READ FIRST:

Hey guys, so an old friend invited me to visit him out of state, next week on Sunday. So I might not be able to post a chapter after the next one. I'll try to but were gonna be doing a lot of things together and I might not have time to write. I'll try but I can't make any promises.

If it does come to that, I'll hold off on getting a break to make up for that or maybe two chapters in that one week like when I had that family emergency whichever one is doable.

Really sorry guys, I just wanted to see him again since it's been a year since I've seen him and I hope u understand.

I will be able to add next week though for sure, I'll let u know in the reviews as a guest with my name if I'm able to or not.

Ok, thank u guys for reading and hope u enjoy the chapter.

A Maiden's Fall

Roman was humming to himself, everything was working out so far.

The Scourge was being completely cooperative.

He didn't like how he was stalling with dealing with Raven but as he said he was fulfilling his end of the bargain.

Not to mention that deal with Ozpin.

Making a deal with him might've saved his life. With Cinder's plan in the trash, he's pretty much dodged a bullet and he'll call that a win. Still he needed some leverage over him in case things get really dicey for him.

Hopefully, they won't given that he's in the home stretch now. Adam was gone and nw to deal with the fiery bitch.

"Neo, you here?"

The ice cream haired girl appeared and smiled.

"Got any news for me?"

Neo nodded and held her up and did a wave motion as she moved it forward.

It wasn't sign language it was more Neo's language, and Roman understood it right away.

"Great" He said to her. "And what about that other thing I told you about?"

Neo nodded and pulled out her scroll.

She sent it a message to him in front of her.

Roman held up his scroll and looked at the message from Neo.

"This her?"

Neo put her hands up and smirked. It was her way of saying 'Duh!'

"Perfect, we got all our bases covered." The greatest theif in Vale replied. "Now, we gotta be real careful about this, hopefully he doesn't screw up."

Neo walked forward and crossed her arms while tilting her head.

"Oh you know the fact he hasn''t killed Raven's an issue, it means he's got the biggest completion anxiety we've ever seen." He sighed. "Hopefully he's not so wishy washy about our deal."

The pink and brown-haired girl nodded her head in understanding. While she did enjoy torture and killing from time to time, at least she always closed the deal. This guy clearly didn't have his priorities in order. Still she wasn't sure about what Roman was doing.

"Come on Neo, y'know the deal." Roman said with a friendly smile. "When you make a deal with someone always have leverage in case nothing pans out how you expect it to."

Neo nodded knowing that their lives were now basically secure now that they have something over Cinder and now have something needed should anything goes wrong.

She wasn't sure about this idea at first since it might put them back where they started but like he said, one rule on making a deal, get all the leverage you can over them for the worse case scenario.

They just have to hope that the Scourge doesn't screw up and everything is golden. And if he does, they have a way to escape Cinder's wrath.

Honor among thieves was never really a thing for Roman or Neo.

Now it was showtime to break free from this witch. Or at least ensure their survival.

Kron stood on top of a building waiting for a message, preferably from Roman. He was vague about when to intercept Cinder and take her down.

It's been a month since he's focused his efforts on finding Cinder. His focus was making Yang as strong as possible. Since he was told to give Yang some time to rest after knowing what had happened.

He didn't quite understand what that meant, but he suppose he can give her a break if she wants. He was annoyed that she didn't want to continue training even for a bit just because of what she heard. But whatever, it must be a human thing.

It better not be long before she regains her need to train.

Besides he still needs to find that Cinder bitch and make her pay for disturbing his plans.

If it wasn't for what she did to Slate, his deal with Garnet would still have been in play and he'd have that audience he wanted for his death match with Raven.

Though if he played his cards right, he could still make that happen. As long Ozpin doesn't get in his way. He has a feeling he can, he was willing to have Yang fight Adam so he's sure that he can make his next step happen just as well.

Before that he'll focus on Cinder, all he had to was wait for Roman's message.

And with that final thought his scroll shook.

The Saiyan pulled out excited to see a message, expecting to see Roman's new information.

But to his dismay it was some unknown number.

How annoying, some random guy is going to distract. Might as well read to see what they wanted.

'Kron? This is Blake, I got your scroll number from Yang's scroll. Meet me in the Emerald Forest please.'

Kron was surprised to get a message from Blake and growled. He really didn't want to bother with this and saw no reason to follow through with her demand.

With an annoyed expression he responded.

'I'm busy another time.'

Hopefully that'll be good enough to get her off his back while he's focused.

Another message came from her.

"Please I just need a few minutes. That's it."

Kron can see that she was just going to be annoying if he responds any further. If only there was something on this scroll that let him stop her from sending him messages. He decided to settle on ignoring her, it seemed like the best option he had.

He will only focus on waiting for that message from Roman, after all what if Cinder is out and about this very moment.

As if on cue his scroll vibrated again.

He growled expecting another annoying message from her. He looked at the message and was relieved to see that it was from Roman.

'Tomorrow at 3 Cinder will be going on a boat to take her away from Vale, at the docks, it's your best chance to catch her, do not be late.'

Oh good, finally something. That woman had been good at avoiding him and now he finally can meet her face to face and take her down for all the nonsense she put him through. After this he can focus all his efforts on training Yang to get her ready for their future fight.

First to lure Raven, then after he kills Raven.

Finally, he'll have that fight where he doesn't need to hold back have fun like he's been craving. Just three months, and then, he'll the fight of a lifetime.

He then got another message.

From Blake again. "Kron, please, it's about Yang. We need to talk about her if you want to keep training her, there might be a problem."

Kron sighed annoyed again at the Cat Faunus for messaging him. He thought of what to do, he could just ignore her, finish that new book Ozpin had given him wait till tomorrow and handle Cinder. But then she had said that it was about training Yang. If there is a problem he needed to know.

And he has no reason not to given that Cinder is on the move tomorrow anyway. So Really he not only can spare the time but he also needed to know what possible issue there is with Yang and see if perhaps he can train it out of her. Seriously he needed that girl to stay driven if she was going to fight him it was one of the reason he picked her to teach Ki.

"Fine" He said allowed and replied he shook his head.

Why did Blake have to be in Vale? Things would have been so simple if she stayed on that island.

Emerald Forest

, Blake waited at the are he usually trained Yang. Thank god that she was able to convince him to speak to her. She needed to talk about Yang and other things about him.

She needed to convince him to give Yang a needed break and see someone that can help him go on the right path. To avoid him going too far and do something else he regrets. And something he can never take back.

Luckily he turned out to be much better than he used to be, he's more open to listen. He maybe reluctant but he will hear her out if pushed enough.

And if she can play her cards right, she can hear someone else out to. She wasn't sure what will happen especially after she ran away from home after accusing her father of being a coward.

She sighed thinking of when Adam had convinced her to leave home and help free the Faunus, when she thought it was a noble cause.

And back when she wanted Kron to pay for what he had done to her family.

She wished she knew what was going on back then.

Maybe if she had, she could've found him sooner to try to make things right before it lead to this.

The Cat Faunus was startled when she heard a step behind her.

Speak of the devil, it was Kron in his usual outfit that most recognize him as the Scourge of Anima.

Kron had taken his mask off while looking at her with a serious look.

"What is it Blake?" He crossed his arms.

He sounded annoyed.

Blake fought to complain about his attitude, she didn't want to make him run again.

First things's first.

"You told Yang everything." Blake said to him. "Everything that happened at Menagarie. Why? Didn't she not win?"

Kron rose an eyebrow.

"She didn't win." He said in an annoyed voice. "But she showed enough improvement where I feel she can learn why I wanted Raven did.

She sighed hearing that.

"You do know how hard Yang had been training to save Raven." Blake said. "So now Yang is going to need some time to process what she heard before you continue training her. You get that right?"

Kron rolled his eyes.

"I heard that, I'll give her some time." He said annoyed. "Didn't Ozpin tell you?"

Blake nodded.

"Yes but I want to make sure that you give her at least a week."

The Saiyan glared hearing that.

"A week? No. That's too much valuable time she can use training."

The Cat Faunus knew this would be hard.

"Please, she just found out her mother wasn't the kind of person she hoped for." Blake replied. "You can't expect her to be on able to continue training now that she found out who she is, you basically shot one of her reasons to train with you."

Kron growled and rolled his eyes.

"The only reason she needs is to get stronger." The Saiyan retorted. "Did she send you to talk me into giving her a longer break?"

He'd be very pissed if she did almost as much as he would be if she wanted a break in the first place.

"No, she's probably going to still train even if she's not ready." She remembered how she'd overtrain not long after she met Kron. "But she's not some machine, she needs time before she can commit to her training again, please just a week and nothing more."

Kron glared at her and mulled it over.

Their deal was for her to have four months from the start, if she didn't want to train some days then that was her choice. Besides he did remember that there is such a thing as overtraining. He remembered back when he would try to force himself to train while injured.

He supposed that she can have some time off.

"Fine, whatever" Kron said. "She has her week, but if she comes to train of her own accord I'll do it." He explained. "Got it?"

Blake sighed and smiled.

"Thank you, Kron, I appreciate it."

Kron started to turn around.

"Is that all?" He thought now would be a good time to finish that book Ozpin had given him for seeing Adam. He didn't hate Blake but talking to her always made him feel conflicted, he remembered when she was a brat that clinged to her mother and is still affected by her similar to her mother.

Blake knew now was the time, if not hopefully before the deadline of Kron's deal.

"Not yet, I wanted to ask you some questions."

Kron had no real reason to say no, he'll answer them now so she doesn't have to ask again. He crossed arms again and gave her his full attention.

"Go on."

So far so good, first she wanted to ask something since they met, and he left.

"My mom told me your story about the island you were raised on." She remembered when she told her that not long after the incident.

Kron figured that, he remembered the story he lightly altered it. Looking back he didn't like that he lied, but it wasn't too far from the truth. Still he didn't like it.

Blake took his silence as a sign to continue.

"You never said the name of that island. What's it called?"

The Saiyan rose an eyebrow.

"Why do u want to know?"

"I just can't help but think of how horrible the place you grew up, so I'm curious what's the place called?" The Cat Faunus asked.

Kron thought of that and he could just tell her it was Vegeta Island, but he didn't like the idea of it so instead of lying he decided not to answer.

"Does it matter?" He felt like correcting that story, but he didn't see the point. It would take a lot of trouble to show her proof and he didn't want to fly to his cave and back with his space pod. It was more trouble than it was worth. "You don't need to learn the name."

Blake couldn't help but be confused, usually he'd answer without issue but for some reason he didn't want to share that information.

Whatever the case she has more questions to ask.

"Ok, how about your last name." Blake asked.

Kron couldn't help but think that question was strange, he didn't see the relevancy of that. He decided to answer this truthfully.

"I don't have one." Kron responded. "Kron, is my first and only name." He admitted.

"What?" She looked confused. "But you had parents right, you don't have a family name?"\

He never understood the reason behind last names, most Saiyan children are easy to tell who they belong to just by looking for them. Hell Prince Vegeta is a mini mirror to his father only without the beard.

"They didn't have one either." He said to him.

"What? Really?"

She sounded so surprise as if there was any real significance with last names.

"Last names aren't a thing in my culture, no one had a last name where I'm from." He replied. "At most they pass their name on to their children."

Blake looked confused but shrugged. She supposed it wasn't that strange that there was a tribe that didn't give last names somewhere out there.

"What is the point of these questions?" Kron asked.

The Cat Faunus can understand why he'd be confused and answered honestly.

"I never got to learn everything about you before you left." Blake replied. "I was always curious as to where you came from or your family." She said. "We didn't get the chance to know everything about you."

Kron chuckled.

"What's funny?"

The Saiyan shrugged.

"You know the old saying with cats and curiosity right?" He chuckled.

"Oh shut up." Blake said annoyed at his joke.

He chuckled enjoying her getting tested.

"Alright, answer me this" Blake continued. "Do you miss your home?"

Kron was surprised hearing that. He heard that before.

"The day we went to the beach where you saved me from that lancer." She said remembering how Kron protected her from that wasp Grimm. "I asked you if you missed your home remember?"

He did.

The Saiyan looked up in the sky and imagined his home planet.

Planet Vegeta, a place where only the strong thrive and the weak are at their mercy. He was at their mercy, always having to obey the strong and never know freedom. He escaped that planet with plans to return and prove his worth to join the Saiyan army.

After he had met Kali, the plan to wipe out Remnant meant nothing to him now.

Knowing freedom confirmed that he was no longer interested in that pathetic goal anymore.

"No, I don't." Kron said to Blake. "I don't care for that dump anymore." Before he would always hesitate, now though he knows that he hated his home planet where he was never given an opportunity to fight.

Blake heard the conviction in his voice, from the tone it made her understand why he didn't care to think of it. Before he was conflicted, but he seems to have moved on from wherever he was.

"Ok, I wish you could've stayed in Menagerie with us." Blake said smiling. "I think you would have been happy to call it your home."

Kron said nothing but thought of the weeks he spent at Blake's household. Kali was always so worried about him while he was injured and forced him to rest when it was too much. Not to mention the food she always made. Blake was annoying but he enjoyed showing off his abilities to her.

Maybe life in that household wouldn't have been so bad.

But it didn't matter now.

"Are we done?"

"Just one more question."

Kron sighed.

"Fine, but make it the last." He truly wanted to do something else than this, he felt weak in her presence. Like he couldn't be how he usually was.

"Since your giving Yang her break." She paused hoping to get the answer she wants. "Why don't you we go see my mom some time in the week?"

Kron's brain stopped working for a few seconds.

"What?"

Blake can see him struggling as if he didn't know how to respond. "While Yang's taking time, you can take time to, we can use that to go see my mom." She said smiling. "My father wants to see you to, he wants to apologize for how he acted, he feels he didn't respond to the situation appropriately."

The Saiyan heard that and looked confused but then glared again.

"Your father is just as soft as your mother." He said annoyed. Kron then shook his head. "No, I'm busy, besides, part of my deal is to protect Vale, I'm not leaving until I my deal with Ozpin is done."

He replied.

"How about after?" Blake asked. "Ozpin said your not far from capturing the ring leader anyway."

Damn it Ozpin, he didn't need to tell her that.

Kron thought of Kali and remembered everything she did for him. But he knew better.

"No"

He couldn't bring himself to see her, he couldn't.

Blake can tell that's not what he wanted to say and pressed the issue.

"Why?"

Kron shook his head.

"I won't see her, she doesn't need to see me." He thought it was best she'd never see him again.

"But she wants to see you." Blake said. "And you do to. I know you do." Otherwise he would have hurt her with no remorse.

Kron growled and continued to deny her.

"She doesn't need to see me ever, what's done is done, I will never see her again." He looked at her. "If I had my way, you would have never seen me again in the first place, I may have failed to avoid you, but I'll make sure your mother never sees me at least."

Blake can see how much he wanted to avoid seeing her.

"Why are you so against it?" She truly wanted to know, he cares about her, she knows that.

"She doesn't need to." Kron repeated. "Now that she knows what I am, she knows she would be better off never seeing me again." He couldn't bring himself to her.

Blake shook her head.

"I know what you've done Kron." He said. "You have blood on your hands, but so do many friends I made in the White Fang." She thought of Adam, and other members she was close to. "And so does she, she's worried about you. She wants to help you."

Kron growled.

"Help me with what?" He asked. "I'm the strongest in the world, I don't need to see her."

Blake looked at him with a saddened expression but she glared as she grew more determined.

"You do Kron." She replied. "I know that you want to apologize to make up to her for what happened."

Kron decided that enough was enough and turned around.

"Listen Blake, I will never meet Kali again, she doesn't need to see me and is better off not seeing me." He said to her. "After this is over I'll make sure you nor her will ever see me again." He started to float. "This conversation is over, tell Yang she has her week."

"Wait Kron!" She sees him leave.

The Saiyan flew off without turning back.

Blake watched him go and sighed. She squeezed her fists, she doesn't know why he's insisting so much but she'll figure it out and make him see sense.

She has to for his sakes and everyone else's.

Just then her bow shook, someone else was here.

The woman turned and someone stepped out from behind a tree.

"What are you doing here?" Blake asked and eased up at who showed up.

Weiss stepped forward as she looked where Kron was.

"Hi Blake, sorry for startling you." She said to her. "I came because I wanted to see what you were doing with Kron, I'm sorry that he didn't respond the way you wanted."

Blake nodded, ever since she saw Adam's scar Weiss has seemed a bit protective of her as well as her teammates.

"How's Yang?"

Weiss looked sad and explained. "She's still coming to terms with everything." She shook her head. "And I thought my family was complicated, Ruby's with her."

Blake pulled out her scroll and sees a dot on her screen.

"I want to be there for Yang, but I have to take care of this."

The heiress crossed her arms.

"Your going to follow him aren't you?" She asked. "How?"

Blake was surprised by her forward question, guess she didn't want her to just disappear.

"Part of the deal was that Ozpin can place a tracking device on him that he would keep with him at all times." She showed her scroll which had a map of Vale and o dot on it.

Weiss shook her head.

"I'm surprised a headmaster would give a student something like that instead of prioritizing our safety." She questioned how the man's mind worked.

Blake was surprised as well but at the same time he has been surprisingly willing to let her keep in contact with Kron the feared 'Scourge of Anima'. But she remembered him saying something the day he proposed something to her.

'Miss Belladonna, I believe that you are the key to getting the best result out of this for everyone, him included.'

He couldn't have known what happened in Menagerie by then, but he already knew that she was linked to Kron. And thought that she could be the one to help him.

To stop him from becoming as or more dangerous than Adam and use his power to do good.

She agreed to protect Yang, and to help Kron like her mother believed he needed.

Blake looked at Weiss.

"I'm just going to watch him from a distance, I need to talk to him some more if I can." She said. "Can you go back, I'm sure Yang needs more support."

Weiss heard that and looked away.

"I will, after I follow you."

"Weiss"

The heiress lifted a hand.

"I promise, I will go back to her, WITH you after your business with the Scourge- I mean Kron is done."

Blake sighed, she knew it wouldn't do any good to convince her otherwise.

"Alright, let's go, and follow my lead."

Weiss nodded as the duo went off in search of Kron.

Kron saw no reason to continue talking in circles with Blake, she will accept that he won't ever go back to Menagarie.

To never see Kali again or anyone else on this planet

Even if she wants to see him again he couldn't bring himself to.

Even if she wants to see him. Before he always though the opposite, he thought that she would never want to be in his presence ever again.

He remembered how she wrapped her arms around him. For whatever reason she cared for him when it didn't make sense.

And after what he had done in return. Why would she want to see him again? She should hate him along with Blake. Adam still despises him even if he knew what happened. They should as well.

He couldn't make sense of why she would want to see him after all that.

Nor why, it matters to him.

He growled, his Saiyan instincts were telling him that he was weak for having such attachments.

Even though he abandoned his mission, his species' instincts still had some grip on him. He had somehow gotten to care for these Cat Faunus's, and his mind was telling him that it was weak.

And even without his Saiyan mind telling him, he couldn't bring himself to see her, he didn't want to her to see him, knowing all his done.

He remembered all the huntsmen he killed, all for training.

And for fun.

He sighed, it didn't matter, he will never see Kali again, he will make sure of it. It will be best for her, him, and Blake.

Once this was all said and done.

Kron brought up his scroll and called.

"Ozpin, Cinder, I have her, tonight she's planning to escape."

"I appreciate the information, there's one thing I need to say though before you deal with her."

Kron hoped it wouldn't be annoying.

"There's chance that this Cinder woman is a Maiden," Ozpin stated. "If that is the case please capture her alive."

The Saiyan looked surprised hearing that.

"What? A Maiden?" He asked not anticipating this. "Aren't there supposed to be only four of them? It seems like a strange coincidence that I meet two besides Raven in a couple of months."

Ozpin chuckled on the other end.

"Fate works in strange ways." He replied. "If that is the case can I count on you not finishing her?"

Kron was annoyed that he didn't get to kill her but figured that was fine. It's not like she's THE person she wants to kill.

"Very well, I'll bring her alive to do as you wish, but don't expect her to be in the same shape as Adam." He chuckled evily.

That didn't phase Ozpin and merely responded.

"Agreed, I wish you luck."

The headmaster hung up.

As he did Kron wodnerd if this was a Maiden, should he hold back to have some fun? He's not sure if he's up for that anymore, but who knows, he'll decide when he meets her.

Either way he's going to enjoy breaking that woman's bones for getting in his way.

He chuckled at the thought, it was a good distraction while he waited for Yang to 'process' or whatever.

Team RWBY's Dorm

Yang was on her bed with a saddened expression. She was confused and frustrated with her situation. A few days ago, she was committed to the training and determined to save her mother. She knew he had some sort of vendetta against Raven, but she didn't know the true reason why he did. He withheld it until she earned to right to know and she did.

Now though she may wish she didn't know.

Things were simpler when she did.

Ruby was in front of her and frowned.

"Yang are you alright?" She asked not using to seeing her upbeat sister down in the dumps.

Yang shook her head.

"I've searched for Raven for so long, I wanted to find out what kind of person she was and why she left me and dad." She remembered when she found out Raven was her real mother and asked Summer why she couldn't be her real mom. She would tell her she is but it didn't satisfy her. "Then I find a kid that Raven actually bothered to raise, only to find out she stabbed him in the back like that."

When Summer was gone those feelings of abandonment resurfaced.

"If I can stop Kron, I can save her." Yang remembered the terms of their deal. "But if I do then, who else is she going to hurt? If she's willing to hurt him than who else is she hurting?" She asked as she looked at Ruby. "Now that I know why Kron wants to kill her, I don't know if it's right for me to stop it."

Ruby hugged her again in hopes of comforting her big sister.

"Does that mean you'll give up?"

"Maybe, I don't know." She said. "What she did to Kron, and Blake, I don't know if I want to save her. If it's right to. What do you think I should do. What would Summer, what would mom do?" She asked about her real mom, the one that was there.

Ruby pulled away from her and spoke.

"I think what mom would say is." She paused. "Don't worry about what she would do, think about what you think is right. Don't just follow orders or ask for any, I love you sis and I know you'll make the right decision."

The huntress pulled out her scroll and sees a message from Weiss.

She looked at Yang wondering if it was right to leave her here to see what they were doing. She was going through so much now.

Hopefully her teammates won't try anything too dangerous.

Far Away

Raven held up a scrap paper and examined it.

The description to this artifact wasn't readable, ruined by age. All that was clear that it looked like a pot with a string around the top.

She then looked up and sees the entrance to another ruin.

Sienna had walked next to Raven with a serious expression.

"Why waste time looking for this?" Sienna asked. "We should find artifacts that we know actually do something."

Raven placed the paper in her pocket and looked at the tigress. "We are better off collecting as many artifacts as possible regardless if we know what they do or not." She reasoned. "Even if it's useless against Kron, perhaps it will be useful for the White Fang."

They are in position of three useful artifacts after all. A grimoire of spells, a bow that can fire either Ice or Fire with more power by how far the arrow travels, and an armor that grants the power of Grimm to the user. Also not every artifact is where it was described to be, some are missing. So they couldn't pass up any hint of these magic artifacts.

With a sigh her partner said nothing and merely nodded. Who knows maybe these ruins can also show hints where to find other more usable items.

"Very well." Sienna relented still unhappy with the situation. "I've had my guards scout ahead; their traps were more manageable." She had said. "Hopefully they already made it to the end."

Raven nodded as the two walked in the ruins ready for any trap that might come their way.

Just as they did a White Fang member had come before them.

"High Leader Sienna!" The guard bowed. "We managed to go in at the end of the ruin."

Sienna eyed him and glanced at Raven.

She seemed glad not to have to go through the effort of avoiding more traps.

The tigress turned back to the guard.

"Any casualties?" She hoped not and had ordered not to go in without her there.

"None, High Leader." He replied.

Sienna was glad to hear that, but she wondered how they managed that. Her men were disciplined but from the traps she's seen she was aware most of them lacked the skill or the finesse to avoid the traps she's seen.

"However we found that this artifact was missing."

Damn it.

"Figures," Sienna said glaring at Raven. "You seem to be the only one benefitting from this lately." She eyed the bow on her back and the grimoire on her dress.

Raven made no comment and closed her eyes in annoyance.

"And my lady, there's something else, the traps." He began. "They were already triggered by someone else and recently."

Sienna rose an eyebrow. So that was how they got through the ruins with no trouble.

Her guard continued. "Also they left behind tracks, some of us have their scent, we'll be able to track him if you wish."

The tigress thought of it would be worth finding this collector, she side eyed Raven who nodded. She could just refuse but what she said earlier. While rolling her eyes she focused on her guard.

"Very well, see what you can find and report back to me." Sienna ordered. "Also make sure no one finds this person without me, no heroics."

The guard bowed and went off to do just that.

Sienna turned to Raven who wore a smirk for some reason.

"So there's someone else that's aware of the artifacts." Raven was surprised by that she wondered if either Salem or Ozpin were using their resources to find them. "That's good."

"How?" Sienna asked. "We've been depending on these artifacts, if someone else has been searching for them they are a hinderance to our cause."

"Yes but remember several artifacts we searched for were missing, meaning, it is likely that this person has a good amount we either haven't searched for or ones that have been missing." Raven replied. "With the two of us, they won't be match for us."

Sienna can understand what she meant, whoever was taking these artifacts no matter how strong they were, they likely couldn't stand up to her with the Abys Hide or Raven with her Maiden abilities.

"Fine" She looked at her guard who come back. "Is there something else?"

"Yes we found out what the artifact does." He took out a paper and handed it to her. "It was written in one of the ancient languages, but our architects were able to decipher it."

Sienna unrolled the paper and looked at it.

Raven looked over her shoulder and her eyes widened.

The description to the artifact, it was more than it appeared, far more. If the description is true, then it could solve everything. Nothing, other Maidens, Kron, or even Salem would be stopped for once and for all.

Sienna seemed to be hiding her excitement, but she was elated. She remembered how the boy took her leg mercilessly. How he attempted to destroy her with that red light. That vile smile he wore while she held her stump. And of all the Faunus that were arrested simply for being Monkey Faunus, after this there will be no more victims.

The White Fang can finally move on from him and no longer will they have to suffer for his actions.

Raven was clearly surprised, but she was skeptical. The artifact seemed useful, but it was as if she was looking it over for some kind of catch. There had to be something off about it.

There's no way Ozpin wouldn't have used this on Salem if it worked the way it was described.

But she had to admit, this artifact… it was something they couldn't ignore. She eyed her partner.

Sienna seemed to have renewed vigor after all the missed artifacts. Which was good given how annoyed she's been, it almost looked like she was going to end their alliance.

"We should focus on finding the one who took it." The tigress said like she couldn't wait to get her hands on it.

Raven would have told her concerns for why this pot artifact might not be worth it but she kept quiet, she was right, whatever limitations it had, they couldn't pass this up.

"Good, let's see if your men can find any tracks and see how long it takes to find our fellow treasure hunter." She replied. "And then we can finally be free of Kron and move on to Salem."

Sienna nodded and went to talk to her guards on where they might find the culprit who's been stealing artifacts ahead of them.

Raven put a hand to her chin thinking of the pot, ye it could solve all their problems. Still they should take every artifact this person had taken, it'd be foolish to put all their hops on this artifact.

For now they had to do was find whoever took it along with the rest of their potential artifacts. That begs the question though, who was the one who took it?

Has Salem sent someone to collect these Artifacts? Perhaps Ozpin? Or someone they don't know about.

Whoever did, she'll murder them to get these powerful treasures.

Docks

Cinder was sitting in a chair on top of a building overlooking the docks. She still couldn't believe it all came to this.

She planned everything, the train at Mountain Glenn, the breach, the Vytal festival. Everything was planned accordingly.

Everything went wrong, the Scourge had ruined her plans. Adam was right to warn her of him, but perhaps they could have avoided this if they hadn't given Soul Dust to that so called champion.

So now she had to retreat and return for an unknown amount of time.

To receive treatment for Refined Soul Dust. From the sound of it she'll need a long time before she can return and take what is rightfully hers. At least this way she will receive power, far more power than she could've imagined.

Perhaps beyond what the four Maidens would grant her.

She smirked at that, she couldn't wait to see that arrogant boy dead at her feet.

Cinder squeezed her fists as fire released from her hands.

"Ma'am"

The half Maiden turned to see her assets.

Emerald a young, tanned woman with long green hair.

Mercury at her side, a young man with silver hair and a grey and black outfit.

"The ship should be arriving soon." Emerald explained. "I've also spread word to the White Fang to avoid the docks for awhile."

Mercury crossed his arms.

"Barely to, with Adam missing the White Fang are more rabid than ever." He replied. "We might wanna find a new group if we want to try your plan again. We might've burned bridges with them."

Cinder knew that was the case, Adam was one of their biggest pieces on the board. After Vale there were plans to use his influence over the White Fang to take the relic from Haven.

They need anew group, ones with members as strong as the White Fangs. The crown would be good, but their leader Jax woulnd't spare enough man power for that, and Salem is likely reserving them for Vacuo's relic.

Perhaps the best option is to break Adam out of prison to earn favor with the White Fang again.

It'd be easy to do considering Adam's interest in Soul Dust.

If he's still alive that is.

Cinder stood up and looked at her two subordinates.

"I trust Roman was notified that we will return?"

Mercury crossed his arms and scoffed.

"We let him know that we'll be back to do business again, but if you ask me he was looking forward to us leaving."

Cinder glared, she had some suspicions about Roman. But she had no real proof that any of this mess was his doing, how would he be in contact with the Scourge anyway?

She'll have to investigate properly when she returns.

"Very well be ready as soon as that boat reaches the shore we're leaving." She replied.

"What about us being 'transferred' to Beacon?" Mercury asked.

Cinder sighed.

"We may have to change plans completely, we should assume that Ozpin knows us by name." Cinder suspected; she didn't know for sure but with how things have gone wrong they have no reason to doubt if that was the case. "A new opportunity will present itself at some point." The Half Maiden said crossing her arms."

The half Maiden walked downstairs with her followers not long behind her.

They made it outside and reached the docks where the boat was in the distance.

"Make sure you covered your tracks, I don't want anyone to know we were here." She opened the door and proceeded to walk out. "Beacon will fall, just not as soon as we would have liked."

As the the three stared at the boat heading their way they relaxed. Their plans had fallen apart, but once they were out of Vale they will have time to relax.

"Please tell me that wasn't supposed to be a pun."

The three heard an unfamiliar voice, but Cinder's eyes widened, she had a feeling who was behind them.

Cinder looked over her shoulder as her subordinates also did.

Emerald glared and took out two guns.

Mercury held up his arms and looked shocked at who showed up.

In front of them was the one they were trying to avoid.

Floating above them was a young man with a beringel mask. A hood and cloak, with a black tight suit, silver sash, black pants, and black boots. And most notably, his monkey like tail.

Cinder grit her teeth and turned around.

Kron glared down at the trio as he descended and landed in front of them.

"I have to deal with someone who likes puns, so don't tell me you do that to." He said remembering the first time he met Yang. "Though I guess we won't be acquainted long."

Cinder took a step back eyeing the young man.

"It's you." She said. "The Scourge of Anima, what do you want with us?"

Kron tilted his head.

"I think you know." He replied. "You, the one giving orders, your Cinder Fall?"

Her eyes widened, he knew name? How? Why?

"Adam" Cinder declared. "Did he talk?"

Kron chuckled. "Doesn't matter, forget about him, he was just in my way." He looked at Cinder ignoring her two subordinates. "Finally, you've got no idea how long it took for me to find you."

Cinder kept calm, eyeing Emerald and nodded.

The green haired girl kept staring at their foe.

"Scourge of Anima" The black haired woman began. "I'm sure your aware of our involvement with Slate, why else would you be looking for us?"

Kron was a bit surprised at how calm she was speaking, she either is faking or thinks she can get the better of her. He didn't expect her to just admit her involvement."

"That's right." The Saiyan replied. "I don't care what happened to that idiot, but when you did that you ruined my plans. He was very important to them."

Because he was dead he lost his audience at Dead End Arena. Garnet needed a champion to fund the place.

"It wasn't my idea." Cinder began. "My superiors wanted to test a new weapon and knew Slate would make a good test subject. What he did with his powers were his business we had no control over what he did."

Kron chuckled.

"Funny, I was told that he was sent after me specifically." The Saiyan replied. "Don't lie, or things will be worse for you."

Cinder had thought up some options, she didn't have many, she had to buy some time while waiting for that boat.

"My apologies, but I assure you I have superiors that had ordered us to test our new weapon." She said with a polite smile. "Perhaps instead of fighting among ourselves, why don't you and I pool our resources together?"

Kron was silent for a few seconds and only stared at her.

"I have connections that have the potential to overthrow the Four Kingdoms." Cinder said still smiling. "With you at our side we'd be able take over the world many times over."

Cinder walked forward still wary of the Scourge of Anima. She made sure to signal Emerald to use her Semblance when ready.

"Come now" The Half Maiden began. "I know of your grudge with Raven Branwen, we can help you find her, and provide with a place at your side when the world is ours."

The woman can't see any factial expressions but he's being very silent. She needed to get on his good side at least long enough for her to gain the power necessary to destroy him.

"No with your strength you'd belong on the throne of the world yourself, with us at your side." She honeyed her words with an alluring smile. Slowly she placed a hand on his shoulder, and he showed no resistance. Good, her charms seemed to be working.

"So, shall we make the world ours?"

She hated having to do this, but if it meant they can control him for a while or at least leave them to their plans then so be it. He will fall for her and in time she wi-

A fist hit her cheek.

Cinder rolled back from the force of the punch and hit a wall behind her which cracked from the impact.

The woman in red yelled as she grabbed her face from the pain.

Emerald ran to her superior and tried to help her up.

But the woman pushed her way and stood up.

"You! How dare you!" She ylled gripping her face and had blood leaking out the left of her lip.

Kron chuckled.

"First of all I don't care about ruling the world, if I did, don't you think I'd have conquered it by now?" Seriously, he hasn't lost a single fight since he was a child and no weapon has ever truly harmed him in years, at least without enhancements. "Second what I do care about, is you idiots ruined some plans I made." He said as he walked forward. "And you need to pay."

Mercury backed away with gritted teeth, he knew that he coulnd't handle him head to head.

Emerald stepped forward and opened her eyes, glaring at him.

Kron stared at the green haired girl and the silver-haired boy.

"You two get out of the way or die with her." He replied. "Your call."

Emerald pointed to the left with her thumb.

Curious the Saiyan glanced to his left wondering if she was ambushing him with any other lackey.

His eyes widened at the person he was staring at. Rage filled him at the sight and he felt the scar on his chest burned as if reminding him the first time she used that power on him.

"You're here? Why?"

It was a woman, in black and red. With a sword in a familiar looking sheathe. And a white grimm like mask similar to the White Fang only it was from a tribe that he hated.

Raven Branwen stood in there and pulled out her weapon Omen ready to challenge him.

Kron was confused at what she was doing and why she was here in the first place.

"Too bad, you had three months to live." Kron said chuckling. "Are you on their side hag?"

The woman said nothing and only stood there with her weapon out.

"Tch" Kron was annoyed at a lack of response and threw himself at his long awaited foe. "If you got no words fine! You die here old hag!"

He threw a punch only to hit nothing.

Behind the mask Kron's eyes widened, she just vanished. He realized that there was no scent. He turned to the where the trio were standing.

They were gone, no doubt they escaped.

Kron glared behind his mask, one of them has some sort of illusion Semblance.

Away Cinder was running with Mercury and Emerald not far behind her.

"We'll hide away for a few minutes then make a break for the boat as quietly as possible!" Cinder said to her comrades.

"Yes Ma'am!" Emerald responded while Mercury just kept quiet

As the three ran into an alley a figure landed right in front of them.

Kron stood before the three.

Cinder looked surprised as her two followers looked scared.

"If your going to run at least make the chase fun." His sense of smell wouldn't let them escape easy.

Emerald immediately looked at him with widened eyes.

Suddenly they seemed to vanished.

Kron did nothing for a few seconds, he sniffed the air.

The Saiyan dashed forward and grabbed something in thin air.

A girl screamed.

Suddenly in his hand there was a long braided green hair in his hand and he can see the face of the tan girl who had her eyes closed.

"So it's yours huh?"

And to his side a kick had been tossed to his head.

Kron rose an arm to block a kick from Mercury.

He turned to the silver haired man and smiled behind his mask.

"Another unarmed fighter?" The Saiyan asked with moderate interest. "That's good."

Mercury grunted as he pulled his leg back and tried to kick his side.

The Saiyan rose his arm again to block many more kicks while still gripping the girl's hair.

Emerald rose a green gun and aimed in his face, she pulled the trigger multiple times.

The revolver was fired point blank to Kron's mask.

Mercury smirked seeing that and tried to kick his head.

But without even reacting to the up close gun shot Kron blocked the kick.

"What?!" Mercury said staring at the masked Scourge.

"You're a kicker huh?" He asked. "Prefer fists myself, but here's one kick I like doing."

Still holding on to Emerald who was firing shot after shot point blank Kron quickly rose one leg and axe kicked on top of Mercury's head.

The young man's Aura shattered and he lost consciousness.

"Mercury!" She yelled she kept pulling the trigger until she ran out of ammo.

Kron stared at Emerald. "Your Semblance, I hate it, tricksters like you" He grabbed Emerald's head and slammed it on his knee. "Belong on the ground!"

Her green Aura shattered and she was also knocked out.

The Saiyan chuckled, glad to knock out a weakling that relies on a weak Semblance. He then looked to where Cinder was.

She wasn't there, she let her minions distract him. Not like it'll do her any good. He chuckled at this weakling's attempt to escape.

Near the area

Blake and Weiss were standing on top of a building near the docks.

Following the tracker that was on Kron they watched as he chased down three people.

Weiss couldn't help but worry.

"Are you sure that we shouldn't jump in?" She asked. "What if they're innocent?"

The Cat Faunus understood why she thought that.

"I doubt it, Ozpin did mention that Adam was dealing with a human woman named Cinder." She replied. "Im sure that's who Kron is chasing."

Weiss crossed her arms and looked at her.

"You really trust him don't you?"

She turned to her teammate and explained.

"Like I said, there's more to Kron than just being the Scourge of Anima" She replied. "I'm just going to wait and watch and talk to him again, I need to."

Weiss didn't reply and just watched Kron confronting the criminals.

She didn't complain, she wanted to ask Kron some questions herself.

They'll just wait for him to finish his business here.

She wasn't sure how to feel about him after hearing his story and having her world turned upside down seeing Adam's scar.

Perhaps she wanted to see if Blake was right and if there was more to the Scourge of Anima.

She hoped that she was right.

Cinder using her Maiden-enhanced speed to get as far away as possible, the boat should arrive in time hopefully Mercury and Emerald can distract him long enough to escape.

It's a shame to lose such useful followers, especially Emerald who seemed to have truly become loyal to her while Mercury is pragmatic and willing to follow orders.

Had to be done, in order to escape that monster.

Just as she reached the docks she sees the boat getting closer to arrive, with her Soul Dust and her new bodyguards.

Once they leave, she will return ready to-

"Leaving already?"

Cinder's eyes widened as she slowly turned around.

The Scourge of Anima stood tall holding in his arms Mercury and Emerald.

"You forgot your things."

He tossed Mercury and Emerald.

Cinder eyed them, she could tell they were breathing, but they were knocked out and useless! She eyed her foe while glancing at the boat and stared back at him.

"You've won! Just let us go!" She said as she sees him walking forward. "You've already ruined my plans, we'll leave, and never come back." It was a lie of course but she'll say anything to get away.

Kron chuckled as he kept walking forward.

"No, the only way you leave is in a bodybag."

Cinder glared, her right started glow a familiar light.

Kron stopped and glanced at they right eye. He remembered Raven's red flame and Winter's blue flame. "Huh, so it's true." He said not loud enough for her to hear. Ozpin wasn't kidding, he found the third Maiden. He supposed that was goog, sadly it meant he can't kill her.

Oh well, he'll just have some fun.

The half Maiden noticed that he stopped walking, good she can use that. She rose both her hands and fired a wave of fire at the Saiyan.

Cinder smiled as her flames ensnared him. Perhaps they were wrong, maybe he wasn't stronger than a Maiden. Or perhaps she caught him off guard.

But then right in front of her a hand came from the flames and grabbed her arm.

She looked terrified as a strong grip grabbed her wrist, she looked up to see a frightening sight.

The Scourge of Anima was standing in the way of her ongoing flames and didn't look the worse for ware.

Kron then threw a punch straight into her face.

Cinder yelled as she was struck and sent rolling away until she hit a shipping container and it made a dent behind her.

"Ahh!" She slowly got up and glared at Kron with her one glowing eye while the other showed no flame.

Kron kept walking forward and tilted his head. He noticed she had a few bruises from that strike more than she should.

"That flame you were blasting at me was weak, the other Maidens I fought can deal stronger flames." He said in a disappointed tone. "Also my strike was strong, but it shouldn't be strong enough to bruise you that much." He remembered his fight with Winter, he threw punches with the same amount of force he threw at her when he was holding back to match her strength.

Cinder yelled as she took out a boy she had hidden and fired three arrows with fire at the tips.

The Saiyan waved his hand and caught the three arrows in one hand. He looked at her and had a fun idea.

He tossed all three of them back at her.

The Half Maiden's eyes widened as she tried to move out of the way but an arrow struck her knee.

"Ahhh!" She yelled as she got on her back. Once she did she was staring up at the monster.

Kron behind his mask glared down at the woman. His furry tail reached and curled around the arrow while he knelt next to Cinder.

Cinder sees him up-close and thrusts an open palm with a fire ball to his face.

The Saiyan was struck in the face by the flame, his Ki was strong enough to shield him from the flame. He only stared at her face mostly at her eyes.

The woman yelled as she tried to use her other hand to throw another up close fire ball.

This time Kron's tail that had wrapped around the arrow in the woman's knee and pulled.

Cinder screamed and her hand stopped moving shocked from the flame.

Kron just kept looking at her eyes.

"You're really weak for a Maiden" He noted causing her to glare. "Does it have something to do with only one of your eyes glowing?"

She breathed in and out from the pain.

"Silence!" She yelled as she tried to strike him.

And Kron struck her again across the face sending her skidding across the docks.

Cinder groaned as she was getting dizzy, she's only been struck a few times and she was already on the verge of collapsing.

"I get it now," Kron said. "Your some sort of half-baked Maiden right?"

She grits her teeth as she tried to get up. While doing so the boat had arrived and docked to shore. But she was too angry to notice.

"I- I am far more deserving of the power of the Maidens than anyone boy!" She yelled as the fire glow grew bright.

Kron chuckled as he cracked his knuckles.

"Good news, since I know you are a Maiden, I won't kill you now, but I made a deal with someone who wants me to hand you over, probably to kill you and pass your power to someone else." Perhaps that Glynda woman or a student of Ozpin's. "Don't worry, hopefully when you die, your power will be passed on to someone that can actually fight."

Cinder's temper was getting the better of her, this boy ruined everything for her! She wanted to lash out! To attack, but she knew it'd be pointless.

"Please, listen to me." The woman said backing away still on her back. "I will leave and never return! I will help you however I can, I promise, just please, let me go!"

Kron growled hearing her beg. "Sorry, but I've had my fill with cowards and their lies." He rose a hand about to knock her out.

But just then Cinder started floating away.

"What?!" The Half Maiden yelled.

Kron tilted his head confused.

"Y-you!" She yelled. "Are you doing this!"

Behind his mask the Saiyan was confused, she was floating and seemingly against her will. He rolled his eyes looking around to see if Ozpin's helper Goodwitch was here.

"Sorry about this"

A woman's voice spoke from nowhere one he didn't recognize.

He turned to see a woman with long auburn colored hair with a silver streak on her hair. She waved her hand.

Cinder was being pulled back.

"You! What are you doing?!" She demanded as she was trapped by the grip of her telekinesis.

"Relax" The redhead replied. "Your Cinder right? We've been sent to retrieve you."

Kron was confused hearing that. We? He glanced around and sees someone else.

A large brute of a man almost a foot taller than Kron. A green mohawk, a green chest plate armor, and a brown cloak.

He was carrying Cinder's unconscious accomplices.

"Get these losers on the boat will you?" He asked the woman.

"Sure Bertilak." She lifted a hand to use her Semblance to float Mercury and Emerald out of Bertilak's grasp.

The woman glanced at the half Maiden in her telekinetic grip.

"Rest on the boat, we'll take you somewhere for your treatment." She said to her as she waved her hands.

Cinder cursed as she was being taken away, she glared at Kron intending to destroy him when she gets the chance.

So the trio were brought on the boat the new duo arrived from.

Kron was about to go after them to ensure they won't escape.

But just as he was about to, he felt the temperature rise, like a hot flame was behind him.

The man with the green mohawk got behind him with his arms raised holding his mace.

Kron looked surprised and jumped back as the axe hit the ground behind him.

The Saiyan landed a few feet away and looked at the brute.

He was quick, quicker than a Maiden from the looks of it, he barely saw him coming.

The man chuckled as he lifted his mace and glared at Kron.

"Was hoping to get your tail." He said. "At least you can pretend your human instead of a monkey."

Kron growled this idiot was going to die first.

"Bertilak, ease up," She said a few feet behind Kron.

The Saiyan glanced behind him to see if the woman would try anything.

"Hello it's nice to meet cha," She said smiling. "My name is Carmine, and my partner here is Bertilak."

Kron growled.

"You two are in the way, that woman has caused me some problems."

Carmine's sais on her belt floated upward.

"Sorry to hear that but we're under orders to have her retrieved, I don't suppose you'd let us do that peacefully."

Kron glanced at the man who was holding the mace.

"No, and besides." He began chuckling. "You two have caught my interest, you're stronger than you should be." The speed of the man Bertilak was beyond a Maiden, and he could tell from the strike that it was strong enough to make him bleed.

Maybe more if he let his guard down.

"I don't see your eyes glowing," Kron noted looking at Carmine and over at Bertilak.

"Let me guess, Soul Dust?"

The two looked surprised but Carmine kept a friendly smile on her face.

"Huh, you know more than we thought you would." She noted. "I guess that's another reason to take you out."

Betilak chuckled as he held his mace over his shoulder.

"I've been waiting a long time for this, to let my power loose on you monkey!"

Kron glanced at him and over at the girl who was ready to fight him.

The Saiyan chuckled.

"Fine, if you two want to die to protect that weakling then bring it!"

He wonders if he'll have to hold back this time.

After finally finding Cinder, Kron is ambushed by two new foes. Said to be infused with Ripened Soul Dust, a more advanced Dust than what Slate and Hazel used. Just how strong are these two? Will Kron be forced to use all his strength?

And with Wiess and Blake observing from the sidelines, will they remain hidden and safe? Or will they be caught in the crossfire?

Find out next time on One's Own Path!

So in case anyone forgot. Hazel and Slate were brought up to Maiden levels using your typical Soul Dust. Now that it's been upgraded how strong do u think they are now?

Oh right I should probably say Berilak and Carmine are not OC's they are RWBY characters in a book called After the Fall. Here's their original Semblance.

Bertilak: Heat Generation: He's able to generate heat which radiates in waves close to him.

Carmine: Telekenisis: Basically a watered down version of Goodwitch's Semblance. Without Soul Dust anyway.

As for their extra Semblances, you'll find out in the next chapter.

Hope u look forward to that.

Review Responcses

The Guest: I'm flattered that you took the time to read the whole story in mere days. And I'm glad to here that you think it's interesting.

1. Glad u liked it I wanted to try my hand at world building and of Kron discovering his desire to be free from Planet Vegeta's army.

2. I get what u mean, every other RWBY crossover fic I read it's usually the same as canon with a fith wheel, even when the extra character gets to do their own thing the plot of RWBY usually stays the same. I really wanted to avoid that route.

3. I believe Saiyans, weak ones get stronger based on their environment and the power levels of those around them that he's fighting. You are correct Mercenary Tao would destroy him at this point in the story. I read a couple fics that give their OC's Super Saiyan forms before they face a frieza level threat, ya I don't get why that happens and I feel it's kinda cheap to do that early and have them lose to RWBY characters to without any power ups.

I hope this chapter and more will be worth the wait Thank you for the encouragement. :)

Anon689:Since the fall of Beacon isn't going to happen that means RWBY will stay in Beacon longer, making room for a lighter tone for later.

Keyblade: That's a possibility, with his constant win streak he might actually like that Ozpin did that, it's like a fighting buffet for him if he decides to teach more than just Pyrrha.

Kron will definitely get Super Saiyan at some point, but not anytime soon, he really doesn't need it at this point. Let's just say if Kron sees anyone harm Blake or Kali, they wouldn't be safe.

The art I receive is from a friend and fan of mine named Golden SSj and others, we'll see if I get it, I always appreciate it but it's not up to me if I get any. Wish I could afford to get art myself though.

I do have some ideas with Ice Queendom but it likely won't be anytime soon, rest assured I will use elements from it.

Toribot: Thank u for pointing that out I'll see if I can put that to use. I just have to figure out who and where he would learn to do that.

epantoja521: Kron can be kinda unpredictable, so who knows.

A: He'd at least think about it since he tried it behind his back.

B: Very possible, one reason he did teach Yang was to get more stronger opponents over time.

C: Well he doesn't have Ki sensing yet, but he might find out since he doesn't really trust anyone, but we'll see.

Expletitiveblaster: We PM'd, thank u for the honest take. Hope u can find a story u can enjoy. Goodbye.

ThatSaiyaGuy: He was going to figure it out at some point. Good point, but Ozpin is a better teacher after all he helped Kron figure out how teach Yang how to use it in the first place instead of trying to teach him the way a Saiyan would. We'll be seeing how Ozpin decided to teach JNPR in a bit, there was a hint of it a couple chapters ago when Yang wanted a round with Pyrrha but found out Ozpin was teaching them. Plus Qrow was adamant about deciding the Fall Maiden as quickly as possibly and teaching their team personally from the get go after meeting Kron.

Sucks to be Adam, a few months ago Kron probably would have been willing to train him. But after seeing how his Semblance worked and how he would despreatley get his weapon like he did in canon, Kron lost all interest. Especaially after meeting Yang who's Semblance doesn't need a weapon. I guess that's true, if so that's a shame, if they wanted us to feel bad for him they could've

Yang is going through a tough time, much to Kron's annoyance. Hopefully she can pick herself back up, it's shame that one of the reasons she agreed to Kron's training was to save her mother. And now it looks like it was ruined. She might need to find a new reason to continue, she's got three months to decide, or a week in Kron's case since he wants to continue the training as soon as she can.

Well, right now the plan is to get away from Vale and get her hands on some Ripened Soul Dust. She wants to get time to train and just to the new powers before getting to Kron.

Also I hope u enjoyed seeing Kron at least kicked her ass here, but who knows maybe she'll escape and ambush him another time. Hope for Kron's pride she doesn't.

Thank u hope u enjoyed this one to.

Shadow-Proclamation: Another point to make is Kron never said Ozpin couldn't learn Ki himself and teach it. So really he hasn't broken the agreement. Plus part of the deal was no matter how this ends, Yang will leave with Ki knowledge. So he knows it'll get out at some point. We'll see though he doesn't like it when people go behind his back but as long as Ozpin follows his end of the deal, he doesn't have the right to complain. Hopefully he feels that way.

Eddyg125: Probably

Guest: Depends how he plays it, hopefully he's not gonna screw with the deal, if he really tries to stab him in the back at the very least Ozpin will need to reincarnate.

Kamencolin: Yep, plus he only knows what Kron knows so far, so it'll be a bit before he understands all it's functions.

Lelouch of Zero: Yep! We'll see Kron doesn't like it when u go behind his back, but also he gets new competition.

Ruenion: PM'd you. In this story RWBY characters that get Ki will have a Ki color dependent on their Aura.

For example Yang has yellow Aura so she has yellow Ki.

Ozpin's Aura color happens to be green so he get's green Ki.

WarmasterXI: I think I can have him do it sometime soon, would be a fun scene to write.

Salem is taking her time figuring that out, she might have something already. Hopefully for Kron's sake it won't be effective.

Triscythe69: Understandible why u think that. But we'll see, he hasn't revealed his plan yet.

ZamasuAutonomous22: Aint he sneaky! Lol. In fairness Kron isn't his only priority or even his main priority. Remember Salem might have an army of Soul Dust users in the future, when that happens he's gonna need all the resources he can get. Kron maybe stronger but Salem is the bigger danger since she plans to end humanity.

Maybe but Kron hasn't taught anyone Ki outside of Yang. And while he teaches her, he's being watched by Ozpin so Salem doesn't really get ot see that yet. Who knows maybe Eclipse can adapt to Ki and match Kron or maybe she's taking her time for Ozpin to spread the teachings of Ki to learn it herself. Hopefully not anytime soon.

Good to know u approbe of me avoiding giving everyone ki. Don't worry it'll be a while before a lot of people will learn it. Though once we get to space everyone might need it to survive, we'll see though.
