Hey guys, so again sorry for not adding on time. I had a lot of fun with my friend we hung out with childhood friends I haven't seen in forever.
Shot guns in a shooting range to.
Alright enough of all that, on with the chapter!
Growth of Mind and Body
It was still past midnight at Beacon Academy not long after Kron's battle.
In the halls, Yang and Ruby were walking in their school uniforms while likely every other student was past asleep
Normally Yang would enjoy her sleep, but she couldn't stop thinking about what she was told. It kept her up at night, for hours she kept thinking of the whole situation. The blood and sweat she put into her new training was for what she thought was the right thing to do. To fight for her family even if they were estranged, she had faith that her mother had some good reason to not be around her.
That being said of course she always had some resentment towards her mother for abandoning her and her father. Mainly because she didn't know what the reason was. She used to imagine that it was for something important, that it was to protect her, her family, some good way to make it seem that she had no choice but to leave them. But the fact that her father, Uncle, and even her real mother Summer hadn't told her the reason made her doubt anything she imagined. But despite this resentment, she always thought that Raven had a good reason not to be around and kept her hate for her at bay.
Then she met Kron for the first time, and from the sound of it she had gone out of her way to raise this boy but not her own daughter. Her own blood. All this time she's never met her, made her think she thought that she wasn't suited for parenting and then she finds out she was raising another child.
That increased her resentment.
When she found out Kron wanted her dead she was confused and decided to try to save her.
Why? Because again, she was family. Simple as that. Her father was the softest man she ever knew, if her mom can be with him even for a bit there had to be more to her than she can imagine, even if she did raise someone else's kid.
And then she found out why he wanted her dead.
She created a situation where he needed to be saved. Brought him to a place where he can heal, where he met Blake and her mother. It sounded like he found a family he can be happy in. Only for Raven to ruin it both for him and the Belladonnas.
Her resentment grew even further now knowing the kind of person she is.
Raven Branwen is the kind of person who will push people she cares about in harms way for her own sake. She manipulates those around her and harms innocent people and hides it behind a 'the strong live and the weak die' principle she pretends that she follows.
If she were willing to do that to someone she raised, what would she do to someone she was actually related to? To her own child?
That was when she questioned what she should do. She wondered why she should even bother trying to train if beating Kron means that Raven will remain free to harm everyone around her was it even right to do so?
No it wasn't.
Yang had debated to maybe just letting Kron get his way when the three remaining months are up.
But she didn't want that, no longer for Raven's sake but rather for her own. She wanted to fight Kron at the strongest level she could reach. She couldn't imagine herself just giving up her training, like Kron she had a desire to get stronger and to take on whatever challenge comes her way.
And this felt like the biggest challenge of her life.
Winning and letting Raven getaway didn't feel right either.
So she wasn't doing this to stop Kron from going after Raven or save Raven.
Days after her fight with Adam and she found out the truth she had non-stop been thinking of what had happened.
And finally after hearing her sister telling her to do what she thought was right.
After looking inside thinking of everything, she decided there was only one thing to do.
This felt right to her.
Beside her Ruby got in front of her and looked concerned.
"You sure about this Yang?" Ruby had been the one Yang had confided in the most since she found out. She hated to see her go through this alone but had been happy to have been there for her to lean on just as her big sister had been there for her.
"I am" Yang said with a smile, one that was real this time, like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders, she can see the bags under Ruby's eyes and couldn't help but be proud how her little sis had been there for her. Just like Summer had. "You should get some sleep Rube's I'll be fine, I'll head back to our dorm soon."
Stubbornly Ruby shook her head.
"I'll be fine, I wanna make sure that you're alright, besides I kinda wanna see our teammates before we go to sleep."
Yang couldn't argue with that, already she was acting like a leader. At least what she imagined one to be, the girl nodded as they kept walking.
Ruby can see that she was alright with her following her. "Great, let's go to Ozpin, I'm sure he knows where to find Kron." She said to her. "And sis."
Yang looked at Ruby who smiled.
"I'm very proud of you and think you're doing the right thing." She said. "And I know our mom would be proud to."
Yang again felt her spirit lift again she truly did have the best little sister anyone can ask for.
"Thanks Ruby."
The duo were approaching Ozpin's office, Yang knocked on the door anxious to find Kron and tell him everything she had on her mind and that she is ready to continue her training. For her new goal.
And to make it clear her new feelings about Raven.
No answer came from the door when she knocked.
"Headmaster Ozpin?" Yang asked only to hear no response. She tried to open the door only to find out it was locked.
"Not here." She looked at Ruby. "Ugh, should've known he'd be asleep, sorry Ruby."
"It's ok, I think you can use the rest anyway," Ruby said while yawning.
Yang rose an eyebrow and glared at her.
"You're not saying I need more beauty sleep are you?"
"What?" Ruby backed away looking at her. "Nooo, never, hehehe." She said in a joking manner.
Yang rolled her eyes and started walking towards their dorm, it was stupid that she wanted to talk to Kron now anyways, as tough as he is, he still needs his sleep to, besides he's kinda hard to deal with when he's wide awake, she'd hate to deal with him half asleep.
As the two walked, the blonde's scroll vibrated. She pulled out her scroll and answered it.
"Blake? What is it?" Yang asked, just then Blake had spoken really quickly and loudly. "Whoa slow down, who got injured?! Weiss?!"
Ruby turned to Yang and gasped. "Weiss? What happened?" She asked wanting to know the state of her teammate.
Yang's eyes widened.
"What? Kron?" She couldn't believe what she was hearing. "He got injured?!"
Ruby looked confused and shocked when she heard that.
Yang couldn't blame her, she never thought she'd hear that sentence.
A bullhead was brought onto Beacon grounds.
It opened revealing Kron unconscious with Blake helping him up under one shoulder and surprisingly Weiss in the other.
Blake was worried seeing the burns he had, she remembered he was hurt when they were kids but seeing him like this because of her made her more afraid.
Weiss had an annoyed look, she didn't think she'd help the Scourge of all people, but then again she didn't think the Scourge would save her life. Even if he was only trying to save Blake she couldn't just ignore that and didn't plan to let the idiot succumb to his wounds.
They stopped when they saw a couple people heading to them.
A stretcher was brought with two paramedics.
The two took Kron's body and were taking him to the infirmary.
Weiss and Blake were ready to follow but one of the paramedics raised their hands.
"Please do not disturb the treatment, he has severe burns, let us handle it we will alert you of his condition." He said and the duo left.
Blake watched all worried for the boy who saved her and Weiss's lives.
Weiss placed a hand on her shoulder offering a kind smile silently letting her know that he'll pull through.
Blake returned the smile feeling some relief from her teammate.
"Blake! Weiss!"
The black and white duo turned to see their teammates.
Yang and Ruby made it to the two and noticed the paramedics.
"Guys?" Ruby began. "What happened?" She looked towards Kron being taken away and unconscious.
Yang looked the most shocked, from how strong she's learned he was she didn't expect him to ever be in need of medical help. The burns on his body looked awful and surprisingly she felt a twinge of rage at the sight. She wanted to find and beat down whoever did this, she turned to her teammates and her partner who looked the most troubled.
Blake with a frown began.
"He got hurt protecting us."
Ruby and Yang were now even more surprised.
"He protected you?" Yang asked after a month of training under him, she didn't think he'd protect anyone. Knowing that her teammates were in danger filled her with more anger, Kron had protected her friends, and she was too busy sulking to do a thing! She was upset at herself for both what happened to her friends and for some reason Kron as well. All this rage started to turn her eyes red but she sighed not wanting to escalate anything with her anger.
Find out what happened first, and punch whoever did this later.
Just then at their sides Ozpin and Professor Goodwitch were walking by.
"Headmaster," Ruby said to him. "What happened?" She asked.
Ozpin looked at her and glanced at their other students.
Blake was glaring not at him but at his assistant.
Glynda was looking away, not that he's ignoring her, but rather that she couldn't look her or her students in the eye.
Yang noticed the look she was giving her and sees that Weiss seemed to have shared a glare as well though it wasn't quiet as strong.
Ozpin had a friendly smile.
"Visitors will be allowed in the morning, I believe you four should get some sleep," The Headmaster explained and turned to the white and black duo. "Miss Schnee, Miss Belladonna will fill you in, now please excuse us." He eyed Glynda, she clearly had come to her senses and was ashamed of her actions.
And it was out of her control.
Sadly the students don't know yet.
"Please excuse us, we are quite busy." He then looked at the Cat Faunus. "And Miss Belladonna, I promise you, he will be given the best care."
Blake looked at Ozpin, grateful that he had stopped Professor Goodwitch from ending Kron after he had saved them.
"Thank you, headmaster." She said and glared over at Glynda as the two walked away.
Once Yang had calmed down she looked at Blake and asked. "Why give her the stinkeye?"
Ruby was also confused wondering why she was glaring at Professor Goodwitch who seemed so queite.
"Long story, come on, I'll explain everything in our dorm."
Blake walked away with the rest of RWBY in tow.
She'll visit Kron as soon as she can right now she needed to let them know everything.
And possibly keep him safe from that professor.
Merlot's Island
Cinder groaned as she was getting up, at first she was cautious, she was terrified. She thought she was dealing with him again!
One moment she was on the boat, waiting to get away and the next she felt something grab her.
Was it the Scourge? Did that freak of nature grab her?
She slowly looked around hoping that if Kron was there he'd assume she was unconscious and either escape or catch him off guard. Or better yet thinks she's dead and moves on.
As the young woman glanced around she sees that she was in some sort of infirmity. Part of her thought she was taken to a hospital in Vale. She stayed laying down in fear of seeing the Scourge again somehow, she had to find out where she was.
She glanced to see two more people in beds next to her.
A silver-haired young man in black and white. The other was a young woman with long green hair.
Her subordinates.
"Cinder?" Emerald moaned as she slowly got up and was barely conscious. "Are you ok?"
The woman glanced at her follower, if she was up then he was likely not around, she merely nodded and slowly got up from her bed still wondering if that freak was hiding in the room waiting to take them down when they get back up.
"Grr" Mercury slowly got up and glanced around. "Any idea what happened or where we are?"
Cinder said nothing and looked around.
She didn't recognize the place were they captured. No, they'd be in restraints. Maybe their boat crashed and some people rescued them not knowing who they are.
That's a likely scenario.
Just as she was thinking the trio heard a noise.
Cinder turned around and widened her eyes.
Walking in the room, in front of the trio was a brutish Grimm almost the size of Hazel, with black nevermore wings, a Deathstalker tail, large human ribs, spiked shoulder pads, bones, and green claws at its hands and feet. His head looked like a crown with half a skull at the head and long fangs at the side.
Cinder can see that this Grimm was unusual, with its green glow. Definitely one of Dr. Merlot's, it almost looked like that one creature she fought months ago. Only this one looked far more vicious.
Eclipse looked down at the woman, his green eyes piercing into hers. He remembered something, this little girl, he fought her before, but where? When?
Emerald immediately got to Cinder's side and aimed her revolvers at him, looking confused and scared.
Mercury on did to, though he glanced to the side wondering if fighting by Cinder was worth it at this point.
The brutish humanoid Grimm walked forward.
It intimidated the trio as they got ready to fight if this thing was out of Merlot's control.
Eclipse brought a hand forward.
The trio flinched but then saw something in it's hand.
It was a child's drawing, almost like chibi versions of Mercury, Emerald, and Cinder with smiley faces on them. It also had a red hospital cross and had get well soon on the top in big letters.
"The fuck?" Mercury looked at the drawings that looked like they were made by a five-year-old.
Emerald had a confused look on her face and wondered if this thing took it from a child.
Cinder's panic was replaced by bewilderment and looked at the drawing. She glanced up at the monster.
A green smile formed on Eclipse's face as he waved the paper, indicating that he wanted her to take the drawing, he made a small squeaky noise like a pup would make.
Cinder looked at the creature and back at the drawing.
"Take it."
The trio turned to see a man in a lab coat typing on a computer.
He turned around revealing it to be Dr. Merlot.
"He's been waiting to give that drawing to you all night, you should take it."
Cinder looked at the man and back at the drawing.
"This thing drew that?" Mercury asked looking at it.
Dr. Merlot glared at him.
"He" He warned him.
Mercury shook his head and sighed. He's had too long of a day, or rather too long of a night if it was morning.
Cinder turned back to the creature still handing out his drawing, she just took the drawing in her hands and looked up at him.
Eclipse nodded and squeaked as if to say 'you're welcome'.
The woman looked at the drawing with a confused look and watched the creature walk away.
He sat down and picked up a crayon and was... coloring?
Mercury and Emerald looked at it just coloring while making noises that sounded like it was... humming?
Cinder put the drawing she was given aside and looked him.
"Your latest creation?"
Dr. Merlot looked confused hearing that.
"What do you mean? You don't recognize him? You met him hours after he can move." The mad scientist said.
Cinder remembered it was the thing she fought months ago before she was sent to Vale. A scrawny humanoid creature that was even thinner than Roman's assistant.
"What? You mean that creature and this thing are one and the same?"
Dr. Merlot sighed, he wanted to cut her for calling her son a thing. But he knows better, soon she will suffer her karma. Maybe he'll record her screaming. That would make him feel better.
So instead the doctor put a hand on the shoulder of his son and smiled while he kept drawing.
"He's a growing boy, just look at him magnificent isn't her?"
Eclipse looked at his father and nodded while making a happy noise.
Cinder thought she had incinerated this thing, she was told that it would come back. But he looked this different? It looked far more bigger and vicious, but strangely. It behaved like a child. She glanced at the drawing it gave her and shook her head.
"Fine, if this thing has improved this much, then surely it took care of our problem?"
Dr. Merlot pulled away from Eclipse's shoulder and glared.
"Oh heavens no, Eclipse is still recovering from Ripening Hazel's batch of Soul Dust." He said looking at Eclipse and sighed. "He's currently not at his full power, even if he could have disposed of him, any huntsman likely could have destroyed him."
Eclipse made a noise that sounded sad.
Dr. Merlot smiled and put a hand over his shoulder.
"What?" Cinder gritted her teeth hoping that boy had been killed. "The second ripening happened days ago, surely it would be recovered by now?"
The doctor inhaled and exhaled.
"He, refer to my son as he, I will not tolerate disrespect regardless of your place at Salem's side."
The half Maiden glared and got out of her med bed.
"You do not give me orders." She said as her right eye glowed an orange light.
Just as she got close a shadow covered her from behind.
She turned around to see Eclipse standing behind her, and this time it was clear that he was glaring.
On instinct Emerald flashed with her bladed revolvers.
But he didn't move, it was as if he didn't notice. He did, but he was focused on the one who was threatening his father.
Mercury didn't move, he can tell that it wouldn't end well to try to attack, he knew that it wouldn't end well.
Cinder didn't move, she knew that this thing was still taking to time to be brought to full strength but her instincts were telling her not to attack, this thing was making her shake and take a step back.
"Everything's alright Eclipse." Dr. Merlot said to him. "She and I only had a small argument, go back to your coloring."
Eclipse lowered down to Cinder's level and made a demonic growl. Warning her not to touch his father, he was about to walk off but he stopped when he noticed something.
A floating eyeball with tentacles came in front of the five of them.
Cinder noticed as well and bowed along with her subordinates and Dr. Merlot.
The eyeball showed Salem's image who had a smile.
"Cinder, glad to see you made it." She said eying her and Eclipse who seemed to have been glaring at Cinder. "Is there a problem here?"
Dr. Merlot eyed Eclipse and shook his head.
The mutant Grimm looked down upon hearing that.
"No problem here your grace," Cinder said with elegance. "The creature" She sees the monster start to glare. "Eclipse, had done his task, however Bertilak and Carmine, I'm afraid they couldn't join me."
Salem didn't seem to mind.
"Shame, oh well, we can retrieve their Soul Dust at our leisure, even if Ozpin has them." She said with confidence. "Though I believe Carmine is alive at least, if she can survive we will find a use for her."
Cinder didn't understand what she meant by that, allowing Ozpin to know about Soul Dust seemed to risky. But she said nothing and held her tongue.
"First off" She eyed Eclipse. "Dr. Merlot, I understand Eclipse is still recovering from ripening Hazel's harvest, might he be able to perform a new task right now?"
Eclipse made a noise that sounded like he was excited.
Dr. Merlot smiled.
"My boy can handle it now, he's been eager to stretch his wings."
"Very well, Eclipse our friend was brought to a lab at the edge of Vale where Ozpin's scientists are studying him, best go retrieve him before they decide to end him."
Eclipse nodded and stood tall, he made a happy noise as he walked away.
"Don't strain yourself Eclipse, remember to come straight home after you're done." Dr. Merlot said to him as he was leaving.
Cinder watched the monster leave and sighed glad to see that thing was out of sight.
"Cinder"
The woman turned and focused on her leader.
"Apologies for that, now, that your are somewhere safe, we have work to do." She floated over to her two 'disciples' as she liked to call them. "Mercury, Emerald, stay here, I will need you both at full strength before we can start your processes."
The duo had no problem with that, while they'd love the chance for more power they knew that they weren't as recovered as Cinder.
Though Emerald did look at her leader with a worried look.
"Come with me Cinder, we'll have to do this in a room where it can be as comfortable as possible."
Cinder followed the eyeball not even looking back at her two subordinates.
Finally, she will receive the power to be where she belongs, to be queen.
And the first thing she will do is burn that 'Monkey Faunus' to ashes!
Cinder was brought into a room that was blank with steel all around them, meant to contain her no dobut.
Salem's Seer pulled out two different colored crystals.
"Here these two are the Soul Dust crystals I selected for you."
One orange crystal and one violet-colored crystal.
Each is labeled with a different Semblance.
She loved the names of them, she could guess what they were and was looking forward to adding them to her arsenal. With these she'll surpass a true Maiden.
"These two Semblances should mix well with your own as well as your Maiden abilities." Salem began with a friendly smile.
"Thank you my lady." She took the crystals and looked at them, a smile decorated her face.
"Do not thank me yet, child." Salem began with a serious tone. "Ripened Soul Dust has a few different rules and risks than what our guinea pigs have taken."
Cinder eyed her not with confusion but with complete attention.
"As their name implies, these crystals contain the Souls and Aura of the slain individual," Salem explained. "Before the crystals were ripened, the souls were hard to control, it's why you before you would hear a light screaming sound from them and once consumed they would fight for control of the body of the user, in time overwhelming them and resulting in bringing the poor individual into an unfavorable state."
Cinder thought back to their first test subject. How at the end of his fight, he suddenly seemed to change personalities between the extra souls that he took into himself. She wanted the power but she was terrified of what she had seen.
"These though, have ripened thanks to Eclipse's contribution, the souls inside have lost their individuality, and they no longer can fight for control of the user's body, it is why you do not hear their screams and it ensures the user to have easy control over their abilities with no risk, and provide the user gain the better control of their Aura rather than part of it."
So there's no risk of that happening to her, good and it will enhance her abilities beyond what she has said.
"However," Salem said as if reading her mind. "While the Souls have lost their will, their Aura can still tear your body apart at the beginning, for weeks, months even you will feel ever-lasting pain, it took Bertilak and Carmine a couple of months to adjust to their added Aura. It was why I couldn't just hand them to you during your stay in Vale."
Cinder's eyes widened as she looked down at the Soul Dust crystals.
"In addition" She wasn't done with her warnings. "You have magic, so I do not know what will happen to you, I tested it on myself but, humanity in my time did not have Dust in our veins and so we were unable to generate Aura, not to mention my Grimm-infused body wouldn't reject it."
She did test it all that happened was the crystals reformed, they refused to enter her body. Almost like she wasn't meant to have a soul. Perhaps it was destroyed when she had dipped in the pools of destruction.
"So, Cinder, with all that in mind, what will you do?"
Salem could have kept it to herself, let Cinder find out for herself and go through the experiment, but she needed her to have the conviction to fight, to gain power to become the most powerful being on the planet.
And someone she could control.
If not, she can make arrangements to find someone more deserving to host the four Maiden powers.
Cinder looked at her Soul Dust crystals and thought of the risks. Her heartbeat quicken like it was going to pop out of her chest. The sound of what she described brought fear to her and made her reconsider if she did have a choice.
And remembered how easily she was disposed of by this boy. He took her flames like they were from a tiny lighter. Stabbed an arrow into her damn knee! And treated her like she was some toy that he couldn't play with!
She squeezed her fists and the violet and orange Dust particles entered her body.
Cinder smiled she could feel it, her Aura had increased to heights she never imagined, it felt right. She felt like the queen she always thought herself to be!
Salem smiled watching her.
She truly did well choosing her to take all the Maiden powers.
Cinder's eyes widened, her face had veins popping all over, her right eye had glowed orange, the other had glowed violet. Her new power now felt like a curse, that wanted to destroy her!
"I hope you survive, Cinder."
A loud scream that can be heard for miles was made.
Years ago on Menagarie.
In the Belladonna household High Leader Ghira was away searching for Kron to stop him from causing any further harm and defaming the Faunus further than the humans have.
Ironically, he was recovering at his home.
Weeks before he came home Kron had already settled in their home, using them to heal his injuries while wondering what to do about Raven.
A nine-year-old Kron had an annoyed expression on his face, the place wasn't so bad, he had a room bigger than his tent was in the Brawnwen Tribe and the food here wasn't so bad, tasted better than anything he ever 'cooked' which was just covering his fish and whatever he hunted in the fire. And he was given plenty of books to read in his spare time.
But right now he was experiencing the negatives.
He was lying in bed staring at the woman coddling him like he was a helpless weakling ever since he arrived.
Kali had gently removed bandages from his right arm where he had struck the Alpha Ursa with his latest technique. One he's still working on a name for.
Perhaps Alpha Claw, since he killed his first Alpha Grimm with it.
No that's stupid, oh well a name will come to him at some point.
He only glared at Kali the woman who has been hassling ever since his stay, if it wasn't for this he wouldn't mind her presence with the food and housing she provided.
Kali stopped and had a worried expression looking at the boy. "I'm sorry, am I hurting you?" A question meant for weaklings.
Kron growled and glared at her. She still kept her worried face not at all intimidated by his stare.
"No, just stop this, I'll be fine."
Kali's face changed to a stern look on her face. The same look she'd give Blake or any child for being stubborn.
"The doctor said to change your bandages to prevent infection." The Cat Faunus said to him. "These bandages are filthy." She held up the dried blood-covered bandages.
Like any infection on this weakling planet can do anything to him. Though to be fair he didn't really know for sure as he never experienced one.
"Fine, give me the new bandages I'll do it myself," Kron held his hand out to take the new bandages.
Kali pulled her the new bandages and frowned.
"You can't do it with one arm, you need to let me help you."
"I said I'll-"
Kali pulled his ear.
"Ow, ow!" Kron yelled. "What was that for?" She always did that whenever he did something she didn't like, another downside to staying here.
Kali let go of his ear. "Hold out your arm, I am putting on your bandages and that is final."
Kron kept glaring trying to scare the woman into backing off.
She didn't and had her hands on her hips. "Young man." It was as if he truly was a helpless child.
How can someone so weak talk like this? She wasn't even a huntsman and she still thought that she could speak like this to him.
To be fair she didn't truly know him.
The annoyed Saiyan gave in and held out his arm with the severe wounds, covered in dried blood revealing several large teeth marks.
"Thank you." Kali had a warm smile as she wrapped his arm in new bandages on his arm as gently as she can.
Kron looked away, he was fine looking at his own wounds, he's given worse. But he didn't care for the sight of someone helping him. Someone he one day would have to wipe out for the sake of his mission.
And like with Raven that bothered him, only for some reason even more so.
Kali can see Kron looking away.
"You know Kron, you shouldn't be ashamed of receiving help."It was like she was reading his mind. "We all need help every once in a while."
"I'm a warrior, I need no help."
Kali's smile didn't falter.
"No matter how strong, warriors also need help Kron, someone has to heal their wounds." She said to him. "Just ask my husband when you meet him."
Hopefully, he'll meet him when he's in full health. He has a feeling he won't appreciate him using his home to heal up before deciding what to do about Raven.
"And while I'm here, whether you like it or not, I will help you." She said with a gentle smile. "It's what happens when someone cares for your well-being."
Kron did not reply as she kept wrapping his arm in bandages.
If only she knew who and what he was.
Then she'd know to bring her husband to put him in the ground.
He sighed as he couldn't help but feel something, unnatural to Saiyans from Planet Vegeta, similar to how he felt with Raven. Only this one felt stronger somehow.
And it made him feel weak. The Saiyan will need to remedy this weakness when he was fully healed, somehow. Perhaps by making sure she never crosses paths with her again.
Beacon Infirmary
Kron opened his eyes, waking from that memory.
He wondered where he was, remembering the fight, and turned to see someone sitting next to his hospital bed.
Memories of Kali flashed back to him as he sees someone in her place.
Blake was sleeping in a hospital chair, her eyes blinked multiple times and sees Kron awake.
She smiled relieved that he was alright.
The Saiyan can see Kali smiling just like that and unlike when he was a child he couldn't glare at that.
He only looked at his body to see he was wrapped in bandages and can feel the burns. From that weakling he put down.
"Kron, I'm glad you woke up." Blake smiled at him and asked. "Are you ok?"
Sounded like Kali to.
They truly are mother and daughter.
Kron glanced around to see he was in a med room like he was back in Menagarie when Raven took him to that hospital.
"I'm fine" He said and looked at Blake. "Be better if you didn't get in my way."
Blake flinched at that.
"I'm sorry Kron, I was only going to talk to you some more, I saw what that man did to you making you crash like that." She was talking about when Bertilak managed to launch his body into a shipping container before he went all out. "I thought you might've needed help."
"Tch" Kron rolled his eyes. "If they can hurt me, someone weak like you would only get in the way, remember that."
Blake nodded not wanting to strain him even more. It's not like he was saying anything wrong, it made sense. She sees him looking over his injuries and decided to tell him what he needed to know.
"Your burns are pretty bad, the doctor says you need to rest for a while to heal." She said to him. "Maybe a few days."
Kron shrugged and immediately put the blanket off of him. He grunted as he tried to get up ignoring the pain.
Blake stood up as he did.
"Didn't you hear me?"
"Don't care, I'm out." He stood up and grunted from the pain.
The Cat Faunus stood in front of him and put her hands on his shoulders.
"Get to bed."
Kron only growled.
"Out of my way."
"I said get to bed." She said to him with a stern voice like her mother's.
"I said shut it." He walked past her.
Blake glared and poked his shoulder.
Kron growled as the simple poke caused him pain, he turned and glared at her.
"If a 'weakling' like me can hurt you, then you need to rest." She said to him. "It'd be embarrassing if you got into another fight where anyone can hurt you." She remembered how he cared about how he looked, and right now he looked fragile.
Kron growled but slowly got back in bed not seeing a way to leave for now.
Blake sighed, she wondered if it was this hard for her mother to get him to rest.
Kron lay down and looked away, he remembered everything last night.
"That Goodwitch woman, she might've killed me." He refused to say she would have to protect his pride.
Blake looked at Kron who was still looking away.
"Raven, your friends' mother, she could have been safe, Yang wouldn't have had to fight me." He explained. "Why did you try to stop her?"
The cat Faunus shook her head annoyed at the question.
"Do you even have to ask?" Blake asked. "The same reason you saved me, twice. I care about you Kron."
Kron rose an eyebrow. Twice?
He remembered his last day at the Belladonna household at the beach. Oh right, the lancer he almost forgot about that.
The Saiyan felt the need to deny it, but what's the use?
Instead, he prodded her further.
"You're not afraid of what I'll do to your friend to get to Raven?" Kron noted wondering whose side she was on. If she was worried about Yang it would have made more sense to allow him to get killed.
Blake sighed and shook her head.
"I don't care about Raven, I do for Yang, and I trust you and know you won't kill her to get to her mom."
The Saiyan can hear her say it like she thought it was a fact.
"How do you know that?"
"Because you said you won't, and your not a liar Kron. Right?"
She trusted him, perhaps as much as she should have trusted Kali.
Blake also chuckled. "Besides from what I've seen, you're sort of friends with her aren't you?"
Kron rolled his eyes hearing that, he forgot how she would spy on him.
"My mom and I care for you Kron and we know you do to," Blake said to him.
Kron didn't respond he wanted to leave but, he was in no condition to.
He hadn't been in this shape in a while and again he was looked after by someone weak.
History truly does repeat itself.
Ozpin had a neutral face but in reality, he was stressed.
The Void Vault was showing its flaws again. He thought he was careful he monitored the three he selected after they went to the Void Vault.
But what he saw last night, it wasn't right. What had he done to her?
The headmaster looked at his subordinate who was sitting in a chair looking for worse for wear, though with no injury.
Glynda gripped her head thinking of the events last night.
She felt ashamed and confused.
"Glynda?"
The professor looked up at Ozpin with a distraught look.
She had been silent since the previous night trying to understand what happened.
"I'm sorry Ozpin, I don't know why I did that."
Ozpin shook his head.
"You have nothing to apologize for Glynda." The headmaster replied. "The fault is mine, I thought I took all the precautions, what you did was out of your control."
Glynda heard this but felt little relief hearing that and shook her head.
"Kron, he had taken damage for two of our students, and I" She shook her head. "I was only thinking of using that to end him for being so selfless, for protecting them from a threat strong enough to harm him." She put her face in her hands. "My students... I can't help but imagine what they may think of me." She remembered Blake's glare at her, which she rightfully deserved.
Ozpin rarely saw this side of her, he hasn't since that day he foolishly trusted the instructor overlooking her team.
"I'm sorry Glynda it looks like the effects of the Void Vault are getting worse." He explained. "Not only are you experiencing visions of your past, your also imagining something like it happening again aren't you?"
Glynda thought back to what she's been seeing for the past month, since her time in the Void Vault.
"As you know, in my days at Beacon Academy, my team, I always wasted my days slacking relying on my Semblance." She remembered how she foolishly thought her Semblance could always bring her victory and used it for petty and menial labor. "I never tried for myself or my team, I only wanted to be a huntress to live a luxurious life as much as possible."
She remembered how she would laze around always gaining easy victories with her power and she would refuse any training her teamamtes tried to have her engage in.
"Then on one of our missions, because of my negligence, my teammates died." She still remembered holding her leader in her arms begging her to stay alive.
She remembered their first Alpha had destroyed them due to her lack of commitment.
"But now? I've been seeing the Scourge, Kron" She pinched her nose thinking of what she saw. "Standing over Raven who was dead, and Miss Xaio long as well, I kept thinking how he would kill her when he has the chance when this deal would end."
She looked vulnerable saying that and looked at Ozpin.
"At first I thought that I have no reason to believe these visions, but when I saw the Scourge wounded, I didn't even think of how he took damage for students, that he was getting attached and perhaps can protect them from Her." She shook her head ashamed at what she was about to do.
"But I didn't, I kept seeing this vision, him standing over Miss Xaio Long's dead body, and seeing him on the brink of exhaustion, I couldn't help but think it was our only chance to save her, that if I did not act and trusted everything to go our way as I did in the past, I would cause our students pain and suffering." She shook her head. "I, I feel as though I jeopardized everything, what if I made him turn against us?"
Glynda felt the guilt weigh on her heavily.
"I feel as though I had acted as rashly as General Ironwood would have."
The headmaster knew what she meant but he disagreed.
"James would not have listened, he would have gone through with ending the Scourge when given the chance." He said to her. "You did listen, even in your darkest moment."
Glynda still looked ashamed of her actions.
Ozpin placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Again This was my fault, I should have kept a closer eye on you during your training," Ozpin replied. "Besides what you had done may have positive results."
He remembered Blake and Weiss taking him to the infirmary. And hopefully, Kron would remember how he intervened to save him.
"Let's focus on you, I'll do everything in my power to help you, Glynda." He meant it to, he will not allow the Void Vault to claim another victim, it's why he will not have students use it and limit the people who will use it.
"And we only have more evidence that Miss Xiao Long is not in danger of Kron." If he's that attached to Blake then surely he won't bring her to her demise. He knows that now.
Glynda can still see a blood-covered Kron standing over Yang. She still wanted to stop him too.
But no, she knows it wasn't wise, they did need him. The day will come when more like those two will be brought to the world.
And she can't put them in danger.
"Ozpin, place Aura restraints on me."
Ozpin didn't like that demand.
"Glynda"
"Please," Glynda said to him. "I can still feel the need to bring him down, I don't want to be a danger to anyone, or him, not after he saved our students."
Ozpin nodded sadly, he hoped that neither Taiyang nor Qrow are suffering this right now.
This was what the Void Vault had done, it forced you to face your insecurities and could potentially change, and influence your decisions.
He will ensure that they are ok.
The headmaster will have to make more frequent calls to Qrow and Taiyang.
Not long after Kron had woken up a large table of food had been brought to him, not a tray but a table with several different dishes prepared for him.
Blake looked at his reaction and can see him drooling. "I told Ozpin you have a huge appetite and you might need-"
Kron had just decided to devour everything on the table before she could finish.
The Cat Faunus was caught off guard and watched as he devoured his plate.
And people thought she ate like a savage when she had her bowl of tuna. "You're welcome" She rolled her eyes remembering how he ate when they were kids.
He had stuffed his mouth a huge amount of pasta and had a chicken drumstick in his mouth as well.
Blake watched with a disgusted look.
Kron was eating up a storm of food that the infirmary had given him.
Blake watched with a disgusted look.
"Ugh, you still eat like a pig."
As Kron swallowed a mouthful of food he turned to Blake.
"Shove it." He said as he reached for a fork for his next dish only to cringe as he reached for it thanks to his new burns.
Blake sees this and gently pushed the plate forward.
Kron looked at Blake annoyed.
Blake rolled her eyes, typical Kron he hated receiving help.
"Your welcome, again."
"Grr" He took a bite of chicken.
Just as he did his infirmary room opened.
Blake and Kron turned to the door.
It was three people, Weiss in front with Ruby at her left and Yang behind the duo.
The Saiyan rose an eyebrow wondering what they were doing here.
Weiss fought the urge to glare at him, she normally did when she saw him, but she still despised what he did to her sister. "I thought it would be appropriate to see you, thank you for saving our lives from that brute."
Kron was surprised to hear that, he's been yelled at by this girl for as long as she's been aware of her existence. He was so surprised he almost wanted to remember her actual name other than 'Discount Winter', almost.
He had a half a thought that at least the Schnee would take advantage of his weakened state like that Goodwitch woman.
Then his attention shift to another girl.
Ruby walked forward to him with an unsure expression.
"Hi, my name's Ruby proud Team leader of RWBY, thank you for saving my Teammates."
This little girl was there leader, sounds embarrassing given how young she looked. Looking at her closely, she can tell she is no daughter of Raven she had no resemblance to the hag. Yang was telling the truth about them having different mothers.
"Tch" Kron looked back at Ruby specifically. "You, if you're their leader keep Blake under control, she'll get killed if she does stunts like that."
Ruby flinched unused to Kron's harsh tone and only nodded accepting the advice.
Blake glared at him but he only chuckled in response.
"Fine by me." Weiss didn't argue it.
The Cat Faunus turned to her.
"Hey!" She yelled at Weiss for not defending her.
"What?" Weiss asked. "I told you to wait before you started to get closer didn't I?"
Blake growled and crossed her arms, not expecting to hear these two gang up on her.
"Sounds about right." Kron said looking to Blake. "I can't tell what's more annoying back when we were children, when you did behind your mother when I said something you didn't like, or now when you're stalking me."
Blake got annoyed at that and poked his burned shoulder
"Ah!" Kron growled and glared at her. "You little!"
The Cat Faunus chuckled seeing him angry.
Weiss also giggled seeing that.
Kron saw that and glared.
"What are you laughing at Discount Winter?"
"Don't call me that! My name is Weiss, Weiss Schnee!"
Kron chuckled.
"Eh, I still can't help but think you're just a discount version of Winter." He said to her smirking. "Especially remembering our 'fight'.
Weiss shook with anger and crossed her arms while looking away fighting the urge to raise her sword. He did save her and Blake, she'll be the bigger person here. For now.
"Wait, weren't you the one I knocked out?" Kron asked her.
Ruby again flinched remembering how Kron had basically knocked her into a wall in their 'fight'.
"Y-yeah"
"I remembered." This time their last teammate spoke.
Kron turned his head to see Yang entering the room.
Great a crowd now.
Yang walked in the room with a frown and a hand on her hip.
"Just so you know I'm planning to get payback for almost giving my sister a concussion."
Ruby turned to her sister. "Yang it's ok he just s-"
Yang rose a hand and gave her a warm smile before continuing.
"But I want to thank you for saving Ice Queen and Blake." She said to him.
"Watch it!" Weiss yelled at her teammate for calling her the other nickname she earned.
Yang looked down at Kron who was in bandages, he looked uncomfortable, clearly he didn't like being seen as helpless.
Neither did she.
"Kron, I also want to apologize for what my mom did," Yang said with a sad look. "I won't excuse her and if you do win, then well, I hate to say but she might have it coming."
Kron rose an eyebrow hearing that, Blake looked concerned while Weiss was shocked, and Ruby only had a blank face while looking at Yang.
The Saiyan was the one to respond.
"Tch, I didn't tell you that for sympathy, I told you that because you earned the right to know the truth." He glared and squeezed his fists. "This means your giving up?" She better not, he put too much work into her training.
"Hell no, I still need to pay you back for what you did to my sister and my teammates." She said smirking. "So get better soon, and train me to kick your ass!"
Kron chuckled hearing that, he was told that she needed a week but it looks like she only needed a couple days to pull it together.
"Good, I was wondering if teaching was going to be a waste of time after what Blake told me."
"It wasn't a waste but you might regret that it wasn't when I've beaten you." She said with fire in her eyes.
Kron chuckled seeing that look, it was going to be interesting to resume her training. Hopefully to a decent level before these months are over.
Blake smiled seeing Kron interact with her friends, sure he wasn't the friendliest but he was shown to be letting his guard down. It was good, it reconfirmed that her mother was right and ensured that he does not become a new Adam.
"Excuse me."
Kron stopped as did Team RWBY.
Ozpin had walked in the med room and smiled.
"Pardon the interruption, can Kron and I please have the room, we have things to discuss."
Blake looked behind Ozpin as if searching for a certain someone.
Ozpin rose an arm. "Rest assured, Professor Goodwitch is away, she isn't here." He said calmly. "And I will not allow her near him"
The Cat Faunus seem to ease up hearing that and she stood up before glancing at Kron.
"Leave," He said to her. "If he wanted to harm me, he wouldn't have stopped her."
"He's gotta point partner," Yang said to Blake with a reassuring smile. "But, I can stay in case she tries a surprise attack." She said looking to Kron.
Kron growled hearing that.
"Alright, alright, come on guys, let's leave the tough guy for a bit." Yang shrugged as she left with her teammates coming by.
Blake turned to Kron and sees Ozpin offering a friend;y smile. He was the one who proposed the plan and so far he's been following through on his end. She may not trust Goodwitch but she trusts Ozpin.
Once Team RWBY was gone it was just the headmaster and the Scourge of Anima in the med room.
Ozpin sat across Kron in his hospital bed.
"First, I'm sorry for Glynda's behavior, the training she went through had some drastic effects on her, she isn't usually like that," Ozpin explained honestly. "I will do everything in my power to ensure it will not happen again."
Kron heard this and thought of how that woman tried to attack him while he was weak.
He wanted to make her pay but he sighed. Ozpin stopped her, but he'll make sure to rough her up down the line for that little stunt.
"I don't care, just make sure she doesn't get in the way." He replied. "You've kept your end of the bargain, better than I expected you would, I thought you ordered her to come at me?"
He shook his head.
"I didn't like I said, she's going through a difficult time, I assure you, this isn't her."
Kron said nothing but shrugged.
"Whatever"
The headmaster wanted to make sure one thing.
"Does that mean you will forgive her? That you will not bring her harm once your recovered?"
So that's why he was talking about her. Makes sense. He didn't know what he meant when he said that she wasn't herself, but he didn't care. She was going to attack him when he was weak and easy prey.
Cowardly and weak.
That was something Raven would love to do, she'd murder him while he couldn't fight back.
And that damn woman tried the same.
He hated her for that and will remember that.
But he looked at Ozpin and remembered how he kept her from attacking him. And proclaims that he will follow the agreement they made. He thought for sure Ozpin made the order but the evidence says otherwise.
Not to mention she was likely not strong enough to entertain him the way Bertilak or Carmine could. Plus she had done nowhere near what Raven had done. Compared to that she can let her go.
"Forgive is a strong word," Kron replied. "But I've got no interest in going after her, she's proven herself weak by going after me wounded, just make sure she knows if she tries that again, she will not survive the next attempt."
Ozpin was not disappointed to hear that, rather it was what he had hoped. And he's sure that he means it and will ensure Glynda's safety.
"Thank you Kron, that is all I ask." He meant it.
Kron said nothing and shrugged, still angry at Glynda for that attempt but he can move on. Not like he'll allow her to have that chance again.
The headmaster smiled glad to see he understood that he was honoring their deal and he did not forget what he had done.
"Also, I have to say, thank you for defending Miss Schnee and Miss Belladonna." The headmaster thanked him for the second time.
Kron was so confused hearing it, not that he didn't understand why he was thanking him. But he never had many people thank him in one day. It was strange and he wasn't sure how to feel about it.
"Stop with the kissing up." The Saiyan said to him wanting to move on. "Why are you here Ozpin it isn't just for that is it?"
The headmaster noticed how he seemed confused at this, clearly, he wasn't used to being praised for his deeds.
Interesting to know, his idea for Kron was working out better than expected.
"I'd like to know about Cinder, did you see what grabbed her?"
Glynda had told him what she knew but he wanted to hear it from the man itself.
"No, I didn't, it was like she disappeared." He thought of floating over the boat. "But I did smell it, it was a Grimm, but it didn't seem normal."
"You can tell through the smell?"
Kron thought of every Grimm he ever killed.
"The smell was rotten like any other, but it smelt weird, it wasn't just any Grimm, and I think," He thought of how he could detect three of their scents. "It had an odd smell, I can tell this wasn't just an Alpha and"
He remembered sniffing the air over the boat.
"Either there was another human with Cinder and her cronies," Kron remembered the scent. "Or it smelt human."
And something told Kron that there was something dangerous about this thing.
More dangerous than any Grimm or Maiden he's fought.
Far away..
Days ago a group of scientists under Ozpin's employment had taken an individual delivered to them by Qrow Branwen.
They had peculiar subjects to study.
Scientists in a lab were overlooking a large burly man in restraints.
It was Hazel, at least what was left of him, he still showed no signs of being there, his eyes glowed different colors and drool escaped his mouth.
"Still alive?" One of them asked looking at his vitals. "He hasn't needed any food or water all this time it's creepy."
"I know, whatever this guy is on doesn't seem to need anything to survive, though he probably breathes like everyone else, at least I hope he does." He said glancing at the brute expecting him to break free and attack.
"Relax" One replied. "Qrow and Ozpin himself assured that he's out like a light, Qrow had him for a few weeks to make sure he didn't get up." It was sensible to stay with the body to see if his current state was permanent.
"Your right, he's no threat and-"
Just then a crash came from the ceiling.
All the scientists turned.
They see a large humanoid Grimm with a crown and a skull-shaped mask.
Eclipse stood there and looked over at Hazel's body, his target was there.
He walked forward while the scientists took out guns along with huntsmen took out their weapons and fired bullets at him.
Blood-curling screams were echoed throughout the lab as Eclipse walked forward crushing anyone in his way like they were mere tin foil.
On the table, Hazel only ground as if conscious enough to see the horror around him. A mass of someone's blood splattered all across his face.
Eclipse took Hazel off the lab table and flew off through the ceiling leaving behind a pile of dead bodies.
He hoped after this, Lady Salem will tell him to take another mission! One where he can truly fight after he's recovered from the last ripening.
He can't to see how strong he'll be and is next playmate!
The child-like Grimm made demented squeal excited at his next mission.
Eclipse and Kron.
Both have shown growth.
Kron has shown to evolve past his savage Saiyan mindset into something more by using his strength to protect rather than just destroy.
Eclipse has shown growth in body and savagery capable of destroying any in his way to please his father while keeping a child-like innocence.
Both were born and created for destruction.
Both care for those who are always there for them.
When will the day come that these two paths cross?
And what will the outcome of their meeting be?
Find out here! In One's Own Path!
So yes Eclipse was the one who took Cinder.
Why didn't he go after Kron when he was at his weakest?
Two reasons that were explained here but I'll say it here in case u might've missed it.
1. Eclipse is still recovering from the last Ripening and getting stronger.
2. They simply didn't know he was weakened.
And now the Glynda thing.
So last chapter Glynda was out of character and I was surprised that no more than three people said that.
Though one of them had called it that the Void Vault was responsible.
Glynda normally would never do something like attack Kron at his weakest after he protected two students especially discovering how these two were strong enough to harm him. And never behind Ozpin's back unless it was something necessary.
Remember guys the Void Vault was never put together again because of it's horrible side effects. It causes the users to lose their minds increasing their insecurities, to the point where they lose their minds and even commit suicide.
In Glynda's case, in this story, in her past she was the slacker of her team and had gotten them killed due to negligence making her into the stern teacher we know today. Of course this is in my story, not canon, I'm sure Roosterteeth will have a different and hopefully better backstory for her.
The Void Vault had been making her think that if she chose to go along with Kron and Ozpin's deal that it is the same as allowing a student to die since they are relying on Kron's word that he will not kill Yang.
Though I think we all know he wouldn't, as he said it'd be a waste to after teaching her Ki. Also he kind of has formed some sort of bond with her, kindred spirits for their love of fighting. So she's pretty safe.
And his connection to Blake.
So that is how the Void Vault had basically been poisoning her mind into doing what she did last chapter.
Now that begs the question.
What about Taiyang and Qrow? Are they going to be affected?
Well to answer that, read on.
So for those who felt Glynda was out of character, this was why, I hope it satisfied you.
Also I'm pleased to see the positive feedback I got on the fight. It was a hard fight for me to write since I only had the books to rely on for Bertilak and Carmine's fight.
Guess that's all to say.
Review Responces
kwei: Lol, while Kron has broken the forth wall twice, I don't think I'll give him toon force it just wouldn't fit. It works for Kid Goku cause he's a silly character but Kron's too serious for that, but not as serious as Vegeta.
Halo69: Ooh, I like it, thank u, I'll see if I can do that and give u credit for it.
Ghghhcv: Thank u. So Ikari I would like to do but I have to figure out when and how. Because Kron doesn't have Broly's hax. But I'll figure something out. As for False Super Saiyan, I'll think about it, that's something far in the future, either form would be too much for all of RWBY but we'll see since I am making the characters stronger thanks to Kron's pressence.
epantoja521: Kron definitely has a grudge against Glynda, but he won't act on it as long as she doesn't try it again.
Requeat: I hope the explanation satisfied u.
Guest: Hopefully Glynda can make up for it and explain to Kron at some point.
Guest: Well Kron's lack of defense kinda helps even things out.
randomreviewer: I see why that'd be appealing. But I'm thinking of making him taller than Vegeta and shorter than Goku to make differentiate him from the three great Saiyans. Or maybe just keeping him at Yang's height.
Guest: Thank you.
Kron's Berringel Burst is his equivalent to the Kamehameha or the Galick Gun.
His power level is still relatively low it will be revealed in time remember he didn't have the teachers Kid Goku had.
We will be seeing Pyrrha's Ki training soon I promise.
Guest: Here's why.
SSJ4Makaji: Lol glad u like it, maybe some day.
Hope u enjoyed this one.
Guest: I responded within your review I hope my reply satisfied u and u enjoyed this chapter.
Eddgyg125: Thank u hope this one was to.
ZamasuAutonomous22:Thank you. The injuries Kron got was almost as bad as when Kron got his first Zenkai.
Eclipse was the one the guy's been in the background for a while.
Lol Glad u liked it and hope u like the reasoning for Glynda's behavior in the previous chapter.
And good job for calling the Void Vault.
ThatSaiyaGuy: Thank you!
Glad u enjoyed Kron's inner struggle. Kron will receive a Zenkai but it will still be small, after all Kid Goku had almost died a couple times and he didn't seem to get much. Though to be fair that was before Zenkais or even Saiyans were a thing. The rules for Zenkai in this story will be explained in the next chapter I tried to make it follow as much of canon as possible.
U were right it was Eclipse.
From Winter's Wiki, it's said that Maiden abilities enhance the user's Semblance so having multiple semblances means they'd also become empowered. But as u said, she's already a Maiden, well half Maiden. And Salem had said that even she doesn't know what will happen so Cinder's going to go through quiet the ordeal to gain power.
Yep, Kron does not like the idea of killing in front of Blake or Kali. Though in this case it was for their safety, both for revenge and to make sure that not too many people know his connection to the Belladonna family, after all they'd be in danger if anyone wanted to find a way to take out the Scourge of Anima. He's definitely not the mosnter he used to be.
As for Glynda well there was a reason why she did it, the Void Vault has another side effect Ozpin was hoping to avoid. Let's hope Taiyang or Qrow don't experience that.
Interesting theory, we'll see if your right, and if Raven is willing to use something like that. She might not use it if she doesn't know the drawbacks or at least find a loophool around it.
Roman and Neo will be around for quiet abit.
Obviously Roman's going to outlive his canon counterpart but makes u think without Cinder what will he do next. Let's hope he doesn't die as quickly as he did in canon.
Hope this chapter was worth the wait.
Keybladelight: Perhpas, hopefully he doesn't get SSJ the same way since there's no dragon balls right now.
Gohan: Hopefully
Lelouch of Zero: Glad u loved it! Well Kron's going to have plenty to think about while he's recovering.
Kron will receive a Zenkai but it will be relatively small that will be explained in the next chapter.
WarmasterXI: Let's hope her experiment doesn't kill Cinder lol.
Thank u. We'll see, we won't deal with space for awhile, after all everyone's gotta level up first if we want them to survive.
Kron will get stronger, hopefully not to strong since Yang will have to fight him at some point.
BunkerfreakHD: Thank u. I have explained thoroughly multiple times why Kron has changed if us till don't like the way I handled it then ok, I can't please everybody let's just agree to disagree on that. I pm'd u and u said he wasn't being ordered around but accepting of the rules placed by others. No one's really given him rules Kron has much reason to argue against. Can u give examples?
As for Zenkai it won't be too much, after all Kid Goku had to have had a couple and yet his PL didn't increase a lot right? Besides he doesn't need it, he's already likely the strongest on the planet.
Runeion: Yep he's going to take their whole food supply lol.
The Crown will have earn a permanent spot on Kron's shit list, once he finds out their involvement since they already attacked him in the past.
Kamencolin: Thank you, and it won't be the last.
Abyss Emperor: Yep, also she wasn't exactly herself.
As for the Oozaru, he can't do a power ball but we may see the great ape form at some point. Look forward to it.
