruby yelled, punching her fist into the air. Next to her, Weiss showing the same enthusiasm, though in a more collected manner.

"Kick his butt Blake!" Shouted Nora.

Yang showed incredible restraint when she didn't shout, considering Blake was still close to her. (Did she move even closer?) But, Blake could feel her whole body vibrate in contained excitement.

Sadly, the battle took a different turn when Blake's cat-like reflexes weren't fast enough to avoid all the blows Roman was dealing. The guy laughed maliciously when he knocked Blake to the ground, but Sun gladly took her place to give her a chance to get back up. His once red staff was now a pair of nunchucks.

Ruby was practically gleaming over Sun's weapons.

His nunchucks swung while the blast of gunshots could be heard. Sun stalled him enough to where Blake was back in the fight, happily knocking him off his feet and back a few meters. While he was on his back, he looked up and saw a hanging crate; using his cane, Roman fired at the wire causing the large metal to come falling down above Blake and Sun.

Both jumped out of the way in different directions, Sun inconveniently happening to make himself an open target as Roman's cane is targeted right on his back. Upon seeing this, Sun reels back in alarm.

In the distance, the sound of Ruby's yell could be heard, "Hey!" Both Sun and Roman looked in the direction of the outburst.

"Again? You couldn't have come up with anything better?" Yang said in exasperation.

"Yeah, you had a second chance and you chose to go with the same thing?" Nora asked, agreeing with Ruby's sister.

On top of a building, Ruby swung her scythe to where the tip crashed into the concrete roof.

"Oh, hello Red! Isn't past your bedtime?" Roman asks, condescending her.

Penny walks up to Ruby from behind and asks innocently, "Ruby, are these people your friends?" Ruby immediately responds by telling Penny to back up. Roman takes this as an opening to strike at the two of them, and he successfully hits Ruby, causing her to be blown back.

Roman being a classic and cliche villain, he begins to laugh maniacally. Penny looks down at her friend and frowns deeply, stepping forward, prepared to fight Roman off herself. "Penny, wait, stop!" Ruby calls for her, reaching out a futile hand.

"Don't worry Ruby," Penny's eyes narrow, "I'm combat ready!" A compartment on her back opens, revealing a multitude of blades.

"That isn't normal, right?" Nora questions, a nervous chuckle following.

"It- It looks like she split her back apart," Yang says, her voice indicating she's creeped out.

If anyone took a second notice they would see Ruby slightly shaking. Weiss wasn't blind, and she finally decided to call Ruby out on her suspicious behavior. "Alright Ruby, what do you know? It just seems a little odd how each time we raise questions about Penny you start to go stiff."

All eyes moved towards Ruby, finally taking notice of her tense posture. "I, uh, d-don't know what you're-" Ruby started but was abruptly cut off by a raised hand from her partner.

"Don't you try playing dumb with me, your partner. What do you know Ruby?" Weiss interrogates, both hands placed on her hips in a position to make Ruby shrink and break.

Ruby was silent as all eyes stared, waiting for an answer. Sadly for them, they didn't get one when a bright light appeared from the side of the room.

She had long blonde hair that went past her shoulders, greenish hazel eyes that gazed at all of them. She wore a long blue cloak, a tight black long sleeve shirt with many assortments across, as well as open black pants with navy blue gloves. On her back was a weapon, it was covered too much by her cloak. On top of all this, around her neck was a long, red scarf that contained very present tears and burns.

Blake quickly took notice of all the bird-like attributes she presented. The first thing were the massive wings that held an odd but intricate and beautiful pattern; the next were that her feet, if you even want to call them that, were the talons of a falcon.

Yang was the first to break the silence after seeing this newcomer. "Um, hi, who are you?" Said girl got an elbow jab from Blake.

"Well, I can't tell you my name, but you can just call me Midnight," the mysterious woman said.

Blake was the next one to speak up, "You aren't like any Faunus I've seen, and what are you doing here?"

Midnight gave a small chuckle, and people got a clear look at her sharp teeth, especially her elongated canines that weren't as long as a sabers. "Well, I was brought here by Raider to make sure no extreme chaos ensues, and before you ask, she told me that she would return once this episode is done and that someone else would be brought; saying he's a character that sticks around for quite a bit. And I'm not a Faunus, my species is classified as Harpies."

"Why can't we know your real name?" Ruby asks, having her hand raised as if she were in elementary school.

"Where I'm from, I'm not exactly the most well liked by a certain large group of people," Midnight answers, dancing around the real answer. The others decided not to push it but became more weary of Midnight.

"Where are you from?" Jaune asked.

"I'm from a kingdom called Hyrule," Midnight answers easily. (I will shed a little more light on this at the end of the chapter) "Anyways, enough about me, you should all get back to watching the episode. Just know that I'm here for supervision more than anything."

Penny rushes off the building and easily takes out two of the members while airborne, landing on the ground a second later. Spreading her blades, she swiftly slashes through the White Fang members.

A huge wave of them comes running, but Penny creates her blades into a saw-like shape, throwing the blades and wiping out all the members in her way. "Woah," Sun says in surprise before running off somewhere.

More airships make themselves known and open fire at Penny. She protects herself, using her blades as a makeshift shield; she opens up her back compartment and shoots out two more blades that get themselves stuck in a far away wall. Penny uses this to reel herself back, once balanced, she commands her blades into a circle that rotated enough to create a large green charge beam.

This charge beam gained enough energy to split two of the airships in half, members of the White Fang ended up falling to the ground now with their transportation ruined. The halves of the airships continued to fly until they crashed into the water, a massive water pledge flying into the air.

Ruby looked back at the fight to find an airship above Penny, throwing six of her blades to connect with the ship. Once stable, the wires attached to the blades allow Penny to pull it along with her as she moves backwards.

"Her strength rivals mine! And that's saying something," Nora yells out, eyes wide.

Weiss turns her head to Ruby, but Midnight intervened. "No can do, I was told that it will be shown in time," Midnight said, "Not like I know what the spoiler is anyways."

"Woah, how is she doing that?" Ruby mumbled in amazement.

Roman saw this plan as a lost cause and began his escape by running to one the airships that wasn't destroyed. Penny frowned in exertion as she pulled the wires down, thus causing the airship to come crashing down and explode upon contact with the ground. "These kids just keep getting weirder," Roman whispered to himself as the hatch door closed and the airship abandoned the scene.

Penny watched Roman escape, another airship that wasn't ruined in the fight following not too far behind.

Many police cars were parked around the scene, the sound of walkie talkies could be heard. Sun, Ruby, Blake, and Penny were sitting on top of some boxes. After that whole ordeal, Weiss and Yang appear once more.

"Wait, where even were you guys when that whole fight happened?" Nora turned and asked her friends.

"Well, when we heard the explosion that's when we ran over, but before then we were still searching around the city," Yang explained, "albeit with Weiss's sour mood."

"Look, Weiss, it's not what you think she explained the whole thing you see. She doesn't actually wear a bow, she has kitty ears and they're actually kind of cute," Ruby goes off, rambling. Weiss ignores her and continues walking until she's face to face with Blake.

I mean, she isn't wrong, Yang thinks, sneaking a glance at the ears that gave a tiny twitch.

"Weiss," Blake starts, "I want you to know that I'm no longer associated with the White Fang, back when I was-"

"Stop," Weiss abruptly cut her off, "do you have any idea how long we've been searching for you?" Blake just stares at Weiss blankly. "Twelve hours, that means I've had twelve hours to think about this, and in that twelve hours I've decided," the camera switches and changes to show everyone's bated breath, "I don't care!" Weiss yells.

"You don't care?" Blake repeats, sounding confused.

"You said you're not one of them anymore, right?" Weiss questions.

"No, I-I haven't been since I was younger," Blake got in for only about a second.

"Abababop," Weiss raises a hand, telling her to stop, "I don't wanna hear it. All I want to know is that the next time something this big comes up, you come to your teammates. And not some," both of them turn around to look at Sun, "Someone else." Weiss refrains herself from saying anything mean.

"And you have us as well Blake," Pyrrha says down to her friend, the rest of team JNPR agreeing.

Blake looks forward again, gaze directed towards Ruby and Yang then back to Weiss, the girl wiping away a stray tear on her right cheek. "Of course," Blake nods, getting a smile from Weiss.

Ruby looks back and forth at her team and shouts. "Yeah! Team RWBY is back together!!"

Team RWBY and Sun huddle closer together. Weiss yells and points an accusatory finger at Sun. "I'm still not quite sure how I feel about you."

Sun just nervously chuckles. "Hey, wait a minute, where's Penny?" Ruby asks, searching for the red-headed girl.

Penny looks out the window of a car as a mysterious voice speaks to her, "You should know better than to go running around in a strange city."

The car starts and Penny hangs her head low, "I know sir."

The car drives into the distance and the male voice continues, "Penny, your time will come."

Everyone is confused on what that means. Though, Midnight is getting deja vu, remembering all the times she's told her Dove that phrase, wishing there was more she could do.

The screen changes to show Ozpin holding his scroll, on it was Ruby who must've been explaining the situation at the docks to the police. He goes to his messages and reads one that was sent from Qrow, it read 'Queen has pawns'. Ozpin gives a hum at the information before the scene changes to show the academy at nightime.

The screen proceeds to show all the credits of the volume, but the episode isn't quite over yet. Roman Torchwicke is seen walking through an empty warehouse with a briefcase in hand, he places it on a table in the middle of the room and a new voice makes itself known. "How very disappointing Roman." It appeared to be a female voice.

Seeing this as useful information, all of team RWBY and JNPR paid close attention to what was on screen.

"Woah!" Roman yelled out in surprise, "Wasn't expecting to see you guys so soon."

"We were expecting…more from you," says the mysterious woman.

"Hey, you were the ones who suggested working with those stupid mutts from the White Fang," Roman counters, albeit nervously.

"And you will continue to do so," the woman chuckles, creating a small ember in her hand, threatening him. "We have big plans for you, Roman. All we ask is a little cooperation."

The screen then goes black, indicating the end of the episode and first volume.

"That was it?" Ruby questions

Midnight goes to check something on the other side of the room and confirms Ruby's question.

"That was a nice trip down memory lane," Yang stands up, pulling her arms above her head to stretch.

"Though some memories weren't the best," Jaune mumbled to himself.

"Hey, I'm sure we'll see some better memories when we get to them." Ren attempts to reassure his leader.

"Well, now's the time to go and eat something before Raider gets back to start the next volume," Midnight explains, "I can't stay, I have to get back to my dimension. Doesn't mean I won't be back at some point, I know we'll meet again." A blue portal opens up for Midnight, and the harpy uses her wings to fly through, the portal quickly closing after.

The eight of them didn't even say goodbye before she got up and left, but they snapped out of their stupors when all of their stomachs began to growl; continuing their way into the dining room.

A/N) Hello everyone, it's great to write to you all again! I've done it and finally finished the chapter. I'm really sorry it took this long to get out, but the good news is that it's now finished.

Now about the new character, she is just an OC my mind came up with for Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. This is an OC but isn't part of an actual project, I've also made her a (now) rare creature. She will appear at different points in time, but not often. This is to hopefully clear that up for anyone wondering, and for people who actually play the video game.

But, I'm glad you guys stuck around this long and are enjoying this story so far; I'll see y'all in the next one, and this is, GOODBYE!!!
