We cue to the royal castle in the the European country of Zarkovia, where the prince of the nation, Gyula was currently situated in his laboratory alongside his servant, Fritz. Both were standing in front of the door of a holding device.

"I would never question your wisdom, master," Fritz said.

"But?" Gyula asked.

"The weapon our soldiers found. I fear that if we activate it, we won't be able to control it."

"Heh, sweet Fritz. What lies beyond this door is the salvation of my kingdom."

"You can't turn such terrible power against your own people, my prince, rebels or not."

"No, Fritz! The moment they turned their backs on the crown, they forfeited their citizenship! And my mercy!" Gyula shouted, going forward to stare out the window. "This was a beautiful country once. Years of rebel defiance has sullied that beauty."

"No, it's still beautiful, my prince. Meet with the rebel leaders. Perhaps they would benefit from your wisdom than your wrath."

"You know what those devils did! Whose side are you on?!"

"Only your side, Prince Gyula. I... I've overstepped my place."

"You are forgiven, my faithful servant," Gyula said, cupping Fritz' face. "Ask yourself: should I continue to see Zarkovia live in fear when it is within my power to make peace?"

"Within whose power?" a strong male voice asked as the duo looked up to see the King of Zarkovia and Gyula's father, King Xarion. "Surely my eldest son has forgotten the rules of the great nation of Zarkovia."

Fritz walked forwards to bow before her king.

"My king," she said.

"Rise, Fritz. My anger is reserved for my son. A cub who is now convinced he is the leader of the pack."

"I work only for your glory, father."

"Did you think that anything occurs in these walls without my knowledge?" Viktor asked sternly. "Show it to me."

Gyula smirked as he pulled a lever, causing the wall to lift up and the conveyer belt beyond it activated, rolling out the frozen block of one of the twins' oldest enemies.

"It is magnificent, father," Gyula said. "And once we resurrect Dr. Viktor, no power on Earth can stand against our might!"

"What is this, my son?" Xarion asked.

"Our scientists reveal the corpse as Dr. Viktor, an alien criminal who is an enemy of the Omni-Team," Gyula explained. "I propose we restore it to life and put him under our total control."

"This is madness, my son," Xarion warned. "If you unleash this... thing upon the rebels, there may not be a kingdom left to protect."

"All of our enemies will bow down before me. And before you."

"You will be king someday, my son," Xarion said, placing his hand on his son's shoulder. But before that day comes, you have much to learn."

An angry Gyula smacked his father's hand away with a glare. "You speak like a diplomat. If it wasn't for your weakness, Mother would still be alive!"

Fritz put her hands to her mouth in shock as Xarion gave a stern glance towards his son.

"How dare you?"

"I dare everything! I am the glorious future of Zarkovia! You? Heh, you are a feeble old man whose days are numbered."

"We shall see," Xarion said, walking away from the scene.

Elsewhere, the Omni-Team were inside the Rust Bucket III racing towards Zarkovia as Gwen placed a hand on Kevin's shoulder as the others looked over their destination, thinking about their current mission.

"It's not the end of the world, Kevin," Gwen said.

"If it was, I wouldn't mind, Gwen," Kevin said. "But missing my one chance to get a fully refurbished teleporter pod for another one of our diplomatic missions just pisses me off."

"Wait, what do we need a teleporter pod for anyway?" Ben asked.

"Let's see. Breaking into our enemies' headquarters. Escaping from our enemies' traps. Oh, and saving money on spaceship fuel for the Rust Bucket III."

"Point taken," Jen said. "But you know that Gwen, Emma and I can just use our spells to teleport, right?"

"Even if that's true, Gwen and Emma aren't as powerful as you yet, Jen. It makes them tired and cranky."

"It just makes us feel weak," Gwen said. "And you make us cranky whenever you do something narcissistic or dangerous."

"Sorry, Kevin, this is important," Ben said. "King Xarion himself asked us for help."

"Wow, the King of Zarkonia."

"It's Zarkovia, jackass," Jen said.

"Zarkovia is a small, but strategically important monarchy ruled country in eastern Europe," Becky said, looking over the data. "The royal family's in the middle of a civil war against a group of insurgents right now."

"No problem. Ben and Jen can do it over the weekend. They've done it before on Probity's homeworld."

"As much as we would love to peacefully end the war, this time, it's a more diplomatically focused mission," Ben said. "King Xarion's oldest son, Crown Prince Gyula is our target. Not the insurgents."

"What?" Ally asked, sitting up. "Why does the king want us to target his son? Not to mention his heir to the throne?"

"Prince Gyula's scientists found a powerful weapon of mass destruction," Gwen said. "He plans to use it to kill his father and the insurgents so he can rule Zarkovia with an iron fist."

"We're going in and taking that weapon off the table," Jen said. "Then, we're bringing Gyula into Plumber custody."

"Sounds like a job for the United Nations, not us," Kevin scoffed.

"Under normal circumstances, we'd agree with you," Ben said. "But this time, we know that the superweapon will kill them too because it just so happens to be our old friend Dr. Viktor."

"Huh. Think he's still mad at me for draining his power and threw him back into the Null Void?"

"Definitely," Jen said. "And he's definitely still pissed at us for throwing him into the Null Void and foiling his master Zs'Skayr's plans again and again."

Suddenly, the radar let out a loud beep and everyone looked down to see the missiles approaching fast.

"We got three surface to air missiles incoming!" Becky shouted. "And they're closing fast."

"We're on it!" Ben said as he and Jen ran for the hanger door before leaping out as they transformed into...

"Shocksquatch!" the Gimlinopithicus shouted. "I was going for Jetray, but whatever."

"Rockette!" the Zepplian shouted.

Rockette let out a powerful sound blast from her guitar as Shocksquatch blasted out a blast of yellow electricity, destroying the missiles as they fell through the air.

But then, three more missiles shot were fired up past the twins and flew towards the Rust Bucket III.

"Uh-oh," Rockette said as she slapped her Ultimatrix symbol, transforming into... "Ultimate Rockette!"

And Shocksquatch slapped his Ultimatrix symbol again, transforming into Lifeforce before switching into Ultimate Lifeforce as they both flew after the missiles as Rockette rode her guitar like a hoverboard next to her brother.

Ultimate Lifeforce let out a few energy blasts from his hands as Ultimate Rockette grabbed her guitar and reared it up, letting out a loud blast of sound that destroyed the missiles again.

One final missile sneaked up to attack under the Rust Bucket, but the twins managed to blast it just in time. Unfortunately, the force from the explsion sent the ship careening out of control, racing towards the Zarkovian landing space. Thankfully, Kevin managed to pop out the landing gear just in time, causing the ship to land safely and the other four members filed out as the girls changed into their hero forms... and found themselves at gunpoint from the Zarkovian military.

"Uh, hi," Lucky Girl said. "I'm Gwen. This is my twin sister Becky and that's Kevin and his older sister Ally."

"Consider yourselves prisoners of the monarchy of Zarkovia," Prince Gyula said, walking up to the heroes. "I claim your vehicle as a spoil of war."

"Like that's gonna happen," Kevin said, absorbing the green metal from the Rust Bucket and morphing his hand into a mace as Huntress took out her spear and twirled it gracefully before pointing it at Gyula's throat.

But of course, the twins picked that precise moment to land and change back to human form.

"Easy, everyone," Jen said. "We can explain."

This did nothing to deter the military as they all aimed their blasters right at the twins' heads as they both paled.

"We can explain very quickly," Ben corrected.

"You rebels will not find the Zarkovian forces wanting," Gyula said.

"Wait, we're not insurgents," Jen said. "We're Ben and Jen Tennyson and that's the rest of the Omni-Team. The king asked us to come here."

"Well, my father King Xarion's decrees carry less authority than they once did."

"Is that a fact?" the unmistakable voice of King Xarion said, catching everyone's attention. "Soldiers, stand down."

The soldiers all dropped their weapons as the Omni-Team sighed in relief.

"Father? You're in no condition to attend to the affairs of state," a shocked Gyula said.

"Ready to usurp me, son? Are you sure the military will follow you instead of me?"

"The balance of power swings towards me, old man. It's just a matter of time. And not much of that."

Gyula and the Zarkovian soldiers walked off, leaving behind a very concerned Omni-Team.

"We still can't believe your own son is the one trying to kill you, Your Highness," Ben said as the Omni-Team gathered in front of Xarion's throne.

"Yeah, I thought it was the insurgents," Jen agreed.

"The list of those who want to kill me and take the throne is long, Jen," Xarion said. "But Gyula's the only one I fear now that his scientists have found Dr. Viktor."

"If you ask me, you need to give the kid a long and serious time out, Your Highness," Ally stated with her arms crossed.

"It is not his fault, Allison. After his mother passed away, he changed and became an extremist."

"She passed away last year," Gwen said. "The queen was killed by the insurgents."

"And he blames me for her death," Xarion confirmed.

"So what do you want us to do?" Ben asked. "We're great heroes, but I don't know if we're equipped to fight an entire war for you."

"You're more than sufficiently equipped for my purpose."

"You just want us to take care of Dr. Viktor," Jen said.

"Quite so."

Down in the lab, Gyula was greeted by Fritz once again as he walked forwards pressing a button on his remote as the twins peeked out of a corner with a nod.

"All clear," Ben said.

The Omni-Team got out of their cover and stepped forwards to the lab, but then, Becky perked up, placing her hand forwards.

"Wait," she said.

Gathering some dust from the barred windowsill, she blew it forwards, revealing a red laser grid in front of the laboratory door.

"Security grid."

"We got this," Ben said as he and Jen transformed into...

"Big Chill!" the Necrofriggian exclaimed.

"Nanomech!" Jen said.

Big Chill turned intangible while Nanomech easily flew around the laser grid and got into the lab, shutting the lasers off.

"We're in," Big Chill said as the Omni-Team smirked and entered the lab as they glanced around at the various equipment and experiments that it held inside.

"Cool tech," Kevin said.

"Don't miss the forest for the trees," Nanomech said.

Big Chill pulled two levers in opposite directions to open the door, revealing the frozen ice block that encased Dr. Viktor's body.

"Dr. Viktor," Gwen said.

"Or what's left of him," Ally said.

"I wonder what did this to him," Kevin said. "When I sent him back to the Null Void after draining his powers, he was still alive. I swear on our dad's grave."

Suddenly, the lights turned on, alarming the Omni-Team as they turned to the entrance, showing one of the military grunts.

"Intruder," he said as several others followed into the room after him.

"Just once in my life, I'd like to sneak in and out of one place without a fight," Becky said.

"If we had a teleporter pod," Kevin said, rushing forwards as he and the others ran forwards.

"Give it a rest, will you?" Nanomech asked, pressing her Omnitrix symbol as she transformed into...

"Swiss Miss!" she shouted, morphing her arms into blades.

The team then suited up as Lucky Girl hovered in the air and fired out numerous mana discs from her hands that blasted into the soldiers, senidgn them crashing down.

Huntress ducked and doged around the laser blasts as she grabbed her handguns and blasted forwards, flipping and dodging around every blast that flew towards her before she ducked, hair flying everywhere as she grabbed one soldier and used him as a human shield, catching his blasts before she shot forwards, hitting more in the knees before she gave a quick sucker punch to the head each, knocking them all out.

Kevin absorbed the concrete from the ground and ran forwards, morphing his arms into hammers as he ran forwards and tackled a few soldiers to the ground, slamming their heads with a shout each, but he was blasted into a computer, which caused several gauges to go haywire as he groaned.

"I'm not paying for that!"

Apex floated in the air as her eyes glowed red and she shouted out, blasting her laser vision forwards as she blasted several of the soldiers' weapons before she flew downwards and gave several powerful punches to the heads, knocking them out before she used her energy blasts from her hands to destroy their weapons with a shout.

Big Chill unfurled his wings and flew forwards freezing them where they stood as Swiss Miss ran forwards, taking several energy blasts, but, her metal body was unaffected as she gave several stretching punches to the chests and heads, making quick work as everyone turned to the sparking machine as the twins were shocked with lightning, falling to the ground.

Lucky Girl and Huntress dodged the blasts and fired several mana discs and arrows outwards before they turned to see the lightning strike the block of ice containing Dr. Viktor.

"Uh, guys?" Lucky Girl asked. "Dr. Viktor is melting."

"Not if we can help it," Big Chill said as Swiss Miss quick-changed into...

"Frostblight!" she shouted as she and her brother let out their powerful ice breaths in an attempt to keep the Transylian frozen.

One Zarkovian soldier aimed at the pair, only to be knocked out by a hammer arm from Kevin.

"Hey, if you take off the zombie head-pieces, they look like remote control units."

"We're not even gonna ask how you know that," Apex said.

"Yeah, I think that's best."

Unfortunately, inside the ice block, Dr. Viktor's eyes glowed red and he flexed, shattering the ice into several pieces, lightning crackling everywhere as it was generated from his pistons.

"I thought he was dead," Huntress said.

"Does it seem to be making that big a difference?" Big Chill asked.

"He's an empty shell," the voice of the traitorous prince said, walking out of the shadows. "Existing only to do my bidding."

Gyula pressed a button, causing Dr. Viktor's body to perk up.

"Destroy them all!"

"How'd we know he was going to say that?" Frostblight asked.

Kevin charged forwards and leaped up, only to be smacked aside by a side arm, prompting Lucky Girl to run over to him, concerned as Apex flew in and grappled with Dr. Viktor's hands, shouting outwards as she struggled as Lucky Girl blasted forwards with her mana beams as Huntress took out the team's energy cannon and blasted outwards with a shout, both of them doing little to phase Dr. Viktor as he clapped forwards, sending a powerful lightning strike outwards that sent the trio of girls falling to the ground in a heap.

Big Chill glared as he pressed his Ultimatrix symbol and transformed into...

"Ultimate Big Chill!"

Frostblight nodded as she pressed her Ultimatrix symbol and changed back to normal as she changed into her Anodite form and then her Master Spark form as Big Chill sent out a blast of ice flames from his mouth that froze all the Zarkovian soldiers where they stood.

"Your turn," Jen said as she and Big Chill both blasted their powerful mana beams and ice fire at him.

"No, no!" Gyula shouted as Dr. Viktor violently used his lightning powers to shock the twins into submission, shocking them where they stood as they shouted out in pain before falling to the ground and chanigng back to human form.

Soon after, the defeated Omni-Team was locked in the castle's dungeon, hanging almost lifelessly from the rafters with golden headbands on.

"You had no right, Gyula," Xarion said.

"I had every right. I control the creature and therefore your kingdom," Gyula said as he pressed another button, causing Dr. Viktor to walk forwards towards his father.

"Son, what are you doing?!"

"What I should've done long ago: take my rightful place as Regent of Zarkovia!" Gyula shouted as Xarion was seized.

"Ugh..." Huntress groaned as she came to. "Guys?"

She looked around to see the rest of the team still completely unconscious.

"Okay, guess it's up to me."

"Perhaps... I can help," Xarion's voice said as Huntress looked to the side to see the king chained to a wooden slab.

"King Xarion? The prince..."

"Usurped my throne and left me here to rot in my own dungeon," Xarion groaned.

"Not gonna happen. Let me help you," she said as she constantly moved her legs back and forth as she reached her leg up to kick her blaster into her chained hand as she aimed it forwards, blasting Xarion's cuffs to smithereens.

"Thank you, my dear."

"That's about all I can muster with these power inhibitors sapping my strength. But now that you're free, you can get us loose-" Huntress said but was quickly interupted.

"Now that I'm free and the Tennyson Twins are helpless, I can complete the plan I've had ever since I saw that creature."

Xarion walked forwards and pulled a lever, causing Ben and Jen to fall to the ground, still completely unconscious as the king grabbed them and began dragging them forwards.

"I don't understand. What are you doing with the twins?"

"Some of the military remains loyal to the king."

A door opened up to reveal a foot soldier.

"The coast is clear, my liege."

"Take them to the laboratory," Xarion said, handing the twins to the soldier.

"Wait!" Huntress shouted. "You can't leave us here!"

"Once you find out about what I've done, you'll thank me for leaving you here."

The door closed as Kevin, Gwen and Ally groaned, waking up.

"What'd we miss?" Kevin asked as even his neck was chained to the chair.

Inside the laboratory, Xarion had hooked the now motionless Dr. Viktor to a table with several wires attached to his head and limbs as he prepared two headbands and attached them to the twins, fastening them to their heads.

"Feeble, am I?" he told himself. "My time has passed, has it?"

He then pressed Ben's Omnitrix, shifting forms from Eye Guy to Swampfire to Wildvine and finally to AmpFibian. Then, he went to Jen's and changed her from Battlefly to Goop to Flataurus and finally to Discharge.

"These are the ones."

Finally, he went over to the machines and placed a headband on his own head.

"Soon, the people of Zarkovia will once again fear the power of the king!"

Xarion pulled the lever as the machine siphoned AmpFibian and Discharge's electricity, sending it surging through the wires between Xarion and Dr. Viktor's headbands, lighting up the room in a light blue light.

This was when a startled Gyula ran in with a gasp.

"What are you doing?!" he shouted as Fritz followed him.

"Stay back!" Xarion ordered. "The timing is critical!"

Gyula ignored him as he tried to take the headband off Dr. Viktor's body.

"You think you can take control of my monster? Pathetic, old man!" Gyula shouted, pulling the wires off as the twins changed back, still unconscious.

Xarion simply groaned as he fell to the ground, seemingly dead from the experiment.

"Your father!" Fritz shouted as she lifted up Gyula's limp and lifeless hand. "He... he's gone."

"A formality," Gyula spat, dropping the wires. "The king I knew, the man of strength, the warrior has been gone for years."

"That's a horrid thing to say."

"Can you hear me from the fiery abyss from which you now reside?" Gyula asked the lifeless body of his father. "It is Prince Gyula Xarion who wlil finally take his place as the one true king of Zarkovia. And there is no one to stand in my way."

"No one?" the booming voice of the king sounded. "I wouldn't say that."

Indeed, the body of Dr. Viktor had stood up with a smirk and folded arms, eyes glowing red at the vicious prince.

"Your father," Fritz said. "Somehow he is inside that monster."

"Impossible!" Gyula shouted.

"To the contrary, son," Xarion said as he smacked his son away. "Nothing's impossible for King Viktor!"

The newly dubbed King Viktor stood to his feet and marched over to his son, grabbing him off the ground.

"Not bad for a feeble old man who's time has passed, wouldn't you say?"

Gyula grunted in pain as he was squeezed by the possessed Transylian body.

"Please, Your Majesty! You're hurting him!" Fritz begged.

"I know, Fritz. You thought I was weak, son. That I had gone soft on the insurgents. But I was biding my time until I could take over this body."

Gyula glared as he groaned in pain.

"Now, I have power to rule this land with an iron fist. But before I can begin making the rebels suffer, one final act of mercy."

King Viktor simply dropped Gyula, who panted as he fell unconscious as a concerned Fritz walked over to him.

"You may live so that you can know the truth. You were never a match for your father."

"Gyula!" Fritz said, shaking the prince.

"Yes, give him what comfort you can," King Viktor ordered as he walked off. "Because next we meet, he will be charged with treason against the crown."

Outside the castle, the Zarkovian rebels all opened their fire on the castle's soldiers as a tank rolled in and fired upon an unphased King Viktor, who walked up to the rebels with a glare.

King Viktor raised his arm and fired a burst of lightning at the tank, completely destroying it. As the tank shells continued blasting him, he simply swatted away the shots or simply endured them. He caught a missile in midair and tossed it at the next tank, completely obliterating it as well as the rebels retreated for their lives. The third tank attempted to escape, but King Viktor leaped up and crushed it under his massive frame as the rebel inside retreated and scattered back in fear at King Viktor's mighty form.

"Today, you wioll pay the ultimate price for your treason!"

He raised his arm attempting to shock the rebel to death, only to be blasted by a fireball, not phasing him whatsoever as he turned to look behind him.

"Another tank? Bring a hundred!"

"We're fresh out of tanks, Your Highness," Ben as Heatblast said as he flew forwards alongside Jen as AeroForce. "But we are bringin gthe heat!"

The twins shouted out, blasting fire and wind blasts at the mad king, not phasing him whatsoever.

Then, Apex flew in and grabbed the possessed Transylian, flying him up before giving him a sucker punch to come crashing down into Kevin, who swatted him back with his spiked mace hand.

A glaring King Viktor ran forwards, only to be met with a volley of mana blasts and energy arrows, sending him stumbling back as Lucky Girl and Huntress nodded sternly as King Viktor sent an electric blast forwards as Huntress shouted out and used her spear to absorb the lightning and then spun around and gave a swipe of the blade, sending a red energy blast flying into King Viktor, sending him flying back with a shock.

Heatblast and AeroForce flew down as the Omni-Team braced themselves. The twins flew forwards as they dropped from above King Viktor as AeroForce flew down at high speeds and raked him with her talons, causing him to shout in pain as Heatblast gave him a wicked punch. As King Viktor got up, they avoided his punches and then flipped backwards, giving him some wicked punches and slashes of their own as Kevin ran in with his arms morphed into hammers as Apex flew above him and slammed her fists together.

"Had enough?" AeroForce asked.

"I've barely begun!" King Viktor shouted, grabbing the remains of one of the destroyed tanks, only for Heatblast to fire a beam of intense heat at it, melting it down into a molten mess that soaked King Viktor where he stood and he walked forwards as AeroForce, Apex and Lucky Girl nodded to each other as AeroForce and Apex flew around him at high speeds as Lucky Girl shot her glowing hands forwards.

"Tur-bo!"

A massive gust of wind flew forwards to King Viktor, hardening the metal instantly, trapping him where he stood.

"No! No!"

Kevin smirked as he walked forwards. "This is for shooting me in the back and for making me miss out on my chance to buy a fully refurbished teleporter pod, King Xarion or Dr. Viktor or whoever you are!"

"Just punch him already!" Huntress shouted as Kevin groaned and gave a wicker sucker punch, sending him falling to the ground.

Then, the team looked to see tons of Zarkovian soldiers aim their weapons at them as Prince Gyula stepped forwards.

"Thank you for your assistance. I'll take it from here."

"I don't think so, Junior," Heatblast said.

"You would challenge me?" Gyula asked.

"No. We're done here," Lucky Girl said.

"She's right. You have too many soldiers here, Prince Gyula," AeroForce said.

"That's not the point, Jen," Huntress said. "If King Xarion is just as bad as his son, then who are we in Zarkovia to help?"

"I don't know. The rebels?" Heatblast asked.

"How do we know they're better people than the royal family?" Apex asked as the twins changed back.

"Well, since Ben and I are the galactic monarchs of Earth, we do have the authority to take King Viktor to the Null Void. Am I right?" Jen asked.

"You are," Kevin said.

"Plus, you'll be saving a lot of people from a terrible dictator by doing this," Lucky Girl said.

"And since we're not comfortable with using your mind controlled soldiers to kill the rebels," Ben smirked as he judo flipped Gyula to the ground and grabbed his remote control.

"Give that back! Destroy them!" Gyula shouted.

The soldiers all opened fire on our heroes as Jen and Lucky Girl generated a forcefield around them.

"Hadn't really thought it through, had you?" Lucky Girl smirked.

"I prefer to say I trust it in your initiative."

"Cease fire, you dolts!" Gyula shouted, causing his soldiers to stop blasting at the heroes as the Anodites of the group dropped the shield. "What do you intend to do with that?"

"Even up the odds," Ben said, switching off the remote, which caused the mind control helmets on the soldiers to stop glowing and break off the soldier's heads, leaving them looking very confused as their blasters shattered as well, causing them to walk away from the scene. "I just shut off the prince's mind control device."

"Since my brother and I are the galactic monarchs of Earth, we think it's best for the soldiers to choose their own sides to be on," Jen said as Ben dropped the device as Jen used her mana vision to blow it to smithereens.

"Good luck with the uprising, Gyula," Huntress smirked to a very concerned Prince Gyula.

"Tennyson Twins!" King Viktor shouted as all eyes turned to him.

"We're present," Ben said.

"Mock me while you two can. But you two have made a new terrible enemy on this day. One day, I will be free and I will regain my throne. You've embarrassed me, Tennyson Twins," King Viktor rambled as the Omni-Team rolled their eyes and just walked away.

"Eh, he probably will regain his throne," Apex said. "The competition's looking a little weak."

"I never thought I'd say this, but this guy makes me nostalgic for the old Dr. Viktor," Jen said. "Think we can get the Rust Bucket airborne?"

"If Kevin can't, I will," Lucky Girl said.

"If we had a teleporter pod, it wouldn't be a problem," Kevin said.

"Shut up, Kevin," Ben said as everyone laughed at that.
