Chapter 2: toad sage and slug princess.
River country: ten minutes before the storm.
Two blurs were moving at high speed towards wind country.
The first figure was a tall man white long spiky white hair he has red face paint under his eyes and a custom horned forehead protector with the kanji for oil on it.
Behind him was an irate blond woman with blond hair done in a pair of ponytails, honey-colored eyes and a purple diamond mark on her forehead.
The reason she is angry is because hung over the man's shoulder is a young brunette girl who is green in the face because of hours on involuntary high-speed travel.
''lady Tsunade please help me; I'm going to hurl. Damm it Jiraiya let go of Shizune so that I can send you flying.''
''sorry Tsunade but I can't do that right now'' this caught Tsunade by surprise, why you ask? For the simple reason he didn't call her hime like he normally would telling her that something is seriously wrong.
This wasn't the dead last super perverted idiot that she almost killed for peeping on her in the hot spring once. This was one on the sannin, Konoha's spymaster a fuinjutsu expert and a valuable teammate that saved her life more than once.
''Okay I get it but just tell me what's going on that is causing you to panic like this.''
''Fine since we're almost there, we're heading towards green sand farm in Suna because my network overheard Iwa planning to attack there.''
''I get that Suna and Konoha are allies but it still doesn't explain the urgency on your part.''
Jiraiya had to sigh at that comment ''it's because they're part of my network and if we don't hurry they'll all die, one of them is only a six-year-old boy.''
Tsunade's breath got caught in her throat at hearing that last bit and understood the urgency of the situation, it however doesn't mean that she won't hit him later for kidnapping Shizune.
A few minutes later they saw dark clouds forming charged with electricity ''shit we need to move faster we may already be too late''. Said Jiraiya in a worried tone.
They just came to the field to see the detestation before they heard the screams of a small boy ''no please stop no this can't be happening stop it.'' only to get in time to see the boy get hit by a bolt of lightning in the head, ''No Izaya!'' were the desperate screams coming from the toad sage before the boy dropped limply to the ground, sparks of electricity coming of his body. He quicky rushed to the body only to get shocked from the touch.
''Out of the way I'll see what I can do.'' Tsunade decided to focus on the boy in order to ignore the bloody mess around het inwardly clad to see little to no blood on the boy.
Jiraiya to the time to assess the damage only to have his hopes drop to see the impaled form of Homura Kanbatsu and half charred body of Tate Kanbatsu laying in a pool of cooled down lava. All the while Shizune took the opportunity to finally empty her stomach in the bushes, the hours of beïng stuck on Jiraiya's shoulder and the watching the horror of what happened around her proving to much for the young apprentice of the slug princess.
Tsunade using a diagnostic jutsu is trying to figure out what's going on only to be thoroughly surprised. ''Jiraiya get over here something strange is going on and i need to ask some questions.
''Strange what do you mean? Is he going to be alright?'' Jiraiya said with worry tinging his voice. ''what I mean is that mean is that his nervous system is charged with an abnormally large amount electricity while not frying him outright.''
''So, is he going to be okay or...?'' The old sage asked for confirmation not knowing what to think of the situation, give him some slack his teammate is medical expert, he's the seal master medical fuinjutsu isn't his strong suit.
''Well, the best explanation I can come up with is if he has an exceptionally strong affinity for lightning chakra, but even then, chances are slim to nonexistent that he could survive that, especially at his age, at any rate he's currently burning through his reserves and if I don't act fast he'll die from chakra exhaustion''.
Jiraiya upon hearing this prepared himself for what he was gonna do. ''Tsunade, please I beg you save him, I was already too late save his parents I can't let him down now'' he said while bowing down to the ground.
Tsunade was speechless at hearing this, she was already planning to help the boy the lack of blood making it easier but seeing her teammate do this hardened her resolve.
She looked at the boy quickly thinking of the best possible way to help when she made her choice, it would hurt a bit, but she'll manage in the end, she focused her chakra at the fingertips and started pressing his body at specific spots on the body, each tap sending electricity throughout her own body but she kept working till the body stabilized.
'' You shot down his chakra points like with the gentle fist?'' Jiraiya asked with an incredulous look.
''What you think you need the Byakugan in order to hit chakra points please I'm the best medic nin you'll ever find, just because I can't use it in combat doesn't mean i don't know where the chakra points are on an unmoving body''.
This is exactly the reason why Jiraiya loves his teammate so much, her personality her strength how capable she is, and don't forget her bombshell of a body.
Don't get him wrong he always had feelings for her, even when she was as flat as a sheet of paper, her growing up into the visage of beauty she is today really is just a just a happy coincidence he praises kami for everytime he gets to see it.
''So, Jiraiya care to explain about the boy since you seem to know him so well, maybe even how he was able to survive this in the first place?''
The toad sage's eyes narrowed in concentration, if he could trust anyone about the secrets that he kept about Izaya it would be Tsunade.
'' *Sigh* fine I'll tell you, but let's get inside first since I got a lot to explain.'' Both Tsunade and Shizune decided that was for the best since it was staring to rain.
The group entered the house and all made themselves comfortable, Shizune and Tsunade took seats at the table while Jiraiya sat down next to Izaya on the couch after putting up a privacy seal on the room.
''What's with the privacy all of a sudden, you're not gonna tell us he's a daimyo's lost son or something right. When the look in Jiraiya's eyes didn't change, she knew she was gonna need some saké after this.
'' Tsunade-hime understand that what Im gonna tell you is in essence and S-rank secret that only I, Izaya and parents knew about. Not even sensei knows and for a good reason so please understand why the secrecy ''.
Both Tsunade and Shizune nodded in confirmation while Jiraiya slowly started going through hand signs. ''Officially his name is Izaya Kanbatsu a citizen of wind country, however in reality he has forged documents in water country where his name is.''
Finishing his hand signs, he placed the palm of his hand atop his head which immediately started changing colors form black to azure blue.
''Tsurugi Tatsumaki Uzumaki.'' Tsunade's eyes widened at the revelation and couldn't hold the gasp that escaped her lips.

Danzo Shimura wasn't angry he was disappointed; anger is an emotion that blinds shinobis in exchange for power sacrificing the mission success rate, he was the yami no shinobi and emotions hold no place in a shinobi's life.
He was disappointed because he found out through his loyalty seal that his two agents that had infiltrated Iwa to ensure Suna's cooperation in the coming war were killed in action, one of them had been an Uchiha that he had painstakingly acquired by pulling a lot of strings that he won't be able to repeat due to the Uchiha's protectiveness over their children.
All the training, conditioning and effort into fully awakening his sharingan gone to waste, if only he had him impregnate a few of his female operatives, he could have started raising his own personal Uchiha force that he had planned on raising after he returned from his mission, but all his plans had gone to waste.
He couldn't help but feel like he had set upon event's that could endanger everything he stands for; he took those feelings and crushed them with ruthless precision like the true shinobi that he is. Danzo Shimura wasn't angry he was disappointed, very very disappointed.
And with that chapter two is donezo.
Would have put it up faster but I had some health problems, nothing serious just bedridden for a day with stomach problems no need to raise alarms.
Anyhow let's do some housecleaning for now first on the list.
How did you guys like the bonus scene? Im gonna try to add one at the end of all chapters having different purposes, previews, lore, some innocent fun at the expense of some lesser liked characters etc.
Just some smaller things that don't quite fit in the general layout of the chapter and it clearly state if it's and omake so you can generally consider them story cannon.
Next up, just wow less than a weak and only one chapter and I already got some review's asking to draw comics and characters from my story which I deeply appreciate however I *currently* have to decline.
The reason beïng that chapter one is only an introduction, not just the story but also for myself as an author while balancing it with my personal life.
I have many ideas for how the story will progress that need time to develop, and I don't plan to make promises I either can't keep or takes three years to complete like retrieving a kicking and screaming whiny Uchiha XD.
With that all out of the way I'll get started on chapter 3 family ties and have some preparations to take care of for Tsurugi (rubbing his hands with an evil look in his eyes).
