Eclipse Stage 3: This was the form Eclipse takes after his fight againts Kron in Ch 63.
Grimm King Eclipse: Eclipse's massive form, as some of you call Kaiju Eclipse, or Eclipsezilla, that tanks several attacks before he gets destroyed by Oozaru Kron.

Thank you Hawkeyez for the amazing fanart, I hope you enjoy this chapter and that my story can still be enjoyable.
Now, it's time.
After this we will enter the Hiatus. So it turned out to be 6,000 words long, so I was a bit off on how many words I can fit in the Epilogue. Not as much as a typical chapter but it get's the job done.
This will give what else to expect in the next Saga as well as develop Kron further.

The Path Forward
General Ironwood sat in his chair thinking of the events and looked at the screen.
There was Lisa Lavender with two pictures.
One with pictures of a mob of people with signs with pictures of Ironwood behind bars and says 'War Criminal' along with other related words.
On the other it has pictures of Ironwood with the word 'Hero' on it.
"The people of Vale are still divided of General ironwood's actions, the people demand he'd step down and face trial for launching a powerful weapon without speaking to Vale's council."
It showed videos of people screaming and waving their 'War Criminal' signs. All sayng that he had no right to launch a weapon without warning.
"On the other side, there are people declaring General Ironwood as a hero for his actions since it destroyed the 'Unmasked Berringel' before it could wreak havoc on Sanus. As well as there being zero casualties for the attack.
Videos of people were shouting and waving their 'Hero' signs. All saying that without his actions the monster would have destroyed all of Vale.
James knew how wrong he was to do that but seeing not one but too monsters of size and power, he couldn't stand by and allow it the chance to destroy a city.
Both for the sake of the civilians and the sake of the world.
What if after the carnage the beast had wrought that Beacon would be destroyed? She could have taken Amber and the Chalice of Choice and been one step closer to destroying the world.
If it meant preventing that, he will gladly give up his position.
And now he had to consider one thing that he absolutely was against.
Hours Ago
James looked at the screen with Ozpin, Qrow, Glynda, and surprisingly Taiyang.
He had asked Ozpin what those monsters were and demanded answers.
None of them were what he wanted to hear.
"You made a deal with the Scourge of Anima without consulting me?" He felt so betrayed hearing all this, considering he had come to Atlas out of nowhere and bested his strongest.
"Join the club Jimmy." Qrow said making Ozpin slightly flinch.
Ozpin sighed. "I did, only because I worried you would take action no matter what I said." He admitted. "As you did with your bomb."
James was angry at Ozpin for hiding something so vital from him, something that concerned them all. But even he had to admit that he had a point. He did not contact Vale's council in order to save time, which paints him as someone trying to start a war. The only reason that he hasn't lost his seat was due to no one having an answer to the giant ape monster.
"Can you answer me this?" James asked not sure how he'd respond. "Those monsters, what were they?"
"The Grimm King was something of Salem's creation." Ozpin stated. "Though I have a suspicion that she didn't do it alone, as for the Unmasked Berringel" He paused and glanced at his two subordinates. He wasn't sure if he should reveal what, or rather who the ape was.
Qrow and Tai nodded not wanting him to hide anything, they all deserved better than that.
"The Unmasked Berringel was Kron, the Scourge of Anima."
Ironwood didn't give any facial expression for a few seconds and kept a straight face, as if he knew it. That monster destroyed the Grimm King with no issue. It was a completely one sided slaughter, that kind of power would not be able to be stopped by any other means.
"Did you know he could do that? "James asked not sure how he'd answer.
"Not until he had me and your subordinate help him with a plan." Ozpin explained honestly. "I didn't understand what his instructions would do, I only knew that we had nothing else to throw at the Grimm King." One thing was for sure, if he hadn't gone through with his plan Vale would have been destroyed, perhaps even the entire continent. He made the right call trusting him.
James looked at Ozpin and glanced to the side.
"That was what Sepia had told me." He was already told about the ape monster, but asked him anyway.
"You were testing me?"
Ironwood narrowed his eyes. "Do you blame me?"
Ozpin shook his head, he was right to do that after everything.
James nodded. "And I was hoping she was distressed." He said. "This child, he's more dangerous than we believe, abilities that surpass a Maiden and the ability to turn into a monster, and you were working with him, behind everyone's back." He glanced at Glynda almost a saddened look. "Almost everyone."
Glynda looked away clearly feeling guilty at not telling him. But she trusted Ozpin's judgement and knew James had his faults.
"James" Ozpin continued. "I am sorry for not telling you about the deal, but I only did the best I could do in that situation, I wanted to learn more about him and I was in no position to refuse, that being said I think I could have told everyone something."
"You could have." The general nodded tired of the headmaster's secrets.
The headmaster looked down saddened by his actions.
"And you could have told the council of what you were doing." Glynda pointed out. "The people are in disarray over what you did, if it wasn't for the fact that the Grimm in Vale's borders vanished along with the Grimm King, our kingdom would be overrun with them due to the tensions you created."
James kept a straight face but was hurt by what she said, because it was true.
"Yes, your right, I acted swiftly thinking it would take time to convince your council to grant permission, by the them they agreed, one of those monsters would have been near Vale." He explained himself. "It is no excuse though, I should have at least informed you, regaurdless of your situation."
"I am not blaming you for what you did." Ozpin declared. "Kron had no control over the beast he became, it was apparent in how the battle waged, the ape had fought with just brute force and no sense, just destruction, I do not doubt if he had remained as he was he would have destroyed all of Sanus."
James didn't doubt it, the Grimm King was child's play to that thing, it had such horrific power.
"That being said." Ozpin then went on to reveal something crucial. "Sepia had stopped using her Semblance and he was about to turn to normal, I noticed that he started to shrink stopping the danger." He explained. "And then, that bomb was dropped."
Ironwood didn't give any visual reaction, as if coming to terms with his choice and what he knew. The Scourge was still a criminal that only sleeked battle, and with his power makes him dangerous. Like a child wielding the most powerful weapon.
"I didn't know." Ironwood pointing out. "Is he alive?"
Ozpin would have said he doesn't know if it weren't for recent events leading to him dropping a bomb. "He is."
The general squeezed his fists as if he was hoping that wasn't the case.
"Then we must prepare, to apprehend him, we can't allow someone with this level of power roam free."
The headmaster looked at Taiyang and Qrow, as if mentally asking them if they were sure of their agreement.
"I have a different approach to this James." Ozpin said.
Ironwood glared at the screen.
"Just hear me out, please."
The general sighed and nodded.
"Listen, I worked with Kron, he followed through with his end of the agreement, protected Vale like he said, risked his life saving students, and in the end, he was the one who saved Vale." Ozpin stated. "And that creature, Salem will create more of it, all stronger than Maidens, even if we pool our resources together I do not think we can overcome her growing forces."
General Ironwood listened and shook his head.
"You cannot be proposing-"
"Yes" Ozpin declared. "We have to make another deal with him, where he can join us in the fight against Salem, with his power at our side we can stop anything Salem throws at us, maybe even" He wasn't sure if he should say this but after seeing everything, he can do he continued. "Maybe even defeat her for good."
With what Ozpin knew he wasn't sure, but seeing all he can do it must be possible to at least put her into submission surely if his power grew even more. And from what he's seen, it will.
"Ozpin" James said. "We don't even know what he is, how do we know that he doesn't have his own plans? Something that can harm the world?"
"I don't" Ozpin admitted. "But I do know without him Salem will destroy all mankind." He said to him. "At least without his aid."
Ironwood growled. "You have Ki, we can teach capable warriors how to wield it." With that they shouldn't even need him.
Ozpin hesitated before speaking but then a hand touched his shoulder.
He turned and was surprised to see Qrow looking at him before the reaper spoke to the general.
"About that Jimmy" Qrow said. "We're not sure if it's a good idea to teach you this power after, recent events." He explained.
James wanted to argue, not liking that he couldn't be trusted with this power. But he understood, but there was one thing he didn't like. "You trust him more than me?"
Ozpin sighed not liking this conversation.
And then Taiyang walked forward and spoke.
"James" Taiyang said. "Not long before you dropped that bomb, my daughters were in the area, what would have happened if Kron, the Scourge didn't think of that plan of his?"
That effected James, he can see the anger he had in his eyes. And he was right to, because he didn't try to contact Qrow or anyone, he didn't know if that place had no population. The thought of ending the children, even if at the possibility of stopping a monster did little to comfort him.
Taiyang continued to speak. "Ozpin hid things from me to, and I lost my trust for him and had little for the Scourge." He explained. "But in the end he protected my family and even chose to give up revenge in exchange for someone else."
He looked at Qrow who nodded knowing that he owed the Scourge.
"I am willing to work with Kron should we get him on our side, and I know we can trust him." Taiyang said surprising both Ozpin and Ironwood. "But what you did, dropping a bomb without warning, though the circumstances make it understandable, we're not sure if it's a good idea to grant you and those you trust this ability."
James squeezed his fists but can see his points. He crossed a line, for what he believed were the right reasons but, like Ozpin he could have handled it better.
"I take it, me agreeing to an alliance with the Scourge will allow me to learn Ki?"
Ozpin glanced at the duo who nodded. "It will be a start."
The general narrowed his eyes. "After all this, you are bargaining with me. You're lording over this ability in order to get your way."
Ozpin frowned he didn't like what he was doing but he knew that they needed this.
"I am only doing what needs to be done" He admitted. "And you must admit, your recent actions do put into question if you can be trusted with it."
General Ironwood put his hand to his face massaging his temples. He wasn't wrong, what he did could have started a war. Atlas's Council are already thinking of vetoing him of his position. Not to mention Vale's council are demanding he be placed on trial.
"I will think on it."
"Very well." Ozpin stated, it was understandable, it was a lot to process. "I will do my best to sway Vale's council that you acted on our best intensions, and I will try to speak to your superiors about keeping your position."
That was what Ozpin believed he deserved this may have been avoided had he talked to him.
General Ironwood wasn't so sure if he did.
The General thought of this proposal, working with the Scourge of Anima, who made a fool out of the Ace Operatives and Specialist Schnee, all because he wanted a fight.
Someone with this kind of power shouldn't be left alone.
But what means did they have to capture someone more powerful than Salem herself?
As much as he didn't want to work with such a criminal, it might be the best to try it. What choice did they really have?
During this deal it might give him a chance to ensure he's under strict surveillance 24/7 and find out what he is and where he came from.
Still Ozpin may have trusted him, but he didn't. What if it's part of whatever agenda this child has?
And would Ozpin really withhold Ki from him if he refused?
He seemed serious, and they need this power to be taught to as many soldiers as possible.
Especially with what was to come.
James looked at the protesters on the screen, one side wanting him to face retribution, while the other decorated him as a hero.
Is there even a choice?
He'll have to consider all this very carefully.
That is if he does keep his position.
The General sat in silence contemplating on this proposal, and trying to see if there were any alternatives.
On a luxurious cruise there was a party, everyone looked like they were rich.
Each one wearing expensive coats and suits.
The security all held guns out ready to shoot.
Inside the cruise there was a table were men and women were playing cards.
One of the poker players with shades was looking at another.
"So, I gotta know, what happened?" He asked. "Heard you were working with the Fang only for shit to hit the fan." He listed the events. "First Adam got captured, several White Fangs hiding in Vale got captured, and then ya split." He said to him. "What happened? Did ya stab em in the back?" He asked. "No one's here friend of those animals, just curious, ya know?"
The one sitting and looking at his cards was a man with a white fur coat and a familiar bowler hat.
Roman took a long smoke of his cigar before puffing.
"Things didn't go the way I hoped, so I had to resort to a backup plan." He thought of how that little witch got away. He really hoped that monkey would be able to get the job done, if only her new cronies didn't get in the way.
He pushed over some chips on his side.
"Must be desperate if you're heading to Mistral, little Miss is still looking for ya."
The other players pushed their chips while one folded.
Roman merely grinned and shrug. "At the moment It feels safer in Mistral then it does in Vale, the Spiders feel like an infestation compared to what I'm getting away from."
The same gambler chuckled.
"Well, we're no fans of Little Miss, so ya got nothing to worry bout us squealing, Garnet never liked her." He explained while he looked at his cards. "Still, after we drop you off, you're on your own, Garnet can't afford to give you protection."
He put down his cards, everyone around the table groaned losing some money.
The gambler was about to collect.
Roman put his own cards on the table making the gambler yell in disbelief.
"No worries I'm feeling lucky." Roman said taking all the cash into his brief case. "Good game guys, better luck next time."
The thief walked away leaving the other criminals whispering cheat.
Roman looked at his brief case as he walked away. "If only I was always this lucky." Thankfully he had asked Garnet for this before that Grimm King showed up, otherwise she may have been too unhappy with happened to her arena to give him the help he needed.
Once he walked into his luxurious room with two master bedrooms he walked in after placing his coat and hat on a rack.
Neo walked in from her side of the room.
"Lucky us Neo." He held up a brief case containing his winnings. "Told ya, Anima will be our second wind."
Neo looked at him with a rose eyebrow and pointed a thumb in the back and waved her hand forward.
Roman being able to speak 'Neo' and replied without hesitation.
"Where else would he go? Besides I got it on good authority where he is."
The multi-colored girl crossed her arms and tilted her head.
"Come on Neo." Roman said. "I know you rather we didn't work with him, but you saw the way Fall was handling everything, we only had one option, you didn't want us to be caught in the crossfire, did you?"
Neo put a finger to her chin for a few moments before shrugging indicating that he wasn't wrong. Cinder's plan was already risky, especially since she refused to tell them what the plan was. And she got a little unhinged when the Scourge arrived at Vale, getting more uncontrollable as the day went by.
It was better to just jump ship and try to work something out, even if it didn't turn out how everything the way they wanted.
Neo then lifted a hand and gestured to him and herself.
"Come on Neo, he'll have to help us, especially with the info we have." He grinned. "And if he doesn't want to, or worse, Cinder finds us first, we got something to bargain with right?"
The multicolored girl wasn't sure about this plan but after talking it out she can see how it was for the best, she nodded.
"Good, now enjoy the luxuries, the cruise will arrive in Anima in a couple days." He lifted up a glass and took a sip.
Neo shrugged and pulled her scroll.
She looked at what they were going to use to 'persuade' the Scourge to see things their way should he refuse.
Good thing she made sure to be far from him so his nose couldn't detect her.
During their first interrogation the mighty 'Scourge of Anima' made one crucial mistake. He shook when he asked for the names of certain White Fangs that he wanted to know were in the area. And one name he hesitated and was obviously uncomfortable.
After some digging and investigating, she made sure to make to take what she needed.
It was a picture of Kron wearing his mask, talking to a Cat Faunus in the Emerald Forest.
Her name was 'Blake Belladonna'.
And she maybe the Scourge's only weakness, and the only way to control him.
In Solitas there was a base buried in snow, one that was unknown to the government.
On the screen was a man with a robotic eye with slicked back hair.
"Good news Dr. Rockshow, we finally gathered some subjects for your experiments." A man had spoken to him.
"Really? Was it from that little Leopard Faunus village Waghopa?" The doctor asked smiling.
"No, we gathered some former White Fang members that were scattered across Sanus." The man said. "Their easy to capture ever since both Sienna Khan and Adam Taurus were captured."
Rockshow nodded with a smile, the Silver Bullet Brotherhood was still doing its job and he was happy to hear that.
"Good, and the whereabouts of the Scourge of Anima?" He asked angrily.
"We.. haven't found anything yet sir, he seemed to have disappeared after the Unmasked Berringel did."
Rockshow leaned back and sighed while pressing his fingers together.
"Focus on finding him, we can't allow him to get in our way again." He had a toothy grin. "Not to mention he'd be an interesting test subject."
The man put a hand on his head.
"Sir, with all due respect, are you sure we have the means to capture him? Even the Ace Operatives failed to pursue him, despite what the Media had said."
Yes, people still believe that the Scourge ran at the sight of the Atlas military, wanting to hide the embarrassment that he had beaten even the Ace Ops along with Specialist Schnee on his own and just left like nothing happened.
Dr. Rockshow smiled as he turned around.
"Worry not I have the perfect counter measurement for him." He focused away from the computer. "Isn't that, right?"
In front of the doctor were four individuals.
One tall woman with long violet colored hair, wearing purple Crusader Armor and she had a wicked grin.
A short man with short orange hair, wearing orange armor his face adorned a smirk.
One large man with short black hair.
In front of all of them was a man with long red hair wearing red crusader armor walked forward.
"To clarify, once we help you, you will shorten our sentences?" He asked. "Even though the General doesn't know about it?"
Dr. Rockshow smiled. "Yes, after Ironwood's slip in judgement with dropping that bomb, the Council will be simple to sway to allow you and your colleague's another chance in society."
The red head pulled out a stick which turned into a spear and placed the flat end of the spear on the ground.
"You can leave it to us." He said and turned to his men. "We all know what will happen if we fail in the mission."
Dr. Rockshow chuckled.
Finally, Team ABYS can start doing their true purpose, all because Ironwood jumped the gun.
He should thank him, after he removes him from his position.
Dr. Merlot's Island
Meanwhile another mad scientist had his own plans.
On the screen was of Eclipse in his gigantic form.
He had done it, he had taken his place the Grimm King.
Only for this beast, the Scourge of Anima to reveal a new ability.
The mad scientist was angry at the sight, his boy had finally reached the pinnacle of Grimm, only for this child to get in the way.
Dr. Merlot of course feared for his son, but he knows one's thing.
Eclipse is alive, he's a survivor.
And he will wait for him to come back home as Salem had instructed. For Eclipse to become the strongest he must survive on his own, no matter how much he wanted to protect him.
In the meantime, he will welcome him back with open arms, and everyone else.
The doctor turned and looked at four capsules, each containing black goo with different Grimm masks in the center.
Each one had different names.
Metzli, Uvall, Nox, and Ekhi.
Together they would form Team MUNE(Moon).
All human corpses provided by the Crown, each one infused with Grimm DNA just like Eclipse. And each with at least one unique Grimm ability.
Dr. Merlot smiled thinking of how happy Eclipse will be at the sight of more of his kind, it was about time he prepared these four.
After all, what's a king without a royal guard?
Kron flew across the ocean, still wearing the outfit, he should have changed, that would have been smart.
He growled at that screw up, oh well, he'll just need to make it quick.
The Saiyan saw a familiar looking island, he focused on the largest building on the far end. It was surrounded with guards.
Good, Blake listened when he asked her to call Kali, to get guards for the hag.
That confirms that she's safe.
Kron floated above out of sight as he looked down at the backyard.
She's safe, there's no need to see her. The Saiyan can just fly off now. There is no need to see her.
He turned around and remembered something.
'Refusing to see Kali is exactly what Raven did' Yang came into his mind. "She pushed away my dad and left on her own, just like you are pushing Kali away, because of what she did I don't think I can have any sort of relationship with Raven. Is that what you want with Kali?'
Kron floated still out of sight and mulled over these words.
Raven ran off from people that cared about her, just like he did with Kali.
It made him angry just thinking about it.
Slowly he descended in the backyard, still feeling the urge to leave.
The Saiyan didn't know what to do or what to say. He wasn't sure if Blake had told her about that beast, he became to destroy the Grimm.
It made him angry at his predicament, it made him feel weak, for someone that can't even hurt a fly.
As soon as he landed on the ground he looked around at the pond and pile of rocks that he used to train. That is until Kali would interrupt him by pulling his ear and force him to rest.
He looked at the door, wondering how to approach. Are there guards inside? Should he ditch the mask?
The Saiyan growled and turned around. Now he was back to considering leaving, what if the guards panic? If anyone find out about her, they will-
Just then the door opened.
A gasp was made behind him.
Kron froze hearing that noise, he did not turn, was this her or a guard?
A few seconds past, he turned his head.
There she was.
A woman who looked like an adult version of Blake with short hair stood in the doorway. She looked frightened, which made sense given that he was wearing the mask.
The Saiyan said nothing but turned back around, she was safe. That's all he needed to know.
"Wait"
Kron stopped thinking when she said that.
"Can you" Kali said slowly. "Take off your mask?"
He remembered how Raven told him that and he just scoffed at her.
With Kali it felt different, and it felt wrong.
"I want to see you." Kali continued and even walked forward with a saddened face. "Please"
Kron turned around not saying a word. He can see the look on her face, one of worry, he knew that look all too well. She gave it all the time when he did something stupid.
The Saiyan lifted a hand to his face, the other to his head.
He pulled off the mask and let the hood fall showing his spikey black hair and a rare sad look on Kron's face.
Kali saw the face and kept walking forward until she was at arm's length. She looked up to him, as he was a couple inches taller than her. His hair was the same and his face was more adult.
She lifted a hand and placed it on his cheek. "You've grown up." She smiled.
Kron felt her fingers on his face and kept a serious face hiding his emotions. "Kali, that night, I'm sor-"
Just then Kali wrapped her arms around Kron and hugged him hard.
The Saiyan's eyes widened as he felt her embrace, something he hadn't felt since he was a child.
He looked down at Kali, she was crying into his shoulder.
"I worried for you for so long." She said to him. "I was so scared that you lost your way, that you'd go back to Raven." She looked up at him and smiled. "But you didn't, you found your own way."
Kron was confused, she wasn't angry at him. "But still, you helped me and I tried to-"
"You were a child." Kali interrupted and smiled. "An angry child that felt betrayed, I failed to convince Ghira to let me see you, if I did then maybe something else could have happened."
Again, someone said that just like Blake, could he have lived here if things happened differently?
Then his arm was pulled.
"Come inside" Kali said to him smiling but sees that he wasn't pulled. "Please?"
The Saiyan hesitated.
"Won't the guards alert everyone?"
Kali looked up at him and grabbed his mask. She looked at it and hid it in her basket of clothes. "When Ghira told me about the call, I asked him to make sure to know to let you see me, if you chose." She smiled and pulled him. "And I'm happy you did."
Kron was surprised hearing that, she thought that far ahead for him?
"Come on."
Kron wasn't sure for a few seconds before finding himself dragged in.
As soon as he was inside Kali started cooking up a storm.
Once seated the Saiyan looked around, he can see the guards looking at him as though he were suspicious. Makes sense, they didn't know what he was doing here and he just appeared in the backyard.
"Where's Ghira?" He asked remembering he had owed him something to.
"You just missed him, he had to leave for the White Fang." Kali explained. "He's going to try to take up his old position again, he'll be back in a few days."
She said that like he'll be staying, that made Kron frown.
Kali arrived with a huge pot of fish and smiled.
"Here you go, eat all you want." She said smiling.
The Saiyan looked at it and remembered this back eight years ago. Without a second thought he started to devour his food, the taste felt familiar, for some reason it tasted better than anywhere else he ate at, even his favorites in Anima didn't compare.
Kali chuckled seeing the young man eat the fish, it had been awhile since she saw that.
But her motherly instincts kicked in. "Kron, please show some manners."
The Saiyan stopped and looked at her with with three salmons in his mouth, he swallowed them remembering how she didn't like when he ate like a 'savage'.
He ate his food slower and did his best to be civil much to her delight.
Once the meal was done Kron stood up.
"It's better than I remember." He said.
Kali chuckled happy to hear that.
"Now, I have to go."
"What? No, you don't have to go, you can stay." She offered.
Kron paused. "Kali"
"Your old room hasn't changed, I didn't see the point with so many guest rooms." She giggled. "At least for maybe for the night?"
She looked so sad, clearly not wanting him to leave.
"I can't stay, if I do they'll find out about you."
"Who?" Kali sked.
"I've made enemies, people who will resort to any method to taking me down." He thought of Bertilak grabbing Blake.
Kali looked at him and continued. "But Ghira, he can vouch for you, he's been wanting to ever since that night, we can work something out if you stay."
"Even if he did it wouldn't matter." Kron stated. "These people are criminals like me, they had plans to destroy Vale, they wouldn't stop even if Ghira managed to." He didn't want any more people finding out about Blake's family. "I can't stay."
Kali sighed she knew that this was wishful thinking and watches as he walked out the door with that mask in hand.
As Kron was about to fly he felt his arm grabbed. With a sigh he turned around to see Kali with a sad face.
"Promise you'll visit, even if it's only a few times." Kali demanded. "And you have to see Blake, she's worried about you to."
Kron had sighed.
"Kali, I don't think tha- gah!"
Kron was surprised that his ear was pulled, he looked at Kali who now had an angry look on her face.
"Promise me." She now demanded.
The Saiyan growled just like he used to whenever she would grab his ear when he was a brat. And just like back then he couldn't bring himself to push her off.
"Fine, fine" He said in pain. "I'll visit now let go."
Kali smiled and let go of the young man's ear.
Kron rubbed his ear and looked annoyed. "Some things never change, do they?"
"Some things don't." Kali giggled and hugged him. "One other thing that hasn't changed is that your always welcome here, this place will always be your home. Remember that."
The Saiyan returned the embrace and as if he felt something return to him that he had lost.
"I will" Kron said and let her go before flying off.
Kali watched him go and waved smiling, happy to see the boy she met grow up and hoping to see him safe again alongside her daughter.
"Stay safe, you and Blake." She said hoping that somehow he would hear her.
Kron had landed in Anima and took a knee exhausted from the distance he flew.
While wiping the sweat off his brow.
He looked to where he flew from and thought of his time in Menagerie.
The Saiyan used to think sadly of his time there, but now, he felt clarity. Like he had fixed something he broke.
Not too long ago he didn't feel good knowing how soft he had become, wondering how other Saiyans would react to him, how he fell from the 'Saiyan Warrior' he used to be.
Ah yes a Saiyan who strived so hard to be one of Frieza's many slaves who are meant to obey at all times, to him and those he favors.
Some 'warrior'.
Kron chuckled.
It doesn't matter what other Saiyans would think or anyone else would say.
This was his path and no one else, only he can judge what he is doing.
It was fine that he got attached to people strong and weak.
He looked up to the sky wondering when the next time he'll see Kali, Blake, and Yang.
He's going to miss those cookies Ruby had given him.
Not to mention pressing Discount Winter's buttons.
Blake will probably give him an earful for leaving without saying anything, such a drama queen.
Yang would get angry and probably threaten him like she did when he asked her to cut her hair.
It'd be nice to see her angry again, there was something he liked about her angry expressions.
He shook his head, now it was time.
Time to commit himself to training, no more distractions or excuses.
It was why he left without saying anything, he didn't want to risk Blake or Yang talking him out of leaving. That battle with that mutant opened his eyes.
For a while now opponents that could make him bleed appeared, then ones where he needed to go all out, one that survived his full power and finally one where he needed the Oozaru.
He chuckled.
The Oozaru was supposed to be his greatest weapon to destroy Remnant, he never would have imagined he'd use it to save anything.
But the only reason he was able to do it was because he needed help, that was his fault for getting complacent and neglecting his training.
Still, he wished he could train it, that would be nice. But he wasn't strong enough to create an Artificial Moon, even with his latest Zenkai boost. It was disappointing that he couldn't remember what happened during his first-ever Great Ape transformation.
What's done is done, no more delays.
Kron looked around, no Grimm, too bad, they usually show up easily.
Looks like his visit to Kali put him in a good mood.
Oh well, those little creatures never really pushed him.
He should just train on his own before the next enemy comes.
Kron jumped and punched a boulder turning it into rubble.
Then proceeded to throw punches and kicks in the entire area shattering boulders breaking trees at high speeds pushing his limits.
Kron stopped and looked at a mountain in front of him and smiled.
He raised his arms filling each one with a red Ki ball, they compressed until they fit into his hands.
When the next enemy comes will be ready.
"Berringel Burst!" He fired a powerful red Ki wave at the mountain aiming to destroy it.
As the Saiyan trains he's excited at who his next opponent could be!
Remnant has more surprises in store for him, he can feel it.
Kron seems to have found closure. And has returned to train.
And now many friends and foes are searching for him.
Who will encounter him first?
And now that Kron's quest for Raven has ended what will he do next?

Not gonna lie, I'm happy that I got this far but I'm also going to miss adding to this story weekly.
I will be starting the Hiatus. I'm going to take a break and then focus on finishing my other story Dragon Ball OT. It's on it's final Saga and it needs a proper ending so, I will finish that story and then I will be able to put all my focus into this story.

Now I would like to thank a few people who I talked to for advice.
Ssj Golden, he gave me ideas in how to handle my fights with Kron vs Winter, Kron vs Team RWBY, and the character interactions with Team RWBY. golden ssj thank you for your advice, I believe it made my story better.
Phineas J Bitterman, he helped give me ideas for what I can do with the next arc, he was the one who came up with magical artifacts. He told me that there are magical artifacts in RWBY that aren't in the main timeline, like an Amulet that controls Grimm. And another called the Cloak of Displacement that makes u invisible. It gave me the idea of adding magical artifacts to the world. And he was the one who gave me the idea of the Grimoire that Raven uses. Thank you Phineas, I don't think the story would be as great without your ideas.
So Ch 21 – Ch 40 will be the Raven Hunt Saga. I had a lot of fun writing Kron searching for leads for Raven while at the same time doing whatever he felt like like visiting Atlas and setting up Dead End Arena to be the final fight between him and Raven. Of course it was nice to write Blake and Kron's reunion, one of my favorite scenes writing so far. And it ends at Ch 40 where Kron and Yang make a deal.
Ch 41 – Ch 66 Dragon Pact Saga. Originally it was called the Deal Saga but one of you kindly gave me a better name for the Saga. I had the most fun writing this saga if I'm honest, I waited forever to get to Kron and Yang meeting. With Yang pretty much being nothing like her mother and Kron would be able to connect with her since both love fighting and show boating, and both in a way are victimns of Raven. Yang was abandoned by Raven and Kron was betrayed by Raven and it felt natural them bonding. Also him interacting with the rest of Team RWBY was fun to, I really enjoyed having him call Weiss, Discount Winter, she's gonna have that nickname for a long time LOL. .And of course the rematach with Raven was fun to write, not to mention Eclipse getting action againts Raven and his first fight againts Kron. And of course the Kaiju Fight.
Originally this was meant to be one arc that would end by Ch 50, but with all the stuff going on I couldn't pace it right so it ended being 45 chapters instead because I think I put too much, with the Soul Dust, Raven's adventures, etc so it had to go up. I was a little upset that I hadn't solved the Raven situation by ch 50 but after you guys told me you were cool with it then maybe I should be to.
So yeah I don't think I regeret much with accedentially making two arcs. Both were fun to write and I look forward to come back.
Now, since it's the end of the saga, I'd like to share ideas that I scrapped and would like to know if you wished I had done any of them.
1. Kron Saves Blake At the Docks: With everything going on, the Docks episode was supposed to happen only with Adam being there and capturing Blake. Kron would find out through Roman, he would save her and leave without saying a word and leave her to discover Kron is the boy Yang met.
2. Kron takes over the White Fang. Originally Kron was going to take control of the White Fang,by explaining he doesn't need the help of humans to get his way and promises to use his power to enforce equality after helping him find Yang, he would use the White Fang to search for Yang better, maybe even reduce Adam to a lackey. He would deal with Cinder and Roman during his search. Scrapped because at the time Kron was too paranoid to handle being in charge of a cult and would probably scare them into leaving before being useful.
3. Kron's Original Deal with Yang: Originally Kron would feel disinterested in fighting Raven because he would know she wouldn't be a match for him. So instead he was going to teach Yang Ki and have him fight Raven to see if she can be a real opponent. If Yang won Raven would live, if not he would kill Raven. Scrapped because I don't think Kron would be ok with letting Yang fight Raven and possibly make her an easy kill since he has enough easy fights, so I changed the deal a bit. Plus Kron was obsessed with his revenge, no way he would pass up a rematch with Raven.
4. Raven Finds Out Early: Raven finds out two months after Yang's deal. Yang and Kron are still not on the best terms. Raven finds out about the deal and tells her she has a plan to stop Kron and tells her to keep learning Ki and teach Raven how to use it. Yang refuses and tells her to just leave and that Kron won't kill her. Raven would reveal that Kron tried to kill her uncle to sway her on her side. Yang would agree but feels conflicted while she got closer to Kron. Scrapped because I'm not sure if either Yang would go with it since Raven had put Blake's family in danger as well as ruin his chance at having a family, so I feel like she would end up telling Kron before teachin Raven ki.
5. Soul Dust Eclipse: Before Ch 21, Eclipse was planned to be kinda of like a Nomu from My Hero Academia. He was going to be a Grimm, with five different Semblances to keep up with Kron and be permanately destroyed at the end of the arc. It was scrapped because Grimm have plenty of abilities and he wouldn't need to have Aura or Semblances to be threatening as well as capable of evolving. Plus it could be a new kind of threat to Kron, not a Huntsman using the Void Vault, Crusader Armor, or Soul Dust. A true King of Grimm, plus it'd be fun if he can come back, which I see u all approve of.
So these are my scrapped ideas let me know if you think any of these should've been in the story. I would love to hear your thoughts.
One other thing I'd like to know, how did you feel with my story not following canon with Kron there like plenty of other fics do. Would you have liked to see Vol 1 or 2 with Kron there with a good amount of twists, or is what I did fine?

Ki Jade Jar: I'll think about it, I don't know if it should Negate it. Especailly if I decide to just add weakness to Soul Dust like you want.
IDK, it takes months for the user to adjust to SD before being able to use it effectively when ripened, I feel like that's a big enough weakness. Ok, what weakness would u add while keeping SD a useful option and what would the point of 'Refining' be? If u can give me advice I'd appreciate it. Plus I want it to be an easy power up that has a horrible price, robbing victims of an after life.
I got few ideas for Salem's immortality, nothing concrete yet.
Possibly if he refines his control over his Ki he might be able to do it.
The reason Kron did not destroy the jar, is because he loves history. He can tell the jar was made a long time ago and so he's thinking of just keeping it like a souvenir, he can't bring himself to destroy pieces of history. It's not technology it was crafted by a Maiden a long time ago, how it was created will be revealed in the next arc.
KenSanders: Thank you! Kron's gonna stick around, after all he knows that if he leaves, he's 100% dead lol. If he does he'll need to get stronger.
Ya Oozaru isn't going to be something reliable for a long time. And SY will not be here for a while still but someday he will get there. Oh yea, any thing even a low class warrior would deciamate everyone including Kron.
Probably, Jaune will get Ki to but he's not gonna be the most competent with it. He'd probably be the healer of the group but that's the most he's gonna get. His Large Aura reserves will be afactor to take with his Ki.
Lol, I mean Oz is stillnot telling the whole truth, let's hope he learns before it all blows in his face. Hope u enjoyed the epilogue.
Phagnax: I have actually, I just wasn't sure how I could do it since Kron got pretty complacent during his time as top dog, I think I will use it in the next arc though thank you though I appreciate and hope you look forward to the next arc.
Oof: All I'm going to say is that Kron will end up with someone, though getting Aura is not a possility. In this story u have to be born on Remnant to get Aura, sorry about that.

Why train when no one can challenge you? It's possible for some Saiyans to go complacent and not bother with actually training, especially if said training will make any fighting on Remnant boring. Yep Kron has met Kalu and gotten some closure. I look forward to u reading!

But yeah he would still be able to regenerate so it would've been the same except Kron would be able to move on his own. Lol, I mean Kron did his best to make Yang as strong as possible, so of course he doesn't want her getting one upped lol. That was planned a long time ago.
I'm glad you didn't see how it was coming then. Yeah I woul'dve loved making the kaiju fight more even I just couldn't really find a justifiable reason to. Yeah, Eclipse got mass, he didn't really get a multiplier, so sadly the fight was one side. Hope I did everyone's reaction justice.
Yeah, I mean they don't have real evidence to suggest he's not a Faunus, sure he turned into an ape but it's not enough for them to think he's not. Yeah, Oz and Salem after all they've seen are sure he came from somewhere else. Yeah, Raven had opprotunities to escape but she didn't trust Yang or anyone that he's changed and so resorted to try to kil him. Yep Raven can now detect where Kron is, her Semblance is still active but she's now sadly bed ridden.
Lol, well to be fair, he didn't really know Kron was the ape because he only saw from the reporter's perspective. While he did see the monkey shrink he didn't want to take the chance, after all for all he knew this ape wasn't going anywhere.
Kron still had most of the ape's power level so the bomb wouldn't do much to him, lucky for him. Yep, lol of course didn't die, he just met his best buddy, and he's gonna make sure Kron remembers that. He's also going to be arguably Kron's biggest problem for awhile.
Eclipse is one tough SOB Dr. Merlot made sure to make him as unkillable as possible. Yep, Eclipse is evolving again, and he might be different by then. Eclipse has been a child ever since he was introduced in the story, and u know what they say about kids, they grow up so fast. Possibly, we'll see!
It's Salem whatever way he has to make Kron 'better' won't be good for him lol. Kron has proven to be extremely stubborn but we'll see.
Really? I'm sorry about that, well I WAS going to save that for Ch 67, but since you really wanted to see I decided to post it here instead, here you go. I'm sorry it wasn't there in the first place. As u see not EVERYTHING, Ozpin will be less secretive but he's still hiding the fact she was immortal, hopefully he will fess up at some point, for everyone's sake. Kron's training right now will just be normal classic training since he doesn't have any access to anything special for now.
Cinder finally finished gaining more Semblances, and yeah I think deep down she knows she's no match for Kron. Oh yeah while she is power hungry she is not going to go picking a fight with him anytime soon, she will continue taking and taking other's power.

In fairness it wasn't in Vale it was just on land that was on their soil. But yeah, the smartest thing to do was to contact Vale and ask for permission. We'll see Vale was very afraid of the two monsters that appeared out of nowhere but he'll definitely be reprimanded.
Raven will be reflecting on her actions and will have basically an Endeavor redemption, Raven and Kali meeting? Possibly, it would be cool to see how both Kron's motherly figures interacting.
I guess it could be possible, alright I'll think about it during the hiatus.

Kron and Raven will definitely have some things to say to eachother in the future, don't know if Kron will ever forgive her thought but hey, we'll see. Lelouch of Zero: It took awhile but Kron is learning that there are times that he's gotta set his pride aside. He has friends now, he's gotta have priorites. Yep Yang and Pyrrha are two of the three first human Ki users, I had to write them working together.
Ruby's Silver Eyes have been shown early, so that's gonna be fun. It was thanks to a friend that idea happened. As someone who played Sonic Fronteirs it would've been fun having SSJ Kron attack Kaiju Eclipse but, there's a time and place for Super Saiyan and Ikari. Lol I couldn't resist.
