2. Chapter 2

Hello, and welcome back to the second chapter of Tears of Blood. When we last saw our hero, he was just entering his mindscape, and we are about to find out exactly what happened.

"Where am I, and how did I get here?" asked Naruto. Thinking he would find out, he started following the pipes he saw above him to figure out where they led until he came upon a giant golden cage. Approaching the front of the cage, he saw a dark shadow behind the bars.

"SO MY JAILER FINALLY COMES TO SEE ME.. NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT?" asked the dark shadow. "I'm here for very few things in the order they are: 1. meet you, 2. understand my new powers, 3. learn how they were sealed in the first place, 4. understand my new mindset, and 5. try to work a deal with you that's FAIR on BOTH ends," replied Naruto as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

"YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT YOU IGNORE ME FOR YEARS AND WHEN WE FINALLY MEET YOU DON'T EVEN APOLOGIZE TO OR THANK ME FOR ALL THE TIME YOU'VE IGNORED ME AND TIMES I'VE HEALED YOUR UNGRATEFUL ASS." yelled the shadow "ok one I didn't know about you for years two I do apologize for not thanking you earlier and three now that we've met let us work together and turn this whole world and situation upside down and inside out. Let's make the bastard who attacked the day of my birth regret the day he was ever born. So what do you say, 9 Tails? Do we have a deal?" he asked the shadow, which turned out to be the nine-tailed demon fox.

"Yes, we do. Let's show the world what happens when you mess with 2 different demons and think they can get away with it. Now, as for your powers, you are a vampire, but unlike those pathetic common-class vampires, you don't need to worry about sunlight, garlic, or wooden stakes. You are a pureblood royal vampire without the weaknesses of the common class. You are also around 300 to 500 times stronger than a common vampire, and they are 2 to 5 times stronger than the average human. However, you haven't had any blood to drink in several years, so your abilities are severely weakened. You need to go out and drink at least 5 people in blood Now as for training I can't give you much in the way of your vampiric abilities, but I can and will insert directly into mind all the knowledge I have on vampires and their culture their classing systems and their power level differences, however when it comes to ninja training that I can help you with you just need to be committed to doing everything I tell you. Once you are up to your full strength again, come and see me once more, and we shall get started," said the Kyuubi as it forced him from his mind.

Gato has a lot of thugs, so much blood for me now where is he ahh that's where," said Naruto after he got out of meditation and took off in a burst of speed. (TS 3 hours)"Now that was filling it's training time let's find out what I can do," he said as he started training (TS 2 hours) "Whew that's a big difference than when the seal first broke I'm at least 30X faster, stronger, more flexible, and more agile than I was before and at least 35X smarter and more calculating. I also should get back to the house and see what training the others are getting."

"Hey guys, how's training coming along?" Asked Naruto as he entered the house and only saw Kakashi still awake and in good condition from the team. Just as he(Kakashi) was about to respond, Naruto disappeared in a flash of blood-red light, leaving everyone baffled about where he (Naruto) might be.

"Hey cyclops keep up their training I've got to go finish up my workout/training," said Naruto as he jogged back to the field not caring for what the cyclops had to say he needed to get used to all his new powers just because was around 5-7X stronger than a couple of hours ago doesn't mean that he can slack off. But he had no control to use it all properly and that wouldn't do at all, he needed perfect control over his powers and to talk to the fox again.

"So, why have you come back here so soon? You not at full power yet?" asked the Kyubi

"I have come to ask about a deal between the two of us so that I can use your power with as few side-effects as possible, however, I can not at this time give you your freedom in the future I might be able to do it but not right now so what do you want in return," replied Naruto

"What I want is simple but impossible at this time of freedom. However, I will settle for linking my senses to yours and a new environment for me to live in. I'll throw in how to use my power as a bonus, BUT you must promise to never use my power against me, or I will cut you off from access to my chakra," stated the nine tails. " I can do that and make that promise. Furthermore, I don't want to rely on your power or anyone else's but my own. So nine tails, I think we have a deal," replied Naruto

As he started to focus on creating a new environment, the environment was split 50-50 between two different environments, one side was filled with nature, lots of tall green trees, green rolling grass, and many other animals. The other side, however, was more of a hellish environment with lots of fire and destruction. The cage was also changed, replaced by a collar around the Nine-Tails' neck to allow it to move around its new living space. After he was done, he faded from the mindscape and back into the real world.

TS TO THE BRIDGE

"Now, Zabuza, are you going to give me more food and fun?'' asked Naruto, who was standing in the middle of the bridge, waiting for his prey. "You stupid brat, I know for a FACT that the vampires were killed years ago with the land of Whirlpools. No one survived, so what the HELL are YOU?" Stated Zabuza " Well you're half-right most of the vampires of Whirlpool were killed in the invasion of their home but, a few were able to escape as they hadn't activated their bloodline yet so they weren't identifiable as vampires I am a part of the royal line of pure-blooded vampires my mother was the queen before her untimely death in the Kyuubi attack and now I am the prince of vampires not yet strong or old enough to be the king but, not so weak that I'm a commoner. Now you arrogant swordsman, are you ready to play, or am I just going to have to drink you?" said Naruto as he got into a fighting stance.

"There is no way that what he said is true is there I mean he looks the part, he feels the part, and he sounds the part but I could swear that the last queen was a UZUMAKI FUCK ME he is telling the truth." thought Zabuza before he said "Wait wait your highness please don't drink me I could be of use to you my daughter could be of use to you as well just don't drink us." pleading with the vampire prince in front of him to spare both him and Haku. "Hmmm, yes, I can see how you both could be useful to me and my people in training and breeding. Yes, swear yourselves to me and my people, and I shall spare both of you, but she must swear herself for herself," replied Naruto after thinking it over, but as he started to relax, he could smell and feel more people at the end of the bridge.

As he felt this, he started to get excited and released a powerful burst of his vampiric aura to clear the mist and see his prey, grinning the whole time. "How perfect I add to my people's knowledge and power but I see that I also have a meal as well this is just too PERFECT I couldn't ask for a better day now LET'S EAT," said Naruto as he saw Gato and his thugs standing there as if just waiting for him to eat them all. Moving before anyone could say a thing, it only took him seconds to get to them and start the feast, leaving gato for last to get some info out of him before killing but NOT drinking him. All in all, it took him at most maybe three minutes to eat all the thugs and stand in front of gato blood-red eyes staring into the eyes of the scared midget after about thirty seconds before Naruto snapped Gato's neck and threw him off the side of the bridge and walking back to Tazuna's house and going to sleep for a bit.

"Mission complete, Lord Hokage. However, there was a change in one of my genin, and we returned with two more nin than we left with," reported Kakashi after returning to the village. After being told to explain, he says, "Well, on the way there, we encountered the demon brothers. During the encounter, some kind of seal on Naruto broke, and he experienced some kind of transformation. He's not human or a fox. After the transformation, he drained the brothers dry of their blood. As we continued, we faced off against Zabuza Momochi, which Naruto fought with a level of speed that I hadn't seen since my sensei with that move." A gasp from the entire room stopped him briefly, "- and with every cut, Zabuza got Naruto looked better, healthier, fitter, and just plain more attractive.

Considering what he is, it's not so surprising, and it has been 12-13 years since he was able to get a TRULY full meal. I'm just glad that he fed more on the thugs that Gato had and is full for now. Everything else is in the written report," said Kakashi as he finished giving his report. "What do you mean, Kakashi? How did Naruto change from how he was, and how did he fight 1 of the 7 swordsmen of the mist or move at that level of speed? Why was he so eager to have blood?" Asked the third hokage " Hiruzen-sama from what he told me the seal that broke returned him to his true species as a pureblood vampire from a royal line and at peak health is around 600-2,500X stronger than a normal human, but he was starved because he never had any blood possible since birth so after drinking the demon brothers dry it gave him a lot of the nutrients that he lacked and the thugs that Gato had filled him up completely." said Kakashi explaining what happened on the mission to the hokage.

"This is troubling. Do you think that he will attack anyone in the village? How might he act? Now, we know nothing about what he will do or say. Do you think we would be able to contain him at all?" asked Hiruzen, concerned for his surrogate grandson and the village. " I don't know, sir, but we can always ask him. He has calmed down a lot after his unsealing and gotten colder, however, I'm sure he would talk with us in a normal setting with neutral ground for a meeting place," replied Kakashi, hoping it was true. After considering his options, Hiruzen decided to call a meeting between himself and Naruto to clear some things up and settle his fears. Sending an ANBU to get him.

"Ha ha ha, that was a good warm-up. Now on to the next phase," panted Naruto as he started his real training to reach where he should be. However, he was interrupted by an ANBU with a cat mask dropped down next to him, but before she could say anything, he said. "Let's go see what the Hokage wants from me." He recognized Cat as one of the few ANBU that ONLY worked for the Hokage as it should have, before disappearing in a burst of speed following shortly after.

"Hello, sir, how may I serve?" asked Naruto as he arrived at the Hokage's office, surprising everyone who was already there. "Hello, Naruto. I have some questions that I would like answered," replied Hiruzen after he got over his surprise. "What questions, sir?" asked Naruto "Well, How strong are you, how fast are you, how much have you changed, what will you do now, what are your thoughts of this village and its villagers, and, finally what will need to be accounted for with your new change." asked the third. " Well, for the first two, I ask now or when I reach where I should be. My mind is clear, and I no longer feel as if I'm trying to walk through wet cement. I no longer sleep much, and I need blood like you all need air. For now, I train and reach my current peak before I get even better at everything I can. Uncertain right now. I would like permission to roam around the village at night, to have 24-hour access to the training grounds and library, to be an option for execution along with the possibility of having volunteer donors for blood, and to have self-defense draining. If you need to give me a guard or a watcher, may I turn her?" answered Naruto. After thinking it over for a few minutes, Hiruzen came to his response. " Thank you, Naruto, for giving me the answers that you have. I will allow you to roam with an ANBU watching you, I do ask what you mean, you may also enter the libraries at any time you're in the village. How often do you need to feed? As long as you don't lose your watcher, you can use the ANBU training grounds," said the third.

"I can turn others into vampires; however, they must be 1. Of the opposite gender, 2. I would like them to be pure, 3. Willing and knowing what they are doing. I don't need blood often, once every 3 months, but if I turn anyone, they will need to feed more often for a while," responded Naruto. "Do you have a preference about who would watch you, Your answer will determine if you can turn them. From what you just said, then yes your coven can be used as executioners," said Hiruzen to which Naruto asked if CAT could be his watcher. The third asked CAT who said that she would do it even with the change it would require. " thank you CAT you will be the first I've turned and I hope that I will teach you and lead you right." said Naruto as he approached her and bit the left side of her neck draining almost all of her blood before offering up his bleeding wrist telling her to drink. Feeling so thirsty, she bit and drank until he told her to stop, and then she felt a burning sensation throughout her entire body. "Don't fight it, just let it happen, and it will be a smooth process." Said Naruto as it looked like CAT was fighting the process and getting hurt.

Hearing him, CAT stopped trying to fight what was happening, and 7 minutes later, it was done. "Hmm, about middle-class power level, very nice. It might have been true middle-class had you not fought what you should have allowed to happen." Said Naruto after the change was done, but what he told confused everyone else. So CAT asked, "My lord, what do you mean by middle-class?" to which everyone nodded at the question. "A lot of races out there put power on defined scales and classes You, Yugao are a mortal scale middle-class in power but right on the edge between low and middle, you lord third are a mortal scale high-class, almost ultimate-class," replied Naruto much to the shock of the room's other occupants. "And where would you be placed?" asked Hiruzen after he came back to his senses. "After all the blood I drank and the training I've done in Wave, I'm at the lower end of high-class mortal scale." Replied Naruto. Before anyone else could ask anything, he gave a pile of papers to the third and said. "Here is a clear list of the set-up with a description of each Class level and scaling." After that, he grabbed Yugao and left.

AT THE UZUMAKI COMPOUND

When they got to his new home, Yugao was dizzy. "What was that? We went so fast that I couldn't keep up?" asked Yugao as she regained her senses. "That was me going at half of my current speed as I wanted to get home, and you will have to stay here for at least a week, if not more, to regain the control you had and learn the new skills you have access to, as well as appearing to be human. If you haven't noticed, you have yet to take a breath." Replied Naruto, as he had made 50,000 clones to explore the compound and clean it up a bit. Being told that she hadn't breathed for over 10 minutes was a surprise, and she could tell that was only the start of her changes. "What now, my lord? And I need to do missions." Instead of answering her, he dragged her to the backyard and had her punch the post WEAKLY. Doing as she was told, she gave a weak punch to the training post, and the post EXPLODED, surprising her at how weak the post was. "It's not that the post is weak; it's that you used too much strength in that punch. You are a vampire now, and at your weakest, you are as strong as the third without the rust at half-strength." Said Naruto as she thought about what had happened. That was not what she expected to hear. This was the strength of her muscles, and it scared her of her max right now and later on. "Now let us go test your speed, but not here. Follow me to the large training room where we will finish your leveling tests." After 10 minutes of walking, they reach the room they want. "Here we are, now one lap around the small track," instructed Naruto after they entered a huge room with all sorts of equipment and areas to train, practice, and improve. Yuago, hearing her lord's instructions, did as she was told and faster than she thought she could.

Only to hear what her lord said, "Good speed for a low-class, but you are middle-class and should be at least that fast walking at top speed. One thing I didn't mention before was that while Lord Third is almost ultimate-class, that is as a human, not as a vampire. If he and I fought, the only advantage he has over me is his experience. I'm stronger, faster, younger, and better than him simply for being a vampire." Hearing this frightened Yugao, emphasizing the massive power differences between humans and vampires. The potential she and her lord had was intimidating. The testing lasted for three hours, and she started to feel hungry, but before she could say anything, her lord told her to stop. "That's the end of your testing for now. It's time for you to eat and for the taste testing of your preferred blood type." Yugao nodded but found something strange. "My Lord, how do you know how to do this? So far, you have been guiding me like an experienced leader and trainer," she inquired. "The royal family has the experience in leading and training from our ancestors," Naruto answered, his gaze unwavering. "We are born with a legacy, a responsibility to guide and strengthen our people."

Yugao absorbed this information, the weight of her new existence settling upon her. "I understand, my lord. But... this taste testing. How will I know what is best?"

Naruto gestured to the array of vials. "It is not about added benefits or physiological differences, Yugao. Your vampiric body filters and processes all blood the same way. This is purely about personal preference, a matter of taste and subtle sensation. Your senses will guide you to what you find most... agreeable."

He watched as she hesitantly approached the first vial, her movements cautious. "Begin. Small sips. Allow the blood to linger on your tongue, and focus on the sensations."

Yugao followed his instructions, her brow furrowed in concentration. The first vial yielded a metallic tang and a slight increase in her heartbeat, but nothing remarkable. She moved onto the next, and the next, each sample eliciting a different reaction.

As she sampled a vial labeled 'Type O', a distinct sensation of...satisfaction spread through her. "This..." she breathed, her eyes widening. "This has the most pleasing taste and sensation."

Naruto's lips curved into a subtle smile. "Type O. It is a common type among humans, yet it seems more agreeable to your tastes. It will be your preferred choice. For me, I tend to favor AB."

He gestured to several other vials near that one, "Now try these. They are all in the 'O' group. See if any are even more agreeable."

As Yugao continued her testing, Naruto began to explain the differences in the blood types and how the different types affect the flavor of the blood. He also went into detail about how the blood that the person had, and the emotions they were feeling at the time of the blood draw, also changed the nuances of the taste.

As Yugao was finishing up, Naruto said, "Now that we know your preferred taste, we can focus on refining your other skills. But first, we need to address your control."

He gestured to a series of training dummies, each reinforced with chakra-infused metal. "Your strength, as you've seen, is immense. But without control, it is a liability. You must learn to channel your power, to wield it with precision."

For the next few hours, Naruto guided Yugao through a series of exercises, focusing on controlled strikes, precise movements, and the delicate balance between power and finesse. He emphasized the importance of mastering her new senses, of understanding the subtle nuances of her vampiric form.

As the sun began to set, Naruto called a halt to their training. "You have made significant progress, Yugao. But this is just the beginning. Your journey as a vampire has just begun. We will continue this training tomorrow and every day until you have mastered your new self."

He paused, his gaze softening. "Remember, you are not merely a weapon. You are a member of my coven, a part of my family. I will guide you, protect you, and help you unlock your full potential."

As they walked back towards the compound, Yugao felt a sense of belonging she had never experienced before. She was no longer just an ANBU, a tool of the village. She was something more, something powerful, something… family.

"And tomorrow," Naruto added as they entered the compound, "we will begin your training in blending with humans. You must learn to mimic their behaviors and their rhythms. Vampires are predators, but we must also be chameleons."

The next day, Naruto began Yugao's training in human mimicry. He started with the basics: walking at a normal pace, maintaining eye contact without staring, and modulating her voice to sound less commanding. He then moved on to more complex tasks, such as mimicking human expressions, reacting to social cues, and feigning exhaustion.

"Humans are creatures of habit," Naruto explained. "They blink, they breathe, they fidget. You must learn to do these things naturally, without thinking. A single unnatural movement can betray you."

He then had her practice in clone-crowded areas of the compound, attempting to blend in. He corrected her posture, her gait, and even her breathing patterns. He stressed the importance of subtlety, of becoming a ghost in plain sight. "We will work on this more another day with real humans and not clones of me." Informs Naruto

"The greatest predators are those who are never seen," Naruto said. "And the greatest vampires are those who can walk among humans, undetected. Now it's time for you to sleep more. One of my clones will show you to your room and help you get into your coffin, which has seals that will open when you wake." Yugao blinked, slightly taken aback by the mention of a coffin. "A coffin?" she asked, her voice a touch hesitant.

Naruto gave her a reassuring smile. "It's a common practice for vampires, especially those newly turned. It helps regulate your internal rhythm, especially as you adjust to your new sleep cycle. It's not as... morbid as it sounds. The seals will ensure you wake at the appropriate time."

One of Naruto's clones stepped forward, gesturing towards a hallway that led deeper into the compound. "This way, Yugao-sama. I'll show you to your room."

Yugao followed the clone, her mind still processing the day's events. The compound, once a place of unfamiliarity, was slowly starting to feel like home. "The seals are designed to respond to your chakra," the clone explained. "When you're ready to rest, lie down, and the lid will close automatically. It will open when you're fully rested, or if you consciously will it so."

Yugao nodded, absorbing the information. She felt a strange mix of apprehension and curiosity as she looked at the coffin. It was a stark reminder of her new reality, a symbol of her transformation. "Thank you," she said to the clone. "I think I'll... try it now."

She carefully climbed into the coffin, the interior surprisingly soft and comfortable. As she settled in, she felt a gentle hum as the seals activated. The lid closed smoothly, enveloping her in darkness.

Inside, Yugao's senses seemed to heighten. The darkness was not oppressive but rather a comforting embrace. She could feel the subtle energy of the seals, a gentle pulse that resonated with her chakra. She closed her eyes, allowing herself to drift into a deep, dreamless sleep.

Meanwhile, Naruto dismissed his clone and walked towards the compound's training grounds. He needed to refine his skills and prepare for the challenges ahead. He knew that his transformation had not gone unnoticed and that the world would soon take notice.

The training ground shimmered under the midday sun. A circle of cleared earth marked the sparring arena. Might Guy, his green jumpsuit gleaming, bounced on the balls of his feet, a wide, toothy grin splitting his face. Opposite him, Yugao stood, her posture composed, a hint of unease in her eyes.

"Alright, Yugao-san! Let's see what youthful vigor you possess!" Guy boomed, his voice echoing across the training ground. "Remember, this is a test of your newfound power and control! Don't hold back!"

Yugao nodded, her gaze fixed on Guy's movements. She knew his reputation, his relentless taijutsu, and his ability to push his body beyond its limits. "Begin!" Naruto's voice, calm and commanding, cut through the air.

Guy exploded into motion, a blur of green. He launched a flurry of punches and kicks, each strike carrying the weight of years of training. Yugao, relying on her enhanced reflexes, barely managed to deflect the blows. The force of each impact sent tremors through her arms.

"Youthful power!" Guy roared, his eyes blazing. He shifted his stance, unleashing a whirlwind of kicks. Yugao, her vampiric senses heightened, anticipated his movements, but his speed was overwhelming.

A kick grazed her ribs, sending a searing pain through her. She staggered back. Guy pressed his advantage, closing the distance. "Don't lose your youthful spirit!" he yelled, his fist cocked back.

Yugao, channeling her vampiric strength, moved with a speed that blurred the line between human and supernatural, meeting Guy's fist with a counter-strike. The impact sent a shockwave through the training ground. Guy, surprised, stumbled back. "Magnificent! But can you keep up?"

He began to open the gates, his skin flushing red. His speed and strength increased exponentially. Yugao felt a primal fear grip her, the sheer power threatening to overwhelm her.

She moved like a phantom, dodging and weaving through Guy's attacks. With a burst of speed, she darted behind Guy, delivering a powerful kick to his back. The force sent him crashing into a nearby tree. Guy, his body battered but his spirit unbroken, slowly rose. "Incredible! Your speed, your power... truly magnificent!" he panted. Naruto stepped forward. "Enough, Guy. The spar is over."

Guy nodded, turning to Naruto, his grin returning. "Naruto-san! Now it's our turn! Let's see if you can match my youthful vigor!" Naruto, his expression calm, stepped forward. "Guy-sensei, I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I must warn you... this will be different."

"Different how?" Guy asked. Naruto's eyes flickered crimson. "You think you understand power, Guy-sensei? You have yet to see true power."

"Begin!" Naruto's voice echoed. Guy launched his taijutsu assault. Naruto remained still, his movements almost imperceptible. Guy's strikes connected, but they seemed to have no effect. "Youthful Hurricane!" Guy roared.

Naruto, with a casual flick of his wrist, deflected Guy's attacks, sending shockwaves through the training ground. "What... what is this power?" Guy stammered. Naruto's eyes glowed crimson. "This, Guy-sensei, is the power of a royal pureblood."

He moved, a blur of crimson and darkness, behind Guy, his hand resting lightly on Guy's shoulder. "Eight Gates... impressive. But against me, they are nothing." Naruto's chakra erupted, a wave of dark energy. Guy, his body trembling, felt an overwhelming pressure.

"This... this is..." Guy gasped. Naruto released the pressure. "I could end this in an instant, Guy-sensei. But I have no desire to harm you. Consider this a demonstration." Guy, his body still trembling, straightened up. "Incredible. You... you are truly a force of nature."

"I understand, Naruto-san. But... please, be careful. Your power... it's frightening." Naruto turned, his crimson eyes scanning the training ground. "The shadows are stirring, Guy-sensei. Ancient powers are awakening. And I... I am a part of that change."

A sudden gust of wind swept through the training ground, carrying a chilling whisper. Naruto's gaze intensified. "They will come. They will seek what I am. And when they do... they will find I am not to be trifled with." He turned back to Guy. "But for now, Guy-sensei, let us focus on training. Yugao still has much to learn, and so do I. We must be ready. For whatever comes."
